My Exact $1M/mo Info Product Sales Funnel [Free Training]

Maciek Lipa breaks down the webinar funnel he uses to hit $1M/month in info-product sales. It covers the opt-in page, a self-liquidating offer to recoup ad spend, a 14-step presentation script with hook through scarcity, and post-webinar automations for non-buyers and no-shows.

So here is the funnel architecture, the funnel architecture of their exact vehicle that we've used to scale countless names past $1 million a month with the info product businesses. Now this is going to be massively applicable for you if you're the info marketer wanting to scale the hell out of your clients. Or of course if you're the offer owner wanting to diversify vehicles and scale your Info brand past $1 million a month in 2025 and beyond. Now, before I walk over the frameworks, the step by step analysis and all the visual cues so you can go ahead and copy this system into your business today, I wanted to quickly showcase some proof and some results that we're getting for active clients using this exact funnel architecture. Now the first screenshot. Of course you see Slack, we have the big name hit $1 million on a month. Here was our feature on be your control.com, a big blog ran by Peter Zemes who's an eight figure info marketer. And as you read a headline, three split test changes that increased conversion rate by 75% and added $47,000 in profit in 48 hours, helping this client hit a 1 million a month. Here you see 41k days. Here is an example of a funnel that we're running up right now. From November 19th to December 2nd, we only spent 8.9k in ads and we made back 85k in total cash collected sitting at a ROAS of 9.55. Here of course, consistent closes that we're getting inside that our closes are notifying us inside Slack. Here some more wins. Click funnels visual cues. 113,0001-4600-0970-0052,000 etc. And all of these results, they're being stemmed from this funnel that I'm about to lay out. And the funnel is relatively streamlined and very simple to set up if you just understand the frameworks. Now, the funnel, it all starts off with the lead collection page. And the lead collection page is essentially an opt in page that invites people, prospects, leads to attend a live training where of course you or your, you or a client is of course going to walk over your story, the offer and of course build up these know like and trust elements to get them interested in your offer. Right, so we divert all traffic. This means meta ads organic. Now our best clients, they used a combination of traffic sources. We used meta code ads, IG Organic, TikTok Organic and of course we've used the email list to divert even more traffic to the opt in page. But it's a Simple live presentation opt in page. Of course, getting people to put their names down for this upcoming live presentation and we ask people for their first name, email and phone number. Now many marketers, they kind of neglect capturing the phone numbers. But it's crucial to capture the phone numbers because if you've got a dialed sales team on the back end, they can dial the leads, they can set the leads. If someone sat through 85% of the webinar, you can of course get your dialers to dial them, get them interested in some sort of program because they're like a warm intent lead, etc. So make sure you collect first name, email and phone number. Very critical elements now to achieve optimal KPIs. Now for our clients, we we aim for at least a 30% opt in rate, nothing less. If we're below 30%, we make immediate changes. And this 30% is applicable for both organic and cold traffic. If you're only using organic traffic like you should be getting opt in rates even higher to be honest, like even 40, 50%. But if you're sprinkling in cold traffic, aim for 30%. And to activate this 30% on your OPT in page, what we do, the first thing we activate new, easy, Safe and big in our messaging. Now if you're unaware of this principle, it was coined by Kyle Milligan who was an ex Agora copywriter and the NESB is essentially new, Easy, safe. Big is your vehicle. Is your kind of presentation seen as new? Is it seen as easy? Is it seen as safe? Is it seen as big? Of course the power of new it all comes down to the power of unique mechanisms. Storytelling. Easy is of course no one likes putting in the work, right make their job for them as easy as possible. And you kind of do this for your communication is like the five step system. Is beginner proof, is recession proof. People like this are achieving these results and they once got started without these objections. Safe, of course showcasing more social proof. And big is the opportunity seen as big. And you can of course communicate the big emotion through even painting the image of how big the industry is or even like bigger social proofs, how much money they could potentially make, etc. Many market and this is regardless of the opt in page that they're creating by the way they neglect these principles and it's the reason why their KPIs are all over the place. People have seen the claims that you're using all over like the place and they kind of put you in a commodity pocket. You differentiate through activating these in your messaging. Now the second critical thing to hit at is of course ensuring that messaging is congruent from the front end, both cold and organic, to your opt in page. So there's no mismatch in communication. Now if you're running a Facebook ad, right? And in a Facebook ad you mentioned this is a four step system thousands of people are using to build highly profitable Airbnb business, right? If now on your opt in page you mentioned that it's a seven step system or like a six step system or that only hundreds of people used it, there's some sort of mismatch