A few days ago, I moved from Canada all across the world to Asia because I was done waiting. You might be thinking, okay, you moved to a new country, you're traveling. I went to Japan right before that for a few days, and then I'm here in this new country. And you might think that, wow, you're living your dream life and so on. But let me tell you why I chose to come here, why I chose to travel all across the world. Right now, I'm in literally the middle of nowhere. I only know of one guy that lives 15 minutes away from me. I know no one. I'm by myself in a new country. I don't know the language. A lot of them struggle with basic English here, the locals. The weather is different, and it's overall very new to me. For the first time of my entire life, I'm going to live abroad for more than 90 days. And to give you some context, 6 years ago, I was super, super, super lonely. I talked about this in many of my videos. I had zero friends, not even one, because I cut them all off so I could really just focus on my projects without having to hear about their opinions and them criticizing me because I'm, let's say for example, recording a YouTube video. At that time I had a self-improvement YouTube channel. You can scroll down, you'll still see these videos from back in the days. And I knew that I would probably be judged for if I made them. And the same people I would hang out with were the people I knew ever since childhood that kind of bullied me during my teenage years. And in 2020 was the pandemic. That's when, for most of us, we had a wake-up call. We started searching about, maybe I need to change my life around. I'm there, I have nothing to do, I'm bored. I was in desperation of approval. I really wanted to be the man that just like has women in his life. And that's all I cared about. I wanted to prove the people that bullied me wrong, but I felt powerless. I was weak physically. Physically, I was— I couldn't even go to the gym. I remember I couldn't even squat just the barbell. Yeah, just like the bar. That was too hard for me. That was too heavy at that time. Mentally, I would always cry. I would just play video games. And yes, I would literally go back home to cry because life was too hard at that time, or at least I thought so. And then as I started improving my life, I realized, oh, let me help other people just improve their lives. Because most people around me at that time didn't care about improving their lives. They didn't care about eating healthy, about working out. About living a good moral life. So I said, why don't I help other people? So I started helping people with their habits, with self-improvement in general. And I realized that one of the biggest struggles that they had was PMO, was porn and masturbation. So at that time, I was still struggling with that, obviously, as I just started my journey. But I said, let me focus on that. So I spent months, years, just trying to figure out how to quit porn. Let me tell you, it was painful. It was miserable. The feeling of getting to 90 days to then slipping back up. The feeling of then after those 90 days, binging for a few days. Just being there by myself, self-sabotaging, not working on anything in my personal life because the shame and guilt that I carried afterwards was just too much for me to even try to do something like work out or start this new project or work on a business and so on. I just remember, Every time I would fall back, I just couldn't even look at people in the eyes. I was just filled with so much shame and guilt. Now, why am I talking about my story? It's because we make that mistake, and I used to make that mistake too. When I was struggling with adult content, like I said, I would go 90 days without it. Sometimes I would have periods where for months I would hit like a plateau at 7 days. Every week I would go back to it. I was so lonely. I had, like I said, no friends. I just craved social interactions and I had none. Can you imagine? And I just thought that, look, uh, that's why I watch porn. I can't do anything about that. But one of the mistakes I made at that time is I thought that I need to put my life on pause. I need to wait before my habits, whether that be porn, masturbation, or other bad habits, would be completely removed before before I would go for the real hard uncomfortable goals, the real meaningful goals in my life. You don't want freedom just because you want to be free from porn because you're tired of it. Yeah, sure, you might be tired of it and that's motivating you to change, but that won't motivate you long term. What we care about is not just freedom from porn. We care about building our lives, building that relationship with God, being the man that can start a family, or that can become a great father, become a great husband. So they wait to pursue these goals before they quit porn. So what happens is they stay stuck, and I've been there before. We stay stuck for years trying to remove porn, and we get on a good streak, 21 days, 50 days, 70 days. We feel amazing. We're like, this time I got it, I'm never going back. Now maybe I'll go and