They discuss fantasies of being "swept off your feet," lack of seduction skills, effects of Christian/Mormon upbringing on sexual shame, therapy lessons ("the Wizard") about connection and sexual power, practical dynamics around initiation and emotional availability, open relationships/swinging, parenting implications (father-daughter intimacy), and a personal 'seduction journey' including fitness/bodybuilding goals.

But I think, though, it's. It's interesting too, because, like, women at some level, even if you're like a good Christian girl, there's still this, like, fantasy. It's almost like a romance novel of where, like, your man just, like, picks you up and, like, kind of takes you and you're like. But yet you're in a relationship where you're so uncomfortable. We talked about this on a few podcasts where it's like, you are in a situation with your husband that you'd probably actually be more comfortable fucking around a dude in the bar a hundred percent, because it's, like, adventurous, and this guy has reps and certainty. And so it's like, oh, my God. It's like all of a sudden, this certainty is attractive to where women are kind of, like, swept off their feet, so to speak.
Do you think, well, we know this is the case because all you have to do is watch 50 Shades of Gray. That movie comes out. I went to that movie with you. I was one of two men in the entire theater. What I had was a whole bunch of women with bottles of wine, horny as fuck, going home to probably not being seduced. Half those women went home with. Welcome to the date your wife podcast. Today we'll be talking about my inability to seduce my wife.
That's a horrible intro for date.
That's cook, baby.
It's not seduce your wife. I guess it's just date your wife.
It's date your wife. Seduce your wife is our next episode.
Oh, that's the 2.0 version of date your wife is seduce your wife.
Seduce your wife is what? Seduce your wife is what you do after you date your wife. We're starting with the basics with people. So date your wives so you can get into the reality of realizing that as a man, most of men do not know how to seduce your wives.
I would bet you're right. Especially for men that have probably been with few women or raised in the religious space, because there's just not. You were saying Today we had a therapy lesson. It was like, you're like, I just don't have a lot of reps. You don't have a lot of reps. Like having to seduce and play the game.
Well, let's play it out this way, right? So you take a guy who gets divorced. I've got a whole bunch of them. In my world, guy's been with one or two. One or two women his whole life. One was his ex wife goes on a bender, and I'm talking bender in the sense that the average guy I know that gets divorced ends up having sex with eight to 15 women within six months.
Okay.
That's a lot of different vaginas. That's a lot of different women. I got Latin girls, black girls, white girls, Asian girls. Like, just eight.
Eight to 15 is a lot.
Eight to 15 within six months.
Oh, okay.
And they learn about themselves. It's literally part of the protocol for almost every divorce guy I've met. They go through the protocol of, I'm going to now no longer lock myself down for a period of time, and I'm going to explore the Crayola crayon pack. Not the four pack, the big fat ones you use in kindergarten with four crayons. I'm talking the big 164 pack with the crayon sharpener on the back.
All eight of them.
I'm trying all 164 of those crayons. Some of those guys do try 164. So, like, the thing is crazy that I was talking to them. When they come back to it, they have reps and they're, like, starting to figure out what they want and what they don't want. There are some guys that. This is their entire theory. Andrew Tate talks about this. He talks about the fact that you shouldn't settle down with one woman. You should just be with lots of women until you figure out what you want. What are your thoughts on this?
You didn't take that route.
I did not, obviously, take that route. Hence, I have no seduction skills.
You know what's so funny is you're, like, really charismatic, and you're such a great speaker. Like, if I were to see you on social media, I'd either be turned off or turned on, to be honest. But I think.
I think that still happens for you. Depending on the topic.
It does. But I still think I would. I would imagine you just being this, like, very powerful alpha dude that just. You're like. You are. And you actually. You. I will say you are good in bed. You just are not good at seducing.
Yeah, I'm not the best at seducing. I'm not gonna put that out. There's a lot of things I'm good at. Right? I mean, I could pretend, like, I don't have a hairy back, but I do. But I handle that. I have it shaved off, so. Right by my barber. His name's. His name, Seth. He's a Viking. And I don't have reps. So, like, literally, I was, like, studying this. There's A book that we've been reading with a whole bunch of guys in Warrior, which is shit. It's called the Needy Man. No, it's called. I can't remember the title of it. Anyways, the whole book is, like, about this premise of Christian men who have been raised in the sanitized church. Men who were raised to be reverent, to be polite, to be kind, to be all these things, which I'm not saying there's anything wrong with reverence at times or being polite or kind, but they were also taught to be sexually weak. They were shamed. They were thrown into the gutter. They were told not to talk about it. They were even cursed for masturbating, for God's sakes. And there's not one man in the world that hasn't touched his own penis with the intention to ejaculate.
But I think, though, it's. It's interesting, too, because, like, women, at some level, even if you're, like, a good Christian girl, there's still this, like, fantasy. It's almost like a romance novel of where, like, your man just, like, picks you up and, like, kind of takes you and you're like. But yet you're in a relationship where you're so uncomfortable. We talked about this on a few podcasts where it's like, you were in. In a situation with your husband that you'd probably actually be more comfortable around a dude in the bar 100, because it's, like, adventurous, and this guy has reps and certainty. And so it's like, oh, my God. It's like all of a sudden, it. This certainty is attractive to where women are, like, kind of, like, swept off their feet, so to speak.
Do you think? Well, we know this is the case because all you have to do is watch 50 Shades of Gray. That movie comes out. I went to that movie with you. I was one of two men in the entire theater. What I had was a whole bunch of women with bottles of wine, horny as fuck, going home to probably not being seduced. Half those women went home with toys.
But we talked about this, actually, in therapy, because with Garrett and I, it's so interesting because, like. Okay, let's rewind a little bit to the story.
So tell us.
Well, when we were first married, it was. We were raised in the Mormon bubble, which is also a Christian faith, and it was like, don't have sex. Don't have sex. And then you're supposed to be able to, like, figure it out when you get married. And what happened is you Went into, like, work and grind mode, and I just was, like, kind of doing my own thing, working. Then we had kids, but there was never any. Like, I think when you're dating, seduction is natural. I think when you're dating, connection is natural. Otherwise, you wouldn't get married. It's not like we're in an arranged marriage. So this happens in the Christian and culture and community where there is this seduction and there is this dating. And then all of a sudden, you get married, and it's like, this is my woman. And it's like, I can just hunt. This is my woman. And it's very, like, cavemanish. And so what happens for women, including myself, is we tend to shut down emotionally, and then we are triggered and turned off by the fact that our husband, who we're not emotionally connecting with, wants to have sex with us. Now, you flip that to where we're at right now. We're in a healthy space where I feel like there is connection. Then I'm like, I love almost, like, flirting and seducing you in a way.
