The Effortless Method Workshop - Live Private Training

Samir Gardner presents his 4-Test Method, claiming men can quit pornography and masturbation in 14-28 days by addressing root psychological causes rather than relying on willpower alone. He argues sexual desire is controllable through re-programming four components: brainwashing, reasons, interpretation, and redirect.

All right guys, so this is the workshop for the 4 Test Method on how to quit porn and masturbation for good, okay? Now we're really gonna go in depth into like specific things that helped not only me in the past quit porn and masturbation for good and never struggle with it again, not even have any urges, but also all of the people I've coached and how they've been able to quit within a very quick timeframe forever by getting to the root cause using the effortless method. So let's just start this off. I can't wait to show you the information that will be presented here, okay? Now, first, okay, I want, okay, and I expect this from you, I want your full attention for the next hour, okay? No distractions, a quiet place, pen and paper ready, okay? Because we're gonna go in depth into like what exactly you need to do and what will allow you to really make a drastic change when it comes to your PMO usage and even for lust. Okay, so let's get started. Okay, now first, you know, I've helped over 200 men, uh, quit porn, masturbation, and lust, but obviously hasn't been always that way, right? I used to be that guy that really, um, struggled with this for so long. And when I say so long, I mean, of course I started at the age of 11, right? When I was still in primary school. And to me, it just rocked my world because, well, I knew I wasn't really supposed to be doing this, right? Obviously grew up in a bit of like a religious background. I wasn't like too, too religious, but still, you know, I knew that there was something wrong with these videos and I felt a lot of shame, but at the same time, I felt a lot of shock and curiosity. I still remember, okay, till this day, When I was at the age, I mean, I was 11 and I came across those videos and I was like in the school bus and all of my thoughts were focused on these scenes I've seen on these sites, right? Like these porn videos, right? And it wasn't like, you know, I was fantasizing. It was just like, I was shocked by what I seen. It was like a brand new world. I was like, man, I know I'm not supposed to be doing this. Even at the age of 11, I was like, man, I'm like around like a bunch of other people of my age and they seem to be having fun whilst I'm just thinking about this. And I knew it had an impact. Whether I say in my videos that the impact that PMO has on you is completely subjective based on multiple factors such as like your own interpretation of what is PMO to you and what is shame and why you feel shame, why you feel guilt. I still like felt weird about it, right? And so here's the thing. At 16, I found out about NoFap. And to me, it was like this thing that was like, well, oh, and you know, just to give you a bit of a backstory, I used to be that guy that was bullied, insulted, laughed at, and everything, right? And so at 16, when I found out about NoFap, and I've been, I was told through these YouTube videos that, and you know, funny enough, the reason why I found about NoFap is that back then I was very shy. I had no confidence. I was like this nice guy that was being rejected by everyone. No girl would look at him, whatever. And that was when I was younger, obviously. But I basically searched up how to be attractive to women, and I came across NoFap by doing that. And so it was the pandemic at that time, right? And I found out about NoFap, and I just realized, well, if I quit porn and masturbation, because like, that's what they told me, if I quit porn and masturbation, I'll be able to finally be able to be attractive to women, first of all, which was the most important thing to me at that time, and also be successful and kind of take revenge on the people that bullied me, that insulted me and everything. That was my initial motivation at first, right? And so for over 2 years, I just went and did it. I did multiple streaks of 90 days, 120 days. Obviously, at first, you know, I couldn't even do 2 days without porn and masturbation, and I would relapse after 2 days. And then I got to 7 days, I felt better. And then, you know, I would go 1 week without it, 2 weeks without it. And then eventually I'd go like 3 or 4 times where I managed to go like 90 to 120 days. And even at one time, I went 1 full year without porn and masturbation, but then relapsed, relapsed, right? Quote unquote relapse, um, and then went back to it and started binging again, right? And so I did research also for years and managed to not only be free from porn and masturbation but coach many people, right? I've literally studied, like, at that time for years, every article, every video, every book, every, uh, study, every research, everything, so that I could really find and create what I call now The 4Test Method, you know, we have a book, we have a workbook, which is only for my students as of right now. And, you know, we, I basically found the root cause. And to this day, this is what allows our students to have like such a quick results, like in a sense of like being free from porn and masturbation, being fully independent from, you know, my help even in a sense of they learn how to quit porn and masturbation for good. And some of the things which I taught them, we're going to talk about today, right? But that's what allows them to quit within a very quick timeframe and really just see how they can be free forever, right? So just to come down, a lot of people have these fears and we're going to tackle them, but we have come down to which are very rational, right? For example, I can't quit in 14 to 20 days. What we call cold turkey is impossible. And, you know, I completely understand that, right? Because, you know, even for me in the past, you know, when I was younger and I was trying all of these NoFap things, I've went, uh, a full year, okay? And this is, you know, this goes again like with the long-term struggle, right? You know, you read books, you prayed about it, you still can't quit, right? Because you go back after a few weeks or months or a year, right? I have been in that situation, right? I've been in a situation where I was like, oh, now I have like all of this willpower. I just have like all of this motivation. Now I know I'm gonna quit forever. Now I'm never gonna come back to it again. I'm always gonna say no whenever I get, uh, the desire to do it. But then I will eventually come back, right? And also, a lot of people have this fear in the back of their mind. Not— they don't really say consciously, but they're like, well, if I'm not in a relationship, if not— if I'm not getting that physical release Okay, like with a woman, if I'm not having intercourse, if I'm not getting my emotional needs met, then I can't really quit because I don't have a sexual outlet, right? Um, especially for masturbation, not for porn specifically. We're gonna tackle this, okay? You're gonna see that it is not necessary to be in a relationship in order to be free from porn and masturbation. And