NoFap Doesn't Work... so I'm leaking my paid course

In this video the creator explains how constructing a clear, detailed life vision fuels both conscious and unconscious motivation, especially for people trying to quit pornography (PMO) and improve overall personal development. He contrasts painful and pleasurable future scenarios, shows how visualizing desired outcomes creates a subconscious drive, and discusses how belief in one’s worthiness and capability is essential. The speaker shares personal anecdotes—such as an intense cold‑calling period—to illustrate how hardship can be reframed as skill‑building and a path to a stronger masculine identity. He differentiates long‑term vision (the ultimate life picture) from short‑term motivation (enjoying the immediate activity) and outlines how the former informs the latter. Practical steps are provided: write a concise, present‑tense vision covering multiple life domains, read it daily, and align daily actions with it. He also addresses common pitfalls, like relying solely on feeling good to sustain behavior, and stresses the importance of belief, belief‑challenging, and cognitive‑behavioral techniques in maintaining consistency. The video concludes with a call to action for viewers to craft their own vision, share it for feedback, and watch future mindset‑focused content.

This is a course I made about a year ago that allowed my students to quit porn and masturbation forever. It took me more than 20 hours to make this simple course. I've done countless research, I've done countless testing over the past 3 years just so I could condense everything into a 2-hour course so that anybody can understand it and learn how to quit porn and masturbation forever from it as soon as possible. This is by far the easiest way to get to the root cause of your porn and masturbation usage. My ultimate goal is to help 1 million men quit porn forever. Also, you're probably wondering, why am I putting this out there for free? There's a few reasons for that. First, my students have access to two new more in-depth courses. One is 4 hours and one is 6 hours. But with this course, I know you'll be able to quit porn and masturbation forever, which will help me fulfill my purpose. And if you don't quit, you'll see that you'll drastically reduce your desire for porn and masturbation, and you will have made a ton of progress in your life as a byproduct. And if you really make drastic progress, then I'll potentially be the one that's going to help you one-on-one now that you made the progress so that you can quit this once and for all through our mentorship. And this course that you're about to watch is the exact blueprint I use with my students that allowed our mentorship to have an 86% success rate at that time that we were using that course. To give you a few examples, you have Josh, Julio, and many more that have left porn and masturbation now for more than 500 days. Or another one of our students who managed to not only quit porn, masturbation, and lust, but also to build a second business, travel the world, and plan to build a family soon with his partner. Or the countless examples of our other students who've managed to quit porn, masturbation, and lust within a very quick time frame and pursue meaningful things in their lives now. So Over this 2-hour course, I'll be going over how to get to the root cause of your porn usage, how to eliminate urges and temptations from the root, how to gain full control over your lust without compromising your sexual drive, how to quit porn and masturbation in the long term to gain freedom forever, and then how to move on with your life without worrying about coming back. Look, the difference between you and my students is simply the information and processes that they went through. So let's jump into it. Take notes and listen carefully without any distractions. All right guys, so this is the first video of the program. Now I want to just basically make this video to really make sure that you understand how you can actually apply these tips so that you can actually quit in less than a week, okay? Because in all honesty, the only reason why I say you don't you know, I don't say, oh, quit in one day, right? It's because it seems impossible in front of the eyes of NoFap. But to be honest, it's very easy, okay? And I want you to actually believe it. Um, obviously, you know, you don't need to believe something that you don't need to— I mean, that you don't believe yourself. But let me just explain, okay? You need— okay, this is what you need, okay? I'm not gonna force you to believe anything, but you need to be open to new thoughts and perspective. You need to be Open to like, okay, this is a different idea. I never thought of that. Or, oh, okay, this contradicts my, my, my, my, my deep beliefs, but like, let me just like question that. Okay, that's the first thing you need to do. Okay, second thing, don't believe me, come to your own conclusions. It's not because I say, oh, porn addiction is not real, that you say, oh yeah, you know, porn addiction is not real. You need to have proof on why you actually believe that, and that's why you got to come to your own conclusions. Okay, you cannot just like believe blindly whatever I say. Okay, and third, don't force yourself to believe, rather seek to understand. If I go and tell you again that, you know, sexual energy is not a real concept, then it's like, you know, don't just say, oh yeah, you know what, sexual energy is not a good concept, let me force my disbelief into my head. No, just understand the different reasons why, you know, I say that sexual energy is not a real concept. So now you're able to come to your own conclusion. Okay. You know, if I say porn has no benefits, don't be like, oh yeah, he's right, it has no benefits. No, instead ask, okay, why? You know, how does porn have zero benefits? So you can come to your own conclusion through understanding. Okay, so here's the formula. Okay, it's that easy. You just need to remove the lies so that you can see the truth again. That's why you need to be open to your thoughts and perspective, because it will allow you to see something that you never saw before. Okay, and you know, example of one of my friends, okay, uh, one of my close friends in real life He quit porn the moment he decided to stop watching it. Okay, he didn't even know about any NoFap tips. He didn't even know about anything. He knew that, you know, porn was kind of having a negative impact on him. But the reason why it was so easy for him to quit is because he didn't consume any NoFap content. He didn't even believe he was addicted. He just saw it as like, oh, you know what, I need to stop this, right? Which is basically what I say is the truth, right? It's once you stop buying into these lies of NoFap and really, you know, debunk the brainwashing associated with that, it becomes very, very easy, okay? And again, this is not recovery, okay? This is simply changing your perception so it can be aligned with the truth. There's not going to be any techniques like, oh, you know, go and do these habits, or, oh, you know, tips and tricks, or magic, or lifestyle changes, or new habits. None of that, okay? It's really going to be simple. It's really just going to be about changing your perception. And again, don't force yourself to change your perception. Rather, seek to understand. It's simple, you know, don't force yourself to quit, okay? And here's how I see really this program, okay? And this is not just with the program, but you know, anytime you really just seek the truth and you really change your perception on something so it can be aligned with the truth, that's what happens, okay? Here's NoFap, okay? Because a lot of you might be thinking that, you know, oh, I've been doing NoFap for so long, You know, I've been on long streaks, I've been on short streaks. I've never been able to quit. Okay, but let me explain. Try to quit porn using NoFap techniques and just like overall the NoFap mindset in all aspects is like you trying to just jump off a cliff and fly without any, any, you know, parachutes or anything. You're just like jumping off a cliff and you're hoping that, you know, you'll have wings and that you'll fly, right? So guess what? The success rate is like what? It's 0%, right? Because you're literally doing something that is almost impossible. Okay, I mean, in that scenario, it is impossible. Now imagine that you have the same cliff, but that you use a paraglider. That's, you know, this paraglider where you're basically like flying in the air. Now the success rate is like 99%. You know, you're not gonna fall from the cliff and die straight away, right? You're just going to be able to fly and be free, quote unquote. It's really that simple, okay? And I want you to really just see it like this. If, you know, it's sad to say, and I don't like saying this, but most people that, you know, either are really deep into porn and that they see so much value in porn, or that they're really deep into the NoFap ideology and they believe in addiction and they believe that it's going to be hard because it's rooted in biology, it's like these people here, right? There's shadows and they're just distracted by the shadows. They're like, 'Oh, this is all that there is to life, right? Life is just like that small, and I'm just gonna watch shadows for the rest of my life and eat food,' right? And then once they start maybe, you know, climbing up, maybe one of them— you know, this is Plato's Cave, by the way. It's a very, very popular, um, concept. But basically, okay, as they start climbing, okay, most of the time these people in the shadows, they will try to, you know, get them back. They will try to tell them like, Why are you trying to, you know, you know, go there? And they'll just go, okay? And they'll start climbing up and they'll start climbing up, and then they'll be blinded once they start seeing the sun. They never saw the sun. They were in a cave their whole life, right? They never saw the sun. And so the sun is kind of hard to see because, you know, it's the first time of their life, right? And then they're like, they go back and they tell the, the people, and they're like, yo guys, like 'Come here, like, you'll see the sun, you'll be free.' But these guys are like, 'Ah, no, man, like, uh, the truth is, you know, the shadows, that's all there is to life,' right? Whilst these guys, they're like, 'Man, look, look, look what I just found. You can actually be free and you don't have to be in the cave for the rest of your life.' And the reason why this guy is like this with the sun, is like, uh, trying to, you know, hide his face from the sun, is because the truth, okay? And this is basically the sun or the truth, you know, the light in that scenario is hard to accept at first, but once you accept it, you're truly free. You're not inside of the cave anymore looking at shadows and thinking like, oh, that's all there is to life. Or you're not even just like trying to climb up and like, oh, you know what, should I face the light or should I just like go back to my old identity or my old whatever environment? Once you go on top, that's when you're like, Oh, I'm free. And one of the best ways to do this is simply to be open to new thoughts and perspective. Because the guy that is not open to new thoughts and perspective is gonna be in the shadows, right? He's gonna be like, no, why am I— should I experience, you know, try to see the sun? I don't even think there's a sun out there. I don't even think there's light. All there is to life is shadows, right? It's really that simple. Okay, so just to make it simple, watch every single video on this module. Keep on asking me questions on WhatsApp. Whatever, whatever platform you communicate with me. And from there, you'll really be able to understand and never ever relapse. Or, you know, even if something happens, right, at the end of the day, it's— there's no pressure. You'll understand with the videos, you know, the sooner you watch the videos, the easier it's gonna be for you to just be, you know, the guy that climbed up the cave. Now he's totally free and he can do whatever he wants. So that's All right guys, escaping the trap. This video is very crucial, okay? We need to understand that we have been brainwashed by NoFap, okay? Let's just get into this. So NoFap constantly tells you that it will be hard to quit, almost impossible, but this can't be further away from the truth, okay? Let me explain. Imagine, okay, this is a very, very good example to understand like why NoFap brainwashed us, okay? Imagine that you there's this guy, okay, and this guy is called, you know, Miss Universe. And you know, this I got it from Charlie Morgan, he's a very popular entrepreneur. But basically, okay, Mr. Universe, let's say that, you know, he's there and he say, okay, anyone that says the right color that is on this painting, I'm gonna be able to give him everything that he wants in life and he's gonna get every single basically desires that he has, right? So look, there's two guys that come in, they're like, you know what, it's easy. Let me go and say, what's the color, right? As you can see, the color is black. But then the guy with the red glasses says it's 100% red. And then the guy with the blue glasses says it's 100% blue. What this Miss Universe says, it says, you're both wrong, it's black, you get nothing. I miss Universe, you get nothing because you cannot even see the right color. The reason why they don't see the right color is not because they cannot see the color black, they don't know that the color black exists. It's that they have these glasses that they adopted, you know, inside of their life. I mean, as they went on through life, and that's how they started perceiving the world. Okay, the glasses are how you perceive the world. So the guy seeing red is like, are you blind, Miss Universe? I knew you were lying when you said that, you know, I could have anything that I wanted. Oh no, no, the guy with blue glasses says, oh no, it's blue, you idiot. Miss Universe is lying and life is unfair. The reality is, just like NoFap, okay, once you truly see the truth, you truly see like the black painting rather than how you perceive the painting to be, and you remove your perception, you remove the glasses, you'll just see black. And Mr. Universe will tell you that you'll be able to get anything that you want, aka in that scenario for NoFap, freedom. You got to remove the glasses from NoFap, okay? The beliefs about sex, dopamine, stress relief, health, lust, urges, debunk all of them and you'll see that basically Miss Universe quote unquote will tell you, oh look, you got, you know, and this is nothing religious at all, right, saying Miss Universe. Let's just say Mr. Magician will give you everything that you want, okay? That's the goal. You need to debunk it because once you truly remove the glasses, you'll be able to see anything. You'll be able to see the true colors of something, which will basically give you freedom. Because imagine that you're trying to achieve something. Imagine that the guy with the red glasses is like, man, all of my life, all I want is to be able to achieve anything that I want and get whatever I want. But he keeps his glasses, right? Because that's, you know, that's the glasses that he, let's say, that he bought throughout life, right? Well, guess what? He's never gonna be able to have the freedom of achieving his goal, of just achieving his goals in general, because of his glasses. That's why he needs to realize, actually, maybe if I remove the glasses, yeah, it's going to be a bit like weird at first, but I'm going to be able to maybe see something else. And that's when you gain the freedom. It's nothing wishy-washy. You'll, you'll see it's extremely simple. We simply get rid of the you know, the unconscious beliefs that we got from NoFap that don't even make sense. They're not even proven scientifically. They're not even proven by research. They're just beliefs that we adopted because NoFap, you know, authority told us to do it. Okay, and you'll see the black square basically. So here's the addict self-image. Okay, and that's a huge problem inside of NoFap. We see someone who's an addict as someone who loses control, that he has impulses that goes against his own will. That he watches porn even though he doesn't want to. And all of that is bullshit, okay? Let me just explain. There's external versus internal reasons. Because of the hype online about doing NoFap and the consequences and the fear associated with watching porn, we get told to just not watch porn, right? But the thing is, we get told to not watch porn before even deciding if we want to stop watching porn or not. Humans never ever stay consistent with external reasons. They never stay consistent with things that scare them, that, you know, oh, do it because you'll get these consequences, or stop doing this behavior because there's these consequences, right? Or other people, right? Or, you know, NoFap telling them to do it. But they will always stay consistent with internal reasons. And that's one thing that we're going to see. The reason why, you know, an addict's self-image makes zero sense And, you know, obviously people actually believe in that, but I'm saying that it doesn't exist and people just make it a self-fulfilling prophecy, just like a placebo. It's because humans don't make choices randomly, and they're not forced to make choices. They always reason why they should make a choice. So there's no such thing as loss of control. There's no such thing as impulse against his own will. There's no such thing as watching porn when you don't want to. The reality is you might use them as excuses in order to do what you like, aka watching porn. And there's nothing wrong about that. We'll debunk that, okay? So here's what you can do now. Accept that you like porn, masturbation, lust. Literally accept it. Accept that you like thinking about women, whatever, okay? And then ask yourself what makes you like porn or masturbation or lust in all honesty, you know? What does it truly give you? Don't be like, oh no, Samir, it gives me nothing, maybe a bit of pleasure. No, say, oh, maybe stress relief, maybe, uh, you know, it feels amazing, maybe, uh, you know, it leaves my, my frustration, it gives me a, you know, sexual relief. Don't say that it gives you nothing, it's impossible, okay? Now you will see the benefits that you are truly getting out of porn, and we will debunk them on the coaching call in the next videos, okay? That's why it's very important to watch the videos, because remember, you see, you need to seek to understand. Then the third step, list all of the benefits that you get out of not watching porn, because remember, humans are motivated by internal reasons. So if you see benefits of doing something, then that's internal, right? That's like, oh, let me do it for, uh, because I want to do it, right? Now here's how, you know, NoFap basically made it worse, okay? And, and I call this the playground effect. It's a very popular concept that humans use. Now let's compare porn and video games, okay? Video games, we can agree that most, if not, you know, let's say like 95%, uh, or let's be conservative, let's say 80% of the people are able to quit video games pretty easily if they choose to stop playing video games, right? If they, they make a decision, or maybe they make a decision to cut it down, for example. But for porn, apparently it's impossible for most people, right? For like 80% of the people once they start getting into it. Yet, okay, both provide, from what they say, and we're gonna debunk this, a lot of dopamine. Both provide a lot of novelty. Video games also sometimes has some lustful characters that you can be, you know, listening to. And video games even has an element of competition and tribal aspects that humans love when it comes to biology. Yet you can quit video games after playing for years, 16 hours a day, just like I did, just like many people did, but not porn. There is something wrong with that, right? And it's not porn that is wrong, it's not video games that is wrong. There's something else to it, okay? And I call this the playground effect. The thing is, okay, that video games doesn't have is someone telling them about, you know, on every social media platform, like on YouTube, on the internet, on Instagram, Instagram that video games is an addiction and it's gonna be hard to quit because there's too much dopamine and your brain is fried. That's literally what NoFap tells us. So the point I'm making here is that, you know, the, the playground effect basically is this. Imagine a kid is playing, right? Let's say this kid is playing and then he falls from this, from this, from this playground and he falls, let's say, on his arms, right? And there's a bit of blood. Initially, the kid is like, oh, you know what, let me just brush it off and let me just go and do nothing about it, right? Let me just go and keep on playing with my friends, right? Initially. But if an adult sees him and he's like, oh my God, I just saw that you fell. Are you good, man? I'm very worried about you because you just fell very bad and all of those things. Now guess what? The kid is going to be worried. He's gonna be like, oh man, what is gonna happen to me? Maybe something really bad happens to me and I don't know. And then he's gonna start crying, and then he's gonna start, uh, feeling extremely anxious, and he's gonna start doing all of those things. Whilst initially what actually happened is nothing. He just, you know, fell on, on his arms, fell on his legs, and he thought nothing of it. But what someone else, a, you know, an external factor told them, oh my God, I'm worried about you, blah blah blah blah, all of the consequences, the fear. Now it becomes a problem. It wasn't a problem initially, it just become a problem because of the playground effect, as we call it, okay? And one thing we gotta understand, porn is not a magical substance that takes away all of your problems, and it's also not this poison that takes away your life. It's neutral. And the reason why I say it's neutral is because it's a lifeless video. Think about it. If you watch a video about something that you don't like, let's say that you watch a video of K-pop, right? K-pop is like, you know, this Korean music, right? You're not gonna get any dopamine. You're not gonna get, um, you know, you're not gonna be mind controlled and you're not gonna be able to do anything about it, right? Or even like, let's make it even more, um, you know, maybe it's porn. If you watch homosexual porn Like gay porn. Does porn take away your— does gay porn take away all of your life problems? Does it, you know, is it the poison that's going to take away your life? I mean, maybe if you, if you decide to, right? If you don't like it, well, guess what? Porn is a lifeless video. You're not gonna get so much dopamine and, you know, relieve all of your life problems once you watch gay porn. The reason why is because you don't perceive gay porn to be something that can be pleasurable. And we're going to talk more about this, but it's extremely important to understand that this is all about perception at the end of the day, okay? You gotta understand it's a lifeless video. Porn is a lifeless video. It's a video. A video with pixels cannot control your mind. Think about it, okay? Forbidden fruit effect. And this is a problem with NoFap. The problem is they constantly tell you that, you know, something is bad and that you should never do it But that indirectly creates curiosity inside of us. We think, well, I mean, if this is so bad, then, you know, how do people, you know, you know, if this is so bad, then why people do get hooked on it, right? If it's really, really all negative, all downsides, then why do people get hooked on it? And it creates this curiosity, right? I'm not saying that you're going to be forced to act upon it because you, you get told that, you know, it's bad, right? But think about it. A lot of people get told that, you know, drugs is bad for the whole life. Yet, and it has been proven scientifically, once they started prohibiting drugs, people actually started taking more drugs. It's really, really simple to understand, but it doesn't really, you know, NoFap basically, and all of these addiction experts don't tell us that, right? Remember, human wants the benefits. They don't care about paying the cost. And this is going to be something we actually dive deeper in because think about it. If you're buying a house, right? Well, you're going to pay the cost, which is a lot, right? And it's not just like monetary costs, right? It's not just like a $100,000, $200,000, $300,000. It's going to be also a lot of um, overall, like, you know, mental energy wasted on just keeping up with the house, right? Humans are ready to pay the cost to get the benefit. You know, in that case, for the house, they're getting— you know, we'll talk further about this, but they're ready to get the benefit of owning a big house, right? But point is, simply a lifeless video. Masturbation is simply a physical touch that people can interpret as pleasurable, right? Because people make it like, oh my God, masturbation feels so good. It's like this thing where I'm like feeling ecstasy. But the reason— the thing is, the reason why it feels so good is because it's mental masturbation more than physical masturbation. Think about it, right? Pleasure is in the mind. Happiness is in the mind. It's not physical. It's all in the mind. So here's the magical view against the basic view, okay? This is important to understand. Magical view we have of porn is it takes away my depression, it takes away my anger, it takes away my anxiety and stress, it numbs all of the emotional pain and makes me forget about trouble and trauma. Whilst the realistic view when it comes to all of those things is porn can be used as a distraction just like any other activities. Okay, we're gonna get further into this, uh, in the next videos. Magical view of porn: oh, it brings me euphoria, it's a pleasure, great greater than anything else known to man, will always make me feel so good, gives me so much dopamine, and