in communication and you're losing people and you're of course losing that trust that it takes. So all the claims, all the angles, all the messages that you're using on the front end, make sure that they're also vividly used on the opt in page because that's when maximum congruency is going to be shown. And congruency is the best conversion booster by far. Make sure that you're using full congruency throughout the entire funnel. Now the third point is of course dialing in that front end traffic, right? And this includes like if you're running ads, better ad targeting, better content, better leads for the door, right? This is kind of the equation now with your ads, of course, don't be afraid to create a test for our clients. We're using we like sprinkling in 5 to 10, 5 to 15 new creatives weekly. These are static ads, UGC, AI generated like different stories, angles, etc. Right. You need to find your golden ratio but you don't do this without testing. So make sure you dial in that front end traffic. If you're only relying on one organic for this funnel, which is great because you can attract a lot of registrants for the door, make sure that your content is also dialed right like it needs to be. Good storytelling, good vivid imagery and things of that from the customer that you are speaking to on the front end dictates the customer that you get on the back end. So don't neglect this step. Now the structure that we always use for our clients, very simple outcome driven headline, sub headline, removing limitations, a snappy VSL which is only one to three minutes long. Call to action, authority badges, some proof elements. What you'll discover is typically in like fascination form. What is opportunity can do for you and social proof. Feel free to swipe. The structure is all you need is very streamlined gets of course the ball rolling. Now a critical element once again that marketers kind of neglect is they try to overly sell the live presentation on the opt in pages. But I kind of, I'm not sure if I'm the one that coined this term. Maybe I have. But a term is called ethical gatekeeping and it's essentially of course gatekeeping some elements. So your prospects feel the inclination to give you their details to discover what's live on the training. So you need to understand that the main goal of your opt in page is to tease your workshop, your live presentation as much as possible without letting your audience conclude what's going to happen. The more intrigue you create, the better. Now, just for some context, for one of our clients, one of their training pillars, their live presentation pillars is business funding, right? We could have of course mentioned on his live presentation we'll show you how to effortlessly get approved for business funding, 50 to 150,000. But we came up with a unique name behind their approach of finding business funding. So it's kind of curiosity heavy, right? We named it like the UOPM strategy to use other people money strategy. When someone like, like here's that unique mechanism, they're like damn, what the hell is this? Like it's kind of getting my curiosity, I'm intrigued to see what it's about. And then they're more open to actually giving you the, giving you their details. So don't overly sell on your opt in pages, make them brief, make them concise, make them effective. Now, as I mentioned, meta ads, TikTok organic IG ads are all coming to the lead collection page. But now here's where things get interesting. When someone gives you their detail first name, email and phone number, they're automatically redirected to a comprepaired SLO offer, a comp prepared self liquidating offer. And what this essentially does is I mentioned here, it allows you to recoup more of your ad spend, increasing your margins for the entire funnel, right? For example, like here, if your conversion rates are around 20% which is massively doable if your systems are incorrect, for every 100 people that opt in, 20 of them would buy your offer. Now, 20 times 27, my maths is not necessarily the best, but you can kind of run the numbers there, right? It's going to give you a lot more allocation for paid ads and you're going to of course be able to reinvest. So that's the first benefit. You can of course recoup the ad spend. But the second benefit that not many marketers kind of pay attention to with our clients when we Have a good week with this SLO offer. We have a better week with the webinar. Why? Because this SLO offer allows us to pre qualify our registrants with buying intent. As I said, when you have a good week with this SLO offer, you typically have a good week with your main offer sold live on your webinar. And the reason why is of course the easiest customer you sell to is the one who's just bought from you. So don't neglect this step. Many people I understand as well, they're trying to implement this masterclass funnel, this live ascension funnel, whatever you like to call it, right? They go straight from lead page to the thank you page. But this is a crucial step to add because of these benefits and to make this offer work, the first thing you need to do is frame the offer as a comprehend bundle. That's the difference. That's the bridge between these registrants seen success after the masterclass and not seen success. It should be perceived as a must of of course success. Otherwise people are not going to feel the urgency to take action. Now the second thing that you need to of course ensure is that you're activating as much perceived value as possible with this SLO offer. Now, even though that this SLO offer is, it's only $27, we, we split testing prices $27, $37, $47, et cetera. We've seen best results with $27. But as you see, we're handing them in a bundle. A private booking