also, by quitting porn and masturbation, it will help you actually get in a relationship, right? Uh, which is the beauty of this. So here's what you'll learn. The root cause, find the source of porn and masturbation usage. Masturbation usage, sorry for talking a bit too fast right now. But sexual discipline, the second thing, never release to porn and masturbation again. I don't like using the word discipline, but you know, that's how people call this nowadays. And then mental freedom. So stop thinking about porn and masturbation and really move on forever from this and just never worry about it again, okay? And look, some of the things I'll say kind of like will shoot me in the foot in a sense of like, you know, some of the things I will say that, you know, will be related to how you can actually quit like for good, like, and not even need to watch any of my videos anymore, basically. But anyway, so we're going to talk about that. So here's the common mistake that people make, okay? They have the design, and this is like the basic of the basic, right? Like maybe you've already seen through this illusion that like, oh, you know, um, I have the desire to watch porn or masturbate, so all I need to do is to keep myself busy, to fight it off, or just to be disciplined, or just to go outside, be more social, or just to have a better life, just to find my purpose and just work hard towards it every day. And it's like, okay, well your desire will have as a byproduct— I mean, your desire, your root cause is your desire, and as a byproduct, you'll feel what people call an urge. And so if you constantly fight that, well, okay, yeah, you can if you want to, but then why do this when you can just go get to the root cause and understand why you have the desire in the first place and be free from it for, for good, right? And never even have to keep yourself busy when it comes to that. Never have to just go outside to fight it off and everything. Because here's the thing, and that's gonna really shock you, right? I always, and this is the frame I use with my students when they first start off, I'm like, how did you quit video games? Because a lot of them, like, for example, quit video games. How did you quit junk food? Did you have to keep yourself busy so that you're not tempted anymore? Did you have to go outside so that you can fight it off? Or did you need to be disciplined? Not at all. And I asked them, okay, How did you tackle that? Right? And you're gonna see, well, they didn't tackle it the same way they did for porn and masturbation. And look, if you want to keep it within things that are similar to porn, right, because porn is like a screen and there's physical sensations from masturbation. Well, okay, look at Netflix, look at your consumption of social media, look at even video games, right? How did you do it? Because they're very similar, right? And that's when they realize, well, oh, okay, I've been tackling this the wrong way this whole time. Okay, instead we want to go about it using the root cause. Okay, so understand your sexual desire. Now it's influenced by 4 components. Now, your sexual desire— I don't mean your sexual desire to be with a woman, right? Your sex drive to just, um, mate with a woman or reproduce, right? I mean your personal desire for porn and masturbation, because it's very subjective. I mean, it's, it's, it's different for everyone, okay? And so I say that there's 4 components to it, okay? Brainwashing, reasons, interpretation, redirect, right? And so we're gonna understand those. Now here's the thing, okay? We can abstain from release for as long as we want, and we can move on forever, stop thinking about porn and masturbation, right? This is the root cause approach, okay? The 3 steps that I like to take with students. Now, here's the thing. You don't need to necessarily, okay, you don't need to necessarily tackle this just by using those 3 steps. There might need to be more, right? Like with my students, I tackle like so many different things because it is personalized upon them when I coach them. Okay. But we're going to really like tackle the root cause here. Okay. So here's the positive outcomes that came from this, right? And this is just a few. And I just want to show this to you because I want to show you like what is possible because within the NoFap space, within the porn recovery space, right? A lot of people believe that it's almost impossible to quit. A lot of people believe that they're cursed. A lot of people believe that, you know, some, that basically they had like some spiritual attacks from like demonic forces and now they can't do anything about it. And what I say to people is like, look, it's not like you can't quit because you're cursed. What is cursed about this is that you believe that you can't quit. That's what's cursed, is you believe that you can't quit. We've been fed these lies from the porn recovery space that you know, it's gonna take years, you're addicted, you're a dopamine junkie, it's gonna be impossible for you to quit. Or at least it's gonna take a long time. And you know, you're gonna have to fight it off, you're always going to be tempted. And I'm like, okay, well, why isn't that the case with other behaviors that are similar to porn? Right? Why is it— and you can even look at other things, right? Like, for example, substances, Why is it that like the recovery rate for substances is extremely high? Extremely high. Why is it that for other behaviors you just leave them behind and you never come back to it again? Right? And you see that we've been brainwashed by the recovery space, right? And look, do your own research. Don't just believe him blindly. Obviously, you know, I don't want you to just like say, oh yes, Samir is right because he helped other people. And because he has a YouTube channel and he makes videos. Now, like, really reflect on that and do your own research. You'll see that, you know, I don't want to go in too much details, but, you know, the, the porn recovery movement has been created in 2011, if I remember correctly. And, you know, it's been influenced by pseudoscience, like, literally by pseudoscience. If you can do a quick bit of research on that, by, you know, just implementing recovery ideologies into porn. And that just made it harder on everyone that accepted this message, simply because this problem is purely psychological, right? It is purely psychological in a sense that, like, yes, there is the physiological, meaning the physical side of things, like, you know, with masturbation, for example, but the psychological comes first. And so we need to understand that if it's purely psychological, then it's it is way easier than we think. Because psychology means you're fully in control of that, right? Except if you believe that you're not in control. But anyways, I'm not gonna go into too much mental gymnastics. So just a few testimonials, as you can see here. We can just also look at the other page. For example, David, David's just one of them. Julio, for example. We have plenty more on my Instagram, on my website, on my YouTube. You can look at them, right? And so here's one question I want you to ask, okay, that kind of like throws out every single recovery ideologies of like, oh, I can't quit