How we went from $750/mo retainers to $40k/mo invoices (FREE 30-minute masterclass)

An agency owner explains how they scaled from $750/mo retainers to $40k/mo invoices by fixing an identity bottleneck. The shift required mindset changes around detachment and self-assertion, plus concrete moves: specialization, long-form YouTube to attract better clients, and reverse-engineering revenue targets.

If you're a direct response marketer, an agency owner, or a freelancer, and inherently know that you've got the skill needed to generate great client results, but still unable to attract these clients into your ecosystem, then this following video is just for you. This is a free 30 minute masterclass where I pull back the curtains on how we were able to go from charging clients $750 a month for our marketing services to being able to invoice clients $40,000 a month for our services. Now this is a 30 minute snippet from a more in depth video that I conducted for paid coach members inside Infoprofits Mastermind. But it pulls back the curtains on all the lessons that you need. So make sure you watch this masterclass until the end because you'll receive some immense value inside. And of course, before we dive in, first link in the description I've got a daily direct response marketing newsletter where I drop more gems like this on client acquisition, client onboarding, client retention, scanning info, marketing agencies, and even scanning online info offers, adds conversion mechanisms, launches and everything else between. If you're not yet subscribed to the list, make sure you subscribe now. First link in the description without further ado, let's dive into the video. Okay guys, thought you can hear me live and well, correct. Wonderful. Okay guys, I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen and then I'm gonna walk over this. It's gonna take 35, 40 minutes but I was going to show you. Yeah, okay, perfect. It's gonna show you how we went from charging $750 as like a retainer fee to charging and invoicing clients 40k a month for our marketing services. This is a client getting masterclass that doesn't touch on client acquisition strategies. Now please guys, more people are going to join but if you have got a question that is kind of urgent or covers one of these principles, please raise your hand. After we'll have a Q and A as usual. So I'm gonna dive in. Feel free to take some notes. It will be recorded, it'll be uploaded inside the community. I'll give you access to his doc as well, but without further ado, of course, dive in. Now there's this famous quote by this famous philosopher. His name is Magic Lipper. Not sure if you guys heard of him. He's a really big philosopher and kind of changed a lot of directions for the universe. But he mentioned his quote and it's kind of you haven't got a skill bottleneck, you have a current Identity bottleneck. And that current identity is preventing you from charging more and selling the big clients. This is a big philosopher. I'm going to bold this guy's name because he's incredibly intellectual. But now when, when, when we were charging 750. Let me just invite this person in. Yeah, so when we were charging, by the way, guys, like, we were actually before we were invoicing clients, like 30, 40 bands, 25 bands, 15 bands, like 16 bands. We were once, of course, charging 750 to 1K a month. Like, we also work down. No, up the essential ladder and. And the mistakes that I were making, I wasn't really conscious of it at the time, but now I've kind of ascended on like a spiritual level. These things are more real. The first thing and the first mistake that I made that some of you may be like, making yourself, is when I wasn't comfortable within. I would embrace my inner Picasso Maxo facade and rely on other people's validation to fill the discomfort void I had. Now what I mean by this is when I wasn't really comfortable with like, business or when I wasn't signing clients, for some reason, I don't know why I. I would try to seek external validation from people on IG and then I would like post stories of me working, of me doing this, of me at the gym to kind of get that validation from others to fill in that void, you know. And now, which I'll be walking up in like a little more detail in just a moment. It's like now I know I no longer have them thoughts is I don't really feel the urge to do shit or like even please others or stuff like that. This like, the first mistake that many people make is when they're not comfortable within. The first solution that I think about is external validation from other people, especially on Instagram. There's so many cases of these aesthetic maxes on ig. They're not moving the needle forward and then they want to post aesthetic ass IG stories. And then they do on like IG with the. What's it called, like the exposure effect to make it dark and shit. Like, just start some clients, bro. Next one I wasn't. I was comparing as well. When we were making like 7:50 to 1k a month, I