Yeah.
And getting your attention that way. Versus, in the past. I was very, like, turned off because I would always say, like, I felt kind of like a piece of meat. But the reality is I felt like a piece of meat because I didn't fight for connection as a woman. I just was like, well, he's hustling and grinding and paying the bills, and that should be enough, and it's not. Ladies.
Our therapist talked about the unfair advantage. We call him the Wizard. I don't know if he's even taking clients because so many people want to work with him out. We talk about the wizard because he's fucking amazing. And one of the things he talked about was the advantage. He painted a scenario. Should we tell him about the scenario?
At the pool, there was a couple.
He had some. He did some funny, funny things. I want to wear your ass as a hat. He's all. He's all.
He's like, so, ladies, when you get dresses. And he's like, if you're. He's like, if you're getting dressed up and you're sexy and you got on your. What do you say? Your stripper shoes and your skirt and everything, and you walk and you walk downstairs. If your husband's like, oh, you're such a sweet soul. You're, like, offended, what you want to hear him say is, baby, I want to wear your ass as a hat tonight.
I was like, oh, we have a. We have a perfect therapist who matches our Vibe. He's great. So the other thing, he was painting this in here, too. We were talking about men's sexual trigger being normal and natural. And to give an example, he's like, sitting at the pool. Imagine you're at a pool. You're somewhere on top of a hotel. You're in some place where it's sunny at a beach, and you're. Everyone's there, and you got beautiful people around you, etc. And he said, now. And you're laying there by Danielle. He's like, what do you. What are you feeling? I was like, yeah, you know, she's hot. I know what that looks like. We can. I can picture one of, like, 50 different hotels we've been to like that with. She looks amazing. She looks sexy. She looks on fire. It's kind of popping. It's like a day club. It's great. And she's like, all right, now I want you to imagine all the women are topless. And I started smiling. He goes, what'd you think about? And I said, tits. Just lots of tits. Lots of perfect tits. Just lots of them. Didn't see any faces. Didn't see any asses. Just thought about tits.
They're not like average tits. They're like perfect tits.
We said topless, so we didn't say bottomless. They were just perfect tits. Just lots of them. So he keeps going on. He says, okay, so I want you to imagine, Danielle, that you see your husband noticing all of these other women who are topless, all these tits. And you said, you would feel what?
I was like, good for you.
Okay. So then he continued, and he said, garrett, I want you to now notice that all the other men at the pool are noticing. Danielle, what do you feel? And I said, mixed. He said, well, what do you mean, one mix? I said, well, one. I'm like, yeah, of course you're looking at her tits. I said, on the flip side, I'm like, bro, you better stop fucking looking at her tits. Like, tone it down. Look at me. Look. Look away. Look.
That's, like, sexy. I would expect that you, like, are kind of like, hey, she's mine, kind of thing.
Well, that's. Guys. Guys is like that. Like, there's a look. You can look. Even when we were talking about, like, we walk into hotels or restaurants, go to Vegas, whatever. It's like if a dude keeps locked on you while you're walking with him, you're like, dude, I'm a you up right now. Stop looking at my wife. But if a guy looks once and then Gives you the respect nod. You're like, I know.
It's just like, what do you do if the girl. So what if. What if the guy is, like, giving you a look, but then the girl's, like, flirting back with the guy while.
Walking, while holding her husband's hand? That girl's getting replaced.
Man. And I are probably not in a good space.
Well, you brought up an interesting game. You're like, so many people in open relationships right now. How does that even work? Rolling into a club?
Yeah. Cause you're like.
Because you potentially, both of you can be getting someone new at the club, which means you're both available, but you're together.
Well, I don't think, though, like, we know people, and they've been like, I think it's hot. And I'm like, you really? Do you think that's hot? So, like, you're like, fair game. Like, does that mean you have to fight harder for her that night because she could go home with another guy?
Me and Wes Watson would talk about this, both of us, and we're just like. He's like, dude, I don't get it. I was like, I don't get it either. He's. And he knows tons of people, and I know tons of people. All that are in open relationships. And it seems to be the trend with married couples now. That's just because it's happening a ton.
Bored.
It's happening a ton. Way more than I anticipated. Like, I hear about Cubs all the time. I'm like, you guys are open, too. You guys are open, too.
What the. Yeah, it's called swinging. I think it's created out of just boredom, I'm sure, and lack of. I actually. Let me rephrase that. Lack of connection. So in order to spark things up, they're thinking, like, oh, yeah, let's go do. Let's go swing a little bit. And then ultimately, like, anybody that I have talked to in the end, and we have a couple. Few other friends where they're like, you just. And it's this unsatisfied feeling that just. You think that's it, and it's not. And I'm telling you, the tr. The true chemistry, whether it's sexual or not sexual, is you have to have that connection. It is true. And that's why I feel, like, so called to share with women is. I'm like, I'm sorry. You don't just get to be a kept wife anymore. I don't care if you don't work. You don't get to just be a kept wife anymore. You've got to support your man, and you've got to fight for what you want, which is time and connection. And if you don't, your man has more probability to lock his eyes on another woman because you didn't keep that connection alive. Whereas I think that men, if they're getting laid frequently, they. They care about connection, but they kind of don't. They, like, connect with their businesses, and they're very, like, driven into that, and it's very purposeful for them. So as long as they can come home and have a sweet piece of ass and get laid, they're like, I'm good. But the problem is there's a lot of women that feel like they're trapped in these relationships and they're not really happy. And they don't know why, because they might have a ton of money. And what they're lacking is that connection. I mean, I've experienced it myself, and that's how I know. And so I'm like, hey, I will never get into a situation like I did 10 years ago where we. Before we even lost everything. We had nice cars and nice homes and. And we had all the things. And I still was, like, not attracted to you because I felt, like, literally, like I was a piece of meat. There was no connection. We had two kids. We hit all the check boxes. We hit the Christian culture. We're doing everything we're supposed to be doing. And I was like. I just felt numb. That's the only thing I can describe. And that's when we kind of drifted. You ended up having an emotional affair. We. We lost everything. And I often wonder, had we been connected enough, would we have lost everything the first time?
I don't know.
I don't know either.
Well, think about it this way, right? So. So we'll play this from two ways. So. So, guys. So you end up in hearing that you're like, okay, well, you get the guy who's, like, not showing up emotionally connecting, and then you got the woman who's not putting out. And so you get both people isolated in their corners, and the natural default is the guy didn't show up emotionally, so by therefore, it's his fault. But on the flip side, I was asking myself the question, what's easier? Getting a guy to emotionally feel into connection with his wife or having you fuck him? It's way easier for you to fuck him.
