Meat Is Not The Problem

Meat isn't the problem; how much we eat, how sedentary we are, and what we feed livestock are. Hunter-gatherers ate meat rarely, fasted often, and moved constantly. Today's 24/7 access combined with processed foods and no exercise is what drives health issues. Beef liver and occasional meat can be nutritious if paired with fasting and exercise.

Now look, okay, I'm gonna explain something. Meat, I don't think that the problem is meat. The problem with, you know, a lot of people say that meat causes cancer, meat causes them to be sick, meat causes inflammation. Yes, that can be true, but first you gotta, if you wanna eat meat and still be healthy, you gotta really look at things like frequent consumption, okay? Normally in nature, like if you were hunting and everything, will there be like a thousand meat available to you? No, you will have to chase. Sometimes you have to eat plants, sometimes you have to eat this and that. But also the thing is, you will be fasting for a lot of period of time. So you're gonna eat meat, but then you're gonna be fasting, which goes to growth versus recession. Growth plus recession is— what I mean by that is, you are, you know, when you eat, you're growing, you're giving yourself energy, but you need recession. You need times where you're just not eating, you're just giving your body rest so things like autophagy can happen, which is you repair yourself so your cells become stronger. So That's the thing. Meat, in terms of like red meat, poultry, turkey, whatever meat, duck and everything, is way too available, okay? The food supply accessibility, there's way too much meat. I don't even understand how is there so much meat. There's every restaurant has meat, every grocery store has meat, and in abundance. I don't know why, but The thing is, it's way too accessible. So the problem with that is you are not naturally eating things. It's like with fruits, we have fruits 24/7, like 365, like every day of the year, but we're not supposed to have them. They're just coming from other countries and they're not even fresh or anything. It's the same with meat. You can say that with any problematic food. We don't eat meat because, you know, we chase meat and, you know, we basically work hard for meat. Instead, we just have meat in front of us, so we eat it in the sort of like quote-unquote breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But bro, that's what causes harm. It's also combined with the diet of the animal. If the animal just eat corn and soy and GMO things, and just things like that, yes, it's going to be problematic because it's going to affect your gut too. Like it affected the gut of the animal, it's going to affect your gut too. In nature, animals grow up, they're not sick, they're just healthy and everything. They're literally never sick, bro. But animals being farmed and just with this modern sort of like way of living, they have a lot of sickness, they have osteoporosis, literally, like they don't— they have like fatty liver, like literally because of their diet and because of their sort of like lifestyle that they were forced to have. So frequent consumption is the problem because there's too much food available to you. There's way too much food, and so you always eat, and you are tricked to believe that you need to eat 24/7. So yes, meat is going to be problematic if, for example, the diet of the animals is trash. Even if the diet of the animal was trash, If you're just eating way too frequently, if you're eating everyday meat, maybe twice a day or something, yes, yes, it's going to be problematic, 100% sure. And that goes for any food that can be problematic, okay? If, let's say, let's say bread, for example. You, if you were to think in nature, where like bread, like, I'm not 100% sure, but you know, the cereals, the grains, Are they growing in the winter? If not, that means that you're not supposed— like, normally you would not eat grains in the winter, so you would eat them more in the summer and everything. But now we got food accessible 24/7, so we can eat whatever food that we want, and we're not even grateful for it, but we can eat whatever food that we want, and we just abuse our body with this because we're like, oh, let me eat, let me eat steak, let me eat chicken, and then let me eat eggs at every meal. Like, that's gonna cause harm to your body. Also, your lifestyle, your lifestyle plays a big part because think about it, people that were eating meat were hunters back in the days, right? Now, these hunters probably walk at least 10 miles a day just to get meat, just to find meat. Us, we eat meat just because of the taste, just because of the spices on the meat. We don't eat meat because, you know, we, we worked hard and we— maybe we worked out, or maybe we went for a run, maybe went for a long walk. No, we don't. We literally