Yo, yo, yo, everyone. Here we have Braden, who's been inside Infoprofits mastermind for. How long has it been, Braden?
Like a few months, since February 2025. So like five months?
Yeah, like five or so months. And since he's joined, he's seen a lot of growth. And we will cover this in just a moment about the growth that he's seen. But when he started, he was of course like in a different situation to where he is now. Right. But I wanted to ask you, Braden, right, because you had consultations with business partners of like our past and things of that realm. But where were you with your business before you do an ipm? And like, how many clients were you working with? What were you offering? How much money were you making? What was the customer journey before you joined ipm?
So before I joined ipm, I had one client and I was doing cohort launches with them. Income was pretty shaky. Kind of how it is when you have a small business. You're first starting out with your agency, you might have a big month and then things are slow. It's very up and down. My biggest month at the time was 30k profit for a client. We had done around 200k. And I do like full stack done for you, like sales, marketing, back end, all that stuff. And I was fully locked in with one client at the time.
Interesting. And then with that client you mentioned I was cohort based. Right. And with cohorts they can be inconsistent. So what were you doing before then to make sure that them revenue months are kind of like consistent or like.
When they're consistent, they just weren't consistent. Like you said, it's hard to have consistent months when you're running cohort. It's not ideal.
Yeah, and that's one thing as well, guys, is like I preach about this on my newsletter in YouTube videos, but as in like an informal agency owner, whatever you like to label yourself as is like providing that consistency for clients is what allow you to retain them and get paid consistent, consistently buy them month by month. It's one thing getting paid per k month, one month by client. But if you can get paid 30k mark like every single month for a year, that's when the consistency comes in. So now of course it's like a whole different stage. Are you in? Right, but you seeking IPM as kind of like the avenue for growth. What's the motivation behind that? Like, why do you want to join?
I mean, for one, I'm always looking to invest in new mentors. Um, but as well, there are a lot of people in the space who run a business or they teach a business model that they don't actually do or they don't have a ton of experience in. Um, and so I just saw you as someone who had been in the space for a while. You'd scaled an agency to multiple six figures a month. You knew what you're doing. Um, and you had case studies. And like there's also just something unique about you, like there. I don't know if you have questions about this later on in this conversation, but like IBM is just incredibly unique. Like I've never joined a mastermind like that and I, I just knew you'd have some Gate kept sauce that like no one else had and that ended up being the case.
Yeah, we could touch on it. But like unique in what way? Like, I know that you've joined other programs in the past. Right. But like when you joined, what was unique about it?
Yeah. So now I'll just give an example. So recently, I mean, like, I'm always investing in more and more mentorships. Recently I joined Jeremy Hands Mastermind who like this dude's a killer. It's expensive to be in there. You like the average person there does 300k a month. I think it costs 10 camel to be in there now. And you have sauce that he doesn't even have. Like, there are a lot of like tactical little things that you have that he doesn't cover. It's just like all the most unique little like for example, just like funnel things like, oh, here's this custom JavaScript for, for like a custom countdown timer. Is this like Gate Kev sauce that I can't leak?
Yeah, man, that's interesting because like even like I mentioned this countless times, right? But lost in this industry, you need to know the skill in like a very good level. Hence why inside IPM we are heavy into the skill, right. Hence why we have got the copy critiques. Hence why we don't really touch on acquisition as much as the skill. Because when you've got the skills, some clients, Right. But now if we look back when you were doing them cohorts, when you had that one client that was paying you like 30k mark for these launches, they were taking care of what were like some main bottlenecks that you were experiencing. And these bottlenecks can be from like a mindset perspective or even from like a business perspective.
Yeah, I mean I think the biggest spot on that because I just wasn't as versed when it comes to Funnel copy emails and like you really went in depth on that like direct response and yeah, as well as I, I kind of had like a good mindset foundation. But I also think like IBM has some fire mindset modules if you're into that stuff. But even outside of that, mostly just like funnels copywriting. That's why I needed help with so.
Interesting and like you went as verse. Like in what way? Like you understood how to fulfill, right? But it wasn't necessarily at that high level or like yeah, yeah, like I.
Didn'T, I didn't understand. I had heard things before but you just go way more in depth than IBM. Like new, easy, safe, big, like show, don't tell, all these unique things. Like so for example testimonials, you want to have variety, you want to have WhatsApp messages, Discord WAP Trust, pilot video testimonials, text messages like all these unique things and then all these like tactical little things like oh for the preview, I might be giving too much sauce.
Away, but give it away for the.
Preview line in an email on activecampaign. If you type in like WJ or whatever the code is, it makes a preview line blank rather than showing like if you leave it empty it'll show the first little bit of the email. But if you type in this custom code it makes it blank which makes your email pop way more open rates.
