The Ultimate Guide To Quitting Masturbation (private information)

A speaker argues masturbation is a cultural habit, not biological need, shaped by 1960s feminism and a multibillion-dollar sex-toy industry. He cites the Aka Ngandu tribe, who have no concept of it, and claims perceived benefits like stress relief are placebo effects. The talk debunks myths about semen and explores how industries profit from sexual wellness narratives.

So guys, this is an absolute masterclass that I've made for my students. It is over 30 minutes and it goes in depth on information you've never been told about before on how to really just stop masturbation and everything. Not only that, but also understanding where it actually comes from. Where does your desire come from? And trust me, it is not the typical advice that you'll see on the internet. And this is the type of stuff that I kind of gatekeep, right? So just watch the video and you'll see how valuable this is. All right, guys, so substitute for sex. Now, this is going to be basically talking about masturbation more in depth, right? So either you're not in a relationship or quote unquote married, or sometimes your wife denies you sex, right? Or your partner, whatever. And both lead to frustration in most cases, most of the time, right? Because if you have a desire that you haven't fulfilled, then it's like you might feel frustrated or you might feel some form of negative emotion, not necessarily because the desire is not fulfilled, but because maybe you really want desire to be fulfilled and you don't even think if it's going to happen in first place, right? And that can create frustration. So the belief that we have is that we need a release. We tell ourselves that humans always used to procreate at any time. And that since we're not in a relationship in our 20s or 30s, we think that we will just explode. but is that true, right? Even in your teenagers or people that are like 18, 19, 20, they still have that belief nowadays. And how do human body is? Okay, first we need to talk about some fears. For example, people think that your body after a certain period of time will constantly force you to relapse. And that means by either fantasizing or that means by somewhat controlling you so that you go and watch porns or make you feel too horny whatever, right? So that it just becomes something that's like you feel like you need to do in that sense, right? Or you're biologically made to spread out your seed. So if you can't find a woman, you'll just do it yourself. Or for example, animals do it, right? That's kind of the reasoning that people use nowadays. Now, the rise of self-pleasure, okay? Do you think that we are born as men biologically obsessing over supercars? That's a question I want you to just ask yourself. Are we biologically obsessed over supercars? Because I mean, a lot of people don't even care about supercars. Personally, I don't even care. If I don't have a supercar in my life, I don't care. Even if I achieve high levels of success, it would just be like an add-on, right? But a lot of people also dream of having one. I mean, is it biological because we're men and we like speed? And we like driving cars? Or is it that we grew up seeing cool things that we liked and associate those things to those supercars? James Bond, mafia boss, rich people, powerful people, confident people. Or maybe we just like cars. For example, we learn to like cars. We're not born liking something that was created by humans. We're born and then we cultivate that taste, right? A lot of people don't even like cars, like I said, right? And they would rather, for example, have a house, right? Like a house and a farm, right? It's not to say that supercars, liking supercars and not liking them is good or bad, right? It doesn't matter. It's just that it's a cultivated taste. If someone drives a supercar, he might find it extremely pleasurable, but another guy might find it like, it's just a car. So people used to be very traditional back then and have a moral code that they wouldn't break. Obviously I'm not saying 100% of people wouldn't break it and 100% of people had those traditional or moral values. And yes, masturbation could be part of it, right? Though the statistics for people masturbating at that time are lacking, right? They can prove so many stats of back then, but for masturbation they cannot even prove it. In the 1960s, there was a liberal movement alongside the feminist movement and the rejection of traditional values, right? That happened, which meant that it became mainstream. And of course, business around sex toys, lubricants took advantage of that. So for example, advertisement, okay, the sex toy market is $36 billion, the contraception is $28 billion, lubricants is $1 to $2 billion per year. Now of course, if people thought that masturbation served genuinely no purpose and you believed that it wasn't pleasurable and that it was just weird to do and just only weird people do it, No one would be doing it. I mean, of course there will be people that will find it, for example, by accident, out of curiosity. So people would be doing it behind the shadows, of course, right? But think again of how people with weed went from people having