stay on a chair and do nothing. So also, like, there was like a scientific study I'm not— that I'm not gonna link, sorry, but they proved that when you exercise and eat meat, like, you know, the paleo movement, like the paleo movement, when you exercise plus eat meat, you help your gut, your, like, your bacteria and everything to digest meat better, okay? But meat, in my opinion, is not the problem. It's, it's also the diet of people, okay? Because when you sort of like combine eating too much too frequently, and then you add meat on top of this, it's gonna make it hard for your digestive system. Your body is normally in nature, it's made to just eat like just what you, pretty much like people were hunting, they found like a lot of berries, they ate a lot of berries. They pretty much ate a mono meal. I'm not saying everyone did this, but a lot of people did because let's say you find meat, you're just gonna eat meat. You're not gonna eat anything else. You're not gonna eat 3 meals a day. Or 5 meals a day, you're just gonna eat meat, and then you're gonna have a period of recession, which means you're fasting, you're pretty much recovering, and you're giving your body rest. And then growth is when you eat, you know, you're pretty much like— and it's pretty much the exercise, and recession is pretty much like you resting between the exercise. So I think we gotta stop demonizing meat. I'm not an expert or anything, but We gotta stop them minimizing meat because it's the people's lifestyle and diet and dietary choices, like eating animals that are just antibiotic-fed, corn-fed, soy-fed. You know, they were not meant to live like this. If you're eating a sick animal, like, what would you think would happen to your body? That's why I think, like, meat is Meat has a lot of nutrients, but it's not made in nature, it's not made to eat 24/7. Think about it, like, in poor countries, the people that were more poor don't have meat accessible to them. They might eat meat once a year. For example, my mom comes from Morocco, and in Morocco, the poor people have meat once a year, literally, just once a year. And they eat it since it's like a sort of like, not birthday, but it's a sort of like a holiday, not holiday, but I forgot the name. It's sort of like a, it's sort of a special day where they, for the religion, I think it's a special day where they just eat a sheep, I think. Yeah, sheep. And you know, that's the only time where poor people get to eat meat. If they don't have the money, don't eat meat. What we gotta understand is if we were living straight in the forest or something, yeah, maybe our diet will be composed of meat and everything, but you wouldn't be eating meat 5 times a day still. Would eating be maximum eating meat once a day or twice a day depending on like if you were just to eat it like right away or you just share with people. So maybe you will eat it 3 times, like not 3 times, once every 3 days, once every 5 days, it depends. But meat is not the problem, it's more of the lifestyle, the environment, you know, the fuel consumption, the food supply. Because if we really, if grocery store didn't exist and we had to like make our own food and everything, meat, no one will be eating meat because Except for farm people. No, like, yes, we're gonna eat meat if we worked hard for it, we did a farm or we went to nature and everything to find meat. But we don't have meat in front of us, we don't work hard enough to have meat nowadays. We don't deserve to have meat. I'm not saying it's a treat or something, but I'm saying we don't work hard in terms of physical, you know, like walking long hours and everything to find meat. We don't do that nowadays, we just live a sedentary lifestyle. Where we just sit around all day on our computer and, you know, we were told to believe that, oh, you need protein and everything. But yes, you need protein, but meat is loaded with nutrients. You know, we look at beef liver, it's one of the most nutritious food on Earth. But like, bro, if you don't, if you really gotta understand, if you live a lifestyle that is not sort of like, uh, the same, not the same, but that doesn't deserve things like meat or fish and everything. You're not supposed to eat them frequently. That's the only problem. You're not supposed to eat it frequently. If someone was to go OMAD and just eat one meal a day, that will be okay. But when you also pair meat with starches, which makes sugar and protein, which is very bad for your body, and you consume a lot of sugar, you consume a lot of processed food, consume all those things, yes, meat is just going to be like one of those things that's going to make it worse. But I don't think meat is made to be worse. Any food can be bad if you really don't have a good sort of like dietary lifestyle and just lifestyle in general. So yes, that's it for the video.
