Hello, welcome everyone. My name is Doug. I'm on the product team here at SureFront and I'm the host for today's session. I want to give it just a couple of minutes to let all the attendees come in, and then once we hit about 2 minutes after 11, we'll get started with, with our demonstration tutorial here today. So thank you all for joining us. I really appreciate you taking the time to learn a little bit more about how SureFront can help you engage customers with virtual showrooms and quotations and line sheets. We'll dive into how you can do all of those different things in SureFront in just a few minutes. I just wanna give it a little bit of time, maybe another minute or so to let the remaining participants have a chance to join the call here. So one thing I wanna mention while we have our initial users joining, is we're gonna spend the first portion of today's session together going through how Shorefront can help you engage customers through a virtual showroom and through quotations and line sheets, how to manage product catalog data among your team and your data to put on those line sheets and to put on quotations, and then we'll flip it around a little bit and we'll spend the second portion of our time together running through any questions that you might have. So if you have any questions at any point during our demonstration today, please go into the Q&A chat box at the bottom of your window and put them in there. We'll be happy to take the, the second portion of our time together to run through those questions and dive into any of the, uh, the items that you might want to, uh, to get into. Great. So it seems like we're, uh, almost filled from the, uh, attendees who had registered online. So I just want to say one more time that I'm Doug. I'm on the product team here at SureFront. Really appreciate you taking the time to join us here on today's session. We host these webinars every 2 weeks as a resource for our user community to be able to better engage with the product, to know how they can use our product to help support their team, whether it's managing a catalog among their team internally, whether it's engaging their customers with virtual showrooms or line sheets or quotations. But I do want to mention that 2 weeks from today is Memorial Day, so we won't be hosting on our normal Monday schedule. We'll send out an update to everyone about when we'll host that week, but it won't be on Monday. So just be aware of that. Otherwise, it's normally Monday at 11 AM Pacific time. that will host these every other week, so that you or any of your teammates are able to join. So for today's session, we're going to focus on a few items. The first one is setting up and managing a product catalog worth of your product data. And then the second portion of that is going to be how to use that data that you've set up to engage your customers via Shorefront. Um, and then the second half of our session today, like I mentioned, um, for anyone who joined us earlier, is going to be spent answering any questions that you might have. So throughout this demonstration, if you have any questions, please go to the bottom of the Zoom call in the Q&A chat and put them in there. And then at the second half of our time together, we'll go through those questions and try to get, get to all of them. So now what I'd like to do, I'm going to start sharing my screen and we'll go into the demonstration. Wonderful. So now everyone should be able to see my screen, and what this is showing is a product catalog for a company on Shorefront. What we're seeing right now is lots of apparel, but, you know, over the last couple of weeks we have been getting questions, "Hey, is this an apparel-specific application, or can we put other items on here?" This is item category agnostic. You can see that there's plenty of different items you can put in here. We have users on here that are using this for furniture, that are using this for accessory, that are using this for apparel. It really works very flexibly for any of the items that you might be selling, whether it's gifts or furniture or apparel. But today I'm just going to be going through looking at the apparel side of things. If you have any questions, maybe more specific to your product lines, we're happy to dive in and answer those, uh, at the end of the session as well. Um, so first off, within the product catalog, there's, uh, two options of how you can get data in here. If you just have a handful, maybe some new products that you want to enter in, you can do, uh, Create Product, which this is more your one-by-one item creation. It launches this form. You don't need to fill out all of this form. The only things that are required are that you enter in a unique item number, and this is important, it has to be unique among the set of items that you have. And then you have to select what portion of your product catalog do you want to put this in. Other than that, you can enter in as much or as little information as you have. So maybe you're just going to throw in a description and a color and a material and that's it at first, and that's totally, totally fine. Once you complete that form It's going to take you to a product details page where you can enter in more information, whether it's adding additional photos, which I want to pause for a second. I do really encourage you to put items in here that you have good photos for. It really provides the best user experience for your team, as well as the best customer experience for your