Usually you come in with like, a nice hug. How are you?
Yeah, maybe a little. Maybe a little subtle grab.
And then later it's.
Do you know this happens in public? For every, like, you've seen it happen? You watch out in photo shoots. What's the first place a guy does, no matter who he is, hands straight.
To the ass, trying to do a cute, romantic photo shoot.
Welcome to the DHY podcast.
Thanks for having me.
Well, it's the second episode we've done by the fireplace.
It's really conflicting because I have the AC cranked at like, 60, and then like, my back's on fire. Yeah, well, it's a fun experience.
Yeah, we've had a lot of fun right here by this fire place. Yeah, your mind went there.
Your mind always goes there.
My mind goes around every subject anywhere.
I used to be offended. Now I just entertain it. I'm like, you thinking what I'm thinking?
And you're like, yes, yes. And then like, yeah, you actually have activated a lot more.
I think I know what I realized how quickly guys, like, can, like, turn it on. And so I used to be like, now I'm just like, yeah, I'm thinking that. But really, I'm like, what am I gonna have for lunch? Did I order groceries? Did I check on the kids?
Yeah, but you're figuring the game out. You know what it is. You're like, okay, I'm gonna show up in a way that actually is appealing to my husband.
No, I just think. I think it's. I think it's fun. It's flirty.
Yeah.
I'm like, yeah, but you used to.
Be kind of weird about it.
No, I didn't be. I wasn't weird about it. I feel like it's like the universal guy ass slap. Like, that is like a universe. Slap ass slap. Like, every guy. I'm telling you right now, like, every guy walks by, he can't not slap his wife in the butt. Like, what? I don't know why. That's like, I've.
You don't know why?
I just.
You really don't know why?
I just. I thought it was just you. And then like, everybody. Every woman I talked to, I'm like, when you're in the kitchen, is it mandatory that your man walks up behind you and instead of saying hi, it's just a little tap on the caboose?
Yeah, it is. And I used to do it all the time in an annoying way, but you didn't like it, so I shifted. Now I just caress.
Usually you come in with like, a nice hug. How are you?
Yeah, maybe a little. Maybe a little subtle grab.
And then later it's.
Do you know this happens in public? For every. Like, you've seen it happen, you watch out on photo shoots. What's the first place a guy does, no matter who he is, Hands straight to the ass.
Trying to do a cute, romantic photo shoot.
Yeah, well, and the funnier part is the fact that women actually, like, are confused about why this happens.
I. Well, I used to be, and then I just was like, I. Something to hold on to.
It is what it is. Well, what is it? Your ass is like a perfect symbol of sexuality.
Can you imagine? Like, in public is. It's like you'll see a guy, like, grab his wife's butt in public. Can you imagine? Went straight for a boob or something.
He's like, yeah, you could. I did that a few times. It didn't turn out so well. I mean, you could. What's it. What's the equivalent of you coming at me?
I. Sometimes to be funny, I'm like, go for a crotch.
Go for a. I mean, it's totally different. You go for a nut hug versus, you know.
But the funny thing is, I think I'm being funny. And you'll be like, yeah, I like that.
I'm like, you should keep doing that. Yeah, it's great. Well, this is like. This is the entire premise of, like, you and I forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever. On the topic of sex and. And in the topic of marriage, like, you lived in a bit of a delusional insanity about how men operated.
No, I'll tell you what happens, like, when you're dating, I think that it's not as much free reign with a guy, but then once you're married, you're like, she's mine. Ass grabs all the time. Like, all of a sudden, it's like the women become property. And there's less of a filter when you're married. It's like it. But like, when you're dating, you're not going to go to the bathroom with the door open. You're not going to, like, go home and give your. You're dating a girl. Like, how are you? You might give her a little squeeze.
You might.
You might. But I'm.
Even when the filter's down, though, you still. You still, for a long time operated from this idea that somehow I was a weirdo. Like, the way I thought about the game of sex and you was being weird, but I was some kind of unicorn.
I also think that comes down to getting married young and how we were raised. We were raised in a Mormon bubble in Utah. We were married inside the Mormon temple. I got married to you when I was 20. We were taught, like, don't have sex. Don't do this. No, no, no, no, no. And then all of a sudden, it's like. And not even that. It's like, we're in the Mormon culture. They don't even talk about sex. It's like, super taboo to talk about sex. And so nothing. It's. Yeah, it's like, literally, you go from like, okay, you two figure it out. So there was like some. Some, I would say now I feel like we've really come a long way. But I think it's cause both of us have kind of had to like, surrender. You even, I will say, like, you have even started to flirt more and less. Like, ask Grabby. Like, there's more. Like, you see me. It's not like you're just going. It's not like I'm just like a piece of meat. You, like, come up. How are you? Kiss me, hug me. You know what I mean?
