Meet The Guy Behind Insanely-Profitable High-Ticket Offer Launches ($440k In 30 Days)

Luke Robinson scaled from 10-15k GBP monthly agency work to $420k in 30 days through high-ticket cohort launches. He built a 15-person sales team hitting 45-50% close rates, used curiosity-driven marketing in private communities, and structured 70% of deals with financing. His next move: repeat the model and delegate everything but strategy.

Everyone here we have Luke Robinson. He's been inside Info Profits Mastermind for a while and I remember the first message he sent us inside the telegram Mastermind about his goals. And he's executed on his goals incredibly well. And Luke, of course we met in person before you joined, right? And you were kind of, of course interested in IBM and back then you weren't necessarily like vetted in direct response, right? So kind of like first of all, like what inspired guide you to join?
To be fair, main thing was just like I was obviously doing the agency stuff. I was probably making what, 10 to 15k GBP. I had like one good month where I'd done like 18k GBP and then obviously I met you down in WeWork. And then when I just kind of heard you talking about like how you run your offers, all of that, I was just like, it's completely different ball games like what I thought it was. And then I was just like, I actually need to like kind of lock in on the skill set and really nail the skill set if I want to get to like consistent 50s or even like get to like now the goal is like what, like 100k GBP by the end of the year profit. So now we're just kind of pushing towards that. And like even now like I'm still wouldn't say I'm a master at direct sponsors, so Sam, I'm still a complete novice and there's a lot to learn, but I've definitely kind of grown a lot in the last few months, bro.
I mean for sure, bro. Like when you join, right, as you were doing those launches for those trading guys, right? And like even then like I was of course critiquing a copy and then the skill set has improved drastically, right? Like if we go back that stage and customer journey when you were doing like 10 to 15k months, like what was the main vehicle and what were you implementing for clients?
Yeah, so we were kind of, we were running like a VSL funnel.
Which.
We'Re still doing now. But we wasn't really like doing too many launches that I didn't really like. I didn't really understand launches. Like when we're taking an offer even if they didn't have a high ticket. Like we just come in and do like a V would just plug in the via cell phone on and just run it evergreen from the start or we do like five days worth of stories. So like launch it. So it's doing that. But like mate, if you looked at the funnels like they were Dog, the copy was the VSLs were. Our sales processes were really bad, which, like, obviously we've had a huge change in the agency. What I'll go into in a little bit on that side of things as well. But yeah, just kind of VSL funnel to like, a pretty poor standard. Whereas now we're still doing the same vehicle. But, like, the main thing we're capitalizing on at the moment now is like, we're just trying to launch. We're just trying to launch as many creators as possible, really, and just do these big cohort launches and stuff. It's kind of the angle I'm thinking of taking everything.
Yeah, there's money there. And we're gonna walk over this, of course, like, about finding complimentary service providers to assist you in service delivery. Like, Luke has done that incredibly well. He's partnered up with a huge sales manager, and the sales manager is taking care of all the sales systems, all these offers. Luke's taking care of the marketing, and that's where he's, of course, achieving the, of course, paramount growth. Because before, bro, you were doing, of course, the sales and the marketing. Right. I remember you in WeWork, you were doing that VSO, that headline, and then you had to checking with the setup, checking in with the closer, et cetera. Right. Which is kind of a bit, of course, complicated. So back then, of course, like traditional VSLs, and you mentioned that you were doing like a service level, and it's like a tweet that I mentioned. But, like, if you're on revenue, proper share, even a small increase in KPI, you automatically bring in more people through the door. More people, more money, more cash, more revenue, and more probably share. Right. So you joined, of course, to broaden the skill sets. And when you joined, you were doing like 10 to 15k a month. Kind of walk us over is like the changes that you made and of course the launches you took care of and like, of course, the numbers you are now achieving thanks to your four skill accumulation.