start pursuing these goals. Now I'll have a social life and start interacting with other people and maybe find a partner so I can get married. Now I'll start my business and really go all in. And then we have this slip up. We go back to porn again and we start from zero. And then we feel so much shame and guilt and we haven't taken action towards these goals yet. We've been procrastinating on these goals, the things that really matters to us. Why did I choose to move here in Asia? It's because I want to focus on these areas of my life. I want to focus on my coaching. I've just built now a brand new personalized roadmap for each student. It has everything. It looks amazing. Maybe I'll show you guys in another video. Right now I wanna focus on my fitness because I'm in Asia for the, at least the next 3 to 4 months, if not more. I wanna make sure that I can be in the best shape of my life. I'm currently going through a lean bulk. I just finished my cut. I want also to focus on family, marriage, and so on, since we're getting closer to that. My spiritual life, the most important thing to me. And I know that because I have no one that I can rely on here in Asia, it forces me to really rely on God even more, which is life-changing. But I want to really focus on my spiritual life here. That's why I moved. That's the number one reason why I actually moved here. Just being by myself, I know the isolation, which before used to kill me. To be by myself with my thoughts. I, I just couldn't think of the problems in my life, the challenges. It's too uncomfortable. I don't want to think of these things. And now I know, I see the value in facing myself, facing my thoughts. That's why I decided to move here. I said, why should I delay that? Because that's been a goal of mine for so long. If you've been reading my emails, I just made an email a few days ago talking about that. It was a goal of mine. I'll let you have it here In my vision that I wrote back in March 2024. And look, I'm not gonna lie, guys, it's been 4 days that I've been here in Asia. And before those, those 4 days, I was in Japan, which was pretty cool. Obviously, I loved just trying the, the Japanese food. It was a, it was a great experience. I, I just love Japan. It was actually my 3rd time in Japan. I'm grateful to God for this. But right now, 4 days in, and I'm not gonna lie, I was super uncomfortable here, man. No one speaks English. My routine is completely torn apart. I'm in a different time zone.. I had no gym, which I love going to the gyms. Like, that's one of my passions to just work out. I'm in an Airbnb right now and it's much smaller than I expected. I don't have a proper desk. I literally have, as I'm recording this video, it's on top of the refrigerator and I'm working on top of the refrigerator because if I order a desk, then it's gonna be too big and it's gonna take too much space that I won't be able to really move in the apartment. Also have nut allergies and I need to be very careful to not eat them because If I eat them, I go straight to the hospital and I could literally die. So I have all of these things that I'm like stressed about, and I have like random bills to pay. I have to pay electricity there, and then I gotta pay this. And I know, even though I do not like facing these things in the moment, I know that this is exactly what's going to help me grow even further. Because ever since I started this coaching, Coaching People Quit Porn, my mission has always been to be able to help 1 million men quit porn forever. Now, of course, I do not just plan on doing that through the YouTube videos and the one-on-one coaching. The main thing I wanna work on, maybe for this year, we'll see, would be the book. My vision for the book is that I make it completely free, obviously the PDF version, the online version, and then the physical version, I make it as cheap as possible so that we can really help as many people as possible and change the whole narrative when it comes to quitting porn. Help people— and then this is literally what I wrote in my vision 2 years ago— help people see that quitting porn is not that hard, that it can be effortless. It's not have that NoFap ideology anymore. That's what really motivates me. That's my mission. I want to help people see that they don't have to feel trapped. They're not trapped. It's all an illusion that they can break. They've just been fed the wrong ideology that came from the whole recovery movement, from NoFap and so on. And that's the reason why they struggle. And in the end, what matters is not just for them to quit porn, like I said, it's for them to live their lives to the fullest, to get closer to God, which is number one, obviously, and then to build a family, marriage, be an example for the people, be a role model, help other people. That's what we want at the end of the day. So guys, I'll document this. I hope this can inspire you. Maybe this is going to flop, maybe this is going to succeed. Obviously I'll do everything on my side. I'll take the actions, I'll do the work, and I'll let God take care of the rest. I'll see you guys soon.
