Comfortable choices will bring an uncomfortable life, 100%. Okay, this is one of the, one, one, one of the most important things you got to understand in life. If you want a good life, you cannot have a life where you're comfortable 24/7. You can't just lay down in bed, watch TV, you know, go, go to work and do the same thing every day without no sort of like mental or physical good pain. Like, I'm talking about like good pain means like things like maybe working out, because you know, it's pain, like it's not comfortable. But many people nowadays don't just have a comfortable life. Like, yes, we, we got like our life way more— our life is way more easier. Like, we got tools to do anything. Like, we can literally do anything by ourselves, but yet like that makes us even more lazy because of that. And I know I'm not blaming like the tools and people that created the stuff and everything. Shout out to them, they're great entrepreneurs, okay? But bro, if you constantly just choose comfort over uncomfort, you're gonna— like, you're gonna 100% not live a life that you— that is fulfilling in a sense. Because really think about it, like, me, when I work out, when I do videos, when I read, when I do things like anything, okay? It brings a kind of sense of fulfillment because I'm progressing. That's where growth happens, okay? That's where progress happens, in uncomfortable situations. And that brings fulfillment, you know? Looking back, like, you— I look like I'm a progress, but making videos, if you look at my first video, bro, I, I was the most stressed guy you, like, you would, like, ever known. Like, Just look at my first video. I think I got it on my phone too, but bro, I was just like straight stressed. I was like, I couldn't even breathe like properly. And now I'm way more confident just making videos. And that brings me a sense of fulfillment because I know I can go even bigger than that. I can make more progress. But yeah, if you choose comfort, if you choose to watch TV for 5 hours a day and watch movies and you know, do all those comfortable things, then yes, you're not gonna have— like, what kind of fulfillment are you getting from watching TV? Tell me. I know we gotta like address the root of a problem. Like, yes, you might be watching TV because, you know, you, you're dealing with some problems. I 100% understand because, you know, when you deal with things, like, you want to forget that thing. But this is not the way out. And me, even me, when like I deal with a problem, I try to go and listen to music and watch a video. Like, I'd be thinking about doing things like this, and sometimes I do it. I'm not perfect, but this is not the way out. Like, this is not the best. This is not— this is comfortable. This— you're doing something comfortable to an uncomfortable situation that's going to make you grow so much when you're dealing with a problem. And you actually face that problem, you're gonna grow, bro. But the problem is, you know, most of our life is dedicated to comfort, okay? Like, I'm not gonna lie, bro, I, I go run. No, I don't— I hate running, okay? But I still go around 3 times a week because that's uncomfortable. If I find something that's more uncomfortable, I'm probably going to give up running or something because I hate running. I'm just doing it for discipline and, you know, the uncomfortable zone, like uncomfortable thing. But if you, for example, choose to eat food like everyone else, which means fast food, which means eating 24/7, snacking, just eating like food that's destroying your health. Guess what? That's comfortable. Yeah, that's fun, quote unquote, because you eat things that make you happy and everything, even though like it makes you happy for like literally 2 minutes and after you regret it. But the major problem with that is not even like the health problems. I mean, yes, it's the health problems because In the long run, like, what's gonna happen? You're gonna have uncomfortable life. Because do you know, like, let's say, let's say, like, okay, so I don't want to speak like in fear or something. Like, I don't want to put any fear inside of you. I hate people that just talk with fear, okay? But I don't hate them really. Um, you, if you, for example, said, you know, I'm gonna eat McDonald's every day, 2 times a day, for the rest of your life. You know sickness is coming, you know, like, um, like, let's be like 100% real, like, you know, if you just put trash in your body and you have a trash lifestyle and you do nothing with your life, you're probably gonna become sick, right? You're probably gonna have some sort of like diseases. But I don't want to wish that on anyone. But do you know how uncomfortable that is? Yeah. Just me. Sometimes when, you know, I, I used to be sick in the past, and sometimes like I get sick, like my stomach hurts. Do you know how uncomfortable that is? Imagine being in that like for 3 months, in an uncomfortable situation like this. That's where it comes— comfortable choices brings uncomfortable life, uncomfortable choices brings comfortable life. But bro, it's simple. I think the number one— like, I'm going to give you a solution right now. It's called dopamine detox. I talked about it a thousand videos. I don't sell anything related to that, but look, dopamine detox. Why? Because you're going to eliminate the comfort in your life, which is going to make more room for the, the uncomfortable— and because it's going to make the uncomfortable situation more easy to tap in. Like for me, for example, on my dopamine detox, you know, I don't spend time— like, yes, I still spend time watching Netflix, like 2 hours per week, okay? But I don't do much. I don't do much else. I don't do like— I don't do watch sports on TV. I don't watch— I don't go on Instagram and watch things. I have like one thing that is like dopamine related. Per day. If it's one YouTube video, or maybe it's like some, some anime episodes. If you do something like this, you reduce your dopamine intake. Things like, for me, for example, things like working out becomes more easy to tap in. Like, I can work out every day now. Yes, I can. Yes, you just need discipline, but it feels more easy. Like, yeah, yeah, you don't want to— you don't want things to be easy, you want it to be hard. But think about it, if you make it hard on yourself, then why is it worth it? Like, why? There's no point making it hard for yourself. But if you make something more easy for you, because think about it, like, if you Reduce your dopamine intake, okay? If you stop just scrolling on your phone right when you wake up, you're gonna be— there's gonna be at least like 5,000 more percent chance of you actually working out than if you went on your phone. That's one of the most important things you can do. Destroy the comfort in your life. Like, don't— not, not, not destroy the comfort, but reduce the comfort in your life, and you'll find uncomfortable things a bit more comfortable. You know, working out is going to become more fun and quote-unquote more comfortable because you like it and you have nothing else to do. You know, you don't have your phone to mindlessly scroll on and just be hypnotized by. Now you're gonna have to work out because it's fun. It's crazy because Just things like, like just reading becomes fun, like very, very fun. I'm reading, like for example, when you read a book about something you like, for example, me, I like to read about like diets and you know, I got a book that talks about like the diet of people like that are like very healthy that live like in places where they're isolated and everything. You know, that is so fun, that is, as much fun as for someone else to watch Netflix. Crazy. It's crazy. Uncomfortable choices will bring you a comfortable life. If you, for example, work out consistently, that's uncomfortable. But guess what? There's way— there's a lot of benefits that comes with it in the long run. Your life is— you're gonna start with more benefits in your life. It's like, just think about it like a video game. If you did nothing to your character, then are you going to be more able to like fight against people? Are you going to be able to, you know, just play the video games and enjoy the video game if you didn't do anything to your character? You didn't evolve it. Like, you couldn't— you can't even play with your friends because they were grinding and you didn't grind. So I'm gonna say it one more, one more time. Uncomfortable choices brings a comfortable life, and a comfortable life is a good life, okay?