Yeah. So, like, first thing when I kind of come in was obviously we just like, absorbing myself of everything in terms of like, joining the group calls weekly, just kind of seeing what other people were doing, talking to some of the other boys at ipm. And then I read a few books that you kind of recommended me, which kind of first got me into direct response, which I'm now, like, reading more complex books to, like, kind of actually understand, like, the psychology side of stuff. So that was like, the first thing I'd done. And then obviously come in Started implementing like the principles, started adding in like unique mechanisms, really focusing on like the customer journey, all of that. And then we plugged that in with the current clients and they were starting to do like pretty well. Like we saw. I think first month I implemented like some of the copy changes. We added like 20k to a high ticket offer and that was like a smaller audience. Whereas now like I wouldn't really like get phased over 20k because of the offers we're kind of managing and the offers we are going to be managing. So we kind of started with that. I was still doing everything full stack and then I think it was me and you had that conversation where I was like, I was still working with these clients but I was like they were lower leverage clients. I had pretty bad deal structures and I kind of hit like a little, hit like a little moment in the agency where I was like, I can keep doing things how I was going to do it, but I was going to keep probably just making 10, 15k a month even with the skill accumulation or it was more like look where my expertise are, double down on that aspect. So just really going in on diet response, which is when I partnered with Connor, my business partner now. And then we bring the first offer on. We've done like a huge indoctrination launch and here's a bit of a smaller creator. I think we've done about 95k USD in the first like 2 weeks. We've done that, started pushing out some of the results, got a lot of learnings from that in terms of like making sure the emails were good. So I took all the learnings to that and then we applied it to the launch that we just done, which we literally wrapped up that yesterday. So it's been, it's officially been 31 days since we launched the offer. First 7 days we done 300k USD, cash collected and then we've just finished on the. Finished a 30 day period at 420,000 USD. I'm pretty sure. Yeah, no, go for it.
I launched right from zero to 420. That was within 31 days, correct?
Yeah.
Now, bro, question for you. With the teachings and what you were doing with your first few clients, if you implemented the same things for this launch, would you have gotten similar results or would the results been like below?
No, the results, like if we didn't even like do the whole launch, like I know it's like an interview. Can I share my screen?
Oh yeah. More practical. We make it the better value people.
Yeah. So for anyone, for anyone Kind of watching. So we have 300k, that's great. Did seven days and then we're done 380k in contractor revenue. And if I was to launch this previously we probably would have just done some story sequences and then after the story sequences we were just done DM funnel. We probably would have done probably, I wouldn't even say like a third of the cash. Whereas with this we kind of done everything front to back. So we had the actual funnel infrastructure that was just await this funnel. But the main thing that really drove this wait list was the fact that we just had a private community that everyone joined where we would basically just shift beliefs, we'd go into pain, we'd show proof, all of this for like a 14 day period. So we had the funnel and then we had like the, we had like the unique mechanism which was the execution protocol. And then we always use the Zerg Nick effect because we was using like the underground mentor as the angle. So then that obviously created a lot of curiosity for people to actually join and it worked in our favor. And then we done over like 20 days of stories all target into driving people to the waitlist and then once there's in the wait list we was basically indoctrinating them like every single day. So we were sending in pre call not pre cool assets. We were just basically sending in like consumption assets of video sales letters, we were sending in voice notes, we were sending in proof, we were sending in like belief shifting previous student results. And we was doing this for about 14 days and and then we obviously on launch day we, we booked about 350 calls in an hour. And like even that alone like if I didn't do this marketing stuff then we wouldn't have done the numbers. But then like a huge lever as well is like if I was running this offer on my own we wouldn't have touched anywhere near this because we had over like 15 sales reps on this offer. And like I myself wouldn't have been able to go and source 15 high quality sales reps like straight off the bat.
That's a huge lesson bro. That's a huge for anyone reading here and if you're kind of in a decent situation with your agency, like let's say, I don't know, you've been doing 10, 15, 20K, you've got a decent network and you want to do something similar to Luke, right where you're doing these grand slam cohort launches for experts. It is very difficult to do all the work by yourself. Finding sectors venting them SOPs and all these slack channels and stuff like that. Whereas Luke, he's of course I've mentioned he's partnered up with his sales manager Connor. That's why he's seen his growth. And I've kind of walked over this in like previous YouTube videos, but is if you've got a decent network partner up with a sales manager, they do the sales, you do the marketing and you grow, right? So like look, with this launch of course the funnel architecture, there's like a lot of stuff that goes into it, right. But for the people watching is like what three key things do you believe drove the needle forward? Like I'm assuming one of them is of course the propaganda, right, because you had the telegram for the propaganda, you've had people pages, the vsl, all the assets. But like what do you believe are the three biggest needle movers that load your collectors cash?