I know.
Like, so what I'm saying is, like, in all those situations, we know couples right now who are divorced, who are Married to other people, that these women didn't even have an orgasm in 15 years they were married. She didn't have one orgasm. And the guy was always wanting to connect with her sexually, and she would never put out because he wasn't emotionally.
Wanting to connect with her.
But what if her fucking him opened him up emotionally? Which for sure it does.
Yeah.
And I get that guys are emotionally available when they have been, but when.
They nut, that's great. But even you and I had gotten to this place where I was like, I'm the biggest porn star in the room, and I still. I'm still not getting the connection that I want.
There's levels. You were wanting more.
I was. I was like, I'm taking out of this relationship level, and you can come with me or I'll. I'll do it with somebody else. Yeah, but it was. I wanted more out of it. I wanted more, like, I felt like I had kind of discovered myself sexually and, like, really went all in. And I did experience moments with you where I, like, felt very connected, but I wanted an even deeper and more emotional level of connection. And so I was like, okay, we've got to figure this out. And now we're on a new chapter where it's called Garrett Wants a Sexy Back.
Stella Got Her Groove Back. You know, it's like, eat, live, Pray, love, whatever the fuck. And she goes to whatever and does yoga. Okay, no, let me share. Let me share.
Okay, okay. But I have to share one thing before you share. Sorry. Before I lose this thought. Do you find me more attractive? Do you find me more attractive? Or is there a piece of you that finds me scary? Because in the last, you know, say, five years, I feel like I have really developed myself in the sense of, like, I did. I was kind of this prudish wife that was just, like, having sex. To check it off the list to going to. Okay, well, this. Either I'm going to. You made it very clear, like, hey, I want a lot of sex, or this relationship's not going to work. And I was like, okay, well, I'm going to give it my all, and let's. That means sexually, too. And so I slowly started to just kind of, like, be the initiator and open up more sexually. Then I had two more of our babies. I did fitness competitions, and my certainty and confidence and just what I had done and who had become kind of skyrocketed. And I. I don't want to speak for you, but do you not find me more attractive in this? In this? Space, like, in, like, what I did with my body and. And all. And, like, even sexually, whatever you want to say and the connection we've had doing that, I feel like I walk around a different person.
You are.
But there's amazing. There's a piece in you that I feel like I want to unleash a little bit. Like, I had to discover in myself because we got married young. I mean, you were married once before, but, like, we still got married very young. We've been together for 20 years, so I almost feel like I. I beat you to that point. And I kind of want to. I want you to unleash that piece of yourself, too. Like, I know I want to see that piece of you.
Hey, I love the fact that we went from 2016, me standing in the kitchen saying, if sex does not become an item in our world, I'm leaving you two. 20, 23. If I don't get feeling connection from you, now that I've given you what you want, six years later, I'm leaving you. So we both ultimatum each other, But I want you to look at that. In six years, you went from the poster child for vaginal masturbation to the poster child for stripper wife. That's quite a jump. Well, it's possible, but I'm saying so you swung the pendulum. For six years, it took you to get to that place. You went from 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23. Seven years to get to the place that you're at.
Seven years.
Seven years. 17, 18, 19, 20s 21, 22. I guess six and a half, 6.5 years to hit your. Actually, before we wind back when you collided with me. Six years to go from. My husband's gonna divorce me if I don't. You're gonna find my point. You got your point. I'm about to make mine. Six years for you to find your stride. Now, given you had two babies, you did a bunch of shit. And amidst that, throughout all those times you were asking me for a whole bunch of shit, I delivered on you said, okay, get me a house. Done. Not one, two houses. Give me the cars I want. Done. Take me on vacations. Done. Buy me gifts. Done. Get me jewelry. Done. Show up with the kids. Done. Hire me. Help with the house. Done. Help me with the business. Done. Make more money. Done. So this whole time that you figured out sex, I figured out, like, 75 things.
I also figured out a lot in between two. It wasn't just me developing.
Just saying there was a request. You had requests for me?
I also delivered two more humans, did three bikini competitions, gained over 70 pounds, had a DVT, built a massive business. So I hear you and I raise your crying card.
There's no crying card. So I want you to look at it. I want you to look at. So there were requests that you made that I fulfilled on completely. You're just at a new level of request. You've been requesting shit the whole time that I've been delivering on, that I've leveled up on. Leveled up the way I dress, Leveled up how I date. You leveled up the PlaySec. Stop. You don't get a discount. Listen to it, though. Listen. So while we're working on me finishing the final piece of the masterpiece called Garrett fucking J. White, which we're going to get there. I'm 47 by the time I'm 50. I'm not going to fit in a fucking triple extra large shirt. I'm going to sit in this chair, just fill the whole fucking thing up with my glutes.
That's gross.
Just giant quads. And I'm working on Project Garrett. I've been working on Project Garrett for a long time. And I'm unlocking Project Garrett fast as fuck. And along the line, you have to admit, there were things you requested back then. You didn't ask me, why do you.
Have an irritated tone that I want you to?
It's not irritating.
Okay.
I'm wanting to also point out the fact that through the same six year time period that you did that there were things you requested from me that I gave you.
I wasn't putting you down in any token.
I know. I'm not putting you down either. There were things you requested from me that I gave you.
That's great. I'm excited for this next piece of you to come out.
I know, I know. We're bullshit.
What does it have to do with anything that you gave me? I gave you a lot, too. And I developed a lot of myself.
It's the crying card.
Comment it. I know you need you.
Nope. You. Every time you talk about having babies, you immediately nullify anything I say.
I do. I'm sorry. I had two really hard pregnancies in my later 30s, gained a ton of weight and competed in three competitions while building a business. So I hear you. I love you. You're sexy as hell. And I need you to let the beast out.
Okay. I love how you were like you were looking for every single way. How can I say this to not trigger the shit out of my husband? That was good. You Did a good job. You navigated that minefield real good.
I told you I had a dream last night, and it was like you came up from behind me, and you literally just kind of grabbed my ass and kissed the back of my neck. And I was like, who's that? But it was you. Like, I felt, like, this presence of you that I feel like is very sexy. And I. I want you to let that peace out a little bit. I think you do, too.
Yeah. He's coming.
Okay, I'm ready.
He's been coming.
I think the fitness has been good for you.
He's been coming.
I know he's been coming.
He's been coming a lot. He's had a lot of coming, happening. And amidst all the coming, he's coming some more.
I don't know what to say.
Well, here's what I'll tell you. This entire piece, though, of seduction. Nope, I'm coming back.
I have something I have to say to the ladies.
All right. Well, you're. You seem to forget everything, so go ahead.