psychosis by smoking weed to now using it to be relaxed. Or how antidepressants came to be sold. How people just live their lives. No one had depression, or almost no one basically. And now boom, everyone has depression. Suddenly they didn't have to convince people to masturbate. What they did is they reduced the stigma, which, okay, there's nothing bad with reducing a stigma around something because sometimes having too much shame and guilt around something because of society and not God, because of society, and because of how they see it as taboo because of other human beings can also make people more indulgent in those habits, right? But that's just, I digress, okay? But what they did is they changed the perception. You can search this. I mean, you can ask ChatGPT, you can go and look up on the internet, right? It's common knowledge. They changed the perception around it and they educated people, right? Because that's how it works. I mean, if you educate someone, you change their perception. Now what happens is it's not like they change your perception by giving them something like a new, you know, something that they consume, for example. It's just that they give them information which they can come to their own conclusion. And obviously they make it seem rational so people believe in it, right? So that's how it was. Just like for depression, they gave 50,000 copies so that they could be educated on the signs of depression, which were in fact just signs of, just normal daily life highs and lows, right? So that's associated masturbation with mental health, relaxation, stress relief, self-love, promoting sleep, whatever. And then backed it up with studies to prove the point. And alongside feminism, the rise of feminism in the 1960s made women believe that self-pleasure is a tool that they can use to revolt. Okay, literally, because if they want to revolt against society, against patriarchy, against men, whatever, whatever, uh, parts of feminism is about, right? But I mean, whatever it's about, they will maybe use it and take advantage of that, right? Just like for us, for example, this, this rise of masculinity, right, of being a man, whatever, going back to your roots, going back to tradition. Now obviously there are some people that take advantage of that, and taking advantage is not necessarily a negative thing, it's not a pejorative thing. Taking advantage just means, okay, the trend is going there. Why not say that our product or our services is linked to that? Obviously, I mean, you're not going to make a product or service based on something that no one knows about and that everyone doesn't care about, right? So if Revolt, if they want to revolt and they make the belief that if you masturbate, It's like you revolt against men that don't want you to masturbate, for example, and society and the moral codes and the traditional values. You can finally revolt against that by using that. Now it's like, look, this is free. And once they're doing it, the worst is once you're doing it, it's like in their mind they're like, look, I'm revolting. Obviously, if we look at it objectively from our perspective, it's like, okay, a woman masturbating, how is that linked to revolting against society. I mean, she's doing more harm to herself than anything. I mean, whatever, it's based on perception as you can see, not based on the truth. Now, brands such as Libris, you don't need to look up these brands, it's just me doing deep research, but Libris, Viva La Vulva, and Tinks encourage women to see masturbation as normal and natural. And other brands did the same for men, right? They reduced the stigma, they made them believe that it was part of a normal and healthy self-care routine. If you go look at TV shows where, for example, Friends, which is a very popular Netflix show, or for example, Simpsons, whatever, they usually bring humor with a long-term masturbation, right? They usually bring humor as in like they want to kind of reduce the overall idea that it's something kind of morally wrong and they want to kind of joke about it that way that people take it less seriously and that they can be more open to do it. Because if everyone is kind of having this resistance and they never indulge in it, especially if they never indulge in it, if you never did something like masturbation, if you never did something like drugs and you're like, you know what, I'm not going to do those things. but then someone talks about it and they laugh about it, it makes it seem as if it's not too big of a deal, right? You can take that drug and it's going to be cool. I'm not saying drugs are bad or good, this is a different topic, but it just makes it seem like, oh, okay, so all of these negative things that have been associated with such thing, it's not that bad. I mean, everyone else does it. I mean, this TV show, they talk about it in a funny manner. So that means that it must be something that is not too big of a deal, right? And that maybe can bring some value to it. Because also the flip side, we kind of believe that taboo stuff and stuff that are kind of like, how can I say? Like stuff that are repressed from us, right? Are kind of valuable because it's like, if something is really just like, if