Okay, so what's good, y'all? It's your boy Samir Gardner. Hope y'all doing good. So as you can see, I got a new haircut. Uh, you know, that's not what I'm gonna do in the video. I'm not gonna talk about this. I just want to show y'all a quick recipe that's highly nutritious, uh, natural and everything, bro. It's only raw foods, and it's one of the recipes I eat the most. And I think it's probably— if you're an athlete, if you're just a normal person, if you do anything it's gonna boost everything, okay? So this is a chia seed pudding, so I'm, I'm about to do it. Um, now first of all, I got the chia seeds. Now the chia seeds, bro, it's— the benefits are just too high. It's high in omega-3s, essential fatty acids, uh, high in fiber. So if, if y'all always are backed up in your colon and everything, Take, take chia seeds. It's very, very high in fiber, um, high in protein. For like 1 ounce, it has like 5 grams of proteins. Um, you know, omega-3s are very important. Like I said, uh, there's a lot of omega-3s, more omega-3s than salmon, but it's not the same type of omega-3s. But it's still, bro, chia seeds are just underrated. Like, so I'm just gonna put on pretty much the rest. Y'all can put out as much as you want, to be honest. I put a lot, but I think, I think like you can put less and everything. So what I'm gonna do next is add the plant-based milk. Personally, uh, I use, uh, hemp milk right now, but I think coconut will be the best, or almond, or I mean any type of milk. And I make— I added dates to my milk so it'd be more sweet, so I don't have to put any type of sweetener, uh, indicious seed pudding. So here is my hemp milk. I just put in some hemp seeds with dates and water. That's it. So I'm good. You can put as much as you want, to be honest, because the chia seeds are going to absorb the milk, the milk or the water. So what I do is I just do it like this, like I just Move it around until like the chia seeds absorb the, the, the milk, and it doesn't take long. It takes about like 30 seconds, and then you're gonna realize you can put more milk and it's still gonna absorb and everything. Now, uh, I finished mixing the chia seeds with the plant-based milk. So as you, as you can see, look, it's still like kind of liquid, like it's not Like, it's like the chia seeds didn't absorb everything, which is— which doesn't happen to me usually. But you know, it's still okay because usually you let the chia seeds put in just in the refrigerator so it can absorb fully the liquid, the plant-based milk. So what I'm gonna do next is add some cinnamon. Uh, y'all can put as much cinnamon as you want, okay? I use just normal cinnamon, so usually I put a lot because I love cinnamon, to be honest. I mean, I think everyone loves cinnamon. So now I'm just gonna mix it again. You see, like, the, the consistency already became more solid, which is what I'm looking for. Now this recipe is kind of like low carbs because chia seeds don't have any carbs. I mean, they have fiber, but that's not like— there's no sugar basically, except for the dates in the hemp milk. But I don't think that I would consider it like a bad sugar because dates is just a fruit, and I think it's the best sweetener. It's the only sweetener I use. So what I'm about to do next is add my— okay, I don't eat peanut butters because I had some allergies in the past, but this is sun butter, okay? Y'all can put almond butter, y'all can put any type of butter, bro. Tahini, uh, I, I don't think tahini is going to be the best, but y'all can try. Uh, I think almond butter, peanut butter, uh, bro, any type of nut butter basically. It's gonna be— it's gonna add some protein, some good fats and everything. So, you know, sun butter is very high in protein. Y'all can use pumpkin seed butter, anything y'all want. So I'm gonna put like a tablespoon or something. Now next and the last ingredient is just some blueberries. So I mean, I just took some blueberries on unfreeze them, and I'm just gonna add them basically. I mean, blueberries is just— you can put any fruits. If you have strawberries, if you have apples even, or maybe bananas, anything. I just think blueberries is one of the like best in terms of nutrition and taste, so that's what I use. But strawberries are very, very good too. Um, yeah, you know, that's a Another thing y'all can add is some jam, but I don't think commercial jam is the best jam, to be honest, because there's added sugar and everything, and the main ingredient is sugar. So what I do usually is I make my own jam with chia seeds. I put some strawberries, some chia seeds, some dates, a little bit of lemon juice, and I just mix it, and I just mix it and makes like a very, very good, um, uh, jam that is very highly nutritious because instead of the sugar you got dates. Dates comes with fiber, comes with, I think, magnesium, comes with a lot of things. So I think that's very, very beneficial. Plus it tastes good. It tastes like there's sugar, but there's no sugar, you know. Dates are the sugar. Yeah, I just finished the recipe. Uh, I'm about to show y'all the final product. Now this is the final product. Um, I swear it's gonna taste good, plus it's highly, highly nutritious. If you eat oatmeal, if you eat breakfast cereals or anything, I'm not saying it's bad. I'm not saying oatmeal is bad because oatmeal is actually good, but chia seed pudding can definitely, definitely be good because it's low carbs. Uh, it takes like 5 minutes to make, to be honest. And what I'm gonna do is just put it in the refrigerator for a few hours, and it's just gonna be more thick and more solid, and it's gonna taste better, basically. So yeah, that's it for the video. Hope y'all like it. Comment, share, subscribe. Then, like, I'm out. Peace.
