Yo yo yo, it's Sam. Hope y'all having a great day. So today I want to talk about video games. Uh, video games is something like a lot of people play nowadays. Uh, I think that video games can be a good thing and it could be a bad thing as well. But I want to say that video games can be like very bad, like it did for me, because when I was, say, let's say I was kind of addicted to video games And the bad thing was that I was playing every day, like the dopamine was too high, so I was just addicted. It's like the only way I could be happy. And I want to say that you're not supposed to also be mad while you're playing video games because you're not just supposed to play video games where you're supposed to have fun and be mad. That's not That's how it works. Even if you're playing like competitive, you're not supposed to be mad. Like, you being mad is not going to change anything, anything. And a lot of people, like, I see their rage, like, they rage on their family and everything because they lost. Like, that's, that's, that's too much. Like, you gotta, you gotta self-reflect. And think about like, why, why are you mad about this? Because video games isn't— you're not supposed to be mad of it. It's like sports, you're not supposed to be mad. Because remember that being mad is, is useless. Like, just think about it. Is being mad gonna bring you like more, more things, more things into your life? Or is it like gonna affect you? And I don't think it can bring any positive thing. I don't think you can bring positive thing by being negative. So, um, also I want to say that video games, you're not supposed to, um, get played by the video game, but you're supposed to play the video game. So that means, like, for example, if you're playing the video game and you're just, um, let's say you, you want to play 1 hour But then when an hour passes by and you're like, oh, I want to play like 2 hours. So, but that's, that's a bad thing because you're letting the video game consume you. It's like social media. It's like people just scrolling, scrolling and scrolling. You gotta understand that the dopamine on video games is very, very, very high. Like when I was playing video games, It's like, I used to be addicted, I can't lie. But I think that y'all need breaks just to realize like there's so much more to life. Because when I was playing video games, you know, like all the dopamine is so high and everything. Like when I was going on vacation, I was just like, I can't wait to go back to play video games. And that's, that's a very bad thing because when you're, when you just waiting for something to make you happy. That's not, that's not how life works. You gotta be happy. You can't wait for something to happen until, um, to be happy. Because when you're happy, like, in the present moment, that's how you bring more happiness into your life and positivity. So video games, like, I'm not saying no one should play video games. If you're having fun, if you're not playing too much, it's a great thing. You can like just relax and everything. But if like you procrastinate because of video games, that's a bad thing too. Because if you just procrastinate because video games is too fun and you don't want to do your business, I mean, that's— you're gonna see what's the bad thing about it. So yeah, that's all for the vid. Hope y'all liked it. Uh, comment, share, subscribe, and like, and I'll be back with another video.