customers if you have really nice photos to put in here. Um, it also offers a really nice competitive advantage. Because your customers are going to be able to interact with this platform at no cost and without having to sign up. If you have really vibrant, great images, that's something that the platform supports well. That is really a great competitive advantage over competitors where you're maybe printing out line sheets and PDFs or spreadsheets and your customer has to look at a digital thumbnail, which isn't nearly as good. So that's one way of getting product data in, and that's a good option if you just have a handful of products. The second way is via a bulk upload format, which we'll dive into a little bit later. We'll go through an example of how to set up products for bulk upload, but if you're importing dozens or hundreds or even 1,000 products, that's a great way to do it to get a lot of product data in there quickly. It takes a little bit of setup on the front end, but if you do already have some of your product data either in an Excel spreadsheet or you're able to export it from a different system, that's a really great option to get a lot of product data in there pretty quickly. So now once you have your product data in the Shorefront system, you do have a couple of really great ways of how to find this data, which is really fantastic, especially now if you have a distributed sales team that maybe might not be all on the same location, might not all be sharing the same, um, uh, located server within your premises. This is a way that you can put your product information in here and have your different team members be able to access it based off of whatever specific permissions you want to grant them, which is also something that we can dive into maybe at the end of the session if we have time. So you have a couple of good options of how to find products. You can drill down by product category. Right now you can see we're looking at women's apparel, but you can drill down if you have accessories or gifts, however you want to set up your product hierarchy. That's all something that you're able to do in this Catalog Management section. You can filter by date created, maybe by price or by inventory, or another really great option, like I mentioned earlier, you do want to make sure if possible to get products with images and high-quality images in here. So you can quickly filter and see which of my products do or don't have images. That way you know which of them you still need to work on before they're ready for your customer. Of course, you have a search tool, which works pretty much like a consumer search. So if you're ready to go on any kind of website that you might be shopping on and you want to search for a red dress, any of the item information that you've uploaded in here, whether it's in the description or whether it's in the color, that's all going to be searchable via this search. And then one that's, uh, we've heard really fantastic feedback on about the usefulness of is this tagging function. These tags are really nice because they let you cut across your product hierarchy. And create groupings. So maybe if you're working on a new back-to-school line that you're going to have in both accessories and apparel and men's apparel and women's apparel, you can group all of those items with these tagging functions. Um, I think one that we have here is like a Summer 2020, which is a great one to do. Or as soon as you click on, onto any of these, it's going to drill down and pull all of those all of those items from across your product hierarchy, whether they're, you know, necessarily related items or whether they're a little bit more disparate, with the only grouping being this more tag-based grouping. So this is a really great option to be able to set up and group items across your product hierarchy and be able to quickly find them. So now what I want to talk about is how now that you have your product data in Shorefront, now that you understand how you can group and find products quickly that you want to work with, how you can take this product information and leverage it to provide your customers a better buying and better customer experience with Shorefront. So I just clicked on these Summer Styles. Maybe this is coming up for new Summer 2, uh, for a customer that I'm going to be presenting a quotation for. It's really easy. Now that I have that grouping, I can just select all of these products, and I have a couple of options of how to get these in front of my customer. One is to make a customer-specific quotation, and one is to do a showcase, um, which is sort of like building a virtual showroom. And when you do the virtual showroom or the showcase, which we'll dive into in a minute, um, that's less customer-specific and maybe more if you want to broadcast that across across many customers for them to start engaging with your products. But the first one that I'd like to do is this quotation. So maybe we have a customer in mind for these specific items. I'm going to come in here, select those items, and hit Quote. From this quote, I can select a customer from my dropdown. These are customers that I've already set up in the platform, but we can dive into how to do that later. I'm just going to pick this retail customer. I'm going to say this is a domestic collect quote with FOB point Los Angeles, and we'll call these New Summer Styles. So as soon as I create this quotation, it's taking all of that product information from the catalog