I do.
I don't forget anything.
Okay. I was just gonna say, like, for me, I used to be, like, again, being raised in, like, the Mormon community, the Mormon culture, and being very modest, I. There was this, like, level of, like, certainty where I couldn't, like, just, like, walk around the house naked. I was like, oh, my gosh. Like, I gotta cover up. And. And it was funny throughout this whole journey. Like, I. I'm very, like, comfortable with myself. And I realize how powerful women are with the sex card. And it was interesting to talk with our therapist. Therapist today, because he was like, oh, yeah, absolutely. Women. Women carry the power of the sex card. And he made the comparison of, like, what was it? The two people he's like, come home from the.
Come home to work.
Two people come home.
Bob and Carol. Yeah.
Bob and Carol come home for work. They both have 30 minutes to seduce one another. Who do you think wins? And we were like, obviously Carol. Carol. No, guy. A guy doesn't usually. If a girl tries to seduce her husband.
No, he said it this way. See, you said it this way.
I missed the whole thing.
Bob and Carol came home from work. They both work a nice nine to five. They both arrived home at the house at 5:30. Bob has 30 minutes to seduce Carol into the bedroom. Carol has 30 minutes to seduce Bob into the bedroom. Which one do you believe more, Bob will seduce Carol or Carol will seduce Bob? And we both go, Carol?
Yeah. It's like, no.
You come home from it very rarely. It's like 1 out of 10 for guys could pull that off.
My point in sharing that story is I used to be like, oh, my God, I just feel like a piece of meat. And I'm like, but then I expected you to provide for me and do all these things. I was like, I just feel like a piece of meat. To being like, okay. Like, now I. I realize I'm like, actually, girls hold the sex card. Like, it's very powerful.
He continues, though. You want to be looked at as a piece of meat when you're connected.
Yes.
That's why he's like, girls are hypocrites. I was like, why? I said, danielle, women are hypocrites. He's like, here's how it goes. When you're disconnected, I'm a piece of meat. But when you're connected, you're like, please treat me like a piece of meat.
Yeah.
It's like your women are. Women are all over the fucking place with this. It's like, when you're feeling emotionally connected, you're like, no means yes. But when you're not feeling emotionally connected, it's like, no means no. You're like, how do. How am I supposed to interpret.
This goes exactly back to my. My point of women. I'm like, I feel like a piece of meat. Then fight for connection. You don't want to feel like a piece of meat. Then fight for connection. The guys don't know. They want to hunt and they want to fucking, and women want to feel connected. So I'm like, if that's what you want to feel love, to have great sex, then you should fight for it and communicate it to your man that that's what you need. And we even had a conversation today where I was like, how come I'm feeling a little bit disconnected? And I was like, we had a couple date nights, and I was like, hey, could we. I wanted to explore this feeling that I was feeling a little bit disconnected when you have long work weeks. And I was like, hey, we have support, you know, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays in the evening. Can we just take, like an hour? Like once or twice or twice a week during the week where we just, like, go throw a Frisbee on the beach or walk and talk. And, like, to me, that's like another piece during the week that we can connect in, because I think we always have this. This story of, like, when you get married or you're. You're busy. I don't have time. I don't have time. I don't have Time. But then magically, you get divorced and you're single, and you have all the time in the world amongst everything else you have on your plate. And so I'm like, I'm sorry. You don't get to give me the excuse of, like, I have a really heavy week. Like, if we were just dating, like, you had just met me and you had a really heavy week, you'd find some hour or someplace or some time or a call or a lunch or whatever, you would. We would make time. Otherwise, I'd be like, bye. I got six other guys on the line ready to date me. And so I think it's important in marriage for. For women to fight for time and connection, but men really have to be, like, sensitive to, like, am I. Am I offering this. This time in this connection to my wife? And I believe that in the end, then you have good sex and connection. And then you're. Then both of you are in a relationship because you want to be there, not because the guys providing and the women feel safe.
Just noticed that all the cameras are on you. This is the kind of podcast. It's like, how many cameras on Danielle? Three. How many cameras on Garrett? One Sideways.
I. I do feel like in therapy.
Let's just create Garrett.
I do feel like in therapy today, I was like, Danielle, 1, Garrett 0, Danielle 1. Like, I feel like he was like. Like, not like, scoring it like that, but he was like.
He said, you were on it. You were in the wise path.
Today I was in the wise pocket.
Well, and again, it's. It's just like this. It's like. It's like business. There's all kinds of business you don't know how to handle at all because you don't have reps. Like, you don't know how to handle it at all.
I just have more reps in the feeling confident in the bedroom.
You do. Because, again, it's a natural tendency to feel that way because you're a woman, because you have the ability to seduce.
In a way that's not natural for me, and it never was.
Okay. But it's more. It's easier for you as a woman for the following reason. If I show up with my shirt off, you are not necessarily turned on. You take your shirt off. I see tits and nipples. My brain goes into optic forensics. I love hard on. Let's go.
I love that you're saying that. Which I love that women, again, have that power to just. I can take off my shirt and casually walk through the bedroom and be like, what are you doing? And that's very powerful and that's great. And I have no problem. I think it's funny. Not funny. I think it is a little funny, but I find it powerful and flirtatious. But I had to go through a lot as a woman being married. And when met you at 18, got married at 20, you're the only man I slept with. Raised in a Utah Mormon culture to, to not only, like, let this. This freedom the sex card out, but have the confidence and the ability to understand the purpose of sex in this game. And it's interesting because in, in Christian cultures, they, they're. It's almost like they're like, they teach it, but then they like. But then they frown upon it. They teach it. They're like, it's an amazing thing. And you just think you get married and you're unicorns and you have this magical sex, and then you're like, this is fucking weird. And like, nobody teaches you like that. It's okay. And. And it's so. It's how it's taught in the Christianity culture is, like, asked backwards to me. So I feel like I grew very much as an individual young woman to really develop myself. That doesn't mean it's, it's. That doesn't mean it was easy. I'm just saying, like, I had to really work on myself. And it wasn't overnight that I just was like, this is fun. It was like one of those things, like when you said, hey, this is important to me and our marriage isn't going to work if this doesn't happen frequently, then I was like, cool, I'm going to become the initiator. I'm going to become the porn star. And I just, like, sounds bad, but, like, I just flipped the switch where I'm like, hey, this isn't a big deal and I need to really look inwards, like, what's going on? And as I started to release more, like, sexually with you, I got exactly what I wanted, which was you wanted to spend more time with me. And we got. And we got more connection.
I don't Disagree. I agree 100%.
But I think I had the problem when it is when I felt like there's lots of sex and I was. I wanted a new level of connection.