something is bad, for example, then that means that thing must have something special about it, which is just perceived value. Because if you ban tomorrow something that other people use and they get addicted to and that they overall need help from, then it's like, yeah, okay, there's maybe all of these costs and negatives, but there must be a lot of value. There must be something special about it if people literally get hooked on this. So that's how people think. So it's just like there's so many mental associations that are false that create kind of like this belief that if I do it, then it's just we associate many false ideas to a single object, whether that be drugs, whether that be porn, whether that be masturbation. Masturbation is not an object, but it's just like you touching your body, just like you get a massage, right? Normalizing it. Okay. Companies such as Modern Dame produce a douche. Educational content that normalize masturbation, or the business collaborates with health professionals and sex educators to promote masturbation as being healthy, emphasizing the benefits of masturbation, which is the authority bias. There's shows and movies such as Sex Education and Broad City where they talk openly and positively about masturbation. And obviously, for example, casual sex is a big one because, you know, casual sex, and it's not to say, oh, it's bad or good. I'm not the one doing the, I'm not the one saying what is bad or good. You have your morals, you follow your morals. And obviously I'm not for casual sex, I'm not for porn, I'm not for masturbation, I'm not for those things. But what I can tell you is they talk openly about casual sex, for example, and casual sex is one that we can see from our own eyes with the feminist ideas and the rise of overall other movements such as LGBTQKRS7, right? You know what I mean, right? I just don't want to say the real name and someone sees this video for some reason and I get whatever, canceled. But you know what I mean? These guys, if there is a rise of this and the rise of it seems so rational and valuable and it's becoming a trend, Obviously, if they can say, for example, casual sex is something that you can do as a woman to show that you're empowered and that you're a boss and that you're revolting against the patriarchy. And I'm not saying feminism is good or feminism is bad. I don't really care. Right. It's just that, look, they use this trend to go forward, right? Just like there's a rise nowadays in religion, right? In Christianity, Islam, Judaism, right? Which it's becoming more popular in that sense, right? We can see the rise with, for example, people like Andrew Tate, whatever. Now the thing is, obviously there's also people that took advantage of that. And again, I'm not saying taking advantage is a bad thing. I'm just saying that, for example, if more people are becoming religious, now people can sell certain products to certain people that are religious in order for them to solve certain problems that religious people have specifically, right? So for example, there's people that sell coaching for married men, Christian men or Muslim men, for example. And I help people, I sell coaching for people of faith, right? And that's the thing, okay? It's just, you see people going that way and you're like, you know what, let me take advantage of that, right? It's not, I'm religious myself, right? So I'm not just taking advantage of it as in just for money, but it's the kind of people I want to work with, right? Religious people most of the time. So that's how it works. Now, when you link, for example, casual sex to Feminism, it's like, look, I mean, if it's a way to empower yourself, then they're going to do it, right? It's not even about biology, it's just about the perceived value, right? Oh, you're going to be able to revolt, you're going to be able to feel empowered, whatever. Okay. And obviously there's businesses behind it. Like the sexual awareness industry is huge. I mean, the contraception industry is huge. So these are products that we don't even know they're being sold to these people. And they just think, no, look, I'm just being a powerful boss babe. But in reality, it's just a business that has been— it's a trend in the business that has been going on and they just profit out of them, right? And a lot of people nowadays experience masturbation before puberty because of education from such shows or environment or social media. Because they, for some reason, have an iPad at 4 years old, whatever, right? And that's what happens, right? That leads to curiosity and over time, associate benefits with masturbation. And also it's being reinforced by the environment that they live in, for example, through school, right? Now, just business, marijuana would have never been sold or considered as addictive if people were not educated on the benefits of marijuana. Antidepressants would have never been sold if people didn't learn to make a false association with daily highs and lows to depression because we didn't— antidepressants don't have any benefits by nature. I mean antidepressants based on meta-analysis. So that means like a broad range of studies, I mean many studies linked together literally are as good