You're in the hospital, they come see you, then your wife leaves and it has goes about their day. You are not going to be able to go and have fun with your kids. You're going to be alive, watching them live, and you're not being healthy. Is that what you want? Don't eat that. You're going to get fat, she tells my daughter. And my daughter at the time was two and a half. She could speak but didn't know what fat meant. She shows her a video of what obesity is, a bunch of fat people. And then she looks at me differently. Oh, you're one of those.
No.
Oh, wow. Did you feel that in the low?
Yeah, I felt it right there in the moment and says, daddy, you're fat. I don't want you to die.
Hello and welcome to another episode of the date your wife podcast here in Miami. We have some amazing guests here today. They're probably the fittest couple that we've maybe had on the show. We have fittest.
We've had a fittest couple, fittest couple award.
We have Anthony and Teresa Lully. I said it right. Good to have you guys here.
Okay, so we're going to start off. We're going to start off this amazing interview with the real question needs to be answered. Who?
You ready?
Who saw who first?
That's a good one. I think I noticed her. Well, we met in a very unique way. It was organic. It was a cafe. I was there doing a business meeting, a Starbucks private equity meeting, and she was there interviewing bandmates for her rock band she was having at the time. So I knew, I was aware she was there, but I was also focused on this private equity deal. But I knew there was a. I.
Heard him first, though, and I approached first.
Yeah.
So you saw. You heard him talking?
So I heard him talk. And he's very loud and passionate about business as always. So they were talking about a bunch of stuff that was so complicated for me to understand because at the time I was a recording artist, actor, so my brain was just working on that side. But I did Keep hearing the word royalties. And I thought that, you know, maybe they're in the music industry. So I'm just gonna introduce myself as my appointment was late. I had a concert coming up. My violinist quit at the time. So I was looking for new girls. So I was like, okay, you know, I could just multitask. Maybe they're a record label because I'm in the middle of Manhattan. Why not? So I stood up and I said, hey, guys, are you in the music industry?
Well, she was closer to the COO of my company at the time. I leaped over him, I said, yes, yes, we are.
And his 315 pound belly almost flipped the table. But that didn't matter because he just jumped to introduce himself. I guess you guys had a thing like, oh, this is mine.
Yeah, I had.
So you called dibs.
I called dibs. That was it, you know. And so wait, did you.
When she, when she's over there, you're having this business meeting. We, as a dude, you know, you can do this.
Yeah.
You got the focus on the business, but out of the corner of your eye, you like turned on by her a bit.
Well, I looked at and I was like, this is interesting. I saw other pretty women coming in and out. She was like having Converse. I didn't know what it was. And so she was there by herself. But then when one would come in, come out, turns out she had an all female rock band. And so then I. The conversation started, talking was very interesting. The deal was getting larger and larger than my focus was on this. But then she was just there. It looked like she was just waiting. So I had that in my peripheral, but I didn't know what she was waiting for. Maybe another appointment. I don't know.
She's waiting for you to come over.
Yeah.
So we exchanged phone numbers and business cards. And so at first, like for three months, we were very much like, he became a mentor, I would say. And he was like, oh, this is so cute you're doing this music thing. And I was like, yeah, I have a meeting with Warner Brothers. And he's like, let me send you an email to really educate you about the dark side of the music industry. Seems like you're all alone in New York and, you know, I would hate for you to get hurt in any way. So he sends me an email that had 500 links to videos and articles and documentaries. And I was like, wow. So I felt honored because for the first time I'm going to get some guidance on this industry that I came to conquer. New York for. And so I took it seriously. I took it as if it's a college. Like it's a, you know, some sort of a degree of education in the music industry.
So.
So every night it was my duty to come home and check out five of the links and write reports to him.
Well, first I had to earn my trust, by the way, first of all, because the reason when we had our conversation, are you guys in the music industry? And then I said, well, I am by virtue of my home, and I own an entertainment company, a lot of celebrities. I work with Spike lee, Fat Joe 50 Cent. They rent my home, my cars, and I also put them in real estate. So that's how I'm in the industry. She goes, well, interestingly enough, I need a set, a home for my music video.
Would you.
Could I go see it? I said, sure. But she thought I was going to be there. I wasn't there. My mother actually had her own suite in the mansion and then gave her a tour, which kind of built a lot of, like, trust.
Okay, hold on. So was this one big, like, long tail seduction for her? Were you. Were you in the back of your mind thinking, I'm. I'm £315, I'm gonna get this one?
No.
What it was, it was.
I only can say that now because you look so damn good.
What happen happened was it was very platonic. It was more like, okay, she's interested in help. I just, okay, this is. It's happening here. I don't know what it's going to be, but let's let her go in the direction she wants to go and she wants a location. No problem. Then we were just platonic. It was more like mentor, mentee.
Okay.
It got so platonic where I didn't want to cross the line. I didn't want to do anything to kind of ruin the friendship and the mentorship that was.
I feel like he's so passionate about helping in general. Like, he gets passionate about guiding people about things that he knows and he knows about everything. Like, this guy has the finger on a pulse of the market on old pop culture. So I feel like he became really passionate in helping me. And he told me one time is like, you remind me a lot about me when I was 20. Just ambitious and dear the Headlight. Like, you're just in America.
You took a different approach with her because she's not. She wasn't from America.
Yeah.
And she didn't have a lot of these traits that I was used at the time. At the time. We met. I had like five different girlfriends going on. So it was not only and so. But it. Fast forward the hands of. Of the. Of friendship time. She was going to perform at a concert in Central Park. An Armenian concert.
Okay.
And she goes, would you like to come and see me perform? And we had already met in person multiple times at cafes, but platonic.
Yeah.
So I brought my friend who I've been doing real estate with, an Armenian woman who she knew who she was because she's pretty famous in the States. States. And I said, listen, there's this woman I'm talking to as a friend. I don't know if she likes me. I don't want to cross the line. Could you come with me and be my wing woman? Feel read the room, see what you know. And sure enough, she came. And Armenians are very close to each other. So they hit it off. Then she pulled her. She never wanted to go to a bar or do anything, like with me on that level.
So disciplined, like vocal cords. Everything was about my vocal cords. I can't over talk. I can't talk loud.
Yeah, she's real focused.
Yeah, he tricked me on that one, though. So I took me to a restaurant after the dinner.
Restaurant that turns into a steakhouse, that turns into a nightclub at night. And then I brought my friend Judy. And Judy went up to her and said, you know, Anthony likes you. She goes, yeah, I like him, you know. No, he likes you likes you.
He's like, oh, she foreplayed girlfriend.
Don't lose this one. He said it in like this Armenian aunt way.
Yeah.
And you know, in the three months that we were talking, I definitely took a liking to him because first of all, super, gentleman, intelligent, respects his mom, like, respected me to a highest level. Everything, right. Everything about this guy was like, I want him to be my best friend. Like, friend, you know, even. And then. Yeah, I feel like that.
Then we shared our kiss.
That night was a movie.
Yeah.
So we brought. We brought in. Yeah, you know, we brought in the wing. Yeah, that was a good move, bro. That was a good move because either way, it works out well for you. Either way. So then. But had you felt. Had you had intimate feelings for him in the three months? Were there moments where you're like.
That'S what I'm saying. Like, I had feelings of immense amount of respect, admiration.
But did you have that?
I never gave her any of.
You didn't give her any of those signs.
I never gave her nothing because I never wanted her to feel uncomfortable.
Got it.
And I'm not that guy. Like, she was never giving me those vibes, and therefore, I didn't want it.
And I'm not that girl either. Like, I don't get.
Mm.
You know, I don't.
But were you feeling on the inside and not letting it out on the outside?
I will tell you, I had immense admiration. Anthony was feeling, like, in every way, admiration, respect, and love for this human being and his friendship, you know? So, like, I kind of all the time wanted to be by his side, talk to him, go on those mentorship meetings. Like, I wanted to be around him. So I don't know if that's the feeling.
I think that's the. After the. Yeah, so the came after. Like, when you were like, you don't talk about it. I mean, it's like I'm hearing all the. I'm hearing all the powerful conversations. I'm not disagreeing with. I think it's fantastic because you guys built a real relationship.
Yeah.
Like, the way. That's awesome.
Which is what carries us to say, like, all the things that I felt about him, I still feel about him because I feel like those temporary. Those.
Right.
Those things can come and go. But for us, the. The base. The base. The concrete base is the admiration is the constant, you know, intriguing each other with our intelligence and with our go getterness and stuff like that. That's why working together has been so amazing in every aspect, because we constantly want to impress each other, and I think that's what we were doing. I was impressing him with my reports. He was impressing me with his coaching and humility and humbleness and just everything. Old schoolness. Call it like that because I come from Armenia, and so I was like, not in the dating scene. I was like, I don't even know what's gonna happen with that. I'm just gonna become a singer and a famous person. That's it. Like, I never even thought of going out on dates. Right. But he was so old school. He brought home to me. I felt home around him. Comfortable, away from home. Yeah. So I think those are all the feelings, but, yeah, the feeling. Maybe when he's like, let's dance salsa.
Okay.
That's the moment you guys knew. You're like, okay, this is more than a friendship.
She literally just kiss me. Like, he's like, I'm not even gonna ask.
It was like, that was it.
But, Anthony, were you feeling. Before you brought the wing. You brought the wing woman?
Yeah, look, I was. I was like. I was like. It was almost, like, suspicious. Is There something there? Is there not something? Is it just me or maybe I just a one way liking? I don't know. But I didn't give her any signals. But certainly it was not off the table.
She got the green light.
The more she was, the more she was, the wholesome person she was, the more I was even like, wow, this is like, reminds me of my mom. Like, it was like a good scenario, you know, it was almost like she was an immigrant. My mom was an immigrant from Ecuador. Same type of thing. She was more ambitious. She was like taking all the info. Like, I was throwing information as if she was a recruit. I mean, she was just like. And she was learning about franchising, like all my manuals. She was absorbing. Like, think about what you would do when you take a new hire. I was putting her through the ringer and she was coming back with reports.
