This Video Alone Will Make You QUIT P*RN (no bs)

A coach argues quitting porn depends on changing how you see things, not willpower. He walks through three tactics: suppressing desire, redirecting it, and reinterpreting it. His student Liwu stopped by shifting his perception of women.

This is not a hype video. It's not about forcing yourself to stop. This is about something deeper, a shift. The real reason you're stuck is not because of willpower. It's the illusion your mind believes. And once you see the truth, quitting becomes effortless. I've now coached hundreds of men on quitting porn, masturbation, and lust for good. And it's always the same story. They were stuck for years. They tried quitting not just a few times, but hundreds of times. They did the willpower, They tried to keep themselves busy. They made the promise to God over and over again that they will stop forever, and nothing lasted. But the day that they understood what I'm about to talk in this video, everything changed for them. They went from believing that it's going to take years for them to quit this struggle once and for all to actually becoming free within a very quick timeframe. Now, here's how it works. As a human being, you don't just live on instincts, and you probably know that already, but you have a cognitive layer on top of those instincts. Let me explain. Your cognitive can basically be described as your mind or your consciousness. You know, when an animal is in the mating season, based on his instincts, he's going to quote-unquote be forced to go and reproduce with the opposite gender. Now for us, we can be in a situation where there is many opportunities to reproduce, yet we can choose and we can even feel like we don't even want to go and reproduce in that extent. That's the beauty of being human, okay? And so we don't make choices based on the instincts, not based on our biology, not based on our innate desires, but based on our own choice, our own free will. And at the base of everything is your perception, okay? Now the reason why your perception is so important is because your perception will influence the beliefs that you have. Now the beliefs that you have will influence the opinions that you're going to have. Now the opinions that you're going to have will influence the decisions that you're going to take. Now the decisions you're going to take will influence the actions you're going to take. And then the actions you're going to take will influence the results, meaning your entire life to that point. And so if we go to the root of all of this, We have our perception. And in this video, I'm going to change your perception about porn, masturbation, and lust once and for all. Now the first thing is porn will never replace real intimacy, real love, real affection, real validation, a real relationship. It can't. When you're watching porn, you're not having sex. You're not reproducing. You're not getting any feelings of intimacy, love, affection. Instead, all that is happening is you are fantasizing over a video. You're using all of your mental energy to think as if you're having sex, and then you're using the video in front of you in order to create or fuel certain fantasies. And so the question I'm going to ask you, which I want you to reflect upon, is if I watch a video and I actively fantasize about that food that I see in the video because I'm angry, will it even satisfy 1% of my anger? The answer, as you probably know, is no, it cannot satisfy even 0.1%. You know what is actually going on? When you finish that session, you're not feeling such a relief. It's not because of a physical release that you're having that suddenly you feel satisfied. It's none of that. What is truly happening is you're first wasting a lot of mental energy fantasizing. and you are physically making your genitals tired. And on top of that, mentally, you feel probably a lot of shame and guilt that consumes you within the next few hours or even within the next few days, to the point where you don't even care about other things. And one of those things can be that innate desire to be with a real woman. The problem that we have is we've been fed over the years of consuming pornography. That apparently it can be a substitute for a real relationship. When you see the advertisements that they use on these platforms, when you watch those videos, you'll see that a very common message that they use within their advertisements is, oh, you're lonely? Well, there is a woman that can be with you. Oh, there's someone near you that wants to engage in intercourse. Or they'll make relatable scenarios to your day-to-day life and constantly push this message, which is pushed indirectly to you, which is you can attain euphoria by watching these videos. And on top of that, it can replace that real human desire for real intimacy, real love, real validation, a real experience for a real relationship. And the worst part about all of this is we've been believing this message that, oh, if I get to day 45 of not jerking off, I'm gonna feel the need to go and jerk off and watch porn again. As if watching porn and masturbating is going to solve that desire that you have within you. All it's doing is distracting with so much shame, guilt, and it makes you mentally tired. The saddest thing I see nowadays is people that believe in this life for so many years that they're now in their 30s and 40s and plan many years beforehand to be married by that time, and they are not even close to not only be married, but to achieve their goals in their lives because they wasted so much time being distracted and now they cannot get it back. So they feel even more regrets which they then distract themselves from using porn again. Don't fall for this trap. Now, the second thing, since we have that cognitive layer, as I mentioned before, that cognitive layer allows us to use our innate desire for a real woman however we want. What do I mean by that? We have the ability to literally suppress that innate desire if you want to at any given moment. We have the ability to redirect it, and we have the ability to interpret it. So let's go over that. First, suppress it. For example, if you are at a family gathering and then suddenly you just feel like you want to be with the opposite sex, right? And you want to maybe engage in intercourse or just fall in love, whatever. You have the ability to say, you know what, I don't want to feel this. I don't even want to think about this right now because it is not appropriate for me to