I think a lot of that comes down too, is like also being in a place of satisfaction. Right? So when you're desperate and you see a burrito and you're starving, you're gonna eat that burrito. The first thing you want to do is just devour the burrito. Because. But if you had a burrito for breakfast and there's a burrito on the table, you're like, that's a nice burrito.
I agree with that.
But you're not devouring.
I agree with that. But I believe as you've gotten a little wiser and older, you've learned this, like, cadence of like, hey, let's, like, just like you've learned how to play the game a little more. Do you know what I mean? So, I mean, I get it, but it's not like even on weeks where it's been a hot minute and we've both been working, you don't come at me like a burrito. I'm not.
I mean, sometimes burrito sex. We were having sex a few a few weeks ago with you just devouring popcorn.
Yeah, I like to do that when I drink tequila. Gotta sober up somehow.
We actually weren't having sex while you were eating popcorn. But it was, like, close. It was close. It was a moment.
I was like, can I finish my popcorn, sir?
Yeah. Okay.
So dancing.
Dancing has become part of our new life. And we have lessons now, like, once or twice a week, which is, like, exciting. And I never considered. I mean, we always had fun dancing. You always made fun of me, said I couldn't dance. But I actually.
When did I say, when did I make.
Over the years you've said it.
No, I did not.
Many times. You're like, oh, you don't have any moves.
You don't have any insecurities. You say that. I don't know.
I'm very secure in my dancing skills.
No, no. But I've never.
Very high level.
I've never said you were a bad dancer. Just to be clear.
Okay, what did you say?
I didn't say anything. I actually thought we were always been good dancers. Like, when we would, like, go to the club, we definitely had chemistry and rhythm. So I'm not sure why you just said. I said you're a bad dancer.
Well, because you have.
I think your true dancing skills are showing up, and that's you projecting on yourself saying you're a bad dancer. I never said that. I.
We're. We're deep in the salsa. How you feeling about the salsa?
I. I think it's fun. I.
I think it's fun too.
I think the better you get at something, the more fun it gets. So, like, we'll land a turn and like, I'll be like, oh, that was awesome. Versus, like, when we first started because we weren't going consistent. When you're like, come on, we got to go to our class. I was like, it felt like a chore.
Yeah.
But then the more you do something and you get good at it, then it's like. And you like. Like. We started golfing a few years back, and I'm not saying I'm a good golfer, but I at least can hit the ball off the tee now. So then we started going more regularly, and it was fun.
And we. We. That ended. It was like two months and you got pregnant and then we stopped because drinking and golf were like hand in hand. So the minute didn't drink anymore, it was like the golf more.
The belly. The belly?
Really? The belly. The belly and the tequila were a problem.
So.
So the dancing game has been fun, though, because it's like giving us this other thing to be excited about. I mean, you were excited. We just danced before the show right now.
Yeah, it was fun. Today was a wild day. Like, I woke up thinking I didn't have a lot going on. And then it was like our house some days is like, shit show. Like, literally, like, I woke up this morning I was like, had Val come here. And then I forgot Theo was coming. And then I forgot the swimming instructor was coming. Miss, we homeschool all of our kids. So I'm managing the homeschool teachers. And then I have to get to Costa Mesa. Cause I have a Botox appointment. Then I have forgot. I also scheduled a podcast with Courtney. And then I come back and our salsa teacher is here. And now we're here, and it's like two o'. Clock.
That was a lot happening today. What's your other option? Your other option is to be totally bored and have nothing going on. But I feel like as adding dancing to the mix has been a big, big rhythm thing for us, I think it's actually added a bit of fun at a level that, you know, we were kind of needing some more fun. Something new.
Yeah. Well, into the mix, I felt like our dates were starting to consist of, like, dinner and drinking or dinner and a movie.
Yeah.
So. But I like. I mean, I definitely like doing activities. Like, so I think it's fun.
Well, there we go. Like, we're dancing and I'm having a good time. I think it's. I think it's brought out a bit of intimacy in our relationship in a level that didn't. It wasn't as readily available just even just a couple months ago. So we started dancing, what, like two months ago?
Yeah, I think so.
Two months ago. Probably like, lesson number seven or eight now. Maybe seven.
Nadia said there's, like, a competition. I was like, we're not ready for a competition already. There's like, a fun, like, thing you can go to and, like, dance in Vegas. It's in June. I was like, oh, yeah, I think.
You can drink and dance in Vegas anytime.
No, it's like a salsa event or something.
So the salsa dancing has led to intimacy, and that intimacy has led to a conversation about lingerie. So let's go there.
You know what? Let's actually tell them about your lingerie. No competition. What you've decided to.
Oh, I can do that too. But let's first talk about lingerie.
Okay.
