In this vlog, the creator walks through a week‑long grocery haul from Sprouts, emphasizing a diet built on whole, organic foods. He lists 39 items—including 4 lb of 93 % lean ground beef, steak, chicken, carrots, potatoes, kiwis, onions, eggs, pasture‑raised milk, skyr, sourdough, maple syrup, coffee, prunes, popcorn, seasonings, salsa, and branded snacks like Three Wishes—detailing quantities, prices, and the discounts (BOGO, 35 % off, 50 % off) that kept the total cost at $260 after a $4 rewards credit. Throughout, he argues that the higher price is justified by the health benefits of eating nutrient‑dense, seed‑oil‑free foods, claiming it improves overall well‑being and is a better use of money than cheaper, lower‑quality options. He invites viewers to comment on the cost expectations.

This is what a week's worth of food looks like for somebody who tries to eat as healthy as possible. Whole foods, organic, strictly from Sprouts. Let's see how much it is. Let's start with the protein. 4 pounds of 93% ground beef, 1 steak, and 1 chicken. This is a ton of food, but it's honestly a pretty good price because everything I buy is on sale or has a deal. For example, this steak, 35% off. I mean, steal. 2 bags of organic prunes, but it was buy one get one, steal. 5 pounds of carrots, $5. Potatoes, $5.50. Kiwis, $6. Yellow onion, $2.77. 2 things of black coffee, buy one get one $50. 50% off, steal. Organic maple syrup to go with the coffee. Was running low on body wash. Got some salsa to make some Mexican food. Pasture-raised milk. Look, I eat a ton of skyr. Typically I'd actually get more than this for the week, but they ran out. And here's the thing, when you eat like this, you eat extremely healthy, all your problems subside. So yes, this grocery haul might be a little bit more expensive, but what's the opportunity cost to eating a little bit more healthy versus not? With that said, two things of Poppy. Everything seed oil free, even the popcorn. 54 eggs should last me a week. That's Nature's Multivitamin. Got to get some seasonings. Even this is all organic. Got some organic ancient grain sourdough. Look, most of the bread in the US is absolutely horrible for you and enriched wheat flour, absolutely no micronutrients. Try to stick to real sourdough, something that you would maybe get in Italy. This would be the best bet. To top that all off, got some Three Wishes, absolutely banging. And again, another buy one get one 50% off. So the total amount of items came out to So a total of 39 items, but a lot of them actually got on sale. And again, I can't stress this enough, the importance of eating healthy. It'll make everything in your life better. 10 out of 10 times, I would rather spend my money on a good week of healthy eating at Sprouts than somewhere else that's not as good quality. Now, for all those 39 items, it came out to a whopping $264, but I did get $4 off from the reward system, so it really came out to $260. Let me know in the comments how much you thought this actually was going to be.
