How to glow up. Now look, we're gonna do this where I'm gonna give you a whole blueprint, and if you follow it, I can assure you you're gonna glow up. Like, I can assure you, I'm not trying to sell anything. I can assure you you're gonna glow up. So first of all, let's get straight into it. First of all, you need to fix your— the mental. You need to fix something. You need to fix they're sort of like the root of the problem. You need to cut out like the root of the problem inside of you. Now, for some it can be past traumas, for some it can be stress, and for some it can be anxiety. You need to cut out those things, okay? You need to cut out that thing first before you try and go on about big goals and everything. Because if you try to like do things like achieve something big or, you know, glow up or anything but you have this problem inside of you, it's gonna be hard. It's gonna be hard. And, you know, fixing your problem is gonna, it's gonna cure like everything because it's like if you have a problem inside of you, it's always gonna sort of like keep you back. Now, you want to do things like maybe, uh, therapy. Maybe it can be, uh, journaling. Journaling is a very, very underrated habit. You need journaling and reflection. So you can understand yourself and then maybe get rid of your problem. Sometimes you might need the help of others, sometimes you might just do it yourself by, you know, really reflecting on yourself. So you need to get rid of the root of the problem first before you try to do something too big. Now I'm gonna get how to blow up, like, uh, right now. Now there's mentally and physically, but I'm gonna talk about both basically because What I'm gonna do is I'm gonna make y'all, uh, sort of, uh, make the hard things or the boring things easy. So you know that the habits that will like, uh, you know, the habits that will make you progress, I'm gonna make them more easy and more enjoyable. That's the goal. That's what I want to do. So first, this is not related, but breathing techniques. Breathing techniques is, or meditation, is very underrated, okay? Me, I've done the Wim Hof for like more than 1 year. I've been doing— a Wim Hof is like a breathing technique. I, I do it like for like 10 to 15 minutes every day, every single morning, and I've been doing that like consistently almost every day. And I can assure you, I told it in so many videos, I can assure you that This breathing technique is the reason why I'm calm in stressful situations. If I got a presentation, I was calm. If I got to— if someone, you know, does something to me, I feel more calm. At the same time, other habits made me more calm and made me like less stressed. But I can tell you, after you do the breathing, you feel like you're high and you feel calm for the rest of the day, bro. And that's so powerful. Just look up Wim Hof breathing. Just look up Wim Hof breathing. Meditation can do the same. It makes you more calm in like throughout the whole day. You don't want to, you don't, you know, you know when like you don't sleep, you feel more mad, you feel more stressed, feel more and everything, like you feel more bad in general. It's like the opposite. It's like if someone gets mad at you, don't really get mad that much. You stay more calm in your mind. You can stay more calm. And you don't just go with emotions because it's— it feels like you just— I never smoke weed, but it feels like you smoke weed, so you just calm and you don't really care because, I mean, you just come like, bro, you just come in general. It's gonna make you way more calm, like everywhere. If you go outside in public, if you got like this cool presentation or something, you're gonna be more calm. Now the most underrated thing you can do, okay, But I got the sun in my eyes. I love the sun though. The most underrated thing you can do is a dopamine detox. And we're not gonna do like this one day thing where you just, uh, you know, detox basically from dopamine and you're not doing anything and you're just basically a monk for a day. We're not gonna do this. Instead, we're gonna do sort of like this intermittent fasting but for dopamine, okay? You know, when you're doing intermittent fasting, instead of maybe going like, uh, let's say you fast once a year. Instead, we're gonna fast, um, consistently but for less time. So for the dopamine detox, we're gonna constantly be reducing our technology. Like, we will have less technology and we'll be consistently in this state. So instead of, you know, just, uh, going a day off without technology, we're gonna decrease our technology use, and that's going to change our life. That's going to change your life, bro. That's going to change it. I swear to God, it changed mine. So what you want to do— what's going to happen when you do this? Everything becomes more enjoyable. Reading becomes more enjoyable. I swear, I read and I actually like it. I don't even mind— not like I don't mind reading. I don't mind reading and actually like reading if it's a topic that I love, sometimes I might read for 2 hours. Just saying, like, working out is going to become more fun because you're going to be sort of like more bored, but once you get used to it, bro, it's the end because that's how you're going to grow up. Because with dopamine detox, everything becomes more sort of like fun. So, you know, the habits that make you progress that makes you improve, like working out builds muscle and everything, it's gonna become more fun, so you're not gonna skip as much, you're not gonna slack or anything, you're not gonna do this because you have more fun. It's like when you were playing video games, right? You could play it for like 10 hours because it was fun, okay? It was fun. Now it's gonna be the same, but not at the same time, because working out is like pain at the same time. So you're not gonna really be, uh, like enjoying as much as video games. But when you were playing video games, right, you were playing for like— I was playing for like 10 hours. I was playing for 10 hours like every day, uh, like when I