Finally I can, like, actually, actually have a mentor, you know?
Yeah.
She was like, what's next? What's. And absorbing it the way you would want a good employee to absorb. And she wasn't working for me.
Right.
So I was like, whoa, this is a brain.
But I sold the franchise for you.
She did. She even brought a franchise.
I'm gonna do this. I want to be involved in your business. What can I do? Okay, well, there's franchise opportunities that I want to sell the franchise.
Yeah.
So talk to me about this. You. You're bringing up a foundation that it does not exist in a lot of relationships. Number one, there was a connection with you two that wasn't sexual.
Yes.
It was mental, emotional. Right. Spiritual. Maybe even at a certain level with this, like, leadership, leading. But the thing I keep hearing come from you, I told you in the magic seat, you did it. Good job. You keep coming back. Even when I'm trying to get you to go to the mm, you're like, no, there was something bigger than the available. And I'm like, okay, what was it? Respect.
Yeah.
Talk about this from your perspective, Anthony, because listen, I've had 70,000 plus men through my programs. We get to run with very powerful dudes. I get to run with dudes who are just in the pit up lives, having a hard time. Divorces, affairs, chaos everywhere. Respect seems to be something that is missing horrifically from the female to the male. Talk about, like, from your perspective, being respected from the beginning by her. What's that like?
Well, not only from the beginning. We had a hard time heart because she was very ambitious. She wanted to do many things, become a singer. I made very interesting Introductions to big producers. And I had a heart to heart when we were really kind of like falling in love with each other. And I was pretty much retired. I hadn't sold my company yet, but I didn't need to sell it. I was doing very well. And I said, look, Hunt, this is great, but I'm not interested in marrying Jennifer Lopez and watching her shake her ass on stage. Stage, that's not what I'm looking for. And you're going in that direction of being a singer. Ultimately it's going to lead for you to do decisions that's great for your career, but it's not something. I'm a little bit of an old school guy with a modern twist. And she made the decision. Maybe you want to talk about it on. On to big. You know what? That's not what I want. I want you. I want. I want a family. That's what you're talking about. I was very transparent about it, but I think this is all fun and games, fun and dandy, your music thing, but I'm not into it. And we all keep the mentorship stuff going, but I'm not going to marry or do anything like that.
And that's something so important, the respect even. You know, right now we have open conversations about respect as a foundation with our children too. You know, everything comes down to respect because love is a great feeling, right? It can go up and down. Love is bipolar is what I say. But respect has a very strong head to it. So I was raised like that. Like in our home, in my grandparents home, my uncle's homes, there was a very clear hierarchy about the men. And it's not like hierarchy in a way where I say what I say. No woman still has a very feminine influence on certain decisions in her domain. But the guy, the man is the man is the king is the hunter. Right? So I always respected that. And he allowed me to feel that feminine where I could respect him to that level. And I think that was definitely the strongest foundation that still carries everything.
The inside joke is fast forward over a decade later. I'm like, pop the glutes on the stage. You know, Meanwhile, I said, I don't want a girl shaking her ass, but I built this.
I built this.
I built this. Go, go, go. Look at that glute separation.
Let's go.
Exactly. So this one, the only thing is.
That he actually trained me and I was the former athlete.
Yeah.
Oh, you were the bodybuilding training.
He was your coach in bodybuilding, Yes. I was always an athlete. He was always the obese person. But then the roles reversed when he actually transformed his body and he trained me in bodybuilding. So we were always laughing and having jokes about it.
What made you flip that switch where you're like, I'm tired of this shell and I want something different?
You know, There were multiple interventions on her part especially. She put me through the wringer once. Once she made the decision, we had this heart to heart. She's like, well, I got something I don't want you to do.
Be.
You don't want me to be this singer in this. All this wild stuff. Well, I don't want somebody who's possibly going to give me sick kids. Would you go to the doctor and do a whole big check?
Wow.
Because you obviously, you're living, you're drinking. I was drinking a lot of Jack and Coke, eating whatever I wanted. 315 pounds. And I passed all of the physical exams in terms of blood work and all that. There was some like kidney things from the drinking tool.
Yeah.
Like a liver fat, but possible.
But he's like, yeah, that's all. Yeah, I'm just gonna eat what I want to eat. And. But it was like, I think before we became official on Facebook was when we went to do the blood work and everything. And so there was a lot of criteria. Right. The health was always something so big for me. I grew up almost like a biohacker if you think about it. Never took a medication, always grounded sun, eating from the trees. And so when I met him, he was eating the. The typical American diet. So to me that was like, what is happening? Right. But mentally he was so strong that I always felt like, maybe he will be okay. Maybe he will outlive everyone. I know.
But then were you concerned about the look? Did you care about the physique?
Honestly, the physique turned me on because he would walk like a Lion King and I actually called him a Lion King and he just had this walk about him. Right. Even our neighbors never noticed that he was 125 pounds overweight because he had all these like custom suits. Everything was like custom. And his walk and his talk and the way he behaved, the charisma and the light that he shined in every room that he walked in. You don't really notice that. It really dawned on me after we had our second child when I actually just cranked it up and I was like, this has got to go. Because our son, who was misdiagnosed like seven times with all kinds of different labels was keeping me awake all Night. So I was up listening to him breathe, stop breathing, breathe, choke in his sleep. And I was like, what's going on? I don't even know the title of what's going on. So we took him and he checked out for sleep apnea. So then they said, oh yeah, it's your weight. I was like, see, it's your weight. But I know that he's also a very visual person and I know that everything I had achieved in my life was through vision boards. So I photoshopped his face on a very muscular bodybuilder's body and I just slapped it all over the walls. I was like, if I can't, you know, force you to it, I will inspire you to see the vision. So I think he started seeing it and then I did something really nasty where so our kids at the time, okay, so back to like acting career, singing career. And I was doing really well. I was on a Netflix movie, I was going up, I was talking to Warner Brothers. So I stopped all of that. But I had a relationship with my agent. So when I became pregnant with our first daughter, Love, I said, hey, can I do a few pregnancy jobs? It's like the last hooray and you know, I'll be on Babies R Us magazine or whatever. So I did that. I booked a few jobs and then I was like, okay, that's it, I'm having a baby, I'm due. Then the agent called me back, was like, did you ever have that baby? I have a Pampers print ad with a Middle Eastern moment and a two week old baby. I was like, oh, my baby's two weeks old and I'm a. So we actually booked that job. So that jump started me managing our kids careers in the entertainment industry as baby models, baby actors, fast forward. As of today, they have booked 100 jobs combined. They've made so much money, they have their own real estate, their landlords. But going back to it, what was I saying? I just totally forgot you were saying.
What you did with regards to motivating me to lose weight. But there was.
I booked a family job where they booked me and the kids and an actor dad. And that was.
That was. I'm over there doing bts. There's another guy playing Dad, I can't. I was too fat to play.
That was in a commercial. Like I would always say no to family jobs. I would do the mom and baby things, but no to the family jobs. But I was like, what if I just go for it and then they cast somebody else and they Did.
Yeah.
So were you at the shoot?
Yeah.
Well, it was a lot of things. It was, it was like, for example, they had multiple interventions. The family, they were like, you're gonna die if you keep eating like this. You're, you're, you're acting like, I don't know, you're forgetting you have a wife. And. And so I did a gastric sleeve surgery in 2015 just to shut everybody up. I lost 50 pounds and then gained 70 and lost all my muscle mass because now you can't even absorb. And then that's when the sleep apnea started. That's when I was more susceptible because I couldn't absorb real foods. Now I'm eating ice cream now to get my calories. Like, it was worse. So now I was just like, look, I'm just gonna die fat and happy. Leave me alone with this. This is how you found me, this. I'm gonna stay. Leave me alone. So it took more of her doing all of these bag of tricks, putting me in situations where now my ego as being a man and being whoever was really. And then my mom having talks with me, like, look, you're making this choice that's ultimately going to affect them. You're saying you want to die. You're not going to die overnight. It's going to be like 10 years. You're still young. So here's the scenario. You're in the hospital, they come see you. Then your wife leaves and it has goes about their day. You are not going to be able to go and have fun with your kids. You're going to be alive, watching them live, and you're not being healthy. Is that what you want? And so was all of these kind of like that, plus the, the inspirational photographs and just different things finally dawning on me. And then one day we're in a restaurant and I'm the one eating off the kids menu. She's over there advocating for the kids to eat good food. I'm over eating the Mac and cheese and the cheese fries and they're eating broccoli. And all that started affecting our marriage because now I'm not even allowed to eat with the family because I'm a bad influence, right? It, you know, being obese, it's like a drug addiction, except you're not taking heroin or cocaine. It's food. You're doing it right in front of someone. I can go and get a Snickers bar. It's the equivalent of an opioid.
Right?
So what happens is that was affecting the marriage and then My daughter tries to go and eat the food, and she goes, don't eat that. You're going to get fat. She tells my daughter. And my daughter at the time was two and a half. She could speak but didn't know what fat meant. She shows her a video of what obesity is, a bunch of fat people. And then she looks at me differently. My daughter looks at me differently. Oh, you're one of those.
Oh, wow. Did you feel that in the love?
Yeah.
I felt it right there in the moment and says, daddy, you're fat. I don't want you to die. And then having a son upped the ante even more. Now I have a man who's gonna look up to me, and I can't even be the man I want to be for him.
Wow.
So it was deep. It was deep. I had to make a decision. And luckily, some introductions were made, like a week before that incident where I met a personal trainer and a coach and a transformation coach. I FaceTime him.
He's amazing at research. Right. If he wants to know something, he'll know everything about that thing. So he actually ended up finding this coach from Ireland.