and it's duplicating it or copying it to put a copy of that on this customer-specific quotation. And why I say that is it's pretty important. Now I can come in here and I can modify. Maybe, you know, this is one of my best customers in terms of volume, so I'm not going to give them the standard pricing that we have in the catalog. I'm going to give them a slightly better deal because I know that they order a higher volume. All of these changes that I can make to any of these items on this quotation at this point are localized to this quotation itself. So as I make these changes, it's not affecting my catalog data, which is sort of my central source of truth within the SureFront platform. And it allows me the flexibility to make these slight adjustments and customizations for individual customers without having like a data management problem within my catalog. That being said, if at any point I, um, want to save any modifications that I've made to one or more of these products, I can select those and save them back to the catalog, which allows me to take the updates that we've made, show exactly what it is that lives in the catalog versus what it is that we're overriding it with, um, and then update that data in the catalog. So it allows you both the flexibility to customize items for specific customers, for specific sales interactions, as well as, um, collectively managing any, um, intended updates to your product catalog with this product data. So we can come in here and we can enter in all of the item-specific detail. We can drill down if we want to see more of the details that are going to be visible to our customer eventually. Um, one thing to note here, whether on this page or on the Quote Details page, Any field that you see in this purple color is private just to your team. So when you're sending this quotation out, your customer is going to be able to see these nice large product images. They're going to be able to see any of the data that you have in this main data table. They'll be able to see just these items that are in black, like the FOB point and the unit price. But all of these different items, you know, your cost, your landed cost, the duty rate you might be landing it at, if— who your supplier or your factory might be for this item. That's all private, just to your team. It's nothing that's ever going to be visible to your customer. So you can come in here and you can finalize these quote details to be specific to your customer. I'm going to come in here and I'm going to put some initial quantities in here. You can see, as I adjust these quantities, what SureFront does is we're calculating in this table, what's the total cost, the total landed cost, and the total price that we're looking at for these items. And it's also giving you an overall update on that for the quote as a whole. You can continue to come in and finalize any of these quantities. But at this stage, all of these interactions that we're doing are still kind of kind of backstage to my team. We've created this quote with items from our catalog. We're working on our sales team about finalizing and individualizing the details of this quotation for this specific retail customer. And all of these interactions are still private to my team while this quote is in draft stage. So I can make sure to get this completely ready here. I can even come in and I can message other team members. We have this nice, this nice new @mention feature. So if I want to message one of my team members specifically, I can click on them. I can type out, hey, can you please come review this message? And when I do that, a cool thing is in addition to being notified in the platform, they're also going to get an email notification that will draw them into this quotation so that they can come in and they can review or approve it before it's being sent out to a customer. So at this point, um, let's say that we finalize the details of this quote. We're ready to send it to our customer. All we have to do is come up here and click Send, and then all we need is our customer email address. And this is where things get pretty cool with the SureFront system. Your customer doesn't have to yet be on SureFront. It's great if they already are, you'll be able to continue engaging them, But if your customer, even if it's like a brand new customer that you're working with who's never heard of SureFront before and might not already be using our system, all you have to do is type in their email. I'm going to type in a brand new email. Today is May 11th, so let's do 0511@surefront.com, and then you can enter in a specific message. Uh, oh, one, one other thing to point out, you can type in one or more customer emails. So maybe if you're working with a buying team, you know, you have your senior buyer and your two assistant buyers, you can copy all of them on here. What goes for one user in here will also work for them as a team, even if none of them had signed up on the platform just yet. And then you can type in any message that you want to engage them with here. And then as soon as I hit send, what this is going to do is it's going to send them an email, and I'll pull up what that email looks like in just a second here, but it's going to send them an email with a preview of this quotation, and then all they have to do is click on this quotation and it's going to drop them directly into the SureFront platform so you can start engaging with them. So this is that brand new email that I entered in here. It's saying, hey, you