tutorial, a live workshop workbook, a short term rental glossary, book of like, how to create your like your website in 24 hours. We're activating perceived value. And the more of course perceived value you wrap around his product, the more conversions you'll see. And there's kind of an analogy I like and it's the analogy of the diamond that just been freshly mined may have more concrete value than that diamond gleaming under museum lights, right? But people's eyes are drawn to the diamond under the museum lights because of perceived value. And they're more open to spending more money on the diamond gleaming under museum lights just because of perceived value. The diamond gleaming under museum glides. It's got like a little nice box, it's got like dazzling lights, it's like pristine, it's clean. But then the diamond that's been freshly mined, it's like dirties. It's not under any cool light. But people's eyes are drawn to the latter. Why perceived value. Your SLO offer when you implement this funnel for yourself or clients needs to activate a very similar principle. Are you activating perceived value? Right. And you activate perceived value? Of course, through storytelling, handing them fast action bonuses and then like some small things as well, like making sure that the product images are kind of like high perceived value, right? That you like, you kind of add these visual cues and these images, etc. Now the third thing that you need to pay attention to is you need to include offer components that allow these registrants, right, that allow these registrants who came through this funnel to extract the most amount of value during the live workshop. And we typically hand registrants goal worksheets, mindset trainings, terminology guides, etc. Like if your SLO offer is kind of, it gives them the foundations that they need to extract the most value during the workshop, you'll see the best results. And people actually join the masterclass, they're more likely to buy your main program as well. So don't neglect this step. It needs to be framed as a comfort. Now if someone, of course they opt in, they see this offer, but maybe they've got some pricing objections, maybe they're not happy with the price. What we do, when they say, no thank you, I don't want this offer, they're automatically redirected to a downsell, typically 17 to $47. Of course, offering them the same program, the same SLO offer at a more affordable price. Not all people are going to say yes to your initial offer and that's totally okay. That's why you need to implement this downsell option, handing customers the same product, the same offer components at a more affordable price. For this offer, this was $67. We get the downsell option of $47, which is $20 cheaper. You will maximize cash collected just by implementing this downsell option. This downsell option, it can be in pop up form or, or it can be in unique checkout page form. Right. For this client we split tested a checkout page and a conversion rates were extremely solid. But don't neglect the downsell. The downsell is massively critical for maximizing that cash collected. So we've got lead collection, of course, whatever traffic source you're most comfortable with, TikTok organic, IG organic paid ads, et cetera. All leads are going here and you're making the top priority for these leads to give you their first name, email and phone number to attend this exclusive live presentation with someone opts in, you hand them an SLO offer to recoup more of your ad spend and of course to be able to pre qualify the leads. If they say no to this, you of course have a downsell offer. And then if they've gone through the entire customer journey, a very critical, well, at the most critical part of this funnel, I would say, well to some degree is congratulations and the thank you page. Now what this does, when someone of course has opted in and, and when someone has either bought you slo offer or said no thank you, all registrants, no matter if they bought or not, they're redirected to a thank you page. And the thank you page, it consists of a thank you video by your client or yourself if you're the offer owner. Letting registrants know that they've made a correct choice and enticing them to make micro commitments, putting the like, putting the date down in the calendar, checking their email, joining this group, et cetera. The more micro commitments someone makes on the thank you page of this live presentation funnel, the more open, the more likely they are to attend live when the workshop comes. Now, the biggest bottleneck about this funnel is sharp rates. Many people try to boost up shop rates through more emails, SMS, RVMs and all these revolutionary tactics, but not many pay attention to the thank you page. You set the right expectations on a thank you page and you'll be boosting sharp rates. So we always include of course these micro commitments and also like a quick checklist of like the steps that a registrant needs to take to ensure maximum value during the live presentation. Very simple page. All you do is a quick headline like you're registered. Here are your next steps. VSL of the guru, welcoming them inside, letting them know that they made the right choice and a checklist. And if you can as well, I'm gonna be touching on like touching on this in just a moment. You need a call to action. Redirecting all these registrants to like some sort of private community for, for further nurturing. Now of course this funnel is all great and like, all right, but how do you maximize people joining this live presentation, joining this webinar, jam room, joining the zoom room. And it all comes down to these systems. Email, RVM, SMS and WhatsApp. Now WhatsApp, I'll kind of walk over this