Yo, what's up everyone? It's Mathieu Lepper here and in the past two years, me and my business partner DJ Panphili have generated over 40 million in online revenue, not only working with some of the biggest brands in the industry, but strictly by sending emails. Like simple emails, we've helped brands go from 0 to $200,000 a month, from 0 to $250,000 a month, from 0 TO $60,000 a month. And in today's video, I'm going to be pulling back the curtains on everything.
We know surrounding email marketing.
From the research phase, campaign ideas, subject lines, how to truly make money with email marketing so you can just copy and paste our strategies. And the reason why I'm doing this is simple Online. There's a lot of fluff surrounding email marketing, service level stuff that just doesn't move the needle forward. But in today's video, as I mentioned, nothing's going to be held back and I'm going to be giving you our exact templates and everything you need to scale with email, no matter the brand you're running in this year and beyond. So without further ado, let's dive into the video. So yeah, as the previous video mentioned, me and my business partner collectively have generated 14 million accounting in online revenue. And we've helped dozens online course creators, coaches, consultants, online experts, influencers generate insane results strictly by sending simple emails to the list. Now if we go to the thank you page for a lead magnet that we were previously using on Cold traffic, here's just a few of the many wins and case studies from clients using email. Right, the first Screenshot Close to 71k generated for an e commerce bizop client in just four days here, one email, one day, one promo 51k generated strictly with email. Here is when we took an Airbnb power couple from zero to over $52,000 a month consistently strictly with email list management and email marketing. Here is a screenshot showcasing a quick promotion that we've done for another Airbnb client which brought home over $70,000 in revenue in a few day. Here is you see a consistent stream of 497 program sales inside Hiros. And yes, these were sent by email traffic. Here is when we done a $140,000 promo for another E Commerce Bizop client in four to five days here using actually email as the vehicle, which is kind of crazy. We helped another client hit a $1 million a month. There were some people that needed to be pushed over edge. We sent a few Emails got the calendar packed, the closer, closer deals, they reach $1 million a month. Now, of course, this video is going to be an extensive tutorial on how to correctly do email marketing for your online business. And when I mean correctly, I mean correctly, because online you see a lot of service level stuff that just doesn't move the needle forward. Things that may have worked in 2021, 2022 or even last year, but the email landscape has changed forever. And if you don't adapt, if you don't of course adapt to these changes, you're going to be left behind in the dark and then you're going to constantly wonder what are these other people are doing that you're not with email marketing and why they're able to get these results. So this video is going to be especially applicable for you. If you have a personal brand, you sell an online course, you sell online consultant consulting apologies, you sell online memberships, you sell an online coaching program. If you're an email copywriter or a growth partner for these type of clients that sell any of the above. And if of course, you want to make more money by writing simple emails to your list. Now this free email marketing crash course will be specific to selling informational products online, as that's where we have the most experience in. It'll be three years this upcoming February that me especially has been a behind the scenes email list manager for some of the biggest education and personal brands in the industry. Names that you're most likely familiar with. And when I started the journey, I was writing five to eight daily emails for these clients without the need for AI. Every single Sunday I would come up with my entire email ideation process. I'd go through the ig, of course, see what the industry is saying. And then Sunday I would have like 20 email ideas that are ready to be launched to the list. Then Monday I'll just write five to eight emails a day. So this is coming real from the practicality trenches. Now for clients and ourselves, we've primarily used the bottom two ESPs and I'll say ourselves because I've also got a private newsletter, private daily newsletter with direct response marketers offer owners, marketers, copywriters, funnel builders, you kind of get the gist. It's got thousands of people inside and I send a daily email for my personal email list I use active campaign. For other clients we also use active campaign, but ConvertKit is also viable for your email list management. Now as I mentioned, We've used above 2 ESPs to take clients from 0 to $200,000 a month. From 0 to $250,000 a month. From 0 To over $60,000 a month. We've used ActiveCampaign to do one day email promos that brought home over 52k month just with of course emails. So without further ado, let me show you how you can use email marketing to scale your own business this year without breaking the bank with paid ads, testing revolutionary shit that you see online and wondering what the big plays are doing that you're not with email.
Now of course, before you begin sending emails, wondering about emails, wondering how to make more money with email marketing. Setting up an email automation first comes the research phase. Now, without effectively conducting a research phase, you won't know what your ICP idle customer profile truly wants, right? You won't understand their hopes, their frustrations, their dream outcomes, what keeps them up at night. You won't. You won't know why they're buying your offer rather than another offer. You won't know why they're listening to you rather than someone else, et cetera. And when you don't know these things, it's very difficult to create highly converting email campaigns. So in this section I'm going to be showing you how to ethically hijack the minds of your prospects. So your emails speak their love language and of course in a good way force them into buying what you're offering. Now, the first step to research mastery is when onboarding a new client, you must ask them good questions. You shouldn't get your clients to fill in a basic onboarding question form as your clients can be surface level with the answers. Now what we do actually is when we sign a new client, we send them the agreement, they fill in the agreement, we send them the invoice, they pay the invoice. We have got an onboarding process with a quick type form application that asks me a few questions, right?
But they're basic.
But when the agreement, the invoice and the onboarding process is complete and, and our onboarding process sets expectations, we get our clients on A1. We've even had like onboarding calls that are like two hours long. But we get them on this call to dig deep. When they respond to these questions, we dig deeper into the questions. For example, if we ask a client what sparked your motivation behind wanting to start with Amazon fba, right, on the onboarding question form, they may say my wife, my children, my auntie, whatever the mechanism is, right? But when you get them on a call and then you ask them the same question, you can elaborate on that. For example, if you ask them on the call, what motivated you to start with Amazon fba? They respond, oh, my family. You can say, what is it about your family that sparked this interest? It's like, is there a specific family member? Like, did anything, like did a big scenario happen? Whatever it is, right? And this is all emotional ammo for your email marketing. Very difficult concepts to grasp with just a onboarding form itself. Now what we do is like every single time we onboard a client, right, we actually go over a call with them and we ask them questions like this. And this is why sometimes our onboarding calls can be one to two hours long. We of course ask them the trigger moments like what was the defining event that set you on the path you are now? What was painful about your life situation that made, that made you want to make a change? What was it about your situation, the event that made you take action rather than ignore it? What was the hardest part about making that change? What was your goal starting out? Like, what did you want to achieve, what did you try, how did you transform and grow as a result of that, etc. Right. We go very deep into the personal storyline questions your know, like the client's journey from first successes to where they are now. As an expert service questions here we get deep, deep into their icp. As I mentioned on the onboarding question form, your client may say, yeah, my ICP is 25 to 40 on men, right? But that doesn't move the needle forward. We need to know what keeps these guys up at night. We need to understand what they truly want, their hopes, their frustrations, what truly is like their intrinsic reason behind buying, right? Hence why we ask them these good questions. Now here's where it kind of gets interesting but we you ask your client these good questions and I highly recommend that you use a similar onboarding question doc to ask your client these questions is you record the call through Fathom, Notetaker, whatever the AI tool is, and then this note taker will give you an extensive transcribe of of course the call. Then you can simply feed that transcribe into AI and create an extensive creative brief that of course elaborates on all the points necessary for, for email marketing. For example, with like a client that we recently onboarded, we're no longer working together so I'm of course showing you the creative brief when we've done this exact approach, right? When we got him on his call, when we asked him these good questions, and when we recorded a call and got the transcribe we put it in AI. Then AI crafted us this extensive creative brief kind of walking over the client's current situation, what's the cost of them staying where they are and the time cost, opportunity costs, what's the number one most important thing they want to accomplish in business, etc. Now you can do like a similar principle, right? You don't need to use AI. And I understand that many of you may not know how to use AI effectively, but even if you use basic questions like this, these are the only questions you need to create an endless amount of email ammo to scale your clients offer through email marketing. So that's the first process. Please, please, please ask them good questions and dig deep in to their questions. Now we can also do to ethically hijack demands of your prospects. This is an easy AI prompt. You can get the transcribes from your previous sales calls, conversations with students and put the transcribe into a tool like Claude AI. Right? If your client uses Fathom Notetaker, they've got an extensive transcript called Copy and paste that transcribe, put in Claude AI and simply ask Claude AI. Hey Claude, can you simply analyze this.
Transcribe for me and come up with.
10 common objections that these prospects are having, that these prospects are having, surrounding this vehicle, surrounding this offer, surrounding this opportunity, etc. Right? You can ask them questions like what pains are common, what objections are they having, what limiting beliefs do they have, how familiar are they with other solutions, how do they feel about the offer, and so on. Very, very simple AI prompt, but once again a really good mechanism to ethically hijack demands of your prospects. Because as I'll be showing you later on in this video is like the more ammo you have, the easier it will be to craft these email campaign ideas. Now here is another easy one that's not too strict on the AI, but in order to also dig deep into the demands of your prospects, you can also send two research emails to your existing email list. One is to buyers and one is to your existing email list to buyers. Simple framing. Hey, first name. I noticed at one point in time you invested in this program. I'm doing some research for our program to get even better results for people like you. And I just wanted to quickly ask you what was your motivation behind taking action? You know, and then you'll get like a bunch of replies. This does two things. You're creating marketing ammo and because like you're digging deep behind these people's motivations, but you're also boosting your deliverability because.
You'Re getting like a bunch of replies, right?
And this is for like the motivation. When people reply with their motivations, they're essentially replying with their dream outcomes, right? I wanted to invest in this program because I want financial stability. I want to provide for my child who's going to university next year. And I don't want her to live.
The same life that every other university student is living.
Right? That's ammo for emails. So you can send this email to buyers, but the other email you can send is to your existing email list. Even if you've got a small email list, this is a highly effective strategy. You ask your existing email list that are not buyers, what is the number one question surrounding X Dream outcome you're helping with? For example, hey, first name. Thank you for opting into my newsletter. I'm excited to see you embark on your journey in this vehicle. And I'm doing some research for a new YouTube video or my program to help even more people like you see a result. And I just wanted to quickly ask you, what's your number one question surrounding fat loss? You know, and then when these people respond with questions, these questions are essentially objections disguised meaning when you begin writing emails, you know these questions and then you can transform these questions into emails or like inside the email, you can overcome these objections to increase email conversions. That's another great mechanism. Send two research emails to your existing list. Now we can also do this kind of digs deeper, right? Because even like this example that I gave on the onboarding question form, if you ask a customer like what's your number one motivation, they may say, I want to lose weight, right? It's very service level. But what you can also do, if you've got a customer list of buyers or warm leads, you can also create an open ended question type form that digs deep into their pains in exchange for xthink, right? Send this Typeform to warn people on your social media or once again send a simple email to your list. And then in a type form you of course dig deep, right? The name, the age, their gender, why they opted into the list, what's the number one question surrounding this? If you were to receive a consulting call, what are three questions that you would seek, etc.
Right?
Like you can get very, very intelligent with a type form. Now with the type form, it's kind of like a difficult thing because if you get people to fill in a type form without a value exchange, people will be very service level with answers, right? So what you can do if you have got an existing database of customers, in exchange for people filling in this type form, you can give them some sort of free gift, right? You can like even do like let's say two free coaching calls for the people who give the best answers. This does two things. You of course create marketing ammo with a type form. But when you jump on these bonus coaching calls, you can actually disguise the.
Coaching call as like let's say a research mechanism, right?
Because these people that jump on a coaching calls, they're going to ask you questions with problems that they need overcoming and on that coaching call, they're problems that you can refute in future emails. It's an entire ripple effect. Now as I mentioned, the above goal of all the mechanisms is to understand your demographic and psychographic profile what keeps them up at night, right? Their intrinsic motivations, what they define success as. Potential objections they have about your offer or your vehicle and their ideal transformation journey. The more ammo you receive from the above tactics, the better your foundations will be for email marketing. Now these are the principles that we religiously like, oblige with. We do these like a lot for clients. But there are some other mechanisms that you can tap into to ethically hijack the minds of your prospects so your emails speak their love language. Now, competitor analysis, of course, competitor analysis is so powerful because if a competitor is doing well, there's some sort of validation. All right, so let's say you're selling a fitness offer on fat loss, whatever it is, right? Find the biggest fat loss experts in your industry, V shred etc, these direct response brands and then you see simply on social media, like how they position themselves, what messaging are they using with their posts, if they're running ads, what angles are they using? Is there a common theme you're seeing is an opportunity for you to fill in any gaps in the market, etc.