have 11 new products, um, from Fairview. Doug says check out these new styles for summer 2020. It gives a really nice preview of the images of the products that you're sharing with them. All they have to do is click on this and open it. Um, since I'm logged in right now, I'm going to open this in a new incognito window. And right now we're viewing this from your customer's perspective. So instead of getting a PDF or a line sheet with thumbnail images, they're going to be able to come in here and see really beautiful product detail right away. They can dive into specific products and see more information on here. They can look at like high-quality images as they're going through these different products. They can comment on, hey, can you provide this in other colors? And what this is going to do is it creates the ability for you to really be your customer's concierge as they're going through and they're making these requests, as they're going through, um, and they're editing any of these details. As they're interacting with products, maybe liking their favorites. All of this information is going to be accessible to you on your side of this quotation. So you can see right away— let me view this in the grid view— you can see right away I know which of these items my customer has come in here and they've liked or they've hearted. I see, oh, I've got this new notification on this item, which is also something that we're going to get up in this notification bell here as well. And then I can drill down and I can start looking at what are their requests that they've made of us, right? So I can come in here and I can update this item information directly if I want to provide additional colors or if I want to change the material. I can add new images of what the additional styles for this item might look like, um, and that's something that is going to immediately update your customer with their request and allow them the ability to drill into that a little bit further. So one other really cool tool here when you have that customer engagement on Shorefront is, from their perspective, in addition to be able to drill down to the item details specifically, they can also message you and say, "Do you have any more sleeveless dresses?" And as soon as you get that, um, message from your customer, you're going to be able to respond right away. Let me add some more styles for you. And then you can click in, add, and see in your product catalog right away with all of those same search and filter tools that we covered earlier to be able to find additional styles that meet their request. So they requested more sleeveless dresses. I can come in and I can select additional sleeveless dresses and add them to the quote right away and be able to provide them instant updates without having to go back and forth via email, without having to redo a new line sheet and then download it as a PDF. This is a really great way to provide your customer instant engagement and really, uh, high-touch, high-quality service. So one of the last things too that is available from this quotation tool when you've made it for your customer is your customer is also going to get this line sheet type item detail breakdown. They'll be able to see quantities on their side. They're going to be able to put in their unit prices and see their margins. Again, that part's going to be private to them, just like Your fields are private to you, but whenever they're happy with items and they want to proceed for a commitment or maybe a pro forma order, all they have to do is come in and select those items and click Order. And then they're going to be able to come in and finalize the terms of, you know, the ship dates, uh, the FOB points, all of the details of this commitment or this order They'll be able to finalize. Let me edit a few of these. Destination, let's say this is going to Seattle. Let's ship this for the end of the month. We have our quantities. We have our ship dates. Now we're ready to send this, which is a really fantastic way to collapse the time and the cycle in going from presenting new products to your customer to receiving those commitments and those orders from your customer. Right here, we've just switched back over to our side, and we can see that brand new order that our customer has created and sent to us. These orders we're able to download and put into our ERP systems, but this is again a really, really fantastic tool because you give your customers all of the high-quality images and data and service that they're looking for, and with a couple clicks of a button, they're able to put these commitments in via Shorefront rather than having to take data out of one spreadsheet and put it into another one of theirs and then go through their ERP system and then generate a PDF email. It's really super simple and you're making it really easy for your customer to be able to get what they need to place these commitments. Okay, so now I want to pop back out. Uh, that is the quotation or line sheet tool within SureFront. Which is a really fantastic way to engage a specific customer. Now, one of the things I want to cover is how do we create a virtual showroom for multiple customers to be able to see and interact with our new products, um, engage their interests so that we can get to that quotation level and eventually the commitment. So the same way that we're here back in the catalog, we can search, sort, filter, tag our way to finding the products that we're interested in. But I'm going to look