So I'll break it down into like three things. The first thing was just like the whole marketing process. So like generally just creating curiosity because they'd never sold high ticket before. So just creating a huge amount of curiosity to actually get people into our ecosystem which when they was in the ecosystem we then propaganda. And then the next thing was like having all your pre call flows like dialed in. So the show rate was good, close rate was higher. And then obviously I'm in the sales partner in place. So we were closing at like 45 to 50% with like I'm pretty sure AOV was like 2.2kg GBP across the offer simply because like the sales manager knew different ways of like financing loopholes and stuff like that. And like probably 70 of our payments come through financing. So that was like first two things was like just creating curiosity and generally propaganda in like the whole audience and to actually convince him what he was selling was like the desired out was going to get them to their desired outcome. Then it was, It was just like our ability to fix problems fast. Like we had the day, day before, two days, two days before launch I went into the stripe account.
And we.
Had no, we had no corner, we had no clear pay, we had no financing. And then we were just absolutely screwed. And then within like within like four hours we had a stripe account we could use. Everything was in place for that, so that was good to go. And then there was another issue that like the calendars were formed, we didn't have enough reps and then we onboarded another three reps. Within two hours they was on the calendars closing. So I say like I break it down into like marketing and propaganda and then sales team and then just like the ability to be able to like just relentlessly fix problems within like two, three hours of them coming into play.
Well, the third one is a huge one, bro, because of course people see that you collected X amount of cash, right? They see all the strike notifications order, how to get closes about to get to that level. The amount of things that may come up is actually absurd, right? Even though when people see guys making like a million dollars a month with the info product businesses, right? How many complexities and how many problems do you think that they encounter day by day, right? Like a lot. So like, even for anyone watching here, it's like the ability to overcome problems is like really important. Like, I remember when Luke was experiencing the problems even inside the IPM Telegram channel, which we do offer complimentary for people that join is he was asking questions, trying to get the problems like overcome as quickly as possible to ensure that probably the bull launch, right? Hence why you're done the launch. So that's super good. So, bro, you went right now, go ahead.
Yeah, no, it is 100. So the thing is, if you have a launch as well, it's like one little thing could up the whole thing. Because like we've done over 20 days now of like hyping it up, indoctrinating people. So then two days before, we don't have no access to financing. And then it was like 70 of our revenue come through financing. So it was like every day there was something new. It was like there was an issue with this, there was an issue with that. But it's like just as a team, like me putting my head together, the creator put my head together, the sales manager having other people to bounce off. Like every issue that kind of come up, we had resolved within I'd say probably three hours of it. Like even hitting the notification on my phone.
I also think as well, but like, if you're not expensive problems, you're not stealing hard enough, you know, like sometimes you do need to optimize to have problems, even though it's not like the best thing to do. But the more problems you have, the more cash you can collect. So that's a super good thing that you've harnessed right now. Like if we see the customer journey, right when you join, you were doing 10 to 15k a month. And I even remember that period where you dropped your big fitness culture, then you kind of went back to ground zero, right? And then I think at that month, you Were kind of at like 6. So you went from 10 to 15 to 67k. I forgot this specific number. And now you're taking care of this launches and now you're finding the momentum, right? So from when you started to now you were no like. So like now you had like a 45k mark. When was it last?
Last month?
Yeah, last month. And then this month you're looking to exceed that, right?
Yeah, we should like, maybe might be a little bit less, but we should do about 40, 45 again. GBP. So that's like 60 US.
60 US from 10 to 15 to 6. Of course, now you're doing like, we have GPP, bro. Inside IPM. Specifically, bro, it's like three things, right? Like I always tell people who are posting results inside, what are three key lessons that you kind of harness that you can share with someone. And like the lessons, they don't need to be like, let's say the importance of the skill, for example. But just like in general speaking, that someone can use these lessons and apply them for their businesses to of course, similar numbers. What would be freelancing?