first because I kind of mentioned it on your confirmation page. This is neglected as well, by the way, extremely neglected on your confirmation page. Invite all registrants to a private WhatsApp group so that you can get people to introduce themselves to the others. It kind of of course activates this tribe like feel, etc. So you can send them exclusive access material before the live presentation starts. This is typically like YouTube videos, testimonials, case studies, comprehend guides and like things of this realm, right? And these assets, they should be seen as pre framing tools which get your prospects in the right mindset before the live presentation, right? If someone of course registers for your live workshop, they joined a WhatsApp and then you're bombarding them with sales assets, testimonials, or like this story of someone who achieved X result despite having this limitation, this limitation, this limitation, et cetera. If someone who attends the webinar has similar limitations and then they watch that case study, they're automatically pre framed for the upcoming workshop. Then a better mindset, of course more likely to take action when you present the offer on the webinar. So make sure you of course give all these registrants access to this exclusive material. And the reason why WhatsApp is also so superior is very personal. You, of course you've got your number. Don't be afraid that people won't call you, that you can just make it of course that you're not receiving any like messages or dms. But you can also send like reminder voice notes. Like 24 hours before the workshop starts, you send like a one minute voice note teasing the workshop, what's to expect to offer components, what are you doing at the end, et cetera. This does boost up shop rates as well. Now it's also superior. I'll be touching on this in like a lot more detail in just a moment. But when you build up this ecosystem via WhatsApp, you can also privately message people after the masterclass finishes and ask them to take action. You want to now more on this in just a moment. So we've of course got WhatsApp. That's the first thing that you need to implement to ensure maximum sharp rates for your live presentation. Now emails of course, another critical need remover. Now we use a very simple pre webinar email structure and what we do, as soon as someone opts in, they get a confirmation. This person at this brand. Congratulations. I'll just put your name down for this exclusive presentation where you'll discover 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Just a quick reminder, we start on at this time, on this day, make sure you join join the live room because we have got maximum capacity and we can't ensure and like we can't guarantee your spot inside. So don't let this opportunity snooze. Right? The webinar confirmation, very frictionless. Just Congratulate them and then 72 hours before, we typically send a research email. Now the research email, it just kind of asks these registrants what's the number one thing you would like covered on the live presentation. We're collecting all these questions. Of course sometimes they are objections which we can review in our messaging, but it's also like a great tool for like boosting that deliverability and more micro commitments. 48 hours before is typically a story from the guru like rags to riches. Here's what I was before, here's the things that I tried, here's why they didn't work, here's when I stumbled across this solution, etc. And then the rest of the email is the very urgency heavy bunch of social proof urgency, telling the story and teasing the components of the lab training. Now to send these emails, you can either integrate webinar jam with active campaign and like send the emails through there inside. Webinar jam is very seamless to do or you can just directly send the emails through webinar jam which I also, I think if you're doing this for the first time, it's a good route to take because it's very streamlined to setup. So emails of course, huge needle mover. SMS is a very similar principle. You need to be SMS maxing because like SMS is the biggest needle mover for sharp rates. Now our proven pre webinar SMS structure, once again, very simple. We just got a confirmation 48 hours before, six hours before we're going live and 50 minutes in we send these SMS for this live presentation funnel. Now not many marketers implement this. I know you may be familiar with webinar funnels and live presentation funnels and whatever the mechanism is, right? But ringless voicemails, as I said, not many implement these ringless voicemails. But to max out the room during your live presentation, I highly recommend you to set up an account with slybroadcast.com and send these RVMs to all registrants. You can just only send free like confirmation 24 hours before and 10 minutes before going live. But how they work is of course you're collecting these phone numbers right on your lead collection page. When you collect these phone numbers, you copy and paste the phone numbers into this tool here that you can check out slybroadcast.com and then you just send them like a, like a ringless voicemail from your actual voice. So webinar confirmation. Hey, it's this guy at this brand. I've just received your, your registration for the workshop I'm looking forward to seeing you live 24 hours before. Hey, it's this person, this brand. Just to quickly let you know we're only 24 hours before the masterclass starts. Make sure you join the live room before spots pack out 10 minutes before going live. Hey, it's this person at this brand again. Just quickly let you know I'm just moments away from kickstarting my Grand Slam workshop. Make sure you attend the workshop while you still have