Going Against Your Nature When Needed - Current Events

A speaker warns that U.S. military strikes haven't stopped Hamas, Hezbollah, or Iran's nuclear program, which Russia and China are helping rebuild. He claims jihadists are embedded in American cities and argues that charity and religious practice, not just Torah study, offer protection against coming threats.

Good evening. This lecture is brought to you by the Beit Tzlachar of Ohr Tzipora, by Tzara Yoshua Ben Karin, by the Beit Tzlachar of Taliyah, by Toda Brena, by Daniel Ben Linda Eliyana Elied, by Yochai Vetlea, Sara Bat Ana, Alexander Shlomo Ben Emma. Shalom b'ayit Beit Tzlachar, Mishpacha Davidoff, Kendra, Gabriella, Rekha, Bat, Kit, Nicolas, David, Ben-Sara, Leah. Atzlacha, Ova, Kiva, Asher, Ben-Shmuel, Tov. Baruch Hashem. We see today a nice surprise in the Israeli government. They passed a law today of death penalty to those terrorists. Death penalty. Right away, believe it or not, one important rabbi and another important politician, religious, immediately opposed it. They're against it. Why are they against it? When a politician is against something, Doesn't matter how religious he is. You cannot rely on him at all. Why? Because politicians, it's all about what's right now is on the table. For instance, they make a deal with the Arabs in the government. We will support you in here, you support us in here. So therefore you cannot rely that that's really their opinion. So the politician I throw out. But what about the rabbi? Why the rabbi is opposed? His answer is because it's going to create more killing of Jews. If you kill the murderers, they'll get angry and they'll kill us more. They will attack us more. With all due respect to this hacham, I don't even know what to reply to something like this. It's not that we have people that need any encouragement to kill us. They sit nonstop from morning to night and try to see how many more Jews they can kill, whether they are in Israel or in New York or in Europe. Everywhere you go, it's not something, "Oh, you need to inspire them to kill." Every Friday they go to their mosques and that's all they hear about. Kill Americans, kill Germans, kill French, but mainly kill Jews. So I don't know, usually I don't publish anything on my status, but today I decided instead of sending it to so many people, I will just put it there. Today we just found out what a huge miracle we had. A huge miracle we had. What's the miracle we had? The FBI, with the help of Hashem, of course, they caught— listen carefully— two young Muslims in New Jersey that planned a massive massacre, something like October 7th. They, you know, of course against the Jews. They collected massive amount of weapon to kill hundreds of people. So the FBI caught them. That's one thing. Then they caught in Michigan, in Detroit, in Dearborn, a place called Dearborn. I guess it's next to Detroit, I don't know. Second Gaza in the United States. Yeah, so they checked, they went into the house, they found many, many guns, AR-15, small guns, rifles, vests that you go and fight when you get shot, it protects you. Body camera and more than 1,600 bullets. 1,600 bullets, even if 1 out of 10 will hit someone, it's 160 dead. Automatic. It's probably a synagogue in Detroit. There are a few synagogues there. There's a shiva there, I believe. It doesn't have to be in Detroit, it could be anywhere. It could be in Philadelphia, it could be in New York. It's no problem for them to drive few hours to achieve their goal. So we see that every week there's something that they're planning. 99.9% of their plans Hashem knock out with a miracle after miracle. I once told you, we say in the Hallel that David Amalek called to the goyim. And he said to them, "Praise Hashem for saving the Jews from your hand." It sounds like a joke. You come to the Hamas, "Oh, you know, you shot the Jews and thank God you missed. You didn't— nobody died. You should thank Allah that you missed and you didn't kill any one of the Jews. Praise him for the miracles he did for the Jews to get safe from your filthy hands." The Arab won't know what you want from him. I'm supposed to thank Allah that I missed? I should be upset and ask him why he didn't help me to kill those Jews, kill those Yehud. David Amalek said, "Halleluah to Hashem, all the nations, all the peoples, who gave victory to Israel in the battle, and may Hashem bless you forever. Halleluah." Praise God, you antisemite murderers, Nazis, Arabs, whoever you are. Praise God that His hand protected us, the Jews, with kindness from your hand. He saved us from your hand. Everybody asked, we should praise God? We? We the victims that got saved? We didn't die? That's a big miracle. The murderer should thank God that he failed in his mission? The answer is we don't even know what to thank Hashem for. 99% of the attacks that they planned on us, Hashem destroyed in such mysterious ways. Flat tire, FBI, the gun didn't shoot, they had a fight between them, those terrorists, and in the end the plan did not succeed. All kinds of things. The car didn't start. We don't know. We will only know one day when we go up to the next world what we got saved from in our personal life and in our life as a nation. Right now, how do you know how many people plan to destroy you? How do you know how much lashon hara people talk behind you, behind your back? What plans they wanted to do? What did they succeed? What they fail? You don't know. You have no idea. When something bad comes to you, most of the time you don't know where the source is, the real source. And if it failed, you don't even know that something was coming. So you can only generally thank Hashem every day. Thank you, God, for all the kindness that you're saving me and helping me in general. Or you beg him, save me from all these evil people, save me from, you know, saying Birkut Hashachar. Whether it's Jews, whether it's goyim. Save me from filthy people, from evil people, from liars, from people who enjoy to dance on my blood, for people who enjoy to see my fall, from those kind of enemies, those kind of monsters, save me. But you don't really know all the plans out there. Who does know the evil people that planned it and failed? And that's what David say, "Hallelujah, praise God, who? The nations! The nations that hate us and wants to see us dead." Kol ha'umim, praise Him all the nations, praise God. For what? Ki gavar aleinu chasdo, that He was kind to us and saved us from your horrible cruel hands and plans. So when the time comes and we one day will stand in front of Hashem and every minute of our life will be, you know, progressing in a trial, another minute and another minute will be analyzed 'What did you think? Why did you say that? What was your plan? Why you didn't do it? Why you did it? Why you did it in this way?' Oh, such an investigation is going to be for every minute of our life. That's going to be very shameful. Unless you get the shame in this world, you expect a lot of shame there. All of us expect a lot of shame there. We stand in front of Hashem over there, everything will be presented. They cannot come to the judge in Manhattan and tell him stories. No. So it's going to be a very humiliating and embarrassing moment. But at the same time, Hashem will show us how much we owe Him, how much He has done for us. For instance, a woman had a miscarriage. Lo aleinu. Very, very heartbreaking thing, especially if she's already married for a few years, trying to have a child. Finally, she had a baby, 1, 2 months. She's so happy, the pregnancy test shows positive. She's so happy, her life has changed from depression into light and happiness and boom, one morning, blood all over, she lost the baby. She has to go, they have to clean, disaster. One week she's in bed, she cannot move. Can't walk, she doesn't care about what's going on. She doesn't even care about if she had other kids, she also, her mind is not with them. She definitely needs help. So she could be depressed for months, maybe for years, depends on the person, depends on how much emunah you have in Hashem. And then one day when she comes in front of Hashem, He will show her that this kid would have horrible birth defects. And she basically got saved from a disaster life. Imagine, imagine years you have to take care of a disabled kid with so many issues and hospitals and surgeries back and forth. It happens to some people. So in the end, it was really a saving, a savior. You just got saved from a lot worse. But we don't have Emunah. We don't, we don't know. First, we don't know. And even when we know, we can't accept because we don't have enough emunah, we don't have enough faith. Remember last week I said something, someone told me, wow, you made a huge impact on my life from the last lecture. I said, why? Because he said, I suffer a lot in my life and I always eat my heart that I cannot keep the words of Chazal that a person should bless for the bad just as good as he bless for the good. Same way, like when you had a baby, you bless Hashem. You got something nice that you just bought, you make Shehecheyanu, you're happy. Or you made a lot of money, so you bless Hashem, Tova Amitiv, thank you for your kindness. And Chas V'Shalom, you lost a child, or you lost your business, or you lost your shiduch, things that are very upsetting, you have to smile with happy heart and say, thank you Hashem for that as well. In today's generation, it sounds like a crazy mission to even ask such thing. But this is a mandatory thing by our sages in the Gemara. Chayav, chayav. It's an obligation. It doesn't say a person should try. A person should. Chayav means you are obligated, just like you are obligated to put tefillin and to eat kosher. "Chayav adam levarecha lara'ah, keshem shimvarecha latova." You have to bless Hashem for what looks bad in your eyes. There's no such thing as bad, but right now it feels bad. You just lost something very valuable. "Levarecha lara'ah, keshem shimvarecha latova." With the same joy. So I say, that's the highest level. That's the ultimate goal. So, since today most people are not in this level, almost nobody, what's the next level? Maybe not with happiness, but with understanding. Meaning, thank you Hashem, it breaks my heart, I feel horrible, I'm sad, I'm broken, but I deserve it. I admit. 'Thank you, thank you that it's only this. Could have been a lot worse. What would I do if it would be this or this or that? Wow! Thank you that it's only this,' with understanding. And then there's the worst level, that not only you don't understand, not only you don't accept with love and no understanding, you accept with bitterness and complaints. Then you lose the The benefit of the suffering, because the suffering is the best clean-out. It cleans you from a lot of horrible things that are attached to your file. Suffering is a very good clean-out. It's Mamash cleaning a lot of problems and sins in life. But if a person complain, "Why me? Why me? Why me? It's not fair." 'Fair, I don't deserve it. Where is the justice? I'm doing so much. What does Hashem want from me? How can it be?' You know, that's what most people do. 