The Sexual Transmutation Masterclass

Samir Gardner argues sexual transmutation is misunderstood. His method: remove easy distractions like porn and masturbation, forcing yourself toward bigger goals. He cites the 2018 Tenga study on masturbation prevalence and claims the relief from these acts is mostly placebo, not biological need.

So guys, this is the sexual transmutation masterclass. Okay, we will really uncover the truth because a lot of people nowadays talk about, oh, sexual transmutation, this, this is like, you know, your sexual energy just going down in your spine and just going up. And basically what we found is that a lot of people also use the concept of sexual transmutation to their disadvantage when they can actually use it to their advantage. Most people, what do they do? They say, oh my sexual energy built up and it caused me to relapse. It caused me to go back to porn. It caused me to be reckless. It caused me to have so many sexual thoughts that I can't even focus anymore. And so I go and release. So I will be here today to really uncover what you can actually do about this, uncover all of these myths that we've built up in our mind that actually makes this harder for us to not only quit porn, masturbation, lust, and stay away from sinful activities, but also to do what we wanted to do initially with sexual transmutation, which was to be more efficient, have more energy, achieve more, be more hungry, driven, motivated. And this is what I'm going to help you do in this video. Now, before we start, if you want to get coached by me so that you can really not just quit porn, masturbation, lust, and master sexual transmutation, but also transform your life, learn to become a man that can achieve things way faster, that can stop being a nice guy, that can become the man that you always envisioned to be, then click the first link in the description of this video. I have a private community that you can join this month. There is a bonus just right now where you can get a one-on-one coaching call with me and I'll give you a personalized blueprint as well as a personalized video as a bonus just for this month. So if you want to join, it's right now. Go take a look in the description. So first, what we need to understand is where did this concept of sexual transmutation even came from in the first place? Okay. And so the concept of sexual energy initially came from Eastern philosophies. Okay. So Tantra, yoga, and overall they add this concept of Kundalini energy and you know, life force energy that we then adopted into our own culture. And then we have Freud that basically popularized this concept, as well as Carl Jung, when they started to talk about, for example, libido and overall just sexual energy in their own words, right? And then nowadays we have the very popular self-improvement book called Think and Grow Rich. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. You might've came across that book before. I personally read it literally 5 years ago. It was one of the first books I've read on my quote-unquote self-improvement journey. And in that book, that's where everything starts for a lot of people because in Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill talks about that concept that people who do abstain from sexual activities until the age of 30/40 are often the one that end up achieving higher levels of success in life essentially. So for example, the guy spends his 20s just chasing women and overall using his sexual energy on the wrong things usually ended up being more poor and had a worse lifestyle than, than the ones that were abstaining most of the time during the 20s and 30s and instead really worked. Because essentially the concept is if you really abstain, then as a byproduct of abstaining from any form of sexual activity, which you use your sexual energy or where you're going to release, then you will naturally just work harder and want to work harder. And it's a quote-unquote cheat code that a lot of people use to achieve success. And the truth is all of these concepts, as you can see, they're not really based on any evidence, but sexual energy, for example, is just a concept which people have linked to that innate predisposition to want to be with women, if that makes sense. Because essentially all that sexual transmutation is is you having that innate desire for intimacy, reproduction, to put it simply. And you will naturally, as a man, will want to satisfy that. So you're going to be willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy it. But the problem that we have nowadays is that we got brainwashed. And on top of that, we are using this concept of sexual energy as something which is almost attacking us, you know, those constant sexual thoughts, that constant desire to release, that constant need for lust. But all of this is a lie and you can actually break free from. So this is what I'm about to talk about in this video, okay? Now I wanna talk about the number one benefit that you're going to experience if you really master this process, if you really understand the information which I'm about to present in this video, okay? So let me just drink a sip of coffee and let me present it to you. The benefit is extremely simple and I've came up with a name for it, okay? I call it the motivational vacuum, okay? So when you tell yourself, okay, I'm not going to give myself the option of watching porn, masturbating, engaging in casual sex, what happens is you're obviously as a byproduct less distracted, right? Because you don't have these options to escape to that most people spend a lot of time on. But not only that, they spend a lot of time fantasizing. Think about it, you know when you're in class, right? And you have this exam in front of you, okay? But you cannot do anything. You cannot have your phone, there's nothing to do but your exam. You're going to have to