I remember, bro, back in the past, I used to always want to be like on my grind, you know, always be working hard because I'd see other people on their grind and see the results. And I wanted to have like, like had like big goals, bro. I would, I wanted to impact the world. I wanted to be like XXXTentacion. I want to be, I wanted to find more about myself. I wanted to master my mind. I wanted to master my emotions. But the thing is, I never felt like doing it. Like, I never felt like— maybe sometimes with motivation I felt like doing it, but I never felt like actually, you know, going, actually like working on my business or working, like just being in nature and just doing nothing but, you know, being with my thoughts. I never did those things even though I really wanted to do those things because I knew they were gonna improve my life by a lot, but I couldn't, bro. I couldn't. I didn't know the reason why was simply because I was just being too stimulated by technology, bro. So one day, bro, okay, and this is like the most life-changing like video I've ever, ever seen, bro. Literally, there's a guy called Sean's Adventure, and he He's basically like a YouTuber who makes like NoFap videos. I don't know if he still uploads and everything, but bro, he did a challenge called NoFap Monk Mode. And bro, that changed my life, bro. Like literally. You know, I've went from someone who does no work, not even at school or anything, to someone who enjoys doing the work, bro. And not only that, I actually like doing things just like being with my thoughts, which is, bro, that's one of the things I'm most grateful for, bro. When you enjoy just you being with your thoughts, well, you literally enjoy something that's gonna give you the biggest investment on return, the biggest return on investment. I swear to God, when I did this NoFap monk mode, The plan was to like remove 80% of the technology and you basically keep like 20%, and the 20% is like your most fun, you know, activities basically, like the most fun instant gratification. So, you know, the rules, which I basically just follow like Tashawn's Adventure rules, and I'm gonna leave his channel in the description, but The rules were like, you basically just, you watch one YouTube video per day, you have two sessions of Netflix of like one hour. So it's like one episode, no, two episodes per week, but like the episode is like an hour. So for me, I just watched like three episodes of of like Naruto or something because it's 1 hour. So I did that twice, just Sunday and Saturday. I just watched 1 hour each of Netflix and no YouTube on those days, but 1 hour each of Netflix. And then there's no video games, there's no social media, and there's no music. But that's what I did, but you don't have to do that. Like, it's kind of hard to not have music because Like, if you're not addicted to music, it's like you want to listen sometimes, but you don't always listen. Like, it's cool. Like, music is cool, to be honest. And, you know, no porn, no masturbation for sure. You know, you just basically keep the technology down, bro. And, you know, one of the things that Sean DaVinci said, it was like, um, you realize, like, one of the best benefits, which is like so, like lights out. I don't know how to say, like, it's so, like, beautiful. But one of the best benefits, he said, that it was like he just started having, like, gratitude, like, for things. He just started, like, he literally went and kissed, I think, his grandmother, like, on the forehead when she was sleeping. I think that's what he said. And, but that's beautiful, like, well, being grateful for the little things and enjoy the little things. Well, it's literally the best benefit you get when you do this sort of no stimulation like mode. Yes, NoFap is great, but technology rules a lot of people's life, bro. Like, it can help many people's life. It helped mine just by watching Spiritual Soul, watching Bonsukut, you know, all those self-improvement YouTubers or spiritual YouTubers. But also, bro, like I got realized like, bro, we're just addicted, bro. Like, let's be honest, we're addicted. If you— I swear to God, that's the best thing you can do. Like, my younger self used to not be able to— like, I wanted to— I have— I had so many goals. Like, bro, I wanted to make an impact in the world. I wanted to, you know, just be rich in general. I wanted to— like, I mean, I still have those goals, but it's like I couldn't put in the work, bro. I was always just like You know, this entrepreneur who has a lot of ideas but never executes? Well, that was me, bro. I couldn't put in the work. But right now, putting in the work is literally the only thing I do. Like, literally, bro. Yes, I can still make improvement. Like, I'm not perfect, but just because of this NoFap monk mode, bro. I swear to God, it's just because of this. Just because I do it, I did this NoFap monk mode. You know, it's crazy because like my life just got better and better and better, bro. You know, I always wanted to spend more time with myself, you know, with my mind, not always just either watching video or just be on my computer or listening to music. I wanted to know more about myself because that was like one of the things in spiritual spirituality