the chance. Right. These work best with us leads, but once again a massive needle mover for increasing them sharp rates. And these are all activated and integrated. Of course when someone gives you their details are and are on the thank you page integrated with this webinar jump button. Now of course we've got these sharps right, We've got all of these mechanisms to get as many people inside a room. But what do you do when it's actually time for your live presentation? What do you sell? What structure do you use? Is there a proven framework that you can copy and paste today? And that's the framework I'm handing you today. The exact framework that we're using to of course scale info brands past a million dollars a month and exact frameworks that we've used to scale these info brands to seven figures a month. And it's just a live presentation to get the calendar packed. We typically get people to book a call if it's like a high ticket coaching program. We've also sold courses, etc. But for optimal results, in my opinion, the book call is slightly superior because of course your closers have an easier job closing them, etc. Now we use this framework and this is our exact step by step live presentation framework that we use for the live presentation funnel. And it's kind of like a 14 step process. Step one is a hook. Of course when you start the workshop you need like a compelling opening that grabs your people's attention and of course ensures that they're staying on live for the rest of the presentation. An example of this is of course, what if you could double your revenue without working more hours? It can just be like a simple hook, just like a simple outcome that keeps them hooked up. Of course this is like a pretty simple example, but you can be a lot more elaborate like with this. Now the pain. Of course when you mention your hook, the next thing is pain. Identify your audience's key problems. Another example, most business owners waste 20 hours weekly on tasks they should delegate, right? This is a huge pain because like if you're an established business owner. And if you know that you're sacrificing 20 hours weekly on your business, when you can like free up that time and spend more time with family or children, do more cool things is a huge pain of yours, right? Like you want to save time, so you always mention the deeply rooted pains that your prospects have dependent on whichever customer you're targeting. And then we tease. A tease is essentially previewing potential solutions without fully revealing our system or solution. We don't mention our program, our expertise, nothing. What we say is kind of like of course with the teasing element, right? There's a three step system top CEOs use to automate 80% of the workload, right? We're kind of like, is what I mentioned out like earlier, ethical gatekeeping. We're mentioning the pain, we kind of teasing that we can help overcome this pain through this kind of weird system, this weird framework, right? So then you tease and then you excite. You kind of need to build this enthusiasm about the possibilities. So like an example of this is of course imagine freeing up 20 to 30 hours, not 20 to 30 hours of your time weekly as a successful entrepreneur without sacrificing the work quality at your business. So you have more time to spend with the family, so you have more time to do what brings you joy, do all the cool things, go gym whenever you want. You kind of get the idea, right? The excitement is, is like massively crucial because of course it future paces the life that they want to live. And then we position, the positioning is huge because it allows you to establish yourself as that authority so your prospects trust you, right? So here what we typically do for our clients is kind of like tell that rags to riches story about how we like our clients. They went from before situation, working this bullshit job at this warehouse, getting paid eight pound an hour to finally creating the life that I've always wanted, building the successful business, finally been been able to give back to my family using this strategy. And we got started without prior experience, without a lot of money, like without the tech experience, without a huge network, et cetera. And then we of course, when we position ourselves as the authority, when we build up these know like and trust elements, we then shift that perspective and tell them something like success isn't about working harder. You just haven't implemented the right AI systems into your business to handle the work you're spending hours on, right? The mechanisms, of course the power of mechanisms is massively crucial because you don't want to be placed in a scary commodity bucket. You need a unique way of how you do things. So you give people hope. So you give your registrants hope. And we do. This is of course another example. Our AI software analyzes workflow patterns and identifies automation opportunities, allowing you to free up your time like offshore work to highly skilled AI. Right. Commitment and quick thing as well. Throughout this entire live presentation, funnel the commitment element. You should be doing this religiously. When someone joins your live presentation for webinar Jam or Zoom, you need to get them to put down their locations, where they're from, if they're interested, what their goals are. When you go over like a critical lesson, like let's say you even go over the teas, right? Like there's a three step system, like you can even say like type yes in a chat. Like if you're interested in describing a system, right, you kind of need to get your prospects in yes mode because then they're building up commitment and consistency and the more yeses they say, the more likely that prospect