I didn't want to be coached by somebody that was never fat.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So I met a guy that used to be really fat. His name is Mike Fatboy Slim from Ireland. We FaceTime me, I saw he had a tattoo on his arm that said Millionaire. I said, are you a millionaire? He said, no. I said, come live with me for a year. I'll make you a millionaire. Make me. Teach me what you know. I'll teach you what I know.
Yeah.
And he did. He lived with that. We made a whole documentary, went to.
Family vacations with us. He was living with us. They became an item. Like, they would work out together, sleep, like, sleep at the same time, eat at the same time. Everything. He was watching accountability right there.
Yeah. That was it. I needed that accountability.
So go back to the decision.
Yeah.
When did you decide when that.
That day.
That day when the dinner with the kids.
The dinner with the kids. That was the day.
That was a decision.
That was a decision.
What did the decision feel like? Because there's, like, you. You look at this, there are men. There's going to be fat dudes listening to this.
Yes.
Who are pissed. And this is exactly what they need to hear.
Yes.
There's going to be dudes who have to change different addictions that are listening. Got cocaine habits, drinking habits. They're like, I have to fucking do this, but they can't do it.
They keep.
And wives are begging, pleading. Family's begging, pleading. And you're powerful, which means when you decide something, it happens. Obviously, you move them in your crazy. Just like me. Like, we're doing this. Getting Irish dude. We're bringing him in and we're doing this. And we might as well make a documentary while we're doing it. Let's make some money over here on the thing while I do the thing.
That's exactly right.
But go to the decision, because this is. Every dude has to make this.
Well, the decision only comes if you're already planted clues in your brains on how you want to do. It's almost like planning a murder.
Right.
Like, you already know what you're going to do and all that.
You understand.
It's like, if you get into a conflict, I'm going to go upstairs, get the gun. Like, the decision was made and I already knew what I was going to do afterwards. The coach, the. The gym I was going to go. The time, the. All the dedication was already architected. It was just. I needed that motivational moment.
Yeah.
And then I just. That was it. That was it.
Yeah.
Isn't interesting how oftentimes, like, in our marriage has been this way? It's been like the deepest moments of pain.
Yeah.
Where she either exposes me, which has happened to me, and addiction, and put our marriage on the line and said, you don't fix this. We're drifting. I can't feel you. You're so addicted. I can't feel you. If you don't get off this, if you don't shift, like, we're drifting already. Like, I can't stay with you. I'll die with you. I'm like, I'm not going to stay and watch you do this.
Like, I was, like, worrying. There's a point where I was, like, worried about his health. And I'm like, okay, you got a family, you know, even, like, we've both done fitness competitions. And I had a. I. My third one, I had a. I gained 70 pounds and developed preeclampsia and had a DVT in my leg. And that's why. What flipped me, like, after I had her, I was like, oh, my God, like, life's so short. And I was like. And I know. I was like, I've always wanted to do it. And I was like, I can't do it. I can't do it. I'm like, yes, I can. And same thing. I just made the decision, but it was out of, like, a place of kind of like, Darkness where I felt like my life was almost at risk. And then I was like, this is stupid. Not only am I going to lose this weight, but I'm going to get my ass on stage.
Yeah.
So that was like. When I saw your guys's story, I was like, oh, that's cool. Because we. We both done competitions, and it is. It's that. It's that decision. It's that moment.
Yeah.
And it's like, you already know how to do it. So it's like, how did. Why does it take so long to just make that commitment and make that decision? And then once you do it, you're like, I can't believe I lived in this shell for so long. Why didn't I make the decision. Decision sooner?
Yeah.
So I know, like, there's like a. A real positive side to this as a woman watching your husband and bro, I was there, dude, heavy. Heavy in addiction. And I remember having thoughts like, it's okay. I got so much life insurance. We got money. Should be good forever. I'll just die like this. It doesn't matter. And most dudes I've met who have been addicted to something, they hit that point. They're like, you know what? I don't fucking care. I can't quit this. I'm just going to die this way. Hopefully my wife finds one of my guys, Mary, and, you know, and he'll take care of her. They got money they would never have to worry about again. From your side, watching him as he's struggling to make this choice for him for years. What. Where, When. When does the. Not the hopelessness, but when are the mo. Talk about the moments where you're like, I. I don't. I don't think this is going to shift. Like, you're. There's. You pushing, and that's. That's the. The thing is, there's the push, and she's the same way with me. But there's this other side that comes up when you're alone. No one else is around. There's no cameras. There's no media to talk to. There's no social media and press. And there's you with a husband who you love and respect, who's choosing this for himself. Like, talk about that side.
I mean, there was definitely moments, especially, you know, coming from my family, too. My family in Armenia, they would always be like, you know, when, When. Like, when. When is he gonna lose the weight? When is it? It was like a constant conversation of topic. You know, for me, I'll be honest. I always Knew he's going to change because I knew he's excellent at something that he wants to do. I just needed to figure out how to make him want it. And I knew he loves me so much that if I just combine his love for me and the right motivation, it'll click. Also, the right timing, right? When he exited the company, so there was no excuse of business meetings anymore. Like, everything stopped. Now he's home. Like, you're home. Like you're watching movies with two pints of ice cream and M and Ms. On top. Like, this is. No, no. Like, and I'm the pregnant one, and I'm the one allowed to eat this, but I'm not doing it for the baby. And so when you look at every human, right, even us as women, right, the moment we're pregnant, all of a sudden we're excellent. We stop coffee, we stop sushi.
It's not even an option.
It's not even an option. So then you look, it's just that the stakes are not high, right? The stakes are not high enough for us to potentially ruin our baby's health is so high that you'll turn the world around for it to not happen. So what if every person, woman or men, looked into their bodies and thought of their cells as their babies? And if you do that, you'll take care of yourself. The stakes are high because your little cells are dying and they're becoming zombie cells. As I found out in the documentary filming, they're called senescent cells. Turns out that women actually have a higher chance of having senescent cells because of the oxidative stress that we deal with. Pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal, whatever. So my senescent cell count was so high when we tested our biological age that it really took me by surprise. I was like, oh, my gosh, these are my little babies. They're dead inside of me. And they're not even leaving your body. They're staying there zombified, and they're secreting toxins to kill off the rest of the cells. This is how cancer is born. This is how all the disease and illness is born. So if even men, right, they're not gonna be pregnant to quit everything for their baby, but quit everything for your little cells. And that's a big enough purpose. And this is what I think. And when you start a journey like that, you have to actually analyze your situation. Where are you, and what kind of team do you need? Because without the right team, you are 90%, you know, have a higher chance to Fail. So for him, we loaded up on the team. Like, I just had two babies who are busy booking and Legend with his health issues. And I told him, I was like, this is great. You're choosing to do this right now where I'm super busy. Like, I wish you chose this before we had the kids, because I would have juiced for you. I would have done this for you. He's like, don't worry, I got the coach. Okay. But the coach is not going to do the cooking. Don't worry. My mom will do it. Great. We got that covered. Who's going to help me as a mom? Right. Okay. Our mom moved in, so we insulated ourselves with a team support structure. We had a meeting, a team meeting. This was like a llc, so it was a corporation. We said, okay, here's what we're doing. Coach, how long is this going to take for him to transfer? Okay. If he follows this plan, he's going to lose two pounds.
It was like, maha, make Anthony healthy again.
I know we always joke around about.
It, but when you change those. Those patterns, like, in the beginning, I'm sure it's tough. And then once you change it, you're like, oh, you. Your body tends to want to, like, crave those kind of things and do that kind of thing. And so it's just. It's crazy. I always tell people, like, with my journey, I'm like, think about it. You think about going out to eat, and you always think of, like, the top five restaurants.
Yeah.
That you always go to could be fast food, whatever this. Now I'm like, just switch your pattern to do something healthy and your body will start to be like, oh, I just grabbed my food prep or whatever.
It is, and it's okay if it takes a few days.
Yeah.
My mom always believes in a lunar cycle. She says if you do it for 21 days with, like, the moon turning one day old, it'll be an easier transition. And after 21 days, you can actually fall into the habit easily. I've tried to follow that, and it works with him.
He was. When I. Because I got him into, like, bodybuilding too. And I'm like, I promise you, food prep is not that big of a deal. Make your life simpler. Like, you don't have to think you're like, your food.
Sure.
Oh, yeah. As long as I don't have to make it. Team, team, team. This thing is interesting. Watch about producing couples natural thought process. I have a problem, I make a decision to solve it. And it's always a who Am I going to get on the team who this is not. If you are not a producer, you don't think this way.
Right.
The natural game is, I'm fucked. I'll try to fix it myself. From the fucked up mindset that got me here in the first place. I'm gonna somehow fix my shit with you two as a couple. And going down this path and obviously listening to the passion you have, you could go on for like 15 days on that topic. I can tell it's like a reservoir of just joy and happiness coming out on the subject. Talk about this spiritual side of this change, because what have you noticed different in him now? He was always powerful and by the way, all my boys are like, bigger. They're energy. Some of the dudes I've ever met, the biggest players I've ever met in my life with women are dudes that are like 75 pounds overweight. They just have skills, they got energy and power. What have you noticed as powerful as he was that you've seen this whole time? What are some things you've specifically seen in Anthony that are different now or more available now with him losing the weight and taking care of himself versus where he was before?
Oh, mental sharpness is at a whole different level right now because we're optimizing his brain. Peptides all that. We took it to the next level. I would say his understanding of happiness has changed dramatically. His understanding of reality has changed dramatically. Like, he is very raw now. More raw. Like before, I would say he chose to live in the clouds in a lot of things, which was great in some ways. That's what he was like, I'm just gonna die happy and whatever.
Right.
Like, what's happy about that? So now he has. I feel like he has a more.
I think it's healthier.
