In this motivational monologue, Samir Gardner argues that quitting porn, masturbation, and lust (PMO) yields three long‑term, "strange" benefits. First, he claims men become more mature because they abandon an immature habit, leading to greater seriousness, focus on goals, and a closer relationship with God. Second, he says the freed‑up time and heightened drive push men to the gym, increasing physical strength and embracing masculine pursuits. Third, he asserts that eliminating PMO sharpens willpower and problem‑solving ability, forcing men to confront challenges rather than hide behind screens, which ultimately makes them more successful and respected. Gardner intersperses personal testimony, a faith reference, and a promotional pitch for a free private community, a paid course, one‑on‑one coaching, and a Black Friday sale.

What are the strange benefits that you'll get when you actually leave porn behind? Look, let's just cut off all of that fluff around you're gonna have superpowers, you're gonna levitate, everybody's gonna become attracted to you. And let me tell you like the real benefits that you haven't even noticed in the first place. Look, I've helped countless men to quit forever porn, masturbation, lust, and these benefits always come in as time goes on for them. The first benefit is you become more mature. Now, the reason why you become more mature is because you literally give up a part of yourself that is not only immature, but that was part of your life ever since you were young. And as a byproduct, you start becoming a new person. The new person, obviously, that now you're older and you're giving up things that you used to do in your youth makes you just more mature. And with that benefit, people are gonna take you more seriously. You're gonna start working on actual projects instead of just fooling around. You're gonna become more of that man instead of that boy, regardless of your age. And you're finally gonna have like that change that you've been looking for for so many years that you haven't done because you've just been stuck in that cycle of PMO and shame. Like for example, for me, when I left this, instead of just thinking about lust and all of these fantasies, I was literally just thinking about my goals and my projects and getting closer to God and things that actually moved the needle forward in my life and that were actually important. That made me a man. The second benefit is you actually become more strong physically. Now, you don't become more strong physically because you don't watch certain videos on it on your phone, but because you remove that distraction from your life. Now all you're left with is a bunch of time and you feeling better, you feeling more drive and hunger, and you wanted to be in a relationship makes you just want to get stronger constantly. It's like every day you wake up and you're like, yeah, I want to go to the gym and lift heavier weights because it's like your only option in your mind. You're not going to go hide behind porn. And so you start going to the gym and you start actually taking it seriously and you start actually pushing yourself to the limit because it actually starts feeling pleasurable. Instead of getting that pleasure from a video, you get that pleasure from real life and you start just embracing all of those things that are related to your masculinity and you actually start enjoying them because you probably relate. But when you do the deed, you don't even want to do anything. You don't even care about your goals anymore. You really think you're going to go to the gym and just push yourself when you feel mentally fatigued? Obviously not. Now, the third and last benefit is that you literally find the answer to any problem that you face in your life. What I see nowadays based on the people I talk to is there's this lack of will to want to actually confront whatever is happening in their lives and do something about it because they can just be comfortable behind their screens. And PMO. So whenever things get a bit hard, they just don't even try to solve the problem. And guess what? The problem stays there and the problem just gets bigger and bigger because conflict avoided is conflict multiplied. But when you don't PMO anymore, you literally start seeing the benefit in actually solving those problems, not only because it is the only option you have in the back of your mind, but also because you're again driven and hungry to become better so that you can get to your goal, whether it be to be married, whether it be to build a family, whatever. So all of that pressure that you get on you, yes, you're gonna feel pressure. Yes, you're gonna feel stressed if it happens, but you're way more positive about it and you're willing to embrace it and become stronger as a byproduct and start becoming more of that role model that people look up to. And those small benefits can have like a huge change on your life. Just think about it. The guy that doesn't face his problems might just get big problems 10 years from now and he literally made no progress compared to the guy who just goes out there and actually confronts these problems every day and improves themselves. Well, guess what? 10 years from now, he's gonna become someone who's obviously successful in whatever he wants. And look, if you wanna quit porn masturbation lust forever, I actually have a free private community that has a full-on course that you can watch for free. And also if you wanna be coached by me one-on-one, there's another link in my description to book a call with me to see if you want to join the mentorship. And there's also a Black Friday sale right now for this week. Anyways, Samir Gardner, peace.