sparks up my brain. The realistic view is it perturbs the brain and body in ways that can be perceived as pleasurable. And here I said body just because of masturbation, but the, the reality is the only reason why I said it is because, um, I use that from, you know, drugs, okay? And so porn perturbs the brain, but even then it doesn't really Okay, it's just, it's mental fantasy. It's not physical. Okay, so really understand that porn brainwashed us, and if you want to really just gain freedom, then you need to remove the glasses. And be— and the easiest way to remove the glasses is to be open to new thoughts and perspective. It's that simple. All right guys, let's debunk something very, very important. Okay, the lie of addiction. Okay, and choice. So let's just get into it. Addiction in the past, okay, because we often get told that addiction is something very hard to quit and that it changes your brain and that you've been doing it repetitively and because of dopamine and all of that. And there's literally no logic behind and we just believe it because it's coaches and experts who tell us that, right? But addiction in the past meant someone who is extremely passionate about doing a certain thing. In the 1900s, that was literally, and this is not word for word, but this is basically what they meant when they said addiction. Now here is what people use to define addiction nowadays. Oh, it's a behavior that you cannot stop. It's a behavior that if you're trying to quit and you cannot after like 4 days, then that's an addiction. Oh, if you increase the dosage or the usage, with time, then that's an addiction. Or if you do riskier and riskier behavior, then that's an addiction. So let's debunk it, okay? The reason why you can't stop is not because of dopamine. It's simply because we get told by NoFap and other people to quit porn because of the consequences. So we try to do it, but internally we're still wanting to watch porn. We're getting the benefits out of porn. It's not that you can't stop, it's that you don't want to stop internally because of the benefits. Think about it. If you've been watching porn for all of those years, if you even watch porn in the first place, it wasn't because, oh, you know what, uh, I, I really didn't want to watch porn in the first place, but I forced myself to do it. No, you made the choice because you were like, oh, apparently people say that, you know, porn feels so good and that, you know, these porn stars, and, um, and you got curiosity because you're like, maybe I can experience something which is a benefit. So it wasn't like, oh, you, you can't stop from the beginning. Like, think about it, okay? Humans decide, okay, and they choose to. That means that they, they still have a choice to do any behavior. But usually humans, if, you know, there's benefits linked to a certain behavior, then they will always lean more towards it mentally, not physically. They will always be like, you know what, let me maybe do this behavior. Second thing to define an addiction apparently, increase dosage or usage. And this goes both ways. If you like something, then you can choose to do or consume more of it. If I like, for example, to play basketball, in the beginning I might just play basketball for like 30 minutes, but then I might pay for 4 hours, you know, in 2 years from now because, you know, I choose to, okay? And for people, the thing is, for people, they also are brainwashed by NoFap ideology and also by, you know, some porn studies and all of those things that they tell you that, you know, porn is like this miraculous drug because of the brain spikes, because of the dopamine, because of the addiction that takes away all of the problem. That's generally what people believe unconsciously thanks to NoFap. Okay, sorry, I don't want to be passive-aggressive, but NoFap basically been telling us that, you know, oh, your brain changed and now you need porn in order to feel, you know, your baseline of dopamine. And, you know, when you feel the dopamine, it's like it gives you that stress relief, it gives you that relief, and you stop thinking of all of your problems for a few seconds. Well, that's a huge benefit for most people. And remember, people love benefits. That doesn't mean they have to choose those benefits every single time, or else like you'll be literally watching porn every single second of your life. But humans like benefits and they can choose to, you know, indulge in this, right? And to make it worse, it's like NoFap tells you to, you know, that you will feel shame and guilt when you watch it, so you feel even more down after watching it, and then you think that porn will make you feel better. When you feel down. So guess what? More usage, more dosage. It's not just, um, I'm watching porn more and more because I don't want to. Like, bro, let's just use logic, okay? It just becomes an endless self-fulfilling cycle. You're not watching porn more and more because you don't want to. You're watching porn more and more because of certain reasons, because of certain, you know, your reasoning why you should watch porn more and more. Another thing, risky behavior, uh, which is apparently used as, uh, you know, a defining criteria for addiction. The key thing is, is to put the shame and guilt aside and just look at the behavior for what it is, okay? If you genuinely like something, for example, looking at naked women, then you might choose to pursue it, okay? And society will call it risky, and NoFap will tell you that it's wrong, when in reality, okay, and let's put the morality aside, let's put the shame and guilt aside, You choose to do that behavior because of certain reasons that we can easily debunk. Like, think about it. The guy that, you know, you, you probably don't want to go and do some— like, let's say you, you probably don't want to go and pay a prostitute, even if you've been watching porn for a long time, right? Most of the people don't want to go and pay a prostitute, and they still— even if it's— even if she's in front of her— I mean, of them, they're not even gonna do it, right? Because of their beliefs, the reasons, and the benefit that they associate with the prostitute. They're like, no, that's not worth it. Well, guess what? You know, it's risky, but yet they don't do it because you gotta understand that humans make choices, okay? They have free will and the brain changes. And this is so, so, so— oh my, like, this is so Uh, it's such a huge misconception, right? And again, like I said in the first video, don't believe me, come to your own conclusions. Now, here's your brain. Is your brain on heroin? Is your brain on porn? You know why the brain changes? It's not because of dopamine. Yeah, we can create dopamine 100%, right? And the dopamine is created in our mind, but that's on the video about dopamine. We'll talk more about this, but The brain changes, okay, they occur in the formation of any habits or skills in order to create less resistance to do it again, okay? But also, we understand that— I want to ask you this question to every single person that uses this image: what does the brain scan actually show? What does it actually prove? What is the purple part? What is the blue part? We don't even know what it is for 99.9% of the people. But we say, oh look, it changed your brain. It's like saying, oh, um, look, I don't have any knowledge about, about this, but look what happened. I don't even know what it is, but look what happened. It makes no sense. Okay, let's just use logic here, okay? And it's not to force you to do it again. You have weird powerful cravings. The brain changes don't do that, okay? At first you have a lot of resistance to play the piano This is what piano players does, right? But as time goes on and you play, like, let's say every day, every week, whatever, now you don't need to think much about doing it, okay? Because that— the brain changes occurs in the formation of any habits or skills in order to create less resistance to do it again. It's that simple. Look at the brain here, okay? We have the brain here of a piano player. Is, is his brain like the one on Airman in porn? And now he's like, oh, here's your brain before, now here's your brain on piano. Let's use logic again, okay? Your brain changes so that it can adapt and make it so that it becomes easier to just do it again and again. There's no resistance, meaning that you don't need to think much about doing it, and you can just go at it effortlessly, right? Just like if you, if you go to the gym, right, at first— or let's say, let's say driving a bicycle— at first you're gonna think too much, and you might fail. You might be like, oh, Should I drive the bicycle? Should I not drive the bicycle? Then you open the bicycle and you have a lot of resistance. You're gonna be like, oh, um, you know, I'm scared, whatever. But as time goes on, your body adapts and you're not even scared. You're just doing it unconsciously. That's what happens. You're doing it almost unconsciously. Now for porn, if you say that you watch porn unconsciously, like, porn is, is like literally, it's essentially like an activity where it's like you cannot do it unconsciously. It's not just in front of you. You gotta like go and search it and then decide to watch it and they decide to continue on watching it and all of those things. Okay, here's the brain of, um, someone who drives taxis in London. You'll see that this brain changes because he— his brain needs to have less resistance in order for him to remember the streets, in order for him to just make the taxi driving easier. Okay, the point is that like any habits or skills that we pre— Often our brain will change, not because of dopamine, but just to make it easier to do the behavior again. And it's important to know that the pianists or the taxi driver are not forced to play the piano or drive the taxi. They don't have powerful cravings to do it. It's just now easier for them to do the habit without much thinking. Same thing goes with porn. And also an important note: humans usually completely remove their addictions with time. It has been proven scientifically, okay? I can send over the— I don't want to put the research because just literally 9 pages, but I can also send it to you if you want. And you know, even if your brain was truly messed up, okay, think about it. The mind is always more powerful than the brain chemistry. Just like how you, when you're at the gym, right, and you push yourself at the gym, even if your brain gives you the signals that, you know, it hurts, you know, I don't want to do this, your mind is way more powerful, you know. The reason why I'm almost, you know, sometimes laughing is because I want to just use logic to debunk things. I don't even need to use scientific evidence, even though there is, okay? And why we actually watch more, okay, it's not about the urges, okay? A lot of, a lot of people think it's because urges are built inside of us, right? Just like hunger. And it makes no sense at all, it's bad, okay? The real reason why we watch it is because of benefits. Okay, benefits. Want. Okay, this is important to know. Okay, if you can understand this— if you don't understand this, just ask me on WhatsApp right now. But want is emotion associated with perceived benefits. Okay, you might want ice cream, okay, because you think that it tastes good, that it gives you pleasure, and it gives you like a relaxing effect, right? And that you can actually enjoy it. You might want porn because you think that it will provide a sexual relief, that will provide a huge amount of pleasure, and that will provide a stress relief. It's the benefits you perceive, right? So imagine this, okay? Imagine this guy is feeling so stressed out, right? He's feeling so stressed out and he doesn't crave— let's say that right now, this guy usually feels so stressed out, but let's say that right now he's not feeling stressed out. He doesn't crave porn at all, right? He's feeling good, he's feeling happy, there's no cravings at all. And you can— you guys can probably attest to this. When you feel very good, you don't have any cravings. But then the moment you become stressed, aka a negative emotion, and you're trying to solve it, out of nowhere you want and crave porn because you perceive porn to give you a stress relief. It's that simple. You don't just crave porn out of nowhere when you feel on top of the world, right? But then once you start feeling stressed, anxious, you're like, oh, you know what, I want to watch porn because you think that porn gives you stress relief, anxiety relief. Whilst another guy doesn't get, you know, he doesn't crave fishing, going, doesn't crave going fishing throughout the day. Maybe he enjoys it, right? Maybe he enjoys it, he might go like from time to time. But when he becomes stressed, now he wants or craves fishing because he perceives fishing to give him a stress relief. This is a weird example, but it's actually true. It's not an urge or a biological desire or a craving to go fishing. It's a want because of the perceived benefits that the activity will give, give to you. Okay, that's why some people will do some weird stuff, which I'll go further in the next videos, but some people might go and smoke weed whilst for you, you're like smoking weed, what is that even gonna do for me, right? Even if you tried or not tried, right? Another guy might just go fishing or hunting and relieve his stress completely and feel relaxed. Okay, it's that simple. Most people don't even have urges when they feel good, which shows that they mostly watch it when they feel down. They're looking for a fix, they're looking for benefits, they're looking for a solution. Why are we actually— averages, okay, biological urges, like we say Urges are not built inside of our biology, okay? Here we have— we do have a sexual hardware in our brain, in our body, whatever, just like we have hardware in our brain for fear. But we don't feel fear out of nowhere. We only feel it when we see something that we reason as fearful, as scary, right? Something that we deem as scary. We don't get forced to have urges. We have urges if we see a woman or that we start thinking about women, obviously. And then we reason. This is important. We reason. We don't get caused into activating our sexual hardware. We reason if we want to activate our sexual hardware and if we want to pursue her or not, whether it's in your mind, whether it's, you know, watching porn, whether it's masturbating, whether it's, uh, just looking at their Instagram. We reason to do it. And I'm not Every single time I'm saying, you know, because I have to suppose that it's your responsibility, right? You're the one doing it. But I'm not saying this in the sense of, you know, stop doing this, man, it's your responsibility, why have you been watching porn? No, I'm saying this in a sense that humans have control and we make certain decisions based on certain beliefs and based on certain benefits. And that's what we need to debug, okay? We don't just see a piece of body and then our body creates an urge and that we cannot control our own body. That's ludicrous. That's dumb. Imagine that you see a piece of McDonald's and now you cannot control your own body and just go towards it. Like, think about it. It makes no sense, especially for someone that doesn't like McDonald's, right? That doesn't perceive benefits in McDonald's, that doesn't think that he's going to be controlled by McDonald's. Okay, but why do I have urges even without seeing a woman? Or balls, or, you know, or a body? They cannot produce thoughts inside of our mind. Think about it. Yeah, okay, maybe you feel pain. Let's say that you feel pain in your wrist, right? You're gonna have thoughts about it in your mind, but again, you're the one choosing to have the thoughts because you can just stop having those thoughts, right? You can just like not think about those thoughts about your wrist and you can just like focus on the sensation. You gotta understand, we create the thoughts based on certain beliefs, on benefits. Comment believes that NoFap or the internet, like porn or whatever, instill inside of us is if you don't think sexually, it means that something is wrong with your libido, right? And most people, and including me in the past, and I'm pretty sure it's the same thing for you, and there's no shame about it, there's, you know, um, no, no need for a modesty, right? But we genuinely believe that. We genuinely believe that, you know, if you think sexually, that means that you have a good libido and you're in good health, whatever. Another thing, if you don't have much urges, it means something is wrong with your testosterone and masculinity, right? That's another thing we think. Oh, if we don't have those quote-unquote biological urges, then something goes wrong with testosterone, with our, you know, masculine drive, all of those things. And we didn't believe that even though we've done no research to prove that. We don't even know why we believe that. We just think it's logical. Right? So the reasoning we have is, I don't want something to be wrong with my libido or my testosterone or my masculinity or my drive. So let me create the urges so I can feel better benefits. Remember, the urges are created because you, for example, want to pursue a woman, you want to pursue porn. They're not created— think about it, okay? I don't have an urge to eat Let's say, let's say I don't have an urge to eat a carrot. Why? Because I don't like carrots. Like, I don't see benefits in eating carrots. Maybe tomorrow if I go and start doing research about why carrots are so beneficial for me and how they— you— I can make a recipe that tastes as good and how I can make it even better when it comes to the overall taste of it, and you know how it's gonna help me with my eyesight, now it's gonna be like, oh Oh, actually, I want, you know, I want carrots. You know, I want, you know, I'm gonna have this quote-unquote what people call urge. Let's not even use the word urge, okay? Let me write this down. There's no such thing as an urge. There is no such thing as an urge. There is only want. You want something. It's not an urge. You want something. It's not rooted in biology. You want it, okay? Because even for biology, right? You can stop eating food if you want, right? You can stop eating food for a few days. Yeah, maybe. Okay. Yeah, sure. You know, after like 10 days or 20 days, 30 days, like there's gonna be something wrong that happens with your body. But that's not even the case for porn or masturbation, first of all, or even sex. And, you know, humans have been proving that. But also, you know, humans can always choose. Like, you know, you can choose to not eat. You're not going to be forced to eat if you don't eat, if you choose to not eat. Yeah, maybe you'll die, but you know, I'm going like very deep. But remember, there's no such thing as an urge. Stop using the word urge. Stop using the word relapse. There's only once, okay? We always choose to watch porn, okay? If addiction was real, then you will stop after one session. I mean, you wouldn't stop after one session. You would do it uncontrollably. You will be doing it like— you will be doing it once, and then you'll be like 5 minutes later Oh, you know what? I want to watch. No, you want to watch it. I need to watch it. I'm forced to watch it. And then you'll just do it unconsciously, right? Without even thinking. But most people, after one session, they decide to stop. They say enough is enough, and you stop. For me in the past, sometimes I'll do it up to 7 times a day. Sometimes I'll do it twice in a row at the same time. Why? Because I'm choosing to. It's not because I'm addicted. It's because I'm choosing to. If it was really about addiction, then Why do some people do it 7 times in one day while some people do it once, while some people do it 0 times? It's not about the personal journey. Some people have the same journey. You gotta understand, okay? Here's the normal thought process, okay? And this is a good example. If really reproduce— you know, a lot of people think that, you know, reproduction is a biological desire to survive, right? That, you know, having kids, whatever. And I'm totally for having kids, reproducing. Like, that's one of like the things I'm the most passionate about and the most like, uh, that I think is one of the most important things as humans can do. Yet people choose to not do it and don't even feel the urge to do it. You see here, for example, this couple, they don't have kids, they have a dog. Yet biologically, they, you know, they Humans want to have children. They want to pass on their genes, right? Like everyone says, you know, I'm not saying this belief is true. I'm just saying that that's what people say to prove biology. Yet they don't have kids because they chose to not have kids. Whilst another couple, they chose to have kids. Sometimes even couple don't even have sex because they chose to stop having sex. It's not even about testosterone. It's not even about libido. It's about maybe sometimes, uh, you know, there was a something that bad that happened inside of their marriage and they're like, you know what, we're gonna stop having sex. Well, guess what, maybe he's not even gonna watch porn, whatever, right? They probably have sex but they choose to not have sex until they die, whilst reproduction is rooted in biology. Think about it, okay? For example, prostitutes, okay? People don't pay for prostitutes. Yeah, some people do. Well, I totally agree. Yet most people that watch porn, they're like— or even that don't watch porn, they're like, I'll never pay a prostitute. Whilst if you're given the option between going to the gym and paying a prostitute, you, you do agree that going to the gym is not really a biological desire. Most people would rather just be comfortable and not do anything, like biologically talking. Yet, yet a prostitute is something that is about sex and orgasm, you know, it's it's almost reproduction at this point. It's like you're literally spreading on your quote unquote genes if you want. Yet people chose to not— people will always choose going to the gym more than a prostitute. I'm 1000% sure that people will choose 100% of the gym and 0% of the prostitute because they chose to. Some people might do the exact opposite. It's subjective, meaning that It depends on your perception. It's not rooted inside of you. It just depends on you and your perception. Look at here, right? This is chicken and with some vegetables, and this is a Big Mac. A lot of people will choose, if they have the option between those two, they'll easily, without, you know, any struggle, just choose the chicken and the vegetables. They won't even think about the Big Mac. They'll be like, Big Mac. I don't even eat Big Mac. I used to eat it multiple times a day. Now I don't even want to do it. Yet a Big Mac contains all of the biological nutrients, like we say, which is fat, sodium, and sugar, right? Maybe sugar, whatever. Like, I don't know if there's literally sugar, but most of the time there is inside of these burgers. All of those quote-unquote addictive qualities because they used the fat, the sodium, and the sugar in ways that taste extremely good and that satisfy— not satisfy, but that, you know, stimulates the brain like they say. Yet people will easily, you know, personally, I would— if you put these two, right, the way I perceive it is chicken is gonna give me muscle, it's gonna make me healthier, it's gonna make me more respected, all of those things. Whilst Big Mac is just— I don't even see the benefit. I'm gonna be totally honest, and I'm not saying this to be arrogant. I just don't see the benefit. I might be thinking, oh, it's gonna help me with my bulk because I'm gonna be able to eat more calories and there's some protein. That's it. That's all the benefits I see. And then there's downsides, which I don't even care about. I just don't even see the benefits, right? You don't have urges for these things most of the time. It all depends on your perception of these things and the benefits that you think it will give to you. Okay, if you compare porn to other addictions, this is, you know, imagine a kid playing video game and, you know, a guy going to You know, this is crazy because like if you just look at it, right, porn and video games, people quit. You know, this guy has been maybe playing ever since he was like 7 years old every single day, but maybe at 18 he will just choose to, you know, mature out of it and just stop playing video games. What's the guy watching porn now? He needs to go to meetings, he needs to constantly learn about it, he needs to constantly do it every single day, watch videos and try his best and go on streets and all of those things. Whilst the other guy is just like chilling. He's like, oh, you know what? I don't want to play video games anymore. I don't see the point. And that process with video games would have been easily, easily doable. Many people do it if they don't watch NoFap content, if they don't believe in this NoFap ideology. Okay, that's what you needed to understand. And here's like a very, very good example. Okay, Japan in 1990 and antidepressants. Japan didn't add any form of, um, they did have depression, but it wasn't talked about. And it was only— people will only say depression for severe cases, like very severe cases that here in the United States, here in Canada, they will say like, you know, oh, this guy is mentally ill, right? They only had depression for that. But the thing is, business-wise, they wanted, uh, in Japan to you know, basically sell the antidepressants. So guess what they did? They used the ebbs and flows. So that means like the lows and highs of life. And they basically said that the lows of life is because you have symptoms called depression. And they started doing all of this marketing saying, you know, you have depression now. If you— here's a sign you have depression. You— if you have depression, sometimes you might feel angry at someone even though you don't want to. Sometimes you might feel like this, like that. They just use basic life events to prove that depression was a real thing. Yet for them, they didn't have depression. They're just