I feel like we never talked about this. He's listening.
Okay.
Yeah. Like a raw understanding of what's real, what's not. He also, I feel like he got a little bit humbled about life, health, reality. Right. Whereas before he's like, yeah, my brain will do everything and I'm just gonna be like this guy. And, you know, when the gastric sleeve didn't go as he wished for, there was like humbling happening. And I think with humbling came more discipline, more seriousness about his body and about us as a family to hold on tight to the happiness that we're creating. Yeah.
Are you even more attracted to him now?
Oh, yeah. Now I got the.
I knew the oomph was coming.
You got what you wanted.
That's funny. I used to always be like, oh, I don't care about muscles, babe. I don't care about muscles. And then he went through his fitness journey. He's like, turns out I like muscles. I like muscles.
Turns out we found out she's much more aggressive when I'm bigger. Much more. So what did, what, bro? What did you notice for yourself? I mean, number one, I wanted you to hear this because I would figure maybe it hurt it, maybe not. And a lot of times on the show, like, there's things that our women are thinking or we're thinking about our women that we haven't ever thought to vocalize. So that was beautiful. What have you seen different in yourself? Because I've seen this in guys over and over that choose high producing dudes who finally take on this last chip. What have you noticed about how you feel about yourself and what you see different in the world?
Well, I have a different lens, right. It reminds me of a famous Saturday Night Live skit with Eddie Murphy where he pretended to be a white man. He was black, but pretending to be a white man. Getting on a bus trying to get a bank loan. And how it's different for a white guy. Oh, you don't have to pay me back. It's a very funny skit.
Yeah.
So I'm a former obese guy, so I see things differently, like, immediate. When you lose weight and you're walking in rooms, it's a different reception. Like, we talked about that before we started here. The way people look at obese people. Now I'm looking at the way they look. They were probably looking at me like that. You know what I mean? So I'm seeing things from a different lens. I'm in business meetings or I'm in meeting people, and I could see where that person's life choices are if they're not eating healthy or if they're obese. So I look at things from a different perspective now. And I kind of, now that we're in the health space doing documentaries and we're meeting before and after people and understanding the consequences of different choices over time. Environmental toxins, whatever, I can kind of see where someone is heading, right? Because sickness affects everyone. You see royalty getting sick, getting cancer, this one, that one, this, this UFC fighter, this wwe. So eventually, so now I look at life like, okay, now I know what the rest of the, the next 50, 60 years are going to look like. So much more clarity, so much more happiness that I can double down on now. My wisdom, my My finances and really repeat life again. It's almost like in the movie Back to the Future when Biff goes back in time and gives the almanac and gives advice. Well, I'm that person now. I have this brain in this new body that I can do so much more over the next 50 years. And now, because of anti aging and practices that we're doing now, we could stay young for a longer time and enjoy it. So it's a second shot at the apple. So my mindset is I'm looking forward to the future more.
Yeah.
It's not bleak. It's not like I'm going to be an old man. I'll probably be an old man maybe at 100, but I can at least be, you know, formidable. Like, I mean, you were just with Grant. He's 66.
I know. He's great.
See what I'm saying? I'm not even. You and I are not near that. No. At that age, we're good. You understand? If we're in his shape at that age. So think about that. What we've built in just a short amount of time, 15, 20 years, we still have that and more with knowledge and wisdom.
Yeah.
So that's how my mind is thinking like that.
So one of the things that we talk about constantly is this idea. I'm in the Bible. The conversation of dominion is like God gave man and woman dominion over their Earth, their world. Right. And you come back to the body. It's the one place, no matter what she does, no matter what she does, no matter what anybody does, we have ultimate control over this.
Yeah.
Which is wild, because when that piece is locked in, I don't know if it's for you, but for me, what I felt was I felt more power from God. The ability to listen deeper, to spiritually be in tune more, to connect, to be a powerful listener, where she felt heard and seen in a way I couldn't before. And I've watched the same thing happen with so many different guys just because it's a world I'm in with men. But then I got to watch it with her. Like, after you two go, I don't have both of you talk to this. What. What shifted for you after your bikini competitions? Because I, at this point, I swear to you, every woman should do one just because of what I've seen from every woman I've watched walk the stage, regardless of what they, you know, whether they were winning their pros or what. What changed for you? I'm the same question to both of you. What changed for you as a woman with yourself after confronting. Are you. I'm gonna do. Listen, Anthony and I get damn near naked on stage. It's like, ah, let's go. Whatever. For a woman to do it, particularly with as critical as the world is on women. What changed for you?
I. I felt like I, like, saw myself more. Like, I'm actually very introverted, so the scariest thing on the planet would be to get half naked and go pose on stage. And I'm very much like a perfectionist, and so it was very, like, scary to do. I felt like it definitely, like, unlocked something in me. It was just like, I could go train and speak on stages, and I just felt like this certainty that I didn't have before, and I'm like, wow. Something as silly as a fitness competition can do that. And I would agree. There's, like, a mental sharpness and the ability. Like, you just feel lighter. You're like, I literally can. I feel like I just feel lighter. I feel like I can communicate whatever I need to communicate. Like, there's a sharpness to it and there's. You can tell, like, when you walk into a room, like, he'll be like. Like, he's like, I've always thought you're hot, but there's an energy that comes with it. And it's funny because, like, I did one just because, like, I shared. I had gained all this weight, and I was like, hey, I'm gonna do it. And it was such an amazing mental experience for me. Like, yeah, I looked great, but it was just a very good mental experience for me. And so I. I would kind of just drop little hints, like, you should do, and you should do. And. And was like, I'm not going to force him or pressure him into it. I'm just going to lead by example.
Sure.
And so, I don't know.
She pulled your moves. Yeah, she pulled your moves.
Well, I mean, I would. He was a surfer at the time, and I'd make little. Little jokes or whatever. I'm like, oh, you're just a surfer. You know, you don't know how to lift the weights.
But.
But no, like, I. I felt like I didn't want to, like, pressure him too much, but even, I don't know, I felt like I just show it unlocked something. And I feel like I showed up some a little bit different. I did. Did four shows.
Four shows.
I did four shows, but I think I'm good now. I'm like, in a content space and PC.
Right. You mainly come in. Yeah.
But it was fun. We did our last one together actually a year ago.
But that was, that was hard to cut together. Yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. Very hangry the whole time. We're like, we're not going to make any arguments.
In the last two weeks, that's really, really the biggest test though. Like we did six shows together.
Yeah.
And that was like. Yeah. By the last competition, I think we definitely argued a few times. But then when the competition was done.
It'S such a high after you're like.
Stuffed our faces with all kinds of sugar vomiting. But that experience. Right. So to answer your question, it's not like obviously walking on the stage and just being there, being present. Right. It's. You're feeling so strong. First of all, for me, the eye opening part was the strength that I gained. I've always been an athlete. I mean, third place ping pong champion, competitive swimmer, competitive Latin ballroom dancer. Like everything you can think about. And my volleyball team was second national. Never in my life have I felt that strong. Walking on earth and feeling like my footsteps mattered. You know, you just feel like you matter more even. It just gives you this level of meaningfulness. And then I. It's funny, we actually had a, a little video where. So he told me one day that because he was a chubby kid and his dad was older, he had him when, when he was 50.
My dad had me when he was 50. 50.
He was frail. Yeah. He was not like the strongest dad especially. He was already.
I was a fat kid, so I never in the pool or anywhere. Was the kid on someone's shoulders because I was fat. No, I'd never been on anyone's shoulders all my life.
But when he trained me, I put him on my shoulders and I did think squats with him. I was like, hey, baby, your dream came true. So I was like, here, come to daddy. But the mere strength that I gained and the back pains that disappeared after my postpartum and the fact that I was able to cure my diastasis recti. So my son was a 10 pound elephant. And he came out at 42 weeks, literally on the last day.
You had a 10 pound baby?
10 pound baby. He came out 10 pounds.
He.
Wow.
Literally. And that was a water birth. Water birth at 6 centimeters. I was like, take me out to hospital, like, put the baby back in. I'm not doing this. It was just like the worst instant. But he came out. Everything. Recovery was extremely easy, by the way, with water birth. The next day I was like walking and life was normal. But what I was left with was a big flopping gates here, an eight finger. Like I had an eight finger separation.
Like your abdomen ripped.
It's a very common thing, women and men.
Yeah, I have it a little bit, but yeah, I tell people it makes me look more shredded, but yeah, so.
If you have a little bit, then it didn't affect your back. But my back was extremely affected. Like I could not even stand for more than 30 minutes, more than an hour. So I felt like I'm a handicap. I was like, something is wrong. This is going to cause osteoporosis. Like, and here's my holistic thinking is thinking it's not here, just going to end here. It's going to cause more and more things. So the fact that through bodybuilding, through prepping, I was able to cure my own disability that was going to be mashed up and only through surgery, per doctor's opinions, I was like, I beat them. First of all. It was like massive level of confidence that, yeah, I can heal my body. Even when they say it's impossible, you.
Have to do every woman should do it. You're right. Every woman.
I think they should, bro.
And there's different federations. That's what we did when we did the docu series. We wanted to show you about the wbff. You don't have to go hardcore. The NPC ocb, let's say you don't want to get on anything and you want to be tested against other women that aren't. Any OCB does that. There's pure elite, which is in Europe. They also do like fashion and bodybuilding combined. So there's so many different federations to meet. You know, if you're a surfer person, maybe you don't want to get jacked, but you want to, you know, have like the washboard division. Yeah, yeah, I competed in that one as well.