Yeah. So the pursuit is there. The challenges is like trying to recreate this inside of a marriage without a divorce. Right, Right. So this is the hard part because everybody has their PTSD from each other over the years. You got the things you've done, the things you haven't done the things you said, the things you haven't said, the way you said it, the experience you had it. So we were talking some more in therapy, and he's like, well, what's the situation? I was like, dude, I think I got ptsd. He's like, from what I was like, I had like. I was like. You understand? Like, the woman sitting in front of you in therapy right now is not the woman I married. And I'm not saying I was the guy that was married to her either. I've changed, too. But, like, she flipped the switch about four years ago sexually and found herself. But we've been together for 22 years, which means for 16. For 18 years, I knew a different woman sexually than I am married to right now. And that 18 years doesn't just erase itself as a guy. And so I was explaining to him, I said, here's one decision I made, which, by the way, I didn't think I was the only one who was possibly doing this. So I share everything with my guys. Not everything, but I share almost everything with my guys. And I find more and more and more that more and more guys were just like that same situation, which is to get to a point where they're so tired of being rejected and don't want to feel rejected, and they're not being taught how to show up inside of marriage. I wasn't getting. Who coached me? My dad. My dad's advice for marriage was, it's a little messy. You should bring a washcloth. The fuck kind of counsel is that? Like, I got nothing. I had no men in my world to look up to. No guys sitting down and teaching me, no man telling me, this is how you show up as a man for a woman. No guy showing me, this is the path. And I see all these young dudes in the Christian world totally led astray. Now. The only difference is they're surrounded by pornography, surrounded by Instagram everywhere. So they have no idea what to do or how to do any more than we did. They're just exposed. We had to hunt down, like, bra ads into jcp, Penny magazine, which is fucking bankrupt now. I mean, that was where we were at. We were masturbating to bra ads. And occasionally your friend's dad had a Playboy hidden in some fucking box somewhere like it wasn't available. So, like, we. I was raised in a generation that didn't even fucking know, and particularly raised in a deep, orthodoxy, Christian home where it was no, no, no. And mom was dead. Dad and mom and that was the case in my world. So my mom's gonna teach me to be proper. Here's the proper way. The problem is a proper man gets fucking. Oh, no more Mr. Nice Guy. That's the name of the fucking book. So for the guys who are wondering, no more Mr. Nice Guy should be read by every single fucking Christian guy in the game. Particularly if you've only slapped with one woman, which is a woman you're married to or a small handful of women over your lifetime. Because this entire narrative and the way this book plays out is exactly what Christian culture has fucking train wrecked men with. And the reality is they've train wrecked women and they've train wrecked marriage. And so you have guys that have not been taught at all. I wasn't. So here was a decision I made. I made it about, I don't know, 12 years ago. The decade ago here was a decision. It was really simple. One night, I was sitting there in my brain, I was like, I got rejected again. And I was like, you know what? I'm done. I'm not gonna ask anymore. Just not gonna ask. I'm not gonna initiate. I'm not gonna ask. I'm not gonna be a dick, but I'm not gonna initiate. I'm not gonna ask. And also because of my fact that I'd allow my emotions and flirting to get extended into other women's lives and I had had an emotional affair as all these things occur, I was like, okay, fuck it. I'm shutting down my feelings to every woman. I'm not talking to women. I'm not hanging out with women. I'm not hiring women. I'm not spending any time with women. If I am around women, I'm going to put up the shield. And if your wife texts me, I'm not texting her back. I will text you. And then you could send a message to your wife. Like, I just made very clear rules for myself. I'm done. So guys will come to me. What do you do with all the DMS from the girls that are all DMing you on social media? I was like, Girls don't DM me on social media. I was like, I don't with that. If I'm in a mastermind and there's women, I don't talk to them. I don't hang out with them. I don't go to dinner with them later. I don't go have drinks. I don't do any of that. I'm done. I hang out with dudes. I speak in an audience. I Don't even see the women in the audience. I just see dudes. 10,000 people in the room. I just see dudes, and I see aggressive guys, alpha guys. They pop out to me like glowing lights. There's my guy. There's my guy. There's my guy. But when it comes to women, I was on lockdown. The challenge was is that all of that lockdown outside also affected the inside, which means I started shutting down more to you. So now I would just sit back and wait. I was like, all right, I'm going to do all the things except for suit as my wife, like, except for cross the line and initiate sex. And I would sit back and wait. And you complied and you played the game, and then you got aggressive within the last four years, which is amazing. And we got pregnant twice, and we had two babies, which is amazing, too. And I got snipped, and that was amazing. And now here we are, like, in this pocket, and you're asking me. And I'm asking me. Both of us are asking me to say, hey, can you get fucking bigger done doing that right now. And two, can you initiate? And I'm like, yeah.
You know what I realized, too, by saying, can you initiate something? Just said, just. Sometimes I get to this path where it's like, stop doing this. You ever get like that, where it's like, stop doing this. Stop doing this? I was like. One day, I was like, I actually wanted to initiate. And I was like, don't initiate anymore. And I was like, okay. But I don't think it's about initiation. There is a piece in you that needs to feel safe, to let out. You need to. You don't need to shut off all that energy to all women. We are in a much healthier space in our relationship where it's not necessary. And I would have you consider when you're doing that, you're also shutting out emotion to our daughters that you could give them. So it's. I don't know if you've thought about that, but I feel like that's a piece that I'm like, garrett, you are a great father. You are. But you think that I am unemotionally available to our daughters. There might even be something for you to look into. Is there a piece of you that is maybe even shutting off to our daughters that could be more open? Yeah, I'm not saying there is. I'm just simply asking that question.
No stress. I mean, I've gone through a lot of that with the girls. Like, that was a lot of Stuff I was dealing with, with, like, trying to create a distinction for me between sex, intimacy, and love, which was the first big teaching that came to my first plant medicine journey, was that there was a difference between these three for me, because they'd always kind of been the same thing, which is like, love, intimacy, and sex all the same thing.
I think, too, if you're a father and you have daughters that start to become teenagers. And my. I've talked to my dad. He's like, it almost gets awkward when your daughter's all of a sudden a woman. And it's like, you can't say, I love you. And I can tell you, like, that doesn't make you weird. That means that you're withdrawing and you're disconnecting from your daughter. And I don't think that. I don't ever want to see that. I mean, you're great with the babies and you're. You're good with the teenagers, but there's still, like, I don't. I don't think the father should ever lose that, like, that hugginess and that, like, cuddliness with their daughters, no matter what age there. I don't think that that's weird. I think that, like, as a child, like, you're always gonna want that from your father.