Right?
Like if I've done this, this is a very principle driven tactic, right? See what's working in the market, see what your big competitors are doing because those are proven angles, right? If like let's say I sell fat.
Loss and then I noticed that V.
Shred in one of the ads, they got this entire angle around fat loss and using this one specific herb, I know that that specific herb has validation and I could potentially use the same messaging inside my emails, right? Competitive analysis is powerful. Now, online forums, of course, once again powerful. But as I mentioned earlier on in this video, the ways that you do it are no longer viable, right? Reddit of course is great, but we want you to dig deeper here and then what you essentially do is tell Google that you're the dream icp, severely looking to prevent wide problem. For example, for example, I'm a middle aged single mom and struggling to afford to bring up my child. What can I do to earn some money online? When you go deep into the forums, pick up on the language the ICP is speaking. And this is all ammo for your email marketing, right? If I put this inside Google, these are like questions that these women are asking. I'll access the Reddit forums and see like which other make money online solutions.
These other women are recommending.
I'll kind of see how they're converting.
With like with each other.
What kind of words are they using, Are there any key terminology that kind of springs to mind, etc. Online forums another great mechanism to dig deep into the minds of your prospects. Now this is kind of neglected with email marketing, but if your client sells a high ticket program, you can access your client CRM tools, right? Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. To analyze the conversations setters and closes are happening with prospects. For example, let's say on IG a prospect or like a set of apologies. Set a prospect, right? But they didn't book their call for some reason. The setup asks them like a question like what was the reason behind you? Not like booking a call, right? The prospect may reply with key objections. Once again, once again, apologies. Those are objections that can be refuted in later emails. These are all the mechanisms you need to dig deep, but you need to ensure that you're practical. Now to tick it off. Of course, by the end of this entire research phase, you should ideally have an extensive creative brief like the one that I showed you here. Or worst of all, if you can't go as deep into this when you get your client on this extensive onboarding call, have a split screen up. No, have a split screen open. On the left hand side of course.
Is the client's conversation.
Right hand side you're taking notes, answering each question to a table. So you can essentially create an extensive doc with like each one here you would like, elaborate on this. You would elaborate on this, elaborate on this, elaborate on this. Then over time, like when you're struggling with email ideas, you can simply go back to this extensive doc and get marketing ammo from the get go, right? So you should have a credit brief like that and deeply understand the following things. I want you to take deep, deep note of this. What are the costs of your ICP staying where they are. For example, if they don't embark on this mission to financial stability, what's going.
To happen to their lives?
Are bills going to continue creeping up on them? Are they going to continue struggling to provide for their children, etc. What's the number one most important thing they want to accomplish? Of course, financial stability once again. But what is it about financial stability that they truly want to accomplish the financial stability? Knowing that I'm no longer tied to to a job that doesn't cherish me, they can offload me at any time, etc.
Right?
Go as deep as possible. Now, what's the promise you or your client are using to get people to the dream outcome? What problem are you helping overcome in the market? And then you should also have like a list of 30 to 50 of the most common problems your prospects are experiencing. For example, when we created this creative brief for this client, right, we go to the problem list, we fed this into claw AI. AI done its magic here. And then AI came with 50 key problems that we can use as ammo for email marketing, right? Feeling trapped in a unfulfilling 9 to 5 job with limited growth potential, struggling to balance work demands with family life and personal interests, lack of financial freedom, difficulty in finding reliable supplies and maintaining product quality. Every single one of these problems is an email idea. It's something to mention in your email, right? Fear of accumulating debt or risk and savings on a new venture. Here is like if they're fit. No, if they're fearful of accumulating debt. I mean here's how you prevent the fear of of course collecting this debt and instead building a highly profitable Amazon.
Business despite your level of experience.
Bang right here. A lack of a supportive community of like minded entrepreneurs. Are you scared of doing this Amazon FBA thing alone? Sure, here's like the program that you need to XYZ right in the email. But these are all problems that you can really activate and hit on inside your email marketing. So you should of course have the problems, but you should also have the solutions. If we go into our creative brief, we've got, I believe it's also 50, 50 solutions, dream solutions that our prospects want just by conducting that initial onboarding call, right? We know that these guys want to learn how to implement implement a system for learning and growth in your Amazon business. They want to determine the right time to transform full time to the Amazon FBA business. They want to prepare and manage. They want to maintain healthy work, life balance, etc. Once again, a lot more ammo for email, right? So you should also understand the solutions. You should understand your prospect's desired situation. You should also understand the gap you're helping bridge. The gap is essentially from before situation to after situation, helping someone go from financial misery to financial comfort, for example, right? The ump. The UMP essentially is the unique mechanism of the problem. So like why are your prospects not getting the results they want, right, with Amazon fba? Like the UMP could be that they're not seeing success with Amazon FBA because they're not shown how to find the right supplies with rapid shipping times that kind of like allow them to be ranked on high on Amazon, right? But our client's program, he allows you how to, he allows you to find these right suppliers. He shows you how to be ranked high on the Amazon platform, so you're increasing your sales, etc. You always need a UMP unique mechanism of the problem and you always need a unique mechanism of the solution and why it's superior to other solutions on the market, right? People are so used to solutions on the marketplace, but what makes your solution superior? That's the ums, for example, once again, in the Amazon niche, right? What is it about your clients teachings that make them Amazon teaching superior to the rest? Where we teach this revolutionary wholesale tactic that allows you to source products at much cheaper rate which increase your profit margins, right? That's an example of a ums. And when you understand the ums, it makes your emails pop because your emails are kind of brand new right now. You should always also understand the reasons to believe the claims you're making. If we go into our client's creative brief, right, we go into where is it? Somewhere here, I believe we understand that the reasons to believe, right, when you onboard a client pick up these credibility boosters. When we onboarded this client, we asked.
Him his personal success story, right?
He achieved financial freedom by 21.
That's credibility.
He, he built multiple six figure businesses.
By the age 24. Credibility.
He made his first million online by age 23.
Credibility.
His impressive online presence is also credibility that can be used in emails. Because he's got 1 million followers, 1 million fans that follow him for his Amazon FBA content, 200,000 subscribers on YouTube. He's overcoming adversity. He's moved to the UK without understanding English properly. These are only things that you can understand if you perform the research phase effectively. Right now you can kind of see it's like when you have this creative brief, you subconsciously pick up on email patterns that can be applied into email marketing. For example, like here, like this entire concept of that he moved to the UK without understanding English properly. That's an email idea. I started and scaled an Amazon FBA business to six figures plus a year and I couldn't speak English. If someone on the email list has a similar limitation, they know that they.
Can also see success.
And this is why the research phase is so critically important, right? So we also understand the client's case studies, et cetera, long term support his unique teachings, his transparent approach, et cetera. So you should understand the reasons to believe the claims you're making. With copywriting, every claim you make, you need proof behind it. If you mention that he's helped thousands of people showcase them.
People, right?
Showing always beats telling. You can't say I've helped people showcase them. Testimonials, iMessages, WhatsApp messages, links to external YouTube videos showing these people seeing the results that they want, etc. Etc. And of course, by the end of this research phase, you should also understand the features and the benefits of what you're selling. Now I'm going to dive deep into the direct response email copyrighted and the principles that you need to understand before before writing email. But one thing I'm going to leave this off with is the features and the benefits.
Of course, features is that you've got a weekly group coaching call.
Right, the benefits. This weekly group coaching call allows you to get all your questions answered, but then there's also dimensionalized benefits. What does someone truly achieve by having the feature of the group coaching call? Well, group coaching call feature benefit is that you get your questions answered. And then the dimensionalized benefit is when you get your questions answered, you're no longer left in this Amazon FBA industry all alone. You have someone in your corner holding you accountable for your entire process, allowing you to accelerate your way to success and build the life that you deserve just by having this accountability in your corner. Now that's the research phase. The next part of this video, I'm going to be diving deep into direct response email copywriting, showing you the proven subject line formulas, preview text hacks and campaigns, ideas that we've used for generating over 14 million in online revenue. Let's get it.
Welcome, welcome, welcome. If you've gone through the research phase, you understand your icp. You know their dreams, their frustrations, their outcomes, what keeps them up at night. You of course have now the solid foundation you need to begin executing with emails. But even before you begin wondering about how to make more money with emails, what types of campaigns to send, or like setting up an email automation. First comes direct response email copywriting principles. Why? Direct response principles are of course proven. They're timeless, they always beat tactics. And when you understand to a t, the following principles that I'm about to share with you in just a moment, your job as an email marketer, or as like a marketer in that case is going to become so much easier because principles are at the root of all conversions and cash. Now, the first principle that I wanted to share with you today are Robert Cialdini's influence triggers. In his book the Influence, if you haven't read it yet, he mentions that there are six core reasons why people take action, why people decide to listen to that person, why people take out their credit cards and buy this program, etc. And those six reasons are reciprocity, scarcity, authority, consistency, liking, and social proof. Reciprocity essentially states that people feel the natural inclination to return to someone if that someone previously gave them something in the past. Right?
Right.
Now if we look at this in the marketing industry or like a marketing world education industry, it's why you see lead magnets being offered free trainings, free giveaways, free products, free school communities, etc. Right? The guru themselves or the client or like the offer owner, is attempting to activate reciprocity through value. So later on in the customer journey, that same customer of course sees the value and then they feel reciprocated to be ascended is a human nature principle. The next one, scarcity. Of course, if things are in scarce quantities, the, the value of that thing, of course naturally increases, right? It can be a good, a service, a program, a trainer, et cetera. And by like a trainer for your US folks, I mean like a sneaker. It's why you see sneaker resellers lining up at these exclusive sneaker stores to acquire that sneaker, right? Because they understand that that one sneaker, that one variant is in limited quantities.
And.