'Why me? Why doesn't it?' How many times you heard that someone passed, someone that we love, someone that has a lot of good friends, and the people say in his funeral, 'He didn't deserve to die so young.' That's heresy. Saying he didn't deserve to die, that means Hashem does not do what is justice. There's no justice. Complaining that Hashem, chas v'shalom, is an evil judge and is not fair and he gives people punishments that they don't deserve. That's a very dangerous, dangerous accusation. This you can say about the judge in Tel Aviv court or Meneteh or Paris. Okay, of course there's no justice there. Politics, racism, antisemitism, corrupted mind, corrupted ideology, corrupted laws of Sodom. To begin with, even if the judge is fair, he can never be ruling a fair judgment because the constitution, it's sodomized. It's all lies and evilness and wickedness. So even if the judge want— I have a friend, he's a judge in San Diego. He was a prosecutor, a judge. Baruch Hashem, I made him religious. Serious judge in a court. One time I was in San Diego and we went to Milava Malka together, Motzi Shabbos. And he told me, do you know how many times I have monsters in my courtroom? That the law allowed me only to give them 4 years maximum in prison. But if it was up to me, I would give them life. Because knowing that after 4 years when they come out, society will suffer tremendously from these monsters. Meaning, he's hinting to me, if I could kill them, I would rather execute them. But the law is stupid. He himself admits the law is stupid. Super liberal law, they have all kinds of things, easy punishments, and horrible people go back on the street. Sometimes it's the other way around. Sometimes a person does something that according to Hashem is really nothing, totally permitted, permitted in the Torah, but the law of the land for some reason think it's a horrible thing. And what happened? Ah, forget it, massive attack, kill him, hang him. According to the Torah, he did not break any law. It's a complete tzaddik, clean tzaddik according to them. Put him 10 years in prison, take away everything he has. It can work either way. Sometimes the punishment is too easy, sometimes it's too severe because that's human man-made laws. What do you expect from people, to be accurate like God? No. But when you come and say, he didn't deserve to get this sickness, he didn't deserve to lose the child, he didn't deserve to die, he didn't deserve to lose all his money, such a great person, such a bal tzadak, such a tzaddik, he didn't deserve it, that's heresy. In a minute, We can have a status of complete heretic people without realizing that what we say is severe. I'll give you another example. How many times you heard the sentence, "I have a friend, he's a great guy, he has a heart of gold." "Yesh lo lev za'av, arav kvod arav, chaver she li yesh lo lev za'av, abaluchiloni." "My friend has a heart of gold, he's a great guy, but he's secular." Such a huge contradiction in one second. It's like saying right now it's day and night at the same time. Make up your mind, it's either this or that. So why? You cannot be secular and a good person? The answer is absolutely not. Someone who rebel against his Creator and Maker and Supplier that gives him oxygen every second and he constantly uses it against him, you can call him a good person? But he's good to people. That makes it worse. If he's good to people and he put an X on his Maker and is ungrateful to Him, it makes him a bigger criminal. If he's bad to everyone, that's his nature. He's bad to everyone. But if he's nice to everyone, kind and polite and considerate, and then he makes His entire life a war against Hashem and His Torah. How can you call someone like this a good person? People don't understand what they're talking about. I want to give you an example. On the parasha that we read on Shabbat, towards the end, we speak about the famous Aqedat Yitzchak. Hashem said to Avraham, take your son, your only son, the one you love, Yitzchak, take him to the place I will show you, Haramoriah, Moriah Mountain. That's where the Beit Hamikdash was. Well, so the Arabs made their mosque there. That's where the Aqedah was. And, you know, sacrifice him to me. The way it's written in the Torah, And after those things Hashem tested Abraham. What do we learn from this verse? What do we learn from this verse if we are sharp and deep? Right away you learn that God is testing people on their daily life. He's giving you tests. Testing you to see how you will react. In a moment of anger, in a moment of charity, will you be stingy or no? Or in a moment that it's time to defend someone, it's time to help, it's time to contribute, you know, to react, not to react, to let go, not to let go. There's a lot of tests in life. Every day, one test after the other. So Hashem is testing people. We learn that. What else we learn? Something very interesting. It should have been after those things Hashem tested Abraham and Isaac. Isaac wasn't a baby. He was 37 years old in the time of the Aqedah. People think he was 5 years old, 6 years old, walking together with his father holding his hand, "Dad, where are we going?" "To the Luna Park to get you ice cream." No, he was an adult, 37 years old. Why it's not a test for Yitzchak? He could have said to his father, "Abba, I love you." Where does it say I have to die for you? Your adventures. You decided to slaughter me and you're You expect me to say, "Yes, sir, I'll do everything for you," but where does it say that I have to commit suicide for your ideas? "No, but God told me." Okay, when he tells me, I'll handle it. I didn't hear anything about it. You want a goat? Take a goat and slaughter him. I'm not a goat. Mitzrayim had a lot to say. He asked his father, "Rabba," "Ina esh v'atzim"— here is the fire. You have enough to create fire and you have pieces of wood you carry on a donkey. "Vaya aser leolah"— and where is the goat to sacrifice? Now Avraham knows that he's the goat. He's going to sacrifice him, but he doesn't tell him. He's saying to him, "Elohim irei lo aser leolah"— Hashem will show us the goat when we get close to the place. So now the question is, why does it say that the test is only to Avraham and not to Yitzchak? The answer is— let's try to understand the difference between the test of Yitzchak to the test of Avraham. Yitzchak doesn't know he is the goat. He doesn't know. He walks with his father thinking they're going to do a mitzvah. He's not nervous. The entire way that they walk there, he's not nervous. Avraham, from the minute Hashem told him, "Take your son, the one you love," and all of that, had tremendous pressure. First, I waited for this son 100 years. Second, All the wicked people used to sacrifice their kids. I fought them. I preached to them, "That's not what God wants. You're not supposed to kill your kids as a sacrifice to the God. He's not interested in such sacrifices." I convinced all the goyim, all the idol worshippers, to stop killing their kids. Do you know what would happen tomorrow morning in the newspapers when they find out that after I give them all these speeches, I took my son and killed him as a sacrifice? Do you know what would happen? What a khilul Hashem. What people would think about me as a messenger of God? I was very, very nervous about this. I fought with so many wicked people, don't kill your son. I went, I stopped it. It's not the right way. Now they tell me, oh, you fooled us all this time. You killed your own son. It's a big shame. Plus, it's going to be, it's going to be Chas V'Shalom Eli. Hashem told me, don't worry, Eliezer, your servant, will not inherit you. Your own son will inherit you. And finally he gave me the son. Now he wants to kill him. Doesn't add up. What's going on here? Then he's thinking, what will I say to Sarah? 90 years she suffered, waited for the moment to have a child. She's now 127 years old. And it says, it says in the Parasha that we're going to read on Shabbat, Vayu chaye Sarah. Vayu chaye Sarah. This is the Parasha that describes her death. And they're talking now about her life. The simple understanding is that the righteous people live forever. The minute they die physically, their real life begins, the eternal life. That's why we always call the death of the tzadikim Vayechi, Vayechi Yaakov. That's the parasha that talks about his death. Why? Because now we begin to live. Every time the Torah says life, that you should live, that you should live, it's talking about life of eternity, not the life of the body, that's for sure. But there is another explanation. She was dead until age 90. She couldn't have a child, especially when this Hagar, the Arab, the Arab making fun of her that she had in one shot this Ishmael, the wild beast, and Sarah, the master, cannot get what the servant got in one time that she was with Avraham. It's humiliating. Your own maid is making fun at you. I'm more righteous than you. Hashem gave me a child right away and He doesn't give it to you for 90 years. Don't tell me what to do. So she's broken. The Gemara says that Rachel came to Yaakov. It's written in the Torah. She said to Yaakov, "Hava libanim." give me children, ve'imayin meta anochi, and if not, I am dead. From here the Gemara says that someone who wants a child and doesn't have a child is kind of like dead. His life has no joy. He has a lot of friends, he has a lot of followers, but he doesn't have his own child. His life is no life. And therefore people would give almost everything they save in their life just to be able to have one child. All kinds of treatments and again and again. Why? That's the main thing in life. So, you know, so Rachel sees that her sister has one child after the other, Leah, and she cannot have a child. She knows Yaakov loves her. She is the main wife. He loves her. But she cannot give him a child. And those days it was extremely humiliating that a woman would not be able to give kids to her husband. Today with all the feminism and women don't care about being women, it's a different world today. But back then, if a woman could not have kids, it would be a double death. One for her and one that from the shame that she cannot give a kid to her husband. This is how it was. So Yaakov said to her, what do you want from me? I already have kids with Leah. The problem is not by me. So the Gemara says, from here we learn, okay, so Sarah is the same thing. She doesn't have a child. Finally she got a child. So she, her life was great from age 90 to the day she died, 127. 37 years. Numeric value 37. Vayu chayei Sarah. Vayu, Vav, it's 6. Yud is 10. He is 5. Yud is 10. Vav, it's 6. Together 37. Vayu chayei Sarah. And the life of Sarah, how long was her life? Don't look at the 127. The real life was 37. Until she had a child and before she had a child. From the minute she had a child, it's a whole different life. Until she had a child, that's a whole different life. Cannot call it life as far as she concerned. So now imagine Avraham is thinking how Sarah came back to life when she finally had this Yitzchak. Changes her whole life. And now she's going to find out that I went and killed him? How could I even look at her ever again? Think about the test here. First, few days to get there, few days to come back. The pressure is beyond words. Before you get to the house, you don't know what to do. You know, there used to be a great, huge genius, about 200 years ago. His name was Rav Yonatan Eibshitz. Rav Yonatan Eifshitz, he was learning with another Talmid Chacham. He was redhead. Redhead, we know that they have hot blood. Hot blood, short fuse. Don't get them excited too much. They can, you know, right away respond. So what happened? One day, they build a church next to the yeshiva and put those big cross, right? And he sits in front of the window and he sees this place of idol worshiping in front of his eyes. He said, "These people have such nerve. They know over here there's Jews who do not believe their nonsense, don't follow their nonsense. On purpose they come to make it right in front of our eyes." and they make sure to put this big symbol of their idol worshiping religion. He said, I gotta go and cut it out. It's wood. I have to take a saw, middle of the night, I'll cut it out. You come to shove it in our face, we'll teach you a lesson. He told him, don't do it. Don't get yourself into trouble. They can be violent people. Don't do it. Don't. Oh! For the sake of Hashem, we gotta get rid of their idols. Of course, the Christians are not dumb. They know that someone may do it. They put guards there waiting for them. It's a trap. Let's see what kind of a Jew will come here in the middle of the night to try to break the cross. As he comes in the middle of the night, they came out. Oh, you came to break the cross? Put a sack on his head, brought him down to the basement of the church. That's where they used to torture people in the time of the Inquisition. They put him in, he disappeared. The next day, Rav Yonatan Haifshitz came to the yeshiva, his Rebbuta didn't show up. He went at lunchtime to his house, his wife said, "Ma, I thought he's in yeshiva." "He didn't come last night, he didn't come." "I thought he maybe stayed all night to learn." disappeared. I know what he did. What should we do? So, in the meantime, there is a guard working there. The guard said that they caught this Jew, they want to kill him, and he's willing to let him go without permission, of course, if they'll pay him a big amount of bribe. 