because I'm addicted, can't quit because I don't have control, because I'm not disciplined, because I don't have willpower, right? Or because I have like deep trauma, or because I'm cursed, because, you know, um, some— I had like some spiritual attacks, right? Here's the $1 million question. If I give you $1 million, right, then let's say that money was actually important to you, to never watch porn or masturbate again for the rest of your life. Meaning if you watch porn or masturbate again, you're gonna lose that $1 million and you're basically gonna be bankrupt in that case, right? Would you do it? Would you just go and not watch porn or masturbate for the rest of your life? Every time I ask this question, people say, yes, I'm gonna find a way, or it's gonna be kind of a fortress, right? And so you realize, well, even if someone is like deep within, like, oh, I'm addicted, I don't have control over this, I've lost my free will, whatever, you realize, like, you know, people can quit. It's just a question of like value, okay? And values is one thing we're going to tackle, but value, reasons, and much more, okay? So this is something to reflect upon. Okay, now humans against animals. Okay, we gotta understand what sexual desire is. Okay, because I got this question the other day from a guy that's been watching my videos for a long time, right? And also he kind of like read about some of the things I sent him, whatever, regarding sexual desires. And anyways, like, that's, you know, I digress. Like, that's like kind of out of topic. But humans against animals sexual desire, he basically asked me like, like, look, if humans don't really have that cognitive layer, meaning they don't have like that developed consciousness as human does, how do they have sexual desires? Because within my videos and within, um, you know, most of the, you can say, like, new way of quitting porn and masturbation, they believe that, you know, sexual desire is purely in the mind, right? It's, it's purely psychological. right? And so here's the thing, animals do rely on instincts and biochemical processes. They have like those, you know, what we call cues in order to reproduce and mate, right? For example, like, uh, they, they often reproduce within like a specific season when they're going to be more fertile, for example, right? Um, like just to give you an example, like mooses, um, the animals, you know, within North America, they would mate in the season where grass will be more abundant, right? And so you see, like, it's purely based on nature and like biology basically, right? Now humans do have those cues, meaning like they do, you know, you can't disagree with that, that at puberty you start kind of like feeling attracted to women in a different way, right? And so you have those cues within yourself, but you have a cognitive layer on top that allows you to decide or think about them differently. Okay, this is what's important. Okay, and the human cognitive control, right? We have the ability to literally suppress, you know, ability to completely remove that cue, that desire, that biological desire, that innate desire to mate or be with women, right? We can redirect it, meaning we can choose to do anything about that cue. Like, for example, I can be like, well, I have that clue, so let me just work on myself so I can build success, right? And then attract women because of that, right? For example, we can interpret it differently. We can be like, oh, that sexual desire that I have, that I'm feeling, it is just a thought. It is just a normal desire. I shouldn't be worried about it. Or I can even look at it differently and be like, oh, that means I need to go and have sex right now. That means I need to go and masturbate right now. That means I need to go and watch porn. Meaning everyone can choose how they really interpret, redirect, or suppress that desire whenever— that innate desire, right? And that's the power that humans have that animals don't, right? That's why you see and you look at, for example, um, there's asexuals, there's, there's religious, like monks for example, that choose to completely abstain. And even some tribes have certain, like not rituals, but cultural practices where they abstain from, from sex, right? And so we need to understand that yes, we have the innate desire, but we also have full control over that innate desire, right? That's what we gotta understand first of all, right? So we have not only free will, but it's like we can use it to our advantage. Technically, we can use that desire to our advantage. That's what I like to do personally, right? And what I tell some of my students to do. But then you didn't decide, right? You have to suppress, redirect, and interpret, as we basically talked. Now, here's the thing, you will decide to use those three components, right, based on your paradigm. Paradigm, meaning like your belief, your perception, right? For example, if you believe I can't live without sex because blah, blah, blah, insert whatever reason, well, you're going to be motivated by that paradigm, right? You're going to be Acting based on that. Maybe also the value attached to the behavior, right? For example, oh, I believe it will give me an escape from life. I believe it will give me pleasure that, uh, I can't get from anywhere else. I believe that it will make me feel worthy for once if I have sex for the first time, right? The value attached. And then third, reasoning in that moment. For example, oh, right now it's rational for me to PMO because insert whatever reason. Because I'm not gonna have sex for the next few months, because, um, I want stress relief, and I think this goes back to the value, but, uh, and I think that porn can give me stress relief, right? You have the ability to reason, and you can be like, oh yeah, I think porn gives me stress relief, but right now it's not rational for me to, to masturbate or watch porn because I am around other people, right? You have the ability to reason. You're not an animal that's just gonna have that is just going to PMO out of nowhere or have sex out of nowhere in front of everyone else, right? You can reason. Then you have fears. For example, if I don't have a release, this might happen. Usually fears is a big component for why people watch porn and masturbate, and they often never look at it, right? They never become conscious of these unconscious fears, right? For example, if I don't have a release, maybe this will happen to my genitals. Maybe this will happen to uh, my health, maybe this what happened, whatever, right? And for insert whatever reason. And the truth is, if you alternate those factors, okay, it can become a fortress for you, okay? And it's just that you've adopted those factors through media outlets, nofap videos, consuming porn itself, because in watching those porn videos, there's like a ton of like advertisement marketing that, you know, if you watch frequently, it's easy to adopt and believe whatever they say, right? And conditioning, right? Conditioning from society, from culture, whatever. And so we need to understand that we can change those things and they will make it effortless. That's what I do with my students. I change those 4 components and it just makes them think, well, it's way easier