We won't be giving away that code. But I mean like the lesson is of course like of course like principal thinking, right? Is like in order to fulfill effectively you need to understand the principles. Like even when you were submitting all the copy critiques is like I'm not really telling you like the tactics running copyright. I'm kind of like seeing how you're structuring the sentences from like a principal perspective so you can improve. Because when you understand principles, you fucking scale. It's simple. Everyone like all these growth operating minions, they focus on like short lived tactics and it's why they're unable to fulfill for clients. But you right now, you were previously doing 30k a month, you're not doing 100k a month. And it's of course because of them direct response principles, right? Like even let's say now you increase a specific KPI by a measly X amount, but that X amount increase your client's revenue by Y automatically your revenue share is a lot larger, right? So that's why these principles are very important to of course harness. Now you mentioned a bottlenecks, but since being inside IPM, right since like February 2025. It's been like almost six months now. Three key realizations that you've picked up on from like an agency perspective, will they be and like free gems that you can share with others. Also looking to go from 10 to 30k month to like over 100k a month.
Okay, principle number one, you, you talk about this gift or this book, it's called Go Givers Sell more code book. Yeah. And just like the overall like principles around it that you always preach about just like relationship first and over delivering for your clients and just like building up a long term relationship with them. I think like the cool thing about this business model, it's not just like a churn and burn agency where you're just like on monthly retainers, you don't care about delivering. It's like I want to fulfill because I know if I make you a million dollars in a month, I'll make like 100 or 200k in a month. So just like focusing more on the long term and focusing on like delivering value and then that's how I sell. So like I got this client crazy results this month and then I was like, hey, can I get 5 more percent? And they said sure. And then that's how I hit a hundred K. And just like the way you taught me how to look at client relationships really kind of changed things for me. And I don't think a lot of people talk about it that way about like, just like giving. It's so underrated because most people are matchers. Right. If I give you five, someone else gives you five. But then like the givers, if someone gives you something you feel like so embedded, it's like you need a, you don't match them, you need to give more back and then the other person gives more back. And so just like creating a network of givers, I would say that's like the number one thing.
We'Ve got. One more you mentioned of course about the relationships operated from like a go giving mindset. And I want to elaborate on that because if you're trying to sign clients, I believe the reason why you're not signing clients is because you're operating from your world rather than the world of your prospects. Right. That's what it is. People are self centered. Right. Hence once at ipm we always get people to focus on the world of their prospects and then eventually the prospect will want to of course work with you. Even if you check your DMS right now, like even Braden, right. On IG Twitter, how many messages do you receive copy and paste? No. Research. Commoditized. There's so many. Right.
It's so bad. Especially recently I get like 10 a day that are just sales pitches and it turns me off so much, bro.
Exactly, bro. Like now considering that the market is evolving quickly, it's like very aware, very sophisticated. When a prospect sees a message like that come onto the market, they're not going to reply to you. But that's why what Brayden mentioned about a go given we take a different route and that allows us to differentiate because we give them value assets. We don't even ask for a call in the first message. We flood them with touch points and value. So eventually they would want to of course want to work with us because we build up them credibility. Touch points, right. So that's a. They are like really critical lessons. Now one more for someone watching this video right now, right? You mentioned two, one more nugget that you picked up on that allowed you to scale part 100k a month. What would that be?
I think just like going in depth on direct response. Like I, I knew the general direct response principles and I think I kind of had this limiting belief when I first started is like I'd look at direct response and I'd be like, oh, that's too like salesy. It'll turn people off and like people see through it. But actually I think Jeremy Moser said this in telegram and he had the same belief and he's like, well people use direct response because it's direct response. Like it works for a reason. And so I think me just like fully embracing it and just being like, all right, you're my mentor, you're teaching me all these things even though it feels like damn, this is salesy. Can these people not see through it? I'm gonna do it anyways. And for one part of it comes down to knowing your ICP better because sometimes you can use direct response principles and it does turn them off. But you know your ICP and you actually do direct response principles and you go in depth, you trust the process. Like that's what got me from like here's the crazy thing, we had a 20% opt in rate, we split test headlines, you give me some sauce on, on split testing other elements on the page and then we go from 20% to 40%. Boom. We automatically like by changing like a couple words we double how many leads we're getting. Like that's the cool thing about direct response. Especially just like the, the higher up in the funnel you are like split testing the headline on the opt in page. That's one of the highest ROI things. You can change a couple words and make like an extra 200k a month, bro.
For sure, bro. It's what I mentioned earlier, right? Like if you want revenue share and then you understand direct response, you make one change, but that one change brings in an extra X amount. How much more are you making in revenue share? Right, but you wouldn't know the changes to make if you don't understand direct response. So that's also something that we of course very heavy in, right? So now bro, like insane success so far, bro. Like 30k a month to 100k a month. You're building the skill sets, the direct response is improving. Like I remember the first few VSLs that you sent over, I was like fine, there's some improvements to do. But now you're kind of like ascending the value ladder, right? Which is secrecy. Now from a six month perspective, you've already been inside IPM for five months. Six months from now, where would you like to be? Like now, right? 100k month, you're doing that with one partner where you essentially like the CMO for what are your long term visions with scaling? Like where do you want to get to?