So you. A lot of ladies don't. Are not down with the lingerie game.
Okay. You know what's so funny is I had these professional organizers come into the house.
Yeah.
And they organized all my stuff, and they put all my lingerie in a box at the top of the closet. And she was like, you know, we figured. And I was like, oh. I was like, actually, that's like one of my staple drawers.
She put Them up top, thinking you don't hardly use them.
Yeah. I was like, no, that's part of the fun. But I love clothes. I love dressing up. So for me, that's, like, part of the fun. Plus, I just did a fitness competition, so my body's in good shape. So I'm like, yeah, let's bring on the lingerie.
How do you feel? Because you weren't always a big fan of the lingerie.
I was more fan when I. When I. Our relationship wasn't great. It was more. I was more of a fan of a snowsuit.
Yes.
Zip. Zip. Right?
So was it like. Is it like, has fitness led to your comfort in lingerie? Because I've noticed over the last couple years, you are way more about lingerie on the.
For sure. I mean, I. I've always been into fitness more just for my. My mental health. And then after my third daughter, I gained almost 70 pounds, developed a DVT, and I was just like, what the hell? And everyone's like, you're older. It's gonna be harder to lose. Like, don't expect a lot. And I was like, challenge accepted. So I. I had always kind of looked at these bikini competitors is like, oh, my gosh. That's, like, so scary. I can't believe they would do that. But, like, part of me, like, wanted to do it.
Yeah.
And, yeah, it's not. Like I said, I've always loved working out, but there's. It's. It's a different beast. Like, you're intentionally putting on muscles, so you have to learn about how to lift correctly. And not only that, like, you have to. You have to learn the nutrition behind it. It's not just, like, cutting calories. Like, I've had babies before, and my. My goal was always, like, just cut the calories, and that's how you drop the weight. But it's such a science. You're like, okay, the protein's gonna. Muscles the carbs gonna give you energy. Like, there. There was so much. I was like, wow, this is so hard and new for me. So I. But, yeah, I think.
Definitely a science.
I definitely think it increased my certainty. And it was just like. I mean, I had hired a posing coach, a nutritionist, and I was like, hey, let's. If I'm gonna do it, like, I'm gonna do it. And I'm excited for you to do it. You. To do a competition, because you. I mean, I feel like you carry yourself in great shape, and that's kind of how I felt other than when I had the babies. So it's just fun because it's a whole nother. It's. It's a whole nother way of thinking and eating and educating yourself and just understanding the body. And I don't know, like, I. I'm excited for you.
I'm excited for me too. It's totally new. Before we get to the fitness that we're gonna stay on this lingerie towel, because I feel like we're gonna have a breakthrough for our audience.
Sneak out.
Yeah. So, like, no, I mean, women. There's a lot of women who have spent years. Years wearing no lingerie. They don't put on me lingerie. They don't.
You guys like lingerie?
Of course they do. Of course they do. Guys love the lingerie. Guys will say, like, naked. I was like, yeah, well. But it's. The point, though, is, like, what we have figured out in a rhythm with the lingerie as is actually enjoyable. So it's not just like, put the lingerie on, lights come under the covers, take your lingerie off.
And then we have. What I like is now that we've been doing our salsa, it's. I put on the laundry, and we do salsa dancing.
With your lingerie.
Lingerie on.
And I just had my shirt off and my pants.
There you go.
We tried going naked.
You tried going naked.
I went naked. While you were in lingerie. I was flapping around everywhere. You're like, put it away, sir. I was like, illegal weapon going back in the holster. Here we go. Okay, so we've got. With the salsa dancing has been fine. So, like, literally, we will. You'll put on the lingerie. And you started doing some other things too that I think are inspirational. What we know is this show creates windows and opportunities for very powerful couples.
Are you trying to give them permission?
Open up and give them permission to do shit. We've already found out their QQP Quicky Quickie porn star. All of the major ideas you've come up over the years, but this is another one. So you started putting on the lingerie. But then we started a little thing where I would sit in here and you would sit in front of the mirror and you would send me what? Just tell them. Just tell them.
I was just getting you some content.
Yeah. She would give me some visual. So I'm sitting here, and this man. We're in the master, and she's on the other side. We're in lingerie. Texting me sexy photos of herself.
I'm getting you on, like, almost teasing.
Me about coming Even though I know she's around the corner, like, texting.
Creatively texting me with.
And I loved it. And then you would come around the corner, and then you would do a dance for me. Yeah.
See, between the put on the heels and the salsa and the spray tan basically was like.
It was like a seductive, like, sexting game that goes on. And then we get into stripper show, and then we get into salsa.
But, like, if. When you've been married, sometimes you're too.
Tired at the end of that, you fall asleep.
That's true. When you've been married for a while, it's like, you can have the quickie, and that's great.
