What's good, y'all? It's your boy Samir Gardner. Hope y'all doing good. So I'm gonna take this off, bro. I don't know why, but bro, how to be productive, um, like if y'all want to spend less time working on something and more time just being free and everything, bro, you can. It's just people don't understand this. A lot of people work on something, like let's say they have an exam, right? They work on it for like 8 hours straight, but there's like 2 hours of work needs to be done, but they work on it for like 8 hours straight. Okay. What you gotta understand is you gotta do like what you call deep work. Basically, you gotta work, you gotta do the work, but focus, focus, because people that spends like 10 hours just studying, most of the time they go on their phone. They text their friends. They do this, they do that. Bro, that's multitasking. That's not good for you. That's not good for your brain. That's not good for your productivity in general. So what you gotta understand is you gotta start being focused on your craft. Like, you gotta start being focused on your task because if you got 2 hours of work and you're spending 8 hours of work, you're just killing your time, to be honest. Like me, for my business, instead of spending like 6 hours just trying to do something and, you know, just working on it, just like, you know, it's not about like speed, speed work. It's not— I'm not working like trying to speed everything, trying to do everything fast. I'm working focused only. I'm just focused. I'm not dwelling into my phone. I'm not going to my phone. I'm not going into distractions. I'm not doing anything. What I do, bro, and this is going to be It's gonna help you a lot. I just put my headphones on and listen to, um, you know, just, uh, concentration binaural beats. It's like just music that helps you concentrate. That's it. You do this and, bro, you'll be able to just spend less time working and more time, uh, you know, more time free. Basically, you want, you want to have free time in your, your day, bro. If I was doing this, I would have no free time in my day. I wouldn't be able to go outside. I wouldn't be able to you know, sometimes watch anime or something. You gotta understand, if you have, let's say, uh, 1 hour free, bro, you can do so much in 1 hour. You can do it like instead of working 8 hours and be like, oh yeah, I'm working 8 hours every day, you know, coding on my website, or, you know, learning this and that. Like, bro, instead, bro, you can spend 2 hours but just focus. Because at the end of the day, like, if you're trying to study and you study for like 8 hours straight at your desk but the work wasn't like that big. It was like maybe 2 to 3 hours. And then, you know, just spend that much time. Like, just, you know, a lot of people don't want to be focused on something. They want to be, you know, go on the phone for dopamine and everything. But bro, you're gonna get way more dopamine just doing all the work and then going on your phone as much as you want. That's it. That's it. 2 hours, 2 hours instead of 8 hours. That sounds good, bro. That sounds good to me, bro. So, you know, at the end of the day, bro, we got a limited time. So don't try to just spend your time on distractions when, you know, you got to do something else. And you want to be able to have free time to, you know, self-care, you know, meditation, everything. Because, you know, working 16 hours a day, like, on your craft, like, bro, it's cool to work 16 hours a day. Yeah, you'll make progress, definitely, but you can probably make that lower just by working focused and doing a lot more and actually taking care of yourself outside of that. If you have free time, you can go outside, you can do this and everything. But if you don't have free time, you cannot do this. And when you don't have any free time for self-improvement, going outside, taking care of yourself, your work is not gonna be as good as if you were working on yourself. 'Cause if someone, Works, let's say, let's say someone works 16 hours and then, you know, on his business, everything, and then his business is going good and everything. But instead, another person works 8 hours and then the rest of the 8 hours is just, uh, self-development, you know, uh, building relationships, uh, going outside, meditating, journaling, doing all those small things. Bro, this person with 8 hours is definitely gonna you know, I have a better life because his body is, is better. Like, you know, his health is better. Just his health is better. His mental, his physical, his spiritual health is better. Because once you're on your computer 16 hours a day, bro, you don't even know yourself. You don't even know yourself at the end of the day because you're just in front of a computer. Your mind is not on you. Your mind is on the computer. You know, your thoughts You do not have any control over your thoughts if it's like this, bro. So bro, be productive. Be, be like, just be smart about it. You can spend less time working and more time, more time, or, you know, for free, for free. Like, you can have more free time instead of just focus on your work. That's it. All I'm asking you to do is put the phone down, Put everything down, just focus on your work, nothing else, bro. Not— no, no, no, no YouTube scrolling, no, no, um, you know, texting people and everything. Just no phone, no distractions, just the work. Boom. Just this. And you're going to cut down your working time for a lot because, for example, me, I had a work of like— it could have took me like more than 3 hours to make, but I, I just put on like a concentration music and I just Killed everything. 1 hour. I made everything in 1 hour 30 when it was supposed to take like at least 3 hours for everyone else, bro. I did everything in 1 hour 30. So bro, just be focused on your task. No distractions, no phone, everything, bro. And I'mma put down the music in the description. So that's it for the vid, bro.