is to of course say yes when you pitch them later on in the webinar. So the commitments are very critical. They should be used religiously like example, like of course, who's ready to transform their business using AI? So you can of course free up this time with your business in 2025, then you're going to get like a bunch of yeses. Like get your prospects, very critical thing. Get your prospects in yes mode. The more yeses and the more engaged that your prospects are, the more conversions you'll see. And then you transition. The transition is of course like bridge to your offer naturally. Like let me show you exactly how to implement this framework into your business. Very seamless, like you don't want to be seen as like overly sales. Like and then of course your offer, like whatever the offer is, whatever mechanism you're selling, whatever offer components is like introducing this business automation mastery, a complete system for scaling your business with highly powerful AI and these following offer components, right? And then when you mention the offer, we of course frame the value before the cost. So we don't mention what the program costs. Like we kind of like anchor it. Like we say for example, this is a $2,000 a month value program, right? We price anchoring before this exclusive launch for all people that sat with me until the end of this training. You can get inside today just for a one time fee or 497 and if you get results after 30 days, you, you can keep access to all material for only $297 a month. The price anchoring is very important because the prospects are thinking, I'm getting all this value for 2k a month, but I'm only spending 497 today and then $297 a month after. So the anchoring is very crucial right now. When you price anchor it, when you kind of like mention what the price is, you need to add bonuses to increase the perceived value around what you're offering, right? Is as I mentioned, is that diamond gleaming under the museum lights, right? Is your program giving off similar effects? And you of course activate this perceived value by saying stuff like it's not only the main program, it's not only this Business Automation Mastery. You also get access to bonus one, which does this thing, bonus two, which does this thing, bonus three, which does this thing. And for the first 10 people that join you also get a bonus onboarding call with myself normally valued at 997 to create a personalized roadmap for business growth. But you see what we've done here, right? We transformed just offering this business automation mastery program into like an all inclusive program that screens perceived value. And that's what this section of the webinar script of the live presentation script takes care of. Then after the bonuses risk reversal. All people are of course in kind of like that risk mode, right? Like they've been maybe burned like some other coach may have scammed them. But you need to reduce this risk through risk reversal. Now we don't really add like money back guarantees, like 30 day money back guarantee. We like to do action based guarantee. If you implement everything that's said and don't see a result within 30 days, we'll give back all the money you invested, no questions asked. The reason why we like to do action based guarantees is like money back. It kind of attracts like a wrong icp, right? Like I can, they can make a refund tomorrow, next day, like the day after, a week after, etc. But if your premise is that they need to be like they needed to have gone over everything is of course like a lot more justifiable, right? Then if like if they didn't see the result then we can give you a refund. It makes like a lot more effective then scarcity. Of course as you know, scarcity is like coined by Robert Cialdini, massive influence trigger. People gravitate towards things when they are in scarce quantities. The bonuses I presented earlier are only available for people who sat through the training. And as the time is limited for the onboarding calls, I can only hand this bonus for the next 10 people only. So if you want to free up time on your business and scale your business to seven figures this year, now is the time. Right. Scarcity is important. And then of course pitch for pitch. You kind of like round up the offer and you either pitch your course 497-197 or you get people to book a call with your sales team so they can sell your high ticket program. Now if you pitch a course I highly recommend you to set up some sort of sequence that when they buy the course they get automatically redirected to a VSL page that presents them an option to book a call for of course your high ticket program as the course is not high ticket. And if you of course get people to book a call, not needed, just get a calendar packed because your clothes are going to have a very easy team like an easy time closing these leads. Because if someone sat through a one hour and a half live presentation, they've been hit with all the elements they need to take action. So one of two routes that you can take with the webinar we spit as a both we like to lean more towards the high ticket. Get them like them to book a call because it's like a lot easier. But feel free to use what you think it's best for your current stage of customer journey and your current info business. So here's of course what we use. Live presentation. Get the calendar packed close. Some of course like some course in some course deals and that's entire framework. Right. But the most important thing where many informarketers, where many offer owners, where many freelancers, agency owners, they neglect with the live presentation kind of formula is they don't prevent drop offs happening post live presentation. True. Say here. Right. As