If you want to get rid of lust, this is the exact video, okay? I've helped over 200 men quit porn, masturbation, and lust forever. And in this video, I'm gonna show you how you can actually get rid of lust in a few days if you really apply this perfectly, okay? Because a lot of people come up to me and they're like, Samir, how do I get rid of lust? And they think that all they need to do is wish that lust will just disappear and a miracle is gonna happen for them. But that's not the case. Instead, we need to understand the real reason why you lust on a subconscious level so that you can completely eliminate this from your life and get closer to God and be able to be that man that respects women and doesn't just look at them for lust or oversexualizes them. And instead, you can really build meaningful relationships and build a family in the future. So look, what is the first step? The first step is very simple. You need to ask yourself with all honesty, what is it, okay, what is it that you actually gain from lust? Okay, for a moment, tell yourself, you know what, I actually like lust because if you didn't like something, then you wouldn't do it. It's really that simple. Why do you like lust? Why do you like to fantasize? Why do you like to oversexualize women? Okay, you're literally gonna find out the exact reasons why you lust if you're honest with yourself. For example, I'll give you my example. I used to lust because I thought that it would make me masculine. I thought, you know, in my mind, like, you know, if I'm looking at that woman at the gym, for example, well, it's gonna reaffirm my masculinity, right? The fact that I'm attracted to women, that I'm a high testosterone man, right? So for me, lusting seemed very appealing, right? Or for example, I thought that it would motivate me in order for me to work harder on the stuff I was working on, right? So obviously lusting was very valuable to me in my mind, but at the same time, I wanted to get rid of it, okay? So you gotta be honest. What is it exactly that you're getting out of it, okay? Second step, you need to do the Socratic dialogue. What does that mean? Socratic dialogue is simply asking yourself questions in order to break those thought patterns and those false beliefs of yours, okay? And obviously it is way better if you can do it with someone else. Ask yourself, okay, if I want to lust because I think that I'm a man full of testosterone, right, and I have a high libido, and that lusting is something that I actually like doing because, you know, it is motivating me, for example, well, you got to ask yourself, okay, so is that fully true? Is that actually like objectively the reality. Then you can be like, okay, maybe not, you know, it's not like the case 100% of the time. Okay, but why? Oh, because I've seen other people that they don't lust, yet they're very motivated, yet they're full of testosterone, yet they achieve way more than me, for example. Then you can be like, okay, well, can I be, for example, a man of God that doesn't lust and be way more masculine than I am right now and find other ways to boost my testosterone, which will be actually very efficient and maybe use God as my source of motivation to achieve anything in life? And then you're like, ah, maybe that can be an option. You see, this is what we call the Socratic dialogue, right? And that is very, very powerful. So go and do it right now. Now the third step, and this is something that is more in depth, and I call this a subconscious alternation. You want to go back and go look at the first days at which you started lusting, okay? So what I mean by that exactly is, Do you remember the first days that, for example, you started watching porn or that you started masturbating or that you started overall lusting, right? Because for me, for example, back then, I still remember till this day when I was at the age of 10, 11, for me, there was no such thing as lust, right? If I saw a beautiful woman, I would be like, wow, she's beautiful. That's it. I wouldn't think of, oh my God, imagine I'm having sex with her, right? Even though I hit puberty at that time. So ask yourself really, what, exactly happened that made you want to lust in the first place. Now you wanna get the emotional reasons behind, okay? And the reason why this is important is because it's gonna allow you to realize that maybe it's gonna allow you to find kind of like the emotional root cause when it comes to this that makes you wanna do it, even though that emotion is literally irrational, okay? But you need to find it first. So for example, this is a bit more complicated, but for me, for example, I was bullied a lot when I was a kid, right? And I literally couldn't talk to a single woman. So in my mind, if I was able to talk to women and especially sleep with them, for example, then that means that I'll finally be able to be confident and to feel worthy and attractive. Because back then I didn't feel worthy, I didn't feel attractive, and I felt very low. So I would go to porn or I would attach lust to feeling confident, attractive, and worthy. Even though that's a false reason, back then that's how I used to react. And a lot of the times, because it is in the subconscious, you still keep it for years, and until you actually find out and confront it in the first place. So go and look at that, okay? Go and ask yourself, what is it exactly that you wanted back then that you thought that lust, porn, masturbation could give you? And you're gonna find a deeper part of the root cause, which will literally help you forever. okay? So look, I hope this was helpful. I literally have a free community that's a private community with a full 2-hour course that you can watch to learn how to quit porn, masturbation, and lust forever. And you can also, if you want, be coached by me one-on-one, and you'll have the link there to be coached by me one-on-one so that you can quit in 14 to 28 days porn, masturbation, lust forever to get closer to God, to build a family in the future, to be married in the future, and overall become that role model, that leader that people come up to when they need help. Anyways, Samir Gardner, peace.