was comparing my stage 1 to other people's stage stages 10. And because of the comparison, a lot of focus on what truly mattered at the time. Ignoring the external noise and going full foot with. I believed in once again, for some context when our agency was making less than £5amonth. I was kind of looking at these big agency owners, what they're doing. It's like, oh my goodness me, this would be so great. And as a byproduct, I kind of lose focus, lost focus on what mattered the most. Focusing on us and doing what we needed to do, you know. So like many of you people as well is, is like you need to know what you want and ignore the external noise for good reasons because it does help a lot. Now the third one, like a lot of people discuss inside ipm, I find it very interesting is I neglected my intuition. And even when things weren't true to my authentic self, I would say yes to things because I assumed that if I didn't say yes to these things, I, I would miss out on opportunity. But I didn't miss out on opportunity. I scaled opportunity costs. Give you a context. Some of you guys have experience, by the way, and it's dangerous as fuck is. When we started and we had like an opportunity for a client, they gave us, I don't know, like, let's say like a one case setup. But on the onboarding they would headache. They were kind of like asking Bear. They were doing all of this. And then we had the feeling of is like if we didn't say yes to this client, if we miss our opportunity. But we didn't miss out on opportunity. We just scaled opportunity cost. Because like, imagine if we now put that attention that this client showed us into attracting a better client. Actually treasures our worth, you know. So even if you guys please, like, even if you're making, I don't know, like five, six bands a month, like whatever it is, and if a client comes your way offering you a free band setup, it may seem good in the moment, but if they are micromanaging, they're kind of like a dickhead client. Trust me, it's not worth it. Opportunity cost, you'll be forced to refund. It's happened a lot. So never neglect your intuition. Your. Your intuition never lies. When we signed clients and my intuition was telling me, we're going to fucking scale this client to a million a month. Yeah, we scale them to like a million a month, you know. So never neglect your intuition. Now the fourth one, once again, this is fucking critical is I had an inner world that communicated that all people were playing games. And as a byproduct of this inner world, I assumed that all people were like this. Meaning when the right opportunity presented itself in the form of clients or even relationships, I would jeopardize the opportunity because of this assumption I created with my inner world. Like attracts like in life and business. Now, my friend is one is a prime example of this. For some reason I need to get on his ass. But he thinks that all girls play games. Like a girl. He would be in conversation with a girl, right, for like, let's say a few hours. And then like he's responding quick, 10 minutes, 50 minutes. And then like she responds like two hours, like out of the blue. And he's like, nah, but she's playing games, bro. She's not the one. She's playing games, she's playing games. But that's like a feeling of his inner world. He thinks that she's playing games because inherently he would play games himself. It was important to flip that inner world and of course communicate the right things to the universe. It does sound a bit complex, but does it make like sense, guys? So far, like never, like always. The opportunities that you attract is a reflection of your inner world. If you think that people are playing games, you attract people that play games. If you attract, if you believe that people are genuine, you attract people who are genuine. So that's a big mistake I made. And it's even like why I lost out on tread on like beautiful women. Man, I miss all of them because I thought that they were playing games. But anyway, five, I had a scarce mentality towards money and as a result I blocked naturally attracting money into my life. I'm not going to elaborate on this. I touched on this in like a lot detail. Scarcity repulses, abundance attracts now 6 as well, another important one. I assume that to scale a business you needed to be in isolation mode. But isolation mode is only good for seasons. Trust me. The moment we said fuck it, we bowl and started doing cool things. And meeting people doing good things is the moment when the biz took off. Now, even with our first agency, when we were making like 30, 40 bands with three partners, by the way, one of us brought up the idea of going to Cancun, Mexico, and we were only paying ourselves. I don't know, like 6,7k a month. We said it, we go Mexico. Then after Mexico, our business took off because we kind of went there. We done cool share, we showed our. We like, we were exposed to what is actually good, how to make more money, etc. Then