'You have to collect for me such an amount. If you do it within a few days, I'll be able to release him. Then I also would run. But if not, they'll kill him.' So right away he announced in yeshiva, 'Rabotai, it's mitzvah of pidyon shvuim. Everybody must go and collect money. It's mitzvah to release him, especially when they want to kill him.' 'Everybody close the Gemara and run and knock on doors, collect.' In the meantime, he saw, you know what, there's a chance that they won't come on time with the right amount. I have money in a safe that belongs to the wife called nedunya, the gift that she got for the wedding, her gift, all kinds of gold, this, that. I can release him myself, but how will I look at the face of the wife after that? You know, after doing such thing. But he said, listen, right now it's a life risk, then we worry about Shalom Bayit. When she didn't look, he took all the jewelry, he came to that guard, say, here, see, you have even more than what you asked. Gold, rubies, whatever you have. Release him. So, okay, I'm gonna release him. Took all the sack with the money and released him. You know, in the old days, there used to be two ways to pay people. Three ways. Three ways to do business. One is coins with the stamp of the king. When you see it's written in the Torah, over la socher, Passing to the trade, to the trader, meaning the one who was doing the trade now, meaning the merchant. There is raw gold, regular gold by weight that you can buy things with, but it's not as valuable as the coin with the stamp of the king. And there are exchanges. You want to buy a donkey, you offer him a sheep. Take this fat sheep, give me your donkey. Deal. It's called an exchange. I'll give you my cow, you give me a horse. I'll give you this rug, you give me this ring. The exchange, it's called kinyan halifim. When Abraham went, we're going to see on Shabbat, to buy me'arata makhpela to bury Sarah from Ephron Nachiti, It's written that he gave him 400 coins, 'over la socher.' He gave him coins with a stamp. What do we care about this? If he gave him regular raw gold coins that they have the same weight— gold! Or that the gold had a stamp of the king, of the state. Why do we care about this? The Gemara says you should not give a non-Jew that is an idol worshiper raw gold as a payment. Make sure to always give him the official coins. Don't give him gold. Why? There is a high chance that he will melt the gold and make it an idol. Like the Indians, like the Chinese, they make Buddha's idols. All kinds of big idols in Tibet, in Nepal. It's all from gold. If you give them raw gold here, there's 1 ounce of gold, $4,000. Give me this and this and that, take it. This guy is gonna melt it and make himself another statue. They love statues, the idol worshippers. So don't be a part of this crime against God. You're helping him to commit a crime of idol worshiping. Give him the coin with a stamp. Why? Nobody melts the coins. It's rare. There's not unlimited amount. And that's an official payment. Easy, easy to trade with that. Everybody accept it. Gold, not everybody accept. It's like going to Israel now. Most people won't take dollars. You come to a store, can I pay with dollars? No, no. Only shekel. Why? Dollar is garbage. Went down to 3.22. Used to be almost 4. Used to be 5 years ago. Now it's 3.2. No value. It's only going down. United States, the big empire of Trump, the big talker, is sinking. Israel, after 2 years of war, tens of billions of dollars weapon expense, Thousands of thousands of people unemployed for 2 years because they fight. Every other country would be bankrupt already a long time ago. Not only they did not go down, they passed Germany and Spain and France and England and Canada. They are one of the most successful countries in the world financially. And they made the biggest progress the last 2 years. Per capita, each citizen, how much he produced, we are past the biggest European countries. In the middle of a war, when people couldn't work for 2 years. And every missile you shoot is $100,000. Every— missile the Iranians shot, you shoot missiles to knock it down. Each missile is $100,000. Hundreds of them every day. Millions of dollars every hour. It's like they making a huge pile of money and burn it. And at the same time, you become wealthier by the minute. Nobody understands how can it be. So, you know, so Rav Yonatan Eibshitz, he gave this goy everything that was in the safe. He released the Jew. He told the Jew, you have to run away because they're going to look for you. They see you came out of the dungeon. So they took Iran and Rav Yonatan Eibshitz also ran away from town. Why? Nobody knows. He's the one who released his friend. Why does he have to run? He didn't run from the Christians. He ran from his wife. Imagine when she finds out, all her savings I used to release my Chavruta. So what is the rule when you have something like this? You run away for a few days. When the person finds out, he gets very angry. But after a few days, he's cooling off. Slowly, slowly, he begins to relax. After a week, when you come, Okay, still gonna get attacked, but it's not gonna be that bad, right? After a week, he came. He walks like a thief, quietly, you know. Jonathan! She's screaming. Are you here? Yes, dear. She came quickly, dancing. She's singing, dancing to him. What happened? You okay? Ah, he's such a genius husband. What happened? You thought to fool me, huh? You took all the money from the safe, you went and released your friend. But Hashem loves us. You don't know what happened. After you gave it to this guard, you gave him with all the bags with all my medunia. They go in, caught him. Oh, you traitor, you cooperate with the Jews, ah, you release the Jew. Okay, we will kill you instead of him. Tomorrow we're going to hang you. He came quickly, knocked on my door, and he say, where's your husband? I say, went away. He said, listen, 'that's my last day of life. Here is my name. Here is my mother's name. And here is all the jewelry and the money I stole over the years.' Big barrel full of gold and diamonds, everything you can imagine. The only person I can think that does— you know, the priests don't have wives. So he doesn't have kids. This guy is one of the priests there. So he said, I don't have who to give it to, but the only righteous person I know is your husband that was willing to give all his wife's savings to save a friend from death. He definitely deserves the money. Tell him to pray for my soul. Here. And she showed him the barrel of so much gold. They became millionaires. That's the story that happened approximately approximately 200 years ago in Europe. Now I want to ask you a question. If you would be Rav Yonatan Naivshitz, what would be your response? Cry. You saw, wow, Hashem is so great to us. I invested $20,000 to save my friend. Hashem just gave me $200,000 the next day. 10 times more. 'Ah, we should come to the shul, Rabotai, a big miracle happened. I want to do 'Saudat Hodayah.' It's time to praise Hashem. I would like to sponsor the meal. I got you some good schnapps, 'Lechaim,' some good lox, good bagels, you know, Shakshouka a little bit, some good olives. What else do you want? Some candies, dessert, all on the house. To thank Hashem for the miracle. You would do it or no? I'll tell you what he did. He sat on the floor and started to cry. He was crying. Somebody said, "What's happened to you? Everything by you is the opposite. What is this? Instead of dancing, now you're crying?" He said, "You don't understand. This was a punishment, not a reward." When you get your reward instantly in this world, that means Hashem is not happy from your good deed. He still have to pay you, but He pays you in the lowest level of reward. Get immediately your payment that I don't have to pay you in the eternal world. Take it in this world. Here, new car. Here, a new deal. Here, a new real estate deal. Why Hashem is not happy from me? Because I sent all the people to collect money and in the end I didn't even use their money. I took my money and I stole all the mitzvah for myself. And because of that, I told them mitzvah pidyon shvuim, I told them to close the Gemara, it's pikua chnefesh, it's life-saving. They ran quickly to do the mitzvah for the sake of heaven. By the time they came back, they found out that the prisoner or the hostage was released already. What was it all for? I should have not sent them, should just use that and that's it. Now when I made them happy about mitzvah pidyon shvuim, in the end they found out that they did not learn Torah the full 2 days for no reason. In the end, there's no mitzvah for them, it's a disaster. So Hashem gave me in this world, meaning I won't get the eternal reward, a person and saving his life. So from here we learn a lot. It's not always a good sign that you did something good and immediately you get rewarded. Okay, so what do we see? So we see that Avraham has the major test. What people would say? What will happen to Sarah now? The Chilul Hashem. Who is going to inherit him? Who will I give all my money, all my belongings? Very big test. But he gets up very early in the morning and he runs to do it with happiness. Yitzchak, his test was maybe an hour. From the minute he found out he is the goat, he is the sacrifice. So now he has 1 hour of test. To agree to die or not. He could have said no, he could have said yes. He said yes and he said, "Tie me, tie me tight that I won't move in the middle of the slaughtering." That's what he said. But because the test was only 1 hour and it wasn't like Avraham, 2 weeks of constant struggle, the Torah doesn't even call it a test. Do you understand what we're talking here about? Person is agreeing with no hesitation to give his life for Hashem, and the Torah does not count it as anything special. Not a word about it. I want to ask you, this was the last test of the 10 tests that Hashem gave to Avraham Avinu. Nimrod threw him to the fire. There was a lot of different tests. Hashem told him, Lech Lecha, age 75, you build yourself, you are established, you're rich and famous, everyone in town admires you. Now you're going into an unknown place and start from the beginning. You have to live there for years and people would understand what kind of a righteous person you are and you'll You're a messenger of God and you're wealthy and this and this and that. You're Baal Chesed. Right now everyone knows it already. There was no internet now that people can find out about you, who you are in the other town. You come there, nobody knows you. You have to start from scratch. So the last test was this, the Aqedah. Take your son, the only son you have. He told him, but I have two sons. He said, no, Ishmael doesn't count. He said, I love both of them. He said, no, take Yitzchak. Yitzchak is your descendant. Don't think that you have another one. Yes, biologically is your son and from your seed, but for me, Yitzchak is your real continuation. It's a verse in the Torah. Why only Be'itzchak? Hashem could have said Be'itzchak u'Veishma'el. No, Be'itzchak only. Find the honest Arab that will confess to that. They changed. Of course. So I want to ask you a question. When Avraham finished the Akedah, which in the end he didn't kill Yitzchak, instead he saw a ram. The ram was stuck in a tree with his horns. The Chachamim tell us that that's a hint that Hashem showed him that the life of the Jews in this world will be like the life of this ram. He's stuck with his horns. He cannot be released. And okay, so he took him, he sacrificed Itzchak was saved. In the meantime, the Satan came to Sarah and showed her how Avraham is slaughtering Itzchak. She probably got a heart attack from pain. She died. That's, that's the cause of her death. 