did not, did not have school. So what I mean by that is like I couldn't go more than 10 hours and I didn't mind. If now it's going to be the same for working out, you're not going to work out 10 hours, but your habits are going to become more fun once you decrease your technology. I've made a video called, uh, Monk Mode, and I need— yeah, I think you need to check this out. Just have the sort of— make a plan to decrease your technology, but it will change your life. Make a plan where, I don't know, maybe you cut out social media, maybe You know, just try to reduce your technology by 80% and keep 20%. So, you know, like the 80/20 rule. So you keep 20% of your dopamine activities that gives you the most fun. So it can be listening to music, can be watching videos, can be watching Netflix, or you cut them off. You choose and you pick other ones, like maybe, maybe it can be video games, maybe it can be I don't know anything, bro, but it can be anything. So you want to be sort of like doing this intermittent fasting before dopamine detox. Every day you want to have this plan where you reduce it. You don't have that much technology, so you're going to enjoy more of your habits. To glow up, an habit you need is to cut out sugar and processed food. These two things are the reason why you cannot eat healthy, okay? They're basically— yeah, there's also like, you know, mental thing, you know, mental reason why you don't, you can't eat healthy and everything. But if you have a diet that is high in sugar, high in processed food, you're like— processed food, I'm talking about like fast food, I'm talking about like prepackaged food, I'm talking about like foods that are not natural, foods you cannot find in nature. Because sometimes, bro, these foods, they literally add things like— I don't remember the name of the thing, but it makes the food addictive. There's also some like foods that literally like, I don't know, like for me, I had acne in the past, probably because of food. I had, you know, uh, uh, I had asthma, and that was maybe not because of food, but once I started eating healthy and changed my lifestyle, I got rid of asthma. So what you gotta understand is, um, sugar— like, every time I eat something that's like kind of like that tastes sweet, I just don't feel like eating, you know, real foods. I don't feel like eating eggs. I don't feel like eating vegetables. I don't feel like eating an avocado because I don't know, it's like the impact on my brain. Yeah, like sweet and salt and salty is not like the same thing. But once you cut out sweets, boy, you're gonna be good. You're gonna be good. Your binge eating is gonna disappear. Uh, what else? Like, your, your skin's gonna be better because you're gonna be more consistent eating healthy. Uh, you're gonna build more muscle. You're gonna be more healthy because you're gonna be consistently eating whole foods that give you the nutrients, the vitamins, the fiber, the you know, the protein, the carbs, the fat, anything, but the real version. So your body is going to function as it should be. And that's— a lot of people glow up like physically, like this, their skin and everything, once they start eating healthy. Now you don't have to go on an extreme diet, you don't have to go on a diet or anything. Just create your own diet, create your own diet with which food, for example, makes your skin break out, which food, for example, makes you feel better, makes, I mean, like, makes you function better, which food is easy for your stomach to digest or something. Think, think about it like this, like, and try to make your own diet. Basically, you don't, you don't need to follow any diet, just make your own diet. Now, once you cut out sugar, processed food, the food will become more enjoyable. Like I said, you're gonna be more consistent, will be For example, you need to eat, uh, let's say you want to eat eggs, you want to eat like salmon, you want to eat avocado so you can build muscle, you want to eat sweet potatoes. So what you're gonna do is once you cut out like sugar and processed food, those foods that you need to build muscle, you will eat them more consistently because you're going to be more enjoying them. And you know, when, for example, if you eat a cake like let's say with a lot of sugar If you just eat a cake, you're gonna become sort of like, you're gonna lose interest in those foods, and you're also not gonna be able to sort of like build muscle. I'm— because you're just gonna eat cake and you don't want to eat like the high protein foods, the, the rich nutrients, the rich in vitamins. So your skin is not going to be as clear. But I'm not saying like never eat cake or anything, I'm just saying um, consistently doing that, consistently eating sugar, consistently eating processed food will make you— I mean, it will make you like— it will, it will make your life harder. It will make your life harder because those healthy foods, bro, I swear to God, I can swear to God, once you start enjoying them, it's the end, bro. Once you start enjoying it, your skin is going to look better, your Like I said, your muscle, you're gonna be feeling more energetic. You're gonna be able to, for example, run. You're gonna be able to sleep better, bro. And all that things, like, you eat better, so you sleep better, so your skin looks better because you sleep better. And because you slept better, you build more muscle. It all color— all like, it's all the same. It all goes like together, bro. All goes together. So eating, just try to get rid of addictions basically. Another thing is once you start, you know, cutting out those fake foods, you feel more full after eating. And I don't know why, but it's so rare for so many people. For example, me, bro, I almost never feel hungry because the food really fills me up. I eat high-fat foods, but The food really fills me up. Like, your relationships with food changes because you don't see food as, you know, something you gotta eat. People think, oh, it's 12, so I gotta eat, even if I'm not hungry. No, you will start like