And they can't get that nowhere else. They can't get that thing. Like when you go to the mall in Miami, in Brick or in London, right? It's only available to that store. And that's why people are open to, of course, waiting outside in a line and paying premium prices for that sneaker. It's scarcity. When things are in scarce quantities, the value of that thing naturally increases. Now, the third one, authority. Authority is especially huge indirect response. And it's why you see, of course, Craig Lemons, right? Craig Lemons, the Founder of Golden Hippo. He's got a big brand beneath Golden Hippo and it's Gundry, Dr. Gundry. And like Dr. Gundry is the face of it. Then they sell supplements, ebooks, educational kind of programs, right? But the fact why they're able to sell so effectively is because Dr. Gundry himself is an authority figure, right? He's got these titles, he's worked with people like us and other names, right? That when you associate to these celebrities and these authority figures, the credibility of your name instantly rises. So you can use a similar principle when you do email marketing. It's like let's say for example now you're writing for a health offer, right? And then you notice that in one of your supplements there's a specific ingredient inside that supplement that kind of provides this dream outcome, right? If you can online find a huge authority figure that talked about a specific herb, it's going to instantly boost your credibility inside the entire copy piece. Authority. Another huge thing. Now consistency. The way you of course apply these to, to like to marketing, emails, etc. Is mainly through the foot in the door technique. Now this is where you get people to comply to a big favor by starting with a small request, right? And this kind of happened to me in real time. Like I remember I joined a private email list, right? Me, I committed myself by opting in. That's the first commitment. But then when I opted in, I got redirected to a thank you page with more commitments. He's like, click this link, click this one reply here. It's kind of like a game, right? And then subconsciously I'm making all of these small commitments. And then over time when he asks me for like a bigger commitment, whether I take out my American Express and buy like a 297 program, for example, I've already committed myself to the previous actions and now more likely to be ascended in the future. You can do the same with email marketing. What we do for clients that you can copy and paste is like we get all people to reply to, click to fill this type form in, etc. We get them to commit to their dream outcomes and their pains. So by the time we do like a big launch, they're already pre framed. Consistency is another powerful, potent psychological trigger that you can activate when you do email marketing. Now the next one is of course liking. And this is summarized with one kind of phrase, right? People like people that are like them, that are similar to them. Meaning is like the more you show that you're similar to the people that you're writing for, for the better your emails perform. This is why it's like when we write story based emails, right, we always use a specific story structure that I'm going to share with you in just a moment as well. That kind of builds this likability because we tell the people, don't worry. Like I know that you see these Lambos and I know that you see me living this high life in Miami, but I was once walking the same path that you're currently walking on. I was once stuck at this job. I once had these faults. And then you build into similarity and the likability, right? People like people that are like them. Now the final psychological trigger, another huge principle that you may be familiar with is social proof. Five star reviews, testimonials. You kind of get a gist right now even if we go to Amazon, right, To kind of show this in like action. If we check out the book Influence by Robert Cialdini right here, of course he's got an audiobook, different variants. Fair enough, right? We click the book. But on the book he's got here, it seems like he's got 5,5k positive ratings for this book. This is social proof in action. Now he wrote this book of course mentioning social proof and Amazon are utilizing social proof for him to push people over edge, which is pretty cool. Like social proof of course just tells stories of people that are similar to your ICP and then what they're saying about your program, your good, your education program, etc. Right? Hear people doing five star reviews, they're spilling their whole hearts out with all the story awareness. Like they're saying all of this, right? In email marketing, social proof is mandatory. Like we add testimonials, iMessage, like iMessage DMS, WhatsApp messages, links to external YouTube videos showcasing the social proof, etc. The more you can build this proof, the more credible your copy is and then the better it will perform. Now one thing about social proof, you need to show variation in the social proof, right? Many people, they kind of like flood a page with like bland discord screenshots. It's kind of like I've seen this shit before, right? But if you now add iMessages, WhatsApp messages, YouTube videos, you with real life pictures of your clients, like seen. As a result, you've done an in person interview with this client. It's showing diversification and then it builds to the credibility. So that's the first direct response email copywriting principle that you must understand. These six psychological biases or things or whatever you like to call them. Now the second one are Kyle Milligan's New, Easy and Safe and Big Emotions. Now if you don't know Kyle Milligan, he was a ex copywriter for Agora publication. It's like one of the biggest publication companies in the industry. And he came up with this principle saying that there are four core emotions why people buy new, easy, safe and big. And the more of these emotions you activate in your copy, the better the copy piece will be. Now just to kind of summarize it, of course it's kind of self explanatory but new like are you making your online course, your online coaching program seem as new? Is this something that your ICP have never seen before, right? Is it easy? This is why like in email copyright and you see things like three step system, easy to follow, roadmap, hold your hand like these kind of key terms, right? Because these key terms they subconsciously communicate that the thing is easy. So look for these cues to make it easy, right? It's like the 62nd ritual for example, right? That activates the easy emotion safe. This is mainly done for like risk reversal is like if they do take action and they don't see this result, what's going to happen if they don't see the result in a worst case scenario, right? So kind of like double down on your risk reversal and like make it seem as safe as possible. You can also make it seem safe by utilizing Robert Cialdini's Social proof trigger is like the more diverse you are with your social proof, the more safe it seems because people are seeing people from all sorts of backgrounds, skill sets, ages, demographics, psychographics seen as a result, right? So new, easy, safe and big. Big is of course just like big claims but believable claims. You don't want to let your ICP know is like you can make an extra $80 a day with this revolutionary free step system, right? Like Carl Milligan, I believe he broke down like a piece of copy and it was like a trading offer I believe. And inside the headline he mentioned something like, like a multi six figure salary and like wide time kind of thing, right? Is big. Of course it's relatively believable for his icp but kind of gets the attention from like the get go, right? Like make yourself seem as big as possible. So that's the next principle. Kyle Milligan's new Easy, Safe and Big emotions. Now the third principles is from this book here. I highly recommend you to pick up a copy as well. I believe I'd done like a previous search for it. One sentence, persuasion. Blair Warren. One sentence, persuasion. Inside this book, of course, the big idea of the book is 27 words to make the world do your bidding. And the 27 words are people will do anything for those who encourage their dreams, justify their failures, ally their fears, confirm their suspicions and help them throw rocks at enemies. Now here's a visual breakdown of each of these five of course principles. But encourage their dreams is of course essentially telling people that their dreams can be realized, right? Most people, they don't like inspire the ICP to take action. But you can say, listen, first name, I've been in your situation, I know exactly how this feels. But after stumbling across this magic three step system, I created a life that I once hoped for and I didn't have these limitations. And I know that you may be wondering that this is far fetched or that you can't do this for yourself, but I'm here to tell you that it is possible. It is possible because I've seen countless of people no different from you seeing X result in Y time following the same system. Like Margaret, who saw this result in Y time. Like Samantha, who saw this result in Y time. You kind of get the idea, right? You always need to encourage their dreams and like show them that their dreams can actually be made into a reality. Now justify their failures. I'm going to add a quick note here. It's kind of like scapegoating, I would say as well, I'll get on this just now. Justify the failures essentially is that you let them know that it's okay that you haven't managed to do this yet, right? If you're writing for like a make money online offer, it's okay that you haven't achieved financial freedom. It's okay that you're still in the job. It's okay that you'll still listen to these demanding demands from your manager that you secretly despise and you hate to look at, right? It's like it's okay, it's okay because of X thing. Now here's a quick trick. But you can never tell your prospect that they're in a bad situation because of themselves. If you're targeting a sophisticated customer, maybe you can get away with it. But there's a principle scapegoating. You always need to scapegoat the customer for their shortcomings. So it's not. It's not that you're lazy while you're not making money. It's because the system has programmed you in this way, it's because your teachers have brainwashed you into the belief that this is the way on how to make money online. It's because none of these gurus are really teaching you how to truly make money online. Right? Right. Then what this does, it kind of creates an enemy when you scapegoat. But that's the like, that's the following one. Justify their failures. Ally their fears. Of course, like, doing something new is always fearful, right? You always need to acknowledge it. A lot of fears, doing something new is always fearful. Acknowledge it. I understand that this is a fearful step to take. I understand that you may be thinking XYZ about taking action, but I've been in the same situation you're in. Kind of get a gist, right? You always need to allow their fears now confirm the suspicions. We all have suspicions about things. Fully embrace them. For rocks to enemies, this is probably like the most important one or like the most like popular one that I use. Anyways, like, we all have enemies. Don't be afraid to mention them. Now, you know when I gave you the example of like the system or the teachers or that all these other gurus are not teaching you the real substance it takes to make money online, right? This is an example of a common enemy that you can of course highlight inside your email copywriting. Let's say you're, you're writing for a make money online offer and then you're coming up with this entire idea on like why all these people are hiding the real substance for you, right. Subconsciously the prospect is knows that there's like an active enemy out there that you're fighting. And it kind of creates a us versus them dynamic, right. When you throw rocks at enemies, it's like even in the health industry, like you see people throwing rocks at like all these bad coaches, these bad experts, these things, right? Like they're creating like a common enemy. Like these are bad coaches because they're not really teaching you the real substance. They're teaching you things in order to look good on, like IG on Twitter to look good on a gram, right? And so there. That's Blair Warren's one center's persuasion. To summarize, of course, encourage your prospects dreams, justify their failures and let them know that it's okay that they have managed to do this yet ally their fears. We understand that taking any new leap is always fearful, but fully acknowledge it. Confirm their suspicions. Embrace all the suspicions your prospects have and always throw rocks at enemies. Now the second, well, not the second principle, the following principle is most marketing messages are ignored because marketers do not bypass the human crocodile brain. The crocodile brain is the most primitive part of our brain. And if your messages are not perceived as new or exciting, they will be ignored. Now, especially in the online education industry, right? Many people make this mistake of making their program, their offer seem the same as every offer on the marketplace. If another guru is using the framing of the ultimate Amazon program, and then you use the same framing when you use the same frame and your prospect subconsciously puts you in the same bucket with that guru, they may have bought the program from that guru, they never saw a result from that guru, and then they don't see the hope in your program. So your trick is, especially with your emails and even your sales pages, the more new and exciting you make your copy seem, of course, the more potent it will be. Now, this kind of goes back to Carl Milligan's new emotion that he talks about here, right? Like, the more new it is, the better it is, because new it creates hope. If your prospect gets the idea that this is something that I've never tried before, like this teaching inside this program, damn, this seems pretty revolutionary. If your prospect thinks that you've now created hope in them, and then they're more open to, of course, taking the action that you want them to take. Now, the following principle. People don't buy into features and they don't buy into benefits either. A lot of people online tell you that features know that features don't sell. Benefits sell. I disagree with that. I wouldn't even. I wouldn't even say that benefits. So I would say that dimensionalized benefits sell. Now, for, like, a visual example of this, let's say I'm writing an offer for a skincare product, right? An example of a feature could be this ingredient that does this smoothing, right? The benefit is, is of course, that this gets deep into the pores and allows you to get clear skin. And that's where most people stop. They're kind of like stopping themselves at the ceiling. But the trick is to dimensionalize this benefit further by. By painting this vivid imagery of, like, what their life could look like as a thanks to this benefit. For example, the benefit could be, of course, clear skin. The dimensionalized benefit could be you can achieve this clear skin to achieve the insane confidence that you've always wanted. You no longer need to cover your face with your cardigan when you walk through this through the school corridor is now you have unmatched confidence, knowing that you haven't got any whiteheads. Or like pass on your skin, right? Like people are looking at you because you've got unmatched confidence. That's an example of a dimensionalized benefit. The aim of the dimensionalized benefit is to go as deep as possible down to the surface. With the main benefit, the deeper you go, the more emotion you create and the more vivid the piece of copy is, right? Even when we mention because we're really in like the make money online industry, that's kind of our golden recipe, right? And of course a feature is group coaching calls the benefits. Yeah, Group coaching calls accountability. Get your questions answered and make money online. But the dimensionalized benefits, what are they? Like get this accountability so you can of course build this thriving business that you've always wanted, so you can spend the time that you want with your family, so that you no longer need to be listening to the bullshit remarks that your job manager is giving you when you walk into the office. So you no longer need to continue pretending that you like your work colleagues, that you don't, etc. These are examples of dimensionalized benefits. As I mentioned, dimensionalized benefits sell and dimensionalized problems resonate. Dimensionalized problems is a similar principle to dimensionalized benefits. But you take the core problem, let's say the core problem is low confidence, right? When you dig deep. That low confidence is of course that you struggle to keep eye contact with people when you're making your way on the tfl, which kind of forces you to think in misery that you're really not, if you're really worthy, etc. Right? The deeper you go, the more your copy is going to resonate. So please embrace these principles inside your email copywriting. Now the next principle, avoid throat clearing in your emails. If something can be made redundant, make it redundant when you watch a good movie, right? Like one that gets your attention from the get go. It deliberately starts into the juicy action driven elements, right? Like I previously watched. And what, like what's the movie called? I'm going to get Taken. I think like the movie's taken, right? In Taken one they got straight into the action. I was like, God damn, what's happening here? Like someone's being chased. I think even in Taken two, like a similar principle applies, right? But now if they started off the movie with yeah, so in this movie we're going to discuss XYZ and I'm hoping that you find it insane. This is the similar print, like the similar thing that so many people do inside the email. They start the email with thing like, hey, like today I'm Going to show this email and how I done this and how I done this. I'm hoping that you find some value inside. So without further ado, let's dive into this video. It's very boring and you're going to lose customers, right? The same thing, of course, with books is like, when you read a good book and, like, one that keeps you hooked, it goes straight into the enticing details. Like, here is an example of, like, a book that I'm currently reading. It's like a fiction book like this. Like, it's not me, but, like, this book is going viral online. And I wanted to kind of see what it's about because apparently the writing and the storytelling is, like, very vivid. And I want to improve, of course, the copywriting and reading and then reading fiction books is one of the best ways to improve your copy. But in the first paragraph, the first paragraph, he mentioned the first line, keep in mind is I like hurting girls in the first line. Now that got my attention. It's like, damn. Like, this book is starting with such, like, drastic things. Like, I like hurting girls. Like, that's like keeping me curious, right? In your emails, it's like a similar principle you don't want to start your email with. Hoping this finds you well as you lose customers. Like this book. Done. Get straight to action. You're not making money because of this thing. You're not losing weight because of this thing. Get straight into the action. Even here. Like, another example for one of our clients is we get straight to the action by saying, let me bust a major Airbnb myth real quick. You need a lot of money to get started. This Sunday at 7pm EST, Bryson and I are breaking down our URPM strategy. Right. Like we could have mentioned.
