What's up, y'all? It's your boy Samir Gardner. Hope y'all doing good. So how to be less stressed and how to be less anxious. First of all, go out, out, go, just go outside. Go out in nature, go out, go outside, go for a walk, or just go in your backyard. Basically go in your backyard, no shoes on, no socks on, just be in the sun. Like, it's gonna, like, the sun is gonna have so many benefits. Like, it's gonna make you more healthy. And yeah, it's like, it's like it's gonna detoxify you from your stress and anxiety. Like, bro, go outside. You cannot spend your whole day in a room like this, or just in the house in general, just being on your phone. Because let's be real, the reason why you're on your phone— uh, not on your phone, why you're inside— is because you have the electronics inside. At least, bro, bring your phone outside if you're if, if that can benefit you. If you got a lot of work to do, go outside. Go outside with your work. If you want to read, go outside. You, you're gonna see, you're gonna feel way, way, way, way better. Just, did you ever went like one day like anywhere outside the whole time? You're gonna see, like, you probably felt way better at the end of the day. And that's normal because Bro, the sun boosts your mood, and plus just being outside, well, it's like, it's like a therapy basically. So go outside and be, just be up, be outside of your house basically. Um, another tip that have worked for me, I'm like a living experience of this, is the Wim Hof method. So if you want to be less stressed or anxious, the Wim Hof method is like I'm not promoting this, and I'm for real, like, I've did the Wim Hof for like more than one year, and like, basically, like, it calms your mind. It makes you like naturally idle. So I do it like every morning, or I used to do it like every time before going to bed. And bro, like, in the long run, it's gonna make you Like, let's say, let's say you're stressed, just do it. Like, it's like a meditation. If you're stressed, do it. If you want to be less stressed in your daily life, every morning do it. Every morning do like 3 rounds. Just look it up on YouTube, uh, how to do the Wim Hof, and you're gonna see, like, the— you're gonna feel less anxious, you're gonna feel less stressed, you're gonna feel better. I'm not, I'm not, I'm not making this up. Like It makes you naturally high and, well, it just makes you like feel good. After meditation, you're gonna be like, you're gonna feel high and you're gonna feel like you're just calm and you don't want to talk because, you know, you're just so calm. And, you know, just try yourself, try yourself, try like, try to be consistent for like, just be consistent. Like, you can go 30 days, or you can go how many days you want, or make it a lifestyle. Just try to do it like every day, and that's going to benefit you. That's like 10 minutes of your day. You got, you got time probably. So another thing I want to say is, bro, the less stressed you are, the better you perform. And that can be for anything, especially school, bro. Okay, bro, I'm gonna tell you this. I used to be in school, right? And I used to— I mean, I used to be— but bro, I used to be, uh, like 2 years ago in high school, I used to stress so much about the exams because I was— I was not— I was studying a lot, but I was studying like last minute. I was studying like I, I wasn't really listening. Like, I was always watching entertainment and stuff, so I was not really on my shit. I was always stressed out and everything. So I study, I still study like so much. I study like 5 hours for an exam. And you know, I go to class and before the exam I used to be so stressed and anxious. Oh, I don't want to fail. I don't want to fail the whole class. I don't want to fail and, you know, still be in the same class next year or something. So, so like every— bro, I used to fail my class just because of the— not fail my class, but fail the exam and the test. And just pretty much because of this. But then the year after, when once I started getting on like the self-improvement and, you know, just trying to make myself better, like improve myself, I realized like, bro, I don't need to worry about this. I started caring less about pretty much everything, especially school. Like, I didn't care much. Like, I was like, bro, I got more important, more important things to do. I'm not saying school is useless, but I was like Bro, school, just don't stress about it. And bro, I was studying 15 or 30 minutes. Well, I studied like once, I studied like just the morning before, and bro, I got like almost 100%. Like, I'm not making this up. Like, when you're not stressed, you're gonna remember the answers like, like this. You're gonna remember the answers. You're gonna study only once. And I think also that just Taking care of myself, you know, doing things like eating healthy and everything is like pretty— probably helps my brain, you know, um, perform better. But like, I feel like just me not being stressed and me not caring too much made me feel like, like everything was easy in school. Like, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not lying. I just realized, bro, it's not even that hard. I'm just stressing and that's why I'm getting bad grades. So bro, instead of studying 5 hours, I was studying like 15 to 30 minutes for every test. I was getting way better grades. I'm not, I'm not making this up, like I swear. Just calm down, bro. Everything's gonna be good at the end of the day. Everything's gonna be good. What's the worst that can happen? You can't— you're not even gonna die. Like, bro, if you failed an exam, for example, Like, bro, you have like your whole life in front of you. Don't, don't, don't make— don't, don't listen to the people saying, oh, if you fail, bro, it's, it's, it's the worst thing that can happen. Everything like, bro, just, just focus on you and you're gonna