from, are as good as a placebo. Meaning if you take a pill with nothing inside of it, they seen that the score in reducing depression with a placebo and antidepressants were literally the same, which is crazy. Marijuana is the same thing, right? But people learn to expect benefits from taking these substances. So with their own mind, they made themselves feel such benefits from indulging in these. It's how it works. It's the mind, man. It's a placebo. Just like they take fake antidepressants that don't contain anything and they feel the benefits. They feel better. They feel like they lowered their depression, right? So think about it. Masturbation does give a physical sensation, just like weed, you know, you smoke it. I mean, there's physical sensations there, right? But masturbation without the mind fantasy becomes empty without any pleasure, right? These men tell you that masturbation provides relaxation. But if you look at the routine of masturbation, you see that you feel relaxation before masturbating because you decide to let go with your own mind. And then, you go in your bed where you can physically relax and then distract your own self and then attribute all of those things you did to your own self to masturbation being so beneficial because of some random sciences that said that apparently it helps you sleep, that it helps you relax, de-stress, and that it gives a huge amount of pleasure and boosts self-esteem and allows you to find your own body. You attach all of those things to masturbation. What masturbation cannot give it to you? The reality is if it could actually give it to you, I mean, you would be getting masturbated by a man and you would feel there was those benefits, right? You would literally, I don't know, you would masturbate and someone will walk up on you and you'll still feel good and be like, I'm doing it to fall asleep. But the reality is you're probably going to be stressed out and you're going to stop. Or even if you could say you're not going to feel as good, right? Because it depends on your own mind, not on the act itself. So if you were to do the same routine and intention with anything else, you'd feel the same, with the same intention, right? My bad for saying tension, right? You'd feel the same relaxation. Imagine that, for example, you have the intention of relaxing and you decide to let go mentally, go on your bed and watch YouTube videos, or instead swap it for a book, or instead swap it for talking on FaceTime with a loved one. You see, it's not the act of masturbation that causes relaxation. It's you deciding to let go. Okay? All right. So tribes, for example, the Aka Ngandu, okay? This tribe is very interesting because this tribe doesn't even know what homosexuality is and what masturbation is. They never got introduced to it. So they don't even know. They didn't have a word to describe it because for them, it's like, what's the purpose? I mean, they live in nature, they live a natural life. Masturbation is not a part of it, even if there's periods of absence. And you can look this up and it just goes to show that without the influence of society that is kind of like a capitalistic society that makes us believe that it's just a biological act and that we need to do because of so many benefits and that if we don't do it, there's going to be so many downsides. then yes, it makes sense that masturbation becomes normal, right? But for them, it's not normal nor natural, nor that they even know what it is because of the fact that they've never been influenced by such ideas, right? And I'll go against desire, right? If you feel hunger, you'll feel it constantly at any time. I mean, yeah, okay, if you're sleeping, then you're not really going to feel, but you're going to have that physical sensation that's going to be there and you're going to feel it, right? Even if you're feeling happy, you can be distracted, but the physical feeling still resides. Now, if you're horny, if you get distracted, you won't feel it anymore because it's purely in the mind, it's cognitive. So the way people relieve those sexual needs is not physically, but mentally. They tell themselves, I masturbated now, I'm good, or think I masturbated 3 times today, now I relieve my sexual needs. They have these thoughts pattern, right? And how real sexual relief happens. Let's say you don't masturbate, you don't have sex, so basically you don't ejaculate. The body, okay, will naturally ejaculate through wet dreams and nightfalls. It would expel unwanted semen, and you'll wake up in the night or in the morning, and you physically feel, you might physically feel the sensation of, you know, the sperm going out, right? And the body doesn't need masturbation, right? You can want masturbation, but it doesn't need it. It's not a survival need, nor is it something that will be forced upon you. If you don't see the point in masturbating, you won't feel compelled to masturbate. It's that simple. I don't feel compelled to masturbate at all, right? Just the idea of me, I can do it, right? I'm not saying that I cannot do it, but the idea of me, and I'm not saying this to shame you and feel like, oh, I'm better. But at one point you'll realize the idea of you stimulating with