than I thought. Like, you know, that's why, for example, if you see my IG story recently, like, you know, I had one student that just said, well, I don't even want to lust anymore because I just don't see the point. I still have my sex drive, I don't see the point. And so that's the thing. We change those things on the root cause level, like by changing those components. Okay. So then imagine this, okay. Just to give you an example, imagine you have two guys are identical and you can think about this, right? Let's say two guys grew up in the same town or they have like the same cultural background, for example, right? And they have, or let's say you take two men that are just of the same age and look the same physically. They are both healthy, they both have testosterone, whatever. But let's say one is religious and one isn't. One that is religious and has been brought up in a religious background might believe, well, oh, I'm gonna interpret my sexual desire as something that is maybe sinful, right? So I shouldn't act upon it, so I'm gonna suppress it, right? That's gonna be his action, right? Was the other guy is going to be like, well, um, my sexual desire means I need to go and just talk to every woman and be able to sleep with one of them because that's my biology, that's how I should act. So you see, just on one simple belief, they are literally going to take two different actions, right? Which shows that it's just based on how you think and, you know, what you believe and, and those four components that, you know, that we just talked about here, right? Because for example, you can take those two same guys and one might believe that, oh, if I don't watch porn and masturbate, I'm gonna get prostate cancer. While the other guy believe, well, if I watch porn and masturbate, I'm probably gonna lose my health, right? Like I'm gonna, a lot of people believe this in no fat space for some reason where they think I'm gonna lose my hairline, I'm gonna lose my testosterone, I'm gonna lose my nutrients, whatever, right? And so two different beliefs will allow you to take two different actions, right? Like if you see what I mean. So that's just what I want to talk about. Now, culture also has an influence on sexuality, a ton, right? Nowadays in society, we place a ton of value on sex, a ton of value, okay? For example, the ones that are able to sleep with multiple women are often seen as successful, confident, worthy, attractive, and insert whatever, right? And look, I'm not saying that sex is not valuable, that sex is not important. Right. I personally, right, and, you know, I respect every belief that someone might have. Personally, I'm the type of guy that I want to wait until marriage, right? And so I understand where the belief that if you're able to sleep with women, that means that you're basically better, right? You're basically more confident. You basically have more value within society because, yeah, I mean, you can use the logic of if, I mean, if you're able to sleep with women, then that means that you're able to, you know, confront your fears. You're able to talk to women. You're able to have social skills, charisma, whatever, right? Okay, yeah, that makes sense, right? But then, you know, and we're going to talk about this, but the ones that abstain from sexual behaviors, even religious people, are seen as weirdos, invaluable outcasts, weak, and emasculated. Now Now I don't want you to just be like, oh yeah, it sucks that society is like this, whatever. No, play that, use that to your advantage. You can literally use that to your advantage, right? If you wanna abstain from sexual behaviors. Now we're not even talking about pornomasturbation here. We're just talking about sexual behaviors, meaning like for example, casual sex and overall intercourse, right? And you know, that's the thing. You know, we gotta be aware that like, you know, those that are like virgins, for example, those that abstain from sexual behaviors, think that they're kind of like less worthy. And what happens is they just like isolate themselves because they think they're not confident because they haven't had sex with multiple women, right? And then unconsciously, either makes people feel bad about themselves, or maybe even feel unworthy, or increase this unconscious goal to pursue sex and do everything to be worthy of sex, right? Where it's like sometimes, you know, these people that abstain from sexual behaviors, and maybe in that category, right? I mean, don't adopt that self-image, right? But I'm just saying, like, they just start putting sex on a pedestal so much because they think, well, if I have sex, then I'm going to be worthy, then I'm going to be confident, then I'm going to, you know, really have that value within society, then I'm going to be able to be like my peers and be like that popular guy, right? We believe that unconsciously because that's the society we've been brought up. Maybe 100 years ago, it would have been the complete opposite. But it doesn't matter, okay? We're gonna change that today. So here's the thing, okay? The golden question— and look, this is what allows my students to literally move on from this, okay? And you're lucky that I'm showing this today, okay? And please reflect on that and take this seriously. Why can you place your personal worth and your worth in relation to what society values outside of sex, outside of sexual behaviors? Meaning Instead of thinking in order to be worthy, in order to be confident, in order to really be that guy that other people will accept or be that popular guy or be that leader, for example, what can I actually place my worth on? For example, for me, what made me kind of have that aha moment, that realization was I saw religious athletes, for example, right? You can think of a few of them right now, right? Who were masculine, successful role models. Everyone looked up to them. They were getting like everything I was looking for. I was looking up to them myself, right? And yet they were waiting until marriage, right? For example. And yet they didn't put that much importance. I mean, they never really even talked about sexual behaviors. They never even joked about it. You could tell that it wasn't like something that they would place their worth on, right? I was like, wait, so what can I put my worth on now? If you're religious, that's where you start becoming more convinced in your faith. That's where you start being more aligned with God, right? Because I still talk with religious people and they're like, they, they, man, This is the sad reality, but they're like, well, and obviously don't tell me that word for word, but I can tell based on talking to them, they're like, well, yeah, I believe in God. It makes me feel worthy. I place my worth onto God. But at the same time, in the back of their mind, they would rather be in a relationship with women to have sex and to kind of look like that guy in society that is confident, that is popular because he's able to to, to sleep with women, or even just be in relationship with a woman, they'd rather have that relationship with woman than that relationship with God. Let's be honest. I'm not, you know, I'm not, I'm not trying to like trigger anyone, but let's be honest. And there's nothing— I