Garrett and Danielle White talk about how regular vacations, especially to Cancun, helped them rebuild their sex life after years of work stress and distance eroded their intimacy. They explain how busy schedules and unmet needs turn into apathy, and why creating dedicated time together actually works.

Hello, my friends, your boy, Garrett J. White, the founder of Wake Up Warrior, and I am here with the founder of DKW styling, Danielle K. White. We are in Cancun, Mexico. And so for the first time, we are coming to you here in the date your wife podcast. Not from our studio. We're actually coming to you from a. Well, I'll let my wife describe where we're coming from. Where are we coming from? Today?
We are actually sitting on a. I don't know what this is. A bridge. And looking down at some.
A pier.
A pier.
A small pier.
And we're looking down at crystal clear water and doing tricks and having fun.
Doing tricks.
That should be the title of our show. Well, today's topic is. I'll let Gary introduce it because it is his favorite sex.
And I like your topic title, which is Doing tricks and having fun.
Yeah, I think you can't take the fun. You can't have force fun, but you.
Can'T take the fun out of sex. And in order to have fun, you must have tricks. Is this what you're saying?
You were like, you can't take the force out of the way fun?
Oh, I was doing it. I was doing a daily. I was doing a Warrior on fire podcast with Brotherhood earlier today, and I was saying you can't force. You can't force fun or you can't force the function or you lose the fun. That's what I'm saying. You can't force the function or you will lose the fun. It will completely apply in sex. So give us a little rundown because we're here in Cancun, Mexico. Where are we at? What. What's the resort that we are at?
Say it again, Nizuk.
And what are your thoughts about this? Give them. Give them a rundown on the Cancun adventure because part of the game of being married is taking trips. Give them Cancun trip advisory game here on your part. We've stayed at three places here.
I think the Cancun is kind of fun for us because it was actually one of our first bigger trips. We took only about three, four years ago. And for us, like, we, I mean, we just didn't have a lot of money or time to travel. And so it was probably about four years ago and we took our first trip to Cancun, and it just like, ever since then, it just, like, seems so much fun. And Garrett speaks Spanish. I do not. I know a few dirty words, but apparently those are not appropriate. And anyways, but so it's important like, we come back, we usually just do like a weekend getaway or like a long weekend getaway. And even though we've been here before and it's just Cancun, it's. It's about having fun, reconnecting and not, not. Not forcing the fun, but just like unplugging and hanging out. So that's why I think we like coming here is because it was like one of our first trips we took together where we. Where we finally just committed to. To make the time and create the space and the money and just make it happen.
So we actually, we came to the first resort that we came to here in Canc. Was a resort in a development known as Mayakoba. And we came to a place called Banyan Tree. And this was. This was life altogether. This is actually a great sexual revolution for us during that trip. Would you agree?
Yeah, I think, I think I. Yeah.
Do you remember this trip sexually? Because that's the topic for today. Today is sexual. I don't remember sexuality. It's sex today. Because we talked about communication last week.
But wait, we had taken trips together as a family with our kids. But like, when you have two little K, like, it gets. Sex gets a little rough, especially on vacation, because even if you're in a.
Suite, rough in the sense it doesn't happen. Not rough in the sense that it's happening. Rough.
Yeah. Yeah, it's interesting. And so we got in this like, awkward space where even when we would vacation, just the two of us, we'd gotten bad patterns and behaviors and only traveled with the kids. And it just, it seemed forced and it seemed awkward. And so for us, taking that first trip to Cancun was like us committing, like, all right, so it's just you and I, and we need to get over these awkward feelings and we need to reconnect and spice things up. And it. And I just, I. I remember like.
Going, remember the Cancun trip?
Yeah. And I remember even. I remember.
Nope, keep going. We're good.
I remember even thinking, like, I know this sounds weird, but like, one of our goals was like, okay, we're gonna have sex every night at least. Because we'd go on trips and it was like, we'd go on like a week long vacation. We'd have sex like once or twice, and we're together all the time. And I think, I think that crazy.
Why do you think that was happening, like, in, in our vacation?
I just think, like I said, we gotten patterns and behaviors, but honestly, if you have little kids and I Don, if you have, like, two separate rooms or a suite, it's like, there's not enough space and you're not in your regular routine that it's like you. It's just difficult.