your own hand your genitals is something that needs to be learned and not something that you just intrinsically know how to, right? Like, yes, you could technically, you know, know, but it's always based on information, right? It's always based on something. Because if you genuinely live in the forest and you're living and like, how can you know to do this movement? For example, how can you know those things? It's going to be either that you're going to have to practice, but then it's like, why would you masturbate in the first place? Because intrinsically there's no benefit. I mean, you get released, but you get released through nut falls, the unwanted semen. And also on top of that, there's a way for the body to reabsorb the semen if it's not ejaculated. So what is the benefit? Because, okay, you can do it, but a lot of people say, oh, because when you were primitive, it was to do it because of mating, whatever reasons they have, right? Because, oh, if you cannot reproduce, then you'd have to wait, whatever. Now, people, first of all, act as if you were just animals back then and that we would just do things purely based on instincts. Yes, of course, there's many things that they did based on instincts. But there's also, you just have a consciousness, you still have a mind, right? We're not monkeys. Okay, that's the thing. But also it's like the body literally have a self-cleansing mechanism. I've went, for example, when I was 17, 18, I was into this NoFap stuff and I went like one year without it back then, right? Now I'm free forever. But back then I went one year before I go back to it. And look, I mean, my semen, like, it was still good. Everyone reports the same thing. It's still good. The sexual relief, you don't even need it if you don't feel like you need it. I mean, if you don't think that you need it, right? And basically, that's what was happening. I mean, I didn't really feel compelled to do it. I didn't feel compelled to masturbate at that time, right? And I only felt like it when I gave myself information around masturbation and the value of it, right? But the point I'm trying to make here is even if let's say you need a release, but the body has a natural way to first of all get a release through night falls if you don't have sex, or second, you'll reabsorb the semen, or third, if you want to be with the opposite sex, the body and overall how you are as a human being you have those internal motivations inside of you to just do anything that you desire to do, right? I'm not saying that you're going to achieve it like this, but you're going to be willing to adapt to any situation and you're going to be able to go through discomfort and you're going to adapt to those things, which is just how the body, I mean, how humans work. And without the fantasy, if masturbation is done without anything whatsoever, it just ends up being mere physical touches that doesn't even feel pleasurable. And even the orgasm, it's not an orgasm, but simply an ends up in ejaculation if you don't do it without the fantasy. I mean, if you do it without the fantasy, right? Just imagine that it's a man doing it to you. Would you feel any form of pleasure from masturbation or from the orgasm? No, because you would decide to not fantasize anything differently. And okay, so objective against subjective. The idea that masturbation serves a purpose because animals do it, it's completely false. I mean, some animals kill each other yet, and we don't even feel like it, right? There's some animals that do have, for example, wet dreams, but a lot of them don't. They don't have that way to just expel the semen, right? And they don't reabsorb the semen, right? And some animals have some very different kind of mechanism, like how their body are made of is so different from human beings that we cannot compare ourselves to animals. Okay? Except if we, animals kill each other, for example, but except we don't do it because we don't really reason to. Yeah, back then we used to, but now we don't. We don't even feel like killing someone most of the time, right? Or for example, they kill their own kid. For example, some animals do if they reason that, if they reason, I mean, if based on instincts they think, oh no, I mean, I need to kill my baby because he's not going to be able to survive, whatever, or eat them, right? There's a spider that literally eats the male. Once the male fertilize. Does that mean that humans now start doing that? No, we're not animals in that sense that we are living on instincts and that we're going to do whatever animals, we're going to feel compelled to do whatever animals feel compelled to do. Instead, we have a consciousness, we have a level of consciousness. I mean, look, you can think of building a business for years, right? For 10, 20 years. You think animals can think of starting a business and start selling leaves? Like, you think gorillas are going to start selling leaves and then start a currency and then start build a building and then do all of those things? No, they just live on instincts, right? Animals are attracted to food that matches what they need to be healthy and survive. Yet us, we can eat junk food compulsively and socially get disease, overweight, and