Yeah, first one is like the importance of understanding your icp. So like when I remember the thing, the first thing he told me to watch was like the Buy Brain Matrix video, which, like. It's just that, bro, that shit changed my life, bro. Yeah, having like 30 page documents of like ICP, the creator's story, all of that like that just made everything so much easier. So that was like the first thing. It's like when you generally understand your ICP to like such a crazy level. It's like, that's why this launch done so well. Because like every message that we sent in the telegram was triggering certain things that we knew they were struggling with or certain things we knew they wanted out of life. So that's the first thing was like understanding your icp. Then it was just learning like actual direct response principles. So what copy makes people feel a certain way? What do I need to have on my page to have someone take action? Like the little scarcity widgets and stuff like that in terms of like building more social proof, more fomo, getting people in. Like, bro, I go so heavy on them now. Like, we have it on all the landing pages. We even. I even started creating. I even started creating my own ones where it's like on the launch day, instead of a calendar link, we sent out a booking page. And on the booking page, I'll show you what it had. On the booking page, we had a. We had A we had like a widget like this what went off every second of like calls getting taken. So like these things just like really getting really, just getting in depth with the market and stuff. And then the final thing was just like the mindset shifts was like huge, like coming in, seeing other people who are already making 50, 100k. And then like every time I talk about my goals, I'd have like a good moment having a Jeremy Moser come in and just rip me a new thinking too small. So I'd say that they're the main three things and I'd say that last month, two months, like the skills are good and I'm still learning the skills. I wouldn't say I'm the best direct response market. I wouldn't even say I'm like, I wouldn't even say I'm like on that level. But it's like just the mindset shifts in terms of everything. Like the person that I've become over the last few months, like charging higher setup fees, taking bigger rev shares, working on better deals, just all of that like combined has just completely changed everything.
Super heat fit. But yeah, but I've got like two observations from that. Like the first one even on your booking page, right, you added that scaffold element. And the reason why we even implement things like them is because like now with Info Mortgage, the sophistication and awareness levels are incredibly high, right? And people are used to the typical scarcity tactics. This one, it just plays it in real life. That's why you increase your conversion rates. Like well we do them for our love to get funnels, book funnels, etc. And the second thing is of course the mindset, it's like I even conducted a live master class yesterday and you haven't got a skill bonet, you've got to trade like bow nets. And if you're not signing the clients that you want is a sign that internally you're in inner world believes that you're not worthy of attracting those opportunities yet. That's something else that you've harnessed, right? So like with that mindset, IBM of course we've shared like a lot of like mindset nuggets and stuff, right? But like kind of like broader than that. Like which mindset activities or like principles did you pick up on allowed you to of course go.
To be fair, the biggest thing for the mindset stuff was just like charging more, like talking to you and saying to charge more or like take bigger rev shares, stuff like that. And it's like every call I get on now it's like we won't do anything under like 1314,000 USD for a setup. Like we had a set up at the start of the month which was 6, 20, 20000 GBP. We just got another setup was coming in probably today for 24,000GBP. We're taking higher ratios. And then once I like charged that I was like, so I've just made like what my old monthly income was off like one fucking setup fee. And then in rev shares I took home over like 25k GBP last month off of one client. And then once I kind of hit that there was just like it then it then just becomes normal now. Like it's like I've been posting some videos about what we do. I'm having people with like personal brands, 150, 200,000 people message me, want to get on calls, want to actually directly work with us and we can kind of pick and choose. Whereas before it was always like scrambling for a client, how can I get this client? Whereas now there's just so many opportunities coming in and then like seeing other people in IPM doing it actually then doing it myself and then having like a business partner now who I just bounce ideas off every day was like just huge.
Sure, bro, bro, it's all just standards, bro. It's all the standards. Like if you believe that you're worthy of big thanks. Like you of course done a big time, right? So bro, man, I mean the platform journey has been insane. Of course you've scaled like a lot, right? And then before the chat we kind of walked over your goals, like to the future, right? Like we want to get this to like let's say 100k a month consistently, right? And you're like a few steps away. So like with getting there, of course you've already scaled. Being inside IBM, you're doing now like let's say 45 50. What are your plans and what are you planning on implementing to get to 100k mark is like that deal structures or like more clients, like what are you working on together?