we made, then we made more money. So isolation, like if you're at your desk like working a lot, it is good for like a few months, don't get me wrong. But after like a While it, it does you, in my opinion, more harm than good, it's important to put yourself out in a market, going to different coffee shop to work, meet people, etc. Etc. Etc. Now, seventh is I wasn't exposing my subconscious to what's possible. There's kind of an addition to this. But at this time I was just in my living room, not in my bedroom with my little brother playing FIFA behind me, sending loom videos to prospects. And I wasn't going away, I wasn't traveling, I wasn't doing. I was kind of in my own bubble. And my bubble thought of that environment, thought of northwest London, Wembley, people making two, three bands a month. And that's what I'm capped to. That's what I was capped to. But by the moment I flipped a switch and started meeting people who are doing 500k a month, a million a month, wherever it is now that's my ceiling, that's my cap. I can go ahead and go over that cap. So if you're kind of in a bubble where people are only doing mediocre things and if you think, by the way, you're like the big fish in your environment doing something, incorrect. Northwest London. I thought I was a big fish. I was going to like a gym. I was like going to like a standard gym was like $30 a month and I was making like three, four bands a month. And then I thought I was the big fish because everyone else was doing 1.52k a month then. I had so much ego, but it wasn't good ego. So always be exposing yourself to people doing better than you. There's a famous saying is if you're the smartest or the richest person in the room, you're in the wrong room. And I firmly believe that now. Eighth, I didn't have a concrete reverse engineered action plan for achieving what I wanted. No structure in needle movement and scaling. I just thought I wanted to make 20k a month in profit. Take home. I was like, okay, let me do what I can do. This big mistake. If you want a big goal and you want to actually achieve that big goal, you need to brainwash yourself with that goal and then break your weeks and days into action steps that line with a goal. Like I need to send this much of like outbound messages, I need to post this much of content, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. It's always about reverse engineering goals. Now the ninth one during this stage as well, when we were stuck charging 751k a month, is me Especially I had over attachment to goals and under attachment in what truly matters, skill, accumulation and becoming a service provider worthy of signing these clients. I always said like I want 10k a month. 10k a month, 10k month, 10k a month. But I would never was thinking is how can I become the service provider that can sign clients that can pay me 20k a month? Okay, I need to learn this skill. I need to be the best, I need to do this. I need to do this. So you never want to overly attach to goals and you want over. No, you want to become overly attached to skill. Because when you become overly attached to skill as a byproduct, you make more money. It's so fucking simple. Now the shifts, by the way, that went that kind of took us from 751k month retainers, some shit clients, to now working with clients that pay us decent cash collected a month. And we've invoiced clients like up to 45, 50k a month is of course all of the opposite of the above. But also one not taking things too seriously is like if a client or a opportunity or a prospect is like, let's say they're poor or like they've got leaking pipes, that's just a reflection of them. You can't go ahead and change that. You can't change people. So don't really take things too seriously. The moment I detached from life in general, like not in like a bad way, but just like more free flowing, like not really giving a in a good way. Of course I made more money. It's not coincidental. The second one, understanding that if we're not getting rejected or experiencing setbacks, not going hard enough, when shit is too linear at our agency, I get scared because it's a sign that we're not scaling too hard. And sometimes I pray for problems to come up. And thankfully we've had a few problems recently. Not big problems, but small ones. And it's a sign that we're growing. Because when you grow, you have problems. So when you guys experience problems, setbacks, or let's say a sales guy leaves you or something else happens, like a set is not above KPI, it's a blessing in disguise, is a sign that you're going in the right direction. Third one, another important one for the guys here that are making probably, I don't know, I would say like 15, 20k a month beyond even maybe more is understanding that to grow a business you can't have excess micromanagement around your business. You need to Create good systems and higher good. So you don't need to be in the business for hours a day and be standing on top of the business. Even