But I feel like once you do that once, not only you gain your muscle memory, so you're forever kind of, you know, hooked up. Like you can come in three months and reshape yourself, but then you will never go back to right a really bad situation. You will always have this integrity about your body and you would always have the confidence that if I was able to do that, I can maintain even if I'm not working out, even if it's hard times in my life, even if this, even if that I'm going to be able to be okay. Like, you always feel okay with your body. Some people call body dysmorphia. After competing, they say, oh, Yeah, I got body dysmorphia. I think it's the wrong impression and they're putting a wrong title. You got body integrity that you just no longer want to be a slob. That's it. It's a good light. Like, put it in a positive way.
Yeah.
You know, that's funny.
A lot of people when I was started on the sport, they talk very negative about it. Yeah. And I was like, well, you know, I'm not planning on being like, you're not going to look like that 360 days out of the year. Sure. And like, for me, I'm like, I feel good. Not like that, you know, so it's just being realistic with, like, this is stage look, this is daily look, you know, but.
Okay, you ready to pivot it?
Yeah.
So you guys run companies together, you have children together and you're together. We now know that there. We know. We know that there's some in there now. It's been witnessed. Talk about communication when you don't agree. How have you two been able. What has not worked? What has worked? Because you've obviously figured it out. You're a very powerful woman. Very opinionated and strong in your stance in life and awesome. So is she. We're not married to doormats. These women have opinions. They're very passive and persuasive in their ways. And also, I'm sure you've taken a stab to the balls a few times. That's like me communication. What have you figured out, like, that works now with you two versus maybe what it used to be because it's obviously progressed through all the things you guys have done.
I think I'm the over communicator. I'm very big on communication. Communication, Huge on it. I'm almost feel like I'm the female in the relationship. I like to communicate a lot, like a lot about a lot of different things sometimes over it. But I think we're. We're very good on that. I think we're not. There's. Without that. I think when you're a business owner, you understand communication. And so in the family, the business of being a good husband and running a good family, you, communication cannot disconnect. You have to communicate how you're feeling, how something makes you feel. The more you communicate, the less mistakes will happen. The met, the less you're going to be disappointed. And so I think I become a better communicator of what my expectations are. What. And she's also the same.
Yeah.
You know, being realistic. Because when you're an entrepreneur. You have pie in the spy expectations sometimes and timelines and deliverables and things might not happen within the time that you just thought it. So you have to also understand the mechanics of a family and how one thing affects the other, the chain. If we do this, then how does that work with that and this and that? You have to communicate.
So here's the second part. I'm gonna ask you a little different twist on this one.
Okay?
You can go back to what you were gonna say. Most guys find that trying. This is among both of you two. I'm trying to help our dudes right now. Cause most guys will not share their full truth in communication with their wife. Because women, traditionally, for most of the guys that I lead, don't listen. And so when guys share their truth, it's used as a weapon against them, which is why groups like Wake Up Warrior work, where I have 100 dudes together who build big shit, and they can take their crowns off, and they sit with each other and like, bro, what the fuck? And this. And he's like, dude, I get it. Me too. How many have been feeling that? Everyone.
Holy shit.
And this topic comes up all the time of how I was literally on the phone with one of my guys driving here who just came in on my programs. Big producer here in Miami. This was the breakdown. He's like, I feel like I can't even share shit with her without her freaking out about what I'm trying to share and feeling like I'm making her less than. Or she's not worthy or she's not this. What have you two found Is working so that how to express a man like Anthony, myself can feel safe to share with you without feeling like we're weak for doing it. Do you understand the question? Because this is a undercurrent of truth where most dudes will just not. They'll stop talking. Yeah, obviously, if we're communicators, that's impossible for me and Anthony. We're just gonna keep communicating. We'll follow you into the closet. No, no, no. We're talking. We're talking right now. Danielle, what do you think?
I think that's interesting. I don't know. I think that men traditionally are taught to not share their feelings. Like, I grew up in a home where my dad. It was just like, go hunt.
Go work.
Like, that was your role. And I think now it's so important for men to come home and not just understand that you're going out to hunt, but that you need to communicate your feelings. And I would say, like, you and I, like, we've been together for so long, but we've had to really work on our communication.
What did you have to work on, personally, as a woman?
I think for me, I'm the type of person that's like, everything's fine. Like, I'm that, that mom that's like, you know, worry about the kids and the husband and everything else and don't share my feelings. Like, I'm always the one that's like, you're fine, you're fine, you're fine. Until I blow up and I'm like, I'm not fine.
Yeah.
So like, for me, it's like I have to recognize when I have these feelings of like, you know what? That did bug me that he said that. Or you know what? This is kind of. I don't want to wait till this becomes a big issue and he took out the garbage the wrong way and I'm yelling at him from no reason.
But what about when I'm asking you, like, I'm sharing my truth with you?
When you're sharing.
Not when you're sharing your truth.
Yeah, when you're sharing your truth, what.
Have you done to be better at it? Because you're way better at it now.
Than you tell me.
You used to be horrible at it. I think now you're great at it.
Creating a space just to where you feel safe.
Okay, what did you do?
I don't know.
I'm feeling like you're digging for a certain.
I'm not digging for any certain situation. I'm just saying, what did you do? You've shifted a lot in the last.
Five years, I think, being not like, triggered or offended and just kind of, kind of listening to, like, where you're at.
There you go. There's one way that helped us. That helped us big time.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Cuz I would try to come in and share my truth with her, and then she would constantly feel like she was being attacked by me, just sharing where I was. What has it been like on your side?
Like, why is your tone so angry? And then I had to understand, his tone is not angry at me. His tone is angry at whatever last call he just got off of, you know, not taking it so personal.
Yeah.
What about for you guys?
Very interesting. Right. Because we've evolved immensely since we gotten involved in business, like parenting. When we did the working out stuff, that was like total dating phase. It was like, you know, in and out of the gym.
Right.
You're in the Gym, then you're competing. It was like the fun doing of together. Yes, there was harshness about dieting and stuff, but nothing compared to parenting and then owning businesses and building. Right. Media companies. So parenting was very calm because I was in charge of parenting 100%. He was like, oh, you're like the best mom. Like you got it, like whatever you say. Right? And he was the business guy, like very separate roles that we had, no intermingling there. And then in business in the last three years, I've gotten to know him more than I've gotten to know him in like the eight years prior to that. And I've gotten to know him as a true, like the kid that he was, you know, like the five year old kid. And being a parent to me has made me this really understanding person. I've read probably every single parenting book out there when I, when I had my kids, because I was like, this is another college. Like, I looked at him coaching me in the music industry. I was like, okay, I gotta look at this as a forever job. So let me take the courses. Let me do all the parenting courses. So when I look at Anthony, I always look at him as the little Anthony, the five year old, the six year old, and how unconditionally I can love my kids and not judge them and not be offended. And I'm like, yeah, that's, you know, I'm sorry you feel that way about me in this situation. And I'm sorry that you feel like it was my fault. You know, that was not my intention. Like these kind of conversation. Right. And we. I love writing things down. Like people think it's old school, but a good old pen and paper. And he gets annoyed. He's like, can't you just type or just tell Chatgpt to remember? No, I swear to God, when you write it, it becomes yours. So when he starts being vulnerable or bantering about something, right. I'm like, okay, okay, one second. So this is. You don't like this. I'm catching that you don't like this. I'm catching that you don't like that. Okay. So I noticed that maybe I do do this so I can change my way about this. But you gotta change this. So it's always like a gamified thing for me. Like, life is a game, parenting is a game. Business owning is a game. Right. If it's a game and it's fun, then it's not that serious.
Yeah.
And if I ever feel attacked, which I do, I'm like, it seems like you're putting me down. You know, like, I would say that, but I know that I'm worth it, and I know that I'm kick ass. So you're wrong, I'm right, and it's fun. And let's just go about our days today. We can agree to disagree, too, and then we also give each other space. But one thing that is like, core, core, core. We have our boundaries of being each other's best friends is we never, ever talk to anyone about each other. Never. Not like he only has basically his mom as his, you know, other best friend, but I have sisters, I have mom. You know, I have aunts and friends, and. And he has friends. But we never, ever, ever talk to our friends about each other because they can sway an outcome of a situation, and then they end up changing their relationship towards your spouse. And then they. And then you have to own up to what their expectation or anticipation is. So now you're becoming this middle person, right. That you have to act a certain way when everybody's around because you ruined it. So keep your mouth shut. Keep those boundaries in your house. Be the best friend of each other. Because if you. If I trust him that I'm his best friend and he trusts me that I'm. That he's my best friend, and we're loyal to that ideology, then we can be vulnerable and we can know that this is going to stay here.
Does that force you guys to open up conversations? Because I think a lot of times I. I'm similar in the sense that, like, we had our rough moments back, like, 15 years ago, almost got divorced, like, after second two kids, but I never went to my mom and she shared anything. Had I had done that, she probably. I'd probably be divorced. She got in my head 100 and so I never did that. But then it's. It's this place where you're like, I need somebody to talk to, you know.
Your pen and paper.
Yeah, I'm gonna pick up on the strategy because sometimes I'm like, I want to go. I want to go rant about Garrett being an to. Who am I gonna rant? I'm like, amber, wait. Nope. I, like, I don't want to do that, because I don't. I don't think that's healthy.
Sure.
So do you. Do you guys find that in doing that, if you're just like, hey, we're gonna sit down. Sit down. We're have kind of a tough conversation?
Yeah. Yeah, absolutely.
We always do. We always just air it out?
It's the loyalty, it's the respect, it's the boundaries, like, everything. And you have to really trust each other. That, okay, I'm loyal to you, but are you going and talking to your friends? Right?
Yeah.
You have to really, really trust each other. And we. We're like, together 24 7.
We're all the time together.
Even our kids complain. You're like, you guys are together all the time. Can I have one of you? Like one on one time? It's hard to, like, split us up. And we talk a lot over communicating, understanding. And with business especially, everything is growing so fast in the. In our new company, and yet our properties need to be managed in certain ways. And, you know, he. He's the forward thinker.
Yeah.