Hey, first name.
Today I'm going to be showing you why most people aren't able to succeed with Airbnb because the limiting beliefs are all over the place, right? But we don't. We scrap that. We got straight into the action. Let me bust a major Airbnb myth real quick. You need a lot of money to get started. It keeps them hooked. And then we've got a CTA in the third line. Now, the following principle, the slippery slope effect. To keep people hooked with your email, each line should transition smoothly into the next with curiosity. Now you can kind of see how we've done this with our email, right? To understand the following line, you need to read the first line to understand that line. You do, of course, understand the following. For example, it's like, let me Bust a major Airbnb myth real quick, right? They can't finish the email decks. They. They've got an open loop to discover what this Airbnb myth really is. So they need to read the next line. You need. You need a lot of money to get started. And then the prospect, they need to read the following line beneath this because their mind is of course, thinking is.
Like, I'm so like, people are telling me that I need a lot of.
Money to get started. How isn't this true? It isn't true because this Sunday at 7pm we're breaking down this strategy. So with your emails is like, each line has to transition so smoothly into the next that you build the curiosity and of course, keep your prospect on the edge of their seats at all times. So they buy your program, so they buy your course, so they buy your consulting, whatever you're offering. Now, specificity sells and builds credibility. If you mention a revenue number, be specific with the number. If you mention a name, say their name in full and the location viable. Avoid vague numbers and paint a vivid imagery of what you're offering here. I'll give you an example of a bad example, right? Our program has helped someone make $80,000 a month with this program, right? It's kind of like abstract. There's like anyone can say that. But now if I say, meet Samantha S. Who lives in Los Angeles, California, who was once a waitress, and then she wanted to make a change in her life, then she stumbled across this solution, the magic three step Amazon program. And now she went through the program, and now she's living the life that she always wanted, traveling to locations like Italy, Rome. Italy and Rome are the same. Rome, Paris, Poland, uae, wherever the location is, right? And then you add a screenshot of her, but then when you mention her revenue number, it's not 80,000, it's $80,145 in 21 days, right? It's a lot more real. So when you write these emails and like, embark on your journey as, like a successful email copywriter, of course, after this email marketing crash course is be as specific as possible, not only with the numbers, but, like, even with the vivid imagery, right? If you write in the health niche and then you mention something about one extract, don't say that is from Bulgaria, right? Say that it's from the village called this in Bulgaria that has a population of this amount of people. And they all believe in these similar things, right? The more specific you are, the merrier. Now, people don't bind to businesses, they bind to people. Showcase your personality as much as you can and never send emails from the company. Huge, huge mistake. Always send emails from faces of the company as it builds liking. Now I'm going to break this example down with Grant Cardone, right? If you're in the online education industry, you understand that Grant Cardone is one of the biggest info offer owners in the industry and I'm on his email list and he never ever sends an email from the company at 10x. Why? Because people don't resonate to it, right? The reason why someone is buying one of Grant Cardone's programs is because of his name. So you need to develop a similar ideology. It's like always showcase your guru yourself a face of the brand as like the entire talking point around the email. Because like what this does is of course it activates likability. But as I mentioned, people don't buy into businesses, they buy into people, right? Even like the reason why I'm such a huge Apple fan is like of course of Steve Jobs. Or the reason why I like mdv which is like a UK based brand is because it's ran by Reese Wabara who's kind of like the face of the brand. Some of you watching this, you may be familiar with George Heaton that represent, right? Why do you of course buy from represent. Of course their clothes may be nice. Of course, like it's like it's probably decent, right? But majority of the people buy because of the motive of, of the motif and the messaging that George Heen is using and it's only applicable because he's the face of the brand. So in your emails it's a similar principle. Okay, so now we've got the four golden subject line formulas to saw your open rates and make more cash. Now the first one are what I like to call counterintuitive subject lines. And here's where you take something that's so popular that's so of course like that people are familiar with and go against the grain in your subject line. For example, the first one that I embedded is the controversial copywriting method that's turning head, right. If I'm a copywriter I'm reading this, I'm kind of like ceiling thinking what method is turning heads? Like why is it causing so much excitement in the marketplace? Right. The second one while you're doing weight loss. Wrong. The correct method inside a subject line like this, it kind of communicates especially if I'm writing like a weight loss offer. If I'm on my mission then I've tried all these previous things and I'm still not in a situation that I'm in. I know that I may be doing something wrong. So like this, you've been doing everything that you've been told the wrong way. But here's the correct method inside the third one. Your teachers were brainwashing you all along. Another example of a counterintuitive subject line. Because of course so many people say that your teachers are giving you good practical advice. They're the people to listen to. But matter of fact, they've been brainwashing you. It goes against the grain. Now the next one Stop chasing the next big eye. No big AI trend. Focus on this instead. This is of course counterintuitive, but if we dig deep, it's also like a relevant recent email, right? Like now everyone's talking about Claude, everyone's talking about chat gbt. But you shouldn't chase on this big AI trend. You should focus on this instead. It gets your prospects thinking, it builds curiosity and it increases open rates. Now the second subject line formula is a simple problem and benefit focused subject line. Struggling to pain point. This solution is your holy grail. Struggling to make money online, this three step could be system as your holy ground. For example, right? Is your Is pain point costing your success? Details inside on overcoming Eliminate severe pain point with a secret herb that's been used for X time. Eliminate severe bloating with the secret herb that's been used for hundreds of years in ancient Egypt or thousands of years in in ancient Egypt. Right? The third one is of course problem and benefit focus. But you also sprinkle in credibility with the amount of years that's been around, which boosts like the social proof as well. Now the last one is pain point. Doing X to you. This ancient solution may be your answer is back pain forcing you to struggle waking up in the morning or something of that realm. This ancient solution may be your answer right now the third one straight benefit focused Boost your metric by X percent with this proven solution Boost your monthly recurring revenue by 45% with this proven copywriting solution Unlock a benefit increase in relevant metric today. Next one Unlock a benefit increase in relevant metric today. The secret to improving relevant metric in why time business owners may not like this the secret to improving your monthly recurring revenue in 21 days or less Business owners may not like this 1x benefit this may be for you want to build a highly profitable Amazon business that sets you free to may be for you now social proof another proven 1x amount of expert figures swear by this tool 67% of business owners swear by this copywriting tool. Now the second one of social proof is see how client name achieved X result with this secret strategy. See how Vincent made 10k in 30 days with Amazon with his secret AMZ strategy. What industry leaders know about relevant topic that you don't. What industry leaders and doctors know about fat loss that you don't. Social proof and I can even add here is like authority. Authority. Now the last one, the secret that took me from Nightmare to Rosie and can do the same for you. This one is kind of like what I mentioned earlier about the likability elements, right? When I was breaking down Robert Cialdini's principles. You can show your prospects that you are like them, which builds likability. And this subject line kind of follows that principle. Is like the secret that took me from working rubbish dead end jobs to building the life that I've always wanted with Airbnb and can do the same for you, right? It also builds likability. So that are four golden subject line formulas that you can use to soar your open rates. Now there are also two timeless preview text hacks you must know for maximum email marketing success. Now the first one, your preview texts must complement your main subject line with congruency. Your preview text shouldn't be considered an extra, but a booster. Let's say my subject line is like I've got a roadmap on copywriting for you, right? The preview text I could add is details inside with like a paperclip emoji, right? But this is congruency because the preview text directly complements the subject line. If your preview text is completely on a different wavelength to your subject line, then there's no congruency. Then you're going to kill your conversions. So there should always be congruency. No, should there should always be a congruency with your subject line and your preview text because it builds curiosity and increases your open rates. Now the next one, if you look right, I mentioned that I sent a daily newsletter to direct response marketers, email marketers, copywriters offer owners, business owners. And when I send an email on most occasions, if you see here, I haven't got a preview text, right? It's kind of like this allows you to differentiate in the inbox because like everyone else has preview text kind of sections are all cluttered. But my one, I make it invisible by using this code. Now feel free to copy and paste this code. It's just of course this at symbol zwnj semicolon and then you can of course make your entire preview text section invisible, which allows you to increase open rates. Now the next strategy I have for you, the next principle, the next email marketing hack is how how out how changing your from names can increase your open rates. As mentioned above, anything that is not new or exciting gets. Gets ignored, right? Is like the crocodile brain. Your crocodile brain, if it sees something and it's not new or exciting, it instantly like ignores it then looks for the new. For the next new exciting thing. And if you've been emailing the same list with the same from names over and over and over again, it can cause fatigue with your list, right? Like if I receive emails, let's say I've been. I receive daily emails from the same name over and over again. I mean I may, I may look up to their work, right? And then I still may open an email, but over time I'm kind of like becoming fatigued. But you can kind of prevent this email list fatigue by including a pattern interrupt to your email list and increasing your open rates by playing with your from names. Here I believe I've done it a few times. Is like my first name. Then I've done low tick and matcheck, ML, ML, ML, ML and then just my first name here, right? With your clients and even your brand. If you're doing email marketing for yourself, show variation with your from names to increase these open rates. Now some examples are your first name, right? Like let's say Anthony and then like Anthony and your surname, Anthony Hamilton. Right? And then your first name and company Name Anthony@3 step Amazon system. Your initials a.m. your name and a client name, right? Like if you do like a social proof email which I'll get onto in just a moment. Let's say you do like Anthony and Vincent, right? A different face of your company. I'm going to also walk you over some principles and some different campaign ideas. But you can introduce like CEOs, CMOs, VAs, Personal Assistants, different faces of the brand which also cause like patent interrupts which are good for open rates. Now your teaching and your first name Amazon Anthony, right? That's another example of a front name that you can use to create a pattern. Interrupt your first name with an emoji. Like you can put Anthony if you're on like an Amazon offer with like the make, not like the money back, right? Like the cash back. Now the following one. Your first name and a different face of the company. Let's say your face with a company is a personal assistant. Her name is Margaret. I don't know why I'm using that name, but you kind of get a gist. That's the first thing that sprung to mind. It could be Anthony and Margaret, right? That's another example of a from name variation that you can use to increase, to increase your open rates, the first letter of your first name. I've given some people take this upper level. They've just sent emails from the letter A. Just A. It's not even Anthony, it's just A. That's like another thing that you can use to increase your open rates. It's all about pattern interrupts, right? It's all about giving something, you know, giving these people something new that they haven't seen before. And then it gets the curiosity evoked. So make sure that you're activating these from name hacks as well to increase your open rates. Now for the most important thing, of course, the practicality behind this. Here we have the different types of emails you can send for maximum cash collected. So the first campaign we have is the belief shifting email. And here you take a common belief your ICP idle customer profile may be familiar with. Debunk the belief, educate them on why it's not true, and then showcase proof behind your claim. Now, for example, once again, let's say I'm writing in the MMO niche, right? A common belief or like false belief could be that these people believe that they need marketing experience to succeed with Airbnb, right? This is a common belief that they may be familiar with that could be preventing them from taking action you want. But I'm breaking that belief by saying matter of fact, unlike what people have told you in the industry, you don't need excessive amounts of marketing experience to make this happen. The reason why you don't need marketing experience is because of xyz. And then we showcase proof behind the claim, right? We also say we've helped John achieved this result. And matter of fact, when he started sounds crazy, but he had no matter of clue. He didn't know anything about marketing experience. But he still built a 10k a month Airbnb business in 30 days following the same strategies that you have access to today, right? So here you take a common belief. The beliefs are typically time, time, money and like internal, internal limitations, right? Like time, I haven't got the time, money and internal limitations. Like try to overcome as many as possible. Now, the second one is emotional story. Here you follow this structure and here's a structure that I was referring to earlier on in the video. The structure is nightmare breaking, turning rosy. Now this kind of structure essentially is the nightmare situation, is the situation where, like where you, your client had the worst possible time in their life, right? So like in mmo, here I was, I was working eight to, eight to ten hour shifts in a warehouse, only having one day off a week and struggling to make ends meet at the end of the month, right? I'm kind of elaborating it, but that's an example of a nightmare situation. The nightmare situation is of course, like the worst possible situation that you've been in. Now the break in, the breaking point of this story section is, is like what motivated you, you, your client to of course seek change. If we use this example below of like this guy was working, like in those warehouse, right? One thing that could have sparked his interest or like his motivation behind it, it was like he finished work and saw a guy driving an insane car, started a convo with him, and the guy said that he used X thing to buy this car and create the life he's always wanted, right? This is an example of like a breaking point. The breaking point is like, of course, what kind of motivated behind this, what one specific event wanted them to escape the nightmare situation. Now the turning point. The turning point essentially states is like, how did your client know? How did you, your client, first stumble across your exact solution? Now here, of course, the breaking point can be very similar to the turning. But in this scenario, if I use this, this, of course guy had this conversation with the friend with, with a good car. He said a few things, it sparked his interest and he went down the Reddit. The Reddit can't even spell him in the Reddit rabbit hole. Looking for, for ways, ways to set him free. And this is when he stumbled across this Airbnb thing, right? Like he was speaking to this guy. He saw this guy living this insane life. He told him that he'd done a few things to of course buy this car to live a good life. It sparked his client's curiosity. He went down to the, to like, to Reddit and YouTube, eager to make things work. He saw like a few things that caused interest. Shopify, Amazon. None of these resonated with him. This was when he watched this one YouTube video on Airbnb. And this is the turning point. Now the rosy picture is the complete opposite of the nightmare situation. So instead of like the worst person, like the worst possible time, it's the best possible time that your client is now living or even yourself, thanks to stumbling across this solution, right? So the rosy picture, I stumbled across airbnb it wasn't easy at first. Like I was struggling to get my first yes responses. But then I stuck consistent. After some time, I got my first yes. And then I duplicated that yes to another, that one to another, that one to another. And now I'm no longer working in this bullshit warehouse job. I can have the time to spend with my children. Like I've got real internal fulfillment knowing that I'm creating something for myself rather than someone else, et cetera. That's the rosy picture that you pin no that you paint. Apologies. Now, Q and A. Another example of a campaign type. You find a common question being asked and answer that question in email format. To make this email work, ensure that the questions are objection or limiting belief type. Now, let's say you notice on your email list you're getting a bunch of replies saying, like from people saying, but.