mean, obviously there's something wrong with that if you're religious, but like, you got to be able to look at it, right? You could be able to reflect on it, right? And so look, I've seen, you know, people that never engage in sexual behaviors outside of marriage and refrain from even looking at woman, right? Obviously, uh, that doesn't mean that that's like— that should be the case for you. But I realized that maybe society really thinks that sex is the most important thing on earth, but I don't have to believe that. I can choose what is the most important thing to me. I want you to reflect on that right now. You, you might think this is such a shallow question, but this is such a valuable question. I realized myself, look, yeah, okay, because back then, right, obviously I was that shy kid that really wants to be with women. And to be honest, I really wanted to have casual sex back then, but I couldn't because I was not confident. I couldn't even talk to a woman, whatever, right? And once I started like being more valuable based on society's standards, and once I started working on myself, and once I started like really, you know, putting my worth onto other things such as like my faith, right, my relationship with God, such as the things that I'm doing, right? In terms of like when I was building projects, when I was like doing different things in regards to business, for example, in regards to helping other people, being a leader, whatever, right? I was like a self-improvement coach. I realized like, why should I do like the rest of society and just put all of my worth on the fact that, or put all of my self-confidence on the fact that if I have sex or not, right? Like if I engage in sexual behaviors or not, if I'm attractive to women or not. I realized even as a byproduct, if I work on myself— and I know it sounds very cliché— if I just work on myself, but if I put my worth onto like the projects that I'm doing, right, and to the, the impact I can have on people's life, and to, um, my relationship with God, and to the— my, my physique, for example, right, like going to the gym, and so the things that I'm passionate about and just like build different things, right? And, you know, do all of these amazing things. Realize that's way better and that's way more valuable than just constantly chasing sex and acting as if it was the most important thing on earth. And that's when I realized like, look, I still have a sex drive, I still have testosterone, I still have libido, but it's not really important to me to lust. Like, it's not important anymore. And that's when like you can make a drastic change. So please reflect on that question. Pause this video right now and reflect on that, okay? You can choose what is important to you. You don't have to believe in that message because look, I was watching Fight Club, I think a year ago, and I still remember there was like this lady in the Fight Club that said, I'm gonna die because of cancer. I'm looking to have sex before I can die because I'm gonna die and that's my last wish. I realized, well, that means, you know, the media and like overall society and culture puts a lot of importance on sex. Who on earth puts their last wish as sex? Not like, oh, I'm gonna spend time with God, I'm gonna spend time with my family, I'm gonna do something meaningful. No, I want to have sexual intercourse. Right? And if you look at different medias, you'll realize like sex is like portrayed as this most important thing on earth. You look at these rappers and they constantly, you know, obviously money, sex, and fame is like the three things which they put their worth on. If you remove that from them, they'll feel completely worthless, right? I realized, look, we've been brainwashed. We've been brainwashed to believe that lust and sexual behaviors is the most important thing on earth. right? You look at your favorite influencers because if you're in your 20s, for example, you've probably grown up watching YouTube videos, right? And they put a lot of importance on sex. They put, you watch these streamers, you watch these YouTubers and they constantly talk about it in a way that's like, it's so special. And it's like, only valuable men can have it. Only people that are worthy can have it. And even in the self-improvement space, it's the same thing. Now, I'm not saying like, you know, being, uh, being that social outcast, being that guy that just stays in his house all day long is cool and you should be doing that. No, obviously, you know, build that charisma, build those social skills, right? But you don't have to put that much importance into sex. You don't have to put that much importance into sexual behaviors, into, oh, if that woman wants to sleep with me or not, that's what I'm gonna base my worth on. You don't have to, okay? You can choose what you're gonna put your worth on— I mean, your self-worth on, okay? Reflect on this, please. So sexual motivation, okay? Besides our cues, we also have like our sexual arousal, which is basically like purely based on psychological factors, right? Purely based on us basically, right? Or cognitive. Our sexual arousal on a cognitive level is like an hardware for a computer, right? And look, we need our mind to kind of like be sexually aroused, right? Except if it's like the morning wood in the morning where it's like, you know, it just happens automatically. Or if you get like, for example, if your genitals start like, I'm not gonna go into too much details, but you know what I mean? Like if you wear tight clothes, for example, yeah, you might have sexual arousal, but I'm talking about like sexual arousal most of the time is just like based on you thinking about sex or seeing, I mean, if you're having intercourse, it's a whole other ballgame, but you know, it's just based on you thinking about something or seeing something which you deem as attractive, okay? It doesn't get randomly activated where it's like you just start fantasizing, your genitals starts being aroused. No, we choose to turn it on or off, okay? Meaning you have the ability to activate your arousal whenever you want by either thinking or seeing something you find sexually attractive. You have full control over that. A lot of people think, oh, I have urges and they're just attacking me. Well, no, you're the one creating that. You're the one fantasizing and just thinking about different sexual scenarios. You're not being attacked by anything. It's not even your biology here. It's you. It's you putting a lot of worth onto sex. It's you putting a lot of worth onto sexual behaviors. And so you start thinking about it. And in order to feel better about yourself, it's like you visualize what you want in order to feel better in that moment. For example, if I— and I always give this example to my students— if I really want a Lamborghini, and for me to have a Lamborghini would mean that I will finally be that guy that is confident, that is popular, that has this fame, is like this masculine guy, and I would love to ride a Lamborghini because it would mean that, you know, I will have like a ton of pleasure, whatever. I might visualize me driving a Lamborghini and me having one in order to feel better about myself in days where I feel down, right? Well, look, it's