All right guys, so I'm gonna show you how you can actually cut the root cause of porn and masturbation for good, okay? And no, this is not gonna be a video where I'll talk to you about the downsides of porn and how you should fear porn and how it's gonna ruin your life and give you erectile dysfunction. None of that, okay? What I'm actually gonna do is tell you the real way to quit porn. This is what I do with my students and that's what allows my students, for example, David, and many others to quit instantly or in less than 7 days in most cases, and effortlessly. It's not even a question of, oh, change your lifestyle, change your habits, just get rid of childhood trauma. We don't do any of that. We don't do any of the normal NoFap techniques that everyone tells you to do. Instead, we really get to the root cause, okay? I'm gonna show you how. So the first thing you need to understand, okay, you know, I've coached hundreds of people now, And we all know from a behavioral scientific standpoint is that humans desire things. We're not forced to do something, right? We're not forced to watch porn. It's not a biological impulse to watch porn, but rather it is something we learned to actually perceive value in, okay? And what is the root cause of porn is simply your desire, okay? It's simply the desire you have because If you genuinely had no desire to do any behavior in life, for example, if you had no desire to go swim today, you wouldn't go swim, right? And the same exact logic, which is extremely simple to understand yet most people don't understand, is applicable to porn. You desire porn for specific reasons, right? For specific, you know, benefits that creates the desire for porn, right? That's the root cause, the root cause of desire, 'cause without the desire, you're not gonna want to do something. You're not gonna feel like you need to do something. You're not even gonna indulge in that thing most of the time because you don't want, right? Now, what creates the desire? And that's what you need to get into, right? Because most people ignore this. They ignore the part of their mind that tells them, I watch porn because of this and this and this and this because porn gives me this and this and this and this. And that's what you need to cover, okay? So let me give you a very quick example, okay? I'm not gonna be baffling around, you know, making this a 20-minute video. No, this is gonna be very short. The desire. One of the biggest benefits that basically create the desire is stress relief. So stress. So if you, for example, right, watch porn, a lot of people believe that, oh, I watch porn and chemically talking because of the dopamine and because of like the neurotransmitter and all of those things, it releases the stress on a chemical level. That's what people believe, right? Which is not only flawed, but also it literally is false, okay? But I'm going to talk further about this. Now, there's a stress relief that creates a huge amount of desire to watch porn. Now, another thing is the sexual relief, okay? So by that, I mean people You hear this all of the time. You know, I wish I could stop watching porn, but I don't have a girlfriend, I don't have sex. Or, oh, once I get married, that's when I'll stop watching porn because it's gonna satisfy my needs, right? And this is just thinking, this is just beliefs that really doesn't come from any research or anything. It just comes from other people telling you to believe this, so you believe it, and because of that, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. You gotta understand that humans act based on their perception and their beliefs, right? So if you believe in something and you really believe in it, even if it's false, you're always gonna act according to that, right? So we have stress relief, we have the sexual relief. Another thing, okay, pleasure. This is a big one. And people most oftentimes like kind of, you know, intermix pleasure with dopamine, which makes no sense, but Pleasure is something that happens in the mind when you watch porn, right? We all know that, you know, porn is not gonna give you pleasure. Like, we know that a screen with pixels cannot give you pleasure. Because if that was the case, I'd be watching gay porn and having pleasure, right? But no, I would never, you know, even have a second of pleasure watching gay porn, right? So pleasure, sexual relief, stress relief. And then we have the emotional, Okay, emotional relief. So that can be many things, right? If you look, for example, at depression, anxiety, um, frustration, um, any— basically any negative emotion that people feel, the thing that happens is we believe porn to basically give us all of these benefits, which gives us a desire. Because imagine that you feel all of those things at the same time, right? So let's say that you feel stress relief right now because something happened in your life, and at the same time you don't have a girlfriend, so you're like, oh, I need a sexual relief. And at the same time you want pleasure because you