It was difficult. I'm not going to disagree with you. It was very difficult. And it was difficult for us to. To have, like, the space inside of vacation, to create it when we had gone to war. Like, one of the reasons why we didn't. I'm going to speak for myself. One of the reasons why I did not like going on vacation was not because I didn't enjoy going to the place we were going to, and it wasn't because I didn't enjoy spending time with my wife. Yeah, there were two things. It was routine, but there was also a bigger thing. And the bigger thing was this. I didn't. I didn't want. Here say this because you're saying, okay.
So I. I feel like you didn't want to go on vacation, A, because it's hard for you to take time away from work, and B, you didn't want to, like, face the awkwardness.
And so I think the awkwardness of.
Of, like, having to be present. And I just think there was a lot of, like, awkward pressure.
Maybe it was awkward pressure because I was like, oh, you know what is crazy, though, because I. I was on vacation. Like, for example, right now we've been in, and we got here Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, and it's Sunday, and we're going to leave tonight. And so we had three nights and four days together. And inside of that, like, when you are a man, part of what ends up happening to you is you. You look at your wife in a beautiful bikini all day long. Like, I'm looking at you right this exact minute. And it's not like I'm thinking to myself, man, this is an amazing mother of my children. I'm thinking, I want to fuck. I'm thinking, I want to have sex. I'm thinking I want to connect. Like, these are thoughts that are happening for me on vacation. But it was a very awkward conversation for. To even introduce on vacation. So I didn't even know how to do it. So I kind of screwed up a lot of vacations. Would you agree with this?
Yeah, I just feel like there was that awkward. There was that awkward tension, and then it, like, almost repelled me in a way, and I was like, here's this powerful guy. And yet, why does this seem so forced and so awkward?
And it was constantly this game. So for a decade we didn't go on vacation very often. When we did go on vacation, it was a shit show. Like, I was upset, angry. I would either work or study.
And then I was like, we get.
We get in fights all the time. Like, I'd get in fights with Danielle about sex. We get in fights.
What is our main, like, topic of this show? Because I know we discussed it before.
We're building to that right now. We're building to the topic of today's show. Right. We have another 20 minutes or so to be able to outline this entire topic. So we're sitting in her Cancun, and we've had great sex this trip. Would you agree? We've had great sex this trip.
Yeah. It's like having date night every night.
And is there any weird energy?
Only when I'm drinking too much.
Yeah. Well, that was last night. Last night you had a little too much to drink. And then what end up. What ended up happening?
Oh, man. I just. It's. I. Yeah. I mean, no, nothing. What ends up happening? I put. I always push myself to that place where I'm like, oh, one too many. And then I got either. We just watched a movie, and then I. Yeah, passed out. It was good.
You passed out. And the, you know, thing is crazy is, like, in the past, like, I would be super upset about this, right? I would be super upset about the fact that we kind of sick. That's not me. Like, Danielle, like, does. That's not my game. Mostly because I love waking up early and getting after it. So Danielle and I, though, were, like, sitting there last night. I'll give you an example. Perfect example. Last night, Danielle is, like, obviously not in a position to want to have sex. Could I have pushed the issue last night? Ask me. Could I push it?
I was thinking, I'm like, it's gonna be ugly, but, I mean, I'll put one in for the team.
And I could have pushed for it last night, Right?
I think you. You know me so well, though. You know when you're, like, up one. And so I think you were like, I'm just gonna let her. I'm just gonna let her chill. And that's what I did. I had some Gatorade and watched a movie and started to feel better. And actually, I was surprised. I wasn't hungover this morning. I felt fine.
And inside of that, one of the key pieces that I learned. I'm gonna put this principle out there for guys, which was, you've got to pick your battles. So did I want to have sex? Last night? Yes, I did. Did we have sex last night? No, we did not. Will we have sex today before we get on the plane? Yes, we will. I'm just putting it out there. I'm being positive.
But we got to get on to. I felt like we had a really powerful conversation.
We did. We're setting the frame right now. Don't pretend like this is not valuable. This is the valuable conversation dialogue before the principle. And the point of today's lesson, okay? So my point being, for me, is I have to, like. You've got to pick your battles. And for me, I had. Last night was just situational. Okay? We're on vacation. We had a great day. We had an amazing time. We had tons of fun. My wife went and did some stuff during the day that she didn't want to do, which was watch me do flyboards and some other things. And then we came back, and we had a great night, and I was like, dude, listen, I'm totally satisfied sexually, so I'm okay with just, like, being like, okay, no problem. We're gonna chill out. But, you know, what was the challenge, Danielle was like, when I was not in that place, when it'd be like, five days, six, or we'd be on vacation, it'd be like, day number four, and we still hadn't sex. Day number five, and we still hadn't sex. And I'm sitting here going, dude, I can't fucking do this anymore. So I think part of this was.