He's the guy that's been in business and he sees bigger pictures, pictures that I've never even been, you know, acquainted with. But me, I'm the organizer. Like, I'll keep juggling whatever he dumps on me. And I put them in different windows and I'm able to have like 20 windows open, organize it. It's like I'm my own chat GPT. I would say.
How do you guys. Because you work together.
Yeah.
Like, is there times you're like, I want to go to dinner and we're not talking about anything work related.
Nope.
I was like, right.
I mean, that's the struggle.
Yeah.
If we're the kids. Yeah, we do that.
Yeah.
We'll drop the phones and we talk about them. But then that turns into like, it's not work.
It's exciting, you know?
Exciting. Yeah.
We're building things and it's fun. It's. It's a lot of bonding goes on especially. And honestly, it's. It's you against the world sometimes. Yeah.
Yeah.
The other humans that don't really perform as well. You can bond on a lot of different things as a business owner. You know that.
So, so being. Being such great friends and being so collaborative in communication and being all in the things with the kids and the business and the building and all the cool. How do you keep the passion?
Yeah. And say, like, how do you.
How do you keep the passion alive.
When like, all right, babe, let's take this upstairs. Or maybe you can.
How do you do. How do you. The passion, which is like, oh, God, we're building big. And then all of a sudden you go into. Anthony, you're up on this one, bro.
I think, I think it's. It's important. I think, you know, date your wife and it. It has to do the same habits you were doing when you were dating. That's the, the crux of this show and that's our life. We always keep that. It's the same type of physicality that we had when we were dating, the first month when we officially were dating. And we keep that kind of fire on a daily basis. It's important intimacy, I think, and that's what I think. Understanding that aspect let you not cross the line with respect and arguments. And so as long as you have that, you're going to be able to maintain it. And so for us, it's an integral part, you know, especially for me as a guy, you know, for sure. And I think that you had mentioned something about other men watching this and struggling to speak to their woman. I think also a man has to own up to what kind of man, their woman, the scene. Do you make promises you don't keep? Are you failing at the little things in life? Are you not even showing up to the courses that you give? This woman knows a loser, okay? So if you're not even being a winner in this, are you making your bed? Like, are you keeping yourself clean? How's your hygiene? Like, check all those boxes to get her respect, to want to listen to you, you know, air out whatever you're feeling sad about, because in her mind, as you should be sad about not bringing home the bacon or whatever it is that you're supposed to be doing. So she's got a million other reasons why she's pissed at you. She doesn't even want to put you down like that. So you gotta really look in the mirror and say to yourself, okay, what can. That's in my control, that I can control to gain my woman's respect. And then she'll want to listen to me. Otherwise she's listening to a man child. So I think if you want the woman to have you open up and like, what do you. And also what are you bitching about? Like, what is it like get up and work or like work, do some push up, do something. I don't know who this person is, but what I'm saying is it sounds to me. And then also, how much damage did you create? Like, relationships are like a bank account, deposits and withdrawals. So what did you deposit in the relationship account that makes this person even want to receive information or sadness or whatever it is you're trying to say? That was my opinion on that last one.
That was perfect. I don't know, it's this, this piece of guys, like trying to clean up their side of the street. And it's hard to like, couple of guys, I was talking this morning, these dudes have fucked, they got exposed, they got caught in affairs, they got in a bunch of shit and they're like doing work and I'm proud of them. And they, and they're like, well, when is she gonna get. I was like, bro, you ran a racket for 15 years. You've been in the program for two months. Yeah, we're not going to turn this around overnight. You're going to feel like you're a different man. But what she's seeing is now the exposure of 15, 20 years of behavior. And so this cleanup process is so critical. And in the cleanup process, as guys clean up, I'm going to come to the girls for another question on this one. You nailed it, bro. You nailed that one. That was a sound bite. That was perfect. Did you hear that? I was a great one this. We have a lot of guys too, and couples listening to this where the women have become very shut down because dudes were not showing up for a long time. Communication was not happening Then these guys have gone to work and they're trying to improve and they've put years sometimes into improve. So making the money. Body's good, they're connecting to God. They're trying hard. They're taking the women on date nights, but the women have sexually and emotionally shut down. And a lot of these guys, I'll have grown men, powerful dudes, weeping, sitting in my office because the only thing they want is to be touched and held and make love to the one woman they chose. And this woman is like, I'll be your friend, I'll be your partner. I'm done, I'm shut down. From your perspective, what, what counsel can you two give to the guys? Because again, coming from a different place and he's very accountable. He's. He's on a fucking tear. He's creating. And you two have had that bonded respect at the bottom. We had a very similar three to four, five, six months of just connecting that wasn't sexual, was very like mental and spiritual when we first met. We have this foundation and we've done a ton of work. But from both of you and Danielle, I'll start with you, like speak to the guys from a female perspective because the sexless marriage game is a fucking problem. Like the percentage and the data points we have on guys and these are not bad looking dudes, these are not non producing guys, these are not bad men. But they're just in this Place where they have no idea how to open their wives back up sexually.
But I think it. I think it goes back to, like, even you said, anthony, like, you have to remember to date even when you're married. That was a mistake that we made in the beginning. We were actually. We were raised. We were raised in Utah. We're actually raised Mormon in a very strict culture. And so when we got married, it was like, okay. He got into mortgages. He was hunting. And I was like, okay, I just, you know, do the housework, do all the things. And I didn't ever communicate. I was just like, he's doing his job, what I thought his job was, and I was doing my job. And we literally stopped dating. It's like, oh, you get married and you're just supposed to live happily ever after. And being raised in the culture we were in, our families, like, we just. It was like, hey, settle into. Like, this is how marriage is. So we drifted. That's what we did. Two kids later, we. We drifted. And it, like, that's really what. Like, when we were at a place where I'm like, I don't know if I want to be married to him anymore. I was like, but I owe it to my two kids in my relationship to give it a try. Because at that point, we'd been married, like, seven years.
Well, seven, eight years, like, 23.
So I was like, I'm not like, I always tell people, I'm like, if you have kids, yes, you should stay in it for your kids if it's healthy, but you better work on the relationship. And so I was like, okay, if I allowed it to drift and I'm 50% of this relationship, then I've got to. It's going to take us. It took us another five years to rebuild what we had up in five years. So I don't know. I forgot what your question was.
Well, again, the challenge is, like, getting the women. How do I get my wife? How do I get my woman to open back up?
And this is what I was going to say. If your men are in these relationships where it's like, they've been drifting for five years, a lot of people, unfortunately, they get divorced because it's going to take that much. It's easier to go start with somebody else. They're like, oh, I can let go of all that. Go get remarry somebody else instead of, like, work and put your marriage back together.
Yeah.
So I. I don't know. Like, for us, I just think it's like, it's been for me, at least. I had to rebuild trust and respect with you because we had drifted. But I knew that I was 50% of the. The relationship in the marriage.
Got it.
I mean, first and foremost, all women's hormones are up right now.
That's what I was going to say. It's the hormones.
It's like you got to take your woman to a massive hormonal test. Take the labs. There's amazing Doctors. Go to biohackyourself.com I like it. Or biohackourself media on Instagram. But no, really, we are finding the. The best functional medicine doctors, best hormone professionals all over who do telemedicine. They'll send a lab work to your lab corp. You go, you get your blood test.
We just did a documentary we just wrapped called shield. She healed. She healed 77 women. Elena Cardone is in it, by the way.
Awesome. And the things that they're discovering.
This is a big problem. Divorce after having kids. It's mainly hormonal. Mainly. A lot of studies are coming out. Plastic water bottles, like micro. All this kind of heavy metals. They affect.
They also affect the men.
Yeah, the men, Absolutely.
So first and foremost, go get the labs. You know, honey, I feel like you've been shut down. We don't have that factor.
Exactly.
So I feel like I need to help you. Let's go get labs done. There must be something with your hormones. Let's optimize your hormones. You will feel much better.
Right.
How about you make her feel loved for her rather than let me, you know, have a conversation so I can get what I want. Let me get you feel optimized. So your light is back on. So the flower is blooming.
You need to be on baseline with your blood panels and your hormones to be able to even do anything, to absorb a conversation that a lot of times the kind of feeling physical damage having babies do to women, that's hard to really recover from. So unless you check that out and it's. It's.
We're made to recover, but the environment is not helping us. On the air, like, you can't even escape it. You're breathing micro tires, right. If you escape the plastic, if you escape the GMOs, if you escape a lot of things that's in your control, you still can't escape the WI fi radiation when you're in air or the tire, you know, micro tire in the air. So there's a lot of things that you need to biohack. Like, we've already understood it. It's a religion. We have adopted it. We are true and religious biohackers like, you have to anti hack your body because you're being hacked every single day. And this is why, hormonally, we are all not optimized. And this is why people's mood swings are up and down. Bipolar, adhd, all these conditions is no surprise. But we understand. And we've seen a massive shift when we started optimizing ourselves. You know, a little PMF mat on your desk, A little, like, red light therapy right there next to your desk. A little WI fi radiation, like Aries tech right here, right? You're protecting yourself from EMF working out, right? You're har.
Your endorphins, your mindset, your clarity. Like, that's the biggest biohacker is just.
Working out little things. You start optimizing yourself, all of a sudden, you start feeling good and happy. And here's the deal for all the men out there that have lost their women to the disconnection and, you know, this whole world of, like, not even recognizing themselves, women just want to have their own love language, right? And they just want to feel loved unconditionally by their men. They want to feel safe. They want to feel protected. Protected. And I don't care how dominant the woman is, just biologically, we are made to want to feel safe and secure and loved by our men. So if you just show unconditional love to your woman, let's go take care of your health, right? I'm not saying you're unhealthy. Let's optimize you. Let's do that. Let's do that. Find an amazing functional medicine doctor. Get the hormones checked, put them on hormone therapy, put them on some vitamins, nutrition, get them organic fruits and, yeah, vegetables. Bond on a project. This is what. Yeah, you're right. This is what I wanted to say. We've always bonded over projects. Even when he had a separate life, like doing business and I was a mom, Right. We had our own separate dream. Dream boards still. We were like, okay, we're gonna do this, this, this together. And I think that just is so instrumental to keep the couple excited about each other, excited about life, excited about this little competition against the world. You're doing together.