like, oh, you know, it's, it's life. If I feel low, if I feel high, it's life. So they just marketed it antidepressants because Japan was like the only like civilized country which didn't need antidepressants. So they had to create a need. And they just started using the laws of life to say, oh, here's a sign you have depression. And now that you have depression, here's all of the things you should be fearful about when it comes to depression and all of the consequences. Because maybe there's going to be something wrong that happens with your body. Just like with NoFap, they do, oh, your marriage is going to be ruined. Your brain is going to be ruined. Your life is going to be ruined. You're not going to have any drive or motivation. Pretty successful people watch porn. I'm not saying this so you watch porn. I don't, you know, I don't promote porn at all, but I'm just saying this to prove that what they say is ludicrous. So guess what happened with Japan? People overnight— not overnight, literally, but, you know, on the course of the next few years after they had this marketing campaign— they were one of the most— I mean, the, the most popular country when it came to antidepressant use, usage, whilst they don't even need it in the first place. The depression that was basically nothing, or some, in some cases maybe some— I don't even believe in depression myself, but in that scenario, the depression was like so small in the minds of everyone because it was just like the highs and lows of life, right? They didn't mean much and it didn't affect them, most importantly. Now started to affect them and it meant so much to them So they need antidepressants. It's that— it's, it's cruel. That's what NoFap does. And you should write house against apartment. I don't know what's happening with this image. Let me just move it. Okay. Most people will choose a house. Okay. A big house over living in apartment. Would you agree? Right. If you had the money, like you would choose to be in a big house rather than just be like in your cubicle apartment, whatever. Now here's the cost or the downsides of big house. There's higher prices, more property taxes, the heat and conditioning to pay, and conditioners to pay. There's more physical and mental energy to maintain. There's a 30-year big mortgage. There's a lock. You're locked in one location for maybe the rest of your life with a house, right? And then once you compare it to an apartment, there's a small monthly rent compared to the house. There's no property taxes. There's nothing much to maintain, no extra rooms. If something goes wrong, you don't even have to take care of it. You don't need as much time, effort, and mental energy. There is no insurance or liability to worry about. You don't have to worry about the property value decreasing. So if you look at the house versus apartment choice that people make, the same way that people look at NoFap— I mean, look at porn— when it comes to having these glasses from NoFap, people will say, oh, this guy is probably mentally weak for choosing a house like this, right? A house, you know, like watching porn. He's probably traumatized. He's probably, you know, he has some self-destructive behavior. He's self-sabotaging. He must have depression, stress, anxiety. But people don't say that because humans always choose what gives them the most benefit in their minds. Now, obviously, they can choose to not do what gives them the most benefit, but it's, it's just a choice, right? And here's the house benefits. People will come to the house more. They will feel you know, better, elevates their status, they will feel more comfortable in a place that they can call home. Well, guess what? For, for most people, that's extremely important because of the way that they were brought up, right? And it makes them feel comfortable, all of those things. As long as there's benefits, people are willing to choose to pay the cost to watch porn, just like they choose to pay the cost of buying a home rather than just renting an apartment. You gotta understand that humans are motivated internally and not externally, and that at the end of the day, it's not about biology, it's not about addiction. All of those things are illusions. You are simply choosing to watch porn because of the perceived benefits that you get from it, and that's what we're going to tackle in the next videos. All right guys, this is an extremely important video. It is one of the 3 concepts. Okay, there's a very popular book called The Freedom Model, right? And I've learned this concept and it changed my life since. Okay, not just like in terms of not watching porn, but more so in terms of like when it comes to lust and also when it comes to just life in general. Okay, you'll understand why this is so, so powerful. So let me explain. Here's the $1 million question. If you have these two options, okay? So let's say that I say to you, okay, you're gonna get $1 million, but if you watch porn for another second of your life until the— until the rest of your life, right? If you watch another second of it, okay, and then you're gonna lose the $1 million, or you'll never gain it in the first place. Would you say that you would really end up watching porn because you're an addict, or, you know, obviously everyone wants the $1 million, right? But would you be— would you really think that you will just be like, oh, you know, it's been 90 days that I haven't watched porn and I have such a big urge and I'm an addict, so I'm forced to watch it, and that you lose control and then you end up watching it even if you don't want to? No, because humans have free will. They can choose And also it's easy because I mean, quote unquote, it's easier to do something that if I give you a Ferrari and like a Toyota, you're going to maybe take the Ferrari because you see more benefits in it. That doesn't mean that you're forced to take the Ferrari. But it's easy because you see much more benefits in the $1 million than you see in porn. And it's why a lot of people that don't have, let's say, a lot of people that get a girlfriend, they stop watching porn because they're just like, there's more benefits in, you know, the woman. It's not because sexual relief, it's just like, you know, there's more benefit in not watching porn and instead being with my woman than, you know, watching porn and being with my woman, whatever. Okay, so here is a very, very important concept, okay? The cage line. And let me just make it simple. So this is going to prove something, uh, very powerful. Here's a lion, okay? When the lion gets captivated, whether it's for medical reasons, whether it's just for the zoo, whatever, It's in a cage, right? And at a certain point, they decide the lion, you know, they decide to, you know what, like, let's take the lion out and let's put him, you know, back into the jungle, back into the wild, right? But the thing is, at first, the lion, okay, he's gonna be scared, okay? Just like this in the cage is like, you know, it's almost like it's his natural habitat, right? He became used to it. It became like Oh, I'm staying inside of the cage. Even if you open the door, I'm always going to come back to the cage, right? It's just like a bird inside of a cage. Now, let's say that they decide to put him outside of the wilderness, as you can see here, right? He can actually go inside of the wilderness and go into the jungle, but he's just looking. He's kind of scared. He's like, you know what? Should I go? Should I not go? He has like this fear. And so he just spends like the next couple of hours, or maybe like the next day, just roaming around, just looking at the jungle, looking at his cage, being like, you know what, should I leave, should I not leave? He's not ready to make a decision. But then, okay, the lion actually gets out of the cage and starts like going slowly. You know, he's actually, you know, instead of being inside of the cage, now he's out of the cage, and maybe he roams around the cage. He's still not sure, he's still really not used to it. And he roams around it, he roams around it, and he just walks it. Then he starts going a bit further down the jungle. And guess what? Now he's in the jungle and he's not in a cage anymore. He's not looking back at the cage. He's in jungle, right? The cage is now something that he left. It's something of the past, right? And then a few hours after that, right? Okay, in the beginning he was in a cage, and then a few hours or a few days, I mean, he was just roaming around the cage for a few hours or a few days, and then he was roaming around the cage and going a bit into the wilderness, basically near the cage. And then now he's back at hunting, mating, living life with other lions. That's literally how lion works, right? That's literally how animal works. They can be in, you know, a cage for 90 days, for, you know, years. But if you put them into the wilderness, they'll adapt. Yeah, they might be a bit scared, you know, fear. They might feel fear, but they'll adapt, which shows, okay, humans don't need recovery. You can adapt to any situation just like the lion, okay? You, just like you quit, you know, old bad habits, you didn't need recovery. You already possess everything you need in order to quit. Do you think the lion needed some extra help and some accountability to go in the jungle? No, because they're autonomous. They have all of the tools within. Now, I'm not saying this from an egotistical standpoint. I'm saying that humans are extremely resilient. They're extremely powerful when it comes to just adapting. And overall, they don't even need anything. If they try to do something, then they will find the answers. The problem is we get told, you know what, you know, stay inside of the cage, right? Obviously that's not what people say, but that's what they indirectly and unconsciously say. You know what, you always need to have accountability. You always need to have, you know, some form of purpose so you don't feel as whatever, and you need all of those tools and you need different life changes and you need different habits. That's the cage. The reality is what are the purpose or habit that that's extremely good, but it keeps you inside of the cage if you use it to leave the other cage of porn, right? Because look, okay, this is what it is. Once you decide, okay, because this is the two cages, okay? These are illusionary cages, as you can see. The guy inside of the cage is like, he's looking, he's like, okay, I'm not inside of a cage. You gotta understand, you have the porn cage, which is like, Oh, you're trapped, you know, watching porn, whatever, right? And then you have the nofap cage, which is like, oh, you're trapped into watching porn and it's going to be hard to quit. And then, you know, it's because you're an addict and the brain changes and all of these bullshit beliefs and limiting beliefs that don't even make sense and that don't— are not true, basically. It's an illusion, your cage, okay? Both are illusion cages because porn is a lifeless video. Porn is nothing. You can just walk away at any time, but People don't because they still somewhat have like this illusion cage in their mind, okay? But once you decide, okay, this is really important, to leave the illusion cage of porn and also the recovery of the NoFap, you'll realize you can just be autonomous and live your life without needing porn or help anymore regarding that. Humans are autonomous. They possess all of the tools within, just like the lion. You think the lion didn't know what to do? Didn't know how to, you know, uh, go about going to the jungle again? No, he knew how to do it because they're programmed in that way, just like we're programmed to adapt to any situation. Some humans are literally vegans while some people are carnivore, and yet they both adapt. Whether it be good for the health or not, they both live a life and they're convinced of it, and they don't even struggle with their life choices. Okay, you gotta understand. Here's a quick study to show you, okay? Treated versus untreated alcoholics in, uh, nursing. So this was actually a real, uh, study in research. So still dependent, no longer dependent, okay? Treated people, no longer dependent, still dependent is 28%. Untreated people, meaning they didn't go through recovery at all, okay, 76% is no longer dependent and 24% is still dependent. Which shows, okay, not only, yes, there's like worse results for, for the people that are treated, but also, you know, you don't need recovery. You can adapt. It's that simple. Humans have free choice. They can adapt. Humans, just like animals, can adapt to anything. Once you truly, okay, once you get, go through all of the videos, once you get my coaching, whatever, you'll understand that You don't need extra help. You don't need— and I'm not saying this that I don't want to help you, I'm just saying that in order for you to really receive the maximum amount of help, you need to realize that you don't need any more help and that humans actually have freedom and they can choose to do whatever they want and they can adapt because they possess all of the tools within. It's really that simple, guys. All right, guys, so debunking every single benefit, okay? And this is I'll say that combined with the free will and the, the choice video, I mean the cage line video I just showed you, these are going to be the most important videos, okay? Because choice basically means that you're always in control, and that's extremely powerful because NoFap tells you otherwise. And if you believe that, then, you know, you need to realize that, you know, like the black painting, you remember the Miss Universe I mean, Mr. Universe, when he had the black painting, he said that, you know, if you see the right color on this painting, then I'm gonna be able to— I mean, you're gonna receive everything that you ever wanted, right? Then, you know, debunking every single benefit, that's a huge part of it, right? That's a huge part of the glasses. That's basically like the tint of the glasses, okay? Let's go, let's just get into it. Okay, so what you need to understand, human makes, you know, make reasons in order to make a choice. Okay, I don't know why I said humans make a reason. Okay, humans reason in order to make a choice based on benefits. Okay, so if there is no benefits associated with the behavior, then you won't really see the point in doing the behavior anymore or in the first place, right? Just like you played with toys as a kid because it gave you tons of pleasure. Well, you realize that you didn't really enjoy that anymore. Okay, you know, you didn't really feel any benefits. And benefits is not just like, oh, stress relief, oh, you feel better, oh, whatever, right? Or, oh, you'll be able to get more muscle. Yeah, these are benefits, but benefits can just be simple things as, oh, I'm enjoying this activity, oh, it makes me feel better about myself. Like, it's really that simple, okay? And one interesting fact, we only end up watching porn when we feel some kind of negative feeling, right? I already said this, and most people know about this, and it's the same with masturbation, it's the same with lust most of the time. So most of these emotions, you know, negative emotions like people say, um, are stress, pain, emotional pain, basically not just pain, um, emotional pain, frustration, sadness, boredom, loneliness, you cannot sleep, all of those things. So the case of emotional relief, okay, let's just use, uh, stress. The ritual of watching porn may relieve stress, but watching porn itself doesn't. Okay, just first ask yourself, how can porn make you feel relaxed but stressed at the same time, right? A lot of people report that they, they watch porn to relieve the stress, but at the same time they feel stressed whilst watching porn. And after watching porn, or after watching porn they say that they feel not stressed, but then they also feel stressed. Okay, there's, there's something that's not working there. Okay, what is stress? Okay, stress is a personal assessment based on if the condition represents harm or loss. Okay, so just to put it simply, stress comes from your thoughts, from you thinking, okay, is this something that I should be stressed about because maybe there's going to be harm or loss with this specific situation. That means that the stress comes from you thinking, you know, your thoughts about the stressful situation. It doesn't come from your body. That doesn't make sense, right? Because if it came from your body, then you will be stressed by anything that people perceive to be stressful. But the thing is, stress is subjective. Maybe you'll be stressed out just by a boxing match while someone else might feel extremely comfortable. Right? Even if you have the same experience, okay? So when you watch porn, the only reason why porn relieves stress is because, okay, think about it. If you feel stressed, it's in— it's your thinking, right? It's your thoughts about the stressful situation. Well, if you start watching porn, then you're not thinking anymore. You're not having those thoughts about the stressful situation. Hence, you cannot feel stressed then because you're not focused on that. You're focused on watching porn. You're focused on what's happening in front of you. Okay, think about it. Okay, so you cannot feel stress since you decide to let go of it. That's the first thing, right? Just think about it. Before you watch porn, you just— if you decide to watch porn, the stress is relieved immediately the moment you decide to watch porn. Why? Because you tell yourself, you know what, let me just fuck it. Let me just, you know, go and watch porn. Let me just like, you know, stop thinking about stress. That's the moment that stress is relieved. It's not even when you watch porn, it's when you decide that you want to say fuck it and let me just watch porn. So the only reason why porn relieves stress, like I said, is because you switch your focus, okay? You— the ritual of watching porn may relieve stress, but watching porn itself doesn't. You're— the ritual, right, of deciding to let go of the stress And also that you can't think anymore of the stressful situation if you're focused on watching football. It's that simple, okay? People gotta understand the reason why many things in life give you— just like the fishing example, right? The guy relieves his stress going fishing, going fishing, literally, because he perceives fishing to give him a stress relief. Well, does the fishing rod just, you know, does the fishing rod contain a special chemical that relieves your stress and spikes up your brain activity? No, the fishing rod doesn't contain that. It's just that it perceives it. Okay, it's a placebo. But also, it's not just a placebo, is that once you distract yourself from your thoughts, then obviously you cannot feel these thoughts anymore. You cannot feel whether it's anxiety, whether it's emotional pain. You cannot feel it. Just think about it. If you go and scroll on TikTok, you're not feeling— and let's say you were feeling like anger, you're not feeling anger anymore. You're distracted. You're distracted. So you cannot feel anger if you're not focused on feeling anger. It's that simple. It's not your body, it's your thoughts, okay? And just basically to give you a good example about this, okay, there was a guy who was doing heroin, okay? And he was in his mom's house, and his mom doesn't know that, you know, I mean, she didn't know that He was consuming heroin. And then one day he started feeling stressed. So he was like, you know what, let me just take heroin, right? Let me just like take the needles and put it inside of my arm, whatever. Let me take that drug to relieve my stress. So he takes the drug, he relieves the stress, he's feeling good, he's feeling on top of the world because of the special like lightheadedness that the drug gives him and he just feels pleasure. Pleasure, whatever. He feels relaxed, no stress, whatever. Now you might be thinking, yeah, I mean, it's a drug, right? Like, it cannot, uh, you know, it relieves your stress and it fucks up your brain and it spikes up your brain activity, so you cannot even feel stress even if you want to. Well, guess what? His mom walked up on him with the bag of needle that he accidentally dropped on the floor with the drug inside of it. And she started screaming at him. Guess what? The guy started feeling extremely stressed out, even though he was in the middle of enjoying the feeling of that drug. He started feeling extremely stressed out that he literally went in his car for 1 week straight without talking to anyone. Most people would think, you know, rationally thinking that, you know, oh, because he's he's taking the drug, then that means that, you know, there's special chemicals inside of a drug that spikes up your brain activity. So you— it shuts down your stress response and all of those things. It makes you feel good and relax and all of those things. Well, guess what? Once— once, okay, once his mind was off the feelings of the drug and like he was not being distracted by the drug and he started thinking because of his mom that was in front of him about the situation, the stressful situation that could represent arms or loss, he started feeling stress because his focus wasn't on the drug anymore. It was now back on a stressful situation. It's all in your mind. It's not about a special chemical inside of porn that makes you feel like on top of the world, and because there's dopamine, because you see so many naked women, and that it fulfills your desires for biology. No, none of that. You're just distracting yourself. Whether it's anger, whether it's frustration, whether it's emotional pain— let's just show, right? Whether it's even cannot sleep, right? We'll tackle this. Whether it's loneliness, whether it's boredom, whether it's sadness. Think about it. If I'm feeling sad, right? And let's say that I'm crying. Well, yeah, I'm crying, you know, it's physical response now because I Obviously crying is not just a physical response out of nowhere. You started, you know, you chose to start crying, but because you have control. But think about it, if you go and scroll on TikTok or if you go and play basketball with your friends, now you're not feeling sad because you're focused on the activity. You're focused. You're not thinking about those thoughts of sadness. You're focused. It's that simple. Okay, just think about the girl, okay, with the small cuts on her arm because she feels very down. Maybe someone bullied her, maybe something bad happened to her life, and she does cuts in her arms, right? Cutting your body, scientifically talking, doesn't relieve stress, right? But she does receive a stress relief, and it's simply because she is now focused on the activity slash the pain that the, you know, once you cut the, you know, your your arms, whatever, right? There's pain, there's feelings that now you're focused on it, so you cannot think about the stress anymore. You focus on the present moment of that activity, right? She's not thinking about the stressful situation anymore. She's not thinking about the sadness anymore. She's not thinking about the anger anymore. She's just thinking about the cuts, right? And it goes deeper than this, but that's basically how it works, okay? Same thing goes with fishing, okay? The same process goes because like, think about it. You see these guys sometimes, they're like, you have people that do yoga, for example, right? And they say that yoga releases stress. Like, yeah, okay, cool, there's some benefits, but like body movements, whatever. But think about it, they're so focused on like the stretch and the feeling, you know, of like, you know, stretching yourself and really just being focused on your breath, that you cannot feel boredom, loneliness, frustration, depression, anxiety, emotional pain in those moments because you cannot be focused on these emotions. It's just that simple, okay? Pornomasturbation doesn't solve any of that. It's simply that you get a chance to say, fuck it, I don't want to think about this negative emotion right now. Let me go and switch my focus to porn. And let me just let go of this emotion right now. It's— that's, that's, that's the benefit. There's no magical, you know, chemical or, or dopamine inside of porn or masturbation or orgasm that makes you like, you know, feel weird and you cannot control it anymore. No, it's just that you want this benefit, and this benefit, the reason why it gives it to you, you think it's because of porn or masturbation, but in reality, just because you switch your focus and you also by your own decision, decide to not focus on it. And you decide, you know what, just people go on walks and they relieve stress. Why? It's not because their shoes have some special chemical or that seeing a special tree gives you, or seeing like neighbors gives you stress relief or boredom relief. No, it's just that they go on walks and they decide, you know what, fuck it, let me stop thinking about this stressful work in front of me. Let me stop thinking about this stressful situation. Let me just go for a walk. It's the routine, okay? We falsely give the credit to porn for giving us such reliefs from our lives, but the reality is we are the one doing it, okay, who creates this relief. Let's just take boredom, for example, okay? Boredom is in your mind. The oldest generation, when they were bored, okay, they didn't think of it as a negative thing. They thought of it as a normal life event. But nowadays we get told that if you're bored, then you will get tempted by the devil, and then you will need to be constantly distracted by watching the news, your phone, the internet. And it's just like, we see boredom as this bad state, right? Which is ludicrous, because who told you that, right? Obviously, I do understand that if you're literally bored for all of your life, then there's something wrong, right? Because you need to be contributing to society, right? But being bored for a few minutes, like, come on, man. Personally, I see boredom— this is my perspective. I don't get tempted by the devil. I don't get tempted. I see boredom as a great opportunity to think for myself, and I always come up with amazing