finish your exam, if that makes sense. There's no distractions, there's no other options but to finish your exam and try your best at finishing that exam so that you can get the best grade. Now, the same sort of analogy applies here with sexual transmutation. If you don't have the option of releasing through masturbation or watching porn or engaging in casual sex, and instead you say, you know what, I'm going to wait until I get married, for example, if that's what you want to follow. Well, what happens is in the absence of options, distractions, and other stimuli or escapes, the only way to feel rewarded is to move closer to your goal. What happens is in a good sense, you'll be forced to progress. Really think about it. It's very logical. If I want to wait until marriage and I give myself no other options but to get married in order to satisfy what I am innately predispositioned to, right? That desire for real intimacy, then guess what? I'm going to have to take action and progress towards that goal, and I'm going to do it at a much faster pace and with much more intensity, and I'm basically going to achieve that goal way faster because now I don't have any other options. I can't escape. I can't just distract my mind with other things. I want to satisfy this as soon as possible. That doesn't mean you're gonna start being reckless, but rather, you might start taking good risk. You might start getting outside of your comfort zone. You might be like, you know what, I know that I need to do this thing. Maybe it's to show up to the gym, maybe it's to build that business, maybe it's to be more financially stable. I know I need to work on those things, so might as well do it because that's the only way I'm going to achieve that. So now you're forced to do what you need to do. Do you realize how powerful that is over a certain length of time? Because now you're just going to constantly be driven to just do what's necessary and what's considered to be hard work, but that's going to give you that result. And so if, for example, your goal is to be married, and because of that you need to be financially stable, you need to be in a good physical shape, you need to have good leadership, you need to have good knowledge about your faith, for example, well, that means that all of these areas I just mentioned will be better and much more better because you will need those things. The biggest curse is the opposite of that, that nowadays a lot of people fall into, is that they don't have these obligations to, for example, work on their finance, work on their leaderships, on their masculinity, things of that nature. And on top of that, they distract themselves through watching porn, through maybe fantasizing. And so they never really face reality. And then let's say they're 22 years old. As long as they distract themselves, they delay, they delay, they delay, and nothing really changes. No progress is really made. And so they're now in their 30s and nothing has changed. It's not to shame you if you're in that position, is just to make you understand that on the opposite side of things, your life can go up, but like very fast, like up, up, up, up, up, make so much progress because you're just going to be forced to take action. And then you're going to see the results of those actions. And then you're gonna be wanting to take even more actions as now you get the results. Maybe you get married, maybe you make money with a business, maybe you get in better physical shape. And then that's going to create the feedback loop where you see the results. Now you get more motivated to do the work and then you put even more work in. That's what happens with, for example, in the business world where the rich get richer as they get those results, and then they learn from these results and all of the actions that they took. And now it's like that momentum just builds up, and then they do more, and then they do more, and then they just make more and more money. Whilst the ones that haven't really started, they have such a hard time just making, for example, the first few thousands of dollars just because they don't have that momentum. They haven't took the same amount of action, for example. I'm not gonna back down on this. This is very important. A lot of people just think that escaping life, escaping through porn and masturbation, that's something which of course is destructive to the individual, but they don't realize like it's not only having a short-term impact on you, but also a long-term one, and also really just kills your potential, as you can see. Because again, imagine that compounding of you just taking so much actions because you're just essentially left with only taking action. Then now a year down the line, you're in a completely different position. And then 5 years down the line, you didn't just 5x your 1-year results, now you're probably 25x your 1-year results because of that momentum and that compounding. So understand the motivational vacuum. Now let's just tackle a certain myth that a lot of people seem to still believe in, and that is that masturbation equals natural release. Sorry for my writing. This board is basically too old, but it doesn't matter. The problem that we have with masturbation is we still think in our mind that it is somewhat of a natural way for our body to release. What do I mean by that? For example, we all know that how humans used to live is that at puberty, they would be able to engage in intercourse, whether that be through getting married at a very young age right after puberty, or for example, in tribes, there's not that objective morality. They will instead just essentially just reproduce right at puberty. Okay. And of course there's a level of truth to it. It's not all tribes or all societies that do so. Some, some actually practice abstination, as you'll see that I talk about this in my book. But I