To be fair, our tactic at the moment is that I've started to delegate now. So I've moved away from funnel building, I've moved away from like operations tasks. So I just focus on copying like strategy and then also acquisition and content. But like the main thing is going forward is like sounds kind of bad, but we're just taking on clients, we're doing these big launch, like these big launches and then whoever, like and Then as soon as we do these new launches, we get into new like client barriers of the people we can work with because we have more proof. And then it's kind of like our plan now is just keep doing these launches. Like we're doing a launch next month which should do probably 750 to million cash collected in like 30 days. I may hit 100k next month with that launch alone pounds as well. So I think that's like 130k USD. So it's like once we do that, it's just like keep doing these launches, keep getting more social proof, keep just pushing our results out there, have people come to us and then eventually just funnel out the low, like the low, the lower quality clients and just work with good partners. But like I think 100k GBP months will be like pretty simple because it's just like three, four clients really doing over a meal, cash collected a month.
It's easy bro. It's easy bro. It all stems from the skill, right? And that's why, bro, I remember even when you joined, as you said, I even remember on some weekly calls you was like when I joined, I had no idea what direct response was. Now you're getting your feet wet with that. And that's the reason why you're able to scale, right? So like the people re watching this as well or like watching this of course on YouTube as well. The way you scale is not through quantity, is through quality. And the way that you scale through quality is by becoming the best that you potentially can with the skill set, right? So of course get to 100k a month. You've shared the key lessons. It's been an amazing of course journey. Like inside IPM for example, we've got people that do over 100k month, right? So that now you need to join that club of people inside. Of course you'll get to 100k and any other final lessons that you want, handle stocks. Of course we walked over divisions, the launch strategies and stuff like that. But like any other small nuggets they can hand these guys that allowed you to go from where you were before you joined IPM to now.
I think like biggest thing is like the skill. The skill is the main thing, like just generally mastering the skill. But it's just having full like full like conviction in what you do. I'd say that's the biggest thing. Like when I jump on a call now, just big dog people. Like if someone gets on a call and they've got 200k followers and they're doing 60, 70k a month. I don't sit there and think like, oh I need you, I need you, I need this client. Like I get on a big dog my rip them apart and then at the end of the day if you don't want to work with us, you don't want to work with us. But like we're working with other partners who are doing the numbers that we want to be doing. Like we just got off a call earlier and the guy didn't want the deal structure. If that was me three months ago, I probably would have just agreed to the deal structure he wanted. But I just said look mate, like get off the call, go talk to some other people. It's like this, this client we just signed as well. Like they said they were talking to other people and the thing what was pushing them back from working with us was we were charging 3x the price that everyone else they spoke to is charging because the creator had a big audience and the people didn't want enough rev share but they're still messaging us daily because they want to work with us and try to work out a deal and then we just stay firm on it and the deal come through. So it's just like having full conviction, having full self belief and just like Alex Hormozy always says it, it's just like once you actually do the thing, you become that person and then you just keep doing the next thing and then you become that next person until you event get to the top.
For sure, bro. It's all internal conviction but then you can't respond into conviction if you're not good at what you get. Right. That's why.
Yeah.
What we talked about, like the importance of skill is so critical when bro, like when you're so vetted with this skill and when you know what it takes to fulfill bro, you have like all the abundance you need with attracting those clients sign those times. And when you're on sales calls as well, you don't really operate from like a scarce mentality because now what you said as well is like this prospect, they need me more than I need them, then you open like a different mindset. Right. So it's all the conviction around the skill that's like a critical lesson. But yeah, man, Luke, it's been an insane customer journey. Of course this is to more scaling. We're a few steps away from getting this talking to came up to us. Right. Like of course even with the cohort launches doing like set up fees with the revenue share transitioning these clients into like growth partner models doing like paid ads for them. There's a lot of stuff that we can implement. But yeah man, it's been a sick customer journey. Of course, for everyone watching, I'm not going to sell you on anything stupid. Just subscribe to my free newsletter where I share daily newsletter on info marketing, direct response, current acquisition, all that other stuff. If you want to eventually join IPM and hit similar numbers to Luke, of course we can explore the option. If not, no hard videos at all. We get a bunch of inbound flow daily anyway. So yeah, Luke man, appreciate the interview. Time to more scaling and let's get in my land.
Yeah, big Q4, baby.