at those same summer styles. Let's select all of these items, and instead of clicking Quotation this time, what we're going to do is click Showcase, which is really a virtual showroom. And we at this point can select multiple customers. Let's select this retail customer again. Let's select our Pacific Buying customer. Um, let's select the Pacific Department Stores. All we have to do again is enter in the email for any of the customers that we want to share this out with. And rather than being a one-to-one, more individualized interaction like a quotation, this is going to be more like a broadcast mechanism where all of these customers that we've designated who we want to receive access to this virtual showroom or showcase are going to receive an email linking them to that showcase. Again, you know, whether or not they've been on the SureFront platform before, they'll receive that email. And it's going to drop them right in the system. So let's advertise how to do that. I'm going to come in here and I'm going to enter in— I think the last one we used was 511, um, let's do 0512@surefront.com. And let's say we'll show price and we want them to all receive an email. Come in here 'Check out our new showroom of summer dresses.' Great. So again, what this is going to do is it's going to send them an email. Um, let me log out of this other user that I was just in so that we can log back in with this brand new user who's being invited. I actually logged out of the wrong one. Let's sign back into that one. So now these customers who you've broadcast this new virtual showroom of these items to are going to receive an email again giving them a preview of the items in this showroom, and all they have to do is click on this email. Again, I'll open this in an incognito window, and this is going to show them all of the styles that you shared with them. So this is definitely a little bit less specific, um, personalized information for one individual customer, but all of the customers that you're sharing this virtual showroom with are going to be able to come in here and review the items that you've shared with them, be able to scroll through images, be able to see additional details about the item. And then as they have interest in these items, they can select the items that they want to follow up on and request a quotation. And as soon as they request a quotation, the really awesome news is it's going to create a quotation that gives you the same customer engagement tools as what we just looked at on the quotation part, where you're able to update information based on their requests, you're able to message with them to interact with them very quickly, and they're able to take the styles that they like and be able to place commitments. So it kind of creates a virtual— virtuous cycle of whether you're creating an individualized quotation for a specific customer or you're sharing a showroom to many different customers, to find out the products that they want to follow up on. Um, it all comes back through this quotation where you have these concierge-level tools to engage them and allow them to easily place commitments to move forward. Great. So, um, I want to take a minute now that we've gone over the, uh, different ways that you can engage your customers, whether it's with a, uh, quotation or line sheet or a virtual showroom within SureFront. And I want to take a little bit more time to talk about the product catalog data setup. So I'm going to come in— let me actually get a new window here. Let's sign out of this one. I'm going to sign in, uh, with an account that has no products in the account. And we're going to go over the bulk import feature. Great. So this is probably more similar if you've recently signed up, um, or you only have a couple of products in your catalog. This is more similar to what you might see at first, which is totally fine. It's really easy to get these products in here. Again, whether you're creating a product from scratch or whether you're bulk importing them, and we're going to preview exactly how to do that. So, um, within the upload feature here, the first thing that you want to know is come in here and download your catalog template. So what this is going to do is it's going to show you all of the available fields that you can bulk import. And I do want to make sure that we know when we open this, uh, there's only 2 required fields. Which is your item numbers, item number and parent item number if it's a substyle or a component, as well as what portion of the product catalog you want to put it in, which is a product category. All of the rest of these items are only necessary as, um, what your brand information is that you want to include. So maybe if you're selling gifts or electronics, you have things like a battery type, or maybe if you're selling things like furniture, you're getting more into like a maximum weight capacity. All of these things are not required, but they're always available for you to set up here. And for the most part, outside of these required fields, they run alphabetically. And you can see, okay, additional features, age group, age range, all the way down to all of the different fields that we, we list here in Shorefront. But again, you can see in the second row here there's an indication of which of these are required and which of these are optional. It's just these columns here that are required. So the first thing you want to do is download that catalog template. The second thing that you want to do is look