I said, drop offs are always going to happen. You may drive 1000 registrants to this page. 1000 registrants may say, may give you their first name, email and phone number. But not what people are going to buy. No people are going to book a call, right. Like 5% of them will attend the live which would bring you 300 live attendees. Considering an industry average live conversion rate of like 5 to 10%. You could bring in 30 buyers with these 300 live attendees. Right. But you drove 1,000 registrants. So what happens to the 970 other leads who registered but they didn't take any action? Right. You kind of prevent these drop offs happening by setting up extensive did not buy or did not attend and did not buy automations did not attend automations when someone attends, when someone registers for your workshop and they don't attend, you hit them with specific emails, giving them the replay link. That's all. If someone sat through your workshop and they didn't buy they, they didn't book a call, you set up strategic emails getting them, getting them to take the action you want. That's either get them to book a call or get them on a sales page for your course. And then of course the second thing that you do is when you set up your emails and the SMS's post webinar, you need to address these objections in your reminders. And then the objections are typically belief and money typed belief. They still may not grasp the internal belief that they need, that they can actually generate the results. Like they may still believe that they need this experience, tech experience, that they need time, that they need money. But you overcome these objections and money, right? If someone didn't buy the program or they did it or they didn't book a call, they just assumed that they haven't got the money. So you overcome this objection by payment plans klarna and like things of this realm, right? Then the third thing that you can do is create live attendee specific offers that overcome limitations. Now we introduced an offer for an Amazon FBA client, same funnel architecture. We were using the webinar funnel, but we noticed that a lot of people, they weren't buying the 1497 program that our client of course pitched at the webinar, right? And then the main objection that they had was price. So what did we do? We introduced a downsell offer, removed some offer components, removed some bonuses and offered that program at 497 and handed prospects this 497 down sell offer which got like a lot more people like over the edge. Like in the first four weeks alone, just through backend traffic, we cleared $113,000 for this prospect just by creating this live attendee specific offer that overcomes these limitations. You can do down. So like 497-397-7297. You can even go away and like implement like for example the demonstrative funnel, right? Like what I'm, like what we're creating for our clients right now where you sell them an irresistible low ticket offer and then you get them to look a call. I'll link the video down in the description so you can watch that visual, visual video as well. But it's all about diversifying with these offers, belief and money, right? These are the biggest limitations. And then of course setting deadlines to redeeming the offer, very crucial. It's like these bonuses are only going to be around for 71 hours. If you still want access to these following bonuses which will help you do xyz, now is the time to take action. Like don't snooze because they won't be around forever. Right? Add some urgency, some scarcity around the bonuses and offer components. And then of course another thing that you can do, you collected 1,000 registrants through this funnel, right? You're building your email list every single week for organic and paid. So make sure that you're blasting regular campaigns to specific segments who have specific behaviors. Now if you of course have a segment of people that registered but they didn't buy the program or like they didn't attend, you can just get them to opt into a future workshop. But if you've got some leads who are warm intent, they sat through at least 85% of your training, but they didn't buy that program or they didn't book a call, they're put in a unique segment and then you just get them on some sort of sales page, get them to book a call, etc. So that's the funnel architecture. The funnel step by step frameworks that we've used and we're still using to scale info brands past $1 million a month is a live presentation funnel. To summarize it, lead collection, opt in page, hit all these leads with a comprehend bundle. If they say no to this bundle, we're not too opposed. We can downsell this lead into a cheaper product for $20 cheaper or $30 cheaper, whatever you like to price it at. And then no matter if they buy the program or like no if they buy the SLO offer or not, they redirect it to a thank you page which of course sets the right expectation and boost them sharp rates. And then of course you entice, you build up anticipation for this live presentation can be done through canva where you walk over this framework. And if they don't buy of course on the live presentation, you're not, you're not too opposed either because you've got these effective recouping systems in place on the back end to maximize cash collected. Now I'll be embedding this YouTube video, not this visual queue apologies inside the description so you can walk over the visual queue yourself. I'll also be adding a link to the demonstrative funnel video. So if you want to implement some low ticket funnels stemming from the webinar funnel, feel free. And most importantly, I've got a private newsletter with over with like thousands of direct response marketers, freelancers, agency owners, info marketers.
