How to improve your brain for focus and productivity. Now, first of all, you want to have a schedule where you have a period of work, let's say 1 hour, and then you have a period of rest that comes right after. So let's say you do 1 hour of focused, non-distracted work, like deep work basically, for 1 hour on your computer, and then you're gonna rest from that mental, like, hard mental focus, and you're gonna rest for 30 minutes to an hour where you're gonna do nothing related. You're not gonna go on technology like your phone, you're not gonna go on your phone, you're not gonna go on your computer, you're not gonna go on any screens, and you're not gonna do anything that's demanding mentally, okay? So you're gonna do things like going in nature, maybe going for a walk, maybe talking with other people, maybe taking a shower, maybe working out, maybe going for a run. You're gonna do things that don't take too much mental, mental power, okay? And you want, you wanna also to boost your productivity and focus during the day, you want to limit your screen time because screen time, like EMFs and everything, actually makes you tired, okay? And just look at your own experience. If you spend too much, like let's say you spend it like 8 hours a day on, you spend it like 8 hours in a day on your screens, on your phone or computer, you'll see you're way tired, way more tired, and mentally tired. Like, you're not able to do as much work or as much good work as if you did nothing. So when you kind of like abstain a bit from technology in general, you have better focus. And another great tip will be to get, uh, 8 to 9 hours of sleep depending on how much you actually need, okay? Because you want your brains to be rested and you don't want to eat before going to bed so your brain can really like flush out and make like sort of like, it can like basically flush out every toxin into your brain so you are actually rested when you are waking up, okay?