127. The Gemara asks why she died so much younger than Avraham. Avraham lived 175 years and she lived 127 years. 48 years less than Avraham. The Gemara asks why? She was a higher prophet than him. She was a very righteous woman, very modest woman. And by women, 90% of the purpose of their life is modesty. She was the most beautiful woman in the world and the most modest woman in the world. Plus, she's a prophet that Hashem said to Avraham, everything Sarah tells you listen to her. Hashem put a stamp on her that she speaks the words of God. Why would she die so much younger than her husband? The answer is, Rabotai, one mistake she made. She, when she saw that Agar conceived and she makes fun of her and all that, she said to Avraham, 'I'm upset with you.' And then she said to him, "Hashem ishpot beni uvencha." Hashem will be the judge between me and you. This is a very, very dangerous sentence to say. And a lot of people say it on a weekly basis when they have fights with customers, with partners, with neighbors. You know what? You don't want to pay me? I'm not going to sue you. I'm not going to do anything. Hashem will be the judge between me and you. Technically, what's so wrong with saying such thing? It's actually a nice thing, no? I don't want to go with you to court. I don't want all this chinul Hashem. I leave it to Hashem. If I'm right, Hashem will do judgment and get it out of you. And if you are right, okay, you're going to keep it. So I'm throwing the verdict to the hand of Hashem. What's wrong with that? Technically, we should have saluted someone like that. Kol hakavod Moshe, such a tzaddik, a shrekha that you don't go to court or even to beddin and you leave it in the hand of Hashem. What's the problem? To leave it in the hand of Hashem, it's very, very recommended. Trust Him, He will always do what's right and fair. So what is the problem? The problem is saying it loud. Immediately the Satan grabs your sentence and opens you a file in the court of heaven. Hashem, This person just say that you should be a judge between him and this person. Why? That person took money from him and he doesn't pay back, or merchandise. He's right, you should judge the case, but let's start with him. How many times he did not pay customers or suppliers? How many times people begged him to pay back and he doesn't pay? How much problems he caused other people that are waiting for their money? After we finish evaluate that person, then we'll check if the other person did right or wrong by him. First, they start with you. Sarah said to Hashem, to Avraham, Hashem will be the judge between you and me. And Hashem told her, you're absolutely right. I'm starting with you. That penalty. Scary. The Gemara wouldn't say it. How would I even dare to think about it? Forget about to say it. What's written in the Gemara is divrei lo kimcha'im. Chachamim did not speak from their own feelings or imaginations. This is how the Torah passed from generation to generation, from rabbi to student. That's what it was. So, you know, so Hashem said to Abraham, 'Ata yadati,' now I know, 'ki ereh lo kimata,' that you are a God-fearing person. What do you mean 'ata'? What do you mean 'ata yadati'? How old is Abraham? 130? 37 years of pure life. Baal Tshuva, Mezakeh Harabim, have hundreds or perhaps thousands of people who left the idols and became servants of God thanks to him. Was thrown into the fire for the sake of heaven. Got up in one second and left his hometown with no questions asked. Asked. Everything by him was right away, Hashem, for you, I'll die for you, no question. Anything you want, with happiness. Now when he was sacrificing his son, Hashem gave him the final stamp. Welcome to America. Now I know you are a God-fearing person. Tell me please. When he was thrown into the fire for Hashem because he did not want to bow down to Nimrod that pretended to be the god. That's not enough to prove to Hashem that you're His servant, that you're a God-fearing person? The answer, apparently not. How many Arabs commit suicide murdering Jews or other people thinking it's the will of God? They brainwashed them. So what do they think? I'm going to give my life for the sake of this jihad murdering kuffars. Should ask them, okay, if you come to kill secular people, idol worshippers, Jews that are wicked, don't listen to God, you can call them kuffars, they're infidels. But why most of the people you kill are religious people in Israel? On purpose, you look for religious people to make sure that you know for sure the Jews. Few times they came to kill secular people, in the end they were not Jewish. All this work and in the end this guy was German, this one was Russian. So they got very angry. Wow, all of these attack and in the end we didn't kill any Jews. So now they decided from now on we only attack religious Jews standing in a bus stop, Jerusalem, Ramot, Kenyon Ramot, everybody, boom, let's hit them with a bomb or shoot. So you see that they don't kill because of ideology. Oh, you are wicked, you don't follow God, so we have to kill you. No, they kill the most righteous Jews that give their life for Torah and for Hashem. So to die for a cause you believe in It's not such greatness after all. Many people were willing to do such thing. So for that Hashem did not give Avraham a stamp of a God-fearing person. He was willing to die for him and he got saved from the fire by a miracle. Where did he get the stamp? When he was willing to give the most valuable thing in his life. With no questions asked, without even thinking, how can Hashem is doing it to me? Hashem testified that Abraham did not even think one negative thought about him, and he was willing to give Yitzchak after waiting 100 years for that moment. Imagine how much he prayed for that all these years. He got married when he was 25. 75 years without a child, he was praying nonstop every day. 75 years of prayers and crying and tears and chesed and donations and everything that he did. For what purpose? To have this boy. And in a second, he got up at 5 AM running to sacrifice him with no question asked. But That's not the main reason why Hashem gave him the stamp of a God-fearing person. Now you're going to listen to something that you probably never heard before. There is a much deeper reason for it, much deeper reason for it. In life, we are born and raised by a certain family, certain society, certain environment, When we are born to our parents, most of our traits and skills we're going to get from our parents, from our teachers, from our city, from our building, from our friends. There is a group of people that are going to influence our life. For instance, If you are born in a house of parents that are great, have great hospitality, every person who ever came into the house, right away the table open up, all kinds of greatness, food, this, desserts, drinks. You don't know any other way. This is how you were raised. If your father was very generous, slacker, every person who comes, checks, checks, He's a admirer of Torah, he respects the Chachamim. You grow up like that. That's your nature. You don't know any other way. Avraham Avinu, the main thing about him is ish achesed, is merciful. He has mercy on people. He helps them for free all his life. He cares about people. He made a motel with food for free. His nephew Lot was captured by the kings. He went to a war, risked his life to save him. Everything about Abraham is mercy, is chesed. But to expect someone like Avraham to express cruelty? It's impossible. I can't be cruel. It's not in me. That's your test right now. Now I'm expecting you to go against your nature for me. To go with your generosity and your kindness, I'm not impressed. You don't know any other way anyway, with or without me. That's you. You're not gonna be able to see a miserable person and not run to give him and to help him, to give him clothes and food and money. With or without me, even if you were not religious. But when I come and say to you, you see how much you love this kid? You're willing to die for him? You will give him everything you own? Come and slaughter him. I know it's not your nature. You cannot slaughter a chicken. You can slaughter your own son? You know what a test it is? Let's see how you perform such an act. There are two mitzvot in the Torah that can— they are complete opposite one from the other and they both have the same reward. One is the exact opposite of the other. There is mitzvah to respect your parents in the most possible, most amazing devotion and highest possible way that you can do it. Never to be rude, always to say yes, to get up when they walk into the house, everything they ask immediately you run to do, you care about them, you feed them, you take care Everything. How long is this mitzvah? What's the reward for it? Long, happy life in the eternal world. Huge reward. Eternal reward. To get that eternal reward, I have to work 40, 50 years of my life. From the minute I remember myself until the parents pass, at least 40, 50 years. Right? Sometimes even 70 years, depends how long they live. Every day, every hour, it's the test. Do you respect your parents? You listen to them? You don't upset them? You don't do things to break their heart? But it's, it could be 50 years of work. And then there is another mitzvah. Half an hour. Half an hour of pure cruelty. You have to go and see a bird. You see a bird in the nest. You get rid of the mother. You take the chicks, the cute ones, they just born few hours ago in the nest. You take them from there. The mother comes, the babies are gone. Oh, what a heartbreaking moment. And the same reward in the Torah that you should live long life in the afterlife. And the Maharal says to have longer life here and mainly in the next world. How can it be? It's kindness and mercy. Your parents could be annoying, demanding, they're not fair, Sometimes they're not even righteous. It could be your father is a very wicked man. Al HaNshu'chan Aruch, even if your parents are wicked, you have to respect them. Even though some Poskim say no, but Al HaNshu'chan, Jewish book of law, you have to respect even a wicked father and a wicked mother as well. If it's hard for you, you move far away. Then you don't have daily obligation when you're far away. Today with the phone, moving far away, still, you're still obligated to call and to talk and to support, to send money if it's necessary. In the old days, if you move far, that's it. There's no communication. Once in 5 months somebody come from the town, oh, you're going back there? Let me give you a letter for my parents. That's basically what, that's what Chazal say. You cannot do it. If you see you fail in respecting your parents, move far away. Because if you're there and you don't respect them, every minute you're being punished for that. Today the whole world is like the palm of the hand with click of the buttons. Not going to solve the problem. So anyway, Rabbi Taiz, respecting the parents is constant chesed, constant mercy, every day of your life for decades, and then now one act of cruelty and you get the same reward? Go figure. The answer is because most people, it's very hard for them to be cruel, especially to animals. To be cruel between people, to people, you have strong Yetzer Hara. Sometimes the more you owe the person, the more the Satan pushes you to stab him in the back. If it's a human being that you don't have any business with, you don't have such strong desire to hurt him. What do I have with him? But if someone you owe him so much, the Satan makes you forget all the great the things He did for you, includes sometimes saving your souls and giving you a ticket for life of eternity, which according to the Torah, you owe Him your life. You owe Him your life. I'll never forget that I went to some very holy rabbi one time to consult with him about somebody rasha, someone wicked. What, how should we handle the situation? He told me, I cannot do anything against this wicked person. I know he's wicked, but I can never ever do one thing. I cannot move my finger against him. I said, why? He said, because 20-something years ago, he found my wife the job in the yeshiva where she works for the girls. And for 20-something years, I was sitting here in this room 'As you know me, I learned Torah because my wife make money and she supported the house. 