Yeah, but it's. There's not gonna. I mean, you gotta look at it too, like, as. As a guy, you get sexually triggered. Like, for example, I get down to the beach.
I'm not saying that.
I know, but just listen to me. Let me talk from a guy's perspective, because that's easy to say from a girl, right? Girls, like, are girls. Girls, you totally think totally different. You're not built the same. You. You're not built to visually be turned on by a guy the way a guy is built to be visually turned on by a woman. If a woman walks by and she's hot as fuck, all men and women notice this woman. If a. Like, as a guy walks by, even if he's jacked, guys will notice him, but they're not noticing him for the same thing. They're not, like, going, it's not like a sexual draw. Like, God, look at the glutes on that guy. Like, to fuck him. Like, the gay guys are thinking that, but the straight guys aren't thinking that. It's not. There's not the. There's no sexual tension to it.
But I'm saying.
I know, but let me finish. So the challenge becomes, because guys are so sexually triggered visually, what we see when A daughter gets older and starts to turn into a teenager or she starts to sexually mature. They go out to the beach right in front of her house, go out on any Saturday. There's asses everywhere, right from the backside. You can't really tell. Girls will turn around and I'll be dealing with the guys from Warrior. I'll be down with. I'm a gentleman, welcome to my beach. And like, holy shit, there's asses everywhere. And guys like, oh, my fuck, dude. I swear to God, those girls are like 16. And my brain was getting triggered. I was like, I know, thongs out, asses out everywhere. So the sexual tension, like the sexual trigger happens for guys with younger. Younger at young ages. And so for a. As a father. As a father, you're like, I'm not gonna be that fucking pervert. I'm just telling you. Let me finish this. How guys are thinking, I don't want to be that fucking pervert. And so a lot of guys already don't have access to their emotions, already have been raised in a fucked up situation sexually. And so the last thing I wanted was. The last thing I wanted was to have any sense of sense of fucked upness with your own daughters, which is not the right answer in the sense that you start pushing away, which is what I did. And I wasn't the only one. Most guys I know done the same thing.
What I was saying is like, you still. You can still have an intimate connection with your daughters. That's not physical. It's just.
I get it. But you missed the very first piece.
Me.
For most of my life, sex, intimacy and love were the same thing. Which means when I started feeling any type of.
You thought you had to shut it all off.
Well, that all was one thing for me. So if I was feeling any type of intimacy, it felt sexual.
I got it.
And so there was no way, like, I could deal with. I didn't know how to deal with any of that. So I was like, I can't deal with this right now. So I'm just going to shut it all down. Because I'm definitely not a pervert. I definitely don't want to fuck my daughters.
Well, that's. I think that goes back to down to how we were raised. It gets, like, almost like, confusing. You start to immediately, like, shame yourself for, like, having these, like, thoughts. So you just shut everything down, including intimacy with your own children?
Yep. And for sure that was the case. I mean, I was sitting in my, my medicine journey last night with Bailey and. And I was holding Her, Like, I was weeping over my healing, like, trying to find this brokenness inside of me. Journeying every single week for the past nine weeks using ketamine. Like, just going into a company called Mind Bloom, which is amazing. I'm loving using their product and I'm going through this experience of trying to find. I do healing with you. Work. I do healing work with Parker. I do healing with Bailey. Like, I just had a lot of fucking broken shit in me that I'm trying to. It's like trying to pull, like, shards of brokenness out of my soul that.
Are like, can I.
Confusing shit.
Can I give you one? Not word of advice, but kind of.
You're my wife. You can say whatever you want.
So I love. I didn't. I told you the beginning of the year when you're like, I'm do a fitness competition. I was like, don't do it for me, do it for you. Because I felt I had a very good experience with it. It definitely unlocks something in me. You saw a positive change in me, but I was like, just do it for you. So anyways, you're on this journey. I can tell you're like, you're loving. It's new. It's cool because you, like, learn a lot and it's hard and it's challenging and it's just different. And so I knew you would kind of like, discover this. This piece in inside of you, which is great. What I. My word of advice or whatever, take it as it is, is like, for me, if I would have done the fitness journey first, I think I would have even, like, unlocked quicker because it was a while. I mean, I had two babies in between and work and everything else going on. So I think you'll be able to. Even though you're like, it took you six years, I don't think you. You're not gonna need six years.
No, I don't need six years. I've been working all the rest of stuff last week.
Right. I feel like this is just like a little tiny piece of the.
Yeah, it's the last piece.
Not the last piece, but it's a piece that's really gonna complete us quite a bit.
This is the last piece.
And so I. What I would encourage you, like, is I felt like when I started to. Like when people are like, well, how did you do it? Going from like, being awkward about it to just being like. I just told myself, like, this is not a big deal. And I took. It wasn't natural in the beginning for me. Like, I was like, you. I'm gonna go up to him and approach you. Like, even though I felt kind of uncomfortable, like, naked, like, at a hotel room or what. Like, it. We were in such a weird space being married so young, that even that was like, oh, my God, this is, like, really out of my comfort zone. And it felt kind of, like, awkward. And I know you almost. You're such a certain confident man that you don't want to feel this kind of nervousness or this not awkwardness. But for me, what I. Only thing I want to tell you is, like, it just took me being, like, making a conscious effort of, like, trying to seduce you.
Yeah.
To toward the point where I was like, this is a very powerful place where I can. Like. Like, I'm comfortable. Just like, I saw we were joking around today. I'm like, I think it's very powerful. You can sit there and have a conversation. If you walk in and I don't have a top on, you're like, I can't even focus. I'm like, yeah, I won. But. But my point is, is, like, just making a conscious effort to. It to win. Like, some Saturday mornings, when I pull you back in bed, you don't need to go stack. Like, I get it. Like, I liked how he made the comparison today where he was like, listen, about the train and the.
You better get this one right, because.
I'm not gonna get it. You better get it right.
Go for it. Try.
Okay. He was. He was using the comparison. I was talking about, like, Saturday morning. It's like, 4am and Garrett still thinks he needs to get out of bed at Saturday morning. I'm literally, like, grabbing his arm. I'm like, like. Basically like, buddy, get back into bed. If you get back into bed, you're gonna get laid. And he still gets up to.
You didn't say that.
I didn't. But be clawing your back didn't give you the signal of, like, get your ass back in bed.
Kind of clawing my back.