do so. You see, you can reason and control that however you want. Now, this doesn't mean that it's going to necessarily require discipline or willpower, but this is purely based on the decisions that you make that are based on on your beliefs and perceptions. That's the important thing. Now, the other thing that you can do is redirect it, okay? Now, you have that innate desire. Well, I'm not talking about sexual energy or any of these wishy-washy concepts. Talk about a real innate human desire that we feel at puberty, that we're born with, basically. So that innate desire, let's say that you feel like you want to be married, right? You can say, you know what, my perception is that in order for me to attract a woman that I can be married to, I need to work on my finances, I need to work on my physique, I need to work on my leadership. I need to work on my knowledge. So let me go and do that so that I can then attract a woman I can be married to. You're redirecting that innate desire based on what you believe will help you attract that woman. Maybe you'll redirect it into, let me take some actions right now so I can be married as soon as possible. So maybe you'll go and ask people in your network who would like to be married if that's your goal. Or maybe you'll ask your family if they know anyone that would be a perfect fit for you. But again, this is based on what you believe will be best to do, not based on dopamine, not based on biology as if you were an animal. No, based on your beliefs and perceptions. And now the other thing is you can interpret that differently. So for example, I can think that my innate desire for women is a desire for me to go and work as hard as possible on every aspect of my life so that I can be the man that will attract the best woman for marriage. Or you might see another guy who's going to be like, oh, I want to be with the opposite sex. I feel innate desire that I have within. So I need to go to the nightclub tonight. I need to go and text as many women as possible that I know of. I need to go and hook up with some of those women. I need to go and pay prostitutes. You see, your ability to interpret that desire is completely up to you. You have full control over that, and you can choose to do whatever you think is best based on what you believe and your perception. Now, the other tip I'm going to give you, which is a powerful one, which helped, for example, my student Liwu, I did student interview with recently to move on from lust specifically. So I gave him this analogy in one of our videos inside of one of our courses in our mentorship. And this is coming from a lot of people can't get their eyes away from the woman's body, they constantly lust over. And so a lot of people believe that's simply because of our biology, we're going to be attracted to women who have larger physical features as they will be more ha, right? But once I did my research, I realized this was completely false. You see, in cultures such as the Asian culture, for example, they had the opposite when it came to the preference for the female body. Like, for example, North America, we like more the women with larger parts of their bodies, whilst in Asia, for example, in Japan more specifically, skinnier women would be deemed as more attractive. And then I looked at different tribes all around the world, and for them, the reaction when it came to seeing even a naked woman with larger physical features was that they simply believe, oh, it's a natural difference within the female body, and it might be a sign of fertility. They didn't think, oh my God, this must be so nice and indulgent. And many of these tribes don't even lust over these naked bodies. You can do your own research. So I give them an example of an ice cream. When we see an ice cream, right, is it the physical shapes of an ice cream that makes us want to eat it, right? Is it the color of the ice cream? Is it the size of that? Or is it more what you think that ice cream is going to give you when it comes to the experience, when it comes to the pleasure, your fantasy, how you visualize yourself eating the ice cream? Now let's tie it back to women. Is it really just the woman's body part that has a bit more fat on the corners and that has a specific color because of how slim she is that makes us lust over it? Or is it what we think we're going to do with that woman, aka again, that fantasy, that visualization? And that's when you need to go and ask yourself, what is special to you about that woman? And you need to go in depth into the meaning that it has for you. Because I'll give you my personal example. For me, women back then used to be so special, and the reason is Throughout my whole life, I used to believe that I would never ever be worthy of attracting a woman for marriage and that I would basically die alone. And I actually, at one point in my life, strongly believed that. I also became that kid in high school that felt so ugly, so unattractive. My classmates, some of them would even say that I would be unattractive, that it just reinforced that belief even more. And so I had all of these insecurities. And so whenever there was, let's say for example, I had to do schoolwork and they were teaming up random people in the class together, and for some reason 75% of the time they would pair me up with another woman from my class, I would get so stressed out. I always played those scenarios in my mind where she would just reject me and not even try to look at me and just go away from me, and then everyone would see it and they would just make fun of me. And I was also a kid that was being bullied, insulted, laughed at throughout all of those 6 years. So for me, the meaning that a female's body had was a lot because I believe, based on all of these life experiences, that if only I were to have a woman in my life, right, let's say that I was married to, I would finally be worthy. I would finally be confident. I would finally be valuable to those people that were laughing at me because I was a loser. I would finally be able to prove to myself and to them that I am not loser, shy, weak kid like I used to. And so you see, that's the reason why I would basically lust. And so once I became aware of that, everything changed. And now I don't even lust. I don't even look at women lustfully. I lower my gaze and also got closer than ever to God just because of that. So guys, implement those 3 tips and you'll see how effortless it is truly to quit porn, masturbation, and lust once and for all.