My ability to important to have trips, I think, just as a couple, like, that you can have family trips and that kind of thing, but we try to, like, sneak away and just have, like, little weekend getaways, too. And I think that that's. It's, like, filling up your bucket, I guess you could say, like, you. You feel like if you have, like, a crazy work week or a crazy work month or whatever, like, having that time and space to reconnect, even if it's only a quick trip to Cancun or wherever, it's. It can, like, refuel your relationship. And it's when that doesn't happen that things get. It's. It's scary when the awkwardness goes away. Like, I bet, like, I would say there's this place where, like, in the.
Wrong direction, though, where the awkwardness goes to apathy.
Yeah. And it's like, that's when you. I feel like, you know, you're in trouble when you're both kind of still aware of what's going on and you.
Don'T give A shit.
But yeah, you can. You can cross. No, you can cross into that place where you just. You're like, I can hang out with you, and I don't care if we have sex anymore. And I feel like that's a more scary place too, because that gets you to be like, why are we in this relationship? You know?
Exactly. This becomes the. The doorway to apathy, which is like, why? Like, why? Like, you can hear couples. Like, we'll sit and talk with talk couples, and I'll talk with individuals, and.
Particularly men having a good vacation, but they're not having sex and they don't care. And then you're like, you're. You're just like, well, why? I don't know. It's just interesting. It's like an interesting space to be in, I would say.
There are guys we know inside of Warrior who go on vacations with their wife, and they will travel the entire vacation, like, five, six, seven days, and not have sex the entire vacation. And it's just those two, like, they.
Fun and they maybe respect their wife. But does that mean, like, they don't. They don't care? Because, guys, I feel like you need that connection. So where does that go to later? That's my only question. Like, they can say, no, I have respect for my wife. I still want to be married to her. We didn't have sex. It's not a big deal. But where does that. Men need sex. So, like, where does that trickle over later in the relationship is where the problem is.
I believe there's only two choices from that place. One, a guy completely shuts down, which is possible. There are guys who completely shut down sexually and who have literally cut their own sex drive off, shut it down, and locked it away. They don't. Like, literally. But the part that the women don't understand is that lack of sexual energy affects everything. Productivity and business. It affects the parenting side. As a father, men will just become sedated dogs. Like, dogs in the sense of they're just sedated animals who just survive and they're okay with it, which I think is a worse place to be as a man and a worse place for a woman to have your husband in a place where he's not asking anymore. I mean, I got to that point with you where I just stopped fucking asking because I was so tired of being rejected.
Where do you fulfill the significant, like, significance, you know what I mean, as a man?
And again, path number one is to be completely sedated and cut down. And you just. You don't you just become slowly and slowly this constricted, pitiful man, which. I was heading that path. But there. No, there's one. No, that's one path. Like, take, for example, we were raised in Mormon culture. You take their. A lot of Mormon men who are not going to cheat.
Yeah, that's true.
They're just not. They're not going to cheat, but they're going to put on weight and. Or they're not going to put on weight. There's a reason why there's more MMA gyms per capita in the state of Utah than there are anywhere else. Because guys are sexually frustrated as and they're trying to find a way out. So they go beat the out of each other and come home and try to pretend like this gorgeous Barbie doll princess wife they have in an ice block.
Ultraman. I would be like, hey, let's go out. And you'd be like, I gotta get in my 19, I gotta get in my 19 miles. I'm like, for what? Are you gonna be a professional triathlon guy? Well, no, I'm like, It just. It started to like, too much sacrifice on our relationship. But it. I think in a way it was like what you were pouring your energy into at the time.
Do you know why I was pouring my energy into it?
Because we were awkward. We were in an awkward phase leading into the I don't really care phase.
Which was like, I mean, I was begging for hand jobs back then and you were like slightly providing and we were in very painful, turned off.
Like, when it gets to that point, you're like, yeah, because you, like I said, you see a powerful man. And what, like, ultimately I was attracted to you is you being that powerful guy, being able, Able to provide. And so it was like. And I played a role also. But it was like in this space where you seemed like, not like, not like the man, I guess you could say I. I was not attracted to you at the same level. And so you can. So you can just see how that's like a slippery slide or slope on both views, both male and female perspective.
And it was happening for me. I was sliding down this path. It was a very confusing path. It was a very frustrating path. I didn't. I didn't know how to get out of it. Like, I didn't know how to snap the game. Like, now going on vacation is like this exciting thing for me.