ideas and implement straight away when I'm bored. And I swear to God on my mom, when I'm saying this, that when I'm bored, every single time is beneficial. There's no, oh, I'm being controlled by the devil to go and watch more. There's none of that because my perception is not about this. Actually, my perception about this— I used to think like this. Now my perception is boredom can be a great tool Even if I'm bored for the, for the full, for 24 hours, I know I'm gonna make the most out of it. That's my perception of it. It doesn't mean you gotta adopt it. We just need to understand. And so we feel fear when we're bored and we use it as a reason to watch porn if we like watching porn, right? Because we feel fear, we're like, oh, it's the devil that might tempt us, and oh, we might see all of the this bullshit, right, when we're bored. And we use it as a reason because if we like watching porn and we see some benefits and we want to remove the shame associated with watching porn because we get told to not watch porn, then we can easily just reason to watch porn when we feel bored because the devil is taking control of us, okay? But let's just keep it simple, and you know what I said, okay? So the same way you relieve stress is the same way you relieve your thoughts about your bored situation. You don't have to worry about boredom because it's all in your mind. You can even like boredom, okay? Remember, you only watch porn if you choose to do it because you see some benefits. Now the sleep benefits, okay, we think that orgasms also sleep. Whilst it does provide a weird calming sensation, right, objectively, the reality is the reason you can't sleep is because you keep on thinking too much, or you, you think too much about not being able to sleep at the moment. Well, I don't— I sleep better than most people, and I sleep on demand, literally. Yet I don't have orgasms. Like, I don't— like, what's been— what, I don't know how much time, but it's been a long time. Yeah, I sleep better than most people. And just think about it, okay? You cannot see because most of the time you start thinking about, I cannot sleep, I cannot sleep, I cannot sleep. So it blocks you from sleeping. But also most people just have bad, you know, bad, you know, routines. Like they have blue screens in front of them. Whilst I do have also sometimes with some blue screen, I sleep extremely well. Just think like, man, Like if you just do some things on your body and then you think, oh, you know what, I need an orgasm in order to feel asleep. It's like, bro, the only reason the orgasm helps you feel asleep is because— not because of the sensation, that's like 10% of it. 90% of it is because of the activity itself, right? You're literally not thinking anymore about those thoughts when you're doing it. And when you're getting the orgasm, you're not thinking, you're just like shutting down your own mind. That's the routine, right? The routine of the orgasm, watching porn, that's what gives the, the, the relief and helps you sleep. Just like meditation, if you don't think about anything, you start feeling sleepy and your mind shuts down. So again, we falsely associate that porn, masturbation, orgasms gives us the benefits of helping us with sleep, but it's only because we switch our focus and we let go of these thoughts in our mind. Okay, it's very simple. Porn or masturbation doesn't contain a special chemical that will get rid of all of your life problems. That's the magical view of porn, right? The reason why it does provide such relief is because of you. You decide to switch your focus and let go of these thoughts about stress, frustration, depression, anxiety, the boredom, loneliness, emotional pain. And now your focus is on watching porn and masturbating, so you can't think of these emotions or thoughts, which is entirely normal. If you're not focusing on them. So really, guys, it's that simple. Go and ask me questions about this specifically. Try to debunk it as much as possible. Don't force it, just seek to understand. It's really that simple. All right, guys, so what is dopamine? What is debunking pleasure and dopamine? Okay, let's just get into it. Dopamine is simply the anticipation of wanting to get a specific reward. Okay, most people don't know what dopamine actually is. Okay, some people, for example, get dopamine from eating steak because they see a reward, or AKA benefits, in steak. So they might think, oh, it will boost my testosterone, I'll get more proteins, which means more muscle, I'll be more healthy, it tastes amazing, human needs steak to function, right? It's beliefs, it's benefits, all of those things, right? Anticipate— anticipation. Anticipation means motivation. So the release of dopamine helps you by motivating you to go and get the reward. You know, another person might have just, you know, a steak in front of them, but if they don't see the benefits in eating steak, uh, for example, all they see is, oh, it's a piece of red meat that tastes all right, then they won't get dopamine from eating steak. They don't like it. One of the key things to note is that it's not the steak that gives the dopamine, it's the perception of the steak beforehand. Really, really important to know, okay? Why porn has no dopamine, okay? Let's just say that you're feeling very stressed and you genuinely think that porn will relieve your stress. Then by all means, if you decide to watch it and that, you know, at that moment you're going to get a dopamine release so you can be motivated towards the solution, right? You're feeling stress, which is a problem. You want the solution, which is— oh, you think porn is the solution? Then you'll feel motivated to get it. Because think about it from like a biological standpoint, if you like, because you guys love about biology. From a biological standpoint, imagine that you're dying, or let's say that you're extremely thirsty and you really, really want to be able to drink right now because you feel like, you know, you don't like the feeling of feeling thirsty. Well, if there's water, like, 5 meters away from you, aren't you going to be motivated to go towards the water? You're going to be extremely motivated. You're going to get the release of dopamine just to get to the water. It's not the water that's going to give you dopamine, it's the perception. It's like, oh, I'm thirsty and this is a solution, let me just go get it. It's that simple, okay? It's not the screen with pixel that gives you dopamine, it's your perception of the rewards or benefits that you associate with that thing. So If you generally don't see porn in any shape or form as beneficial, then there won't be any release of dopamine because dopamine is released to motivate you towards a certain reward. Saying that dopamine causes you to watch porn is like saying that a car causes you to drive. That doesn't make sense, right? 99.9% of the time, if you see porn as a stress reliever and let's say you feel happy and relaxed, then you won't crave porn at all, even if it's in front of your face. Right? You— people will feel disgusted by it. Dopamine simply motivates you to do something that you think will benefit you, okay? You can't get dopamine from everything. You can't get dopamine from eating junk food, right? Just— let's just say two people. One guy might get a lot of dopamine from eating junk food and no dopamine from eating healthy foods, even though, you know, both of them, you know, that obviously, you know, junk food people will say, oh, it's addictive because of fat, sodium, and sugar, and humans have evolved to eat those to survive. Whilst healthy food people are gonna be like, oh, because, you know, you need healthy foods, whatever, right? You understand my point. So one guy might love eating healthy food and never ever crave junk food, never ever even get dopamine from thinking about junk food or even eating junk food. It's subjective. It just depends on your perception. Because one guy might believe that eating healthy is the only way to life and that, you know, if you don't eat healthy, then you're gonna get diseases. And he believes that, you know, it boosts his testosterone and that it's gonna make him more healthy, all of those things. Whilst the other guy might believe that eating junk food is extremely pleasurable, you know, it's just like this experience that nothing can compare itself to, and overall he just thinks that humans have evolved to eat like this, and because he sees everyone eating like this. It's all about perception, okay? Think about this: one guy might love going to the gym, and never ever watch Netflix, or maybe rarely, whilst another guy will watch Netflix every single day and hate going to the gym and will have to force himself if he rarely goes. Okay, think about it. One guy will get a lot of dopamine from watching Netflix, the other guy will get a lot of dopamine from going to the gym. Okay, a guy might get a lot of dopamine from listening to hip-hop music, like let's say Drake. One guy and, you know, get no dopamine from listening to Korean music. Korean music, right? But another guy might get a lot of dopamine from listening to Korean music and no dopamine from listening to hip-hop, right? Just like you watch videos about masculinity, for example, you're gonna get a lot of dopamine if you scroll on these videos, whilst another guy might get no dopamine from scrolling on the same videos as you but get a lot of dopamine from watching K-pop, you know, Korean music videos and scrolling on them, actually scrolling on them. Think about it, would you, if you were on your phone right now and you had videos that about subjects such as like Korean music that you don't like, would you really get dopamine because you're scrolling and you're watching multiple videos at the same time? No, you won't, because you don't perceive it to be beneficial, that there is a reward watching this particular thing. You don't have a preference for it, okay? The case of porn preferences, okay, whilst you might think that porn gives dopamine no matter what, would you get dopamine from watching homosexual porn or a very weird genre of porn that you think is disgusting? No, because you believe it's disgusting. You don't see benefits, right? You don't see benefits in it. You don't see a point of it. You're like, your belief is so ingrained that, you know, you'll never watch homosexual porn, and that there's people are weird for watching it, that you should never watch it, that you just don't see benefits, you don't see a point of doing it. It's same thing with the weird genre of porn. Maybe there's one of them. Well, guess what? Some people went literally— and I don't want to say this is scary, but some people had the same beliefs as you and then learned a preference to watch homosexual porn and get— or started getting a lot of dopamine from it, watching it. Was— they used to get zero dopamine from it, which shows it's not porn that gives the dopamine, because if it did, then you'll get dopamine from watching homosexual porn or disgusting porn that you literally don't like. But it's your perception of porn. Understand this. Watching porn might feel okay, you'll see that nothing happens. I say this multiple times, the pleasure is in our mind. Porn is not a physical masturbation, it's a mental masturbation. If you don't think, you don't activate your perception of porn, then nothing happens. Okay, porn is not what we think it is. If it was truly, okay, about evolution and sex, then why are we able in the middle of watching porn to just stop? Even sex, people can just stop in the middle of sex, right? If it was truly about evolution, it just, it pulls us towards it because it's about evolution and it's nature, whatever, then we're able to— if let's say someone walks up on you in the middle of watching would you really be unable to stop? No, because humans, humans control their free will, okay? You have free will. You're way more powerful than dopamine, first of all. But also, at the end of the day, dopamine is because of your perception. It's all in your mind. You create the dopamine, not porn, okay? The beliefs that hold you to be the most true, okay, the beliefs that you hold to be the most true are the ones that you won't even question, just like dopamine. This is extremely important to know because You often have deep, you know, deeply held beliefs, but you don't even know why you believe in them. You just— because you got told by an authority figure, you're like, oh, you know what, maybe, maybe it's, it's probably true, let me just accept it, it makes sense. That's it. You never question it. Okay, so guys, start questioning this, okay? Ask any questions on WhatsApp about dopamine and I'll get back to you immediately. All right guys, all right, so debunking sex. Okay, let's do it. So here's the sad truth. We have constantly been told unconsciously, um, through movies, the internet, people's actions, NoFap, your environment, whatever, that sex is the most important thing on earth, right? And the reason why you can easily, um, basically realize that is because when you get into communities where people, um, are not really exposed to these messages, let's say religious communities or people that live rurally, in a sense that they don't live in the big cities, whatever. Most of the time they don't have an obsession with sex. And I'm not saying obsession in terms of they're addicted or whatever, right? I don't believe in that. But in terms of they just see sex as just like, it's something intimate and that's it. Whilst people here see sex as the end-all be-all. It's like if you don't have sex, then you're losing. And if you don't have sex, then that means that you missed out on life and all of those things. And this is extremely like, yes, I do agree that sex is important, but it's like, let's use logic, right? For example, I was watching a very popular movie called Fight Club. In the middle of the movie, there was a woman with cancer who said that she would die soon, right? And this is true. You can watch the movie. I didn't even finish it, but it's a great movie too, right? And she asked in front of an audience, because they had like, you know, basically it was an audience and like they had turns to talk. And she said she was dying and before dying that she would need to have sex. That she said basically, is there someone that can have sex before I die? Because I'm gonna die in like a few days. But what does this tell us? We unconsciously come to the conclusion that sex is an experience that is unique and important. That's why her last wish before death is not to meet her family or talk with God, but to have sex, right? And I'm not anti-sex at all, right? I have my personal preference, but inflating the value of sex whilst most people don't have sex and just inflating it above what it is objectively, meaning that, you know, sex is sex, right? It is just like, you know, between two people and making it seems like it's this godly thing that, you know, you need to have no matter what. Then it's like it makes them think that they're missing out on something big and that they need to watch porn to substitute with sex. The main thing before meeting a woman, right? And that's what creates people to think, you know what, I need to watch porn because, you know, if sex is the most important thing and porn is substitute, then, you know, I need to, to do it, right? But think about it, is porn and sex the same? I want to ask you this: is a video of food and food itself the same? Does it satisfy your hunger? Like your video of food, does it satisfy your hunger? What if the food in the video was fake? Remember, porn is a lifeless video. If you think it is related to sex, then by all means you will see value in watching porn. You will think that it is sex. Just like if I eat, for example, okay, let's say that I, let's say that for example, I used to be a vegan, okay? And maybe some of you can relate, maybe some of you cannot relate, but you'll easily understand. When I used to be a vegan, I used to think genuinely that eating, for example, the fake meat instead of the real meat would be way more beneficial for me. So even though the fake meat was just like full of processed stuff that was not healthy, I genuinely believed that it was more healthy. By all means, I was feeling healthy inside of me, right? So I saw way more value in that because my belief was that eating steak was not valuable and that eating fake meat was more valuable, okay? So the thing is, even though that was an extremely bad example, what I'm trying to say, okay, is simply that don't inflate the value of things while subjectively they are not valuable. Just like the fake meat. Okay, I'm not saying that sex is not valuable, not at all, but it became more valuable than it actually is. And because of that, we just make our whole lives about it. And I'm not anti-sex, I'm not anti— like, even like, whatever, if you want to do lust, if you want to lust, like, you know, personally I'm religious, so I don't do that, but it is your personal choice. Okay, so just let's debunk it. If porn was really about sex, could you watch the same porn video for the next 6 months? Remember, porn is a lifeless video. If you were to watch it mindfully without thinking much, you wouldn't feel anything. No arousal, no feeling of having sex, nothing. Okay, and let me just ask you this question: why don't people pay for prostitutes? Most, okay, think that they like sex, right? And you know, they don't have a girlfriend, they never had one, maybe they had one, they were in a relationship, whatever. And so they go and watch porn. And you know, that's the reason why they watch porn is because they don't have a woman in their life, right? That's, that's the excuse. But if they truly like sex and thought that sex is the most important thing in the world, just like they, they, they, we get told unconsciously, then why don't people just pay for prostitutes? Yeah, okay, it costs money. You, bro, do you think people don't have money? Like, you think people don't, are not ready to spare, like, what, I don't know how much it costs, but like, what, $100, $200, $300, $400, $500. You think people are not ready to spare that? And you know, it is real sex. You know, you're having sex with a real woman, just like they want. But people don't just pay for prostitutes. Why? Because they don't see much benefits. They don't see much points in paying for a prostitute. They think it's not worth it. The belief is that it's disgusting, it's not worth it, and it only comes with downsides, no upsides, no benefits. So what's the difference with porn? Obviously it's not the money. It's— think about it, right? It's not the money. You know, people would have sex with, with their girlfriend. It's just that the belief they have towards a prostitute and the perceived benefits about it is just against that. They just don't see the point, okay? It's all about the belief in the perceived benefits. If you say, oh no, but porn is about seeing many women at once, just like the kings back then, You know, all, you know, it is a pretty popular saying that people said, oh, you know, a kid nowadays can see, you know, 12, you know, hundreds of women at once naked, and that's why it's so addictive. Look, if you see, okay, a picture of food, okay, and with tons of junk food, I'm saying like, I'm saying like even junk food that you, even if you like junk food or not, right, with tons of junk food, there's pizza, there's hamburgers, just like you see here, fries, chicken, whatever. Does that mean that you're hooked to the picture now? Does that mean you're hooked to the picture and that you're gonna watch it and start like, you know, mentally feeling like you're eating it and you're gonna start touching your mouth and you're gonna do movements with your mouth because you feel like you're eating it? No, it's just a picture of food. So you interpret it as, you know, you perceive it in many ways. You can perceive it in any way you want. You can perceive it as real food, you can perceive it as a picture of food, you can perceive it as nothing, you can perceive it as something. Like, you perceive it as just like you want. If you don't see the benefits in eating junk food, you know, just like the prostitute, then like even if there's like hundreds of Big Macs in front of your face and hundreds of fries and hundreds of like junk food, if you don't see benefits in eating junk food, you don't see the point of eating junk food, you see no upside and only downsides, then guess what? You will not— like, it's irrelevant now. If you don't see the point in seeing many women at once, if you don't see the point of seeing porn, if you don't see the point of seeing naked women on a website, guess what? You won't be controlled. And oh my God, you can see so many naked women at once, that's why there's so much dopamine and novelty and the addiction. No, it's that simple, okay? Flawed beliefs. Watch that. That's, that's a huge problem that I used to have is I think, you know, watching porn makes me feel more manly, and that watching porn affirms my attraction to women, my libido, my testosterone, my masculinity, my drive, whatever. Okay, these two statements slash beliefs simply comes from the fact that we think that women's body are inherently motivating because of biology. But think about it, okay? If women's body will be inherently motivating, then You will be motivated to sleep with prostitutes. You will be motivated to talk to every single girl that you see on the streets. The thing is, is that no matter what, you're always choosing. You choose to sleep with a prostitute or not. You choose to watch porn or not, even in most cases. You choose to talk to that girl or not. Women's body are not inherently motivated. It is you who chooses to perceive it as motivating to get benefits, maybe pleasure, replacement, sense of achievement. If I was motivated inherently no matter what, then that would mean that I don't have free will. I don't have the ability to make a choice. It's like I see something, oh, I'm motivated. No, I see something, I start having, you know, the thoughts in my head being like, oh, is this motivating? Is this not motivating? And then I choose. That's how human works. It's normal behavior. You can appreciate a woman's body, I'm— by all means, okay? Please, guys, make sure to understand that I'm not anti-sex, I'm not anti-porn, I'm not anti-masturbation, I'm not anti-all of those things, okay? I'm not anti, uh, oh, a woman should cover her body. I, I'm, I'm, I'm for those things, right? I'm, I'm for, like, you know, women being modest, men being modest, no lust, no, no, no sex before marriage. I'm all, I'm all for those things, right? I'm religious. But by all means, It's not about hating women. It's not about hating their body parts. You can still appreciate whatever, like, faith you are in women's body parts. Let's say that you're married, right? Obviously, if you're, let's say, Muslim, then it will be different. You can still think that they're beautiful. You can still think that they have a nice body. It is your— I'm not forcing you to believe something. I'm not forcing you to choose something. Remember, you got to come to your own conclusion. You got to seek to understand and not just force yourself to believe, okay? But it's not about hating women. It's not about hating women and trying to see no beauty in them. It's simply about looking at a woman for what they really are, right? Just like with the painting, with the black. If you say, if imagine Mr. Universe with the black painting says to these guys, oh, instead of the black painting, let me put a woman. And then the guys, okay, let's say that the The guy said, okay, what is on the painting? And then one guy says, oh, it's porn. Another guy says, oh, it's a woman that is lustful. Like is, let's say, like, you know what I mean? Like it's something that men would lust about. Then Mr. Universe will say, no, you guys are both wrong. You will never get what you want. Guess what? They just have these glasses by NoFap or porn, whatever, that tell them that, you know, oh, you know, if a woman is posting, you know, like this, that means that she's lustful. And you know, all of those things, and it makes no sense. I know I'm kind of rambling there, but let me just, you know, move on to this, okay? It's simply about looking out for a woman for what they really are without the brainwashing that we've been fed, okay? They are humans. They just have a body. They're just like— it's just a human body, okay? There's curves, okay? There's boobs. That's just a human body. That's the same case for every single body on the planet. For a woman, you gotta understand, stop putting it so much on pedestal because you think it's inherently motivating. No, it's not. It's you who chooses. You always choose. And I'm not saying this to, to put force on you— I mean, to, to make you feel shame. Oh, you choose to look at women. No, It is your choice if you want to look at women's feet or not. It is your choice. But think about it. It's a woman's body. If you look, even if you look at any place on her body, only you can feel triggered. Only you can make yourself feel like, oh, you know, I enjoyed this. Only you. You have control. You always have control. It's not control, dope, you know, discipline, self-control, willpower. No, it's just like you perceive your reason to start thinking lustfully about it, your reason to start think that, you know, maybe you should approach her. You reason those things. You reason to go and pay a prostitute. You don't just get forced to do it. Okay, why do I have, you know, the urges? Why do I have urges the longer I don't watch it? So you have an urge which lasts a few minutes, not every day, which shows that it's not a need but a want. Because if it was a need, then you will be constantly craving it throughout the day. So do this important exercise, okay? This is powerful. First, accept that you like to, you know, porn, sex, lust, masturbation, whatever, okay? Because here we don't want to just have that shame and guilt. I mean, like, no, I don't like porn. I feel ashamed of watching it, whatever. Because it clouds the real reason why you do it in the first place. That's the thing with shame and guilt is that it clouds it, right? Okay, let's put morality aside. Let's just see what we actually like to get out of porn. Okay, second thing, ask yourself why you like it. What, what does it genuinely give you? What is pro— what does it provide to you? What are the benefits? In all honesty, be as honest as possible. Third, question yourself, okay, whether on those benefits, do I, you know, do I really need to be doing that? Is it really biological? Is it true that I need it? Is it true that I'm getting those benefits? Is it true? So you start questioning your own beliefs that you thought were so true, but in reality, maybe they're false. I'm not saying they're not true, but you need to realize that you need to be open to new thoughts and perspective, okay? And fourth, list all of the benefits of not watching porn because this will motivate you internally to just not watch porn because now it's not about, oh, you know, stop watching porn because You know, it's bad for you. It's, oh, you know, I'm gonna stop. I am going to stop watching porn because of these benefits. It's not, oh, um, yeah, maybe I want to watch porn, but you know, this benefit, there's downsides, whatever. No, it's not like that. Okay, 5, accept/realize that humans have free will at the end of the day. They will always have free will. Humans always choose. Okay, so guys, it's really that simple. Do this exercise right now. And then ask me questions about it. You can show me the results that you got from— I mean, the answers you got from this exercise right now. So if you have any questions about the rest, just let me know. All right guys, learned connections. Do we watch porn because of trauma, right? We often see all of the NoFap coaches always stating that trauma can either be the root cause or a trigger for watching porn, okay? So let me just get straight into the studies. The studies, okay, and there has been a study by the Surgeon General's, um, 2016 report on addiction. 