And.
And that's usually weekday sex. But on the weekends, I like to drink tequila, and I also like to have fun. And dancing is a great way to burn tequila off. But I just. I think they opened up this, like, element. I think that all women want to feel sexy and free.
Yes.
And like I said, like, we've been married for so long, got married so young, and now I got back in great shape, and I'm like, you know what? Fuck it. I want to have fun. And it's to me, it's for you, but it's very freeing for me. And I love, like, even, like, the next day when I can just, like, look at you, and I'm like, yeah, you remember last night? You're welcome. Like, it's. It's not like, a power move for a woman, but it really is, like, because you could, like, dissolve any kind of tension. You just, like, look at him, and the guy's like, oh, last night was great. And you're like, yeah, okay.
Hard to be angry when you're a man and your wife has sexted you, stripped for you, danced with you, and then you had amazing sex. Like that. There's a lot. You gotta really try to be an asshole to be upset about that.
Yeah. It's a good time.
So you figured out your power sexually in our relationship in the last, like, four or five years. You went through, like, a decade of, like.
But your energy changes of.
Sure.
So I think it took both of us, like, taking that shift where I was like, hey, I need to loosen up. And not like, this isn't just because we've been married for a while and we. At the time we had two kids. I'm like, we can still, like, I want to unleash this way. I want to have fun. And I think you in. In turn, your energy was different. Where it's not like, because you know, you said you were just saying, like, I felt fed. It's not just sexually fed. You were emotionally fed. Does that make sense? So your energy towards me was different based on how I showed up. And also, like, it's win, win. I feel like a lot of times, and we were talking about this in our last podcast, is that men and women want the same thing, but then. But they speak Spanish and English and they're trying to figure out how to understand each other, but ultimately they kind of have the. They. They want. They want the same thing. I want to feel sexy. I want to unleash. I want to feel powerful. You want to feel fulfilled emotionally and physically. And that's really what builds chemistry inside of a relationship. That's why we've been married as long as we have. And yeah, there's moments where I'm like, I, like we're kind of roommates passing by, but I talk to very few couples who have multiple businesses, four kids, and still have like, like the relationship and the chemistry that we have. And so people.
Why is that?
I think it's. It's a get. It's a, it's a give and take. It has to be both the. That's my baby waking up. I think it has to be. You hear all the time, like, it's a give and take, but I think it has to be like a submission on both ends of understanding each other's languages. And I know you're like, oh, there's her love language. And it's like, no, no, no. Like, really taking a minute to understand that if I do this, then I actually want to do this and I benefit in return, if that makes sense. Like, like giving the example of lingerie and feeling sexy. I'm like, oh, but actually I want to feel sexy. So what's wrong with that? You know what I mean? So I, I think it, like, ultimately, like, the thing that's always helped me inside of our relationship is when I was doing something and not getting the end result that I wanted, I was like, it. What do I have to lose? How about I try something different? Consistently try something different. Don't just try something different one time and be like, oh, well, I, I.
Him.
And it didn't work. And I, when I started to do that, you started to cross the line. And it was a mutual experience of doing things for each other. But then it became like I was doing it for me. Like, I thought I was putting on the lingerie for you. And then it, it came back and I was like, full Circle. And I was like, wow. I actually, I think he fell asleep. I'm just kidding. But meaning, like, it. It started out thinking is for you, but it's really for me, which in turn is for both of us.
Well, there's this certainty and the shift for you was big. And a lot of women struggle with this shift and it gets to a place where the relationship, particularly around the topic of sex, particularly with couples that have been married for a while, the guy's kind of been doing stupid shit for a long time. The woman's been like doing stupid shit for a long time. And there's like this lockdown game that begins where it's almost like you either become surviving as partners, but the idea of acting like you're in your early 20s and you just met at a club as a couple, that's really difficult to pull off because this means you.
Have to sustain vacations.
The way game, the game was you have to like, be willing to let go. And it's both sides. Like, the guy's got to be willing to show up in certain ways. It will create the conditions, but the woman's got to be able to let go sexually and stop being such a fucking prude. Like, seriously. And it's like you and I were talking about this last show and you're like, oh, do you think a guy with a 28 year old has got nice tits, nice ass and who has a personality? I was like, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Right? Because at the end of the day, they want to feel a certain kind of way with the woman. But sex is so looked down on as not a conversation that matters. Like, there's. I am blown away.
But what I wanted to say is it's not just about the sex. There's this emotional connection that guys think is it's just the sex. And you're like, no, no, no, no. There's this, this flirtation, there is this chemistry, there is this energy that I have seen a shift in you where it's like, I want sex. And you're like, I'm good. I'm like, what, did you just turn me down? So I'm just saying, like, you maybe that's because you're getting older. I don't really know. I don't know.
