Ranking The Best & Worst Funnels To Hit $300k/Mo Consistently In 2026

YouTube marketing video by appreciative-brise (Dec 1, 2025) that ranks common info-marketing funnels by expected effectiveness for scaling online education businesses in 2026. The speaker ranks funnels from D (worst) to S (best), explains pros/cons for each funnel type, emphasizes the need to optimize for consumption and repeated credibility touchpoints ("propaganda"), and cites agency case results (high show/close rates on live webinars and substantial cash from a 3-day challenge). Key recommended funnels: 3-day challenges, live book webinars, VSLs, and low-ticket extension funnels; lower-performing funnels include free-course lead magnets and long challenges.

Foreign We've been doing info marketing since 2022 and during this time we've scaled a decent number of different conversion mechanisms for clients as well as ourselves. During this time we've helped clients scale past 100k a month, 300k a month, 500k a month and some even passed $1,000,000 a month with their online education businesses. And in today's video I'm going to be walking over these converge mechanisms and funnels and ranking them from S tier to D tier. S tier being the best performing funnels conversion mechanisms and D to be in the least performing conversion mechanisms going into the new year. Now all of these funnels are going to be backed with logical reasoning behind my decision. I'm going to be of course ranking them for Esther to detail and with evidence and logical reasoning I'm going to be ranking it. Now before we dive into the video, I want you to know that I've got a daily direct response newsletter. Every single day I open up a fresh Google Docs and drop a training on scaling online in office ads, funnels, conversion mechanisms, client acquisitions, scaling, info marketing agencies, everything else that you can think of. If you still haven't subscribed, make sure you subscribe now. It'll be inside the description top link in the bio. Now without further ado, let's get into the video. Now I'm going to be starting off the video with Dieter and I'm going to be putting the free course funnel at the bottom. Now if you are unfamiliar with the free course funnel, what essentially consists of is offering your prospects, your customers a free course with the attempt and the goal of ascending these free course redeemers into high ticket clients. Now the reason why I'm putting that D is simple is because first of all, when you get people attracted to a free course, you do naturally attract freebie chasers. You're not collecting the transactional relationship on the front end. And with free course funnels, even though that they may work in some industries, you need to optimize heavily for consumption because if you don't get consumption in place, people are not going to go over your methodologies and they're not going to ascend into high ticket clients. Now of course as I did mention, this funnel, this conversion mechanism does work, but I'm putting it into D for those reasons. One, you're of course attracting people that are of course flaunted by free stuff and they don't make the transactional relationship and it's a lot difficult. It's a lot more difficult Transforming that free customer into a high ticket client. And that's the main goal of the funnel. So that's why I'm putting it into D. Now, second funnel I'm going to be walking over is the DM funnel. DM funnel, I'm going to put it up at C. Now, the DM funnel, it serves a similar purpose to the free course funnel. Now I've seen info marketing guys and coaches, course creators with the DM funnels. Of course they combine the benefits of the free course funnel and the DM funnel. So they may get people to DM them a keyword to give them a free course. And then when these people DM the keyword, you've got many chat automations, you've got status inside inbox, giving them these free courses, later on of course getting them to a call booked. Now this funnel is slightly more superior to the free course funnel in my opinion because of a streamlined content system on the front end with great content, right? I'm not talking about mass market lifestyle content where you're renting out Lamborghinis and not providing no education whatsoever to your prospects, right? I'm talking about content that educates your prospects and speaks to a crystal clear icp. This funnel can work effectively, especially when you create these touch points with prospects, right? You're getting them aside the inbox, you're giving them free assets. If someone says that they've got an objection surrounding X, you now hand them a social proof message that's now overcoming that objection, if that makes sense, right? If someone sends you a message saying, okay, I don't know how to do this, I'm a young guy from college, I have no experience, right? We can then hand them a case study of someone that you've helped with a similar customer journey. But now they've seen the result, right? Now once again, the DM funnel, unlike other conversion mechanisms I'm going to be walking over, you aren't necessarily collecting that commitment, you are necessarily collecting the commitment, consumption and financial