This is a mistake I think many info agency marketers make, is they think that they need to delegate too early and then they haven't gone through the skill accumulation phase. We've had like 1.5 to 2 years without hiring. Like, I think we scaled to like, I don't know, it was like $85,000-$90,000 a month with our agency, not bad. And then I was still writing daily emails, I was inside ActiveCampaign coming up with the ideation, coming up with the big ideas. But that gave us an edge because when we decided to hire, it was like a lot easier. Yeah. And so in terms of hiring I don't believe you should— I believe it's a big mistake you detaching from the business too early.