Here's what I wanted to touch base with on today's show, because I am a big believer that in life, if you don't figure out things the first time around. You just keep repeating until you get that message. And it goes in business, it goes in marriage, it goes in life. And so you. We'll see people who maybe aspire to have, like, reconnect, like we have done in the last few years, and they're like, well, how'd you do it? Like, and you'll see powerful men who want that. That spark back. But the problem is, is, like, I don't. And I see it. And I see it. I saw it with us. It's like you pour all that energy into work, and then there's not that connection piece with us. And I feel like if you want a good relationship, a good marriage, you have to take time and work on it. Like, if you want a good business, you have to work on it. So I think it gets to this place where a people are like, gosh, it seems like so much work to rekindle what we had. That would be almost easier to start with somebody new, with a new spark, and then go from there. But if you didn't figure it out the first time around, you're just gonna repeat. And so that's. I don't know.
Why do you think that is? Why do you think it, like, Because a lot of the answers become. A lot of the answers become divorce, which is. Which was where my mind was going. Your mind was going. Was your mind going there? I mean, your mind was going there for sure to, like, I need another solution. Correct.
I never really thought of divorce. Like, I felt like I am the type of person, like, if I commit, I'll fight through it. But it was at this point where I just felt so alone, and I felt. I just. I just was like, why. Why am I allowing myself to feel this way? And. And there was times that I was like, I'm. Like, it doesn't matter how much I'm committed if I'm not willing to do the work. So you can say, you're committed. Oh, I'm committed. I can't get forced. I'm just. I'm just a committed person. Well, why keep yourself in that painful place if you're not willing to do the work, to follow up with the commitment that you already put into place?
So we started making shifts inside of ourselves, both of us individually. And it was not an easy process at all. But one of the things I can't speak to is that this process of being willing to submit to the journey of sexual rebirth as a couple is completely worth it, because there's this peace beyond the peace. So if you're a guy and you're listening to this and you're thinking, thinking, listen, you know what, dude? I am not getting laid. I have been married to this woman for five years, 10 years. We had a baby, we had two babies. We're not having sex. It's awkward as shit. I don't get blowjobs. We don't have sex. Like, we don't connect. My wife doesn't even want me to touch her. Some of you guys are married to women, don't even want her to touch them. And I get it because I was there. I was there with Danielle. She wouldn't even, like, if I tried to approach her at all, even touch her, kiss her at any way, shape or form, she would reject me. And why did you get to that place? Like, why did you get to a place where, like, even when I to reconnect, you were still rejecting the shit out of me?
I think that I felt like my needs were not being met. So it's like for a woman's perspective, like, what I was always attracted to in the very beginning, even we were dating at a young age. I was like, this guy has a lot of drive. He's gonna be successful whatever he does. And that's what I was attracted to, was your drive. And so when I got to this, I got to this place where you were working, working, working, working, working, which is ultimately what I was attracted to, but at the same being met with my needs were not being met with time. And I think in the beginning, when you're courting somebody, when you're dating somebody, even if you're that guy that's got a lot of ambition, hard working whatnot. And I think that you still take time to court or date or put in that time and attention. And something happens when you get married that you just get all serious and you put that aside and all of a sudden you're just work and no play and no dating and you're just. And then as a guy, how I was experiencing is you were working your ass off and then you were coming home and just wanting to get laid. And I was like, we gone on a date. I feel like if anything, I'm coming in and supporting you in your events. I mean, this was back in the mortgage days. And I just to be like, desperate for time, I'd come and like, sit and watch you speak, and then. And then I'd sit and watch you speak, and then I'd watch a bunch of other fans and women and men Come up and talk to you. I sat on the wayside, and I was like, what the fuck? Let's get out of here. And so it was just this, like, balance of. I was like, I'm trying to be here and for. To get my own time in with you, but it's not being received because you're getting validation from all these other people. When you were, like, speaking in the beginning, your career, you know, and you started to get on bigger stages and things like that. And so it was like you were working, which I found attractive, but at the same time, I was feeling like my needs are not being met on the other side. And so I just kind of was like, well, fuck it. I became resentful of your work. I didn't want to go to your events. I didn't give a shit if you were speaking. I didn't care anymore. And as much as I wanted to be the supportive wife, I was losing that. That ability to want to support because I just felt you didn't want to be with me. And it was just because you were getting so much. I felt like you were getting more significance from other people that you were working with. And so that was a hard place to be in. And I think that's ultimately what I was attracted to. Slowly, the courting and the dating and the having fun together started to slowly go down. And that's when it. That's when I was, like, in this painful place where I'm like, well, why am I here? You know? And I don't. I mean, both of us had to surrender, and both of us had to put in the work. And I don't know, really. I think it got to this place where you wanted more, and I was like. I felt like I had been in this space for the last, like, three, four years where my needs were being met. So I was like, screw you. You've tarnished my trust. Why would I cross the line? You know?