when we were charging 1, 2, 3k a month, however much it is is like I thought I needed to be inside activecampaign, proofreading the subject lines, ensuring that a preview text is good formatting all that bullshit. But no, now we've got a fulfillment partner. I don't really overlook his shit. I don't really micromanage. I just found a good a star player and as a byproduct our agency is scaling rapidly and only thing that we're doing now is like focusing on creating status on the front end. Simple. In order for you to grow, you can't have an employee thinking mindset. You need a a visionary like mindset that drew that drives the needle forward. So that's the third one now the fourth one. Ditching the business books and diving deep into cleaning your inner world. I haven't read a business book in like a pretty long time. The last business book I read was pick anything by Aaron Clough. Like sick sales book on human psychology frame etc. But recently I've been like diving deep into like mindset and identity type books. Like even now I'm rereading Man's Search for meaning by Viktor Frankl. Like the guy who survived holocaust and then it's kind of like how he found meaning in those difficult scenarios. Yeah bro, ayush. Even like I bought into that program and he's a prime example like Tejdozer, he released a lead magnet on like how he manifested 33k days and there was limited focus on by the way around doing this magic three step system to sign in clients and this like revolutionary um, for attracting clients. There was limited of that. It was more about clean your inner world so you can attract them opportunities. It's not coincidental. So make sure you perfect it internal. That's when you make more money. Now this one here, humble delusion and brainwashing. Guys, please let me know if you can see my screen. But not exactly how much has Lionel Messi where you guys can hear this by the way. Can you please type yes or no? Yeah, we can hear you. Okay, wonderful. Okay, look guys, I'm gonna play this video about Cristiano Ronaldo, right? And I look at the mentality this has around like his footballing abilities like one minute. How much has Lionel Messi pushed you to become a better player? And the second part of that question. Would you say that you show the.
Best players of all time better than Pele Maradona. I'm pushed to myself. I don't need other players to push myself. I just worked since I was in sporting, so I push my, myself all the time to be the best. As I say many times, in my opinion, I'm the best. Because I think we, we have to think like that. Not just in my job, but you have to think in your job. You, you are the best reporter. And I'm thinking like that. If I'm not thinking like that, I'm not going to be stronger than I. That I think I am.
Yeah, Cristiano Ronaldo, even he said is he thinks he's the best in football, but he even said to the interviewer that you need to think that you're the best to take a job seriously. Now, this is kind of like humble delusion and brainwashing, but if you kind of tell yourself that I'm the fucking best, I'm the fucking so good at this, you'll have conviction in signing clients. Like, it's so easy. So, yeah, that's like a good, like a good example from Cristiano. And I think even like, imagine if Cristiano Ronaldo didn't have that mentality, he would not be one of the greatest football players of all time. Hell to the no, bro. Imagine he said, yeah, I'm. I, like, I'm okay, you know, like, imagine he had like no confidence, no aura. He would not be the player he is now. So you can develop his mentality towards business as well, you know, humble delusion and brainwashing. 6. Not being scared of learning from the best. Simple. We've invested into a lot of mentors. We're still actively doing this. 7. Creating abundance through exposure is now, for example, like doing like going to like to Monaco, south of France, paying like €500 for two of us. Like, I'm not opposed. It's like exposure. I'm seeing some rich white guys with some young females in like this restaurant. I'm there like young, when I could polo tee like a Ralph around one with some young girl. Then they're like, what the fuck you? Like, like he's staring at me like, like, I don't know why these people are staring at me, but kind of like the concept is it's a creator's abundance for exposure. You know, like even what I done when I was making even like 2k months, I would go to like, maybe it was more than 2 came up, but I would stay in like 5 star hotels. In like London for like $118, like pounds a night. And then like, it would like, over time, it's kind of like exposing my mind to what's possible and kind of like this environmental programming, you know, so when you put yourself in the right environments, you're. You're opening your mind to what's possible. A few of you, of course, like Dubai and these places, it's like great for subconscious programming because you don't want to be stuck in your bubble, you know? 8, 300. That's your