want to point out to a very interesting study, which is the 2018 Tenga study. Okay. So the Tenga study was basically a study where they took a bunch of people from all across the world, men and women, and they questioned them on the various different aspects of their sexual activities, like what were their preferences, what were their beliefs, how frequently did they engage in such activities. And one thing that I found that was extremely interesting was that in that study, they found that 98, okay, 98% of Americans masturbated at least once in their lives. But now what I want to point out is 68% of Nigerians masturbated at least once in their lives, meaning that there is literally 32% of Nigerian males, and we're I'm talking about males here, right? For women, it's much lower. There's 32% of males in Nigeria that never engaged in masturbation. Now, of course, there are things that can influence that result. For example, if some of these African countries, they're known to engage in intimacy at a much younger age, I think that maybe Kenya or Nigeria is the country where women experience childbirth at the youngest of ages, which is, I think, 16 on average. Now, don't quote me on this because I haven't done proper research on this. We need to understand, okay, 98% of Americans versus 68% of Nigerians. But on top of that, what we need to understand is there's different factors that might influence that result, right? We're not going to talk about the 2% that never did, but rather that we in North America constantly get educated through the media, through even school peers about porn and masturbation. So it would be to no surprise that the number would be so high. For example, when I talk to people that come to me for help, some of them report that they started masturbating before entering puberty. So is masturbation really a question of your hormones and just like your biology? Because before puberty, you don't even have semen, right? You don't even have the desire to masturbate, which shows that it's more of a question of exposure rather than nature. But what's really interesting is that out of that 98% of Americans that masturbate at least once in their lives, only 39% of Americans do it weekly, meaning that you can claim all you want that masturbation is just something that people do for sexual release. It's, it's like innate within us to want to masturbate, right? Right after puberty. And there's also another counterargument, which is why is it that some people start at the age of 18 when they hit puberty towards the age of 13, for example? But 39% of Americans would do it weekly out of that 98%, meaning that some of them rarely do it or they don't even do it, which shows again that masturbation is not necessarily something that will be forced for you to do if you don't engage, for example, in intercourse. And on top of that, if you look at that study, 59% of Americans believe that masturbation is healthy. And that's also the narrative. Even if you were to believe that masturbation is unhealthy because of religious beliefs, most people already got taught from a young age that masturbation isn't bad, but more so good. And I'm not here to debate that. I'm just here to say that it might have an influence on the frequency or the exposure when it comes to masturbation. Now here's where I'm going to shock your mind. Let me show you this. I talked about the fact that as humans, we are predispositioned to want to be with the opposite sex. That means intimacy, reproduction, and much more. And we can call these biological instincts. Now, before you say, oh Samir, I thought you said that sexual energy has nothing to do with biology, hear me out. The way that God made us, we have like an innate predisposition to certain things. So for example, even animals have this. A bird, its parents die, will know to migrate to the south when the winter comes, even if it doesn't get taught to do so. Or for example, a child that would see someone get killed without the conditioning of the parents or their environment, they will naturally react to such injustice in a negative sense, meaning that they know that this is morally bad. There's even research from Japan that shows that kids without the conditioning of their parents are born with the belief that there is a God. But that's another topic. I'm not going to get into that. Essentially, the biological instincts is something that we have. What do we have also is the cognitive. Okay, the cognitive, our mind, right? We have the cognitive, but it is developed, meaning that it is advanced. Animals, they can have cognitive functions, but they're not advanced as us humans. You wouldn't, for example, bet on an animal that it will go and create a business and then create apartments and condos. Only humans can go to that next level, right? Animals are oftentimes more focused on their survival and just overall basic needs and act based on their biological instincts, right? Doesn't mean that certain animals don't have emotions. That's another topic. So the cognitive layer allows you to do two different things with your innate desire for intercourse, intimacy, reproduction. Well, there's more than two things that you can do, but Let's keep it simple for now. First, you can interpret, okay? And second, you can redirect. So interpret and redirect are both gonna be influenced by your, to put it simple again, values, AKA like what you want, what you desire, plus beliefs, okay? So what you think to be true, and that can influence your values and vice versa. But what does interpret mean? In the case of that innate sexual desire, it would mean that, for example, if I feel like, oh yeah, I want to have intimacy, but I think that this is something that comes from the devil and that is going to distract me from working on my business, let's say, then I'm going to interpret that in a negative light. I'm going to