So anyway, what added to that? I mean, I got to a point where not only was I working a ton, but then I was working a ton, and then we weren't making any money.
Yeah.
And so I was transitioning the game. So then I. The money seemed to be the only thing that was kind of. Because even before that, like, we would still. We weren't having sex a lot, but we were having sex at least, like, once every week to 10. And it was like, still. It wasn't very good. And it was like, okay. But nonetheless, we were still having it. But then when the money disappeared, when the money disappeared in 2008. Plus, I was still, like, in that same mode. Like, you completely, like, the bottom just dropped out. You're like, okay, now not only are you not showing up with time, but now you're not even showing up with money or.
So I wasn't feeling.
So now you were feeling what?
Well, I felt like I wasn't being provided for, plus I wasn't getting the time, plus I was going to work and providing. I was like, what the fuck am I in this for? And I had to ask myself the of, like, do I want to still be married? And it just. It just really put me in a. A different pair of shoes. And I just decided that I wasn't. I went through a couple years where I was like, I don't know that I want to quit, but I. And I think it's because I was scared, but I don't know if I want to continue to stay married. And so I just decided to focus on me. I just started focusing on my business. I started trying to just grow as a person. And then in that space, I think that you started to work on yourself. And then we both. It was like we were getting our mojo back. I don't know what you want to call it, but we were both just in this powerful space where we were like, we're together because we're choosing, not because we're comfortable. Like, we're in it together because we want to put in the work with one another, not because we have to put in the work together. And I think that. That for a lot of people in relationships, that's probably a really hard place for two people to do that at the same time. And I think that that's where relationships fail and is that one goes the other way, the other one goes the other way. And you have to be willing to put in the work and do it at the same time. And then, I don't know, that's just kind of like our story.
So there's. There's a whole foundation of this when it comes to the topic of sex, which is a very interesting one, is that. Because the key I've come back to on this over and over again is the fact that we. When there is not trust. I mean, two people can have sex and there's not trust. Like, there's just like, we want to fuck. That's it. Like, I can go. You. You two, you know, vagina meets penis, penis, vagina, breast meets chest. And off you go. Like the end, you fuck and you have an orgasm. And Then you're hollow and then you're done. And it's a complete self gratification experience, which is wonderful and there's no problem with that. But when you can marry that up to the possibility of being able to have a foundation of trust where you're in a relationship that has worked, I mean, both Danielle and I could have divorced each other. We could have gone on. There's no question in my mind that Danielle Daniel's being beautiful woman, she's powerful. She could have found some other guy. There's like million, 2 million, probably 3 million men on the planet or more who would have been amazing men to be in partnership with. I'm not stupid enough to believe that I was the only one who could make her happy. But inside of that, what I do know too is that we were, we had history. And the one thing I had that all those men didn't have and the 3 million men didn't have with Danielle and that 3 million women didn't have that Danielle had, they all had vaginas. The other guys all had penises. They could all put penis to vagina, chest to button, breast to chest. All that stuff could happen, right? But nonetheless, there was one thing that would be missing, which was this foundation of trust. And here's the crazy part, is that trust itself cannot be built overnight. Trust is something that's built over time. So I'm going to ask you a question, Danielle.
Key that people want, like, people think like, oh, I want that spark back and I want that chemistry or I want that relationship. But it's not like we're always in this place of peaches and roses. I guess. I don't know how to describe it, but I just think it's like a constant. All good things have to be like a constant. Yeah, constant work, I guess, you know, and it doesn't, it doesn't take a lot. That's what's crazy. I feel like in our experience, like we'll go out and do the, the trips and two, two date nights a week and things like that. And I think that that adds so much value and it's weird that it only takes that much, much. And so many people don't even aren't willing to put in that amount of time, you know.
