Send messages to customers or team members in SureFront through the Notify button on orders, or use the Chat tab with @ mentions for both orders and quotes. The Notify button works only for orders; quotes require the Chat tab.

Today I will be reviewing how to communicate with your customer and/or team members on SureFront. There are two ways where you can successfully notify your recipients through quotes or orders. Let's get started with the first option. I'm going to select my left menu panel and proceed to select a customer files in this section. I'm going to head into the orders tab and click into an order. In the top right-hand corner, there will be a Notify button. Once you select it and select the email you wish to send the message to, at the bottom you can write a quick email message and then proceed to send it on through. Your other option would be to keep all communication in the Chat tab. You can click the Supplier tab here at the top of your order, and in the text field, place an symbol where a list of recipients will appear for you to choose from. Write a quick email message and then proceed to send it. You have successfully sent out a message. We are now going to head into Quotes. And in Quotes, you are able to still send @messages, but you are unable to have the Notify button here in Quotes. Simply head to the Chat tab and place the symbol to review a list of recipients like we did in the Orders page. Write out your message, and that is how you will be communicating messages here in the quote section. Continue to message your recipients here in SureFront.