Do I need this thing to make it happen?
Do I need marketing experiences? Do I need tech experience?
Do I know, can I do this?
At 20 years old, if someone sends you an example of like one of these things, that's an entire email that can be like, of course made, right? Let's say someone responds saying, can I make this thing happen at 21 years old? Then you write an email, you take a screenshot of that message that you received or that email you received. And then you say, I received this cool question from a subscriber yesterday. And it got me thinking, is like, what age can you truly see success with this thing, right? And then you just. That's like the entire base of the email. Q and A. Just make sure that they are mainly like, objection. And limiting belief tied because that's when they're most powerful. Now, the suspiciously not a suspiciously personal email you're writing from a person, not a business, remember, Especially if you're in the education industry, pick out something personal that happened in your life and make that the email idea. Now I'll break this down with an example that we done. We launched is like a gym. Kind of like one of our clients launched a gym, right? And he wanted people to redeem this boot camp ticket. I wrote an email saying that it was like a plain text email from the client saying, hey, I just finished my. My gym session at this new gym. I've done chest backs and triceps. Like, damn, it was lit. And it got me thinking xyz. But you see how like, suspiciously. How suspiciously personal the email is, right? Like I bring in the person on the list into the life of the client and then it builds the Likability. So when you're writing emails for yourself or a client is like how can you gather these loopholes to make the email as personal as possible? Like did they go to like a local grocery store and stumble across this one lesson? Did they meet someone over the weekend that gave them this lesson, etc. The more personal you are, the better. Now straight pitch email. It is what it says. Like don't hold anything back. Call out your icp, tell them that you've got this offer and want them to redeem it. I've got a visual breakdown just beneath as well. Curiosity and click driver email. Keep it simple, don't mention anything about your offer. Stimulate the clicks through emotion. I've got another example of this like a visual breakdown that we done for a client. I'm going to be walking over you if you just a minute now. Throw rocks at the enemies. You know when I mentioned earlier on in this call. No, earlier on in this crash course, right Is like the one sentence persuasion by Blair Warren. One of the key principles were of course throwing rocks at enemies, right. You can use this key direct response principle as an entire email idea. As I mentioned here, right here you find a common enemy your ICP is familiar with and paint them as the villain. And while you're they're not getting to desired situation. If I was, let's say writing an email in the health niche and then I could lead with. It's like these leading health ambassadors, like you look at them yourself, right? They're like fat themselves but they're not living the good life that they're living. But they're teaching you these things and truth is they're hiding something from you. What they're hiding from you is xyz. But you need to take a different approach today if you truly want to achieve the optimal physique that you want to be able to attract the woman or the man of your life inside your life of course by looking good, right? And then here, of course we. And then we painted them as the villain and then we're making our solution seem superior to the villain and it creates the us versus them dynamic justify their failures. Once again it comes from Blair Warren's One Centers persuasions. Tell your subscribed list members that it's not their fault that they're not seeing success. They're not seeing success because of something. But you can help them bridge that gap, right? It's not your fault that you're not making money online. The reason why you're not making money online is because the system are hiding critical details from you. But luckily for you, I've cracked the code and I've gathered all of these insider tactics that these guys are hiding from you and I'm willing to share them with you today only in my XYZ three step system and I'm handing it today for free. Right? Justify their failures. Let them know that them seeing success is not their fault. They like find like a scapegoat behind it and then that's another email idea. Now success story, case study, simple. Find someone who's implemented your teachings, seen success and then introduce them. The person who saw success was once experiencing XYZ things. He she once assumed they needed X thing to succeed. But it wasn't the case. It wasn't the case as you shared your system with them. Another timeless piece, social proof focused. Another campaign that you can send for you or a client. Now I'm going to show an example of this as well because it's like a pretty interesting campaign type to send, but it's like you send an email from a different face of the brand. Like sending like earlier on I mentioned that people don't buy into businesses, they buy into people, right? With this email. You send an email from your COO, your CMO, your assistant, a customer success manager, etc. These emails are good for building further rapport and pattern interrupts. Like I even was on a list from like a direct to consumer brand and they sent an email from that their warehouse manager during like a big promo. The warehouse manager, like I believe his name was. I thought the name like I'm just going to say Gary for the sake of it, right? Like Gary sent an email, he sent like a picture of the warehouse saying all the orders coming in crazily. Like our storage room is overpacking with Black Friday offers. Is like if you want to redeem this XY FE thing, of course make sure to do it now because as you see our stock is overpiling with shipping these shipments out and then we only got limited stock remaining, right? So you can be very creative with how you introduce different faces of the brand to your email. Powerful 1 Future pacing, future pace. The life that your prospect could live if they just buy your solution. Get deep on the one core desire people have and future pays. What their days could look like if they achieve this core desire with specific vivid imagery. I've got some examples down below as well. Now value, focus or reciprocity in these emails that you're typically without a call to action. Your main goal is to create value and build reciprocity with your emails so your prospects feel the urge to return a small favor when you pitch. These work extremely well by the way. Before you do a big launch like you can send a few of these for maximum reciprocation generosity. Like I remember, even for like a few of our clients we done something like free game Friday, then every Friday, right? We sent like a value packed Amazon tip on how they can see a success with Amazon. One Friday it could be like a product research hack. One day it could be a hack on how to overcome the algorithm etc they were without CTAs. And then we've done it on Friday and then Saturday and Sunday we went aggressive with the webinar promotion with webinar promotions because of course reciprocity has been activated with the value. So something that you can incorporate for your clients as well. Value, focus, reciprocity. It doesn't only need to be in written form, but you can give them access to sales assets, access to YouTube videos, access to case studies, access to free resources, access to PDFs, etc. Right. So now they are the different types of campaign ideas that are proven. You don't need to reinvent the wheel with what you see inside your emails. But let me show you the thinking processes and our entire ideology around email. Of course with some visual examples that we've done for clients so you can discover what it takes to win with email marketing. Okay, so I know I of course walked you over the different types of campaigns types. Right now we're going to walk over a few of these campaigns types and what they look like visually. So the first one I'm going to be walking you over is the curiosity and click driver email. Now this is an example that I done and for like a list of around 100,000 people, we got a 5% CTR strictly by using curiosity to our advantage. Now if we check out the subject line, right, it's Anaya and I want to gift you this. It's like the people are feeling some sense of reciprocation because of course this guru has something for them but also builds curiosity which increases open rates because the prospects are thinking is like what the hell are these guys giving me, right? It does cause like the curiosity which allowed us to get, I believe the open rates were like 40% plus on like 100k email list which wasn't bad. But then if we check out the from name, right, we don't mention our client's name, we don't mention the company name. We mentioned something the proven landlord script. This is an insane pattern interrupt. The reason why is because in the, in the past, like, like four, five, six emails, before we send this one, we use the client's name, right? Then out of the blue, the from name is now the proven landlord script. It creates that curiosity going forward. So always try and be creative with your from names. And this is of course the gift that we of course allow them to receive, like the proven landlord script. But if we read an email, right, it's like, hey, first name merge field personalization, you kind of get a gist. Want to know the one thing that holds people back from succeeding with Airbnb? It's not that they haven't got years of experience. A poor network, Damn. It's not even the finances that hold people back here. We kind of, of course, I know it's curiosity heavy, but we also break these limiting beliefs that people have with succeeding with Airbnb, right? People may get an indication that they need years of experience, that they need like a good network, that they need good finances, but in reality, 95% of the time, specificity. It's just that people don't know how to, don't understand how to outreach to landlords. So they begin, so they can begin listing apologies properties on Airbnb. Because the thing is, right, you can start with Airbnb, set up your LLC and begin reaching out to landlords. But if you haven't got a proven script and see what we've done here, the CTA is not aggressively trying to sell them, right? There's no like, click.
No.
Click here now to discover how you can receive our proven nano script and embark on your mission to Airbnb success. We linked the proven script. So it's like earlier on, it builds the curiosity, which does also increase your CTRs, right? But if you haven't got a proven script, you'll be stuck in this scary rejection zone, spending hours messaging landlords, getting a bunch of no, I don't want this responses, and you won't see success. Here is what I mentioned about dimensionalized problems. You'll be stuck in a scary, scary zone. Sure, that's the main problem. But when you're stuck in a zone, what happens to you as a byproduct?
You.
