Welcome to the vlog, everyone. My name is Samir Gardner Gardner. Today I'm going to show you a day in the life of a porn recovery coach. I have a few calls today. I have a few things to do. It's going to be a very productive day. And I want to talk to you guys about the projects that I have. I'm currently also traveling. So I'm not in Canada right now. I'm overseas for the next 2 months. And right now we just woke up. It's 4:17 AM. We're just going to go and drink about a liter of water. Some coffee, some oats, because then we're going to go work out. We're going to pray. So let me take you guys with me. Now my student James, he joined recently and he hasn't filled out the onboarding form, meaning the questions that we have so I can get information on the student so I can then make an onboarding video, which is a personalized video based on what we will tackle, like the roadmap. And he hasn't filled it out yet. Should I call him? Should I go and just call him right now or should I Text him. Let me see. James, if you're watching this, you need to do the onboarding form right now, please. I'm kidding. Well, I actually need it, but it's fine because we have a call with him in about 2 hours 30 minutes. Let me see. Let me just text him. Let me be chill. Let me not just call him and tell him, do the onboarding form right now. Okay, just sent him a text. So it should be good. Now let me just drink some water, a lot of water. Mais je pensais que vous allez aller manger. All right guys, we're going to the gym. One of the cool things I saw one of my students do, he just built an Instagram page on helping other people become free from porn. I'm going to keep his name private for now, but it's really cool to see he just made a page that says Helping Men Break Away from PMO and Reclaim. I'll actually like show you guys. Just the description. Helping men— wait, let me— my camera is okay. Helping men break free, break away from PMO and reclaim their lives. Practical tools and life experience. Message me if you're stuck. So this is one of my students that I've coached, started like 6 months ago or so, or 5, let's say. He's been free and he made a ton of progress in his super committed. He's— every time I tell, okay, watch this video, he watches it and he goes and applies everything, and he really takes, uh, some notes. And he overall really is amazing. So I'm really excited to see this. Maybe you'll also see him in my community. We have a community now for my one-on-one students. So I'm really, really excited for that. Now let's go to the gym to crush a nice conditioning workout. Conditioning means I'm not doing weightlifting today, I'm just going to do some cardio slash— well, basically conditioning training. And I'll you guys with me. One of the reasons why I came here abroad, left Canada for about 2 months, is because the weather in Canada compares here is night and day. Here I get to feel better on a day-to-day basis as I have the sun, I can go out, I have friends. Whilst in Canada, everyone is inside, everyone does their own things inside, including me obviously, just working all day long, just going to the gym and that's it. Here I can go to a restaurant, it's cheaper. My health overall is much, much better, and I get to just feel more calm, feel better. And there's studios, I have a good co-working space right now, I have a good gym, I can go surfing if I want to for very cheap. Other people are creating content, so they won't judge you if you create content compared to in Canada where it's a bit weird if someone shoots content like this, like I'm doing right now. And I do plan to just move out completely out of Canada, God willing, and just live abroad for the rest of my life. One of the things you guys can do at the gym is to not have any headphones, not turn off your phone, and just focus on the workout. You're gonna have the best workouts because you're going to spend less time resting and you're going to have more mental energy to just focus on the workout and therefore push yourself more to that limit. Why do we binge? I'm recording a video right now and I'm just thinking of how happy I am to just be here, just recording a very good video that's going to change a lot of people's lives. Like, Don't know, guys, how grateful I am to be able to help people. And I've been doing that for the past few years, and I'm so grateful. I can't express more gratitude. I thank God every single day. Norris, you said what? You're almost what? Norris. So it'll be a Q&A, and then I'll go over certain things in regards to overall quitting PMO and any behaviors. Certain criteria that are very important when it comes to quitting those behaviors behind. Yeah, this is exactly what we're going to discuss today. I mean, do you guys have any questions, specific questions you wanted to, to go over? Just find them. Let me ask you this, uh, if you don't mind. Better than what exactly? We just got done with our group coaching call and now we have a quick one-on-one 30-minute call. So let me jump right into it. He's in the waiting room, so let's do it. Hey Leonardo, how you doing? How are you doing, man? I'm doing great, and you? You like my beard? Thank you, man, thank you. I like your glasses. We just got done with 3 back-to-back calls. Now we're going to go and let me check up my my to-do list. I'm going to work on the course, the new course I'm building. Then we're going to record a podcast. Then we're going to just like post some stuff on LinkedIn, on Instagram stories, and then learn a bit more about theology, post on Instagram some reels. And yeah, I'm looking forward to all of these tasks. I love working. I actually love being productive. I love building stuff. Sure, from the outside it