at your category IDs. So this is a brand new account that's set up with no product data. It's just showing me my, my root category of my product hierarchy, and it's giving me this ID to map those items to. If you've done some more product setup, if you've structured your hierarchy pretty extensively, then you're going to see a full product hierarchy here. Let me just switch back for a second and show you what that looks like on a more well-developed catalog. You can see as you break down your product hierarchy, each of those individual segments is eventually going to get an ID. That way, if you want to upload 1,000 products at once, maybe across your product hierarchy, all you have to do is designate which part of the product hierarchy you want that item to go to. So as we pop back over here, those are the two important things: download the template and then look at what your product category IDs are. And then I'm going to bring up some example data here. So you can see that even though there are many columns available here to be able to capture any of the data that you want to import into the system, not many of them are required. It's really just these first couple. I have some sample items in here that have just a handful of these filled out, whether it's, you know, the carton dimensions or the color or the cube. Ones that are also really good to fill out and mention are your image file names. This one is very important. The way that the bulk upload works is if you have an image file name that either matches the item number of the item that you're uploading or matches any of the file names that you specify in this column, whether it's 1 or 10 or 20 images, those images when you bulk import them are going to hunt down those products. So I'll show you that in just a second. But here, just make sure that when you're uploading, again, images are super, super important to your customer experience. That you're including image file names. Here you can see this one specific item has like 6 or 7 different images. All you have to do is separate those by a comma and put them all in this column for each of your items to make sure that you can bulk upload all of your images as well. So I'm going to download this as a CSV. If you're working directly in Excel, just make sure rather than downloading as a CSV, just save it as a CSV. And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to drag and drop this file directly into the importer here. You can see, uh, 12 out of 12 new products uploaded. So if I come back over to my product catalog, you're going to see all of these products, um, right? They don't have images yet. We'll show that in just a second. But if we drill down into the information on any of them, you can see all of the information, each one of these, like the color or the material is a column that we had item information for in that bulk upload. So it's a really great way to get a lot of information in at one time, but it does take just a little bit of advanced setup to make sure that you're prepping your data. So I would recommend if you have a lot of items, dozens, hundreds, a thousand, the upload is good. If you just have a couple of new ones that you want to get set up, it might be quicker to do a brand new Create Product. So as you can see here, we created all 12 of these new products with that bulk upload. And then if we want to get the images on here, let's just come back over here. I'm gonna bring up a bunch of images that we have. So these are all image files that I had specified in that CSV that we just looked at in each of the item columns for image file names. We'll select all of those and we'll drag and drop. I guess you can see there are 52 images here. So across 12 products, we probably have, you know, 5 or 6 or so images per product. It's now taking all of those image files and it's finding the associated product, which is again something that we set up in that CSV that we just looked at. This will take just a minute to do, but it's a really easy way of getting all of your product images in here at one time. As you can see, this is going relatively fast. This is— the image upload is something that's only going to be constrained based off of your uploading bandwidth. So I think mine is, is only like a 10 megabyte per second upload, and it's still able to process all of these pretty quickly. When we pop back over into the product catalog now, You can see all of these products now have images associated with them. Some of them might even have multiple images associated with them. And now I've really built a product to a point where it's, it's at a point where it's ready for me to share with customers, whether it's via the Virtual Showcase tool that we just looked at or a customer-specific quotation. Um, so now what I want to do, uh, we're just over half the time here. I want to pop back around and see if there are any questions that might have been asked so far that we can dive a little bit deeper into while we have time here together. So I don't see any questions yet in the Q&A, which is totally fine. If you have any questions on many of the things that we've come through so far, um, please put them in there. What I do want to take just a little bit of time to do in addition to showing you this catalog setup is showing you how you can add your customer segmentations here. So when you first sign up for a SureFront account, right away we're going to have a customer segment here that's called Default, and this is something that you're