3 habits that have changed my life. Now look, these habits are not going to be just some simple habits, you know, all the general habits like working out and just like, you know what I mean, like waking up early. Like, yeah, these habits changed my life too, and they still like do, and it still changed a lot of people's life. But look, I'm going to tell you mine. Uh, the first one, limiting your screen time, bro. This is I swear to God, if you want to do like every habit, which is like, like every like sort of like considered good habits, like working out or just eating clean, all those things, not, not, maybe not for eating clean, but you know, reduce your screen time. Why? Because everything becomes more enjoyable. Everything becomes more enjoyable. Now the work I do, like I don't know, doing deep work or just working on business or just going outside or just doing anything. I enjoy way more, like just working out, I enjoy way more. And so I'm way more productive, okay? I'm way, way more productive. Like my productivity has skyrocketed, like literally, because I'm not distracted anymore. I don't spend time just mindlessly scrolling on something because I feel like that's how I treat my time. I treat my time like it's limited because it is. You know, if you really like look at it like this, you don't have like— well, when you spend time on your screen, like, I'm not going to say this a thousand times, but when you spend time on your screen, you're just basically wasting time. You're not doing something that's meaningful or sort of like fun or anything. So every time, well, every time I'm on the screen, even now, I feel like my happiness just decreased every time I'm on the screen. Like, I become more moody, okay? Like, my thoughts, my thought pattern just gets fucked up because I don't know, I don't know scientifically or how it works, but you just like start, I don't know, you just start being like more moody. Like, there was like one of There was a guy, like I think an entrepreneur or something, he said the number one thing that increases happiness was to decrease screen time. And me limiting my screen time brought so many benefits. Like I said, you reduce your screen time and so you have way more free time, you have more attention, you have more focus. Things like deep work is way easier, you're way more productive. You know, because think about it, if you limit your screen time, let's say you only go on your screen for an hour a day, and let's say it's like at 5 PM, then for the whole morning until 5 PM, you'll have nothing to do in terms of instant gratification. So why not do like the work that is meaningful and that is actually like bringing you a sort of sense of fulfillment to your life? So, you know, now I just love doing the small things. Literally just because I reduce my screen time. I love like just walking like in nature and just talking. I love just, well, like working out is just— it's become— working out is fun. And so I, I can put in more effort. Like, I don't know how to explain, but you know, it's, it's a pain when you don't want to do something, but now like it feels like I want to do it. It feels like way more. Sometimes, yeah, I might not want to do it, but Now I feel way more like sort of like excited to do that thing because you become more optimistic and excited for the small things, which is so powerful, okay? And I got also like a way better attention span, bro. I can read, and so I can, but I read for hours, bro. I can, I can read for the whole day if I want because I got way better attention span because I don't waste my time just checking useless things on my phone or on computer. I don't do that because my time is limited on the screen, so I have a way better attention span. Most people don't got attention span, bro. I'm not trying to brag like me only me got attention span, but like I've seen a study, like they said the attention span of people, like after, like it was like 12 seconds, now it's 8 seconds. But I think it's even worse, and I'm pretty sure it's like at 6 seconds, okay? Most people don't got an attention span. If you want to get attention span, reduce technology. Because what do you find on technology? Everything, everything that destroys your, your, your attention span, you know, TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, and just like scrolling on Instagram, just, it just makes you— well, like, when you don't have attention span, you don't gain that as much knowledge because you're not actually interested as much. You're like, you're not able to have the attention span to listen to a course or to read a book because it's not as sort of like fun, but quote-unquote, you just, you're just like, it feels boring. But it's only because you're used to just seeing like a thousand things like in front of you, because humans are driven by learning. And once like you, once you do something that is related to learning. Like, for example, you scroll, then you find new information. You find new information, which is very important. You gotta understand, because you find new information, and that's what you want. Why does a kid love to, like, you know, in, uh, an elevator, when a kid's like push down like all the buttons in the elevator, like, why do they like doing this? Because every time they click, they see a light coming out. And that sort of like is related to learning because you learn that, okay, when you click, so there's a light popping up, so