You spend hours messaging landlords, which is opportunity cost. You get a bunch of no, I don't want, no, I don't want this responses, which causes discouragement. And you won't see success, right? You won't see Airbnb success. You continue living the life that You've always like living inside the job. You continue listening to the boss, you'll continue taking the same route to work every day, etc. But I've got good news for you here. We build hope and optimism, right? Of course these are the problems, but then we kind of shift the emotions into something positive. But I've got good news for you. Anaya and I are going to walk you through the proven landlord script that we use to secure profitable Airbnb properties so that you can do the same this year. You can click here to discover how you can receive it. We're going to hand you the exact messaging. All you have to do is copy and paste and begin reaching out to landlords. Copy and paste. I use this term actually like a lot inside the emails because this kind of activates the new emotion, right? If the prospect gets the idea that they can just copy and paste this proof proven script to get the result that they want is very new. And then it's overcoming these, all these objections. So that's an example of a curiosity and click driver email. Now for a different face of the brand. Because I believe this is where many people are neglecting their email marketing efforts. They're not showing differentiation with the face of the brands. And like pattern interrupts here, instead of like our real client's name, we send an email from Colin, right? Pattern interrupt is like calling at this company name. The prospects are thinking like, damn, why is Colin messaging me? But we say, hey, Colin here. I bought into a lot of these miracle programs you may have seen. You like, you know, the ones that promise you the crazies of results for your business. I listened to a lot of these guys on YouTube and attempted to implement their strategies. I tried E Commerce seven times without success. Nothing worked. Here we're kind of like throwing rocks, right? It's like I listen to a lot of these guys on YouTube. The people reading this email, they maybe also have listened to these guys on YouTube. But this guy Colin, he never saw the success with these guys. And for some reason, what happened to him? He was only left with heaps of lost time and money. But I knew that selling products online was the gate to success for many. So why couldn't I do the same? Building some hope and some optimism, right? I decided to take the leap for the eighth time. And this is exactly when I was presented with a message for an Amazon only training on Instagram. This is the solution that we're of course giving them, right? It's not like a program we're getting People to opt into the webinar so they can kind of see the success that they deserve with Amazon. It supposedly had 10000 people registered for that one event on a random Sunday evening too. If we read this line one more time, it supposedly had 10000 people registered for that one event. What I've done here, it's like I try to create social proof in like an intelligent way. It's like it supposedly had. It's like only 10000 people. Damn. Like 10,000 people opting for this Amazon only training. Like it must be a good one, right? So that's like some social proof creation on a random Sunday evening too. Damn, this is crazy. Now of course I didn't expect to receive much from the training. I was burned way too many times in the past. Here's kind of of course like just like letting them know that he's been burned in the past and he's not gonna instantly become like overly optimism about this training, right? Because he's been burned so many times. And the prospects, they may be thinking the same thing. The people reading this email, they may have similar thoughts to this Amazon training because they may have sat for another Amazon training, they may have bought another program. But he was also skeptical. But I joined the live room with an open mind and decided to leave all my bad experiences behind and damn personalization. Kind of very conversational, right? It's like a good tonality. Within the first 10 minutes, the person presenting the training genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us people. You could see it in a way, he was speaking to us, the students. Result he was walking us through. Didn't seem like a coincidence. He legit knew how to, how to help us. I don't know why I said people us, but here again is like the social proof, right? I could have mentioned is like, you know, like I did like a screenshot but I said to keep it very conversational and personal. The students results he was walking us through. So this client on the Amazon training offer, he hasn't only got 10,000 people registered, but these 10,000 people, not all of them are going to get results. Of course by a few minority of them are getting results, which is social proof creation. And it overcomes all the internal limiting beliefs that the people reading this email may have. Now you may have already guessed the person I'm talking about is Will. And the training I'm talking about is this. After attending this free training and asking Will some like personal social proof on like what he's been able to Achieve. He's done like an 80k month. He's now become the CEO. And if you're interested in discovering how to do the same, click here and then up here section. We've got some urgency, right? Act fast now to secure your spot. Availability is limited for tonight, so that's an example of like another email. Now we've also got a success and case study. These ones can be very simple, but they're extremely powerful as well. With these success story ones is of course like we always do like the same thing. It's like what's up? First name Meet this person. Just over two weeks ago, my man introduced him to the Edu community. My goal in the next 60 days is to make 30k. Here's a quick update on where he's at now. He's at 1k Only three days after posting his introduction message, Vincent hit $250 in Amazon sales for the day and a total of 1k for the week. He hasn't hit his revenue goal yet, but he's only just started his Amazon journey and these are the numbers he's seeing. Imagine where he'll be in 45 days. Here's my guess. He's going to continue implementing the E comm system I shared with him and he's going to 30x these results in no time. Vincent may not know it, but his 30k revenue goal is much closer to him than he thinks. And I know this because I've seen it happen countless times. Social proof this is the beauty of having a proven system to follow. Proven system to follow. It's like system to follow, system follow. It's kind of like easy emotion instead of trying to crack the code yourself. People may have the idea that they need to do everything alone to see success, or spending weeks, if not months watching hella YouTube videos trying to find a product and marketing your store. You realize everything has been cracked for you. Here's what I mentioned about the proven system. This is the new emotion activated, right? We're making this entire solution seem as new as possible and as easy as possible as well, so that the prospect hasn't got any internal limiting beliefs because it's been cracked for you, which seems like it's easy. You save yourself time and a lot of money in the process. And first name, if you're anything like Vincent above and want to go from zero to receiving consistent Amazon sales, click here to discover the same ecom system and kickstart your Amazon journey today. Now, quick of a note is like when you like use the word Discover. It kind of communicates the new emotion because it's like, discover, like I'm discovering this, like for the first time, right, the new emotion in play. But quick heads up, you've just got over 24 hours to get inside. I'm going to be unveiling the system live with you tomorrow at 8pm EST. Let's make this Amazon bread. Here's like urgency, right? We've only got 24 hours to kind of get inside. Now, emotional story. Let me see what this one entails Off. Oh, this one is for our other Airbnb clients. But if we notice, if I go back to the crash course, right, we look at the emotional story email. It's nightmare breaking, turning and rosy nightmare where you or your client had the worst possible time ever breaking. What motivated you or your client to escape from this nightmare situation? Turning. How did you, you or your client stumble across the solution that you're teaching now? And Rosie, how did this solution allow you to create the life that you wanted to with this emotional story for this client? We've done the same. I grew up, of course, in St. Louise with my grand. With my grandmother and aunts. As my parents were in and out of prison, I watched my grandmother do this. I deserved more. I bought my Airbnb business. Bryce Wyatt telling me this, etc. So that's like, of course, another proven structure is the emotional story. Now, straight pitch email. I want to walk you over this to a T because these ones, they activate like a few things. The straight pitch emails, they not only like, of course, getting people to quickly link, but it's like you're really getting good people in the ecosystem like what we mentioned here, right? It's like, hey, it's this person's name. I'm keeping this one quick. So let me get. So let me cut straight to the chase. If you are an aspiring Airbnb host and want to get your first yes by following our $600,000 strategies proof. Want to get access to our Staley software for finding profitable Airbnbs and delegating your business to automation so you have more time for yourself. Are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Can block out 45 minutes inside your calendar this week. Listen up. Because Anaya and I are opening doors to a brand new opportunity test students are using to get their first Airbnbs in record time. And they are doing it without their marketing background, the knowledge about real estate or needing a lot of money to get started right here. When we add sentences like this, we overcome these objections These like, limiting beliefs that may be preventing someone from, from taking the action that we want. You don't need marketing background, you don't need the knowledge about real estate and you don't need a lot of money to get started. Our students are doing this for a few reasons. Proof, right? It's like you've got active students, they're getting good results. The experience in the Airbnb Gold rush, where guests look at Airbnb as the first resort for short term stay, we're kind of like building up some reasons why behind the success, right? The Airbnb market as of July 2024 is worth $96.72 billion. And the more this grows, the more your opportunity grows. Right here we're kind of building some credibility around the industry and the fact that it's continuing to grow. So the more it grows, the easier that you can sweep up. You can build an Airbnb business that sets you free without owning any of the properties or needing a lot of experiences, unlike these other business models in validation. And then we just kind of crafted them. The opportunity to click here now, like straight up, like we're offering you this free consultation call with a Stelli advisor Next 10 people only scarcity, you know, then we have some social proof here as well. But with a straight pitch email, it can even be like shorter. It's like, hey, first name. I'm looking for 10 people who want to achieve this result in Y time. Click here now to see if it's. If this is like an opportunity for you, right? So that's like the straight pitch email. Another of course timeless approach that we kind of add to our portfolio portfolio. Now future pacing is. Remember when I mentioned here, right? Get deep on the core desire people have and future pace what the days could look like if they just achieve this core desire with specific vivid imagery. Now with future pacing, if we check with this example, I'm going to only show you the top snippet because the top snippet of this section is where we activated the future pacing is like picture this. Even if we check it out here, right? The subject line, chilling at the pool, a 1 92k payout was sent in like apostrophes, which of course seems like it's coming from someone. And then the from name, right? It's not only the client's name, is the client's name and the name of the successful testimonial. So we're doing what I mentioned earlier on with the from names. We're showing a variation for pattern Interrupts, right? This one was your name and a client name. So it shows pattern interrupts. But the future patient is here. Picture this. It's 2:15pm on a Sunday. You wake up naturally without an alarm clock. You've had a coffee, a nice breakfast and you have no work to do. No plans, no stress, no team meetings for the rest of the day. And the best part, as you know, a boss is not going to ask you to complete a last minute deadline. Or as you know, you don't need to attend a draining team meeting. You decide to spend the rest of your Sunday living life at a pool. And as you do, you receive a notification like this social proof. You know, that's kind of like the entire future pacing angle. Like you can really be specific with this. Like imagine now six months, fast forward now you're living the no, you're in the dream physique that you've always been wanting for. You know, you're no longer feeling inconfident when you look in the mirror in the morning. Like you actually begin flexing in a mirror in the morning because you know that you've made a gains, right? It's all about future pacing. So these prospects get a vivid imagery of what their life could look like if they of course take action and buy what you're offering. Now. Value focus reciprocity. We do do these for clients now and again, but I do these a lot more for my own personal newsletter which like every single day I send a daily newsletter on marketing, direct response and how to apply these principles in like a lot more detail, of course, in written format. And here is like I wrote an entire email on converting live webinar registrants into cash. And that'll just give them like value, right? Like you need to find a good product, a bonus you like saying like, like that you could offer. Here are your, here's how you frame it, you know, like the office stack. A quick list of how you can create more perceived value with your program. You know, like these examples are good as I mentioned, because you don't want to transform your list into like a send and churn kind of thing, right? Like you pitch in aggressively every single time now and again. Sprinkle in some of these value focus reciprocity emails because like your prospects, they will thank you for it. Like even when I sent this newsletter to my list, right, I received like dozens of replies from marketers showcasing their gratitude for the free value that I'm giving. Stuff like this is of course people do it in like YouTube format or people put it in like inside a course. But I'm doing it for free. Free in summer newsletter. So if you're writing for like a make money