or self-improvement where it's like you gotta know more about yourself, you gotta know more about your talents. I wanted to find my talent, my talents and my passions. But I couldn't because all my past years before I went onto this journey, I never reflected on anything, bro. I was always stimulated. I was always playing video games. I was always listening to music. I was always on YouTube. I was always on social media. So I didn't know much about myself, but now I actually know what I'm good at. I actually know what I actually like just because I I decided to kill the stimulation that I get from technology, bro. Yes, one YouTube video per day, bro. I'm gonna tell you, bro, it's gonna, you're gonna look forward for it and like you're gonna enjoy the video. Like you might like, if you have like access 24/7 to watching YouTube videos or anything like Netflix, you're not gonna enjoy it as much. But when you have like, just this one YouTube video you're gonna watch, boy, it feels like a movie, like when you were a kid, bro. That's one other thing, you start living back like a kid, bro. Like literally an animal in nature, bro. Like not an animal in nature, you're hunting or something, but you literally start living like you're, I don't know how to explain, like, I mean, like a kid, bro, you enjoy the little things, bro. Like the little things. You want to literally just run in the grass. You want to, you know, just be in the sun and do nothing. You want to play basketball outside. You want to play the board games, but that's one of the things I actually crave, playing board games like Uno or something. I don't want to play video games. I want to go in nature now. I don't want to do— I don't want to be on my computer and watch YouTube video. I want to do the work I gotta do. You know, I've started reading so much. If you can see like my book pile, bro, I've literally, I can read a book a week easily. I read a book a week actually. And not only that, I put in the work on top of that and actually enjoy putting in the work. So it's like grinding is easy for me. Grinding is easy for me. And the results just come and come and come. I see the improvement myself. I see the improvement in my business, even though at the moment it's not big or something. I see the improvement just because I put in the work, because it's easy for me to put in the work now. Like I said, my younger self, boy, it was hard for him to put in the work. The work at first I was doing was just watching YouTube videos on how to be better financially. But it's like, that's, that's not work, bro. But putting work, like actually recording a video, or putting work, like actually building something, you know, business, whatever, or just me meditating. Now that's actually like easy for me. I swear that's easy for me, bro. I can— I enjoy doing it. I enjoy doing it. Grinding is not hard, bro. Grinding is not hard. You just Gotta have like the good, the right environment, you know, put into— put your environment so like technology doesn't like rob your focus. Technology doesn't, you know, really just be in front of you. Because once you limit yourself, bro, you're gonna start enjoying the, the small amount that you still have. Like let's say like the 1-hour Netflix on Sunday, bro, you will enjoy it so much, bro. And your work, you will still enjoy it. And one of the best tips I can give you is keep the YouTube videos and the Netflix like at the end of the day. Don't just like do it like in the morning or in the afternoon because you're gonna lose all your motivation. Just keep it at the end of the day. It keeps like, it's like you're gonna be hyped. It's like, oh, I'm gonna get dopamine soon. But bro, if you want to grind, please do this. Ah, here's the rules, okay? No porn, no masturbation. This is nofap. No social media, no video games. Music, it's up to you, but to be honest, I wouldn't like over-consume it and I wouldn't do it like every, every day, bro. Um, I said, okay, so 1 hour, no, 2 hours of Netflix per week. You can do it like anytime, just 2 hours, not more, not less. And you're gonna have to use willpower because once you start watching those Netflix videos, you're not gonna want to stop, bro. That's what happens to you. But I swear to God, 100% of the time, I didn't, I didn't watch one more Netflix video because, well, I got to, I wanted to practice my discipline. I wanted to practice my willpower. And also one YouTube video per day. And you know, that YouTube video can be like as long as you want because if it's one hour, that means like the video is like not just some high dopamine video, but Bro, please, if you want to be on your grind, if you want to be the one that seems to be doing the hard work, who's working smart, who's always working on himself, who's enjoying doing those things, who's actually living this lifestyle like every other self-improvement YouTuber, reduce your stimulation. Do this NoFap Monk Mode. You can do it for 7 days, you can do it for, 3 days. You do it for— I recommend like 1 week, but if you, if you can't do 1 week, then it's up to you. But try to hold it for the long run. If you can make a plan that you can hold for the rest of your life, that's powerful, bro. That's what I do. That's powerful.