Because I'm more powerful.
I know. I don't know how that works, but I hear as guys get older, it starts to dwindle a little bit.
True, it goes down a little bit.
But what I'm just saying that, like, I think that men maybe think it's all about sex. But. And women are like, no, you big dummy. It's about connection too. And so that's why I think that like even a guy can get with the cute 28 year old and sex is great, but eventually a powerful guy, if there's no emotional connection, will be bored. Well, of course, like the end, which. And then he will know that he can get any 28 year old piece of ass and he will just keep getting this 28 year old piece of ass. Looking for fulfillment almost to be like, oh, maybe I need more than just a piece of ass.
It depends, you know, has he been for 20 years in a relationship with a woman who was critical and naggy and rude and ruthless and never spoke true?
Yeah. I still believe like he would do that for like a couple years and then be like, that's not fulfilling.
So it's like, how do you rebirth that? Right? Because you have a husband who hasn't shown up, you have a woman that hasn't shown up, and you have two people who have been just surviving, dealing with the kids, building their lives.
I think the vacations helped us out a lot.
Definitely help.
You would always fight me on vacations. And then we started taking these little trips to like Cabo and I feel like that's, I don't know, something about Mexico allowed us to like both unleash a little bit. And then it was like to the point where we were like, if we have all this fun without our kids in Mexico or wherever, why can't we recreate this on a date night? You know what I mean? And so I think that there's like vacation mentality. I always joke around, like when women, when they go shopping, all of a sudden they magically have extra thousands of dollars to spend. It's like when you're on vacation, it's like you just automatically have more money to spend. So it's almost like that with a sex card. It's like you go on vacation so magically, like you can have these magical sex moments, which I'm not saying we don't and you can't. But I also think that you can recreate that at home and you should as a married couple. I feel, I feel like that's part of like, why date night is so fun for us. Like, one of my, my, my favorite things to do every week is I literally like, it's like the only day I actually do a full face of makeup and get dressed and it's, it's for me. But I also know, like it's like, time when we get together, we go on date night. I do my cute, like, outfit reels. Like, that's fun for me to do. You know what I mean? And it's fun to have date night experiences with you. So I always tell people, like, in the beginning, I'm like, I. I think it's crazy when I hear about couples that don't go on dates or their dates is literally like, they're like, well, we went to Chipotle and then we came home and watched a movie because our kids were in bed. I'm like, that's not a D. Like, treat it like a. Like, if you were to meet a guy, it was your, you know, you're dating him. So you've only been dating him for a few weeks. You like, or it's your second date, you're probably gonna get dressed, go out, have fun, like, entertain it. You know what I mean? So I feel like that's one thing that we do, because we can treat any weeknight like, we can watch Netflix and hang out and whatever. So for me, like, date night, I'm like, I want to get dressed and I want to go do something. Like, my mind system sometimes I'm like, no, I just want to put sweats on and go to a movie. But like, nine out of ten times, I like to. To get ready and go somewhere.
So the game is about caring, Caring about a lot of things, which is caring about connection, caring about sexual intimacy, caring about open communication, caring about soul level communication, connection. Like, all these things were like, caring and then being willing to clear the out, that's in the way. And we've been spending a long time clearing out the we still clear up bullshit every single week. Collide, have conversations. I mean, we had a cool collision here about four or five days ago. Got a little argument right here and right in this room. Got a little argument, little debate. You said some things, I said some things. And I was like, all right, fuck you. Then I'm gonna go sleep in another room. So I picked my shit up.
What's so funny?
Slept to go in Charlie's room.
No, no, no. What's so funny about that particular night is you were triggered, and I was like, why are you yelling? And. And then I remember, usually this is what happens in the past. Like, I kind of got to this place where I would always be the one that's like, I don't like this tension. I don't care. So I would just, like, come in and chase you down and be like, come on, let's have sex. Like, you're good, you're fine. Cause I don't like, I'm like, there's no reason to fight at 9 o' clock at night. We had a conversation when I was probably a few cocktails down and nothing's good when we're tired and not thinking clearly. Like there's a reason that argument meant nothing other than we set ourselves in a stupid good situation. And so in the past, I was always the one that would like, go get you and be like, come on. And I remember that night because I was like, dick. And I was like, I am not chasing him down. And five minutes later you came in bed with me. I was like, good job, but you don't usually come back. I was like, oh, he feels bad for yelling. And he realized that was a stupid conversation.
No, I was sitting there laying.
Why did you come back that night then?
I will share with you. Okay? I was laying there and I was like, yeah, well, I could just rub one out by myself.
No, cuz we didn't have sex that night. You just came back and cuddled.
I wasn't really thinking that. Side note, I don't like, hardly. I. I can't even think of the last time I masturbated.
I. That's great.
Well, most.