feel pain, and then at the same time you want emotional relief because you feel anxious and you feel stressed out and you feel frustrated. Now guess what? If porn is giving you all of those things, in your mind what's gonna happen is porn is going to be the cure for those things in the present moment. Do you understand? Porn now became something valuable to your life because you believe that porn gives you all of those things. Humans don't just watch porn because it's rooted in their biology. If that was the case, everyone will be watching porn, and not everyone watches porn. Not everyone. Yeah, you might believe anyone watches porn, but not everyone watches porn. Look at research, look at statistics, right? They say 98% of men watch porn at least once in their lives, but only 40% or 50% watch porn in the last month, which shows that not every single person watches porn. A lot of people just click porn. You gotta understand that it's not rooted in biology. We don't just watch porn because we're pulled towards it and we cannot control our own selves. No, it's because we see it as valuable. We see it like a desire. What is a want, okay? What is a want? Want is the emotion associated with perceived benefits. We want porn because of these perceived benefits: stress relief, sexual relief, pleasure, emotional relief. And because of that, we're like, oh, porn is, you know, good for me. And to give you a good example of why this is true, do you feel, okay, do you even feel what you people call urges? Do you feel urges when you feel good, when you feel on top of the world, when you feel like you're confident and everything in your life is amazing, right? When you just feel genuinely happy, do you feel urges at those times? No, you don't feel urges at all. But once you feel negative, apparently your biology kicks in and now makes you wanna watch porn. No, you just think that porn is gonna be able to relieve those negative emotions for a few seconds or a few minutes or even for a day or two. And because of that, you want the cure. It's like, imagine that you have, imagine that you have a disease, right? And it's not to say porn is a disease. Porn is not a disease at all, right? But let's say you have a disease, or let's say that you feel sick, right? Let's say that you have a cold. Now, the medicine, you're gonna desire the medicine because it's gonna make you feel better. It's gonna give you all of those benefits, like, you know, it's gonna relaxes me, it's gonna make me feel better, I'm not gonna be in pain anymore. I'm gonna be able to do my day-to-day life, all of those things, all of those benefits. And it's the same exact thing. Humans just act on perceived value. We don't act just because we're forced to. We just see some benefits and we're like, you know what, let me do this. And humans do this with every single action in their lives, okay? So what we need to understand is that the next step you need to do when it comes to this, now that you're aware of why you watch porn, right? You need to accept that you actually like watching porn because of the value it gives you. The next thing is debunking those things, okay? This is what I do with my students. It's really debunking, okay, why does emotional relief happen? Because porn cannot give you emotional relief. You really think a lifeless video that doesn't have any control over you, that doesn't have any power over you, nothing can have control over your own mind because you are your mind. You are your own mind. You control your brain. So how does porn have any control or give you emotional relief or pleasure or sexual relief or stress relief. None of that. It's all an active placebo inside of your head. And because porn is simply a distraction, it's simply a distraction. Yeah, of course you're gonna relieve your stress if you're focused on porn. Of course. Because you're focused on porn, you cannot be focused on two things at the same time. You can't be focused on the stressful situation if you're focused on porn or if you're focused on anything in life. Porn is not special. It's just a simple distraction, and that you've been told by the NoFap space to believe that it's going to do— it's going to give you a few seconds of pleasure to feel so good because you're reproducing with so many women and all those things. Stop believing all of this crap. You really think if porn was really about sex, then why do people not pay prostitutes and go cold approach every single woman they see? No, it's not within biology. They just want to watch porn because of the perceived benefits, not because of biology. Humans literally fast for food. Food is a survival need. Porn is not even— like, sex itself, right? Many people just never have sex. Some— many people are asexuals. And that's not to say that you should do this, right? I'm not— I'm literally not against this, but I'm not proning this. But you need to understand that it is not something that is forced upon you, but rather something that you create yourself based on all of these perceived benefits.
