I Found an Abandoned NoFap Technique To Quit in 7 Days (shouldn't be revealed)

Samir Gardner quit porn by changing his beliefs about it. He argues masturbation isn't biologically necessary, cites a 2016 study finding no link to prostate health, and claims dopamine releases in anticipation, not during orgasm. He says the Akan Gando tribe has no concept of masturbation at all.

In this video, we're gonna go over an old article that allowed me to quit masturbation forever and as a byproduct, quit porn. And no one knows about this. You'll also understand the real root cause behind porn and masturbation and lust and even how to quit from there. And this is something that I've applied with many students of mine now, and it works every single time. Look, man, the way that I actually found this is that a few years ago, I was literally just scrolling so lonely and depressed in my parents' basement. I was just watching videos on how to quit porn and how to quit masturbation, but every week I would just go back to masturbation and porn, and then I'll binge for like 3 times in a row, and I feel so much shame and guilt. And because I was lonely and I had no friends, I had no one to hang around, I had no one that would relate to the lifestyle that I wanted to live, and no one that would relate to my mindset and how I perceived life, and everyone was like degenerates. So I wanted to be the best version of myself at that time so I can stop being lonely and can have like a social life, right? And I knew that one of the best ways to really just become the best version of myself in every single way is to quit porn and masturbation because I knew it would allow me to get in a relationship. I know it would allow me to be more confident with talking to people. I know it would allow me to just do big things that people would respect me for. But every single week, I will be in my basement and it will be dark and I'll just like be like, you know what, let me masturbate. And I'd go masturbate and feel like shit whilst doing it. And so because of that, I was searching for like so many months how to quit masturbation, how to quit masturbation, how to quit masturbation, because porn was kind of like out of the way now, it was just more so masturbation. So I found this article and trust me, it changed everything. It changed everything, okay? Now I'm gonna show you what this article is and explain it to you. But first, let me explain the real reason why you even masturbate in the first place. That's the root cause, okay? Let me explain the root cause. I'm gonna go to my whiteboard and show it to you right now. So here's the root cause, okay? And trust me, once you listen to this, you'll realize that quitting masturbation is actually a walk in the park. So I'm dropping this. Look, okay? Here's the root cause in that sense, okay? It's not the exact root cause, but it is a very important part of the root cause. Your perception. Okay, the thing is your perception is basically how you perceive things, okay? And your perceptions influence what? Your beliefs about one thing, okay? Let's say it's masturbation, okay? So your perception about masturbation influences your beliefs about masturbation. Your beliefs about masturbation influence your thoughts about masturbation. Your thoughts about masturbation influence your decisions about masturbation. Your decisions about masturbation Oh, okay, your life, your reality. So what we can understand from that is that if you really want to get rid of porn or masturbation, don't just change your decisions, like, oh, let me try to stop and to watch porn, right? Don't just change, oh, I'm gonna fight my own thoughts. Don't just change your actions. Like, you can do those things, but as you can see, this is driving everything. So if you really wanna change something at the root, you need to change your perception. Or the beliefs, but both play together, okay? And so what we can understand is with masturbation, or perception with masturbation, is that masturbation is linked to our biology. So that means that we're going to do it naturally no matter what. Everyone does it. Everyone has a compulsive need to do it, just like we have a compulsive need to eat food, right? We have this belief or this perception. Our perception about masturbation is that it's a sexual relief. It's a way to relieve our sexual needs. Our perception about masturbation also, oh, I need to get a release because it's healthy for me, right? It's like, you know, every human will have some form of tension and wants to release, right? It's natural. I need to get that. It's beneficial for me. Another thing, oh, you think that it's needed for your health. You think, oh, you know, if I don't do it, my testicles, I might have prostate cancer, my testicles will shrink, and I'm gonna lose it because I'm not using it. And all of those things, right? And then we have euphoria, right? Where you think that it makes you feel so euphoric when you have the orgasm, it's like the best feeling in the world and nothing compares to it. And then we have relaxation, okay? You think that it helps you just de-stress, become relaxed and take care of your anxiety, your depression, and just have a chill time, right? And that's your perception about masturbation, okay? And then as you can see, if your perception about masturbation is all of those things, it's going to influence everything, especially your actions and your results, because you're going to act according— you always act according to perceptions and your beliefs. So if your belief is that you need it because of biology, then guess what? You're going to feel like you want it. You're going to feel the urge. If you believe that you need it for your health, well, care about your health, then you're going to do it because you think it's going to help you with your health, right? But the thing is, these are perception beliefs, right? We hold them to be true, and because we hold them to be true, we act according to that. But But sometimes they're not true. And this is exactly what we're gonna cover. So guys, here's the article, okay? And this literally changed everything for me, okay? Let's go over it because