So he gets up out of bed, and I'm like, oh. And then he sends me one of his stacks later. He's like, why am I so addicted to my routines? And part of me was like, yeah, why did you fucking choose your routine over me that morning? It's Saturday. You don't have to get up. But. But we had kind of gotten a little bit of a fight the night before. And I was like, maybe he's so mad at me. And I was like. But still, even then, there's been times I'm Mad at you where in the past I would have retreated or shut down, and. And I've been mad, and we got in a fight, and I'm like, no, this is stupid. And so I. I almost started. Instead of retreating from you sexually, I was like, this is stupid. And I would go after you sexually. I was like, no, I'm not. This is so dumb that we're fighting about it. And you've done that too, where you've kind of crossed the line, where you're like, I'm not going to be pouty Garrett anymore and hold sex against her. You know what I mean? So my. My only thing was, like, the. The comparison he made, the story he gave today in therapy was like, imagine you're watching. You better tell a story. I'm gonna fuck it up.
You better leave the storytelling.
You're a better storyteller. Don't do it.
In every movie, there is a moment where the man as a soldier, is heading off to war. He goes down to the train station with his wife in tote, and she's begging him, don't do it. Don't leave. You're not gonna come back. Hunter, I need to go. I can't stay here anymore. It's my duty. She puts her hands on his coat of his jacket, and he gently pulls her hands and pushes her away as he leans into the train station. And she falls into shambles on the ground, pleading for him to return as he stands waving with tears pouring down his cheeks as he heads off to battle. Says every fucking great movie from the beginning of time. Then our therapist said, now imagine a movie went like this. There they were, Jack, heading to war down at this train station with Sarah. They'd been together for nine years, and she knew this might be it. The last time they see one another. She grips tightly upon his jacket, and he looks at her and she says, no, don't leave me. Don't go to battle. I can't possibly deal with it. He looks left, he looks right. Yeah, fuck it, let's go back. And then the movie continues. And it's like, literally two days. It's like SpongeBob SquarePants two days later. And she's, like, left him and hanging out with another soldier who's about to leave to battle. Only this one leaves. So there's some. There's a certain point inside of this. Men and their purpose, and then women, right? So guys get wrapped up, but guys get wrapped up in this. It's a weird game because then they become people pleasers and they Try to please your wife and then she gets pissed.
But there's a balance. There's a balance. That's why I liked the. This comparison or, or this parable because it's like, it is sexy for a guy to have a purpose. Like, if a guy doesn't have a purpose, I'm like, bye. Like, I'll see you later.
And so you've had lots of experiences with that?
No, but I'm just a wife. No, I. You.
Last week I was at the grocery store, I look at a guy, he's flirting with me. I'm like, what is your purpose? I don't have one, by my comparison.
Is like, if I meet guys that are in their like later 40s and they have nothing going on, it's not attractive. If they have no purpose and they're working at the sandwich shop or the surf shop, it's not cute, it's not attractive, it's not sexy. So it is very attractive for a man to have a purpose. But at the same time, we want, we crave that time and that attention. So there is a time and place where on a Saturday morning at 4am When I pull you back into bed, get your ass back in bed.
What did you want to happen that morning?
Why does it matter?
But I couldn't lay there for two more hours. What was I going to do?
Really? Really.
I really couldn't. Really?
You think I'm going to like, we.
Had the Real White House episode shoot. I had a stack that had to do.
I love all your running stories. I'm just going to call your bullshit out O. On a Saturday at 4am When I claw your back, get your ass back in bed.
Are we clear? Can I use my iPad in bed?
I swear to God. See, this is the problem.
Ladies, listen.
But no, there's always a black mark where I'm like, hey, thank you for going to work. Hey, like, I love that you're producing for the family. That that's very sexy. I love that you have a purpose. But I do need a little more. I need you to. I know you could probably get a shit done a stuffed on at Saturday morning 4am but I also know you don't absolutely have to get stuff done at a Saturday morning at 4am do.
You know what's funny? You know what's funny about this is this is the constant war with women married to high producers because. And the one side producer though. I know. I'm not saying you're not. You make more money than most of the guys I lead and wake up, warrior. You know, make more money than me. But you.
Maybe that's why I have enough certainty to be like, I expect this out of a relationship.
You do great. You do great. It's just like, you are very fit. You're a powerful woman. As a bikini competitor, you could not compete in the men's division physique. Just saying guys are bigger. So on the flip side. Well, not all guys are bigger than most women. There's some of these women, the bodybuilding game.
Like, I know I've been on so big, and I'm like, that a girl or a dude?
Yeah, that's a lot of testosterone being.
Taken, a lot of steroids.
I'm taking testosterone right now.
I'm not taking anything.
We. I'm taking. I'm digging 500 milligrams a week.
You look more swole.
I am swole. You should. I appreciate you saying that.
Even, like, you're like, your veins are popping.
Yeah, it's gonna get.
You're gonna need bigger clothes.
All my. I told you this. None of my clothes are gonna fit me.
You know, like, literally, like, your. All your clothes look too tight. But you know what? If makes you feel any better, all my clothes are too tight.
Right now you're looking curvy and thick.
And I'm not like thick, but I. I've put on a little bit of weight, but I'm like, I don't hate it. As long as I stay lean. I like it.
You should stay thick. Like this. This looks good.
It looks good. This is. This is the range. You like me.
I like it. I like it. I like it.
Well, now that you're getting bigger, I can't get too skinny. That would look.
Yeah, that would look weird. Look like I'm married to a toothpick.
Yeah, I gotta. I gotta beef up.
I'm gonna be 225 pounds at 10 body fat. I promise you. People, like, doubt me, I say, and they're like, whatever. And then I do it.
Why do you care about a number? It should just be how you look when you're doing bodybuilding. It's not.
Yeah, it's gonna be. Well, if I'm 225 pounds and I'm 10% body fat, I promise you, none of the fucking clothes I have or suits are gonna fit me.
None of them was £106.
That's a little snack on a rice cake for a guy at 225. Well, listen, like, one thing I talked about trainer this morning, he's like, listen, your Body, the frame you have, you're almost six foot two. I played football, boys. Stayed 220, 220 pounds. But I was a little chubby. Like right now I'm not gonna be chubby. I'm just gonna get. Yeah. And people are asking me, like, dude, are using PEDs. PEDs, performance enhancing drugs. I'm like, yeah, for sure. Like, what do you mean? I was like, I've been on testosterone for a year and a half because my blood levels were like 280 and I felt like I was 92 years old. Then we brought them up to 900. I know guys like 1500. I'm not doing that. We just increased a bit of my testosterone. So we're taking just a smidge above what I was saying.
How do guys abuse it to where.
