The video introduces SureFront, a platform that lets users upload images and assets to products and fully customize product attributes. It consolidates three traditionally separate systems—product lifecycle management (PLM), product information management (PIM), and wholesale customer relationship management (CRM)—into a single, collaborative environment. By replacing dozens of spreadsheets and PDFs with a unified tool, SureFront claims to double speed‑to‑market, saving weeks or months in the information supply chain for retailers, brands, and manufacturers that launch millions of new products annually. The platform streamlines product onboarding, categorization, tagging, quoting, and ordering, reducing reliance on email and Excel. Customers praise the ease of use and the ability to collaborate across the supply chain without the chaos of manual processes.
So on SureFront, you're able to upload images and assets to a product, and you get to govern all the attributes of that product. So all that's completely customizable.
Some retailers will extend minimal tool sets to their external partners, and it's not so uncommon when you talk about the largest retailers of the world to extend a little bit of those tool sets. But where the difficulty comes in is the largest retailers and the largest brands work with many other partners out side of each other. SureFront represents 3 major modules that are typically disparate systems. That's product lifecycle management, product information management, and wholesale customer relationship management.
So just making it as easy as possible for them to come in and upload their products, get them into the system, to be able to organize it all into categories and tag everything so that they can then create those quotes and orders.
When we look at the information supply chain that lives upstream of that, investing in a system like Shorefront that can reduce or improve your speed to market by 100% plus, you're saving weeks and months of that information supply chain. Typically about a dozen different spreadsheets and half a dozen different PDFs that are touched by team members at retailers, brands, and manufacturers just to bring one new product to market. If you really kind of consider the global scale of this, retailers and brands, they're bringing millions of new products to market every single year. So if it takes me all all of that labor, all of that effort, all of that manual input through very simple tools that aren't well optimized for it really represents a true challenge to the industry fundamentally. So when that's happening outside of any type of system, it causes really total chaos. When you start to put all of those stakeholders in the same system so that they can communicate and collaborate together, you start to unify how quickly they can assemble that puzzle.
They're just singing our praises. They're like, "Oh my gosh, you guys make it so easy for us to get everything in." and to collaborate with each other. They don't have to deal with email and Excel as much anymore.
Every time that we have a customer that comes back and says, "You fundamentally changed how my business is done. You've allowed me to grow."