you do it again and do it again and do it again because you see, and like your brain is sort of like stimulated by this, you know, by clicking and seeing a light. Now if you literally stop doing like all those things related to stimulation and just getting too much information because basically, like, you know, it might sound weird, but let's say on TikTok, you're always seeing information, information, but at every one, like, one second. But when you're on a course, let's say you're watching a course or you're taking a class, well, you're gonna get, like, the information, like, one hour. But on TikTok, you can get it in 5 seconds. So that's why people don't got any test time. Now, the second habit will be reading books. And that's like the most powerful thing about reading books is the fact that you become like more, more like, um, what can I say? You become more, uh, I forgot the word, like you become more, become more like not focused, but you are more serious about that thing. You're more serious about the subject, about the book. If you're reading a book, let's say about sleeping, then you're gonna stop lacking sleeping because now you got the knowledge, first of all, but also it's like the author kind of like emphasized the importance of sleep. So you might as well, like you know now that you're not gonna lack sleep because sleep is important. And the author really puts that in your mind. When you read, for example, me with deport, now there's sort of aspects of deport, it kind of stayed in my mind and I still use it to this day. And it still is like, it's important. Yes, let's say one of the things that happens with people, let's say that they read about books on diet. Some people might be just some casual healthy people that just eat salads or just eat healthy stuff. But then they read a book about diet and then they become more sort of like serious about that because now they know the importance. But that can be toxic, but that's not the point, okay? But they become more serious about, you know, the aspect of just, um, eating healthy, why you need to eat healthy. You— now you understand why eating healthy is so important. You understand why sleep is so important because you read that book. Also, like, we just getting like so much knowledge, and I feel like every time I read a book, it kind of changed my life. Like, I've read, uh, The Millionaire Fasting, which by MJ Marco, and opened me to like a lot of new possibilities and opportunities because it feels like they just share their perspective, and then you realize like, oh, I can actually do this. I'm not supposed to do everything like everyone told me to do. Like for me, reading MJ DeMarco book, like at first I was like, you know, the only way I can get rich is with patience and like after 50 years. But now I read this book and I'm like, okay, so I can become rich. Like, you know, you know what I mean? Like you can, I can do something different so I don't have the same sort of like fate and future as everyone else. And bro, it just opens up your mind to a lot of things. And also it makes you able to sort of like change because when they share their perspective, you might not understand it or you might not like it, but most of the time it's like to your benefit once you embrace their opinion on things and you realize like, oh, okay, these people got knowledge and their opinions actually have a lot of value. And, bro, that's just changed your life. Now, the third habit, eating clean. And why? Like, I'm not just saying like eating clean just for you, for your body in general, but once you cut out the sugar, the processed foods, and everything, the most type of like the most nutritious food, the most healthy food, the most food, the most like whatever food like that should think gives you, like, let's say, that helps you build muscle, that boosts your brain health, that helps you sleep better, that makes you more calm, makes you less stressed, makes you less anxious. Those foods actually become tasteful and enjoyable. Now, for example, me, once I cut it out, like junk food, sugar, and everything. Now, for junk food, let's say I literally, literally, like, I started eating things like, things like, I don't know, like cook on cook, like your mom's cooking, for example, literally becomes like one of the best things you ever taste. And you crave it. You start craving these foods. You start craving the foods that will pay you dividends in the future. That will literally be the reason, like, literally be an aspect why, let's say, you build a lot of muscle. An aspect why you had a lot of focus for your business, literally, bro. Because yes, you might think like, oh, it's not just eating like one, one, uh, avocado which, which is gonna be making me healthy. But once you do the opposite, you just eat junk food 24/7, that's actually gonna maybe actually make it worse. Like, let's say in business you want, you want to have more focus to do your work, it's actually maybe going to make it worse because you're like, you might be deficient in omega-3s, or might be deficient in some minerals that makes your brain functioning healthy. So you might not be as productive. I know it's deep, but you know, just think about it like this, bro. Once you cut out the sugar, the processed food, the food that is most nutritious, which is going to help your body way more, which is actually like going to fuel your body, becomes more enjoyable. Okay, so that's the 3 habits.