So what happened that night?
I'm just saying, like, that's a spe. That speaks volumes to like, where we're at in our sexual relationship, where it's been like, I don't know, maybe a handful of times last four years.
There you go. Handful of times.
Yeah. Used to be my only outlet.
Well, you're getting older. I think you're slowing down.
Oh my gosh, you're getting older. Slowing down. Shit. So like, I'm laying there in bed, though, in, in the, the bed in Charlie's room. She's in her crib and I'm in the bed next to her, which is like a place that goes like, quiet. And I'm laying there and I'm thinking to myself, oh man, you know, fuck her. I'm just going to sleep. I don't give a. I got a busy day tomorrow. I don't care. And I'm laying there and I'm laying there and I'm thinking to myself, ah, fuck, I don't really want this. And I really didn't want to feel what I was feeling as I don't want to feel this. And there was so much ego in that moment going, fuck her, fuck her, fuck her, fuck her. And then like, there's this other piece of me. It's like, oh, then you.
Then you realize, do I get what I want out of this situation if I let my ego control the situation and be mad? No, you don't get what you want out of it. That's something I realized a long time ago. I'm glad that you're finally catching up.
So I come down the hall, I come back like 10 minutes later, I climb into bed with you. And when I climb into bed, what are you thinking? You found me coming to bed.
I plugged the iPad back in. I literally remember plugged my phone back in. I was kind of like half asleep by then. But I remember thinking like. I remember just thinking like, thank you, good job. Because I'm usually the one that does that. And I'm the one that diffuses this situation. And I'm like the one that's like, lets my ego down first. And I'm like, this is fucking stupid. And so finally I was like, there we go, There we go. I just have had to be patient for 20 years. It's fine. By the time he's 50, we'll be.
Only three more years. Three years will be 50. We'll be good to go.
That's what I'm telling, like, that's what's so funny. We're seven years apart, and I feel like you're slowing down. I'm starting to speed up. I'm like, it's good.
We're gonna finally meet right in the middle. Because my slowdown is your speed up.
There we go.
Right there at the same speed. So this entire shift then, for us sexually, has come off the wake of you choosing a fitness journey. And that fitness journey gave you so in yourself sexually.
I think I always. I'm a firm believer of, like, change starts with you. So, like, if you wanna. You want more out of your husband, you have to really like it. Change starts with you. And I was like, okay, I need, like, I don't know. It was, it was.
I think you switch your mentality because you were like, being super weird about it for a long. I think, and it was super uncomfortable for me too.
I'm actually really shocked how much fitness did for my just certainty as a person for you. Like, I remember talking to my nutritionist and I was like, like, summer hair says, I'm an introvert. I've had three kids and I gained 70 pounds with my last baby. He's like, oh, you need this. I was like, thank you. Please help me. But also, in that vulnerable place, I Submitted to the process. Because I hear a lot of women say, like, I can't believe you did that. Like, how? That must be really hard. And I was like, it's like, I was that girl that was guilty of hiring a trainer and being like, I'm doing everything you're saying. And then I'm like, no, I'm not. Not doing a damn thing you're saying. And so I submitted to the process. Even if I was like, oh, my God, if I eat that many carbs, if I eat that much chicken, I'm gonna, like, bl. I never blew up. I finally was in such a painful place where I was like, I have nothing else to lose. I need to submit to the process, and that's a very powerful place to be. And I think that that's when. When I let my ego down, I was like, okay. And I was so receptive to learning and growing. So I think that's where the certainty comes is because I was like, wow, that was really cool. Like, I don't know, like, I am excited for you to have your little journey and see if it has the same impact. It might not. Like I said, like, you've always been in physically great shape. I was, like, in a very vulnerable, scary space because I had just had the DVT and everything. And I just literally was like. It was like, for the first time, I'm like, life is a gift. This body is a gift. And I refuse to just settle in. Like, there was moments with Isla where I was like, holy. Like, this is a life threatening thing. Like, it was very scary for me. You know what I mean? So I think it put perspective on life and the body, and it gave me this. This courage to try something.
I'll tell you what, it's deeply inspiring to watch what you have become physically, like, with your certainty, like, your energy, your confidence, like, it's. It's very appealing. It's like even, like, to the point we'll be like, going out and you're like, which. Which dress should I wear? And I'm like, the slutty one. And there's a certainty in you and just who you are. And it's like, beyond the body. Yes, you've done amazing work on your body. Yes, you look amazing. Yes, you have done. You have paid the price to look like a complete rock star physically. And what's even more inspiring is the energy and the certainty around it.
But that's what I love, and that's what you'll see it in. Like, athletes a lot. Like, they Start, like, somewhere, and then you watch their career and, like, their evolution, and you're like, you. Your certainty is powerful, and power is what attracts people. Right. And so that's. That's. It's like, yeah, your body's great, but it's the power and the certainty that backs the body.