transactional relationships as seen with other conversion mechanisms. And I'll be walking over the differences with them in just a moment. Now the next funnel I'm going to be ranking the low ticket extension funnel. Now logic extension funnel. This is our bread and butter. We've scaled this conversion mechanism at least amount of times for clients, for cold traffic. And the reason why I like them is simple, right? Unlike let's say a free opt in funnel or a free lead magnet funnel, right? Where we attract in freebie customers, the low ticket essential Funnel we are building a list of buys through an irresistible low ticket product, right? Whether that liquor product is $7, $9, $17, $2739. The people who are part of our CRM have bought from us. So like now it's a lot easier sending that low ticket buyer into a high ticket client because like as you know, the easiest customer that you sell to is the one that just bought from you. Now I'm going to put this against grain, right? Even though this is our bread and butter, I'm going to be putting it as a. And I'll explain why. Now low ticket central funnels, they are one of the best funnels to run because they are self sustaining and when they are solidified, your KPIs are of course high. Your optimized conversion rates, your ascension rates, everything like that. It can become self sustaining but is a challenging funnel to crack. Mainly because you need to optimize heavily for consumption when someone buys a low ticket product. And if you're not optimizing for consumption, I mean emails and loom videos and DSLs, getting them to consume the low ticket product, it's going to be a very challenging task transforming that low ticket buyer into a high ticket client. That's why I'm putting that a. Because even though you can that self sustaining machine and you can flood your CRM with bottom buying leads daily, many coaches and course creators, they struggle with a conversion mechanism mainly because they can't maximize consumption, right? And it's a lot more difficult with a funnel like this optimizing for consumption rather than a funnel like Live book call webinars Live Book webinars I'm going to put it at S for one sole purpose. Live book webinars, they serve a similar benefit to low ticket extension funnels because your flooding your prospects with your methodologies, your credibility, your social proof, etc. But the way that is different is that the live training is the consumption point. Right now we don't need to do revolutionary systems getting someone to consume a low ticket course or like let's say they take notes from the course and then they actually get results from it, right? They are attending a live training, they don't necessarily need to take as many notes, right? Like that's the propaganda play that we're using. So I'm going to put it as S and another reason why I'm putting it at S tier is you can attract a good leads into the ecosystem with right pixel conditioning. Of course you have that SLO in place when someone opts in which is optional, of course, but you are financially qualifying prospects even before they attend webinar, right? Because if someone commits $27 with you with an SLO, that lead now is intrinsically a much better lead to sell to when it's on the webinar. But now, unlike different conversion mechanisms, for example, the free course funnel, lifebook webinar, right, Your webinar script, it's got your story giving them value. You're doing a live Q and A, you're flooding them with touch points, credibility, all of these elements, right? Meaning by the time that someone books a call for your webinar, they're a lot more primed, they're a lot more propaganda, right? With live book webinars that we implemented in the past, just with the live presentation alone, we were able to achieve 70% shop rates and 40 to 50% client closing rates on a 6,4K offer, mainly because of the propaganda. So that's why I'm putting that as it's a superior funnel to run. And don't listen to these people that say live book call funnels, live book call webinars. Funnels are dead. Like everyone's running them. They're not working. They still work, they're still effective and they have worked. From what we've seen across countless different industries, we've seen these work inside the health niche, the make money online niche and even other lucrative industries break into tech or how to become a go to authority in the LinkedIn itself space, right? Live book webinars superior. Now the following F auto webinars. I'm going to put this at B for one reason. They're less effective in my opinion to logic essential funnels and live book webinars. Mainly because of the order webinar kind of aspect, right? It's not a live webinar, it's not personalized and people to some degree, they get an indication as an auto webinar and they can of course pick up on it, right? Like when we, when we onboard the client and when the client mentions to us, okay, I want to run an auto webinar before I do like a live webinar, right? I don't necessarily suggest that idea. And the reason why is because to crack an auto webinar, one that is self sustaining by the way, like through cold traffic, like you're constantly doing like a daily