see like, bro, this, this stuff is easy. This stuff, I shouldn't even stress for it. I should be worried about what's important to me, not something like— I'm not saying school isn't important, but I should be worried about what's important to me, not an exam. Like, bro, you're gonna pass the exam regardless. You're gonna pass your year regardless. And if you don't, like, bro, you got your whole life in front of you. Just stop worrying. Like, stop worrying. Um, another thing would be, uh, frequency music. And you know, you can listen to rap music in certain frequencies. And these frequencies, like I said in my sleep video, they basically like help you, they help you be— I mean, there's different frequencies, and some frequencies, let's say for example, I think it's like 741 Hz, 741 Hz, basically it removes negative thoughts. So bro, these frequencies, I swear, just listen to your favorite rap songs in this frequency and you're gonna see you're gonna feel way better. You're gonna feel way better. And you know, for me it worked. Like when you listen to these, like you listen to these frequencies, it's gonna make you more calm, less anxious, less everything. Like bro, it's a natural way to make you feel less stressed and anxious. Just try it, just try it. I'm gonna put down the link for the two channels that upload rap music in like 432 Hz and all these Hz. And bro, just try listening to it, you're gonna feel way much better, like subconsciously. Like you're not gonna realize it, but you're gonna feel better. So bro, also focus on the internal, not the external. You cannot control what's external to you. So, but just don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Just think about it like, bro, why would you worry about it if you can't control it? It's like, it's like, why would I worry about someone that's in Australia if I'm here? Like, bro, the, the guy in Australia is— I don't even know him. I don't even— I can't— I cannot do anything for him. I can't do it. Like, if I don't even know him, why would I need to control him? Like, bro, it's the same. Like, bro, stop trying to control people. These people, these people can live by their own. Like the guy in Australia, he can live on his own, bro. These people can do whatever they want. Stop trying to control people. Stop trying to control everything external. You cannot control anything external. And you know how you, how you can affect what's external to you is by changing the internal. That's how it works. So bro, worry about you. That's what I'm trying to say. What about you? Don't worry about other people. Worry about you, and you're gonna feel way less stress, way less anxious. Don't, don't— that's why you need to stop being on Instagram, because you worry too. You worry too much. You're like, oh, this guy accomplished this, accomplished that. Like, bro, accomplish your own things. I don't— don't look at other people and then feel stressed because they, they're doing it and everything. So bro, just focus on you. Another tip would be like, bro, meditate and look at your thoughts. Just, you're gonna realize with time, like, bro, there are just thoughts. Your problems are just thoughts at the end of the day sometimes. Like, they're just thoughts in your head that should— that are trying to make it look big, trying to make your problem look big, but in reality, like, bro, it's not. It's not even that big. It's not even that big. So bro, look at your thoughts. Pay attention to your mind. Pay attention to your mind. Pay attention to how you feel. Be more conscious, basically. Just be more conscious of you. Be more conscious of you and how you think and everything, because your mind can drive you crazy. So you're gonna realize, like, bro, you're stressed about something, but it's not— it's just in your head. If you lived in the present moment, you wouldn't even be stressed or anxious because stress and anxious only lives in the past and the future, not in the present. Like, be in the present moment. That's why you meditate. That's why you do the Wim Hof, so you can be in the present moment. And you know, if you can be in your present moment, you're gonna feel peaceful, bro. You know, I'm working on that too. I'm not saying I'm at that level or anything. Don't look at me special. So also, bro, the last tip would be write down your thoughts. And that's probably one of the best too, because once you write your thoughts and why, why you stress or anxious— like, for example, bro, you stress about doing, uh, let's say you're doing a presentation in school. Like, bro, if you're stressed, write down why you're stressed, what's the worst that can happen, What's, what, what's the situation? What's the problem? And especially say why you're stressing, why you're anxious about it. And then, bro, you, you're gonna write it down and it's gonna feel like you, you, you're not stressed anymore. I mean, you're gonna be less stressed. You're gonna be like, wait, actually, like, bro, it's not, it's not even that big. Like, I don't need to be stressed about it. I wrote it down. And like, you're gonna write Write it down and you're going to feel like, okay, that's the problem. Like, bro, it's not— I'm just going to realize like, bro, why, why am I worrying about this? So, bro, write down your thoughts. Can write down your thoughts every day. Can have a journal and write down your thoughts and how you feel and what are you stressed about, what are you anxious about. So in conclusion, like, bro, just focus on you and Be more conscious. You just be more conscious of you and not other people. Become more conscious of you. Worry about you, okay? And you're gonna feel less stress and less anxious. And you know, just try to improve. Don't, don't stay in the house 24/7. Just try to improve. So that's it for the vid. Hope y'all liked it. Comment, share, subscribe, and like. I'm out. Peace.