excuse, bro. It's. To be honest, I believe it's actually to some degree a good thing like that. Like, it's actually a good thing because now you're kind of programming your mind is like, I can spend 300 a night on like a hotel. Like, you're communicating to the universe. Like, I don't think it's the worst thing, but of course you need a cash flow and a good result to back that up. You know, if you're doing that and then you're not doing for yourself, that's when it does. When it does make sense. Eighth, this is an interesting one. What's allowed us to like charge 4kmart for our services is understanding the power of status, subconscious communication, name association, and using these timeless principles to help assign clients. There are two types of value, by the way, guys. One, you've got concrete value, and the other one is perceived value. Concrete value helps scale, okay? But perceived value helps you scale quicker and better. I'll give you the prime example of this is Imangadi Imangadji with his. The way that his funnels look like, right? It's kind of like the perceived value element. He doesn't really communicate as a course like you. Like, you can't really say it's like a course. Like people think that's high value because of the way that it looks. But also on like his ig, he's given away these perceived value communication forms, right? Even what I mentioned here, subconscious communication, like Iman, like when he's traveling, he's wearing this nice clothing. He's got like pre selection with like girls in the back. He's got like this good network. It kind of puts that status on him. And he's of course able to attract good opportunities to his life and you can take the step in the right direction. It doesn't to be drastic, but like when you take sales calls is like even wear like a nice polo, have like a nice backdrop. That's why like guys like Ravi aboula for example, he's got like a, like a bookshelf with like important books. He's got like camera equipment there. And then when people join the sales call, they can. That's like a potential touch point created. You know, they can see that. They're like, oh my goodness me. Like that book there, like I read that you, like you can create touch points but it's good for subconscious communication, you know. And people, they do judge first impressions is like the way that the world structured. Like. Yeah, it's kind of a bit sad, but that's why you would need to look the part if you want to scale, you know, it's the sad truth. Mine is, yeah, this is what I kind of elaborated on above. But maximum clarity on our vision and educating on the vision of others. Meaning we know what we want. We know that we want our agency to get here. We may see other people doing that, but we're not going to become attached to that. We're going to educate ourselves on what they're doing so we can better ourselves. You know, so we're completely unfazed by what other people are doing. We've set our big rocks. We know that we want. We know that what we want. That's what we focus on. So guys, like, please, like no matter what stage you're on, by the way, I know it's kind of a bit difficult to like not see what other people are doing and then kind of thinking to yourself, but they're doing this, they're selling these clients like, like, I know it can be difficult, but it's a distraction away from what makes you money. And that's yourself. Like, it's as simple as that. Number 10, not reinventing the service will by instead taking advantage of vehicles people are actively implementing. If we want to set sign a load to get central funnel client we're not going to outreach to someone who's doing like a webinar funnel and try to transition away from them from that. We will actively look for people running web and like running low to get central funnels and seeing how we can make more money with the logic extension funnels. You know, if your core service is webinar funnels, find someone who's doing webinar funnels. If your core service is meta creatives, find someone actively running ads. It's a lot easier signing them. You don't want to reinvent the world gets headache. 11 I think this is like a post that one of our previous clients, he posted this like actually caught my attention. If we go Here and it's this one here is. Quality business owners are normally learning. Quality business owners spend significant time watching long form video over short form. Quality business owners typically watch videos that deliver insight and explain how to do something. Second one is the most important. Quality business owners spend significant time watching long form video after short form. Now in terms of client attraction, like this is why you kind of see my videos. They're kind of like 45 minutes long, one hour long. Like we posted like an AI masterclass that's like one hour long. There's a reason behind that is because sophisticated prospects, those that benefit from our services is they're likely watching long form content. Like