I mean six months is still a little short term. I'd like to be having this client at a middle a month like consistently 100, that'd be like 150k a month in my pocket. Like 250k a month agency, which would be pretty far long long term though, I guess. All right, here's another thing that I think is cool about IPM is like, I think a lot of people in the info space are just like schemers and they don't care about student results. But I think like you boys definitely care about results and that's kind of one of my principles. I think a lot of people in the info space just like sling info to sling info and they just care about money. But I want to just have like a big ass portfolio of clients who all are just like the best experts in the space, bro.
Sick, bro, Sick. Yeah bro. It's all result focused, you know, like even yesterday we had a masterclass strictly on retention and many info guys, especially in today's market, they just go heavy on the marketing, neglect their product chargebacks, refunds, bad reputation, bad trustpilot reviews and then they're going to go and of course rail dog another offer trying to do the same thing, right? So it's all product focused. You have got like Some very interesting schemes. Upon the way. I'm going to finish this interview off with one thing, right, you scale this client like pretty reasonably so far right now with this one client, how are you looking to scale him? No scale with them. Apologies. Even further. Like which mediums are you going to incorporate? What funnels are you going to create? Are you going to run ads? Like what are your scaling projections with? Making more money with this client?
Yeah, so right now we're at 600. I mean it's, it's like just the last day of the month. So we're at like 650k this month. Goal is to get to a mill a month asap. Should be able to do it in the next few months. I think one of the biggest bottlenecks is to have a low ticket community for $100 a month. That way over delivers. So we have tons of people either canceling their calls, saying they'll stay on the low ticket community or booking their call, getting to the end and just saying like I either want to try out the low ticket first or I want to stay in the low ticket if they're already in it. So we're like losing a lot of money to their low ticket because it's over delivering. So we're probably just gonna nuke the low ticket entirely actually. And I think that'll show a huge roi. Like we've tangibly lost multiple six figures per month this month to the low ticket. Yeah, I think having down cells are good. Or if you know how to run a low ticket to high ticket ascension funnel, that's good. But if people find out about your down sell when they would have otherwise bought your high ticket, that's when you get into trouble. And that's also tough with a lot of like you work with new creators and they're, they're used to just giving so much to their audience and they just like are literally slaves to people on 100 per month subscription. So that's like a big bottleneck that we're working on right now. Outside of that obviously running paid traffic more and then doing one webby a month. Because not like right now we're running a call funnel and it's working well obviously. But every lead needs a different conversion mechanism. There are definitely going to be leads who aren't going to convert well through call funnel, but if we run a webby they're going to convert, especially this client. It'd be so good on a webby. So those are the plans is just paid ads webby and then either Deleting or restructuring the load ticket to maximize.
LTV Webinars would crush. Bro, bro. Even like monthly webinar grand slam one and quarterly challenge. Bro, a quarterly challenge would absolutely rip. Now like for some context as well, people are watching this for our clients. When we offered webinar funnels as our primary vehicle, we were doing weekly webinars like every single Sunday, every single Thursday, then every quarter we would do a grand slam challenge. Pour like a lot of cash to that challenge, like a free day challenge. And then we just nuke it, bro. Because if someone by the way, they join even two days of the challenge. Do you know how many propaganda touch points have been made by the time we asked them to fill in that type form? Bro, it was insane. Like we got like for one client like 8% shop rates and like 50, 60 closing rates from a challenge for 6.4k ticket. I'm not going to mention how many registrants we got. But it's all about the propaganda touch points. So if you implement similar vehicles that'll be like an insane scaling path. And of course with like the low ticket is like like our core vehicle right now as well. And like we kind of coined this term like ethically gatekeeping some elements in your low ticket. You know, I think that would be like a next logical step. I think a million dollars a month consisting with this client is just around the corner. You're already at 650amonth, which is fucking sick. Not many info brands get to 650k a month by the way. There's like a very small amount of them like achieving numbers like that. So you're doing the good thing. It's of course now more to scaling but yeah, better man. It's been 16 like senior inside IPM. There's been some really good growth since you've joined five months ago. Now it's only to more growth, more scaling, more money, more client relations, more goal given and more fulfillment, my bro. Appreciate it with the interview my man. And let's get it. I'll be dropping as well. Bro, your IG in the link bio as well because of course there's some decent source shared on the IG as well. But yeah, guys make sure to follow him on ig. It's been a blast and let's scheme.
I appreciate too much.