Yeah.
Because that keeps you together.
I was telling Garrett the other day, I was like, I know. I'm, like, healthy. I'm like. But I feel like something's off. And as a woman, I'm like, I don't know what it is, you know? And he's like, okay, we're getting your labs. We're ordering those tomorrow. I was like, okay, but didn't you.
Feel like, oh, he loves me.
Yeah.
He was like, didn't that make you feel?
Yeah, yeah. He's like, no. Out of his way, Called a few people. He's like, we got labs coming for you this week. I was like, okay. I thought I just needed some more.
Vitamin C. But, yeah, peptides out there right now. That's. That are. Forget it.
Yeah.
Brain optim. Like, brain fog. Women have, like, 80% of women have brain fog. You know why we did Shield documentary? Because 114 experts we interviewed for Biohack Yourself documentary, probably 80% of them said that, like, 85% of women have autoimmune conditions. And yet we recognize at the end of Biohack Yourself, we didn't even cover women's biohacking because it's a whole different way of biohacking. This is why we felt enticed to do the SHIELD Documentary. And it's a whole different way of stacking hacks and testing yourself and really understanding your body and being in charge of your body. And, you know, like, women are very complicated, as we know. And we go through our emotional cycles and stuff like that more than men. Right. Men may go through one cycle in the year. We're, like, cycling off. Yeah. Every month. And I feel it more than ever right now because.
Right.
We're in perimenopausal stage until, like, 50. We're going to be more up and down, up and down like crazy. So even communicating on that. Right. I'm like, honey, I know you're not used to me being hormonal at all. Like, he would never even know when my period would be because I never acted any down. But now I said, there is a thing. And so I set him down through 77 interviews for him to understand how women are different now. He respect it. So go watch your documentary to really understand, like, women need that support. And if they're totally off for, like, a few days, you can nurture them even more. Say, you know, like, I understand maybe you're on this for guys to learn.
How to navigate their. Their. Their wives. Yeah. Yeah.
Well, in all the times I've asked similar question to this, guess how many times this topic has come up? Zero.
Wow.
Yeah. Well, your men have never thought, like, hey, why don't you go have her level checkers?
I didn't think about it. I didn't think about it till right now.
Yeah, I didn't either.
I Didn't think about it right now. It's never come up.
I mean, obviously there's other things like, yeah, remember to date your wife and show her you love her and all the things. But I never thought to be like, hey, you know what? Something's just off inside.
That's what it is most of the time.
So building, building and being as passionate as you two are about biohacking, which, what's different, Anthony, for you, building these kind of companies now with her versus the companies you built before her?
You know, it's a great question. She was not involved in any of the businesses. What got her involved was the fitness aspect. When we did the Super Lollies docu series, I didn't think she was going to go through with the working out. I was like, this is tough. When she's like, week one in the gym, I was like, wait, you're gonna really do this, huh? She's like, yeah. So when we completed the documentary, she took home the gym. She goes, you know, Anthony, I know you're retired and everything, but I could help you invest in real estate. Like, I can do this too. I can do real estate investing too. So she's like, teach me. I'm game. What's next? I was like, you sure? I was like, look, real estate is a lonely sport. It's very lonely. Like once you can't unring that bell, once you buy the property, then you have, you have all this other stuff, commitments, like having a baby. And I said, I'm not interested in getting involved. Then when we moved to Florida, I said, okay, here's a budget, try to find some deals. She started finding great deals, making amazing decisions. Then we recognized that Florida, the insurance situation is wild with the multi family, especially if it's an older building. The only way you make money in real estate, on the rental side of things, if you build ground up, you have to spill from scratch, brand new, and then the insurance companies will, will underwrite and all that kind of stuff, stuff I had never done. Ground up development. We own a lot of real estate in New York and it's mostly gut renovation, multifamily mixed use apartment buildings. But you got it, it's already there. You don't need permitting to buy from the ground up. And it's a nightmare in New York in any of those, you know, blue states to do any type of business. And so she's like, I want to do ground up. I want to do it. I want to do. I was like, I've never done it before.
And Also, it'll last longer for our kids to match, right?
And then, sure enough, like, we went into one venture and then another, like sixteen ventures in Tampa, Florida. Multifamily mix. She's crushing it. But we brought in the trades. We have the best builder in the area developing, so we don't even have to do anything, but she's crushing it. So she crushed that. And then we got involved more on the documentary side of things. When the Fat Lolly document documentary went viral, we did the docu series, which she produced. And then we did another one about loose skin surgery. She produced that documentary. We did another one for George Farah called the guru. We interviewed 32 bodybuilders. The most famous one, she casted the whole thing. And so anything she puts her mind to, she can do. And so now with the biohacking and the shield and this media company, it's like, nothing.
What about the butts? They want to know that.
Oh, the what? The dark side.
Just nodding on his eyes, just like, what is, what is, what's difference for you? Now get in to build with her versus building. Oh, well, on your own.
The main complaint that I hear, and I'm very aware of it, is that he's like, he feels like, yes, I have. Like, I'm the engine and I can make things happen, but first it needs to make sense to. To me. And that pisses him off.
If it's an employee, it's just like, yeah, he's like, just do what I say. And that's it. You know what I'm saying? Now it's like I have to consult, you know, it's not like she's not for it, but she just has. Has to click and understand.
So the thing is, okay, again, if you look, look at the life I've lived and the life that he's lived, to him, it's like he's pretend he's in college right now and he's, you know, doing something in a sixth grade, let's say, right? It's like, yeah, it's boom, boom, boom. I'm like, and I'm actually in sixth grade right now.
Yeah.
I'm like, but why? Second, this is exciting, but explain to me. And it takes me a moment to get it, but once I get it, he knows that he can dump and move on because it's gonna get done. And the mere fact of that I need to get frustrates him. Cause he's like, this is holding me back. As I said back then, back then, I could get up in the morning and do this and do tell five secretaries to do that. Now I have to explain to you. And I'm like, that's scary.
Do you know how many people pay me to coach them like this? And you won't listen. I'm like, I just need an understanding of it for it to like you said. Because if you know, it doesn't click for you, you're like, I can't promote it or stand for it.
I have to feel.
Right, Totally.
It has to feel patience. But the patience, the benefit is that when he comes up with genius ideas, right. I'm a total outsider to the business. Then I'll say something and he'll be like, oh, I didn't even think about that. Because it's like ignorant mind, right? Just, oh, let's do this right.
Yeah.
So there's cons.
No, the pros are. Once adopted, it. It really flies. Because once she gets it, I don't. There's no more hand holding. It's already done.
So. So, you know, right now we're. We're starting to film the biological dentistry documentary. Super passionate about it. Came across biological dentistry when our son, Legend, had a root canal that didn't go through. Like I didn't go through with it, but they said he needs a root canal. So of course I googled it. What's root canal? And I always google what's bad about root canal. So then things started popping up. Then I came across biological dentistry. I even took him to biological dentist. They said, no, don't do it. But at the time, I didn't know much until we were filming Biohack Yourself where we interviewed Dr. Jerry Kramer, one of the, like, he's the godfather of biological dentistry. So he had the interview with us, then he took us out to dinner. He's like, guys, this is not just a one interview thing. Like, your audience is amazing and engaged. You need a whole documentary on this. So we kept it in mind for when we were finished with all the other documentaries lined up, we would do this. So sure enough, he had this massive infection right after we finished, we were actually hosting the Oscars of Longevity, the first of its kind event where 800 of the longevity expansion came to celebrate themselves. Where they walked the red carpet and they were the Katy Perry's and Justin Bieber's of the world. And we said, like, these are the people who need to actually start being fed to the regular people's algorithm. Not what Katy Perry is dressing up again. And after that he had this massive infection. We heard about this biological dentist. We rushed over, did a bunch of procedures and we're really like starting to film it now, like through our experiences. His mom just went through a whole biological transformation. My mom is lined up next week in Costa Rica.
We're filming it around the world. But I had. I didn't heal right from it.
Yeah.
So the issue was we did that Oscars of longevity event. It was massive. Then Bobby Kennedy and Dell asked us to produce the MAHA Ball in Washington where we did that for on the inauguration day.
We were the only trusted media to be inside those rooms. Yeah, it was amazing.
And then so I had to go back and fight it. Kill an infection. That.
But why I'm saying is, right. So super passionate about this. I'm like, yeah, let's produce this. Okay, I got this. I got this. He's like, well, I'm gonna sit on my ass. I'm gonna do nothing until you do what I told you. So now we have this passions about. So like the company is taking many octopus wings, right? And he's like, no, this direction needs love. And I'm like, yeah, but this needs my love. And he's like, well, I'm not going to help you in this until you do this.
My sit on my hands technique.
Yeah, sit on my hands technique.
I'm like, we'll do it.
Okay.
I'm not going to put my genius on that. Okay, is the orc chart ready? Like this kind of things, right?
Exactly.
So there's that. Like, there's. Of course there's. But again, when we turn it into a game, it's all in good. And you take your ego out of it because you know there's unconditional love at the base of it and respect at the foundation. All the words that even our daughter. Right. Like, if I say something, if you do that, I'm gonna take this away. Mom, you know you're not gonna do that, so stop threatening me. But I get it. You're furious. So I'll just do it for your happiness. Okay, so this is like us. Okay, I get it. You're furious about this. I don't want to do it, but I'll do it to make you happy. There, check mark.