online program, every week send one value email on how to see success. If you're writing for like let's say a fitness coach or you are like a fitness coach, every week send like one valuable tip to your list on how to achieve optimal physique. You kind of get the idea. So that was it. Summarized to a T of course, the direct response copywriting principle and the email campaign type section of the extension. Extensive email crash course. Let's get it. So now we have the final section of the extensive email marketing crash course. And in this section I've called it Money Automations. And I'm going to be showing you the different email automations to set up, including what to say, the psychology behind each email and the timing delays. Now these following sequences, they're going to be for the most popular funnels in the online education industry. If I missed the lucrative form that you're implementing, just of course feel free to reply behind. No, relax, add a comment beneath this video and then I'll get back to you as soon as I can. But the first sequence is the lead magnet sequence. And this is activated when someone gives you their details in exchange for a lead magnet or a free training. Right, a free ebook even. And this sequence primarily aims to deliver on your promise, build up, know like and trust elements and then of course entice your prospects to take the action you want. That action could be a low ticket product, it could be a community access, it could be a mythic product or it could even be a book of call. So here's how you structure the lead magnet sequence. Email 1 is sent as soon as someone opts in. Like as soon as someone opts in, you fulfill on your promise and further tease what's included. Email 1. The entire ideology is of course course. You enter your details for for like this gift. Here's the link to the gift, here's what's included in the gift, hoping you find some value inside. Then email 2 is sent 24 hours after someone opts in. And here you introduce subscribers to your story following this proven story structure that I walked over earlier on in this crash course. The nightmare breaking, turning rosy picture story structure bringing up the problems you overcame and how you saw success with your specific teachings. So you this is kind of like used as like the story section, right? To kind of like introduce the people who opted in into your story and Showing them why you're superior to the rest. And then like of course when you tell your story at the bottom like you like just like remind your people to claim what they opted in for. If they claimed a free ebook, give them access to the free ebook again. If they redeemed a free training, give them access to the free training again. Then email free. Here's the first pitch email of the lead magnet sequence. Email free sent 48 hours after someone opts in. You break common limiting beliefs objections that your ICP may be having by showcasing testimonials of people no different from them and how they saw success with your teachings in email free. As I mentioned, you make your first subtle pitch to what you're offering. Whether it's a low ticket, product or book call, etc. You can do the entire email of course process and then add a PS section is like just to let you know we've got XYZ that is helps you with XYZ includes these offer components. Click this link to get inside if that's something that interests you, right? Make it very subtle. Then email 4 is sent 96 hours after someone redeems your lead magnet. Some people may have of course missed this subtle pitch, right? You can't come to the assumption that every person has read every single email because it's simply not the case. Some people may have skipped this email and they've only read this email. So with this email, you need to sell Again, as I mentioned, some people may have missed the first pitch. So use this email as another opportunity to sell. It's still early on in the customer journey, right? It's only like 96 hours since they've been in your ecosystem. So use this email strategically. Even though you're still selling, you still need to build these no like and trust elements, right? Tell people more about your story, tell people more about the proof, the credibility, why you're deciding to do this, give strong reason whys, build a likability, etc. Then email 5 with the lead magnet sequence is sent 120 hours after someone opts in, which is, I'm not sure in days. I'm not sure why I labeled them as hours, but you know, but like nevertheless, right? A reminder email ideally sent from a different face of the brand. Remember I walked you over the example that we'd done for like an Amazon offer, right? We sent it from their coo. You can use email flav to send from your personal assistants, from your personal assistant, from your customer success manager. And like remind these people that Opted in to take the action you want. This is when you can begin going heavy on the urgency and scarcity. Say, let's say you pitch a book a call here, right? In this email you can say just to let you know, we a few days ago we gave this opportunity to far track your way to success, success. And I'm going to be fully transparent. I'm checking a calendar right now and our closes calendar are getting swamped and busy with people eager to snap to snatch up this opportunity. So if you want a fast tracked way to building a highly profitable Airbnb business, book your call below where you still have the chance. Don't be afraid to of course like urgency and scarcity Max, because it's one of Robert Shaldini's principles, right? It moves people Forwards. Now email 6 is sent a week after someone opts in 7 days after here. The framing is simple, right? If someone still hasn't taken the action you want, you need to be more aggressive. Use this email to display more social proof and Scarcity. With email6 for like another lead magnet sequence that we've done, we kind of took like an intelligent route. We started off the email with this like going through my Gmail right now. First name and this is all I see. New calendar year event from this name, new event from this first name. New event from this name, new event from this name. And so on Monday looks like that and then Tuesday even more names. Here's what we're doing is that we're showcasing the social proof because like these real people are booking their calls. But when we transition into the close we let them know, of course all these people have already redeemed their calls and the calendar is getting like of course busy and we can't take on everyone for this fast track opportunity. So if you want to book in your call now and discover exactly how to XYZ getting now while you still can. Three spots left, right? Very urgency rich. Now email 7, we typically send it 8 days after and we frame this as the last chance email to claim what you're offering. It's very simple. Hey, it's this person at this brand. This is your absolute last chance to claim what we're offering to you because we're not going to send you any more emails, et cetera. Right? If you're pitching a book a call, tell your customers that spots are limited. If you're selling a low ticket product, highlight that the bonuses won't be around like forever, right? Don't be afraid to be more aggressive to sell especially after email 5, like aggressively because it's what's going to move people forward right now. Bonus tip, if you're doing lead magnet sequences, even though the automation itself is only seven emails long, you can add your winning campaigns into this sequence to extend and use all the campaign ideas I mentioned earlier on in this crash course to kind of give you that inspiration. Because like over time, right, you can transform this lead magnet sequence from like the email from like 7 emails to like 15, 20 emails with like winning campaign ideas. Okay, so now we have the webinar funnel sequences and the first sequence in a webinar funnel is the pre webinar. These series of emails are like when like someone receives them when they say yes to a training, right? Like if you have like a free webinar, they just put in their details to att attend this live training, this evergreen webinar, whatever it is, right? This emails show people why they should listen to you and attend your training when the day comes. Now here's the structure that we've used for countless names and I'm talking about names that do like $300,000 on like a random Thursday clients that we've scaled to like a million dollars a month. Email 1 is a confirmation email and this is sent as soon as someone opts into your webinar. We just congratulate people and of course send signing up and we tease the value components that they'll be that like that that will be shared live, right? Typically in fascination form like congratulations, you're signed up. Here's what you're going to expect on the live training xyz. This could finally set you free. Make sure you join. Here's the live room link, right? Email 2 sent 72 hours before the webinar here. Especially if you're running paid ads like you would notice a lot of people, they don't really know like and trust you, right? They want to know your story, what sets you like, why you're different than the rest your story, your kind of competitive advantages. So in email 2, 72 hours before we introduce the webinar registrants to our story following this structure. Now you see this structure I'm using over and over again, right? But it's the only story structure that we use and is a proven story structure that you can of course use for your clients as well or your offer if of course you're doing emails yourself. Nightmare breaking, turning rosy and showcase why you're the right person to listen to. This is my story. I walked the same path that you're on. I've experienced this and now I'm living this good life. I've also helped other people do the same. Here's why you should listen to me. Right? Email free is sent 48 hours before the webinar. And here we like just simply send a simple research email asking webinar registrants what they're most looking forward to. It's like, hey, I noticed that you opted in for my workshop. I've got a quick question for you before we of course proceed into the live training. What's your number one question surrounding X thing? What's your number one question surrounding Amazon, FBA? What's your number one question Surrounding Airbnb, etc. Now email 4 is sent 24 hours before. Of course here is like teasing further of what's going to be shared live and once again showing people why we're the right person to listen to. Then these following emails are like very urgency and scarcity rich. Three hours before urgency rich, right? You can decide to of course not attend live and that's totally cool. But if you choose not to attend live, you miss out on the value on the following value components that could allow you to create your dream life. Email 5, 6, 7 and 8 like is really urgency, scarcity and formal. Now email 6 is sent 15 minutes before the workshop actually starts. Urgency is your best friend. Once again, we're just moments away and you're pulling back the curtains on everything you know about X thing. So if you want desired result, now's the truly time to make it happen. Email 7 is like sent when we're gonna go live with the webinar. And here's just like a simple two liner email informing people that you're going live.
Hey, first name, quick reminder, we're now.
Moments away from starting our grand slam workshop. Here's a link to join. See you inside.
Simple.
All you need. Then email it A. I don't really see like webinar people doing this by email.
A.
We send an email 50 minutes into the webinar and we just add a screenshot of our clients inside the email of them in the live room and let them know that hundreds of people are already inside. So if you want desired result, this is your absolute last chance. Like we won't be sending you another email. This combines the urgency and a FOMO to bring as many people into the live room as humanly possible possible. So that's the pre webinar, right? But then you've also got your post webinar automations There are two golden ones, did not attend which I'm walking over now and then did not buy. But you did not attend. Sequence is a series of emails someone receives when they registered for your webinar but they didn't attend the live room. When the time came, they either forgot about the training, something may have popped up, or they have found another solution on the market that resonate with them better. You did not attend recoups lost leads and entices people to re watch the training you conducted. So email one what we do this email one is sent 120 minutes after your webinar ends. Two hours after it ends. Right. So if we, if our. If our Webinar ends at 7pm EST, we send his first email at 9pm EST. Framing very simple is like where were you? We were expecting to see your name live inside the room, but you unfortunately didn't make it. We don't want you to miss out on xyz. So for a limited time only, we're allowing you to re watch the training for your did not attend. You get all people to re watch the training. Why you don't want them to buy the program because they haven't sat for the webinar. And the webinar is of course strategically created to build up them know like and trust elements and get people primed to take the action that you want. And if there's less intent with the people, if they haven't watched the webinar, get them to rewatch the webinar because them taking action is going to be like a lot easier. So this is sent two hours after and then sent 24 hours after the webinar ends. For people that registered and they didn't attend the live room, we kind of frame it as like you missed our live training and these following components.
Don't worry though.
As you showed us, you're an action taker. We've recorded the training for you. It's only available for 48 hours though, so don't wait around. And this is actually true. Like inside Webinar Jam, you can make the webinar replay vanish after 72 hours, I believe. So it's not like your ethics. It's not like you're lying. You're actually like ethically being true. Right. So 54 hours left to watch the training. Email free is sent 48 hours after your webinar ends. And here's like, are you still interested in this? It's like you've, we've of course sent you these videos and you still and they have not watched your training. But do you truly want to like change your life? If you want to discover how to achieve desired result by implementing following strategies that you'll discover free, watch the replay while it's still available. You've only got 30 hours before the replay vanishes forever and you won't get a chance to seek this opportunity ever again. These emails are like very urgency, urgency, urgency, focus, right? 54 hours, 30 hours we always highlight on urgency. Now email 4 is the last one and this is your absolute last chance. This is sent 72 hours after the webinar finishes. In less than six hours, our hosting platform will automatically remove this exclusive training link and you won't get the opportunity to watch it again.
So if you want to achieve desired.