the same thing you're doing here, okay? You have the hardware, meaning you have the ability to create sexual arousal on demand. Literally, you can just start fantasizing right now and start being physically aroused, right? But that's fully within your control. Okay? For example, we have a fear hardware. Okay? A fear hardware, you have the ability to feel fear at any time, but that doesn't mean you feel fear randomly. You only feel fear when you see or think of something you deem to be scary. Okay? Once you understand that, and this is like outside of cues, obviously you have clues in a sense of like you're gonna be innately wanting to have sex. But remember, that doesn't mean you start fantasizing or start thinking about porn or masturbation or start thinking about sex. It's more so you have like that— it's like, for example, when you, when you see a woman that you find attractive, it's the same thing. It's like you are predispositioned to find other women attractive and also sexually attractive, right? But that doesn't mean, okay, that you're gonna start like having those what we call urges or start fantasizing so much like people claim, right? That's just you turning on your sexual hardware and just being like, you know what, I'm gonna arouse myself, okay? Sexual arousal is purely dependent on yourself. Just like fear, for example, is the only— like, you don't feel fear out of nowhere. You only feel fear if you think or see something. Same here. You only feel like you're, I mean, sexually aroused and you activate that sexual hardware, like you turn on a computer hardware and you turn it off when you see or think of something you find sexually attractive. 'Cause think about it, most people, what do they do? They just fantasize about sex all day long. So, all day long, I mean, frequently. And so that's what creates that physical arousal, okay? Not random, You know, it's not because of biology. I know it might seem like I'm contradicting the first thing I said, but what I'm saying here, okay, besides cues, right, we also have our own sexual arousal that we turn on ourselves. And that's what happens to most people all the time because that cue, right, that cue to have sex or masturbate, just think about it. If you're in puberty, right, if you just had puberty, you've never been really influenced by any you know, any, any like, you know, media or anything, any cultural, uh, practices where they say like lust and you should fantasize and that should have sex, whatever, uh, and that it's so valuable, you'll realize that like the way you kind of like be— the way that they kind of like motivated about sex is like you're just— if you see a woman, you're going to be attracted to her. Right? But what do we do? We think that ourselves thinking constantly about sex is a sign that we need to have sex or masturbate. But no, that's you creating that scenario. You can turn it on, you can turn it off. Okay? So I'm just saying that just to say that you have full control over that. Okay? For example, tribes, okay? Tribes that have that innate desire to have sex because they're human beings, just like any other human being. For example, the D'ni people, right? Um, after a man's wife gives birth, he is expected to abstain from sex for years. You can look it up, right? Um, because of fertility, whatever, right? For, for a, uh, for different factors basically. Many tribes and cultures, um, and they are part of it, the Dany people, um, show no signs of sexual arousal and sexual interest in public because in their culture, they think that's not supposed to happen. Even some of them, you know, they're against like flirting, for example, right, in public. But when they have intercourse, obviously, you know, they can activate that sexual arousal. So I'm just saying this to say, like, you know, you can choose whatever, however you want to use your sexual arousal, your sexual interest, your whatever, right? How you can And this is the thing, you can believe that, uh, porn and masturbation is going to be a substitute for actual sex and act on that. You can also believe that porn and masturbation can't be a substitute and that you shouldn't be motivated, or that you're not going to be motivated to have porn, uh, to watch porn and masturbate because that innate desire is for women, not for porn and masturbation, right? It's purely based on your beliefs, right? Now, yes, we do have both biological and psychological reasons to be driven, okay, to have intercourse, right? But here's the thing, your biological aspect, right, like I said, it's fully within your control. The psychological obviously is also within your control. Now here's the thing, the biological aspect is, is, doesn't matter in a sense of like your psychological, your cognitive, your mind will decide based on that biological anyway. So you have full control over that, right? Um, which means you can essentially choose how you want sexual behaviors to be used in your life. But first, seek to understand exactly what is going on with these 4 factors to understand your root cause. Please take time to reflect on the paradigms, the value associated to those behaviors, your reasoning— how do you reason to watch porn or masturbate or to have sex, right?— and your fears, okay? Really reflect on that for a moment. Now, I just want to make this clear because this is something a lot of people struggle with unconsciously, not consciously. They know porn and masturbation is not the same as a woman, but they still believe that porn and masturbation can give them that. Okay, look, PMO, porn, porn, masturbation, orgasm, right? It's a video and physical sensation that ends with an orgasm. That's it. Real intimacy has aspects such as real emotional connection. You're with a real human being. You, you, there's love involved. You can actually reproduce and have real children. You can do so much more, you know. You, there's an emotional connection, like I said. There's a wide array of, you know, also chemicals in that sense, because, you know, this is like literally two human beings together. What's the point of masturbation? All that's going on, okay, all that's going on is your fantasy. You imagine that you have intimacy. You This is the reason why people say they feel like they're having intimacy, they feel like they're having sex while they watch one masturbating. It's not because of the video. It's not because of the masturbation, right? It's simply because they visualize having sex, they feel like it's having intimacy. And so they almost, they're kind of like in a wonderland, like they're kind of like in this imaginary place where they just visualize something in order to feel something. That's it. That's all that's happening. Just like, for example, when a kid is in the classroom, right? When I was in high school, right, and the class was boring, I would daydream. I would visualize about me being in the summer, just having fun with other people, and I would feel happy about it because it's almost as if like I'm just in another world, right? I'm just thinking about something. That's exactly the same thing you're doing here. You're just fantasizing about something. Nothing real is going on. So then the question is, do you want to engage in a fantasy that, to be