25 years I learned Torah thanks to her job.' And he was the one who founded that job. Where do I have permission to go and stab someone like this in the back? Other people have no gratitude to him. They should do what's right according to the the Torah. But I have gratitude. Oh, that's a kosher Jew, has gratitude. How can I spit to a well I drank from? The Gemara says, can you spit to a well you've been drinking from? But apparently, because it's something so horrible to be ungrateful to someone who helped you even a little bit, needless to say a lot, Needless to say, spiritually he helped you, which is a billion times more important than physically, because now we're talking eternity here. This is for the help he gave you. The more that Satan will push you with all kinds of infatuations and imaginations to go and bury that person the deepest, the deepest you can. I told you the famous story that they They keep saying that someone came to the Gaon Yehuda and someone in town is speaking against you. How can it be? He said, it's very strange. I don't remember ever doing something for that individual. I never did any favor to him. In one sentence, he basically covered his entire mystery. How come people are like that? So, Rabotai, when Avraham went against his nature and had to force himself to be cruel to his own son that he loves the most in the world, for Hashem, now it's a sign that you are a perfect Yereisha Mayim, God-fearing person. Are you willing to go against your own nature? That's very difficult, very difficult. You can see a lot of righteous people, they're very good with what their nature is. His nature is to be generous in everything, he's bal tzadaka. He loves to learn, he's a smart person, he enjoys to read, he learns all the time, but that's his nature. Can you get a person that can never sit once in his life and read one page and turn him into a full-time learner in yeshiva for 20, 30 years? That's against his nature. He can sit on a chair normally 2 minutes. I see my guests in my house on Shabbat, half of them after 10 minutes are standing. I see it. Shabbat. Oneg Shabbat, Divrei Torah, this guy is standing, this guy is walking, this guy goes to the other room and comes back after 10 minutes. He can't sit. I'm thinking to myself, in a meal with such good food and Divrei Torah, 10 minutes he cannot sit. Imagine you ask him to come and learn in yeshiva 4 hours straight in the morning. Kill himself. What do they call it? ADHD? ADHD? They have names for everything today. Rabotai, a stingy person to overcome his nature and give a big amount because he knows it's the right thing to do and he dies, he suffers, It breaks his heart to write such a check, but it's against his nature. He, about himself, is stingy. He goes to the supermarket, he buys only very cheap things. Enjoy a little bit. No, no, it's too much. It's bal tashchit. Buy better meat for Shabbat. No, no, it's too expensive. What is this? It's $40 a pound. Here, $12 a pound. 'But it's all bones.' 'Doesn't matter, I'll manage.' Everything generic, generic, fake. 'Buy the real one, it's better.' 'No, that's good enough.' He's stingy for himself and then all of a sudden to give to the yeshiva, to give to kiruv, to give to strangers, against his own nature? That's Rabotai, that's a very important principle that we learned from the parasha we read on Shabbat. Now you deserve the stamp. Now you are a God-fearing person. 9 tests I had, you didn't give me the God-fearing title? I was willing to die for you, it's not enough? I was willing to leave my hometown, willing to give up my fame, my glory, my money, my friends, none of that was good. When you go against your nature, for me, fight what you are used to, it's very difficult, very difficult. You know what? Try it on Shabbat when your wife puts all the delicious things on the table, all these things you love. Osvo, chulent, kudj kudjeh, lamb chops, osh polo. Ah, you're dripping. Where should I start with? What is the most favorite food from the 4 things on the table? Ah, I waited for that all week, for this sticky lamb smells like delicious lamb fat. Osvo? Ah, Hashem, for you I don't touch it. Sacrifice. I'll eat other things that I don't like so much. I eat chicken. Chicken? Yeah, this chicken. Yeah, for you sacrifice. You love watermelon? Give— wow, cold, nice, delicious, red, sweet watermelon. Hashem, for you, I will eat an apple instead. Clementine. I'm not crazy about it. For you, I'm willing to— see how difficult it is. The Ben Yisra'el says it's a big sacrifice with a huge reward. Don't get the wrong impression. Judaism is not to torture yourself. I don't want you to get the wrong impression. This is not what the Torah is about. There's only one day a year that you have to torture yourself, which is Yom Kippur. If it was mitzvah to torture yourself every day, then, then, then we don't need Yom Kippur. Torture yourself all year round. Fact that the Torah made a special day for torture as a day of atonement and repentance, that means the rest of the year enjoy and eat healthy and and enjoy and dress nice and you can live in a comfortable home if you have more room for guests, no problem. Just don't become a drug addict. Don't be an addict of watches and of cars, of the most— all his life is food, food, food. Where should we go? What restaurant? Check the rating. Michelin star. Wow! This is Rasham Eru Sha'atomi Lapid, one of the biggest haters of Torah of our generation. Now his son follows his path, Yair Lapid. He wrote in his book, "Abba ayah me'od shamin." Dad was very fat. We used to love food. He used to love food very much. The Hungarian recipes are coming from the Mongolian people. I don't know where he got it from. Maybe it's true, I don't know. And we used to get on a flight to fly to Europe for one meal in a restaurant and fly right back. How much they're willing to suffer to come to enjoy for one hour meal. Somebody like this can be tzaddik. That's his priority in life. How do you know where the mind of the person is? You're going out on a date. They make a date now. Sarah is now going on a date with Binyamin. So she sits on the table and she needs to meet with him. They check references, everything was good, sound good. Rabbi said nice things about him, the neighbors, the references. Stop. Now it's the time to really meet the person. First date. How do you know what kind of a person you are dating? What's the way to know? Who knows? How do you check a person? The answer: what does he talk about all the time and with what enthusiasm? For instance, if he speaks about business, real estate, I bought, I sold, I renovate, I have this worker, I have this team, I built that, it was junk, look what I did, show her on the phone, this is before, this is after. The entire date is talking about architecture and real estate and renovation. That's where his mind is. If he speaks about the restaurant, wow, what a great steak, what a great dish, 'Wow, they have great dessert here. I was here with my friends. Wow, they have the best this. Try this, try that.' That's where his mind is. If he speaks about Torah, 'I love my shiva, I love my rebbe, I love the mussar, I love that speaker, I love that, I heard something very nice last night in the lecture. What do you think about that? I love to read the books of that rabbi.' Then you know his life is Torah. Two people came to the Gaon of Vilna for Tzedakah. They came. One walked in. The Gaon of Vilna gave him a few rubles, almost nothing. The other person 1,000 rupees. The Rav gave him a huge amount. They came together, came together. The assistant over there asked him, Rabbi, what did you see? They both look very religious. What did you see to give this guy 5 rubles and to give this guy 1,000 rubles? Wouldn't it be fair to divide it 500 and 500? Good question, no? He said, I asked them to describe to me the town where they came from. The first one told me they just paved a new road, they planted trees on the side, we have waterfalls, we have a garden that the kids go and play in the grass, we have this and we have that and they building now a new school. Special thing. Soon they're going to renovate this and they renovate the building. And the other one only talked to me about Torah. We have yeshiva here, we have yeshiva there. This is a big chacham and this is that chacham. And Baruch Hashem, in this yeshiva there's 300 people and the other one 200 people. It's very hard. I wish I can get into that yeshiva. I'm trying my best. One spoke to me the entire spoke the entire 10 minutes about describing the spiritual life in that town and the other one just spoke about the physical life in that town. Who should I give my money to? A person that his mind is in a waterfall and in a beautiful building they building and the park? Or someone that his life is holiness and mussar and ethic and Torah and closeness to Hashem, who should I give it to? From here you see where the mind of the person is, what comes out of his mouth. What comes out of his mouth. Today, you can see by what books he reads, what magazine he reads, how he dresses, there's a lot of indications today. It's very easy to read a person today. If you know a little bit body language and you know the rules— sometimes people tell me, "How do I know it's my shidduch?" I say, "Bring him or bring her to me 15 minutes. I'll tell you right away if it's a good shidduch or not." Why? By the way the person behaves, body language, questions, answers, you can see right away if they have confidence, don't have, insecure, low self-esteem. Seem, ego, anger, selfishness, you can find out in minutes by the way the person walk. By the way, I once went with my friend to my rabbi in Yerushalayim. That was 25 years ago, he was teaching in Or HaChaim. Before they built that big building in Yerushalayim, they used to have caravans in school. Caravans, that's where they learned, in caravans. So there was one huge room with 300, 400 people learning there, the big room. See, big yeshiva, lots of tables and people learning. And he was sitting in the front, meaning in the end. And we sit, me and my friend and him. And people come with the Gemara to ask him questions. Rabbi, what's this? What's that? How come this? Different Gemara. He answered right away, "Sh'takti." Then one guy came and said to the Rabbi, "There's one bachur, one guy, he wants to get accepted to the yeshiva. What should I tell him?" Meaning, you have time to talk to him now, to interview him. He asked him, "Where is he?" He said, "Right there." "Tell him to walk inside, to walk few steps, walk with him." I want to see. I'm sitting with my other friend, we look, he went there, he started to walk with him, he comes back. What should I do now? He said, tell him he can come tomorrow at 9 o'clock. You accept him? Say yes, tell him to come. I asked him, what was this about? Don't want to talk to him? Nothing in the world? He said, no, no need. I just saw how he walks. I can basically tell you everything about him. Me, the fool, was challenging him. Come on, how can it be? You say to me, it's chazal im ephorashim. It's chazal. If you go and make a collection from the entire Talmud, by the way, By the way a person stands, by the way he walks, by the way he speaks, you can see everything