webinar and it's pre recorded to achieve that, you need proof of concept and validation with live webinars because if you don't, you don't know what converts? You don't know how to maximize the retention rate. You don't know what messaging and what big ideas respond well. You don't know which big ideas respond best with your ICP Right now, of course they do work. You do need like more systems in place, but I'm putting it at B, slightly below the live book call and low tech extension funnels mainly because of course it's pre recorded and you do need more systems in place to convince that customer to pay with you right now. VSL funnels. I'm going to put this once again a superior funnel to implement and I love VSL funnels for certain industries and I think that they're one of the best conversion mechanisms to run in 2026. And I'm going to put this on the same tier with a now with direct application funnels. Right? VSL funnels, the reason why they work so effectively is because you are minimizing resistance and friction on the first step instead of trying to discard the sales process and say okay, we give you this free guide or this free 5 day email sequence to keep you on top with what you need to know. Right? Like it's no we are pixel conditioning. We are conditioning our pixel to only feed us the best leads possible. We've got super strict messaging on the front end. Like I mean when we run like a direct application for one of our clients right on the front end, we speak directly to them. We even disqualify our prospects. Let's say for example now we're targeting business owners making 50k a month. Right? Our messaging and our phrase will be so specific to the ICP that they are the only people that we attracted to our fund. But not only that, because of course we're also pixel conditioning. If someone is unqualified even financially or character trait tied and they go over our type format and they show us that they are unqualified for our high ticket program, we simply won't hop on a call with them. And when they are redirected to that downsell page, that downsell page has no pixel whatsoever. So we're not pixel conditioning for the unqualified leads. Right? I believe the reason why people don't crack the VSL funnel is because the pixel conditioning is all over the place. They're allowing people, no matter their revenue thresholds, no matter how good the character traits are, to look cool with them. And then what you're doing in return is these people are visiting the thank you page where you've got your pixel and then you Let them know, okay, this is what I want my ICP to look like. Put me in front of more of these people. Then in return you're going to get even more unqualified leads for the door. Right? But with great pixel conditioning systems, with great ads that call out your dream icp, not being scared of disqualifying, and a vsl, that is the great consumption play, the VSL funnel is one of the most superior funnels to run. I know a lot of guys, especially in the fitness industry, right, that solely use a VSL funnel to scale past 3,400k a month consistently. Right? You don't need as many moving parts. Unlike for example the logic extension funnel. Right. Even though it's an insanely profitable funnel and we are creating that transaction relationship on the front end with a VSL funnel. You just need great ads, great creative and insane vsl and of course the sales systems in place. Right? You don't need as many moving parts as seen with other funnels. Now onto the next funnel. Live do it Yourself hybrid webinars. I'm going to put this on at bay as well. Now, if you're unaware of live do yourself hybrid webinar funnels, unlike the book webinar, right is the hybrid webinar. It involves you attacking all infobirds with one stop. What do I mean by that? When someone opts in, they're hit with an slo. Awesome. You have a council as well. When they're on the live training, you sell them. A do yourself program can be 997 to 1497 and as soon as someone buys a do it yourself program, they're automatically redirected to a strategy call page to book a call for high ticket coaching. Right? Now I'm putting that B for one simple reason is that now the game has changed drastically and you can no longer do a live webinar and sell like a 907 course, right? Like you do need a lot more moving parts in place to achieve it. For example, like now, if you're selling a 997 course, we are asking a cold customer who spent one hour and a half with us to buy like a 911 course and it's attainable. Right? But the market is becoming increasingly skeptical and the reason why I believe the book Cool web funnel is superior to the do yourself hybrid webinar funnel is because we are offering these prospects a frictionless call to action where we rely on our sales team to do the closing. Right? With the live do it yourself webinar hybrid funnel is like we are reliant on our web, on our clients charisma levels, his or her ability to sell, his or her ability to overcome objections, his or her ability to inject urgency to do the selling right. And without that influx of do yourself sales live webinar, you're going to be going to be a difficult time, of course, convincing these people