Yeah.
And so that's. That's why I. There's. You're a very certain person, but there's pieces inside of our relationship where you. Where you take little digs at me. Not intentionally, but you'd be like, you said I was a crappy dancer. And I'm like, I never said that. That's your own uncertainty. And I think that this fitness thing for you will unlock an uncertainty in you that will help our relationship, just like it did with me. And so. Yeah. So that's why I'm kind of like. I'm excited because, like, now how you see me, you're like, that's. That's. That's hot. Like, you're already a very certain person. I would say I. I had a lot of certainty, but I was a little more introverted and quiet. But there's still a piece of you.
Yeah.
That is vulnerable. That doesn't. And I would say for a lot of men, it's not. Just because you're a powerful speaker and trainer and all that doesn't mean that, like, there's not certain times in your relationship where you don't feel as powerful with your wife, and your wife wants you to feel powerful with her. Your wife wants you to go up and feel like you can ravage her and take her. You know what I mean? And it comes with this level of confidence and certainty, and I think that that will come. I just. Like I said, like, it helped me overcome that, and I think it will. I'm excited to see if it'll do the same for you.
I think you believe it will.
I think it will. Like I said, I was good. That's why I was giving you the reference of, like, an athlete who. They start, and you're like, he's all right. And then, like, five years into his career, you're like, whoa, he's a beast. And it's not just how he physically. They. He physically might look different, but it's, like, how they carry themselves.
Yeah.
I always think of, like, different.
This is different kind of training. I've only trained for performance, so my first two sessions are in the books.
Yeah.
Training with Stoss, a Russian guy underneath.
It's interesting because I. I feel like I Had always trained for, like, mental clarity and mental health and more of, like, just sweat, you know, Like. Yeah, and it is. It is different. You. It goes from, like, feeling. Because you're the same way. You're similar to me in the sense that, like, we've trained the same. We do hit workouts. We've done marathons, triathlons. Like, I didn't do it to the level you have, but we have done these, like, mental endurance sports that require a lot of, like, cardiovascular. So it's different because you literally are, like, having to, like. It's just different. It's almost, like, mentally, it.
I think it's as hard as any sweat I've ever done.
It really is, like.
And I've only been doing it for two days.
Yeah. You don't think it's going to be that hard because you're like, I'm doing this so slow. And you're used to doing fast and hit and, like, the only, like, it's so. It's just. It's totally different.
It's weird to come out of a workout where I don't cardiovascularly feel tired.
Yeah.
I'm not even sweating.
Yeah, but you're.
My whole body is not tired, but there's a piece of my body that is completely direct.
Your arms are good. Did you do arms today? I could tell you got a little pump going on. You got a little pump going on. Okay.
Actually. It was actually, what sauce? I said, I get good arms.
You do have good arms.
Yeah, we're gonna. He said, you don't like my back, though. You said I don't have a back. I gotta really.
I said that. And I just once again reconfirmed that.
Reconfirmed.
It's always, my wife is so mean to me. Hey, well, my wife said I'm a sucky dancer.
What happens? Because people say, you know, how did you turn your wife into a sexual savage? Said, I got a really big back. I think it's gonna work.
I want to see how you.
I think the back and shoulders and some glutes he's working on with me. I think by the time I compete in October, I thought.
I thought it was December.
All.
I thought it was December. October it is.
Yes. You're gonna have a really difficult time focusing.
You told me December.
I can't promise I'll wear my shirt ever. You got train this hard.
You got your chest tattooed. Literally. I'm like, babe, it's like raining outside in your shirt.
It's, like, straight. There we go.
You're gonna Be that guy.
I was like, constantly, just shirt open like this, like a wide open bra, like, open up game.
Be like, when girls get fresh boob jobs, they're just always, hey, why are.
You showing your tits all the time? Do you know how hard I work for these tits? I was like, I'm gonna show them every single day. So the workout game starts. October is a competition.
I thought it was December.
Nope. October, something, something. I don't know, like 20 something right before Halloween.
I was thinking about doing one with you, but. Oh, that sounds soon now.
Well, I'm ready to do it. He's. We're gonna put 20 pounds of muscle on my body. I, I, I am having a hard time.
No way.
You are having a hard time eating.
It's not that hard.
It's a lot of food. I'm used to not used to eating.
You don't think about it. You put it in your little tub. You shovel that in four times more.
Than I'm eating right now. We eat about diet tomorrow.
You know what? You know why? You know why? It's, it's hard to eat that much. Because you just get sick of eating chicken.
No, I just get sick. I don't eat much.