about him. Why they call the face in the Shona Kodesh, in ancient Hebrew, panim? Panim, in English is faith. Faith doesn't have a meaning. They made up a word. But in the Shona Kodesh, every word explains the meaning of the world and the purpose of it. What does it mean, panim? Panim means inside. Face in Hebrew means inside, but face is outside. It's not inside, but from the face you see all the inside. From the face of a person, from his eyes, from the way he moves his cheeks when he talks, how he moves his head, how he moves his hands, how he sits on in a chair, can write 10 pages report on a person on a 5-minute conversation. Not if you're a big Chacham. If you're Rav Ben Zion, Abba Sha'ul, you're never wrong. You're never wrong. It's an exact science. Ordinary people can be wrong, of course. A person can change, but right now you're checking what is he now, by Sherusha. When he will be a big tzaddik in 50 years from now, then we will reevaluate him. Right now, you want to marry him now when he's rajah? No. Okay, if things will change in 10 years, absolutely, people change. Absolutely. The whole Torah is about change. Changing. The whole Teshuvah is about changing. But right now, you need to marry your daughter with him. Is he ready for your daughter? No. If he will be ready in 5 years, we'll reevaluate the case. You get it? So let me continue. When Sarah started to sing in praise of Hashem for her son when he was born. She said, not only I had a miracle that Yitzchak was born against all odds, I'm also back to youth. I'm able to nurse him. A 90-year-old woman cannot nurse a baby in today's world, not even back then. All of a sudden Hashem actually reversed her biological body, I mean the system. Everything went back to the early age. She was even nursing other babies. So what the clown says? The clown says, "Something is off here. 90 years she couldn't have kids. 100 years Abraham could not have kids. They are married 75 years." They never had a child and now all of a sudden they have a child. It doesn't add up. What's the headlines tomorrow morning in the newspaper? Mazal tov to Abraham and Sarah for having a child in a late age, 190. He's 100 and she's 1990. What happiness! Great happiness to the whole world. That's the official reports. But then you have the yellow magazine. You know the yellow? You know what yellow magazine means? Gossip. What they call today social media. A place when they murder people on it minute basis. It's not a minute that someone is not being murdered there by these liars and fakers with no heart, such cruel people. So right away, right away, there is the Yellow Magazine have what to say. What's behind the scene of the story of Abraham and Sarah? We have some juicy news for you. Can you really believe that in this age a couple can have a child? Let's tell you the secret behind the scene. One time Abraham walks in the street with his wife. They heard a baby is crying. They went inside and they saw a baby that was neglected. They looked around. They didn't see any parent. They decided to adopt that baby, and that's how they have now a baby. Today they would say they adopted a baby from some agency. So, Chazal say— this is not my words, this is what Chazal wrote in the Gemara— that they actually did this. They picked up a child. You know how the Christians, they come, they put the baby by the church and they put them in the orphanage home? They leave a note. That's it. What are they gonna do? They let the baby die? Immediately they have to take care of it. So there, unfortunately, some people threw babies into the garbage cans. They found They were nervous, didn't want their parents to know. They were hiding the stomach. Girls that not married, they were very much afraid of their father, angry, abusive, dangerous father. When it happened, they had to somehow hide it. They did horrible things from the panic. So Avotai, Avraham made a big event. They invited all the important people. Important people. Everybody's eating and drinking and singing to Hashem. And Sarah is saying, excuse me, I have to nurse the baby. Ah, wait a minute, the story doesn't check out. We just told you last episode that they picked him up on the street. How exactly she got milk now? Oh, new information just came out. We have part 2 to the story. Preview tomorrow at 9:00. Some new discoveries about the story of the billionaire Abraham and the most beautiful wife Sarah. So next day we have discovered that the baby was not really adopted. It was actually the son of Sarah, but from Avimelech. Abraham was with her all these years. He couldn't— she could not conceive. She was one night in the house of Avimelech, and now she's pregnant. Do the math. And all the liars are adding comments in the bottom. Yeah, it's true, I work for Avi Melech that time, I saw. So that's what Avraham Olidet Yitzchak, the Gemara says Yitzchak looked look identical to Avraham. Nothing like Avimelech. Mama, she look at Avraham, you look at Yitzchak. Same face. Same face. You know, we have a rabbi, it doesn't feel good anymore, he has Parkinson's, but when the time he used to teach in yeshiva, he's now close to 90 already, but when the time he used to teach in yeshiva, One student came, a guy that saw my film Torah and Science, became religious. He came to look for me in Monsey, put him in a yeshiva, Torah and Science, sitting and learning. One older person walked into the yeshiva, looked at the shiur with that rabbi, and he come to this boy, say, "Excuse me, by any chance you are the son of such and such person?" 'Yes, it's my father.' 'I know it.' 'How do you know?' 'He looked exactly like you when I saw him last time 30 years ago.' He looked at him, he didn't see his father 30 years. Back then when he saw his father, he looked exactly like this boy now. He looked at his face, the Yeshiva is full of, I don't know, 60 people, maybe more. He looked at him and he knew it's his son. Why? Can I go home? Twin. Same thing over here. The Torah says Yitzchak looks exactly like Avraham, nothing like Avimelech. What will be the third episode when now everybody sees that? What will be? They're going to find another thing. The clowns always find what to say. They always find what to say. In Israel, they have a saying: "Aklavim nofrim"— the dogs are barking— "V'ashayarah oveiret"— and the group of people continue to move forward. Forward. But the dogs are barking. They can bark all they want. We have a goal to achieve in life. We should not let the dogs' barks interfere with the right path and the right direction. Avraham Avraham is asking from his 3 friends an advice about Brit Milah. He has 3 friends. Who are they? Eshkol, Aner, and Mamre. Aner, Eshkol and Mamre. When Hashem said to Abraham to circumcise himself and the kids and the servants, he went to consult with his three friends. You should have, you should have screamed now, objection! Cannot be! He's willing to slaughter his son with no hesitation, without consulting with his friend to do circumcision? He's gonna— Hashem told him to circumcise the baby, he's gonna run to consult with his friends? It's a complete contradiction. I'm willing to kill my son because Hashem told me with no hesitation, definitely I don't need advice from any friend. To cut a little foreskin from his body, for that I need to consult with my friends? And that's what the Gemara says. We have a problem. If it's in the Gemara, that's what happened. How are we going to settle this allegedly contradiction here? How? Vayaro tzlikratam. So, you know, Avraham is— Vayareilah Hashem be'ilu ne'ma'ar. Rashi says, why Hashem came to Avraham in Elonim Mamre? Because Mamre told him, go quickly and circumcise your son as Hashem told you. What was the dilemma of Avraham? The dilemma is few options. One option is Is it safe now to do it right now without causing pikuach nefesh, anything like that? You know, because Mamre told him that he should do it, Hashem came to speak to Avraham where? Dafka in Mamre, in a in an area where Mamre is the owner over there. The— this is very interesting because it's written that Hashem was complaining to Avraham, you save strangers and make them baalei teshuvah and converted them, and you didn't save your own nephew. Your nephew left and he went to Sodom and he ended up being a very wicked person, going to live with the most wicked people perhaps in history. How you save strangers but you don't save your brother's son? On the other hand, it's written that all these years that Lot was attached to Avraham, Hashem refused to talk to Avraham 2 things. When Abraham was out of Israel, Hashem never spoke to him. Only in the land of Israel. We learn from here the importance of the actual Holy Land. Different than the rest of the world in spirituality and ability and connection to God. Completely different. That's why even the non-Jews in every generation did everything they can to put their idol worshiping houses in Jerusalem. You see churches there, you see all kinds of Hindu places and Baha'i and Muslims and so many other religions in Israel. Why do you need to come all the way to this tiny place? Do it in India, do it in Persia, do it in Istanbul, do it in Europe. Why do you came over here, Armeni? Armenian church, Greek church, Portuguese, this, everybody comes to put their idols over there. Mosque here and mosque there and this. What's going on here? Stay in your place! What do you need? The answer is, even the goyim feels. I read in the Torah, the land that the eyes of your God is staring at the entire year, from the beginning to the end of the year. It's not written about any other country. Now you understand why everybody fights for that land. Everybody wants to have a peace there. Why? It's the most desirable piece of land spiritually. So It's, it's incredible how the years that Avraham was out of Israel, Hashem did not speak to him. Also all the other prophets, the prophecy was in Israel. Besides Moshe Rabbeinu that was taking the Jews out of Egypt, Hashem spoke to him in the desert, the other prophets in Israel. So the question that we have to ask, when Lot, the wicked Lot, was next to Avraham, Hashem did not speak to Avraham because of Lot is there. You are next to this Rashah, I'm not talking to you. Then we have another say that he said to him, you save all these wicked people, you couldn't save this Rashah? Make up your mind. I should save him, I should keep him next to me, or I should ignore him? It looks like a contradiction. No contradiction whatsoever. You must save him? Yes. You also must be far away from him because he's wicked. Don't put him next to you, next to your children. But he's my nephew. Doesn't matter. He could be your brother or your father. Doesn't matter. Your kid's going to get a horrible example how not to be. See, you're going to bring your parents and your father's going to come to the terrace and light a cigarette on Shabbat. You know the damage it's going to make to your kids. So what do you suggest? I won't bring my parents on Shabbat? They come with a car, he comes with a cigarette, he puts the phone on the table. They disrespect, they don't care, they make fun of the religion. They curse. The mother comes not modest. You're killing your children. So what about my parents? The children are a million times more important. You have an obligation to raise them in the right direction. The obligation to respect your parents is you got to them, you do for them, you love them, you try to make them religious. They need money, you give them. Yes, no contradiction. But not with the blood of my kids. Needless to say, strangers, guests, can we come to you? You already know they're not gonna come with the right clothing. They display all their tattoos everywhere. For some reason they think it's pretty. So they have to make sure that everybody see their tattoos everywhere they go. This guy will come with the earring here, the other one with the earring on his nose. Everybody with this, you know, nonsense. And then sometimes there's an argument at the table. They begin to speak against the biggest rabbis in Israel. Happened in my house. I told you the story or no? Unbelievable story. 