the same perception, the same wrong perception we had about masturbation, porn, that I just showed you on the whiteboard, this literally covers it. So because if you change your perception, you're gonna change everything. You're gonna change your actions, you're gonna change your thoughts, you're gonna change your beliefs, you're gonna change your results, your reality. And that's how you quit. Masturbation forever. That's how you quit porn forever. That's how you remove lust forever, okay? If masturbation was natural, then ask yourself, okay, because a lot of people say, oh, masturbation is natural, right? So why don't we reach to our genitals at puberty? If masturbation was a natural, normal behavior, we would've done it once puberty hits. This shows us that masturbation is not something natural to the human body, okay? This changed everything for me because It's based on how my body is made, but because there's other reasons why I masturbate, right? Because what you gotta understand, man, I see so many people that start masturbation, for example, at the age of 20, start at 18, and obviously they had their puberty since, right? Or some people start masturbating before puberty. So it shows there's no connection with sexual needs or connection with puberty or nature. It's just a learned habit. It's just something that we learn to like, just like we learn to like black coffee whilst at first we didn't like the taste, okay? And the same thing goes for masturbation. Masturbation is nothing special, okay? Like it's literally a physical sensation, but we put so much, our perception beliefs is so high, it inflates the value of masturbation on it, right? And look, okay, this is such a good article, okay? This article talks about how there was an African tribe that literally didn't have a concept of masturbation. Let's just read it actually. So we choose the, research that they've done on a tribe called the Akan Gando. Okay, these people literally don't have a concept of masturbation in their tribe. They never— they don't even know what it is. Okay, I highly suggest you go and just type Akan Gando, um, on the internet and see, like, you know, just type masturbation next to it, then you'll see, like, these guys literally don't even know that masturbation is a thing, yet they live the most primitive lifestyle, which a lot of people will confuse and be like, oh, but, you know, we're supposed to act based on biology. but these guys are proving it wrong and we just don't see it. We just show one side of the mainstream coin, which is like, oh, masturbation is the best thing on earth. It's also gonna help you with prostate cancer and it's something that every human does that they need to do it, which is just not true. These guys are proving it. And that's the thing, these masturbation other behaviors were just not existence, okay? They just didn't know they exist, okay? A lot of people think there's some genuine pleasure in masturbation, okay? We always say, oh, dopamine, orgasm, opioids. Now the thing is dopamine is not released when you masturbate or have an orgasm. It's released in anticipation of those things, meaning that it motivates you to do those things. That's what dopamine does. It helps you, I mean, it motivates you towards a specific reward. So if you perceive masturbation give you reward, you're gonna release dopamine the same way you're gonna release dopamine for playing basketball, but you're not gonna release dopamine for playing soccer because you don't perceive your reward in soccer. It's all based on perception, guys. Okay? And you know, the thing is, if you take a random kid who never masturbated and tell them that masturbation is harmful, it will kill your drive for life, it will give you a disease, it doesn't even feel good when you do it. Now, that's going to happen is the kid, okay, the kid, if he tries to masturbate after hearing those things or not even hearing about masturbation at all, you really think he's going to feel dopamine and stress relief and opioids release? Would actually feel the opposite. Would feel stressed, shame, agitated, frustrated because his perception around masturbation is different. Okay, what does that show us is that masturbation doesn't contain any special chemical. That's the biggest misconception. People think masturbation, has some special chemicals which is going to be good for our health and make us feel pleasure and relieve our stress. But how can you prove that? The problem with scientific studies nowadays that are peer-reviewed is that they ignore that we have a mind and our own perception and beliefs about things. They cannot scan a desire, they cannot scan a belief, they cannot scan a perception. They just can scan the brain and they think that we're just acting based on how our brain chemistry works, which is not true. Because if you acted based on how your brain chemistry worked, then, man, you would have no control over your own self. That would make no sense. How can you just act based on how your brain works? That means you have no consciousness. But the thing is, we have a consciousness and we have our perception, beliefs in that. Okay? That's the thing. Okay? You might think that the orgasm feels pleasurable, and you might have experienced this at least once where you accidentally have an orgasm when you don't want to. And let's say, for example, you felt asleep, right? And you had an orgasm, or you did it out of, I don't know, it was like some friction in your clothing and it made you have an orgasm. It felt no pleasure. It just felt like something came out of your genitals. That's it, okay? And that's the thing that we need to understand. Same thing goes, imagine you do it to a kid, to a random kid. You really think he's gonna feel pleasure doing it himself if he doesn't have this perception that masturbation is gonna release his prostate cancer, he's gonna be able to be more healthy, he's gonna feel relaxed, pleasure. If he doesn't know those things, then he's not gonna feel those things. It's all a placebo, guys, okay? Another big misconception is that the human body needs a release. Who told you that, okay? You know, the thing is a lot of