being like, oh, I'm full and I feel good. I don't need to eat right now because I still feel full. I'm gonna eat foods that are like high nutrients. And your relationships with food change because food is not like Food should be like sort of like a tool for you. Should be a tool to, you know, like build your body and not just— and, you know, eat when you're hungry, not just to eat and have fun with it. No, bro, food is food, bro. Food is made to eat, not to, you know, have fun or, you know, you know what I mean? Like people say food makes you happy or anything, bro, stop the cap. Okay, bro, my phone doesn't have any battery and I recorded the same thing like 3 times and it just went out of battery. So look, I'm charging it. I'm gonna record like this. So the last thing you can do is make a routine and that's gonna change your life. That's gonna change your life too, because once you're on a dopamine detox, right, you will have way more free time. You will have way more free time so you can schedule everything that you're gonna do in a day. Because it's like your day is free. Your day is free, so you can also utilize— you're gonna utilize your free time, so you can pretty much do anything. Uh, and also with the dopamine detox, everything is going to become more fun, so your routine will become more fun. Now I'm gonna show my screen, uh, on the screen, uh, my routine. I might change my routine, to be honest, but that's what I do pretty much every single day. And I try to be consistent. Try to be consistent with this. I think the most important is to do everything that's in the routine. If you cannot do it at the same time, at the same time every day, it's okay, bro. Chill. But try to aim for this, but don't stress about it. Stressing about it will make it worse. But the thing with routine that is going to help a lot is you're going to procrastinate less because once you do the same things around the same time every day, it's like we get used to it. It's like you go to school, you don't— you're not going to procrastinate to go to school because you go to school from Monday to Friday every day. You're not going to procrastinate going to school because you know you got to go to school. Now you go, you go to bed at 8:30. For example, I go to bed at 8:30. I, I just remain consistent because I know I got to sleep at 8:30. If my— if I didn't have any routine, I would be like and I would be like, I can sleep at any time. Then I might sleep at 12 and wake up at like 8. And now, now my day is like starting way more late than, than it used to. So if I sleep at 8:30 and I can wake up at 5 or 6, now I feel, you know, I know I slept more, I slept better. So now, you know, it's just like in my favor. I, I don't really like routine because I don't like you know, really knowing what I'm gonna do next, what I'm gonna do right now, what I'm gonna do in 2 hours. I don't really like knowing those things. But once you're in a dopamine detox, it's like you're waiting to do those things. You're— because when I have my free time, like in my schedule I said free time, I don't want to use technology on free time. So I just wait. I just be waiting. And like, I just be waiting before I can draw. I just be waiting before I can do my business. I just be waiting before I can do yoga or something, I'd be literally waiting. So, you know, it becomes more fun. And consistency is what will bring you everything, bro. The reason why I've made a lot of progress is because of consistency, okay? Consistency, literally, when you do things every day consistently, bro, it will change your life. It's not gonna— the results will not happen in 10 days or 1 day or overnight. But that's how you— people be like overnight success. They, they, they're not overnight success. The thing is they've been putting work consistently, but they just didn't show it. They just didn't show it. Consistency will change everything. You might not see results. For example, me, I was working out, uh, in the beginning, like maybe 1 or 2 years ago, and I was working out and bro, I saw no results for like 2 months. I still continued, and then boom, I made a lot, a lot of results. I made a lot of progress. So consistency will— even if you don't see bright results, if you do the same things in your routine and you know in the future it will, you know, really bring results, then you're gonna be good. It's just you got to be patient. You really got to be patient. So making a routine, try to make it fun too, because You want to enjoy what you do. You want to enjoy what you do. So for example, you can set time aside just to do something you like, like going outside playing basketball. That's what I'm gonna do in the summer. Or it can be reading a manga. It can be anything. So really try to make it fun and try to really follow the routine as much as you can. But don't stress about if someone calls you up to go somewhere. But you can still do all those tasks because you're on a dopamine detox and you have way more free time for the rest of the day. Okay, so don't stress about it. Now, all those habits will make it way more easy for you to do things like build a muscular body, uh, you know, all those things that make you like physically grow up or mentally. Because maybe it can be also like learning a skill, it can be anything. Because what's gonna happen is with less dopamine Everything becomes more enjoyable. I'm gonna say it again, everything becomes more enjoyable. You know, drawing becomes more enjoyable, reading becomes more enjoyable. And once you enjoy those things, you're gonna remain consistent. You're gonna remain consistent because you enjoy it and you do it every day. So the results will show in a year from now. Like, just think about it, if you do it, if you have, if you make a routine with, uh, habits that you know will make you progress. Think about, like, think about if you do it for like 1 year. Just need patience, 1 year. Just think about the results. So bro, that's it for the vid. Hope y'all liked it. Comment, share, subscribe, and I come out. Peace.