40% of people with substance abuse, meaning drugs, alcohol, you know, uh, you know, sexual behaviors, whatever, have some form of trauma, depression, anxiety. The rest, okay, that have substance abuse, just like I mentioned, 60%, they don't have trauma. They have a great relationship. They live a happy life. Okay, 60% of the people that abuse alcohol, abuse drugs, they don't have trauma. They have a great relationship. They live a happy life. Only 40% have some form of trauma. Now if we look here, 1/5 of people, we have substance abuse— drugs, alcohol, porn— and have some form of trauma and depression, anxiety. Okay, this is another study they've done on, uh, about like 50 million Americans. You can actually go and look at the study according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, whatever, 2016. One-fifth of people who have substance abuse— drugs, alcohol, porn— have some form of trauma, depression, anxiety. Okay, the rest didn't have This is another study, okay? Okay, you gotta understand, there is zero correlation. There is zero correlation, okay? Um, sorry, here I, I made a mistake, okay? That's not the study. So the study mentioned that basically the people who have trauma, depression, anxiety, only one-fifth of them have some form of substance abuse, drugs or alcohol or porn. Okay, the people, okay, that have some form of trauma, depression, anxiety across the United States, only one-fifth of them have some form of substance abuse. Okay, why has zero correlation? Okay, let's just use logic. Think about our grandparents who lived through traumatic experiences. They never had to take a drug or go to the Playboy store, for most of them. Obviously there's exceptions like anything. Someone who doesn't come from our culture and this NoFap ideology doesn't make this connection, right? And obviously not NoFap specifically, but the same ideology, meaning they don't want— okay, they know that even if they have, let's say, sexual childhood trauma abuse, then they don't think that they need porn because they don't make the correlation. It's not like we say a learned connection, okay? It's once you do a learned connection, it's basically once you take two things that have no correlation, they have no connection, and you associate them together even though they have no correlation. That's why only one-fifth of people who are depressed or have some form of trauma, anxiety, have substance abuse, and whilst only 40% of people out of 100% that have some form, I mean, that have some substance abuse that have some form of trauma, depression, anxiety. Because there's no correlation. As you can see, if there was correlation, there will be like this number will be 80 to 90%, and this other number will be like, you know, 4/5, you know, like 80% at least. But there's zero correlation. Okay, it is simply learned by a set of beliefs created by a form of authority like expert and coaches. And what happens with authority naturally is that we just like believe whatever they say because they're experts. Right? That's how we, we are made to conform within society. So what is really happening is we, if we desire something, let's say that we want porn, which is an internal motivator, uh, motivator, but we get told that watching porn is bad and you should feel ashamed of it if you watch it, which is an external motivator. Now, well, internally what we want is to watch porn, and what we don't want is to feel ashamed for it, right? Well, one of the greatest ways to be able to watch porn what we want to do internally without feeling shame, you know, removing the, you know, the external factor, the external motivator, is we can simply blame childhood trauma. You can simply blame— obviously not just childhood trauma. Many people blame addiction for watching porn whilst unconsciously they want to watch porn. Many people blame childhood trauma as an excuse for watching porn, uh, I mean, for, um, as the reason why they watch porn, but unconsciously they just want to watch porn. So the desire is there The internal motivator is there, so they use the trauma as an excuse in order to feel less shame about it because they can just blame the trauma for watching porn, which they should be feeling ashamed about based on, you know, NoFap ideology in a society, whatever. So look, what this will do is we remove the shame because we tell ourselves or others that I didn't want to watch porn, but I had no control because of my childhood trauma. And at the same time, it allows you to do what you want, you know, what you wanted to watch porn, right? This simply allows us to say, fuck it, I want to watch porn. And this is unconscious, right? Yes, it is somewhat conscious, but people are very good at just hiding it and just trying to like cover it under the bush because they don't want to take responsibility and feel shame, right? So we just say like, fuck it, I want to watch porn. I'm going to blame my porn usage. Not on me, but on my trauma/addiction, so I don't feel as shameful about it and I can just go and enjoy it. Okay, and let me just show you this incredible experience. There was in Indonesia a tsunami where 2004, in 2004, there was over 200,000 deaths because of the tsunami. Okay, uh, for those— I'm doing this for those wondering about trauma still being very powerful upon you. Okay, in Indonesia, they sent American therapists to help them recover mentally, you know, overall, just for their well-being. But they most of the time, like 90— over 90% of the time, they didn't understand why they would need a therapist. So like, okay, but what is a therapist? Why do I need a therapist? Like, why should I talk about my problems? Like, what, what's the point, right? And within a week after the tsunami in Indonesia, the people were well adjusted after their deaths. Think about it. After a week, they live life normally. Obviously, right, some of them had some, you know, form of like, uh, obviously there's some form of quote-unquote, you can say, trauma. But if you look at the United States, if that was to happen with our not just our weak mindset but our perception about those things and how we were not like autonomous and that we're not powerful like, according to— not, not according to, but like just internally, whether it's with God, just like with ourselves, we would just like— if such event happens to us, we'll just be like in our bed for like 5 years and do nothing with our lives. But guess what? They just were adjusted because they didn't have those limiting beliefs that if something bad happens to you, just like deaths and like that, things of that nature, that now you cannot function properly and now you cannot do anything, and that you cannot, you know, really, um, you know, you'll be in pain for the rest of your life and you'll never recover. They don't have these beliefs. And naturally, objectively, humans are very resilient and they're able to adapt quickly, just like the cave giant, when we're looking forward. But when we're taught to look backwards, like trauma, and we, you know, start talking about those things Things go south. Okay, cause versus reason. Remember, we don't get forced to watch porn because we saw a woman on social media. We reason to watch it because we chose to based on our beliefs or the benefits we perceive. This is just a reminder, but please, I'm not shitting on trauma. I did, you know, myself, I got bullied multiple times as you saw in the video. Um, I got, you know, multiple bad events happening to my life that most people would consider trauma, but I don't consider it trauma. I just consider it as an experience that I can learn from or that I can just overall be grateful for because it made me stronger. That's my perception. That's my personal perception. I don't think people should just adopt it, but it's beneficial to me. I don't see trauma as, oh my God, man, I cannot do anything with my life for the next few years because I had trauma when I was young. Right. And at the same time, I'm very empathetic when it comes to Such shit been happening. So I'm not shitting on trauma, I'm just saying that we are really resilient and that we can adapt to anything. So that's it. All right guys, let's debunk biology. Is masturbation really rooted in biology? Do you see that pious chooses to not have sex and not indulge in any sexual behaviors for like their whole lives? Why? Because they chose to based on their beliefs. Does that mean that they go and masturbate instead? Well, maybe for some, you know, you cannot tell 100%, right? But the majority don't. It's against their beliefs. It's— this is not about forcing you to not masturbate, okay? I'm, I'm not an anti-masturbator. I would never consider myself, you know, saying such statements, right? But this is about realizing that masturbation is not this irresistible force that you will have to face every day and sometimes end up doing it because of apparently urges, right? And we debunk the urges. It's simply a choice that we make based on beliefs or the benefits that we perceive. A big misconception that people get is, you know, this false belief of I need to get a release, right? I'm not against a release by all means, again, but I'm just about debunking this and really seeing the truth. So, you know, sorry for writing this here, but balls And I said this before, balls cannot produce thoughts in your mind. You create them based on your beliefs or the benefits that you perceive. You don't have this mysterious urge to get a release. It's not rooted in biology, it's due to perceived benefits. Those benefits can be, it's a biological necessity, like a belief, okay? That's a belief. It gives me pleasure. It relieves stress. Because think about it, when you feel on top of the world, you feel happy, you don't think, I need to get a release because I will have elf problems. Okay, there's even a study, and this is very interesting. A 2016 scientific paper published by the Social— whatever, okay, that basically did a study on masturbation, prostate cancer, because that's what people talk to when it comes to elf, right? The author found— of the study, they found no casual relationship between the two. In their own words, No direct cause-and-effect relations were noted in the 7 sample articles reporting protective relations between masturbation and prostate cancer. The actual way to decrease the risk of prostate cancer, according to researchers, having an healthy diet and working out. Pure logic. And go and find the studies that prove otherwise. That's one thing, okay? But also, I actually have a document that talks further about this and how you can debunk masturbation biology when it comes to masturbation so that you can really be more convinced and really just come to your own conclusions. It's actually in the video module, so you can go and read it. So there's also this myth that use it or lose it, right? That if you don't touch your own parts, your own genitals, then you don't stimulate them, then something wrong would happen, right? And that you won't be able to use it. It won't get up, basically. Most people who are healthy and haven't done it in a while, whether it's sex or masturbation, they can report that nothing happens. I can't report by— and I swear to God, nothing happens. Some humans never masturbate in their entire lives. Well, I went 365 days once without masturbation, porn, anything, and I think it was working just fine when, once I decided to watch porn again. They don't say, you know, not even porn, I think it was just masturbation, right? People don't say, you know, some humans have never masturbated in their entire lives, yet they don't say my dick is not working or I have some health problems. Maybe they haven't, you know, had sex in 8 years, right? Maybe think about it, okay? Because question these beliefs you get told to believe even though there's no proof supporting it. That's one of the most important things I'm trying to get to you, okay? Why would you believe something that you cannot easily prove? Okay, looking at tribes, most tribes don't even have a concept of masturbation. What's more fascinating is they don't get even aroused outside of sex. They don't have arousal out of nowhere. They're not fantasizing, they're not, you know, thinking lustfully and all of those things. Most of them, okay, most of them start doing it because of the influence of modern-day people if they actually do it. Right? If you look at the study, it's actually in the document, the Akan-Gandu is a tribe. They don't even know what masturbation is. They don't even have a concept. They didn't even know what it was. Okay? But Samir Gardner, they have frequent sex. So you're telling me they always have sex 24/7 every single day, even the young ones straight after their puberty? Even the ones that are like 12, 11 years old, they have puberty, they have sex straight away? No, even us, when we were like— let's say a lot of people started, let's say, masturbating at 15. They had puberty like, let's say, 3 years, like at 12, yet they didn't do anything. Okay, if masturbation was truly ingrained inside of us, then we would just watch it straight at puberty. But most don't experience or feel the need to do it after puberty. It is a learned behavior. Then, you know, we're not forced to do, but that we choose to do by reasoning based on our beliefs or the benefits we perceive. Really make sure to understand this question, this, the statement, and you'll understand everything. Okay, the benefits of masturbation. So think about it, the reason why, uh, people report that there's benefits is that there's stress relief, also boredom, pain relief, frustration relief, satisfy sexual needs, pleasure, dopamine, it helps with depression, it relieves anxiety, it distracts you when you're lonely, helps you sleep. But just like porn, when you have those thoughts about a stressful situation or thinking that you don't have a girlfriend and that you need sex, you just tell yourself, I want to stop thinking about this, so let me just go off these, you know, let me just let go of these thoughts, right? A lot of people think that masturbation relieves the need for a girlfriend, and that's why you watch it. But think about it, you wanting You masturbating because you don't have a girlfriend is simply because you think, you're thinking that you don't have a girlfriend. If you're not thinking and you're feeling on top of the world, you don't think, I don't have a girlfriend, let me go and masturbate because I'm not having sex right now. No, you're feeling good. But the moment that you feel a bit down bad and you start thinking, I don't have a girlfriend, it's not about, oh, I have an urge that forces me to go and masturbate because I don't have a girlfriend. No, it's you start thinking, I don't have a girlfriend, then maybe I can reason to go and masturbate to provide a relief. That's why you're just relieving the thoughts of, oh, I want a girlfriend but I don't have— I don't have her and I need to have sex. You believe in those thoughts because you don't like having them in your mind. So when you masturbate, you think, oh, you know what, let me— masturbation relieves, uh, sexually. No, it just relieves your thoughts about you having wanting girlfriend because maybe, you know, tomorrow you're gonna still masturbate. It's not because you don't have a girlfriend, you just did it. Okay, it's that logical. Okay, instead what you do, because you know the same thing when I said porn, right? You take away your focus from the stressful situation to watching porn on the screen, right? You focus on the screen. Well, what masturbation is, is just like you focus instead on the sensation that masturbation provides. So you focus on that instead of focusing on the stressful, painful situation, or the thoughts in your mind of you don't have a girlfriend, or that you cannot sleep. It's that simple, okay? That's why you feel all of those quote-unquote benefits like they say. It's not because you're stimulating your genitals, but because you're not focused on the thoughts or emotion that you're feeling that you don't want to feel, right? It's like you having this solution, right? And on top of that, you let go of these thoughts or emotions from the beginning because you decide to let go No, it's not masturbation that does that. It's you. It's the routine. It's just you not being focused on it anymore. Benefits of not masturbating. List all of the benefits you get from not masturbating, because personally, you know, obviously it motivates you internally to not do it, and you're not forced to do it, but it just helps you choose, oh, you know what, there's way more benefits. Let me just take that, man. I want all of these benefits, because personally it gives me this For me, the benefit is like it gives me this fire blood inside of me. It's like I'm hungry for life every day. I don't see any benefits in doing it. I don't see any benefits masturbating. I see benefits in not masturbating. So I just feel better, more time, more focus, drive ongoing. I just want to conquer more. Maybe it's subjective, meaning that it doesn't mean it's going to happen to everyone the same. But that's what I feel, right? You know, think about it. Why do most people stop playing video games even though it's also rooted in biology? Going to war, you get this adrenaline feeling which is rooted in biology. Tribes with other people, which is rooted in biology. Competition between groups like war, it's rooted in biology. Sometimes there's a sexual aspect, which is rooted in biology. You can have power, fame, respect, which is rooted in biology. But people just don't see these benefits anymore in video games, so they just quit even though it would be quote-unquote rooted in biology. So guys, this is how you debug biology. Make sure to really understand this because if you don't understand, then it's going to be extremely hard for you to really come to your own conclusions, okay? So ask me questions if you don't understand and I'll get back to you. All right guys, so debunking myths and be careful to just be open to your thoughts and perspective because that's what you need right now. Because a lot of people, when I tell them those things, are like, no, no, no, that's not true. And they just— because they don't understand. It's not because it's not It's not like they don't want to believe it, it's just they don't understand. So just try to understand it and be open. Okay? So it's important to know, okay, why we actually think lustfully is that you don't think lustfully because you're forced to think lustfully, but because you decide to. So why do we think lustfully then? Okay? We get many benefits from thinking lustfully that we have been brainwashed to believe because we think, oh, if I think lustfully, that means I have a high libido. If I think lustfully, then that means I have a lot of testosterone. If I think lustfully about women, that affirms my masculinity, my will to conquer the world. And so we make these, what I call learned connections. This comes from the FIDA model, right? Just like I mentioned in the video, that if you think lustfully, then that means that you will have this benefit. It's like saying that, you know, if you, you know, think often about robots, that means that you're skilled at robots. That's how absurd it is. But the thing is, people cannot even prove those things, first of all. And most of the time it has been proven to be, I mean, the opposite case to be also true. But also it's like, how can you prove it? It just seems logical, but because you've been told by authority, right? No, if you don't think lustfully, then that means something is wrong with your libido, testosterone, masculinity. That's what you're thinking. So that's why you start thinking, you know what, um, you know, I need to have— I need to think lustfully so I, I know that I have a high testosterone, libido, my will to conquer, drive, masculinity. So in order to get those benefits, you just start thinking lustfully. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy, meaning that because you believe something, you start thinking, you start acting according to that. It's like, imagine that you see yourself as an addict, just like we covered in the beginning. If you see yourself as an addict, then it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy because it is not even true that you're an addict. First of all, addiction doesn't exist. But because you perceive addiction to be true and you perceive yourself to be an addict, then it's like you act according to that even though you're acting according to something that doesn't exist. Yeah, I think according to something that doesn't make sense, just like it's the same thing here. Because think about it, how do you know that lust and libido are connected? Or how testosterone and lust are connected? Or how lust and masculinity are connected? Can people not feel lust and have a very high testosterone, libido, and masculinity? Yes, I've talked to many people like that, okay? Can't even do your research. I think less about Moen personally, okay? And many people can report that as well. I think less about women and sex after quitting porn, while NoFap will tell me that you will think more about women and sex after quitting porn. Lust is not built inside of us where we can't control it and just happens out of nowhere. Rather, we have a capacity to lust, like we have a sexual hardware, just like we have hardware for fear in our mind. But we don't feel fear except if we reason/deem something as scary. You don't feel fear out of nowhere whilst you're just walking inside of your room, right? Or you don't feel fear even when watching a scary movie, right? It's only if you perceive it, if you reason that this is scary and that you should be, you know, feeling fearful about it, right? You don't feel fear out of every single thing, okay? And it's all about perception, okay? Just think about it. Tribes and Russell— I already gave you this example, but tribes were reported to not feel aroused or started thinking about lust or sex midday. They don't have to believe that lust is forced upon them. They just choose to feel lust according to the situation and benefit, which in most cases is before having sex, right? They just choose to activate it. But what about sexual energy? Okay, when you crave food, you have a food-craving energy. When you have a runny nose, you have a tissue-craving energy. When you see something scary, do you have a fear-craving energy? It's all mental, man. Nothing physical. You cannot even prove sexual energy. Tell me, please, a scientific or even just like logical reason why sexual energy exists. And I'm not saying this because I don't want to believe in sexual energy. I think it's a great concept, to be honest. Like, I used to attribute my success to sexual energy, but think about it, right? Like, it's just a concept. It doesn't exist. Like, you know, there's nothing physical about it, or else you just be If it was really physical inside of your body, then you will be forced to just talk to random women all the time, and you'll pay prostitutes, and you'll just watch porn for every second of the day. But that's not the case. Why? Because humans don't make actions because of sexual energy. They make actions because of the benefits. You know, you crave food, you want the benefit of eating food so they can feel satisfied. That's the benefit that you're looking at. Or maybe it's pleasure, or maybe it's a relief, maybe it's you know, relaxation. When you have a runny nose, you don't feel, you know, you don't have tissue-curing energy. You just see the tissue as the solution because you don't like the— it's like you're gonna get a relief from your runny nose and you're gonna get this benefit, right? When you see something scary, do you have fear-curing energy? No, you just start feeling fear because you're like, you know what, I want to protect myself because, you know, if I feel fear, then I'm gonna be able to protect myself, which is a benefit. It's just that simple. Let's just go back to how things were, right? Just like the black painting. Always think about the black painting from Mr. Universe. You just gotta see, you gotta remove the glasses and just see for what