Yo, yo, yo, guys. Here we have Mark and Brian currently running a successful info marketing agency that mainly specializes in a webinar funnel vehicle. Now to take care of running the paid ads, the conversion mechanism in the webinar funnel, and of course the backend to recoup all the lost leads that came through the webinar funnel. Now they kind of get insane traction with their webinar funnel clients and their scaling clients are seven figures collectively. Now I just wanted to ask you guys specifically what was the main motivation behind you wanting to join IPM and seek this personalized one to one guidance?
So when we first got. So let me take, take a step back. So we first got into the whole agency space, I think it was December of last year, right. And at first we started, you know, Iman Gadzi, everything. All right, let's, let's start running Facebook ads for, you know, ecom brands, right. Bryant, my partner, he has a background in Google Ads. So like he learned about Facebook ads and then he was like, you know, really good at Facebook ads. So we decided, all right, so let's run a Facebook ads for ecom companies. We started, we did like some one off projects and things like that, but nothing really like took right? Then we saw a creator, right? He was running ads. We kind of knew this guy because of the background that me and Brian come in. We used to be sneaker resellers and this, this guy is also a sneaker reseller. So we messaged him, we asked him, who's running your ads? And he said, no one's running my ad. I'm doing it myself. And I was like, all right bro, we'll run your ads for you. Then he agreed. But the problem was, right, we have the, we have the client. But there was, you know, were we amazing at fulfillment at that point? Definitely not, right? And then I was following you on Twitter since December, I think since I got into the whole agency space and I messaged you on Twitter, you answered my question, which was like crazy. So you got back to me, gave me like insane volume. And then, you know, we've been in IPM ever since and it's, and it's helped us like with fulfillment acquisition, with everything with scaling our agency sick.
And that's for you guys watching as well. All it takes is finding the one breakthrough. With Mark and Brian, they found this one credit that is running ads. And now that's the main vehicle going forward. Now of course, before you guys joined ipm, of course that you mentioned that you were doing Facebook ads. You're kind of used to this conventional route, right? But with your info marketing agency, what were you doing and what were the main problems that you were experiencing? Of course you mentioned the fulfillment sides of things but can you elaborate on that for the guys?
For as of our agency in general, it was definitely just fulfillment heavy and acquisition basically the whole thing to do with agency, like we signed like first client. We found that as the breakthrough moment but it was kind of like all right, cool, we'll sign him and figured out go. So cool we got this signed but did we really know what we were doing? Not necessarily.
Then how did you sign that first client? Like what was the medium?
So I, I just saw him like I said he was running ads and then I messaged him on DMS and like I said we, we come from like a similar niche background because me and Brian we used to be sneaker reseller. So he knew bus somewhat. So I, I messaged him and like he saw the DM and then like I, I pretty much like gave him value on like what to do with his ads and then from there like that, that was our very first client. So we, we signed him on free work at first. Right. That was before ipm. Right. And then once we joined IPM then you know, we got a lot better at fulfillment and then we were able to get him on a retainer.
Fire. Fire. And I can even take a look at the telegram. But since you've joined, you've of course signed like 5k retainers, you've upsold your existing clients. Can you walk the guys over like since you joined ipm, not only acquisition tied but like what has it allowed you to do with of course bettering your deal structures, sending clients and of course like the thinking processes behind the client acquisition. Because I believe that's where most people go wrong. They think like they're one cold email away, which of course it may be true, but the mental beliefs that go into selling that client are the most important.
Right.
So from your guys perspective, what are some mental beliefs that you kind of developed or kind of made that we made real for you that allowed you to sign these clients and of course scale your agencies?
Well also having just seen seeing you and Jeremy, the potential that you guys are getting from your clients showing that's possible, like how big of a retainer you can get from a single client is showing it's possible. But just because it showed us it was possible didn't really necessarily show us how could we do it. It's like cool, we can't just ask it for or 20k, you know what I'm saying? With, without anything on top of we're only charging 5k. So I mean just giving us the help. I think what was it last month we signed on, which is now our biggest client. So we have the biggest billable for our client to add on a 10 problem share and we got the exact framework help from you guys, which we really couldn't have done it without you. You can't just go into the call, we want 10%. All right, you're not going to get it simple. But he gave us the exact framework and we were able to get that done. And now he's our biggest billable.