I think it's like, it sounds like with what you're building though, it's something you're both passionate in. And so when you have like the petty arguments or whatever it is, you have to really focus on, like, what is. What is the big picture? What is the outcome we're looking for? And then you can Kind of drop that ego a little bit. And you're like, okay, you go in your lane. I'll go in my lane for a minute, and you can kind of come back together, like, with this thing. And we keep talking around the show, which is, like, respect for each other.
Yeah.
And building something together. I think that, like, when people say that, you know, definition of a power couple, to me, it's like somebody like you guys who's like, you're building this life together, Right. And you're building. You're curating this for your kids and everybody else, and you're making a difference inside of something you're both passionate about. So I think it's just, like, cool to watch you guys get all excited about talking about and things. I'm like, yeah, we watch.
We build together.
We tried to build a hair brand together, and then we went our separate ways.
Oh, we. We.
But we're coming back together on a.
Few things, but we figured out that we couldn't do business together for a period of time. We could do it now, but there was a period of time our. Our marriage is going to end.
Right.
There was too much of what you're describing where I'm like. She's like, well, we need to do this. And I'm like, I already know how to fix this problem. In two minutes, we're going to do this and this and this. Yeah, but why are we doing that? Why are we doing that? I understand. Okay, listen, I'm not gonna have this conversation with you again because I've already drawn it three times. But you don't know what it's about, so you don't make sense now. Actually, how we build now is what is the outcome that you want?
Well, enough for me. I've had to, like.
And then she'll tell me what the outcome is.
Trust that, even though I don't understand.
That's the thing. Yes.
Like, I know you've done this.
I've seen letting go. Because when. The moment you become a mom, you can't let go of anything. You have to, like, dominate everything, and you have to, like, control it. Right. So he felt that. He's like, I don't have to answer to you. Like, we're doing this, and. And then, you know, there's also, like, mutual trust in each other's competences, where he believed in my ideas and supported me when I was like, let's do a biohacking documentary. And so now when he's like, oh, we're gonna do this with this concept, I'M like, trusting him. And we constantly go in our roles like this.
Yeah.
All right. Oh, we're doing that. Okay. You're taking the lead on that. Go for it.
Yeah.
Oh, no, we're doing this now.
Right.
So now we're very fluid, right? Would you say so?
Yeah. But he's still very purpose driven. You know, she. Her nickname is Mother Teresa. The shirt off her back. But I'm a business person.
Yeah.
So I. I have to bring in the reins and make sure he's like.
Your biohack is, you know, green in the brain and green in the stomach. My biohack is green in the pocket.
Who's that? And in the suit. Okay, ready? We're gonna flip it one more time. Yes. So, Anthony, three things now that you guys have been married for, you've been together for 13 years. 12 years. 12 years.
Going on 13.
Going on 13 years now, having gone through the experience, built lots of weight, done all these amazing. You two energetically together are amazing.
Thank you.
Like you are. It's. It's fun to watch. I can see how you two build big shit real fast.
Thank you.
Seriously, look at her and share with us. What are the three things after all of this time together and what you've created? You're obviously very connected. You can feel that. You can't fake it. You learn. And I love watching you two play tennis and let her go, and she lets you go. It's amazing. What are the three things you love the most about who she being now as a woman with you? Three things that you look at her and be like, these are three of the top things I love about you.
Well, the top three things. Well, your kindness, your unconditional love, and your respect. Those are the three things.
Yeah.
They're amazing.
I do.
I do.
Again.
All right, Theresa, same question back to this amazing man that you wrote.
Number one is his resiliency. Like, forget it. Always excites me. Number two, definitely your kindness. Yeah. Number three, generosity.
I love it.
We had this. We did this on another show. Yeah.
How about you guys?
And we were like, oh, that felt really nice. And I told him, I'm like, anytime. We're like, er, like. So I'm like, we need to, like, just stop and be like, hey, I want to tell you the three things I love about you. They might change, you know, but still.
Like, how about you guys do it? Do it?
Well, you're first.
Okay. I love that you take care of our family and that you provide this lifestyle for us, because for me, that's that's important to feel that safety and security. I would say my second thing is I love how you're such an amazing father. You don't ever do anything that like you I'm expected you to do. You do it because you want to be with your kids. You're a great father. And I would say the third is you're just really good in bed.
No, leave that in the top three. Leave that one in the top three. Leave that one in the top three. I worked hard for that one. Worked hard for that title. Finally it's in the top three. Used to be bottom 25. Okay. Number one. I love that you're willing to run on a God calling purpose with me because I could do a lot of traditional businesses and make way more money but that you've been willing to follow me in what God's called me to do. One, two, that you've provided a life and a home for us because otherwise I just build and like the fact that come home to this house that you've created and turn into home for us. Always amazing. And number three, the fact that you're willing to take on hard internal shit with yourself that you're willing to work on you because we couldn't work if you didn't and we couldn't work if I didn't. So I love you.
That's beautiful.
They do, they change all the time.
We stole this from some of our guests. They put us on the spot. We were like that's great you two. As our final part of the conversation, you've got some very passionate projects you're up to talk about because right now, I can tell you right now the hormonal thing that you just listed the only thing my mind's thinking many of my guys are going to listen. They're going to go right home and this up. They're going to say it all bad and weird. Hey babe, I figured out your problem. We got to get your hormones. That's why you know, that's why you don't want to get crazy in bed. Let's get some hormones. Let's go. Share. Share like where people can follow you, connect with you right now. Like what are the projects? Because you mentioned a whole bunch of things and maybe the the central places for people to get plugged. This hormone thing is going to go off. I want to do more with you guys on this because yeah.
Even put you in front of my guys concern.
Yeah. Yeah. So well first they can watch us on Amazon prime. They can search biohack Yourself. There's a five part documentary that's out. It's a very like, what do you say? The master.
Well, it's who Met whom. It's a podcast, Had a baby with a master class, had a baby with an expo.
It's very much everything. We discuss tools and solutions. We don't just talk about the problem. So a, watch that biohack yourself on Amazon Prime. B, go to our website biohackyourself.com there's probably like 700 articles on longevity and experts that you need to learn about and follow them. The products that we've been using to optimize and mainly products that were featured in a documentary or in our print magazine. Go buy the Biohack Yourself print magazine on Barnes and Noble or Publix or simply just subscribe on our website. There's a subscribe button. Yeah, right there. Just subscribe. We have incredible issues coming out. Like Dr. Danielle Amen. Issue was out April 21st.
Lara Trump. Well, Gary Brca is in the next couple.
Gary BRCA is coming July 21st.
Lara Trump is in the next one after that. And Dr. Gabrielle Line. We have the best people in the.
World and this is information Fall. And we call this the number one biohack because it has no blue light, it has no radiation. It's a good old paper you can actually read and educate. All of those contributors are top line scientists that are really.
Dr. Mark Gordon. Like everyone that that works at our organization or writes or contributes is the top of their field.
Yeah.
Wow.
So subscribe to the magazine and like the first place you should go is Instagram. At Biohackourself Media, we are reporting on all news, biohacking, longevity, 17 journalists.
And we're covering optimization on all things. Like we were at Miami Swim week and we were interviewing the models. Some of them had Hashimoto's like, how did you biohack your way out of that? Some of them were cancer survivors. So our POV and subject matter is what are you doing to optimize yourself?
We're covering pickleball tournaments, we're covering run clubs with Diplo. We're covering now we're actually going to go to UFC and cover that and understand what the athletes are doing on biohacking and longevity conferences, all the longevity anti aging conferences, podcast highlights. Like longevity podcast highlights. People don't have that time to sit there and watch two hours of Joe Rogan to just catch a snippet about the longevity. So we sum it all up. We have so many exciting things Coming, though. So when you follow the Instagram platform, you'll stay. Yeah. That's cool.
The news on biohacking.
That's right.
That is. It's the news. Yeah.
Yeah. Do you know what's fun about it, though, is that 99 of your interviews, you'll get a passionately rip on that. And today we got to hear you.
Thank you.
Not just what you do.
Thank you, thank you.
You two have been amazing.
Actually was actually eye opening for us too.
Yeah. This is a hack. This is a marriage hack. Really, to be honest with you, that people want to know.
Right.
Like I said, this is a destination that most people, if you're doing things right, you're. You're running a business and you have a marriage, you still gotta optimize it. Right?
Yeah.
Right.
Well. And you two, you two, you can't. You can fake with clothes, cars, watches and jets, which can't fake his energy and soul between people.
People probably now can see, like a different piece of you guys too, even being on this podcast.
It's amazing.
Thank you for having us.
You guys are great. You were absolutely great.
You guys are great. Too excited.
I'm like, camgona.
You guys actually don't have it. You have no idea about the timing of this, like, having you on the show here, because we were just in St. Lucia for a week ago and.
I was like, something feels off.
And literally this is what we were just talking about.
Everything happens for a reason.
Like, but you know what I mean.
Yeah, I mean. And also, by the way, at Shield Doc Instagram, we've been doing the press releases on every single cast member, so the audience member can actually go read about each doctor that we're featuring. That were hands, like, selected.
They have to be referred. Like, the people that referred us are.
Top notch and they can contact every single one of them. And. And really? Yeah. Like, we've done the selection.
What we realize is we created something we wish we had because most documentaries are fear mongering, right? Oh, this government or that, or this needle or that. We're like, well, where's the answers? I know I'm sick because of this, but where do I go? Who can I see? And then if you like, look at the credits, that person is retired. He doesn't work anymore. He's not available, he's not practicing. No, we said no. We want solutions.
Active, active people in the game.
Yeah, well, and then like you said, like the root canal, the people are just like, oh, you said, I need this. Okay. And then people accept it. For truth. And they're like, but what if there's a way around it that's better.
Yeah, right?
Well, you want to wrap it?
You wrap it.
