Your body has a process which we call phagocytosis. So what happens with phagocytosis is that if your sperm cells are not released through ejaculation, your body won't just like let them just pile up and then you'll randomly explode, right, as a lot of people unconsciously believe. Instead, your body will recycle that and recycle it back into the body. That way, like, nothing is wasted. Your body just reuses the materials for energy or to build up new cells. So imagine you don't have to even worry about releasing because your body does the process itself.