Result without following limitations, now is the time. Did not attend is four emails long. The did not buy is also is five emails long. So that's the did not attend philosophy. The did not attend is of course sent to people that registered for your workshop, but they didn't attend the live room when the time came. Now you've also got your did not buy right? Your did not buy sequences are with people with more intent. These series of emails someone receives when they sit through the majority of your webinar, at least 70%, so they've got intent, so they've of course witnessed the close, so they've watched your story, so they've seen the social proof, but they didn't take the action that you want them to take. This could have of course been them buying a mid ticket program, 997-149-71997 or booking a call. Whatever your action is, these following emails overcome objections, tell stories and educate them on your vehicle further and inform them why they should listen to you rather than someone else. Now people, of course they don't mainly buy because of money and belief limitations. So you can use these emails strategically to overcome both limitations. And here's how you do that in email 1. It's sent one hour after the webinar finishes. You congratulate them on of course, watching the live training. Like not many people do this, you actually spend the time to watch this training. You could have spent your time watching Netflix or watching this series, but you chose to watch this training and that shows me that you're interested in changing your life for the better. Now, as we mentioned on a live training, we're handing you this exclusive opportunity to achieve desired result in half the time and then you transition to the close. Here's how you get inside. Here's the bonuses you get. Be quick because these bonuses won't be around forever. Now email two. We send email two of the did not buy 24 hours after the webinar finishes. And here we break common limiting beliefs once again. If you're sending in a biz op, of course overcome the limiting beliefs of I need a lot of time, I need marketing experiences, I need tech experience, I need this experience, I need a lot of money. So overcome these limitations. Because as I mentioned, people don't mainly buy because of belief limitations. So you need to overcome them. And then you also display testimonials from people who saw the same result that they want without these limitations and that they can do the same. They can only do the same if they develop the right mindset and of course take action today. But it can only take action like in the next few hours or like the next X amount of days because these bonuses won't be around forever. This then email free is sent 40 hours after your webinar finishes. Then you of course need to tell them that it's not their fault why they're not seeing success. You need to create like a common enemy, right? If you make, if you want to make money online industry, they're not seeing success because of the system, right? Scapegoating. But you can help them bridge the gap and finally see the success that they truly want. And if they just decide to like to do X. So here we paint like a common enemy. We let them know that they can see success if they follow the same strategies. And these strategies work because these strategies have worked for name who achieved X result in Y time. For name who achieved X result in Y time. For name who achieved X result in Y time. And if you take action today, we're also sprinkling in these fast action bonuses that allow you to accelerate your way to success. Now email 4 is sent 72 hours after your webinar finishes. And here's what we do, right? We kind of frame it as like, this is kind of like a disqualification angle. It's like, I'm glad you're giving our solution some second thought before taking action because unlike what you've been told, it's not as easy as XYZ to see result, right? Like, and then you will still have to put in the work to create the life you want. If you're a lazy person, this may not be for you. But if you understand xyz, this may be just for you. And this program is the right fit for you and it can make money so here we kind of like disqualify because like people, they like to be challenged. It's like if you kind of like overly qualify the prospect and say that you allow everyone inside your prospect kind of know like your product, apologies seems less credible, right? So we disqualified them and let them know that the program is not for everyone. It's not for you if you're lazy, it's not for you if you're not open to doing a work. It's not for you if you haven't got a hustler's mentality. But if you have got whatever it takes to see this result, and if you do want to create the love that you've always wanted, then this program may be a good fit for you. Explore the payment plan options we have below to see what for you right now. Email 5 the final email. This is sent 96 hours after your webinar finishes and it's sent to people that of course sat through. They witnessed the close, they've seen your story, but they haven't took the action. This is your last chance email. If you're selling a program, this is your last chance to get inside and redeem the following bonuses that can set you free. If you're pitching a book a call, this is your last chance as our calendars are getting busy. So that is the did not buy automation. Now we've of course also got the high ticket application funnel. These sequences. Well, this sequence actually I should reframe this. This sequence is activated when someone enters the first name, email and phone number in exchange for a value rich content piece. You're getting people to book a call, right? So the main focus should be getting people to fill in their strategy session application. So the first automation that you need to implement for the high ticket application funnel is the application fill in and notebook call. Email 1 is sent 15 to 20 minutes after someone fills in the application and doesn't book a call. Here you kind of frame it. It's like thank you for applying. You set expectations for the next steps and link them to your schedule page if they haven't scheduled a call already. They didn't book a call by the way, because of a certain limitation. So in this email, overcome the limitations, right? It can be that they need to experience that a lot of time, that they need money. That is not the right thing for them. Overcome these limitations in email 1 and the following emails to maximize your call booked with the following high ticket application funnel sequences. Now email two, it's sent 24 hours after someone fills an application and doesn't.
Book a call here, we just give.
People a gentle reminder to book a call here. You can of course address the common objections about achieving a desired result and share a few case studies of people no different from them who've seen success with your vehicle despite once having these thoughts, despite once believing that they need these following experiences to see success. Right? Showcase some testimonials and you can also use urgency to push people over edge. It's like on like the vsl we mentioned of course that we are very capped with the amount of people that we can take on. We're capped because we like to put attention to detail to every single person that joins the program. And if you wait along, if you wait around to of course book your call and the capacity may be maxed and then you won't get an opportunity like this again. You can use urgency as your best friend to push people over the edge. They already filled in the application so there's warm intent. They literally committed to you that they've got a pain and they need a pain overcoming and that they want to achieve a dream outcome. So just use urgency now. Email free sent 48 hours after here what we do instead of showcasing a few client testimonials, we showcase one revenant client note, one relevant client transformation. That's like the best case study possible, right? It's like that they went from this nightmare situation to a rosy picture in why time and then we introduce that person, highlight on the unique mechanisms behind our teachings and overcome more objections with a client transformation, right? This is your final chance to book a call because of this reason because we pour maximum of a maximum attention to every single person that joins and we can't take on dozens and dozens of people at a time, right? But email free only have one insane case study and then you use that case study to overcome these objections that I'm Talking about now email 4 this kind of like the final opportunity messaging recap all the main benefits of what you're teaching and put the majority of your attention into urgency, right? Kind of like the example I showed you above. Like you can even implement this for like the last chance is like I'm going through my Gmail right now first name and this is all I see. New calendar year, candidate event, new candidate event, new kind of the event. And I'm accessing my calendly software right now and like I'm going to be like transparent. It's like our calendar is getting close to of course capacity and we can't Take on anyone, right? So there's like a fun opportunity messaging. You can add some more testimonials but right now it's all about urgency then. So this is of course if they filled in the application form and they haven't booked a call. But you've also got the value content offer nurture sequence, right? Right. When someone opts in to receive this value content offer, it can be a free training, a free masterclass, whatever it is, right? Email one is sent as soon as someone opts in to receive this value offer and you simply very similar to the lead magnet funnel automations above. You deliver on your promised content, give them an actionable tip and build your authority and expertise. Very simple. Then email2 is like a checking email. You check in to see if they've gone through the value content offer. If they haven't, give them the link again and hand them an unexpected insight surrounding seeing like a desired result. And of course plant a seed for a bigger opportunity. You plant a seed for a bigger opportunity because of course this value content offer is good and it can get you to this result. But if you want to Join the top 1% ranks of people building highly profitable businesses, whatever the mechanism is, this is like the route that you need to take, right? And this is planting that seed. Because when you begin pitching, your CTA is like they'll be already pre framed and that's what email free does. Email free is sent 40 hours after someone redeems this value offer and you follow the P A I S a email structure. Problem Agitation Solution the Problem Agitation Invalidation Solution Ask when you're in your solution section, showcase some testimonials of people who've seen of course your desired result with your teachings and let them know they're one click away from doing the same. The click that they need to take is of course click the link to fill in the application form to book their call. But this email structure is like golden. I'm going to quickly add a note for you here. It's like problem. Break this down as well. Problem Agitation. Invalid. Invalidation Solution.
Ask Problem.
You're not making money. Agitation. You're not. You're not making money, which is forcing you to barely make ends meet at at the end of the month. And you're constantly feeling envious of all these people living the good life on ignorance, right? That's like an example of, of agitation. Invalidation is typically like other solutions, right? It's like in if I was writing this offer for this make money online program, invalidation could Be let's say I'm selling Amazon. I invalidate drop shipping, I invalidate Airbnb, I invalidate forex trading, I invalidate brand building etc right? So, so like so like we say you're not making money because of this and like most people they teach you outdated methods and like business models that just don't work. These business models don't work because you need a lot of experience, you need a lot of xyz. But our solution is like the our solution is like the three step Amazon system that allows you to you to build a six figure Airbnb no six figure Amazon business apologies six figure Amazon business without needing the experience levels all the other business business models require you to have. Right now with ARC section this like a cta. It's like Click here to click here to discover the three step system that's already guided 685675 people to AMC success in 2024. Right? Timeless email structure. Make sure you implement it now if we go to email 4, this is sent 72 hours after someone redeems the value offer and we share a relevant client transformation. Highlight our unique mechanism behind the teachings and overcome more objections. This is your final chance to book a call because of of course this reason right now, email 5. Urgency. Urgency urgency. Very similar to the lead magnet kind of approach. Like the lead magnet and the value content of a natural sequence are very similar in the psychology. So, so you can just whatever you're doing for the lead magnet funnel, you can of course replicate for the high ticket application form funnel. Now that's of course the high tech application from form funnel. Now the third most popular funnel that you may be implementing that we implemented for ourselves are low ticket funnels. Right? And these sequences are activated when someone shows interest in your low ticket product.
It can be $27, $37, $47, $57.
Whatever it prices, price like whatever the price is in opt in or purchase form. And you're going to use these following sequences to recoup lost buyers or ascend your buyers into high ticket. And the first automation that you need to implement for low ticket funnels are abandoned checkout emails. Your abandoned checkout emails are activated when someone enters their detail to buy your low ticket product but didn't pull the trigger. They didn't pull the trigger because of specific limitations. And these following emails aim to overcome these limitations and allow them to get another shot. Right. So what we do, email one is sent one hour after someone enters the detail and they don't buy Here of course you're reminding them of the product and what's included, right? You understand that life gets in a way that it may have been busy that they may have bought with this card but that card didn't work that things may have pop up. But if you want another shot at redeeming this low ticket product and receiving this other component, that offer component, that other component, that offer component, that other component to achieve the desired result, feel free to click the link below. In this email you just simply summarize what's included in your low ticket offer because there's intent there, right? You can also showcase some social proof. Then email 2 is sent 24 hours after someone enters the details and they don't buy. Here we tell them a more in depth story of how you use these teachings to create your dream life. Nightmare breaking, turning rosy like you see how it's so universal. That's such an insane story structure. Use that story structure for all of these automations. But like we of course tell them the story of like how we've used these teachings to create our dream life and how we're no different from them meaning that they can do the same. We're no different because we didn't get brought up in with like a rich family. We didn't get brought up with these experiences handing to us. We never got brought up with like a silver spoon, right? We had to embark on our own journey meaning that we're no different from them and they can see the same success that we did. So in email 2 once again summarize the offer components and showcase case studies of people who've also seen success. So email one, email two and then in your abandoned checkout for the low ticket funnel you've also got email free. It's sent 48 hours after someone enters their details and they don't buy. This is the last email you'll be forwarding them right for the next x amount of time for the next 24 hours only you can join thousands of others who've already redeemed this offer seen desired result. So if you want to access the following components, I highly recommend you to click the link while you still can. Really urgency. So we've got abandoned checkout but then with the low ticket funnel we've also got the upsell follow up. This is mainly for those that have bought the main offer, right? If they bought the 2737 47$57 right? Your upsell follow emails are activated when someone buys your main offer but hasn't been ascended Effectively in this email you're going to either get them to buy your OTOs or book a call. If you're doing the demonstrative funnel, the demonstrative funnel is essentially low ticket funnel on the front end and then straight to book a call. There's like you haven't got one time offers, no upsells, anything of that round one is sent as soon as someone buys your main offer. Now this email, it can be used to reduce the buyer's remorse as well, which is like a good concept. And here you just welcome, right? And then here's your next steps to see desired result, Congratulate them on redeeming this main offer, but bring up new problems which they may experience on a customer journey and present them with your one time offer to prevent these problems and accelerate their success. Right? Like when you of course when someone buys a product, you need to present.
Them with new problems so they feel.
The urge to be ascended further because they make an indication that this low ticket product consists of everything. But the low ticket product is of course a good starting point. Like you can get this result, but when on your journey to get this result you may experience XYZ problems. And if you want to know if you want to prevent XYZ problem, this is your solution for you. Buy this one time offer, buy this upsell, book a call, etc. So I have email one buyer's remorse, like of course sending them. Then we have email 2 sent 24 hours after someone buys your main offer. Here we check in on their access, give them a quick implementation tip from the main offer and do the same as the above, but more in depth, right?
Persuading them why they need to redeem.
Your one time offer. And we can showcase testimonials who redeemed the same offer to push more people over edge. And email free is the last kind of like email that we use anyway. We add like campaigns in the equation after. But 48 hours after someone buys the main offer, we told them an emotional story either from yourself or a client or a successful student and how they prevented problems and accelerated their success by redeeming this one time offer that you can today and here as well in like in this last chance we also like highlight on the scarcity, the urgency, etc. So there we are guys, the finish to the extensive email marketing crash course. Of course go over this extensively. We've got the research phase, we've got the doctor Email copywriting phase. Working over the principles what you need to understand before you do email marketing campaign types, subject line types, and all the different types of email automations with time delays that you can implement for yourself or a client to scale your info backend. See you in the next video. And without further ado, I'm out.
