What's good, y'all? It's your boy Samir Gardner. Hope y'all doing good. So I'm about to show y'all how to make a jam. It's gonna be a chia jam, but it's gonna be one of the healthiest jams y'all ever— like, like, it's— it doesn't have sugar. I use dates as sugar. If you, if you want like no sugar, you can use maybe stevia or something, but I use dates. I'm about to show you all the ingredients, but I use 4 ingredients, I think. Yeah, 4 ingredients, that's it. And you make one of the best jam. Like, it tastes great, plus it's very, very healthy. There's no like fake sugar or anything. So yeah, I'm about to show you. Now to begin, you're gonna add the strawberries. Uh, I use frozen strawberries, but I don't think it's the best to make a jam because usually people boil the berries and everything. I just put it in the blender so it has more nutritional value and it takes way less time. So, you know, I had about like a handful of frozen strawberries. Use them fresh if you want to. Use blueberries instead if you want to. I haven't tried yet, but strawberry jam tastes great and you can add it to anything, bro. So a handful of strawberries, and then you're gonna add the sweetener. And the sweetener is, for me, is dates. If you mess with syrup, if you mess with sugar or anything, add sugar. I don't know how much you need to put, but I'm gonna add about 4 dates because dates comes with other benefits and it just tastes great. Uh, and then you're just gonna add like a splash of lemon juice, not too much. It's just gonna, it's just gonna make it taste better. If you have lime juice, you can use that instead. Then finally, I'm just gonna add the water. Um, just add water so it makes the jam kind of liquid but not too liquid. It needs to be liquid like a smoothie, basically. It needs to be liquid like your smoothie that, that you made yesterday, you know. So try to make it liquid and then just blend it on high. And then for the final steps, you're just gonna add the, the liquid, basically the, the strawberry jam, basically, and a bowl, uh, or anything. And then you're gonna add the chia seeds so it make it a jam. So it's gonna make a jam because the chia seeds are gonna absorb. And chia seeds, bro, they have so much benefits— fatty acids, omega-3s, anything, bro, uh, calcium, anything. And then you're just gonna mix it because the chia seeds will absorb. They will absorb the, the liquid. They absorb like any liquid basically. And just mix it until you see this type of consistency. So that's it, bro. That's it. That's all you got to do. You just— at the end, you're just gonna, uh, basically just put it in the freezer— not in the freezer, but the refrigerator— and see it. Just look at the end result, bro. It tastes great and it's beautiful and everything, bro. You can put it anywhere on your toast, anything, bro. That's it for the vid, bro.