it is. Maybe it's hard to believe at first, but ask me questions and I'll help you understand, guys. How to live forever like the cage lion. It's extremely simple. Human beings are extremely capable of many things. That's why NoFap and addiction experts do such a bad thing, okay, and I almost say evil thing, by telling you that you're addicted, that it's going to be hard to stop, right? They always tell you those things because humans by nature are extremely powerful. I'm not saying this in the egoistical way, like, oh, they don't need anyone. No, they're extremely powerful, creative, resilient, autonomous. They can adapt to any situation, just like the caged lion. Okay, we are adapted— no, we're hardwired to just adapt to any situation in front of us. That's why you should never believe someone that say that you're hopeless, that you cannot do anything about it, and that, you know, you should just give up on something. Because humans are powerful, creative, resilient, and autonomous, you know. Think about the people who choose to be vegan. They still manage to go years before deciding to stop, or if not their entire life as a vegan. You know, I've been a vegan myself, like I said in previous videos. Even if, you know, and I don't, I don't promote veganism at all, right? But that's another topic, okay? Even if veganism has been proven scientifically to not be healthy, which research Yet people adapt mentally, physically. They don't need help from other people teaching them how to be vegan and not— not even like from vitamins and minerals. They don't even care. Like, they, they just adapt and they learn by themselves. They don't think it's going to be hard 24/7. For them, it's effortless. They simply chose to do something and now they've adapted to it, okay? And I want you guys to look at this video. This is a perfect example of the illusionary cage that you can easily leave and just be free. Okay, so let's just share this with you. Okay, so, so look, you see here, okay, this is a spider. Okay, you, you guys will understand. Okay, you already see a part of it. Look at this. The spider cannot cross the line. It thinks that this is something that she cannot cross. You see how crazy it is? Look, now trapped. Okay, trapped. Illusionary cage. It's not a real cage. It's an illusion cage. That's what exactly what NoFap does. That's why when you leave, once this spider will leave this illusion cage and just go and live its normal life instead of just being in this illusion cage here, that's the moment we'll be free. Okay, you'll see. Look, boom, found out that, you know, it's, it's not a cage, but still gets trapped, okay? And this shows us that humans, okay, if we see that it's an illusion, if the spider sees that it's illusionary, it's just like a line and understands it, then it's like, you know, as you can see here, or for example here, then it's like it can gain freedom. Yeah, it's a dumb example, but it is the truth. It's that simple, okay? You need to leave the illusion cage of not just porn, but of NoFap and, and the addiction experts and find the freedom just like the caged lion will adapt it. Remember, human possesses all of the tools with hand to adapt to any scenario just like the caged lion. So guys, now that you watch all of the videos as of now, please make sure to ask me as much questions as possible on WhatsApp. You can bombard me questions. I'll send you a voice message. I'll respond to you through text messages or voice messages. We are up on calls and we'll talk about it, and you'll understand that this is extremely simple. I mean, as of now, you probably are free. Okay, so, um, if you have any more questions, please let me know and I'll respond to you ASAP. So now that you finished the 2-hour course, I decided personally to add a few bonuses and add 4 different videos that are parts of my new courses for my students. And also one of them is a personalized video that I made for one of my students. So we're going to cover first, why you don't need to release, how to retain your semen for as long as you want to. We're also going to go over more in depth into how to be free forever, how to deal with what's going to come up as you leave porn and masturbation behind. And then we're going to go over how to build your own vision as well as how to to be constantly driven and hungry to work hard every single day towards that new life that you're going to pursue now that you left porn and masturbation behind. I highly suggest you watch these videos as well. They're very, very helpful and they're going to again change your perspective drastically and really allow you to quit effortlessly. All right guys, so why you don't need to release, okay? A lot of people have a bunch of fears related to not releasing, not ejaculating, but we're going to tackle every single thing here so that you are left with a sex drive, right? You still have your sex drive, even it's probably even going to be more powerful, and you're going to be still having that desire to be with the opposite sex, with women. Okay, so we're going to explore why you don't need to release even though it might feel like a necessity. We'll discuss the benefits of abstinence, the nature of desires versus survival, and how our bodies naturally cleanse themselves. Okay? So is orgasm the most important thing? I want you to first ask yourself this question because let's be honest, orgasms feels good. Okay? You know, orgasms, most of the time, if it's related to porn and masturbation, they come from, you know, I mean, they're basically fueled by the fantasy. What I mean by that is you're literally thinking about a scenario in your head where you'll feel good. So then when you have the physical sensations where it somewhat feels good, then it feels even more good, if that makes sense. Right. And so, because if you think about it, right, if you were to ejaculate, let's say, let's say you were to ejaculate by accident, you were like at work and your body was, I mean, your clothing was too tight and you ejaculated. It doesn't feel pleasurable. Like it just feels like you peed in that sense. Right. It's like there's nothing special about it. But when we have the, the intention of making it pleasurable, obviously it's going to become— it's going to be pleasurable. I mean, just like a bunch of things in life, right? If I go play a certain game with my friends and I have the intention of having pleasure, well, I'm probably going to feel pleasure, except if, you know, uh, well, except if something happens, right? So that's the thing, okay? Humans, when they have the intention of feeling something, well, they'll probably feel that thing, right? That thing, because that's the thing. You got to realize that the mind can create emotion. I mean, the mind creates emotions, basically. It's not that it just can create emotions, that it does create emotions. Emotions are cognitive products. But anyways, look, okay, if I were to give you $100 million, okay, $100 million, but you can't have an orgasm, okay, let's say for the next 5 years, for the next 5 years you can have an orgasm, would you be able to do it? Or I mean, would you want to do it? In that sense. It's a tough question, but you'll realize that the pleasure from orgasm is something which we don't need and we're not forced indulging. Okay, personally, I wouldn't trade $100 million, um, to have, for example, a family, right? Like, because you need an orgasm in order to have a family in that sense, right? We all know why. But, you know, for the next 5 years, of course, right? And that's the thing. Okay, so That's what we got to realize is it is just also a question of value. It is a question of, yeah, it is just maybe a bit more valuable to you. You can decrease the value. And this is the key thing. I know we talk about debunking, but something can still feel pleasurable to you, yet you choose to not indulge in it. It is that simple. Okay? It's not like peeing. Okay? I gave you this example in another video, but you don't need to release to survive, unlike peeing, right? Where it's like, if you hold it, it can obviously cause some problems and, you know, you kind of like need to do it. Orgasms don't fit under that category of essential body functions in a sense of, you know, obviously your, your body has a natural way of cleansing itself, which we're gonna, you know, tackle in a few slides, but you can choose to abstain for extended periods of time, uh, from, you know, orgasms. It can be a few years, it can be a long time. I mean, there's people who choose to just never indulge in those things. based on their beliefs without any negative health consequences. Okay. And abstinence in real life, right? So just think about priests, monks, and athletes. These individuals choose abstinence for religious, spiritual, or performance, you know, reasons. Um, and their bodies don't suffer for it. Real studies shows that abstinence doesn't negatively impact your health. Okay. There's no studies to show that it's going to impact your health. The only studies are related to prostate cancer, and there's a study in 2016, uh, if you read my book you'll be able to find it, uh, that showed the prostate cancer and masturbation had no connection. Exercise and healthy diet are what actually helps. Okay, so this is what you got to realize: you have been lied to in that sense, which is just crazy to me when we just look at it from like a third-person perspective. How we just genuinely believe that like, oh, if you don't have an orgasm, if you don't masturbate, your health is going to deteriorate and you're going to be in a bed in the hospital because of prostate cancer. But I'm like, would it happen to— did you ever hear of someone having that? And on top of that, how do you know that? How do you know if it's just the fact— I mean, the guy could just be unhealthy. The guy could just be like in a bad, you know, bad state, right? Like in terms of health, right? You know, there's multiple factors, yet we just focus on masturbation, which I think doesn't make sense. Natural cleansing— your body has an amazing self-cleansing system, okay? Even if you don't release, your pipes are getting cleared naturally, okay? Now obviously, okay, just in life in general, you need to be healthy, right? Like if you're not eating clean, if you're not moving around, if you're not exercising, if you have like a bad lifestyle overall that you know is bad for you, if you constantly think negatively about yourself and just think negatively about life, then obviously it might have some impact on your body, such as your arousal, such as your, your sexual drive, such as your testosterone, such as your libido, whatever, right? But other than that, you know, your body, okay, it will work properly if you're healthy, okay? And your body has this amazing self-cleansing mechanism that even if you don't release, your pipes, right, like, you know, your body, right, your genitals are getting cleared naturally. You're literally ejaculating on a regular basis, not necessarily daily basis, but on a regular basis, even if you don't realize it. And how you do that? Well, through nocturnal emissions, AKA wet dreams, which expels the unwanted semen, right? It happens when you stop masturbating. A lot of people masturbate for so many years that they think that, uh, you know, if they stop masturbating, it's like they'll just hold it in and, you know, they'll not— they'll basically like explode at one point, just like when you're holding your pee, well, you need to pee at some point. But that's not what happens actually. When you stop masturbating, even if it's been years that you've been masturbating every day, your body will just start after, I think a week or two based on personal experience, start having wet dreams. Not wet dreams, like it doesn't mean that you're gonna literally have dreams where you're having sex, but it can just be your body like literally releasing by itself, right? Whilst you sleep, obviously, and your body reabsorbs the semen. And that process doesn't have any negative side effects. You can do research on that. Both, uh, you know, natural emissions and the body reabsorbing the semen have no negative side effects, okay? Cultural practices, okay? Your body doesn't just explode after a period of time that you haven't released. Rather, since we are born with innate desire to be with the opposite sex, we will naturally go towards real women to satisfy the desire. This is what I like about not masturbating, not watching porn, right? One of the biggest benefits, I guess, in my personal experience is like having that desire to be with women, that natural desire that every man has, right? That is innate within us and just being there, you know, without being distracted and having the desire. So naturally you'll want to work to achieve that desire, to satisfy the desire. So what does that mean? If you believe, okay, and this is the thing, if you believe that the best way to get a woman in your life is to go to the gym, well, you'll be more inclined to go to the gym. You'll naturally just want to go more. And on top of that, you're not distracted, which means you have more time, you have more mental energy, you have more focus. So just think about it. If you have 4 hours, okay, let's say you take 2 guys. Yeah, if you have 1 guy, He's free for 4 hours, right? He has nothing to do and he's just there and he wants to be with a woman. He's never been in a relationship, whatever. And he has nothing to do. There's no distractions around him. And you have another guy who has a bunch of distractions around him. He has Netflix, he has video games, he has porn, he has social media, he has all of those things and he has the same 4 hours and he still wants to be with a woman. He's in the same situation. He has never been in a relationship. Who do you think is going to go to the gym or work on himself so that he can even attract a woman or even talk to a woman in the first place or even build projects so that he can attract women or whatever? Who do you think is going to be working towards it way more and achieve or satisfy the desire sooner? It's obviously the guy that's not distracted. Because the thing is, when you're distracted, you're not thinking about the desires. And desires is not a negative thing in that, in that scenario, okay? It doesn't mean that because you want to be with the opposite sex that is— that your whole life is going to be about it. No, it's just like you have the desire, right? Just like, for example, um, sometimes you have the desire to relax, right? It's kind of like that, right? In a sense that you have the desire, and if you're not distracted, you're gonna act on the desire, right? And so that's the thing you got to realize. And look, porn and masturbation are not going to satisfy the desire. When was the last time that I did? Probably never, because, you know, a real woman is real. It is a human being, right? It can actually satisfy desire because there's emotions involved, there's real intimacy involved, there's— there are many things involved, right? Porn and masturbation is just something that you do by yourself. There's a huge difference. And most of the time we just do it as a distraction, meaning that we have the desire to be with women, and since we haven't satisfied it, we try to distract ourselves from the frustration of the fact that we haven't satisfied the desire and that we're not close or we're not worthy of being with women. So that's the thing. I want you to just realize this. If you're not distracted and you want to be with women, man, you're going to be willing to do much more. You're going to be way more driven and hungry. That's the problem within society, not just with porn and masturbation, but with many things. People play video games all day long. People never get the chance to just reflect or think. For example, when I go to the gym, I don't listen to music, right? I know in the video I showed my headphones. I only listen to like 20 minutes of a podcast before I start my gym session. But what I can tell you is just not being distracted. Whilst I'm doing other things, right? Or even whilst I'm doing my work, for example, allows me to think about things that are meaningful to me, allows me to think about my desires and goals, allows me to just be motivated, motivated by thinking about those things. And that's literally key because most people are distracted. And so you're going to be able to seize opportunities in life. You're going to be able to be willing to do more and so much more, right? These are just a few benefits, okay? Now, when they give you the example of puberty, okay, because a lot of people believe that we're just gonna be inclined to have a release no matter what, just because of our hormones or just because of, you know, our biology, right? Think about kids who haven't been exposed to masturbation in puberty, who haven't been exposed to porn, right? They often take years after puberty to have their first release. Yes, you're born, you know, designed to be able to have success and to have sex, But your body is very good at adapting to situations based on your will or desires. Okay, this is what you gotta understand because it is innate. Okay, this is just like, uh, in animals, like innately humans know what to do. And this is, you know, it's hard for me to explain, but for example, if a man innately is attracted to the opposite sex, right, a man innately, if he's with the opposite sex at one point, he's gonna know how to— it's like, it's like built in within him. He's gonna know how to perform, uh, you know, intercourse, right? But when it comes to masturbation, porn, it is something that you need to learn. It is something that you need to be exposed to. It is something that you need to cultivate a taste for in order to pursue, which is not the same for real intercourse. Build one. Okay, so that's the thing, because many people, like 5 years after puberty, they start masturbating. 5 years. So that means within those 5 years, they've done nothing with their body. And also, many people start before puberty, like 5 years before puberty, at the age of 8, for example, at the age of 5, they get exposed to it, they start masturbating. There's not even any semen coming out, but They do it because, and they keep on doing it because they've been exposed to it and they've been told about it. So you see, it is purely a cultivated taste, as we say, a cultivated, you know, liking. Okay, so the benefits of not releasing, I want you to really think about this. Okay, some of those benefits can be subjective, meaning that they can be self-induced, but at the same time, a lot of these are objective. Okay. So meaning that they're going to be there no matter what. And when you quit porn masturbation, abstinence is not just about avoiding negative consequences. It has so many benefits too. You're not going to levitate. You're not going to just have magical powers. Women are not just going to flock on you and just start approaching you out of the middle of nowhere just because of that. You're not just going to feel so much confidence that you just don't care anymore. No, thing is, you'll feel— and this is based on my personal experience also, and based on many people's experience, and it's just based on reality— you'll feel more drive and anger every day. And I mean, the reason why you feel more drive and anger is because when you're not distracted, you'll naturally just feel drive and anger. It's just like you'll want to pursue things. It's just like the example I gave you of, you know, if that guy is not distracted, another guy just distracted? Who do you think is going to work more on, you know, those things? Or who do you think is going to feel more motivated to achieve those things? It's really that simple, right? Because when you're distracted, you can't even think, uh, about other things. It's not that you can't, it's just that you choose to not think about the other things, okay? You know, for me personally, I felt like I let go of the old version of myself and I was becoming a new version that'd be more of a leader for, for other people, that I get closer to God, right? Which is objective. When I say more of a leader, because I'll be able to be— because I'm not distracted, I'm gonna work on other aspects of my life, which means that I'm gonna be able to be more of a leader, right? I'll have more focus to achieve more in life, obviously, right? Because I'm not distracted. I wake up wanting to work on my dreams more, feel better, feel more masculine, more willing to take risk, challenges, and face fears, and much more. Okay? Because there's something about when you're not distracted, it's like you're willing to do more. You're willing to just go through negative things because it's like you're not experiencing anything, so why not just experience something in that sense? And if you rethink about it, okay, yeah, you can be distracted, you can do whatever you want in life, but it is so valuable to just not be distracted, man. It's like you're just willing to do more. You're willing to actually experience life. Rather than just stay stuck in, uh, in that distraction, right? And read page 67 and 68 of the, the book that talks about the benefits, uh, if you want to learn more about this, because this is just like, man, it is life-changing when you're, you're not distracted. It is just like something which you can do so much more progress in your life, you know. And if you're someone that wants to do a lot, that wants to like, you know, achieve big things in life and do much more with his life, this is like the best thing you can do to just not be distracted. I'm not saying like you should do a challenge of not being distracted. I'm just saying like start being less distracted in every aspect of your life and you'll see, man, you'll be able to learn more about yourself. You'll be able to be more driven and hungry every day. You'll be able to put in more work, obviously. And man, because we have a limited amount of time, do you want to spend that time just scrolling, just playing video games, just doing things that don't really give any— that don't— that you don't even really find enjoyable as much as real life, and that don't really give you as much value? You know, that's the question you gotta ask yourself. And we're not animals, okay? You gotta understand, we're not animals living on instincts. You know, if we were, then we'll be doing many things that animals do without any control, like eating our own poop, you know, like some animals do. Killing each other like some animals do, raping like some animals do, uh, eating our own species, right? Cannibalism. We used to do it. We don't now anymore. We're repulsed by the idea of doing it, right? We're literally repulsed. We're capable of making choices, controlling our desires, and choosing what's best for us. When I say controlling desires, meaning that we choose when we want to indulge in what we desire, okay? It doesn't mean you'll fight the desire to orgasm because it's fully within your control, right? And you get to choose what's pleasurable, uh, what pleasure you want to indulge in, in life, and what you want to do. Look, it's probably pleasurable— it will probably be pleasurable for me to go and play basketball today, but I don't want to. I just think that, you know, it's going to take time, and I'd rather work on other things, right? It'll probably be pleasurable for me to go in the sauna, but, you know, I don't want to. I'd probably be pleasurable for me to eat junk, junk food, you can say. Like, uh, I'm on a diet, so like certain food, uh, would be probably be pleasurable to me, but I don't want to. Okay, um, you know, it's not a necessity, but it's just something a bit pleasurable. Orgasm is just a bit pleasurable. Okay, release is just a bit pleasurable. Release it for the right reason. We're not doing semen retention of, of NoFap, right? We're not counting the days with our orgasm. The reality is we can wait for as long as we want to based on what we want to do, okay? For me, for example, um, I know that, you know, personally I want to wait until marriage. And, you know, there's— there are many people, you know, there's people I coach, there's people I know personally that they just wait until marriage and it's not that big of a deal. They don't even sleep around, they don't even talk to many women, right? And and they don't even have that much of a social life. Because here's the thing. Yeah, okay, wait until marriage. Your body is just going to do the natural emissions and reabsorb the semen in the meantime. And in the meantime, you won't lose your desire to be with women or be intimate. You actually feel more of that desire because you're not going to be distracted. Remember, you're going to be less tired. You're not going to use all of that mental fantasy in to like these videos or whatever, uh, and to masturbating, you feel better, more driven, more masculine. So really, guys, reflect on those things and you'll see your life will change forever. All right, so the don't worry, um, final video. So let's get it. Video games against sport. Okay, most people easily quit video games after watching a few videos on YouTube that promotes the idea that it's a waste of time and doesn't help you in real life, it decreases, it's basically like you're decreasing the value to it, to video games. And living life is way better. It's like the happier option. So there's more value to real life, right? That's a mental kind of reasoning that people do right now. Delusion of recovery. Okay, here's kind of like the recovery from, I mean, this is porn, right? This is the cage of porn. This is the cage of NoFap coaching recovery. Okay? Now the thing is, imagine that you add a recovery for video games. I mean, imagine that you thought that you were in a cage for video games and on top of that, because you were in a cage, you also need recovery. So that means you'll be in those quote unquote two illusionary cages. Obviously there is coaching for video games, but most people either moderate it when they realize that they don't really need it anymore. Some people completely stop, they don't even want to go back to it. Some people still wanna