think like this is something which is against me, right? That is bad for me. But I can interpret it differently. I can be like, oh, I'm feeling that innate sexual desire. That means I need to work harder. That means I need to gain more confidence so then I can talk to the family of the woman that I want to marry, for example. Or that might mean I need to work myself on these specific areas of my life so then I can be someone attractive to then get married. You see how you interpret that feeling is going to change everything. And then we have redirect. Redirect, if I, based on my values and beliefs, if I'm considered to be someone that society would call a degen where I want to engage in pleasure, casual sex, things of that nature, and my beliefs are, for example, that if I sleep with as many women as possible, I'll be more of a man of value and that I'll gain more confidence, right? So values like I'll gain those benefits, whatever. Then what I'm more likely to do based on my beliefs and values is to redirect that innate sexual desire towards things that will help me with those things that I want. And that might be me going to the nightclub and trying to sleep with certain women. That might be me going on these dating apps so that I can get those benefits, that value, and do according to my beliefs. So you see, that's what I'm probably going to do. But on the flip side, if let's say I'm someone who wants to be as righteous as possible, that wants to follow objective morality to the best, so that means that my beliefs is that, well, I need to get married in order to satisfy that because casual sex is gonna be destructive and it is a sin. And what I want is to have a family, have a fruitful marriage. Then what I might do is anything that will help me achieve that goal of satisfying that intimacy, but to what I believe would be right and what I believe would be the best and most efficient way to get to that. So for example, that might mean that I'm going to go to places where I can meet people that will be more righteous and maybe they'll know a woman that will be perfect for me. That might mean that I might go to the gym and go harder because my beliefs is if I get a good physique, every woman will want to be married to me. It can be something like if I learn to shoot a gun, my chances of me being married and then satisfying my desire for intimacy is going to be higher because I'm gonna be able to protect myself. And that's what these types of women I want to be married to want or desire in a man. You see, like, this is all based on what you value and believe, and that's the power. You can literally choose to interpret that however you want. The mistake that a lot of people make, sadly, is they redirect it towards PMO, right? Because they think that PMO, right, which is point of masturbation, is a way to satisfy that innate desire for a short moment. At least because the thing is they think of them PMOing as a temporary substitute for that intimacy, even though objectively, I'll tell you right now, doesn't masturbation can't. And I'll get to that very soon as to why PMO cannot satisfy you even for a single second. But as you can see, if you have PMO as a potential option, then of course you might think, well, look, let me redirect that innate desire to that, right? So what you wanna do is you really wanna make sure that you have this, okay? This is very important. A lot of people don't spend enough time on just defining what do they value, what do they want. That's why I always preach to my students and even on these YouTube videos to just build a proper vision of where they want to be in life, what kind of person do they want to be. Not necessarily just goal setting, but really making a better version of themselves and their lives and then get closer to every day. And most people never reflected on what do they actually value, what do they actually believe. They just go with the flow with what society tells them. So if society says masturbation and porn is a way to satisfy that innate desire, then they will follow that. They never really reflected or studied their beliefs, for example. So this is very crucial. Now I want to explain something very, very important, okay? And that is the simple, very, very, very simple debunking of sexual belief, okay? This is something which when I talk to my students about, they realize, oh my God, I've been lied to. And this is not something which you probably came across us before. Sexual relief. We think that porn and masturbation will sexually satisfy us, but in reality, it's our expectation of being satisfied that satisfies us in the first place. Let me repeat. We think that porn and masturbation will sexually satisfy us, relieve us, but in reality, it's our expectation of being satisfied slash relief that satisfies us slash relieves us in the first place. This is very important to understand this. We all know about placebos, but we don't realize that we have been doing placebos on ourselves just because we believe in these false narratives that came from this porn recovery movement, from this NoFap movement, from your brain on porn, all of these ideologies. Now, a lot of people, what do they want, right? They have what we call sexual thoughts, okay? And so they try to run away from them because when you have like so many sexual thoughts, you just think about sex, sex, sex, sex, sex, it's like you want to find a way to satisfy that. You don't want to constantly think about that because it ruins your focus, it ruins your concentration. You don't think even about your goals. You just think about sex, sex, sex, sex, sex. And it gets a bit disturbing, right? And we think, well, rationally, it's better that I just PMO right now because if I think so much about sex, it's going to distract me to the point where I'm not going to be focused on other important aspects of life. And maybe