able to rename. You can call that New Customers, you can call it Prospects, but all of your different customer segmentations are handled in this customer connections segment, um, within the administration side. So if you're the admin user for your account, you're going to be able to see this in this left-hand navigation bar. And then you can come in here and you can either edit— or let's, instead of calling this one default, let's call this retail customers. And then we can add additional segments. Maybe we'll want to add a customer, maybe we work with Walmart. We can add them as a customer here. We can spell out all of the different customer segments that we want, and then as we start to make those, those are going to populate in this left-hand side, and they're also going to be available options whenever I'm selecting items and I either want to showcase them to my customers or I want to create new quotations for those customers as well. So it seems like we don't have any questions that have come through here on the Q&A. Oh, brand new one. Here's, "If you have updated images and need to replace the current one in SureFront, will this do it automatically?" Yeah, so that's a great question. Um, when you have updated images, if you have again lots of updated images, a great way to do that is to come in here and append the image file name in the bulk upload with the new images that you want to import, and it will automatically grab those images when you do the drag and drop in there. Um, what it doesn't do on images is automatically delete the old images, Um, that's something that we let you manage on an individual basis. Uh, with images, we always look at it as a little bit more additive. Uh, that way you're all able to not only add images via this bulk upload feature, but you're also able to add images via individual import features where you can drag and drop new images one at a time. So you really have either of those ways that allow you to, um get more images or newer image information in here. But whether it's setting it up in the bulk CSV or whether it's adding the new image via this one by one, that's really your best way of getting new images in here. Also, one other thing to call out in that upload, there is an image hash feature. So if I have the same image and I'm uploading an image that is substantially similar or nearly identical as previous files that I've uploaded, SureFront will recognize that this image matches an image hash that we've used before, so it won't create duplicate images if you have more than one of the same file that you're uploading. Really, really great question. Really great question. "If you have images that need to be shared between multiple items, do you have to manually upload to each item?" Oh, another great question. If you have images that are going to be associated with multiple items, what I would recommend is putting that image file name in every one of the items that are going to be associated with it. So if it's like 10 items that are going to share the same image, then I would put it in each of those 10 item rows in here. That way you can upload that image one time and it will go hunt down each of the 10 related items. Let me also bring up the chat here to make sure that— see if there's anything coming through on chat. All right, none coming in on chat there. Okay, um, so one last thing that I want to, uh, demonstrate to our, uh, audience here is if at any point after this demonstration, at any point in time, if you have any questions about how to use SureFront, you want to get in touch with us in between these regular webinars, a great way to do that is just come up to this question mark tool here. Once you click this question mark tool, you're going to be able to start a new conversation with our customer success team. You're going to be able to have a link to any of our, um, product tutorials on specific features. So if I want to search more about how to use the catalog, I can search that here and I can see all of the different articles related to it. Or maybe if I want to see more results, I can launch the Customer Support Center. And you can also schedule meetings with our team if you need a little bit more in-depth one-on-one type interaction. That's— these are a little bit less frequent. I would start off if we can message you via the chat first. But if you have something that you want to dive into, maybe more specifically related to your product upload data or how to onboard a larger team, definitely schedule a time with us here to be able to dive into a personal session. So at that, I just want to say thank you to everyone for joining us. Again, we host these types of webinars every 2 weeks. On 2 weeks from now is Memorial Day, so we will not be hosting it on Memorial Day. We'll send out an updated schedule for that week's webinar, but please feel free to invite any additional teammates or peers that are using the system. We really love hearing your feedback and your questions to make sure that, that we're able to best support you for success using the Shorefront tools to help your team while everyone's working virtually and to also be able to engage your customers with a first-in-class virtual experience for line sheets, quotations, and virtual showrooms. So with that, again, thank you so much for joining. If you have any questions or you want to contact us after the webinar, please contact us via the in-platform chat or by email at support@shorefront.com. Uh, thanks again so much for joining.