How much like are you generating with this client? How are we generating results? And like what is that billable invoice with that one client alone?
So since we signed.
Oh, go ahead.
All right. So since we signed him on, we've generated him $536,000 in, in revenue.
Crazy, bro. That's rare, bro. Not many people can do that, bro.
Cash collected is about 500k. So I mean like even cash it's, it's half a million dollars. And that's since August. So that's four months ago.
Right.
So in four months we've been able to do that for him. And the bit like we just got the, the, the rev share kicked in. So that'll be this month's billable and that will, it will probably be like a, like 15. I, I think it'll be like between 15 to 20k is what, what we'll probably bill him for.
And guys, that's with one client. So like now of course, this is why I always tell people like the importance surrounding revenue, profit and equity plays. Right. With you guys, the fact that you're able to do this is because of, you know, you're taking care of numerous moving parts within a client's business. And now worst case scenario, if he feels like that he needs to seek another service provider or go to someone else, they're kind of, he's kind of relying on you, which is good for retention. So for everyone watching this game is all about LTV and retention. And if you break that down, that of course comes down to skill accumulation. And Mark and Brian, like since they joined they've been like overly obsessed in a good way about fulfillment. They send the VSL critiques, we take a look at the copy, they ask good questions and that's why they're able to generate their clients more money. And the more money that they generate these clients, the more that they get paid. Now with this one client, of course, like 15, 20k a month with one client. That's insane, right? But now what's the like the long term vision going forward? Like with more clients and like deal structures and like.
Yeah.
Brian, you want to take that?
Go ahead. All right.
The long term vision going forward. Like, I mean me and Brian, we see ourselves like we want to build like a pretty big agency. It's like the, when we first started this whole thing together, I remember like we literally sat down like at my apartment. We were just like planning like, yo, like what are we going to do? Honestly, like from, from where me and, me and Brian's other business, like sneaker reselling. Like we were like, okay, let's be the best. Like we honestly want to be the best, the best info marketing agency like in the space right now for that client. We're taking care of the front end, which is, you know, traffic, the conversion mechanism which is webinar and we run the sales team. So we're whoever the top info marketer in the space is that you guys can think of. Like that's the spot we're coming for.
So they're coming for that guys. They're coming for that. They're coming for that. But yeah, for everyone watching this of course as well, the fact that Mark and Brian are able to charge 15 to 20k a month even with this one client is because as I mentioned, skill. But it takes care of numerous things within the info business. So that's why they're able to do this successfully. Now Mark and Brian as well, of course we've discussed the offer creation. You've ascended these clients, you're signing implementation deals like you're getting good traction with, with other clients. Apart from acquisition and offer creation, what are three things that of course or like three benefits that you've seen since you joined an ipm. And this can be like anything tied, even the mindset tied. Or like what are some free key things that you've gathered?
Right, I got to answer sales too real quick and handle that real quick.
All right, so the Slack channel going off. So one of the, the, the biggest takeaways that we've had one is like just the community, the telegram chat. Like there's so many killers in this community. Like I know you guys may hear like me and Bryant's results, but like there's a lot of guys in the community that you know. Of course, Maje, Jeremy, the twins, Jaden, like a lot of These guys are like, they're, they're killers, right? So for me and Brian, like, we, I mean, we consider ourselves like a players, right? Just surrounding yourself with other a players, people that are better than, you know, us at some of the stuff that we do, right? That's been huge. Two, like the copy critiques, like, that's big. So like, like me, I write most of the copy for agency. Like, I don't have a copywriting background or like a writing background in general, so. But we have, we have a business background, right? So that's been able to like, that's what's been, I think, has been able to like jumpstart like our success. So the copy critiques, the. And the group coaching calls, like, the group coaching calls are like crazy. Like the amount of value that's in there, the one that Jeremy held about the client archetypes, I mean, that right there, I mean that's a class. I mean that you could charge like 997 for or like 5. You could charge someone for that, right? And I mean the value of that's insane. Bring up guest speakers. We got a crazy guest speaker coming on today that's going to, you know, help us a lot with the fulfillment in our agency.
So.
So yeah, those three things have been like crucial.