people don't have sex, right? A lot of people are not in relationships, they're not married. And the thing is they think, oh, masturbation is substitute for sex, which makes no sense. But the thing is the way that the body, and this is golden, okay? The way that the body gets a release, quote unquote, is through nightfalls and wet dreams. The human body literally is, made so that it released the unwanted semen throughout the night. And it shows that we don't need a release. Another sign that it shows that we don't need a release, so many people don't masturbate. So many people, but we just don't see them, right? Especially, for example, in third world countries and primitive tribes, women, most cases don't masturbate. And it's not 100% of men that masturbate, okay? You probably know some guys in life that never masturbated, okay? That's the thing. It shows that it's not forced. We don't need a release. We just think we need a release, so we get a release and we feel like we need a release, but It's just because of our belief and our perception. If we remove the belief and perception, we don't need a release. Okay? Another thing, scientific misconception that it's healthy. Okay? And the porn industry did so much to just prove that. And there was actually a study done in 2016 where they saw that there was no connection between prostate cancer and masturbation and that the actual way to have an healthy prostate is just to work out and eat healthy and have a good lifestyle. That's what they, got from the study. Yet we think that, oh, in order to prevent prostate cancer, I need to masturbate. Whoever had prostate cancer because they didn't masturbate, does your grandparents, do they all have prostate cancer since they were not masturbating? No. Just look, go look at yourself at the studies right now. Go look at the studies on the internet. Go do your own research. You'll see how they just take some parts of the equation and just completely ignore it. Okay? Because the thing is, it's all also dependent on our mind. If we think it's unhealthy, then we're going to feel like it's unhealthy and And because of that, it's going to manifest into the body. But if we think that it is normal, that we don't need to masturbate, we don't need that for health, then we won't feel unhealthy. Okay? That's what we need to understand. Okay? The mind is very powerful. And that's the problem. When we are fed lies and we believe in them, it's only going to be destructive. The truth, meaning that you don't need to masturbate, you don't need to release, will set you free. Remember, man, you literally have beliefs and perceptions that make you want to watch porn. And because of that, you feel like you're not free. But on the flip side, if you remove those things, and you remove those beliefs that you think that you don't need to masturbate, you don't need to have a release, then you'll be free. It's that simple, guys. Okay? And look, a lot of people think it's natural, okay? And it's normal. But the thing is, normal just means that a lot of people do it, right? So we can say it's normal nowadays, sadly. Now, there is no downsides or benefits. So the thing is, okay, the thing with masturbation is that it's not something that's going to give you any objective benefits. Just tell me right now, what benefits are you going to get? The stress relief is a psyop because stress is in your mind and you can simply remove your stress with your own mind. You can watch my video debunking stress in order to understand that. But pleasure is on our own mind. So how can you have more of something in your own mind with a physical act? Instead, we release the stress our own selves with our mind. We give the pleasure to ourselves with our own mind. When we feel like we should, okay? We are autonomous, we have mental autonomy. This is a lot of things that you guys need to know, okay? A lot of people see benefits in masturbation, meaning like, oh, it helps me with concentration, stress, anxiety. But again, this is subjective, okay? Meaning that if you perceive that it's gonna help you, then it's going to help you because you can create a placebo, okay? There's many studies where they took depressed individuals, they gave them a pill that said there was an antidepressant, and they saw that they took one group that, were depressed and they gave them the real antidepressants. They took one group that were depressed and gave them the fake antidepressants, just a pill that contains sugar inside of it and nothing. And both had pretty much the same results because of how the perceptions around the drug was, right? Even though the pill contained nothing, they still managed to create a placebo effect, meaning that they released their depressive symptoms like that, okay? And we're doing the same thing when we're releasing stress, anxiety whilst watching porn masturbating. It's because we perceive those things to release our stress, anxiety, even though it doesn't. And because of that, we create a placebo in our own self. So masturbation is not doing any of that to you. You're doing it to you. Okay? Now make no mistake, okay? They usually kill the stress, okay? The thing is, it comes from your thoughts. So just like if you remove the— if you stop thinking about the stressful situation, the stress is going to disappear. Like porn or masturbation is not doing any of that. It's just you stopping to think, okay? Go and watch my other videos to understand this more further, okay? And there's much more. I'm going to leave actually in the description This is gonna help you a lot. Just read it and understand and really internalize it. Don't just believe me blindly. Don't just read the article and just say, oh, this is the ultimate truth. No, actually come to your own conclusion. Read this, be open-minded, and really see if this is true or not from your own perception, okay? So that's the article. I'll leave it in the description. So guys, if you want to be coached by me one-on-one so that you can leave porn, masturbation, and lust forever in 7 to 14 days maximum, then go down in the link down in the description where it actually talks about how I can potentially help you.