25 years ago, my brother-in-law has a brother in Israel, a warrior, and with his two friends. One of them is a warrior, the other one is not. Three friends, they went to Thailand after their army They go to Thailand for a few weeks or months. From Thailand they come to New York. It's a trip. Now who they gonna come to New York? To me. So they want to come for Shabbat. Tough. Want to come for Shabbat. They coming for Shabbat. We have other guests in the house. Two of them are polite, give respect. None of them is religious at that time. They give respect, but the other one is extremely arrogant, with a dirty mouth, zero respect to the people that's hosting him, nothing. Things on the table he doesn't like. It's complete secular. He doesn't like, he begins to argue, but with yelling. I have a lot of religious people around, kids, this, the wife. It's very awkward. The name of Rav Ovadia Yosef Zatzal came in the conversation, it went crazy. He had to see how he was talking against Rav Ovadia. Mama should rip the clothes. What does he know from his life? That's all he watch on a lefty liberal traders, newspapers, and TV channels. That's all he sees, brainwashing nonstop against the chachamim, against the rabbis, to the point that he was speaking so ugly that the two guys were dying from shame, his friends, also secular. They said to him, excuse me, I don't know, how do you have the audacity We are guests here in the house of the Rabbi with his family and his guests. You attacking the Rabbi in his face? Come on, you're embarrassing us. You're holding Hebrew. He heard that, that now his two friends are also against him. Everyone were arguing with him. This guy, this one from the shiva, this— it's a big heated argument. He got up, pushed the chair. I'm done with you. Went to the room. The guy, my brother-in-law's brother, told me, I'm so embarrassed, I'm so embarrassed, if I knew it's going to be like this, I would not dare to bring him to your house. I said, no, it's okay, it's all a test from Hashem. It had to happen, what can we do? We're not, we don't think like that. This guy, I don't know where he got his hatred from. Rabotai, not even 3 minutes. 3 minutes. We begin to hear screams from the room. "Ahh!" Loud! We didn't understand what's going on. We got up. We run the hallway. The room is in the end of the hallway. We open the door. I see him on the bed, sitting. His eyes like tennis balls. He's holding his neck like this. What happened? Don't touch him, don't touch him. Maybe 20, 30 seconds like this, screams, and he become red. He cannot breathe. And then it stopped. And then once it stopped, like this for another minute, ah, ah, like this. What happened? The other guy, you okay? Ah, I don't know, somebody choked me. There's nobody here. I'm telling you, someone choked me. I felt I'm dying. The secular guy, the other guy, his name was Ilan, the parachuter in the army. He told him, you see what You know what happened when you speak about holy people? And what do you think happened? This guy became religious. They didn't until today. They became much more traditional, but they didn't become religious. This guy, after a year, when I went to Israel, I asked my brother-in-law, What's with your brother and his friends? He said, you're not going to believe, this guy is giving already shiurim in a Ben Yisrael, in a synagogue, halachot. That's what the Torah says, what doesn't come from the head comes through the legs. Meaning, that's what the Israeli army, that's what they say, "Ma sheilo bader charosh, bader charag lain." What doesn't come in an easy way will come in a hard way. You don't want to learn the easy way when you sit in a shiva and learn Torah, and that's the right thing to do? We'll teach you the hard way. Suffering, problems, government, police, bad neighbor. Hashem, His ways. And it's written in the Torah, When you have this sorrow and pain and all these problems will come to you in the end of days, you will return to your God and listen to Him. As results of that, Hashem will also return from His plan to destroy you and will have mercy on you. What do we see of Ve'irabotai? That it works both ways. Both ways. What does it mean both ways? That you're gonna return to me and I will return to you, but you have to be the first one. Ptach li petach. Open me a hole the size of a needle. It's already something for me. Open to let the Torah goes in. I will open you the whole world. We have few minutes left. If it's not the left hand, it's one of the kids in your house, one of your children. Children, you cannot you cannot throw away or you cannot do things, you have to take care of them. If they are a threat to the other kids, meaning if you don't send them away, they will ruin the entire kids after, then it's a problem. But if they, you give them a room in a basement, they do whatever they do and the kids understand that that's not the right way to be, it happens to thousands of families, almost Because in every family there is at least one black sheep. And when it's a stepson? Stepson is even more gentle and sensitive. Why? Because going against him, you go against your wife. And then what do you expect? A woman to give up on her son? As much as she loves her husband, it's very sensitive. It's also very problematic to marry someone that have kids that they are upset because the father is brainwashing the kids that the mother got remarried and they constantly gonna speak bad about the stepfather and it becomes a competition who's gonna do more for the kids. And if the step— if the real father that is away is not religious and is no Yerat Shamayim, he will use the kids to take revenge against his ex-wife. He will buy them things that is against the Torah. He will take them to places on Shabbat that are not supposed to. He will feed them not kosher. He will murder his kids for his ego. Almost in every divorce, when at least one or both sides are wicked, they will do everything they can to win, even if it's murdering their own kids' neshamas. Unfortunately. That's why to get divorced is very dangerous because then you can get— the kids can get destroyed because the other side is neglected and jealous and cannot stand that his kids are raised by another man. It's almost a guarantee to a disaster marriage. Better not to even start with something like that. Very difficult. Unless you 'mamash' an angel and you 'bal mi tod' and you let go and you 'lo nevigo' and whatever he's gonna say. But it's very difficult, trust me, it's very difficult. I've seen it hundreds of times over the years. I don't remember one time that it was smooth. Almost never. So I want to tell you, you know, Before we finish for tonight, because we have 5 minutes left, you know, Trump spoke today. The usual speech that he gives with the— hopefully they're gonna finish with the strike. It's more than a month. What? They don't pay salaries to people. People wait hours for flights. Many flights get canceled. People come at 3 3 PM, the flight takes off at 8 PM, or get canceled, have to go home, come back the next morning. Torturing millions of people because of these lefty liberals. Of course they can do everything they can to ruin it for the president, so they're gonna make a lot of problems. This is anarchy as usual. What's not going their way, they will destroy it. It's not my way, It's the highway. That's what's going on. So now it seems that they're going to solve the issues. Hopefully they will. But Trump, with intentions, is very good. With his ideology, what needs to be done, is almost always right. But when it comes to actions, he's very delusional. He lives in illusion like most people, but when you're president of the biggest country, when you're the president, you have to be a little bit more responsible, especially when you're almost 80 years old. You cannot act like a little child. Me, thanks to me, I did, enough with this. We're not in kindergarten now. But let me see some of the things he say and if really, it really, if If it really happens, okay. He said that he made peace between Putin and Zelensky, or Russia and Ukraine. Since he got involved, the world became 10 times worse. No peace, no nothing. It's a lot worse now. They're killing more of each other, and they're bombing more of each other, and there's no peace look anywhere in the near future. But he took the credit that he's going to make peace, and I did, and okay, listen to me, Zelensky. Beloni, nothing, complete failure. He say Hamas will give up their weapon, that's going to be the next step, and we will be able to bring armies from all over the world, from like 10 different countries, and we rebuild Gaza, and we're going to make Gaza Riviera, and it's going to be a great place. And we will be there. It's all illusions. Hamas is not going anywhere. There are 50,000 people with guns and RPGs. They all came out from their tunnels. You did not even tickle the Hamas. The fact that you killed 20,000 of his warriors, in a second they got everyone back from different— they have millions of Muslims waiting to come murder Jews. Millions waiting online, hoping, begging that they should take them. Plus, it's a very fat salary. You get a lot of money from Qatar and from other countries. So it's a dream of every Palestinian kid to be a shaheed, especially who will bring you money. And if you get killed, your family get a huge salary forever. And if you go to jail, the more years you got in you're in jail, the more monthly payments you're gonna get, your family. Some of these people, they just released in the hostage deal now, they came out with over 10 million shekel money in their bank account while they were in jail. They're multimillionaires. Every month, the Palestinian Authority, Abu Mazen, his friends, paying them a salary. And And so basically, you didn't touch the Hamas. What did you do? You destroy hundreds of buildings. Yes. You destroyed roads. You destroyed some electric and water pumps and stuff like that. What would it be? 5, 6 years? Tens of thousands of Arabs, they're very good in building. They're going to get a lot of money from the world, naive world, and they rebuild Gaza. In the meantime, they're very happy. They're going to make money. Money comes in, and Hamas will still be in power. What did Trump do? Nothing. The one good thing he did— thanks to him, at least we got the hostages because of that scam that there will be step 2. I don't believe he believed that Hamas will go anywhere. Same thing with Hezbollah. The Lebanon government has to get rid of the weapon of Hezbollah. Hezbollah. It's like asking the cat, make sure nobody touch the cheese. Stupidity. A child will make fun of him. We are in control. There's no more Hezbollah. What are you talking about? Hezbollah is back to full force. There's zero achievement. If it was up to me, at least I would take the entire land. Push, push, push, push, make a new border. That's it. We rebuild Gush Katif. We rebuild. We give back their properties to all the people we kicked out of there. We give them back double than what they had. We took away your lot, we knocked down your building. Here, take 2 lots. Everybody that was kicked, take back your land with interest. All the way to Beirut. It was already in our hands. Why are you giving it back? We achieve nothing. What else? This Pence, the Vice President, what is he doing? What is he doing besides complimenting Trump all the time? What did he do? He's not even pro-Israel. He's not even anti-Iran. He's pro-America. But what does he do? I don't know. I'm asking. I don't know. So about Iran. Trump say the nuclear facility of Iran is destroyed. Baloney. It's not destroyed. They made it so deep in the ground you cannot destroy it even with the special bombs that they threw. Made a very big damage. Yeah, it will take them 3 years to build. The Russians and the