Well, they want, they want the results, but they don't want to put in the simple work that would make it happen. And we, you know, when I stood back and I was looking at what was going on with us and why we were where we were and why things were not working out and why we were struggling so much, particularly when it came to sex and intimacy. Why were we. Why were we struggling such a deep level? And I think it's because there was honestly, like, a shitload of struggle with these. Ourselves, individual, individually. And so you take two individuals who are trying to do something at the deepest intimate level, which is have sex, right? And then even to be able to have sex, that's like, completely liberated and free, where there's complete trust, there's complete respect, and there's an ability to explore, like, we've explored more possibilities in the last, like, two years sexually with each other and individually with each other than we've ever explained expressed in our entire lives. And yet, inside of that place, the reason why it was able to happen was because we became more comfortable with ourselves. You know, what ultimately set my sexual relationship with Danielle free was the willingness and courage I had to be completely free with myself. I mean, there's things that we do sexually now that are like, that you do, Danielle. That. I'm like, whoa, okay, I like that it's going. And there's things that I do that surprise you, but there's not a weirdness around it. Why do you think the weirdness itself has kind of disappeared in your mind?
I think that we just. At least for me, I think we got to this place where I'm like, fuck it, I'm just gonna have fun. And I didn't want it to feel forced, and I wanted to have that connection. And so in putting in the work and creating time and space for one another allowed us to just, like, be like, oh, yeah, let's. Let's have fun with this, and let's see where this goes. And then I think the more you do something, the more it just seems like the new norm. And all of a sudden you're like, oh, this is fun. And it doesn't feel forced. I mean, I don't know.
That's where we went. All right, so I'm going to bring this show to a close. Here in Cancun, we have. We've been here for three nights. We've had sex twice, and it was amazing, and it was great sex, and it was connected, and it was awesome, and we spent amazing days together. And interestingly enough that I don't inside of this game here on our trips now, I don't spend my whole day thinking about, when am I going to get laid? Which is where vacation used to go. And I used to spend most of my life as a man wondering, am I Going to get laid tonight? Am I going to get laid this weekend? Am I going to get laid on Saturday? And it's already Monday, I'm like, shit, I don't know. And then when I'm getting laid wondering, is this going to come back again or am I going to have to beg for it? Or is there going to be some rejection involved in this? Am I going to feel stupid for asking? Am I going to feel like a pervert? I'm going to be told I'm a pervert. Am I going to feel all these weird inadequacies and feelings inside of myself about it? Like, am I going to be able to deal with this as a guy? And to women who are listening, it's like, this may be completely brand new news to you as you listen, but a vast majority of the men I have ever met, actually almost all men I've met, and I'm not talking about single guys who could bust out on Tinder and Bumble and all the rest of it. That's all bullshit. That's not real. Relationships, like one eye stands off a Bumble and Tinder do not equate being married for 10 to 15 to 20 years with kids and mortgages and businesses and relationship. Like, we're talking about rekindling fire and fuel in a game where you have been together for a while and there has to be this moment where you make a decision. And the decision is, I am willing to do whatever is required to get to this place of my desire. I am willing to do whatever is required to get to this place of my desire. What did I want? I wanted a relationship with my wife where we could communicate, we could talk, we could have open conversation, we could battle, we could dialogue, we could have sex. We could not have sex. We could have playful flirting, hanging out, connecting. And in the side of it, there was no weirdness. I didn't have to feel awkward about it, feel weird about it. And it took years, take months, it didn't take weeks, it took years of working this out. And this is why organizations like Wake Up Warrior exist and why our brotherhood of thousands of men right now that you can learn more about by heading to warriorbook.com and participating in the 30 Day King's Kit Challenge with us. For $100, we're going to send you the Be the Man book, the Warrior book. We're going to give you an opportunity to get the Warrior map. We're going to have you part of a 30 day experience with a couple thousand other men that start with us on the first of every single month and give you a chance to really dive in as a man and say, okay, okay, cool. The first step to me launching sexual revolution in my marriage is to be able to be in a place of launching intensity and connection with myself, like dealing with my own bullshit, dealing with my own lies, dealing with my own stories, and inside of dealing with all that, being able to set myself on a trajectory to ultimately create the kind of conditions that would set my marriage and my relationship sexually free. So check that out. If you're a woman, you're listening to this. We do have Wake Up Warrior Woman, which you can find out more@wakeupwarriorwoman.com as well Warriors Way, which is implemented deeply inside of our hairstylist game found@bigmoneystylist.com so we're going to bring this show to a wrap. We are sitting here in Cancun, Mexico. And the next couple podcasts are going to be done here via audio because we're traveling a bunch. We've got this show. We've also got a show we'll do here next on Money. But then our next couple shows on the topics of communication and parent parenting we'll actually be doing on the road in Europe and maybe we'll do our parenting one with our children on our nine to ten day family vacation in Europe here in the next week and a half.