honest, that fantasy, you don't even need porn or masturbation to have that fantasy. You can just be on your couch and start thinking about it and just start focusing on it. You'll get the same exact results in terms of like arousal. You'll feel those emotions because you yourself can create emotions on demand Because emotions are cognitive products. Always remember that, right? And so look why you feel relief. Okay, now this is a small mistake here, but like, for the word relief, but the reason why people feel, they say, physically relieved after having an orgasm, after having ejaculated, is not because they've literally satisfied that need to be with women or to have intimacy and everything. Because they watch porn or they masturbated. No, it's not because they believe even sexual tension. What happened exactly is first you thought that you were gonna get real intimacy, okay? And this is how we fool ourselves because of the porn industry, which gives us this empty promise that like, oh, when you're gonna watch porn, you know, you see those ads on, on these porn sites, they're like, oh, you're lonely? Well, you can masturbate with that, that person that is near you. You can masturbate with that person on a live stream. You can masturbate by watching those videos, they portray that message of like, oh, you're gonna be able to have a real human connection in that sense. And you're gonna be able to relieve that need for intimacy, right? That you can't get at the moment, right? And so they give you that promise, but then you watch porn masturbate and you realize, oh, it didn't give me that. And so you feel bad about it. And because of that, just think about it. If you feel bad about it and your sexual desires, right, um, is mostly based on your psychology, but I mean your, your cognitive, your mind, like basically your beliefs, your paradigms, your fears, your, the value associated to this, and you realize that porn masturbation didn't give you the real act of sex, well, you're gonna not be motivated to have it at that moment for the next few days or the next few hours because you realize it didn't give you what you wanted. Just like, for example, if I go to— this is a bad example, but who cares? If I go to a restaurant and they tell me they're going to have the best hamburger, and then I go there and I don't get what I want, I might not be motivated to go to that restaurant anymore, or I might not be motivated even to— or let's say they give me an hamburger that was very bad. I might not even be motivated to eat hamburgers anymore, right? Because I mean, not anymore as in for the rest of your life, but for that moment, because I realized it didn't give me what I wanted, right? And so that's the thing. And this is where I know it's a bad example because like food and like sex is completely different, right? One is a survival need, one is an innate desire, right? And so that's what we gotta understand. Like porn gives us this empty promise. And so we feel empty after we watch it. It just comes down to this, right? If you feel strong negative emotions, well, obviously you're not gonna be focused on you thinking about sex, you thinking about different sexual behaviors, okay? Because you feel so much shame and guilt. Just like, for example, when you want to be successful, right? Sometimes you're so motivated to get after success, you're gonna work hard every day, but then if you feel down bad because something bad happens to you, you're not even gonna care about that success. You're not even gonna care about your work at the moment, right? And so that's what kind of happens. And also, I mean, you're just consumed by negative feelings. Like that's what happens. And that's why you feel relieved. It's not you feel relieved because you got like the best form of relief and you reproduce with like thousands of women, because technically if that were the case, then why is it that some people binge after they watch porn and masturbate, and they watch even more videos, or they masturbate again and again for the next few hours, or even for the next few days? If, if, if it could actually relieve you, then why is it that they just binge on it? Okay, that's what you got to reflect upon. Okay, now how to not think, never think about PMO again. This is important. First, self-reflection. Okay, this is kind of like mental thing that, uh, like a mental kind of like tactic that I like to use with students. How did you quit other bad habits? How did you quit video games? How did you quit junk food? How did you quit Netflix? How did you quit— and bad habits, I mean like bad based on like what you think is bad, right? Um, you see how it was simple. You didn't go about it the same way you, you're going about it using PMO, right? Using— I mean trying to quit PMO, right? You didn't need NoFap in order to quit video games. You didn't need the equivalent of NoFap. In order to quit video games. You need the same for junk food. You went about it a completely different way, which I want you to reflect upon, right? How did you move on? I mean, move on from recovery, okay? This is important. Live your life without constantly watching videos and constantly trying to quit porn. I know it sounds a bit counterintuitive, but what happens is with most people is they just put themselves in a state of mental masturbation where they just learn different things about quitting porn and masturbation. They tried different tactics. It doesn't even work because you just start being so worried and such in a fear state, and you put a lot of importance into, you know, quitting porn that it just backfires on you. And you just think that you're doomed because it didn't work. So you just kind of like give up now because, oh, you tried like these different techniques, you went a few weeks without it, then didn't work, and then You just give up basically and let go. Move on with your life. Do things you always wanted to do. Don't let porn or NoFap, okay, porn or NoFap hold you back. Stop making it— and I'm saying this literally, making videos about quitting porn and masturbation— but stop making it such an important thing in your life, right? Even stop watching my videos for, for a few weeks or even forever if needed. I'm telling you this because this is what allows true freedom. You didn't go about quitting video games or other habits by constantly watching videos about how to quit them, right? And also, I know this sounds very simple, but it is very important for you to understand that, okay? And so recap of this workshop, okay? And look, I think I missed one part of the workshop. Let me just go back. Okay, yeah, the natural self-cleansing mechanism. I want you to really understand this, okay? The body's mechanism, if you don't get a release, okay, if you don't engage in sexual behaviors like masturbation or sex where you don't ejaculate, basically your body will actually naturally expel semen through nocturnal emissions, or aka with dreams, okay? It expels the unwanted semen. Now on top of that, your body has also a way to reabsorb the semen called phagocytosis, okay? The, the body reabsorbs the semen if not ejaculated, where the sperm cells are broken down and reabsorbed and the fluids are recycled. Meaning if you don't have sex or masturbate, and