looks like an obsession. Like I, this is all I do, but this is all I want to do to a certain extent. And I know how to balance between like, okay, let me work, but let me also like enjoy. Let me go and maybe surf. Let me go and spend time with friends at a restaurant, for example. So it's good to have like that balance because when you just like work, work, work in your room and you're just on your laptop and so on, you get so much done, but then you kind of like start slowing down and you don't want that because then you obviously see less progress anyways, despite doing the same exact thing. So now guys, as you can maybe see, I've been building this course, there's different videos. I'm just making like a very simple course for my students to go through because with that, they're going to be able to understand the basics, the foundations. And then we have another course, which I'll show you guys right now. Maybe you can see here, I have 47 videos. These are extra materials, meaning that we talk about different topics that are a bit more advanced when it comes to PMO, lust, fetishes, and so on. And As you can see, there's many of them. For example, prostate cancer, that's, uh, something that a lot of people need to know about. Allostasis, uh, sexual relief debunking, more we fantasize, natural self-cleansing mechanism. We have really just small 10 to 20 minute video that really go over these things. And we also have like a bit more like advanced videos, like a sexual transmutation masterclass, which is an hour video. We have a video on removing fantasies, video on how to deal with strong urges, video on how to create conviction, quick valuable tip, habitual thoughts, how to make your digital environment less sexual. We have so much and we're just constantly adding much more. So that's what I'm working on. I'm really trying to have as many videos. So like every single time one of my students asks a specific question, I know, okay, like there's this specific video that's going to solve this specific problem that they have. And one of the things I'm working on for my videos, for my podcast, that I have, it's to work on my accent because as a French speaker, as you can see, there's certain words that I actually struggle with and you can probably tell this is one of my weakness. Therefore, I'm really trying to work on it by really practicing certain words and really making sure that I can be the best when it comes to articulation, when it comes to speaking overall. And then what I'm going to do is I'm going to go and record a, little podcast as I always do. I like to do them maybe once a day, once every few days. It really depends on what I'm working on. And currently we're doing it like once a day on specific topics. I talked about the 3 different criteria in order to really quit a behavior permanently. And today we're going to discuss something different. I haven't really planned it out yet, but this is what I'm going to do. If you want to listen to the podcast, I highly suggest You go on Spotify or on Apple Podcasts, you can search my name. The name of the podcast is the Breaking Free from Porn. This is what I'm about to work on, and then I'll take a little break. Today will be about the root cause. We will really go like in depth, understand what's really the deep reason why you want to watch porn and masturbation, why you want to engage in PMO essentially. And then we can from there really understand the root cause. I want to show you guys that practice what I preach, always reading my vision every single day. And this has been a game changer because it really allows me to see things and see where I'm heading and really make a conscious effort to get closer to that. And it feels like there's something weird about this, but it feels like you're just getting closer and closer unconsciously to your desired reality. For example, I remember I had something along the lines of like, I am traveling the world. And then out of nowhere, okay, I'm telling you this, out of nowhere, I started traveling the world last year. Yeah, sure, it took time. I made this vision back in 2024, but I had like other visions back then. And I started traveling the world. I traveled 15 countries just last year in 2025, 15 countries. And it happened out of nowhere. I'm saying it didn't happen progressively. I didn't even travel once for like 7 years before that, from 2024 to what, 2015 or 2016, '17, I don't know. And even then it was like a small trip to New York. So I'm telling you guys, I always tell people build a vision. I know it sounds like an advice you heard like so many times. It's like this cliché advice, but it works. As you read it every single day, you just gain so much clarity around like, okay, This is the decision I need to make today because this is the person I want to become. This is the person I'm going to become. [NOISE] So I just wanna show you guys with every single coaching calls that I have with my students, I send them a recap and an homework that I do and also the recording of the meeting itself. And I personally write it. And then what we also do is we have a roadmap we give at the start and this is going to change as there's going to be more things or there are going to be things that we're going to remove. From that roadmap. And this is for, for example, a new student of mine and we check them off. So we made sure, okay, we did this, we did that. And we really have clarity around what we need to do. And the student has access to it. And another thing is, for example, this is in a morning video. This is a video I make for the students when they join. And I made this video, but this is not the only video that I make personally. I actually create many different personalized