Okay, so I've managed to gain a pretty good amount of weight in a healthy manner, like, recently. And I'm gonna tell you how to do it because, to be honest, bro, for me it was hard and it took a lot of time, bro. So let me give you the background. So first of all, I started with, you know, when I started self-improvement, which was like Basically like 2 years ago, almost 2 years ago, I was like not skinny, but I was a bit more fat than skinny, you know what I mean? Like I wasn't like skinny, I was— so I had like some body fat that I had to shed with like workouts and diets and everything. And then I changed my diet, which was more like fruits and veggies and everything. Pretty much a plant-based diet. And you know, I didn't have much knowledge. I just went in for like, because pretty much because like everyone was like, oh, you'll see the benefits and everything. And I'm not saying it's not a good diet. I'm just saying from my experience what happened. And what happened is because I have much knowledge, like bro, I lost a lot of weight. Like I lost like maybe 20 to 25 pounds. Issue. Like, yes, you know, like I got rid of the fat, I detoxed my body a lot, which was very beneficial, which is something I'm still like kind of like grateful that I did because, you know, I did a lot. I was doing a lot of fasting, but fasting is not gonna make you lose muscle or anything. But I started losing muscle. That's what I see. Or maybe it was just a placebo, but I started losing muscle. So up until recently, okay, I was still skinny and everything. Probably like 2 months ago, yeah, about 2 months ago or less, I, I did one thing. I did 2 things actually, okay. Since I was eating more like sort of like plants and everything, which is, which I still do, but now What I did is I changed my workout. I made a video on how to gain healthy weight, which I said you need to build muscle, okay, which is still true, but your diet still plays like a huge role, okay. Now for my workouts, I started adding weights, but I combined that with a different sort of like diet. I tried new things. That's what I did. I tried new things because I'm gonna be honest, I used to Eat like literally like so much calories, bro. I'll eat like, I'm pretty sure like I eat like, I don't know if I ate that much, but I was eating like 6 slices of bread with like some hemp seed butter or something. But I was eating as much as I can so I could gain weight, and I was getting no weight, bro. I swear I was eating like a bitch eater. I didn't gain no weight. Yes, I was doing intermittent fasting, like 16 hours and 8 hours of eating, but I didn't gain any weight. I didn't gain, I swear, I gained maybe 2 to 3 pounds in 5 months, bro. Yes, it's healthy weight and everything, but it wasn't that healthy because I was just trying to eat as much carbs as I can because carbs doesn't fill you up 100% like fats or something. So I was just eating as much as possible. Bro, my meals was literally like, once it was like literally like 4 slices of bread with like MC butter, which has like coconut oil inside of it, which is like very high in fat. I had like so much, like bro, I had like, I eat like 2 whole sweet potatoes, I eat like spelt pastas, I eat like, bro, I eat, You know, like, I see like literally an athlete eat the same meal because I copied a meal of an athlete, and bro, I realized I ate like 3 times his portion, and bro, I wasn't gaining any weight. So what I did recently, just after I changed my workout, which helped a lot, bro, like I noticed, uh, uh, gaining mass and everything was I started adding more food which, like, uh, food like olive oil, bro. Olive oil is probably— yes, it's fats. Yes, I don't know, I know it's fats and everything, but bro, like, if you want to gain weight, fat— I mean, fast is not good, but if you want to gain weight, bro, olive oil. But it has so many benefits. It's probably one of the best sources— not the best sources, but it's very good sources of fat. Because some people say fat is bad, fat is good. Like, I don't I don't care, bro. Olive oil. If you do like me, bro, I'm literally gaining weight on salads because I make like the dirtiest salads ever. Like, bro, my salads literally be like, like so much calories. I don't know the calories, but I'll literally pour a lot of olive oil onto my salads. I'll put some sea salt, a bit of sea salt, and some nutritional yeast. That's it. And sometimes I'll add some tahini. And, you know, tahini is another food that you can add, but just make this salad, bro. Olive oil, salt, nutritional yeast, okay? It's gonna taste great and you're gonna probably binge eat the salad, bro. You're gonna, you're gonna crave salads every day like I do, okay? But I literally don't want to go a day— like, literally, bro, I'm addicted to salads, bro, 100%. And olive oil, you know, it's something like my mom has been using for like, because she knows she comes from North Africa and everything. But we, you know, I've been eating this for a long time, but bro, I started eating more, bro. You gain like, you're gonna gain healthy weight. Like some people might say like, all oils is bad and everything, but you're gonna gain healthy weight. Another option will be like tahini, but Don't like overdo it, bro. I literally like— it makes your stomach like upset and everything. Makes your stomach hurt. You know, you can do nut butters, but don't like overdo it. That's all I gotta say because it's like— I don't know how to say it. It's like your digestive system can't take that much. That's how I feel for me. I can't take like any foods in a big portion, but nut butter or seed butter, bro, it's hard. So Other foods, me personally, I like fish. I like fish a lot, like salmon or like, um, mackerel. Um, I forgot the names. Oh, sardines. Like any fish, bro, to be honest. Uh, but I like, uh, fishes like salmon because you got like the omega-3s. Sardines too, but more salmons and mackerel because They're fatty fishes, okay? And so they got a lot of omega-3s and they're pretty much like high in protein if you want to work out. Like, well, it's— I think personally, if you choose like a cheap-ass like protein powder— I never use protein powder except for like AMP protein powder— but if you choose a like, uh, cheap-ass protein powder with like soy isolate protein or something like with trash ingredients, Bro, just eat fish, bro. Like, you're gonna gain— like, there's way more nutrients in just fish, bro. So, you know, if you want to bulk, I'll say like focus on all the olive oil, fatty fishes. Yes, you can eat meat, you can eat like whatever, like, but olive oil, focus on that, bro. Now don't You don't have to just drink olive oil, but bro, you can do anything. But here's one thing I gotta say, which is very, very important. Okay, listen to this. Me, the problem with my sort of like a journey to, uh, gain healthy weight, because I wasn't trying to bulk on junk food and never eat junk food, I haven't ate junk food in a while. But the problem with that is, you know, once you like maybe I'm pretty sure like at least half of y'all watching this, okay, you probably like me, like you probably lost a lot of weight or you're naturally like skinny and people tell you, tell you this and they're like, oh yeah, you look very skinny, you look like this, like because that's what happened to me. People was like, oh, you lost a lot of weight, or people was like, oh, you're skinny. Oh, uh, they'd be like, oh, we see your bones. Like, bro, please, please don't do it for, for, for these people. Please don't do it just because they told you to, to do that thing, okay? Please don't, okay? If you want to gain healthy weight just because of pressure, bro, just don't, bro, to be honest. Just do— just reflect on that, bro. Turn on that or anything. Do you want to gain healthy weight for yourself or for other people? Because once you gain healthy weight, yes, like, yes, you're gonna gain sort of like recognition because, oh, you got like some weights on and everything, and people like that, or because the society promotes like people who are like more— like this side, I don't know, bro, I'm not gonna talk about this, but you, you can't do it for other people. Just don't, okay? Because That's kind of like what I did. Like, then I started like thinking about like gaining muscle, which is the only reason why I'm still doing it. Because, you know, you— if you're trying to gain healthy weight, for some people that are not even healthy, like, because people tell you, oh, you look skinny, and they think it means sick, okay? But it doesn't mean that you're sick, bro. Just calm down, okay, bro? Calm down. You can gain healthy weight, but don't do it for other people. Reflect on that, please.
