If all I had was 2 medium weight dumbbells, a dream to get in shape, and 20 minutes a day, here's the exact workout routine that I would do. I would start with a squat and press for about 10 reps, and then move immediately into a dumbbell curl for about 10 reps, and then a lateral raise for about 10 reps. Yes, it's a lot. And then I'll get down into a push-up for about 10 reps, and then I would end with a split squat for about 10 reps on each leg. You do that consecutively without any rest between the workouts or exercises, and then you take a 1 to 2 minute break and you repeat the whole thing, and you do it again for 20 minutes. It's gonna be challenging, you have to push yourself, but over time you will get phenomenal results.