to book a strategy call with you and actually sell into a high ticket. So that's why I'm putting that b now. Five day challenge fun, right? I'm leaving these two at the last and we've done a few funnels for clients and I prefer three day challenges. Three day challenges I'm putting out s here and 3D challenges are probably one of the most best conversion mechanisms out there. And the reason why is because now with a book call webinar, right, we are getting these people to go cool after one to one hour and a half hour spent with us, right? With a three day challenge, they are spending three days with us where we are flooding it with touchpoints, credibility, propaganda, etc, Meaning by the time meaning by the time someone attends the three day challenge, they attend every single day. When we present them with the opportunity to book a call, the propaganda that we create is even more superior to the live book call. Like if I had another tier that I could kind of activate or probably put the three day challenge above the live book webinar. Now, three day challenge funnels are great. You can't run them on a super regular basis. We've seen most success running them every quarter. Every quarter you do a huge organic grand slam launch. You increase the ads to get people opted in into this three day challenge. And then of course you create these touch points with them. Day one, here is what you do. Day two is what you do. Day three, here's what you do. And then throughout day two and day three, you of course pitch people to book a call wherever your CTA is and then by the time that they take, they take that action. Your KPIs are sort like we done a three day challenge. I also drop a link inside the description for a breakdown that we've done. And it was a three day challenge, strictly organic. We collected close to 300k cash and we got people to of course attend day one. On day two we done a subtle CTA to fill in this application form to see if you potentially qualify for this handheld program. Day three was more aggressive. And then what we simply done, we collected order intense and order Typeform applications from day two and day three and privately invited all of these attendees to a private Zoom meeting where our client, our guru, done the selling on their book a call. And as I previously mentioned, the KPIs were ridiculous. We were achieving 70 to 80% sharp rates and 40 to 50% closing rates on six 4K offer. And that's one perennial estate. Because if you are looking for a conversion mechanism to break past your current revenue threshold is by far the best funnel to do so. We've seen it time and time again and if you haven't implemented one, I highly recommend you to do so Friday Challenge I'm putting this at a Now the further challenge, in my opinion why it's least effective to the Free Challenge is because the Free Day Challenge is a lot more digestible and quicker to kind of consume like Friday Challenge. Of course people can sit down with you from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Right? But the nature of challenge funnels are that retention rates do naturally decrease, right? It's like someone may attend day one, but if something lost them, they may not attend day two. Or someone may attend day one, day two, day three, but then they may not attend day four, Day five, right? Is with Challenge funnels, maximizing retention is by far the most critical. And if you haven't got these retention systems in place, it's going to be very difficult for you to collect cash. But we've seen even if you are implementing a five day challenge, you can easily condense the teachings and the methodologies into a free to take way to make it more digestible and achieve even similar results. So that's of course a brief funnel ranking video from Esther Due D. I have of course maybe left some funnels behind, but that is the ranking going into the year 2026 as I did mention, right? The market is growing increasingly skeptical, saturated and hyper aware of solutions in the marketplace. And if you aren't optimizing for this, you're of course going to get left behind in the info marketing industry. And the funnels that you see, especially at STM8 here, are mainly optimizing for consumption and propaganda before we get these people to book a call or take the action that we want. And when these propaganda touch points are credited for, we of course ask them for the action. They see us as a savior. They're more likely to of course take the action that we want them to. So that's a video A to Z. As I mentioned, I have got a daily direct response newsletter where every single day I drop a daily marketing newsletter on Scaling info offers ads, funnels, conversion mechanisms, Scaling Info marketing agencies, even the occasional Mindset gym. If you still haven't subscribed, make sure you hit the first link in the description, and if you have any questions about conversion mechanisms, ranked or anything in general, drop a comment at the YouTube description. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. This until the next video. Hoping you found some value inside. And this is too insane amounts of offer scaling going into the new year. See you another side.