this is for the people that are constantly trying to do semen retention, but like, they're like, oh no, but the sexual tension builds up. No, the sexual tension being built up is just you constantly thinking about sex, right? And even then your body reabsorbs that semen. Even if you think about this, even if you, um, you, you've been 3 years without washing, without having an ejaculation, man, I'm talking so fast— without ejaculating, okay, your body will just reabsorb the semen and you will be able to expel that unwanted semen anyways. Your body has literally a natural self-cleansing mechanism with no side effects. So please be cautious with what you believe in, because look, a lot of people believe unconsciously, if I don't get a release, I'm gonna explode. Like, that's what they believe. Like, you know, I'm not supposed to hold in for so long. And look, I'm not saying you should hold it in for so long, right? If you get married or whatever, if you're in relationships, like it's totally up to you, right? I'm just saying you don't need to fear abstaining. You don't need that. You don't need to fear abstaining because at the end of the day, your body will take care of it anyways with no side effects, meaning this is a purely natural process, okay, that maybe you've not even been aware of, okay? So here's a little recap from this workshop. Your desire, your root cause is influenced by psychological factors, not necessarily biology, right? Obviously biology can be part of it, but it is not the main part of it. Biology is like the, not even the 20% of it, okay? The psychology, the cognitive, the mind is really the bulk of it, okay? We can decide to interpret, redirect, or suppress our innate sexual desire in whatever way we want. We can, I mean, we can go and reflect on these 4 main components, which is, you know, reasons, brainwashing, interpretation, Redirect and also the other components which I told you about, which is value and the, the, you know, reasons. And kind of forget about them, but you remember like those, those questions which, uh, I decide— um, not those questions, but the things that I told you to reflect upon, right? And you don't feel such a relief, you simply focus on something else after you PMO. I want you to reflect on that because porn masturbation can't, um, sexually relieve you. What I say to most people, and what happens to most people to be honest, is they're just frustrated that they haven't had sexual intercourse and they're frustrated that they're not in a relationship and they're not going to be in a relationship anytime soon. So they try to distract themselves by doing that, to watch your porn and masturbating. And what happens is they just distract themselves and then they feel bad and then they don't think about porn or masturbation or even sex for the next few days. That's all that's happening. Okay. You can choose to place your self-worth on something else besides sex and choose what is important to you. This is very good. Like, this is very important for you to, to reflect upon. Now you have a natural self-cleansing mechanism. Your body will naturally take care of itself when you don't engage in sexual activities. So you don't need to fear, oh, if I don't get released, would I get prostate cancer? Would I have this? Anyways, even for the question of prostate cancer, there's been a 2016 study done where they saw that prostate cancer and masturbation had no correlation, and that in order to really prevent prostate cancer, you needed to just overall have a healthy lifestyle, right? Exercising, eating healthy, and things of that nature. And then move on from PMO forever. Stop watching videos about this topic and move on with your life. I'm shooting myself in the foot by saying this because I want you to watch my videos, right? This is, uh, how I live, right? This is what I do for a living. This is how I'm able to impact people. But in order for the real impact to occur, then I need you to at one point to just really move on with your life and you just live your life and not constantly think about, oh, I've not watched porn, I've had watched porn, what kind of— how many days am I on when it comes to NoFap? No, don't reflect on that. You don't even need to reflect on constantly trying to debunk or constantly try to like quit porn. You don't need to do that for the rest of your life, okay? So look, if you need more help, okay, you can apply to a one-on-one mentorship with the link here, okay? The link will be dropped now, uh, in the description of this video. The outcome, okay, is to quit porn and masturbation forever within the next 14 to 28 days and then really leave lust. And also, I'd like to tackle other important aspects of your life that will allow you to really transform your life once and for all, okay? This is basically the coaching process here. We have full access to me 24/7 for support and guidance. Now, this is the one-on-one mentorship at the moment. Obviously, I'm getting more and more people, so at one point I will have to do more so like a group coaching kind of stuff, right? Where it's like I'm coaching people one-to-many rather than just one-on-one because my time will be more and more limited, right? Uh, or I would hire someone, um, one of my students to be a coach for you guys, right? But at the moment, I'm still doing one-on-one mentorship, uh, one-on-one coaching. You also have the Fortis Method book, which is the pre-public launch. I'm not— sadly, I'm not going to be launching this book anytime soon. It's going to take at least a few months because I'm constantly working on it and I'm constantly trying to tweak it so it can be the best, uh, it can be. You get 5 personalized Fortis videos. So what does that mean is, for example, you have a question about how do I tackle stress relief? How do I tackle my desire? How do I tackle this specific situation? I'll make a personalized video for you, and which is like 10 to 20 minutes, and with a document I send within the next 24 hours. When, if you're one of my students, right, uh, you get unlimited one-on-one calls until you quit. Now the reason why it's unlimited is because anyways, my students don't take that much time in order to quit and really move on forever. With their lives, you get the 4Disc roadmap. So this is a step-by-step roadmap designed to guide you. So everything is given to you in a sense of like, okay, we do a meeting, I'll tell you exactly what you need to do next. You have a roadmap, you have a blueprint to follow, and everything is done for you. You don't have to really think about it too much. And also we have a physical workbook that is also sent to your door to follow the entire process and take notes. Now there's like specific questions to reflect upon in that workbook. And you also have the digital version. Now, if you want to know more, book a call with me down below. Obviously I can't accept everyone, so we can talk. At the moment, I still have, for the month of February, right? I still have a few spots left open. And if you have any questions, please reach out to me on Instagram, but I want you to reflect on the things that I've shown you on this workshop. And please come back to me if you have any questions. Anyways, it was great talking to you guys.