all the people I know that make bank, they're not mindlessly scrolling IG rules and like getting quick dopamine hits. They're watching like podcasts from like untapped like CEOs and like business owners and like learning from them. So you using that principle is of course for YouTube content is long form YouTube content to create a distribution system to attract clients. You know if you want to assign big clients is you need that Status Delta with YouTube it's actually a life hack. Like you can send them assets, you get people coming in inbound. Like we've sound like a different, a decent amount of deals like I'm talking like deals that pay us like five figures a month plus for YouTube, you know. So if you're at that stage, if you've got the credibility, get on YouTube and post like long form content. So those are like the ones like 11 now some other quick hacks that you can oblige with. Putting ourselves in the right room. Simple. Like if we know that someone's going to like a lounge and then they're kind of like they may know people that would benefit from our services putting ourselves there. Specialization. Specialization is what took our first agency from like 10k month to like 130k month is like we were known as like the email list guys for info at a time. And because we had that authority we signed like a lot of deals. Now we're kind of leading towards the low ticket extension funnel route. And as a byproduct of our um. The demonstrative funnel. Fine, the demonstrative funnel it is like low ticket but cool hybrid. And because of that people they now kind of coming our ways like are like are you like can you help us with the demonstrative fund? I'm like damn bro, it's working. You know. So specialization is important to some big clients. Free personal brand. Like I Think if you're beneath 10k market, doesn't really make sense because you need to sign the clients and build up the credibility. But if you're above 10k marks, personal brand is the biggest fucking ROI thing that you can do. Not only for signing clients, but you meet cool guys is I'm not going to expand the importance, right? Like you guys understand the power of a personal brand. Reverse engineering opportunities. Of course. What I laid out above about if you want to hit X, you just can't say I want to hit X. You need to get that big goal of like let's say 40k market and say okay, here's how many, here's how many clients I need, here's the deal structures I need, here's how many conversations I need to be starting. Here's how many YouTube videos I need to be posting a week. Here's how many follow ups I need to be doing daily. Like get to the, to the soil of it and you're more likely to attack the goal. Meet people from other industries. Like info marketing and growth offering is kind of a bubble to be honest. Like when I meet someone, they're kind of like, yeah, I'm a growth operator. I'm like, and I've heard it before, but now it's like you. When you meet people from like other verticals, it's pretty interesting because they even know people that can benefit from your services. Like even people in, I don't know, like let's say finance or like some weird niche. Like they know a lot of people, people in health for example. Like I met someone in health and that could be like a potential client. Like just from like mean people from other industries. So it's fucking important. Investing in specialty specific mentors. If you want to learn Facebook ads, find someone who primarily focuses on Facebook ads. If you want to learn logic ascension funnels, learn from someone who's actively running them. Especially speciality specific. You know, like we paid for example even to Pierre Zemas, he's like into CRO and direct response and we, we were paying him like a monthly retainer for CRO and direct response and like our clients soared. So make sure they're speciality specific. I know like a lot of you know, a few people are doing that already is like if you want to improve sales, it's seen like a top sales manager and pin for like a consult. Fucking simple tab into other people's audience and borrowing authority. This has helped me a bunch already. Like, like already probably done. Like I need to do more podcasts But I've done about like three to four already, I believe. Yeah, like four podcasts. Some were private on like private newsletters. But like I was borrowing their authority and they were driving eyeballs to my newsletter. Then I built up no like and trust with them. So if someone's in like a core industry or they've got like a cool agency, you can of course connect with them and borrow that authority to drive your business north. Course, like from a. Like, I want to take this from them. I want to take this from them. You of course like to give back in a form of like referral, partnerships, etc. But borrowing authorities is like powerful as hell as well if done correctly. But you can even see if like for info guys, if you've got like a coaching program or if you want to