play, right? That's how we see it. We don't see it as, oh my God, this guy cannot stop, he's addicted. Even though people sometimes play and get late to work, even though people sometimes play for too many hours a day, even though sometimes people play instead of going out, right? Is it because they're addicted? No, it's because they see it as something better. They just see it as something maybe more more comfortable and they'd rather be comfortable than going out, for example. Or maybe they hate their job, so obviously if they play video games, they're gonna have more fun there than playing— than going out to the job, right? It's really that simple. It's just people think that we have a disease, but we don't even say those things for video games, but we say it for porn. Even though video games and porn are kind of similar, they're both a screen, both mimic— like people say, both mimic real life, even though they don't, right? Like, I mean, in video games you literally have sexualized characters. I mean, you have this, you're literally talking with real other people. You have like this tribe kind of effect where you're conquering, you're doing missions, you're achieving things, you're progressing, you're gaining rewards, you're going up the ladder in terms of whatever there is, like the ranks and everything, which is kind of things that people can do in real life, right? But yet people leave it like this, right? But that's the thing, because just imagine you had video games addiction coaching. What would happen is it could be like instead of just seeing video games as something that maybe you do a bit too much and that maybe playing real life could be a bit better, you see it as like, oh, now I have a problem. And you don't— that's the thing. Imagine you're like, oh, I'm getting coaching to stop playing video games. Video games. Now, the kind of mental frame you're going to get from that is, look, I'm playing a— like, I'm, you know, you're not even going to look at why would you even stop playing video games in the first place. That's the first thing, because you're going to be like, oh, you know, today I tried to stop playing video games, but I couldn't, right? That's going to be your mental focus the whole time. Or it's going to be like, oh, I've been free from video games for like 7 days, but I know I might go back to it, but I didn't saw any coaching. Doesn't work like that. We don't do it. People leave video games without that kind of mental frame because just imagine that the mental frame, what's going to happen is you're always going to somewhat feel deprived from video games, always going to feel deprived because you never look at why you want to stop playing video games. You never really debug the value of video games. So obviously it's going to be very appealing to you. Okay, so that's the thing that happens. Now, delusion of recovery. Okay, you don't need coaching for video games, or you don't think that you're in a trap when you're playing video games, right? And at the end of the day, the answer is you. Okay, when we quit video games, it's kind of having that growth mindset of accepting that you're just going to go live life instead, and that video games useless even if you play, it's not going to help you in any form. And that you could do the same things you're doing in video games in real life for the most part. It's just having that growth against fixed mindset. I mean, you can see it as like, you go and live life, failures and opportunities to grow. I can learn anything I want. Challenges help me grow. Feedback is constructive. My affordance to determine my abilities. I'm inspired by the success of others. I like to try new things. Or you can see it as this, like, failure is the limit of my abilities. I don't like to be challenged. The abilities are unchanging. I can do it or I can't. I'm either good at it or I'm not. My potential is predetermined. When I'm frustrated, I give up. Feedback increases them or personal. I stick to what I know. Right? You could take both approaches. I mean, you could take either of these approaches and be like, oh, I'm never going to leave porn because I watched it once and that's the limit of my abilities. Or I don't like to be challenged. I don't like to do it because I did it in the past, so now it's either I can or I can't. Or you can see it as this, as like you can always change. Like you can always change to whatever you want to change, just like we talked in the past video. And whatever happens to you is actually good because you're going to be able to grow from that. And we're not even talking about PMO here right now, okay? Here's the process people did with video games. They question if it was worth it, okay? Consume a bit of information on why it has no value and won't help you with any problems. You consume a bit of information on how living without it is beneficial. You make the choice to stop or drastically decrease it. You went and did things you truly liked instead, gym, project, social life, right? You experience life in itself what you like and you always add things that you like in the past that maybe you went back to and you were like, wow, this is amazing, right? You accept and like the fact that life comes with challenges that you can grow from, okay? Like that's a simple process. It's not even a process of like, oh, are you gonna succeed with that process or not? It's just like, that's what humans naturally do. Moving on, okay? Why is this, give me a sec. Okay. Moving on. You didn't need to debunk video games for months and years. You need someone to tell you how to stop. You were taught you were addicted or needed recovery. You just moved on and lived life. Obviously the thing is since there's not like this recovery ideology right now when it comes to video games or when you maybe left video games behind. So maybe that's one of the reasons also people debunk further porn, but The truth is this course, and on top of that, the coaching, on top of that, the personalized videos, on top of that, the book, right? Even if you just do like one out of those, right? Or two out of those, whatever. Or if you do all of those depending on what you want, it's enough, right? It's not like enough like, oh, you're going to succeed now, but just like you realize the truth and you don't need anything else besides the truth. Okay? So debug I'm joking. Even if you still like porn a bit in the back of your mind, remember that we don't do everything we like. I still like to play video— I mean, I would still like to play video games a bit, right? But if there's like a console in my apartment, I still won't feel like playing because I think it's not worth it anymore, right? And I see living life as a happier option. I'm not forcing my view, my kind of like belief that it's not worth it anymore onto video games, right? Like for example, I play like maybe 2 or 3 times in the past 3 years, if I remember correctly. Now, it's not like, oh, look, that's an achievement, right? And it doesn't mean because I played 3 times that it's like porn. You're going to watch porn 3 times in the next 3 years. It's not like that. It's just that what happens is if I genuinely said, you know what, I don't want to play video games, then I wouldn't. Right now I play video games because because it was with other people that wanted to play video games with me. So I was like, why not? I reasoned, right? I could have also reasoned, be like, no, I don't want to actually, right? Without shame or guilt. It's just like, I don't want to, but I don't see it as like a streak, if that makes sense, right? And I'm always in control. Like I said, I could have just said, no, I don't want to play video games because I think it's useless and I don't want to adopt that identity that play video games, whatever. I could have reasoned it. But I just made the choice. And trust, like, you know, you, you and I, we can go stop playing video games for the rest of our lives because we know that life has way more to offer, right? And even if video games is in front of us, you know, it was— there was many times that people played video games in front of me, yet I didn't want to play. I didn't want to play, okay? It's not like, oh, look, he's so good, he doesn't even want to play video games, he wants to play life. No, it's just like, you know, a reason. Like, that's It's not what I want. I'll see way more benefits than nothing in video games, right? And I don't see video games as like this monster that's out to get me and that is going to kill me, right? For example, I still think that eating a McDonald's burger will taste good, but I don't see the point in doing so compared to eating healthy. Like literally, right? When I think of an hamburger, I'm like, for McDonald's, I'm like, it's going to kind of affect my fertility in the future. Future. It's going to make me a bit more fat and it's going to, you know, obviously these are downsides, but you understand, right? It's going to make me less healthy. It's not even about being addicted to it. It's just like, I don't see the point. Even if I'm bulking and I want to gain weight, I'm like, no, I mean, there's better options out there. I don't need that. I would just eat it if I'm about to die and I need to eat it, or if was literally the only food that I'm starving, right? But other than that, I don't really see the point in doing so, right? Even if it probably tastes good, but mentally I'm probably not going to enjoy it. But physically, yeah, I mean physically, yeah, okay, mentally I'm going to enjoy the taste, but mentally I'm not going to enjoy eating the ever good stuff, right? And on the flip side, it's like if I don't eat it and I eat something else instead, I'm going to feel better, I'm going to feel more confident, I'm going to feel more aligned with my purpose. I'm going to feel more aligned with my physique, with my vision of my fitness. I know that if I eat healthy, I'm going to look better, and that means I'm going to be more respected. I'm going to respect myself more. I'm going to be able to have an insane physique, whatever, right? That's how I see it. And that's why for me, it's like McDonald's is just a no-no for me. Okay, what if my desire stays? Let's say you listen instead of going about it. Simply accept it. You don't have to indulge in it, but it's up to you. Thoughts won't make you do an action. The same way you don't feel shame when you visualize jumping off the building, taking drugs, approaching a woman, right? You don't feel shame about thinking of those things, right? And I've seen this the other day. I think it was on Discord, okay? This guy thinks like, oh, he has a baby in his hand. He's like, imagine just throw that baby onto the wall, right? And he thinks about that, right? And he said, God, that will be awful. I believe thoughts like these are completely normal in any stream of consciousness. And it's the thought we choose to act upon rather than those that we discard, rather than those we discard that really matters. Okay? But I still can't believe what dwells in the dark reaches of our minds. It's a human aspect we ultimately have to embrace. You are an extension of myself. I'm sorry for these thoughts, my bit of shot, right? The thing is, even if you think of atrocities, you don't do them most of the time, right? Obviously you can, but you don't because you're always in control. And at the same time, these thoughts, at the end of the day, I don't want you to be like, oh my God, I have these thoughts of jumping off a building. It's shameful. I'm a bad person, whatever. No, you know deep down it's just random thoughts, because you just think about something. Now the thing is, same goes with PMO. I mean, you repeated that so many times, it's habitual thoughts, right? You repeated those thoughts so many times, it's like in your short-term memory, meaning that you can think about it like this when you want to. So you will probably think about them, but they won't hold as much value anymore and they're harmless. That's the thing. These are thoughts that are harmless. And when you don't really see much value, just like I don't see much value in jumping off a building, then it's like, I'm not, obviously I'm not going to do it. And even if I want to, yeah, I could, but I don't want to. And then with time, they just start disappearing. Many people never debunk the benefits through videos and still stop. I don't know why this, what happened here, but you get my point. For example, I have many students that they just stop forever and they just go and live their lives, right? And some of them, for example, they don't even want to watch porn anymore from the first day I've coached them, right? Because they kind of had a realization that was like, I don't want to. And yeah, okay, they can think about when they used to watch porn, they can think about watching porn, but that doesn't mean that they fantasize over it or that they feel out of control. No, it's just they don't want to. So they just don't want to. I've had many personal friends that just left porn forever because they didn't even consume nofap content. And I keep on repeating this, but they just said, you know what, living life closer to God or living life, starting a business and putting my time into that is way more better. And I don't even see the point in watching porn anymore. It's boring. It's kind of useless. It's not going to bring me anything. It's bringing to me downsides to my life because I think it's disgusting. That's just a simple mental process they made, right? When they decided to quit porn and quit the idea of quitting porn after a certain period of time, they just came back as if they never watched porn in the first place, right? I mean, they never came back as if they never watched porn in the first place. Sorry, right? I don't know what's happening with grammar here. It's just neuroplasticity. I mean, now it's almost as if you never did it in the first place. Just like many things in life, right? Now, obviously, it's like if you repeat something, then you're going to be good at doing it again if you want to do it again. Just only if you decide to do it again, right? But it doesn't mean that you're forced to do it again. Okay? Neuroplasticity, right? Like these guys that used to watch porn and left and never came back. It's been like 5 years since that happened. Then they just, yeah, they could watch porn again, but it's going to feel a bit weird, right? When I used to watch anime, for For example, I watched it for like one year, right? Anime, the cartoons, like Japanese cartoon, right? And I used to love it back then. I used to love it because for me, the personal meaning attached to it was like, wow, I mean, this character is just like me and that he's going to accomplish all of those things. It's going to be beautiful, right? But then when you take a step back and I stopped watching for like months, at first when I wanted to watch it again, I was like, what's the point of watching again? And it's kind of like that feeling you're going to get of like, it's not even enjoyable. But then if you start mentally practicing again, if you start mentally being like, this is actually enjoyable, then yeah, at one point it becomes enjoyable. I could watch it the same way I could not watch it, and it's just based on my reasoning. Do I want to watch it? Do I want to go and watch anime right now? I could if I'm like, oh, okay, maybe if if I watch it, I'm gonna be— I don't know, let's say come up with benefits, right? Let's say I'm like, if I watch anime again, I'm gonna be motivated. Or for example, I'm thinking in my head, if I want to make my own anime, then I'm gonna watch anime. That makes sense, right? I'm gonna go watch anime right now, right? Or if I want— and I'm making this decision without shame, obviously, right? Or if I want to watch anime, I could reason that, um, you know, I could be like, actually, if I don't watch anime, I'm going to be just having more time and I'm going to be able to use my time more productively. I'm going to be able to instead pursue something else. Maybe I'm going to go play sports, which is way better for me. Maybe I'm going to enjoy more doing something else, whatever, right? You kind of like reason the benefits. Maybe it's like, oh, if I don't watch anime, it's not even about not watching anime. It's just like what you want to do, right? It's not like the your only option in life is not watching anime or watching anime. Same way, it's not like your only option in life is not watching porn or watching porn. I mean, there's so many other options you have to do in life. I mean, you could go and play volleyball right now if there's a court near you. You can go and read a book. You can go and watch other videos. You can go and do push-ups. I mean, there's so many things, and you're not like fighting a battle of like, shall I watch anime? Shall I not watch anime? Shall I watch a movie? Shall I not watch a movie? I mean, yeah, you could reason but it's not like you're losing control in any sense. It's just like, what do you want to do? And you can just analyze, okay, this is gonna give you more benefit or this is gonna give you more benefits, right? I am here today to explain something which is actually a video that I made personally to one of my students because within our coaching program called the Fortis Method Mentorship, we actually send personalized videos to every single student as much as they want, right? We usually say we would just give 5, but we usually give as much as they want. So for example, for one of our students, his struggle with porn and masturbation was basically disappearing in a sense, like, we didn't really have to do much anymore because he was already very knowledgeable, even from the start, because he watched a lot of my videos and he really understood exactly what the mindset and like, what was the root cause behind porn and masturbation. Masturbation. And so he wanted to tackle other aspects of his life, right? Now keep in mind, he's a young individual who is really working on, for example, he wants to build his own coaching business himself. That's one of his plans. I don't know if he's gonna execute on that, but also he's trading stocks and apparently he's very successful with it. Obviously I haven't asked him too much. And so he's like the type of guy that overall does self- improvement and wants to achieve big in his life. And so I explained to him basically the long-term against short-term motivation that allowed me to basically just work every single day for hours on end, minimum 10 hours a day. Now, obviously this is not to say that this is the goal of the video or that this is the end result that every individual should aim for. But I'm just saying that this can be very powerful. And when I say very powerful, also it will create a sense of meaning in your life and a sense of enjoyment for the obstacle, the challenges, the pain in life that will allow you to just like make life meaningful, if that makes sense. Now, obviously this is not me telling you that you're gonna worship your goals, obviously not. You know, I'm a man of faith and I will never tell you to do so. So let me just jump into it. Okay. So the long-term, what is important? We want to have a mix of reasons behind our goals. Long-term goals that will either make it very painful to not achieve and very pleasurable to achieve. Okay? So if we're kind of like thinking about what I want to look like in the future, what does my lifestyle look like, right? And what are my dreams basically? Imagine I achieve them, like what that would look like. Okay? And for example, that might be, let's say that you drive an Lamborghini. Let's say something like very cliché, right? You drive a Lamborghini, you're more multimillionaire, you have like 6 children and you have a beautiful wife and you're living your dream life like on a villa inside in like San Francisco or something like in California, let's say, right? Let's just say that this is your goal. Now obviously we're gonna take other examples, but doing the reason why process, okay? When we do the reason why process, this is something very powerful because Usually it takes a lot of like mental energy to do so, especially if you do it alone. Now, if you do it with another individual, so let's say you're a coach yourself, or let's say that you are, you know, someone that is a leader and that, you know, has a team of people, it's better to do this process one-on-one, right? And if the individual wants to do it himself, he can do it. I did it myself with basically the insights an exercise that my past mentors have given me. But I just wanna say that it's way easier and way more efficient to do it with someone else, right? So the reason why process is basically where we use a Socratic dialogue. Now what is a Socratic dialogue? It's basically just asking why for every single answer to any question. So for example, if I say I want to retire my mom, right? Then I'm gonna ask why? "I want to retire my mom so I can feel better because she sacrificed a lot for me." Okay, why do you want to do, I mean, why do you want to feel better because she sacrificed a lot for you? "Oh, because she literally collapsed one day because she was working so hard." Okay, but what does that mean to you? Like, why do you want to not let that happen, right? Which is very obvious, right? Like we're asking like very obvious questions, but we want to really understand the individual on a deeper level. So, oh, because when she collapsed, like, I felt like I was a failure. Why did you feel like you were a failure? Because I just felt like, you know, I couldn't do anything and made me feel powerless. And, you know, I thought that she was gonna die. Okay, but why don't you want her to die? By the way, I'm asking like very obvious questions again, right? Oh, because if she does, then, I feel like I have this endless regret that I'd never been able to pay her back for everything she did for me. Now we're going from retiring my mom to, oh, I'm gonna be able to pay her back and avoid, and this is the important thing, avoid the very painful events of the regret of not being able to pay his mom back before she passes away. And on the flip side, we can also look at like, okay, if he actually achieves that goal of his or that vision of retiring his mom, what kind of like scenery, what kind of like vision would he have? Now, what does that create? Okay, this is what we're gonna explain in this video. That creates not only a conscious form of motivation or a drive and argue, whatever you wanna call it, but also an unconscious one. Meaning now he kind of like unconsciously takes actions every day knowing in the back of his mind that this is what he's working towards, if that makes sense. Okay, so look, another example, if someone really wants to be in a relationship, right? Like this is this long-term vision, like maybe having a wife, right? Being married, whatever. Then it could associate a lot of pain, right? Having like, like, you know, some people call it like the entire vision, the painful vision, whatever. Um, and like, for example, like, oh, if he doesn't get in a relationship, maybe in his mind he imagines, or, you know, he visualizes somewhere where he's like this 30 or 40-year-old virgin who lost that life and he's a loser based on society's standards and no one wants to be with him, not— doesn't even have any friends, and he felt like he's worthless because he didn't achieve any of goals, right? Even though that's like an exaggerated claim and I'm sorry for whoever is in the situation at that moment, I'm just saying this for people who have like, let's say for example, you're training like younger people specifically because younger people in general, based on the people I've coached, usually are the most optimistic, right? Because they know they're in their 20s, for example, or even in, they're still in their teenage years. They know they have a lot of potential. On top of that, the thing is we grow up with internet, right? Like they grew up with the internet, which means technically that they've been exposed to information that really promotes this idea that they can achieve a lot in life, right? And that they must basically achieve a lot in life to a certain extent to get, to achieve their universal desires. So that might be, for example, feeling masculine, right? Being able to be in actual relationship, right? To have intercourse to that extent, right? Being able to do, to have like that status, right? Which are, you can say subjective desires in the sense that like not everyone wants it, but at the same time, it's somewhat universal because we also grew up in a culture where this is glorified. And if you have that, then you can use that advantage to do anything else, right? So that's the thing, okay? So on the flip side, if he gets into relationship, right, for that example, as soon as possible, right? Let's say maybe within the next few months or years, he might have the vision of, oh, he's gonna be worthy, confident, attractive, better than my peers. What I like best to do with people is to have this kind of one image or one scenery in their mind where they're like, oh, imagine I have this, right? For example, one of my past kind of like thought that I had in mind that really motivated me unconsciously to just take as much action as possible is I was visualizing myself being with, let's say for relationship, for example, I was visualizing myself being in a relationship, being on top of mountain talking about like how we're gonna have kids, right? And that was like extremely meaningful to me. Now this doesn't mean that you have, that you need to have like something similar to me, but you can really just create things or like scenarios or imagine scenarios based on what is meaningful to you, okay? Now here's the thing with the vision, right? You know, now that you have, let's say a painful vision and also like a good vision in that sense, right? A painful and a pleasurable vision. We need to also have this backed up by a belief that the individual is worthy and capable of achieving these things if he takes consistent action towards those long-term goals, right? Now here's the thing. There are many ways to tackle that belief that, oh, I can't achieve that even though I know that I can technically if I put in the work, right? Sometimes it's just a very simple fear or worry that even if I put in the work, I don't know if I'm gonna achieve it. So why even try in the first place. And that can be, for example, tackled by simply saying, look, online, this is pretty cliché and maybe even cringe to say, but oh, a life where you live and you try things, or that famous quote of get rich or die trying is way better. And you give a list of reasons as to why it's way better based on what the individual desires. This is very important based on the, what the individual desires in his life. What are his reason why? What are his visions? An example, right? Give him a list of reasons as to why failure basically, or potential failure or potential success is way better, okay? Than not trying at all, right? And you can associate a lot of pain with not trying at all. It's basically also show a lot of reasons or proof as to why there are basically basically no benefits. It's void of benefits if you do nothing at all. And that could be, for example, the most common example that people say is like, well, if you really work hard, first of all, your chances of not being successful are low. In the sense of, yeah, if your goal is to be a millionaire, maybe you'll get to 6 figures, for example. You can use that example and give proof by showing other people that have been able to achieve it, or you can even just like show constant proof and completely ignore the other people that failed, or you can look at the people that fail pursuing the same goal obviously and say, oh, they didn't have this, they didn't have that, but I'm gonna have that, right? Which creates this conviction that they can actually achieve this, right? Now on top of that, okay, we want to really make sure that, they really see like the benefit in, for example, that can be something along the lines of, even if I build a business and let's say I fail drastically, right? Like nothing works, I make $0, at least I'll learn skills that I can maybe use for my jobs or for future business or for future opportunity. So now the action that they're gonna take is not unvaluable. And there's actually a lot of value attached to it. So they're gonna be more intrinsically motivated to do so, especially if it is aligned with their deeper reasons and motivations in life, right? And oftentimes if the goal truly means a lot to an individual, right, it might start cultivating this mindset of whatever actions help me get there, I'll enjoy it, right? For example, cold calling. I remember when I used to be cold calling, right? Hated it, but at the same time I liked it. Okay, so I actually applied to a cold calling job that was a bit more than a year ago and it was extremely hard, right? I was cold calling from 5:00 AM. It was back in, yeah, it was actually one year ago, back in March 2024. And I was waking up at 5:00 AM and I was still working on my coaching business on the side, which was extremely hard and almost impossible to to do, but whatever. 