Like their penis has stopped working? Well, that was the thing. My trainers and my nutritionists and my, my doctors and everybody came together. Well, they gave me the list. They said, here's the deal. Here's our list of priorities. If you disagree with these, we won't play. I said, okay, what are they? One, that your internal health is on point. No sense in getting jacked if you're gonna lose 10 years of life. That's number one. Number two, your sexual health, which means there's no reason to get jacked if you can't perform in a bedroom. Number three, your mental health. No. No skin and hair. There's no point getting jacked if you're gonna lose your hair. Your hair is great and. Or your skin's gonna rash out and you're gonna be fucking acne everywhere. Number four, there's no reason to do it if you're mental health. I'm doing the six. Hold on.
But I'm just saying the people that that happens to, where they lose their hair, they just doing it like a not safe way.
Most of them are using. Well, a lot of them are using illegal. They're using stuff that's not. Like they don't know where they're getting sourcing from their drugs. They don't know who they're getting them from. They don't really understand that place. And they're abusing them. They're taking them too far. They're staying on cycles for too long. Guys like Sylvester Stallone and Dwayne Rock. The Rock, Arnold Schwarzenegger, all these guys use, of course they hgh, anavar, testosterone. But here's the crazy thing you're starting to find, though, is that guys that carry muscle past 50 who have bodybuild and trained in this. And even my doctors were against this. And all my doctors are now for it.
Why?
Because they've done way more research on this. They've worked with the trainer that works with the Rock and Sylvester Sloan, others, and they're seeing data. These guys knew for a long time, which is like declining testosterone between the food we eat. Let me finish. Between the food we eat. I know you're excited. You're excited about this. All the food we eat, all the things we're eating for guys is like drowning testosterone. And this rise of adding this back into your system. Whether you're using. Whether you're using hgh, you're using Anavar. There's a ton of shit the guys get into. But here's the thing. So it comes down to, like, number one was internal health, which is your heart, lungs, organs, et cetera. Number two was dealing with your sexual health and make sure your penis still works. Number three was working with skin and hair. Number four was mental health. Number five was how you physically look. That's the list of priorities. And number six is competing on stage. So those are the games. Even Val. I went downstairs and told Val. I told her, she's like, listen, my training is totally different, Danielle. I have to eat more. I have to do it different. She's like, yeah, men are totally different. Yeah, you can't even be close to even competing if you're not cycling on something. Yeah, there's no chance with me.
She was like, don't do it. You'll get addicted. It's not worth it unless you want to go pro. And I was like, I don't want to go pro. It's not well.
And everybody acts like they're not on something. It's not meeting all these guys. Everybody's on something. But like on that piece of using, for me, the way we're pushing is it. It's a three year journey. It's not a 12 week journey. They could ratchet this up in ways that blows my mind and get the body to do in 12 to 16 weeks that are crazy. Whoa.
And they look like different human beings. I would not do that because I'm not doing that. I was approached like, everyone's like, do Anavar and this and that. Like, you can get this far. And I was like, val, what do you think? She's like, absolutely not.
No.
She's like, absolutely not. She's like, you've got four kids, you got a full time business. It'll fuck up when you're. You're Psyche. She's like, you're not. This isn't your full time gig. And I was like, how come those. Because I follow a lot of women competitors. And she's like, they don't care what they look like on off season. They care what they look like when they step on their stage because that's their livelihood. That's how they make their money. And I was like, oh, okay, that makes sense. She's like, if you don't have the desire to do that, don't. Don't mess with your hormones and everything else. She's like, you're 40. You've had four kids, you look great, and you do it all natural.
So my nutritionist is actually part of the team on this. He's one that actually told me. And he trains. Harry trains a ton of athletes. He was your nutritionist too, from Australia, and he flat out told me. He's like, dude, most dudes come into fitness because they don't have any confidence or certainty. He's like, you seem to have ton of that. Like what? Like, as a brother, don't get up in this competition. I was like, no, dude, I need to do this.
For me, I think it will unlock something. Like, you already have a lot of confidence and certainty, but literally, for me, like, it's just powerful, and it's powerful to know that you put in the work. It's powerful to know that, like, you're educated. It's just it. The body is a gift, and it's. It's cool to have the knowledge behind it and the results of, like, not just, like, you know, doing the workout, but, like, having a goal then work towards an aesthetic goal, because it is. It's so much more of a science than just like, hey, I'm gonna go run a marathon. That's a huge accomplishment. But it's like, what. What do you. What do you have to know other than, like, you need to run? Like, we both ran marathons before and it was fun, but, like, this feels like another level of, like, fitness to unlock. And then you have to go just different.
It's different. I've done football, I've done basketball, I've done baseball, track, soccer.
You did soccer?
Yeah, I did soccer too.
You did jiu jitsu?
Jiu jitsu, boxing, CrossFit, surfing, and now we're gonna do bodybuilding. So, like, it's like a whole bunch of stuff all in one. So needless to wrap up this show because we got time. I got to jump into a meeting. Bottom line is this. I'm on a seduction journey. And we are, we're working on the final chip. I have done so much fucking medicine work in the last 18 months to crack my soul open from the guilt and shame of my past. I have no question at all. I have healed every single target I have gone after. I have taken care of every single fucking mission I said I would be about. Sometimes they just take two years instead of one years. Or they take 12 months instead of six months. I have said as I have pushed this life forward for me, for us and for our family. Every single fucking target I have become obsessed with, I accomplish. Software supplement to companies, whatever. Everything I say I'm going to do, and I am now no longer saying it. I am being and doing it. It happens. Bodybuilding is now mine, not yours. And on top of that, with where we're going as a couple now, just get ready. Mr. Gray is coming. Triple extra large suits, because he's gonna need them.
No, I'm excited. I'm excited for you. Like, I. I can finally understand when, like, it could be like threatening. When your partner grow, wants to like, grow. You're like, oh, no, it's scary. If they, if they go there, then, then are they gonna still want to be with me? But I feel like, I'm like, I feel like we're in such a good space. I'm like, I need you to go there so that we can connect on a different level. So at first I was like, he's gonna get too hot headed and he's gonna get all flirty. And then I was like, no, he needs this. Like, he needs to unlock this piece for you and for us. And I feel like it'll be great. I'm excited for you. Seduction Journey 101, here we go.
Bring on that stripper pole in our bedroom for you.
You're gonna do a stripper?
No, I'll be too heavy. I'll break the pull off the wall. All right, my friend. So, hey, listen, here's. We got a couple things coming up here. We've got the real White House that we are self promoting, producing and running. People are asking us, where is it streaming? I was like, you will find out. But we have funded the whole project ourselves because we want to control the narrative. What's said, how it's said, how the family's position. I've watched too many reality shows with people we know who are positioned and framed as villains and artists and a whole bunch of other things. I'm not about the mainstream media having an opinion about how my life works and what our family is and is not. So we're controlling that.