videos whenever I know that, okay, this is a specific problem that we can fix. So for example, for my student Rami, whom you've seen in one of my recent videos where I did an interview with him, you see that I make these personalized videos and have a few of them. This is one back. Yeah, this was last month. I made a few of them. On average, I make at least 5 per students, and if they need more, then I give them more. But this is so helpful because look at this. They get to really go and tackle specific things. So for example, Rami, one of the things that he struggled with was the all-or-nothing mindset. This was something that he had, and that's how he taught. He had this all-or-nothing mindset, this perfectionism. So I went and based on knowing him and having many coaching calls with him, with the onboarding form that we have, and overall knowing about the situation, I then go and make a video based on that information as well as the problem he's trying to tackle. Or the problem that I know he needs to tackle. And that's how we can solve a problem in a few days rather than waiting a few months or a few weeks, because they get the specific tailored solution to their specific problems that they've been struggling with for years right away. So the process through the coaching is entirely personalized. And this is one of the, those things that I put a lot of time into because I want to make sure that my students can get free faster so that they can overall move on to other important things. So for example, Rami, it's about getting married. He just moved states. He plans on building a family in the near future. So let's tackle this PMO issue so then you have more mental energy, you have more time to really focus on these specific goals that would matter to him. And this is exactly what we do. And man, I love coaching people. Once they realize the illusion, once they realize that, oh, I feel the desire, I feel the urge because of this and this and this, not because of what I've been told all of my life. And they see that other side of the coin. You should see the reactions. They're like, what? I didn't know that. And this is why I just love the coaching. It's so meaningful. And just being able to have an impact on other people is something I'm just like still grateful to this day. I thank God. I've been doing this for over 4 years. I've been through this problem myself. I've struggled with PMO, and I know how it feels to feel out of control, to binge after going a few weeks, a few months without PMO, thinking that you were free, and then you just go back to it. The shame you experience is huge. And the mission is not just for me to help people quit porn and masturbation. The real mission for me is to help people realize that quitting porn is actually effortless. Because I was talking yesterday with a guy at the coworking space that I go to at the moment. I was talking with this tech guy from London and he told me how with AI and everything that's going on, there's gonna be more people actually struggling with porn. Now of course you can debate that, but nowadays kids have phones at the age of like 5 or even less sometimes. I, I don't know, but they have a phone at really, really young age. Therefore, the likelihood that they watch porn is much higher compared to just a few years ago. So there's going to be more people struggling with porn for sure. And struggling, of course, I'm just saying consuming porn and overall masturbating. They're going to get exposed to it much more. But what's really scary about this, at least for me, is not the fact that people will necessarily watch porn, even though that is already really, really bad to just start such morally wrong habit, and knowing that people will probably just waste a lot of time and their potential in their youth and just overall enjoying life. They'll probably miss out on a lot of these things just because they'll be consumed by just watching porn, playing video games, and so on. But what is scary is that if we have this NoFap mindset and we tell everyone to adopt this NoFap mindset when it comes to quitting porn, and we make quitting porn a battle and we make the problem bigger than it is, this might literally ruin people's lives even more. And this is what's scary, and this is my mission, to really help people quit effortlessly, to remove that brainwashing so that they can realize, I'm in control. I can decide to watch porn the same way I can decide to not watch porn. The same way I decide to eat healthy foods instead of junk food because I value more healthy foods, I can do the same exact thing with porn. So guys, we gotta help people. I'm grateful that, for example, one of my students is kind of like starting his own coaching like I shown you in the beginning of this video. And maybe we can spread this message more. That's okay, let's quit porn, let's quit masturbation, but not the recovery way that limits you and that tells you, no, you're powerless and it's going to be hard for you, it's going to be a battle. It doesn't have to be that way. It only holds people back from living their lives to the fullest, from actually experiencing life, from actually taking risks, from actually going out there, because they think that they are deviant, they think that they are addicted, they think that they are losing control over themselves. Do you know how dangerous it is to just believe that you will lose control over your own self? Think about it, because that idea that you can lose control over your own self can excuse really, really bad behaviors. And you know what type of behaviors I'm talking about. And this is what is really scary. So I'm gonna be working as much as possible on making the best book possible