5:00 AM, I would wake up, okay? And I would go to the gym and then I would come back and then I would be literally kind of like feeling some form of worry and stress of working, right? Because I knew I would be cold calling and maybe I wouldn't even be getting the results, but I would literally also get messages like feedback videos based on my calls that I was taking, like cold calls, because they had like the recording access to the calls. And they were saying, oh, if you don't improve yourself within the next few days, then we're gonna have to kick you out because they had like a 1-week probation period, right? And so I was stressed out because at that time I had like problems financially, to be honest. That was like a time where I kind of like did a bunch of mistakes and I had like basically, basically it was a mess, right? And so I was like working, working. I was doing 8 hours a day of cold calling and then 2 to 3 hours of being coached on cold calling from other team members. And on top of that, I would watch videos inside of the course, right? Of like the business owners. And on top of that, I would practice some parts of the script. In my free time. So I was doing like easy 12 hours in a day. And on top of that, I wanted to, for example, some days I would record a YouTube video. Maybe I think the videos are still up on my YouTube when I had like this other haircut that was like back in March, right? In April, I would record videos. And so I liked though the idea of working hard and I liked and I loved the idea of being rejected and building so much mental strength, I was willing to do this every single day for the next 6 months. Why? Yes, my life was worse in the sense that like, I had basically no free time. I was constantly stressed out, but I saw this stress and I saw this adversity and I saw these challenges as something which would help me me tremendously my long-term vision. I would build insane sales skills that will be transmitted to any endeavors that I will do regarding business, for example. On top of that, I would learn to be way more, you can say, I know this sounds very cliché and cringe, but masculine because I would constantly face rejection and I'll be better also at communicating and social skills because I was literally doing something that I was scared of. So I was overcoming that. And so I kind of saw it as if I do this consistently, I'll be able to just really be a new man, right? And that's going to help me a ton with my long-term vision. And that's going to help me a ton in my day-to-day, right? Which are the two things we're gonna talk about. And so that's how I seen it, okay? Your perception of things is obviously like extremely important, okay? So now we have, Okay, so let me just show you here, right? If you associate meaning to those actions, and this is very simple, associating personal meaning based on your long-term and short-term vision, or just like, when I say short-term, which we're gonna explain, short-term motivation can be defined as you enjoy actually doing the activity, right? For example, if I enjoy playing basketball, well, I'm gonna be motivated to play basketball. If I enjoy going to the gym for whatever reason, then I'm gonna be motivated to go to the gym. It's really that simple, right? It's not going to be like this mental battle of, oh, I don't want to go, man. Like, this is gonna be so hard. I don't want to, you know, I want to lose weight, but you know, this is so hard. I don't even enjoy lifting weights. Instead, you actually enjoy lifting weights because of, you know, various reasons. And you enjoy like actually, for example, going to failure and just like pushing yourself and building that physique and feeling progress, right? But whatever, okay? So for example, the social meaning can be like, oh, if I work a bit harder today, I'll instantly become more masculine, which might help me get to my goal of being in a relationship, right? I know, for example, plenty of people, right, in the sales space or even the business space will love the idea of working like 16 hours a day. And so Is it because they're more productive? Not necessarily, right? You can easily do 16 hours a day and like 4 hours outside of, I mean, in those 16 hours you were maybe like very distracted and like you didn't do much. You were just doing like shallow work. It was more like some form of mental masturbation, but whatever, okay? You know what I mean? So look, for example, okay, for the short-term motivation, as we talked about, you enjoy doing the activity. If I enjoy going to the gym, it's better than simply going there because I want to achieve a certain physique, right? Obviously there are different factors in place that we might need to be aware of, which can influence that. But this is something which, you know, if you can be just explained like very simply of, you know, if I'm intrinsically motivated to do something, I don't do it for exterior, Reasons, right? Meaning, for example, if I go to the gym just because people expect me to go to the gym or because people tell me to go to the gym because I need to lose weight, then it's like, obviously I'm not going to be motivated to go there every day or at least a few times a week consistently. So that's the thing. But if I am like, wow, I mean, lifting weights and just constantly progressing is so cool, I find some form of pleasure. Doesn't mean like you, it's like the best thing on earth, but it's like you find some form of meaning and pleasure and happiness in it whilst you do it. Not like after you do it per se, but also whilst you do it. This is very, very strong in a sense of motivation, right? Now the individual might, for example, start attaching meaning, pleasure, and self-growth to going until failure at the gym, right? Like pushing himself to the limit. Despite it being physically hard. It is better to start though with long-term motivation, okay? Because here's the thing, okay? Long-term motivation allows you to know exactly what you can use to motivate you in the short term. So if, for example, my vision is I'm gonna have 5 children and I'm gonna have a beautiful wife and I'm gonna have a Lamborghini, I'm gonna have a beautiful villa, and you know, this is, you know, Typical goals that you hear on the internet. But if you, if let's say that that was the example, well, that's my long-term goal, my long-term motivation. So now I know what action to take probably short-term. So maybe that's I need to build a physique so I can attract the right woman. Maybe that's I need to meet, become more masculine so that I can be the best father figure. So you're like, okay, what can I do to be more masculine? Oh, well, I need to go to the gym. I need to read books. I need to build a business so I can spend more time with my child because I'm going to have more money. I need to learn more about my faith, whatever. And so now here's the thing. You have like these actions that you know you need to take, And to be honest, it's very easy to just be intrinsically motivated to do them if the long-term goal means a lot to you. But on top of that, you're going as a byproduct to probably start enjoying doing the activity that is required in order to get there. And look, the only kind of like downsides with it is like usually when you have a long-term vision, you'd like to kind of like take a lot of like the action that will allow you to get there. For example, if I'm like, oh, I need to be financially independent so I can provide for my woman and I can provide for my children and I can have that Lamborghini, that villa. Well, you know that maybe you'll have to work 12 hours a day, right? And so sometimes working 12 hours a day with the fatigue that might actually come might be something which you not per se stop enjoying, but there's gonna be days where it's not gonna be as enjoyable. Enjoyable anymore, but you're still going to have that fire and that reason why behind it, which is going to allow you to be consistent though. Right? So that's the thing. So don't expect you to just wake up with a smile on your face being like, let's get to 12-hour workdays, even though you're still going to be intrinsically motivated to do so. Okay? But I'm just saying, our goal is not for the individual to just be so motivated and feel so happy about doing the activity as if he was doing his, as if he was, let's say, playing his favorite sport, right? Because here's the thing, any behavior which you repeat consistently every single day, let's say, at one point you kind of stop enjoying them as much as you did as, for example, the first time that you did them, right? For example, if I am forced forced, or if I forced myself to play basketball every day and practice drills and then practice different exercise, well, at one point I might be getting bored of doing those things, even though I love playing basketball. So I'm just saying this, right? But at the same time, like I said, your baseline of hunger and drive will allow you to just put in the work, but also start liking to do the work in the long term, in the short term, okay? So look, Short-term else, but it's hard to find a reason to pursue something totally new. And that's the key thing, totally new. Because for most people, it's like if you're starting a business, for example, or if you have employees or if you have team members and they need to take certain actions, which is kind of new to them or might be challenging to them, them, well, you know, it's kind of hard to just like, like it, if that makes sense, straight from the beginning for no reason. And that's the key thing, for no reason, just because they're forced to, right? But once we attach that long-term vision, once we attach that personal meaning to those actions, that's when everything changes. And now the action is perceived differently, which allows the individual to take different action, right? So short-term is indeed important, but not as important as long-term. I always think, okay, what is the purpose of being better, right? Just for the sake of feeling good? Like, how does that make sense? If that's the key thing, right? Um, you know, just give you guys like a bit of context within, um, the recovery space. I don't like using the recovery space, you know, I use cognitive behavioral education when it comes to helping people quit porn and masturbation. Um, but within that space, a lot of people people, especially the ones that have the knowledge on actually cognitive behavioral education, oftentimes think that they just need to feel good in order to pursue behavior every day, right? Like in a sense of they need to do the behavior and feel good whilst doing it and be so intrinsically motivated and that the only thing which they are intrinsically motivated to do, they'll do, but they'll completely disregard any other behaviors even though they know that those other behaviors can be beneficial to them, right? So the key thing here is that most of them, and when I say most of them, it's basically anyways, like most of society really lacks that long-term vision, not necessarily because they don't have goals and dreams, right? But because they lack clarity most of the times, right? And they also lack that clarity around like, what if I don't achieve this? What is the worst case scenario? But, and also what if I achieve it? Achieve this, what is the best case scenario? And creating that internal commitment to like achieve this no matter what is what drives, you know, humans to just take action every single day for years, for as long as it is needed, right? Just for example, right? Think about how religious people are willing to do things they might not initially enjoy, but as they know the long-term gain, for example, paradise, right? Which is obviously the end destination, they start enjoying the things that are imposed upon them and even start enjoying going against the grain or innate human desires, literally, right? You can just think about like the guys that, for example, completely abstain from thinking about women lustfully or even looking at women in lustful manner, right? Whilst other guys do the complete opposite, let's say non-religious people, right? So this is what is really important to understand. Now obviously, for religious people, they need to have that conviction. It's not because they're going to be born in religion that they're going to be doing those actions consistently. Obviously not. If they're convinced though, and they really built that conviction, which kind of goes back to here, right? This needs to be backed up by belief that the individual is, well, we replace worthy and capable with they know that this is the truth. And if they actually, for example, follow that religion, for example. So that's the key thing. So the conclusion, find the long-term goal first. Second, start consuming information about the benefits/value you'll get from taking the actions required to get there. So that might mean, for example, while I'm working hard, let's say I wanna build a business and I need to work hard, right? And I don't like working hard at the moment. Well, maybe that individual, as unproductive and counterintuitive as it sounds, it might just like start watching YouTube videos about like, let's say Alex Hormozi or like other entrepreneurs who talk about or glorify hard work for that matter and say like how hard work like is a attached to all of these amazing things. And now they kind of have a different perception around artwork, which allows them to take more actions, right? Which is very, that's simple. And then on third, just actually take the action, right? Even if you're not internally motivated, obviously find the long-term goal first. But even if you're not motivated to do that action internally, please still take action because you're going to find a way to start enjoying them, especially if you're doing the second step in the meantime, right? So if you guys want more insights, I'm going to drop more videos on this YouTube channel, but please let me know what you want to see next. I'm really here to just help people with the mindset side of things because to be honest, at the end of the day, we all know that as cliché and cringe as it sounds, most things are really just about your mind, right? It's not physiological, but the psychological. That allows people to just do completely different things and achieve completely different things inside of their lives, right? So hope this was helpful. Let me know if you guys have any questions in the comments section down below. So guys, building your vision, this is something that genuinely changed my life, and this is something that will change your life if you apply this correctly, okay? Now please, I'm gonna make it simple. Make your vision simple. You don't have to overthink it. You just have to follow whatever I say here. Okay. And if you want feedback on it, you can send your vision to me on WhatsApp and I'll happily review it. Okay. So here's the benefits of building a vision. First of all, right? It's like you have more of a complete map for life. It's like living your life without a vision is like driving, not knowing where your destination is genuinely. And so what happens to give you like a quick analogy, it's like, imagine you live your life. And you just don't know where you're going. And you said, you know what, I'm gonna try to experience my life outside of my current home, meaning the current version of yourself, right? The current lifestyle that you have. And you say, you know what, I'm gonna go somewhere else. Well, yeah, you can go somewhere else, but if you don't know exactly where you're going, well, anytime you're gonna face some obstacles, some challenges, AKA, you know, some blocks and some, hard times in your life, right? Well, you're going to feel like, you know what? I just want to come back to my home. AKA, I just want to come back to the old version of myself who I used to always be because this is what I know. This is where it's comfortable. I don't even know why and where I'm going. So why not just come back to my home? Because this is hard, right? But when you do have that vision, when you do have that, it's like you have like a Google map inside of your mind that you're following. Wing and you know, okay, I'm going there exactly at this exact location and I'm going to stay there. So whenever you face challenges and roadblocks and obstacles, you're going to be like, well, I'm going there anyways. I'm soon there, right? I'm working myself to be there. I don't need to come back to the old version of me, aka my home, because I'm going to that destination every day, right? This is the power of it. What's very powerful about it is if you really think about it, well, as men, we naturally compete when it comes to career, when it comes to relationships. Not saying we are savages that compete and want to beat everyone and that we have a bigger ego, but in a sense of obviously there's things that are limited and that we can stand out when it comes to compared to other people. And having a vision is a way to stand out be more of that leader, be more different in that sense. Not in terms of pride, not in terms of ego, but in terms of just being able to lead, being able to be someone who has that advantage in his life. For example, if you see someone, let's say successful, like he's married, he has a family, he has a very good job or a very good business, well, naturally you'll want to maybe be led by him. Like you'll ask him for advice and you can be the same guy in that sense, right? For other people, for your loved ones. You also naturally stop caring about the small things that bothers you because you'll be more focused on that. Not like your whole life will be about accomplishing something, but you'll naturally be moving towards that instead of just thinking about the small things that bothers you day to day. Okay? You'll be more respected by others, as I said, right? Than yourself, because you're adding somewhere else in life rather than just staying the same person your whole life. Okay? And staying the same person your whole life, well, you can do it if you want to. There's no problem with that. It's just that for a lot of people, that means that staying their current version of themselves to a certain extent can be negative. It doesn't have to be, but for some people, right? And so also you'll naturally be looking at the bigger picture, which will allow you to work harder, lead others, face challenges and adversities with meaning. And this is a key thing. Every, you can say like big guys, right? You don't need to be like a big successful guy who has millions of dollars. Obviously not. This is not the purpose of a vision. Your vision can be as simple as I just want to have a small home with two children and just a wife and just live my life peacefully, right? It can just be like that. Okay? So here's how you build your vision. You want to be clear on these aspects of your life. How would you feel? So the goal basically with a vision is to have clarity on on exactly where you're going in life in terms of who you want to be and what you want to do. Okay, so how would you feel? Confident, fulfilled. How would you act? As a leader, masking. How would you think? You know, maybe you would not care about other people's opinion. These are just examples, right? And these are not things to actually use, but just examples. And so then what do you want to achieve in multiple areas of your life, right? For example, Maybe it's the money, the way of living, like the lifestyle overall, the physique, your faith, your relationships, your social skills, your leadership, right? Or any other aspects of your life which you deem as important, right? Based on what you want, not based on what I want or based on what other people expect of you, but based on what you want personally. Okay? Your lifestyle. Where do you travel if you want to travel? What do you eat? What kind of diet? How do you dress? Your hobbies? What does your relationship with your woman look like? Are you, I don't know, like married? What kind of day to day you live with her? Whatever, right? How many kids do you want? How do you teach your kids to be a man or to be a woman? Whatever, right? Just be specific with those things, but at the same time, don't make it too long, okay? Because the thing is, you want to read that every day as much as possible. Basically. I mean, I used to read my vision every day for so many days in a row, like for months. And it changed my life because subconsciously and unconsciously I was going there and I was aligning my actions with that. It's nothing magical. It's just in the back of my mind, I was like, this is the end destination I'm going. So let me align my actions with that as much as possible, just naturally. Okay. When it comes to purpose, what's the thing you want to change in this world? That you can do if you become a great leader, that you can do if you become that version of yourself that we're talking about right here, right? What do you want your family to look like? How many kids? What will you, will you teach them? What kind of lifestyle would you live with them, right? How, how's it going to look like, right? What would the house that you buy look like? Be specific in the details. Okay. Now here's a few things to consider. Okay. When you write this, write it as if you already achieved it or became that kind of person. Meaning, like, for example, you say, oh, instead of saying I want to have a big house and a farm, whatever, you say I have a big house and a farm. Because it's just naturally, it makes it easier for you to visualize that and just fortify it in your mind, if that makes sense. Right? Write things you genuinely believe you can accomplish or become. Right? Meaning, for example, if you don't think that you can have 20 children, well, write based on what you think you can achieve, right? Be as specific as you can. Be honest with what you want, right? And just make it based on what you want personally, not what society expects of you or not what this mentorship is about, right? It doesn't have to be about PMO at all. Okay? This is just life in general. Okay? and read that vision once a day if you can. Um, now once a day is easy. It takes 20 to 30 seconds. This is why I'm saying keep it short and concise. Okay, but detailed. So here's an example of a vision from another student if you want to use it. Um, shout out to— this is— this was a long time ago with one of my first students who actually done that. And I could tell you, yeah, she has been achieving some of those things that, you know, based on like my chat with him recently. And, you know, it's just great to see because he's basically— he left PMO and then he started going into those aspects of his life naturally, which is just beautiful, right? And you can do the same exact thing. Now, there's a process attached to this, which we're going to go over on our one-on-one coaching call. But anyways, I hope this was helpful. Please complete this, take your time. It's not gonna take too much time anyway. And if you have any questions, please let me know and I'll see you soon.