I'm not even getting married anytime soon. So maybe just PMOing once today and then dealing with freedom later will be better, right? That's how we think sometimes. Or sometimes we fantasize so much about sex that we think, oh no, I'm gonna fall back to porn and masturbation because every time I think about sex so much, I just end up watching porn, masturbating. And so we start getting fear, we start getting tension thinking about the fact that you might go and watch porn again, and then you decide to release just because of that, because you want to get away from that fear, that tension, that stress. But let me explain to you something, okay? A lot of people need to realize that first of all, some people watch porn and masturbate 5 times in a row, okay, to stop quote unquote thinking about sex. And then the next day they keep on thinking about sex. Whilst other people, they might watch porn and masturbate once and then not think about sex for a whole month, which shows that it's not necessarily that masturbation and the release of semen has a certain chemical that allows you to stop thinking about sex because now you're relieved. It's more so all mental games. I can think about sex and obsess over intercourse right after IPMO if I want to. So for example, what happens in the mind of people might be one of the following examples. I just masturbated, I feel relieved, so let me stop thinking about sex now. Or I just masturbated and watched porn, but I want more, so let me do it a few more times. Or you can be like, I just watched porn and masturbated, but I really regret it. I felt like I was lied to, felt like I didn't get what I wanted, so I don't want sex anymore, right? Then you start getting emotional. because you're so emotional, you have so much shame and guilt that runs over your mind that if you're focused on that shame and guilt, then naturally you can't be focused on wanting to have sex, right? Or people might be like, oh, I just watched porn and masturbated, but now I want more. I want the real experience. Let me go on dating apps. Let me go and get hookers. So you see, people will react differently to watching porn and masturbation. It's not just about like the physical release that will quote unquote satisfy you. It's your expectation, it's you mentally and whatever narrative you believe in that's going to dictate if you are sexually satisfied or not. And that's where you realize, well, not watching porn, not masturbating, and for example, waiting until marriage is literally one of the greatest opportunities that you have. Because if we go back to the benefit section of this video, we did talk about how you're going to naturally be forced to take action. And so if you don't need to watch porn or masturbate and the sexual release happens in your mind, meaning you don't even need to do anything physically, then you realize, Well, I can just not watch porn and masturbate and live my life that way, and then work harder than ever with more intensity on whatever aspects of life I think will help me move forward and really improve myself and change myself and transform my life. Isn't that a great opportunity? And on top of that, to debunk this further, most people don't think about porn and masturbation and, and wanting to have a release when they feel happy emotions, when they feel positive emotions like joy, like fulfillment, but instead they do it when they feel negative, when they feel stressed, anxious, when they feel lonely, bored, which shows that it's not even about satisfying something biological within you, but more so about coping with emotions. Unlike, for example, if I need to pee, even if I'm busy, even if I'm happy, if I— even if I'm fulfilled, even if I'm feeling depressed, I need to pee no matter what. That's, you can say, biological. But with that sexual desire, you don't have that. You're not forced to release. And then to really top it off, guys, let me just explain one last thing. Your body anyways has a natural self-cleansing mechanism. I did talk about this a few times in my videos, but your body will literally do the release on its own anyways, because when you don't masturbate or you don't have any form of release, for example, through intercourse, your body will naturally take care of itself through a process that has no negative side effects. It's completely natural and healthy. And most people experience this the moment that they stop masturbating, for example, after masturbating their whole lives. And that is the first thing that happens is nocturnal emissions, which are just called wet dreams or nightfalls, where your body will essentially have a release to expel that unwanted semen. So technically you don't even have to masturbate because your body will masturbate and have the release on its own. You're not masturbating, you're not doing anything. You have like a dream or maybe you just wake up and then suddenly you see that something was released, right? And so you see like your body will naturally do the release. Release. So why do you even need to masturbate to release, right? And on top of that, think about it, you're getting the benefit of wanting to, it makes you like work harder on yourself. So then you can, for example, achieve marriage, achieve reproduction, intimacy, having children. So your body takes care of itself. Your body has a process which we call phagocytosis. So what happens with phagocytosis is that if your sperm cells are not released through ejaculation, your body won't just like let them just pile up and then you'll randomly explode, right? As a lot of people unconsciously believe. Instead, your body will recycle that and recycle it back into the body. That way, like, nothing is wasted. Your body just reuses the materials for energy or to build up new cells. So imagine you don't have to even worry about releasing because your body does the process itself.
