I Did NoFap For a Year, Here's What Happened!

Samir Gardner shares his two-year porn and masturbation-free experience and argues that common NoFap strategies fail because they treat symptoms, not causes. He credits his "Subconscious Alternation Method" for permanent change, citing a client named Damon who quit a 21-year porn habit. Gardner describes the shifts: clearer thinking, more confidence with women, and stronger self-respect.

Many people try to quit porn for 90 days to 1 year, but they can't. But I've managed now to be over 2 years free, and today I'm going to explain to you what exactly happens. To be honest, I don't even use normal NoFap techniques like everyone else. Instead, I go straight to the root cause through something called the subconscious alternation. And that's the reason why I've been able to quit porn, masturbation, and lust. But also, I've helped over hundreds of men do the same exact thing. I understand that you might be relapsing over and over again, and to be honest, it's not even really your fault. The problem is you've been told to go about it the wrong way because of poor NoFap techniques. So what happens is you might go a few weeks or even 90 to 120 days, and then you find yourself going back to it. And simply because NoFap gave you such bad techniques and made you believe that it's going to be extremely hard. But don't worry, after you watch this video, you'll realize how easy it is and how beneficial it's going to be for you. If you don't know me, my name is Samir Gardner Gardner, and I've been coaching people how to quit porn for over 2 years now. I've not only helped them quit porn, but masturbation and lust. And I've also impacted thousands of people's lives worldwide on the internet. To give you a quick backstory, I used to be just like you, watching porn up to 3 to 5 times a day. And then I got on to NoFap and I was just continuing to relapse over and over again. And even though I was decreasing my usage, I would never become free and that frustrated me. But then I found out about something called the Subconscious Alternation Method. And I've been free forever from lust ever since. And that's why I'm making this video today. I've helped, for example, Damon, who was watching porn for over 21 years and he wanted to be a father. But he couldn't because of porn. And now he quit it forever without ever going back to it. And I've helped many other people just like him. But here's what happens when you go over 1 year without. After you've been 1 year free, you'll realize how your mind starts being less pornified. So what I mean by that is that you start seeing the world for what it is rather than having this lens of porn. Approaching women feels way more natural to you. You're not scared of going back to it anymore. It's like you just left it behind. And you constantly just feel driven to do the things that matters to you. And one of the most freeing thing is that you don't see yourself as an addict anymore, that, you know, that self-image of you're a slave to porn and that your brain is wired differently. No, to be honest, when I talk to people, I see myself more highly, not in an egoistical way, but in terms of respect over my own self. And I'm not really craving the respect from anybody else. You know, for example, the other day I was talking with a millionaire. And during the conversation, I wasn't this guy who was like, you know, weak, shy, afraid, submissive in a sense. Instead, I was just like on his quote-unquote level, and I was actually getting respect from him, just like I was respecting my own self. And that's so powerful because what you need to realize is that once you quit porn, you genuinely lose nothing and you just gain everything. And to be honest, it was really easy because I didn't do all of the other NoFap techniques that everyone keeps preaching about, like, oh, just keep yourself busy, just have a purpose in your life, just master your breath, just heal yourself and your past traumas, just do inner work, just get outside more, talk to more people, just get a girlfriend. And not only did it not work for me in the past, but it didn't work for— it doesn't work for anyone. So if you want to quit porn, masturbation, and lust for good so you can transform your life in a meaningful way, go down in the link in the description, book a call with me one-on-one where you'll be able to talk to me directly and see how I can help you. See you soon.