Chinese working there as we speak full-time now to rebuild everything. Plus they took out the uranium. It wasn't there when you bombed them. They're not stupid. Remember, you don't deal with stupid people. These Iranians are big snakes. They took it out. All they have to do is to fix the plant. Now they are Now, as we speak, they got thousands of new missiles right away instead of all the missiles we bombed. They say in the next battle, which will be shortly from now, it's just a matter of time, they will shoot 2,000 missiles a day, not 500 in a week. Maybe they exaggerate, but it's going to be a lot worse. So what happened? Every building in Israel starting to, to go down. They have— when you, when you shoot one missile, there is a chance to knock it down. Like from the Houthis from Yemen, they shoot one at a time, usually it doesn't hurt. One time it landed in the airport, not much, 100 steps from the terminal. One of their missiles fell. But Iran, they shoot 100 at a time, 3, 4, 5 of them goes in. Boom, make huge damage. Imagine if they really shoot 1,000, you're going to have 50 explosions every day. Technically, we're back to square one. That's really— if you really think about it, 1,000 soldiers die to release 50 hostages. We release thousands of murderers and terrorists back to terror. And Hamas is in power and Hezbollah is in power. And Trump keeps dreaming a new— there's a peace in the Middle East. Where exactly is that peace? In Syria? In Lebanon? In Gaza? Where is the peace that he's talking about? In Iran? In Yemen? What peace is he talking about? He's dreaming. He lives in a— when the ego takes over, you must compliment yourself even on those illusions. So basically Hashem is showing us nothing was achieved. In 5 to 10 years they can do another October 7th. This time if they'll be clever, they're going to come from all directions together with Iran and who knows what can happen. Now Turkey became a very dangerous country, much more than Iran. Turkey, they have the biggest army, bigger than European countries, and they have 250 F-16 airplanes. And now they're getting F-35, the best airplane in the world for war, from the United States. And Trump, with his illusion, Erdogan is a great leader. What great leader is Hitler? That's the Hitler of our days. Great leader. Business, business. We're going to sell him weapons now. What is Hashem preparing for us? I don't know. You saw today they caught a lot of terrorists that were planning attacks here. I'm not worried so much of Mandani than what I'm worried about the 900,000 900,000 Muslims that lives here in New York City. If 1% of them are jihadists, 1% from 900,000, it's 9,000 murderer jihadist terrorist style ISIS and Al Qaeda walking here in Queens, Brooklyn, right here a few blocks away from here. When I was in Belgium, the rabbi over there showed them to me in a corner next to the shul. Say, you see, they just came back from Syria. Each one of them killed dozens of people, chopped their heads off, and they come back with a Belgian passport like nothing happened. And they stand right here, 2 blocks from the shul. It's right around here, about there. When they feel now they own the place, you're going to see massive prayers on the streets. Soon you're going to hear from their mosque a lot of noise at 5:00 AM. And at night and nobody can do anything about it. What did Trump do to stop it? "I will take away citizenship. He's a terrorist." Why didn't you do it before? Now you can do it after he got elected? It's not— it's going to be a civil war. So we'll see, Rabotai. The future is very, very not clear. Maybe Hashem wants to teach us the hard way. Maybe He will perform miracle for us. Maybe we have a saying in Hebrew, "Ahar olid akbar." The mountain, it rhymes. Ahar olid akbar. Ahar, akbar. Ahar, it's a big mountain. Akbar means a mouse. The mountain turned into a mouse. Sometimes you think, wow, it's a huge problem. In the end, you realize it's not Sometimes it's the other way around. A mosquito became an elephant. It's much, much bigger problem. What will happen with him? How much he can do? Some of what he promised, it's very, very unlikely to happen. Many of the things he promised that he can do, they won't give him, they won't let him. Will be a big constant war, federal government, they freeze the budget. They said that a million people would leave New York City in the next 4 years, run away to Florida. Dos Santos said to all the cops, "Don't abuse yourself. Come to Florida. I'll give each one of you $5,000 gift and you will be hired by the Florida police." It's a normal state at least, runs by a normal guy. These lefty liberal extremists destroying the world. This is the people of Sodom. There is another option, that Muslims will kill him because he's a fake Muslim. He's a communist. He's not a real Muslim. A real Muslim is not pro-gay marriage. A real Muslim doesn't say some of the things he says. Some Muslims are furious. But right away Qatar and all these countries are feeling now we own New York City, we own London, we own France, we own almost all Europe with our money. They stay behind him. Qatar, where did he have all this money to run to be a mayor? He doesn't have no money, he's 34 years old. Where did he become so rich? Qatar is buying everyone out like they've been doing for decades. Unlimited gas coming from the ground there. Billions of dollars a week profit. They buy the world, the universities, the professors, they turn everyone to anti-American. And Qatar now owns New York. Qatar is now the boss here. It's just a puppet, this Mubarak. The thing is that there are so many jihadists over here that he is exactly the type of Muslims that they want to kill. A Muslim like him in other countries, the first one that they shoot him in the head. The first one. The Muslims, the fanatic Muslims. You know, they kill a person that have a bottle of whiskey in the house. If they're gonna have a Muslim that say that he's allowing gay marriage or allowing all kinds of things that he allows in public, in speeches, In any other Arab country, he would be dead a long time ago, including Iran. But here they are using him right now. At least we'll take over the place, then we'll deal with you. The question is what's going to be with us? Hashem shows us, I close all the escape options for you. There's nowhere to escape. Escape to Israel? Real problems. Europe, you can— it's over. Australia, New Zealand, it's over. Canada, completely over. Where are you gonna run to? Find one country in the world you can run to today that they are not taking over. As soon as you move, a year later they'll come over. There's nothing you can do. I heard that Mondani is going to cut funding for businesses that support Israel. Not only that, he wants to arrest Bibi. Next time Bibi comes to speak in the United Nations, imagine what comes out of the airplanes and police will put handcuffs on him. And imagine what would be Trump's response. Who knows what can happen, Rabbi Taya? We are in a very delicate time. He's trying to cut off the funding for business in Israel. Worry about what Trump's gonna do. Trump can cut the federal aid to New York and then the city is bankrupt. So now, here it's Queens, it's New York City. It won't affect so much Monsey or Lakewood or Long Island, but the 5 boroughs of New York are going to be affected very much. Real estate, my assumption is that real estate will be cut a a lot, the value of real estate here, because it's going to turn into Gaza here. You're going to feel like you're in Gaza here. You're going to see what's happening, everyone everywhere on the street. You're going to feel like you're in those neighborhoods of Canada and France and Belgium when all the jihadists walking in the streets, and it's going to bring down the value of the money. And don't forget that 34% of the liberal Jews voted for him. They prepared their own death and destruction, with their own hands. Just like the Torah says, and we finish for today, all the destroyers of us comes from among us. They all come from among us. They help the Hamas on October 7th. They do all the horrible things behind the scene. The world is shaking everywhere where you go now. Their question is where we going to be tomorrow. We don't know. We don't know what's going to be tomorrow. Every minute something can explode. It's such delicate time. That's why I'm making my film now, The End of Days. Half of it is done already. It's going to be a 1-hour film to prepare the world to what's coming soon, if we will be able to do teshuvah in the right way will get saved. What will save us? Torah and Gemilut Chasadim. Torah learning, supporting Torah, and do a lot of act of kindness, a lot of charity, lots of donations, especially to save souls. Because when you save souls, Hashem save you and your children, measure for measure. That's the, the key word. I save your kids, you save my kids. When the time comes. But not only that, the Gemara says that when we preach Munais Re, we say Elohe Avraham, Elohe Yitzchak, Elohe Yaakov, V'ela Gadol, V'agibbor V'anochai V'elelion. How do we finish the bracha? Baruch Atah Hashem Magen Avraham. Bless you, God, the protector of Abraham. What happened to Isaac and Jacob? The bracha started with them also. They fell down the road. How we ended up only with Abraham? We should say, Baruch Atah Hashem, Magei Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov. Why all of a sudden is only Abraham? The Gemara says that Hashem promised to Abraham, "The blessing will end with you." What's the secret here? And Mamashe, we finished. What's the secret? In the end end of days. Each one of the fathers symbolizes something else. Abraham, chesed, kindness. Yaakov, Torah. Yitzchak, emet, judgment. Avodah, Beit Mikdash. Korbanot, that's Yitzchak. Yaakov, emet and Torah. Yosef, olam, ishtam. Avraham is the symbol of kindness. Hashem said to Avraham, you should know in the end of days there will be no Beit Mikdash to help the people to do teshuvah. There will be no Torah. People will not understand 1% of the Torah. So many heretics, speakers that are speaking heresy. Destroying the minds of people. Everyone is confused. Nobody knows what Torah really is. But there will be one thing: Gemilut Chasalim, full force. You can still do, no matter how ignorant you are, no matter how many other problems you have, to be kind and to give a lot of donations and to help people and to save the poor and the widows and to drive people and to help them and to do all kinds of acts of chesed, this will remain in full force. Bechachot mim, the world would end with you. Chesed. Torah? Will be 150,000 Jews that knows Torah. Other 15 million have no idea what Torah is. Beit Mikdash? Nobody knows what it is. Nobody even can imagine what it is. There's no Beit Mikdash. Chesed, plenty, plenty. You can still do chesed every day. Donations, helping, cleaning, supporting, lending. So much chesed you can do even if you're not a righteous person. Torah, you need to be talmid chacham, tzaddik. If you're not tzaddik, you're not going to learn Torah. Beit Mikdash, you need to be tzaddik. To enter Bichlal Hashem. Chesed even Rasha can do. Rasha can give donations. If that's what will save him, he won't be able to say, "I learned a lot of Torah." Shem said, "Nonsense, you didn't learn anything." "I didn't sacrifice anything." Of course not, it's selfish. You run after materialism. One thing that can save the ordinary person people is Milut Hasanim. And that's what Hashem said to Avraham, "Be'chachot mim"— we will seal the story of this world with you. Kindness. That's the secret. B'ezrat Hashem, I hope we have Torah and Milut Hasanim. But if we don't have Torah, at least let's be supporters of Torah and do a lot of charity and a lot of chesed and a lot of kindness. And thanks to that, when Gog u'Magog would start the final war, Hashem will have extra protection and mercy on us. B'ezrat Hashem. Baruch Adonai Elohim. Amen ve'Amen. Rabbi Chananya ben Akashya Omer.