even die in some cases. Animals live in nature. We can live in a cubicle the whole day. That's the thing. Animals can too, right? I'm not saying they cannot, but they would rather go outside. They feel compelled to go outside. There's so many things that are different. Then we say, oh no, but look, animals and humans are the same. That's why we masturbate, because animals masturbate as well. Because a dolphin masturbates. Now, does that mean that you can live under the water and do the same things as a dolphin? Does that mean sometimes animals eat their own poop? Right? Does that mean you're going to do it? For example, liver is literally one of the most nutritious food for animals and for human beings especially. I mean, for example, if you look at a lion, when it kills a zebra, it goes straight for the organs, especially the liver. Tribes eat the liver and the rest of the organs because they know that it's the most nutritious. Yet in this society, even if liver is in front of us, we feel disgusted by it and we don't even want to eat it once. We don't even want to eat healthy at all. We just want to eat junk food. And other people, it's the opposite. They really want to eat liver. They really want to eat healthy based on their reasoning, based on the information, based on their knowledge, based on their beliefs, based on their perception, not based on instincts. We don't live in instincts, okay? You think, like I said, you think a gorilla would just gather other girls and form a religion with texts or see a future with a city just for them? Yeah, you maybe saw it in movie, but in real life it doesn't happen. Humans are able to see the future. They're able to work on a business for years without seeing results, feeling pain, struggling, yet continue to do so because they see value in future. We are capable of masturbation, right? We have the hardware. I mean, physically we can, but it doesn't mean that we are forced to do so. Except if we see value. And it's not that we're forced if we see value, it's just that we might want to do it, right? But no human is born wanting to masturbate, right? A lot of people masturbate before puberty nowadays. Is that because it's biological? I mean, they can't even ejaculate, for example, right? Animals do. Animals eat their own fleas. They love to eat organs. They kill each other. They can be almost sexual sometimes. Some animals eat the male after reproducing with them, right? For example, the spider. Some can change their own gender. Some fishes, right? You can look this up. And you're telling me that we have the same instincts like every animal? Not every animal masturbates, only a select few. Some of those don't even have wet dreams, but we do. Okay? And it's just a skill. Okay? If you start driving a car, would it be a bit harder for you to drive it if it's your first time? Of course, because I mean, it's been 4 years that you haven't been that you've been driving it almost every day. Would it now be easier to go and drive that car every single time? Of course. But you wouldn't say that you feel irresistible urge to drive a car, right? Okay, you reason to drive it. Masturbation, indulging in fantasy is a skill you mastered over time by repeating it for years. At first it was probably a bit hard and weird and shocking. That's how I felt to me. It was like, how does this work? Why am I doing this? I saw it in porn. So that's how it came about, right? But with time, you adapted to it, you got educated on it, and you practice. Yet you only masturbate when you reason you should. For example, you do it when you feel stressed because you think it'll help you relieve stress. You don't even want to do it. When you feel so good, when you don't think about it, you're not forced beyond your will because if that was the case, then every single person on earth would be masturbating. And when you stop engaging in this habit, brain reduces the strength of these neural connections. It's like if you don't drive a car for 10 years, it might again feel weird at first and a bit harder for you to drive. And what is crazy is like, okay, a lot of men masturbate because it's very popular in the sense that in the media and it's not really taboo. It seems like natural, seems like an healthy thing. Right now, women, the statistics on women is way lower. right? Even though they're still human beings and there's still other women that masturbate, but it's way lower. I think it's at like 60 or 70%, I'm not quite sure. So how is it that it's different? And this is a Western world, right? Not in a really religious or really society that really doesn't see as much value masturbating, for example, as the Western world does, right? Just analyze when you feel like masturbating, what do you think masturbation would give you in that moment? Be aware of that, okay? And analyze without using emotions, without using shame and guilt or cost. Generally, just look at what you want to get out of it. You'd see that it's just not a biological force pulling you towards it. It's just things based on your perception and your beliefs that makes you quote unquote want it, right? Just reflect on it. In the next video, we're gonna talk about the sexual tension buildup myth, okay?