do one is is if someone's got like a coaching program that got like a lot of members in your kind of industry or teaching, you can do talks for them. Like I've done talks for like three mastermind. Like I believe one of them, like Agency Velocity by like that Levy guy got so like a few newsletter subscribers. People were messaging me on ig. They, they, they didn't turn out to clients. Like, like I don't care but just all about I building out them relationship type points. You know, legit being exceptional. Like when you do exceptional, word gets around without you even knowing. Sorry guys, this is going to feed into my second point about this. I'll get on that in just a moment. Legit being exceptional when you do accept the word gets around without you even knowing it. This is how we signed Jordan Welch, by the way. We signed Jordan Welch through Twitter because Jordan Welch, he put out like a tweet saying that he needs like an email marketer for his new thing that he's building. People were tagging us. My business partner Kieran, he DM'd him and then we signed him just because of all the dms. But we wouldn't have not got them tags if we. If we weren't exceptional. If people knew that we weren't getting results, they wouldn't tag us. But they knew that we were getting results, so that's why they tagged us. That's how we signed Jordan Welch. So this being exceptional, it comes down to skill accumulation. Like, guys, you need to become like religiously obsessed with skill, bro. Like direct response, like ads, like creatives, like everything under the roof because that's when you scale, you know. Now this is probably like the most important takeaway from today's master class. Guys, the most important one, like undoubtedly. I can say that with full conviction by the way, like I've gone through a lot of things. I think I'm just checking the slack because this is the most important nicotine and heavy caffeine guides. If I give the main deciding factor behind our success. Right, right. It's nicotine and caffeine. Like undoubtedly. If I never took nicotine and heavy caffeine like religiously on like we would not be scaling. And I also put in brackets and molder when necessary. But I'm not endorsing it, guys. I'm not sponsored by Modafinil companies. I'm not endorsing it. I'm a healthy guy. But I'm just saying when you kind of got like a busy day, it's not the worst of ideas to kind of split test a little bit. You know, as marketers you understand the power of split testing. Like why not split test some moda, you know? Izzy, I'm not bro, I'm not in that stage yet. But yeah, Luke. And that's a false action bonus by the way. Guys like Luke, I met him inside Canary Wharf and I gave him a false action bonus of Modafinil. And kid isn't. It's LA Modafinil. It's like a supplement which has nootropic benefits that Navy SEAL guys use and to stay awake and. Yeah, and but guys, by the way please, like I said here, I'm not endorsing. So like if FTC are watching this or like some other guy. Clark, I've actually got a referral code, you know bro, imagine this website, it's like some underground like modafino website. I I ordered three times from them. I got put in some segment and then these guys are sending me like a post purchase email with like a unique referral link for members who may benefit from that. Definite. I'm like what the is this? Which growth operator is behind this scheme? But I won't be plugging that because yeah, I'm not, I don't want to be bad influence, you know, but it has helped us like. Yeah it has, but I'm not endorsing it guys. Now teamwork breaks with my first agency when we went to Mexico, Cancun, Los Angeles, everywhere around. My current fulfillment partner, he's coming to Warsaw in September and we're going to scheme for four weeks. We're going to record a new agency, VSL and we're going to plan a new build out offer that we're doing for our demonstrative funnel that's also critical. And the last one, creating a needle moving daily to do list that lines with your core vision every single day. It needs to be needed. Movers that make you cash as I mentioned, big O. How many clients deal structures, how much each offer needs to be doing and what you need to be doing daily in order to achieve that office scaling. So yeah guys, that's of course. How long did that take? Yeah, bro, on look, 35 minutes. I already know like, like roughly. But that's of course like the quick mast class on it. Now as I mentioned, there wasn't as many acquisition strategies, but as this famous philosopher said. Magic lipper philosopher. He's like a stoic from ancient Greek. No, ancient Greece. Like friends with like Marx, Aurelius and them. And that he said famously, by the way, you haven't got a skill bottleneck, you have got a current identity bottleneck. And that current identity is preventing you from charging more signing the big clients. Simple. So yeah, that's what the famous philosopher said. Now guys, this is by the way, like before we get into.