Killer stuff. Killer stuff, yeah. I think the key lesson there is of course, the exposure, because I believe you've even met some people inside, like in real life, right. And that exposure is so important because you kind of, of course understand what they're doing for clients. Then you can implement it for your own clients. And then you're both, of course, collectively growing your agencies as like, as a byproduct. And that's the entire philosophy of of course, ipm. Like we want to bring pillars. Like, that's why we're very selective with who we bring on. But like killers inside who can share ideas. And then you accelerate your growth. Now, Mark and Brian, of course, you've gone from like a decent stage, right? You've gone from the Facebook ads to conventional agency route to now being able to charge 15 to 20k a month with one client and getting decent traction in the meantime. For anyone watching this that wants to do like the same, what are three key lessons that you can handle? And to of course make this as value packed for the watchers as possible. They can be anything tied, by the way. Like, they can be mindset tied. Like what you. How you construct your days, anything. Three key lessons that helped you.
There's one house networking with others like within ipm, which does help. It's just like reiterating what Mark said. You're surrounded with a players, so it's like just having that energy around you on your day to day, just communicating it just. I mean just having the energy around you just helps motivate you in general. It shows you even if you're not at that level yet, you're surrounded by people that are what you're trying to be it. So it shows you it's possible. If they can do it, you can do it. Simple as that. Also, I mean something else that's so big in IPMs to go giving. It's just give up, give that value out first. I mean even Mark said that Macha you gave, gave you value on Twitter before you even joined ipm.
Bro, we practiced this. Bro, we practiced this.
Yeah. And I mean it's, it's so key like this kind that probably gonna be like a 20k billable next month. I mean if the first, the first thing we did was free work, simple as that. So I mean that, that go giving is so keen. I mean with next month, next month being 20K in the future, he's going to be the biggest Billboard 100.
Yeah.
The, the, the go giving part, I mean that's like Brian like the like our biggest billable right now. Like we took him on like for, I mean for free. And like a lot of people, they preach free work, but we approach the free work as if he paid us a million dollars. Right? So, and like that mentality of like client, that's one of the biggest things that really like drew me to you. Like a lot of people on Twitter, like they speak about like getting the clients and like even when me and Bryant first started like the whole agency right before like we became like info marketers. Everyone will talk about like you know, getting clients, getting clients. But like our main thing, we were like, okay, like that's amazing, right? How do we get the result? Because at the end of the day, like I said, like we're the obsessiveness that we are about being the best. Like I truly believe that we'll be one of the best in the space one day. And that only comes from like the lessons in IPM about like fulfillment actually get your clients results or you'll be dropped at the end of the day.
And this is it. And this is doing this is something.
That you actually need skill to do, right? Like Brian has the background in and ads, right? We both have. You know, our last business we did six figures Together, right. So we have a business background in general, right? So like that skill accumulation, it's huge.
100%. 100%. And for anyone watching this as well, the goal given principles, the reason why they work so effectively, because as you guys may be familiar, there's a huge influx of freelancers, agency owners and he supposed growth operators entering the industry. And the more of these people enter the industry, the more your prospects trust barriers are naturally increasing. Meaning what you do to of course sign a client, it can't be the same what everyone else is doing because the prospect themselves, they're going to instantly put you in a commodity bucket. But Mark and Brian, they're embracing the goal given principle, but of course putting the prospect first, they're removing the resistance and that's why they're able to ascend them, sign your names, etc. This even goes into like acquisition in order to stand out. One simple mindset shift to make is operate from the world of your prospects rather than your own world. Too many people, they tried to outreach to clients saying like I'm hoping that you find this valuable. No, like I'm hoping, I'm hoping, I'm hoping. It's like a lot of me, like me, me, me, me talk, right? But the people inside, they of course understand that the prospect goes first. And that's why Mark and Brian are now scaling the agency to decent amounts, is why they were able to ascend their client that's going to pay them 15 to 20k a month. And it's why this is only the beginning of the agency. So Mark and Brian, killer interview of course. Now the main goal for you, which is to scale the hell out of what you guys are doing and as Mark mentioned, of course, obsession about what you're doing, right, you want to become the best you can in the industry and how you're going to do this is through skill accumulation and goal giving. So Mark and Brian, let's get in my guys and good luck to everything and scan this agency and talk to you man.
Thank you, thank you much.
Let's go.