I know. So you, what you'll want to do is protein shakes, because you just chug them. And it's good because he's going to put you on a certain amount of protein, and you're just going to end up doing like three protein shakes and four big plates of chicken and, and you'll be so full all the time. But you know what's cool? Because you eat so clean. You're not, it's not like you, like, when you have, like, a big burrito and you're like, I'm so tired. I need a nap. You're eating so clean. You, like, actually have a ton of energy throughout the day. It's crazy. And then you're drinking so much water. That's going to be hard for you.
Yeah. And drink a lot of water.
Yeah.
He's, like, upset about that, too.
Your skin will get better, too.
Yes, that's what he said. Drinking lots of water and getting more buff. So here, here's the last piece for today's show. What do you think is the weight of a healthy sexual relationship in a marriage?
I don't believe it's just about sex. I just told you that. I think that both the male and the female, it's, it's a, it's a balancing act because there's some weeks I'm Like, I think we had sex, like, once, but I'm, like, so into you, and, like, we spent time together and we're connected. You know what I mean? And then there's some weeks where we could have sex, like, five times, and I'm like, yeah, that's good. But I'm not feeling any different than that one week that we had sex once. And I think it's about, like, just connection, quality time. Like, truly, like, any couple that says, like, their love language isn't time. I'm like, you're full of. You cannot have a healthy relationship if you don't put time with one another, whether it's like, having lunch. And it has to be beyond. Just, like, when the. The routine time. Right. You can't. It's hard to connect with your significant other if the only time you're spending with them is from, you know, 7 to 10, and it's a shit show because you have young kids or whatever it is. You know what I mean?
Yeah.
So, I mean, obviously we're still in the young kid pocket, but that's. I feel like when couples kind of get in trouble is they just. They don't have that. That quality time together because there's just a lot going on.
Well, listen, this is like, since you didn't really answer that question, you danced around it. I would tell you until.
But I did answer it. I said, it's. There is. There is no answer to that question, because it's not just about sex.
It is in the beginning.
Okay?
The minute that a man no longer sexually is in scarcity with his wife, you have a different human being.
Do you have a different man or a different man?
Different human being. This guy will operate. A desperate man in scarcity with sex with his wife will operate like a ravenous dog trapped in a corner. His only obsessive thought all day long is, get my penis and vagina. Get my penis. Get my penis and vagina. Get my penis and vagina. And married up to the thought of probably not gonna happen. Probably not gonna happen. Probably not gonna happen. Married up to sadness, depression. Married up to sedate and ignore. Married up to. I really like my wife. What a. What a. I really like my wife.
Because I know you've had, like, people in your program, guys that, like, they're like, yeah, he hasn't had sex for, like, three months. I'm like, then why is he still married? It's like, a big problem.
I got it. Well, again, here's the thing. Like, one of, like Keith says, it's A married game, which is like, the leverages and the leaving, which is the ability to, like, not. Like, if we're dating and there's a standard, and that is like, you have to show up certain way. I have to show up certain way. Guys, I got options and you got options, and we're trying to be the best option for each other. But once you've been married 5, 10, 15, 20 years and there's no other option. I got one vagina, you got one penis. And it's like, okay, here's the game. I got one person. That's all I got. It's so easy for that person to just, like, slow down and play this bullshit mediocre game and settle. And then what's the consequence? Even if one person's excited to go and the other person's like, nah, and that person knows you're not going to leave them, there's, like, very little incentive to change. So you get guys stuck.
And I'm not saying kind of like, roommate mode.
Yeah. I don't want to say it's like, on women. I'm saying it's on men and women. But I'm telling women listening to the show, if your man is in scarcity with sex, you do not have a normal human being in your hands, like, at all. And the fun part is women here, they always want to have sex every single day. No, most guys want to have sex one, two, maybe three times a week. Yes, there's a Guys who want to fuck every single day. I get it. Even if you and I go that way after, like, four or five days, I'm kind of like, wow, you know, I brought probably. I'm probably good for. Probably good for a minute. How about a cuddle? Like, even after, like, three days in a row, I'm kind of like, hey, probably good for a cuddle, right? It's just like, every single day.
Not slow down, babe.
Most guys, no, it's not even that most guys, unless they're 22, most married guys who run businesses, have children, and have a wife in that environment, you're burning out energy all day long. Sexual energy is being burned out in.
Christmas energy that's going back to life. You still need to have that connection. Like, you. Like, you still have to have the lunch dates and the conversations and otherwise, like, you get to this place where you're just. There's less. There's not that connection there.
There's a test, though. Like, I would imagine, like, if we were a woman listening to this test, this. What happens when Your man is sexually satisfied. Just measure it for yourself.
But there's also been times too, in our relationship where I felt like I was like, we're having sex. And I was really like, like, all in it to win it. And I was like, I'm not getting, I'm not getting what I wanted on the other end of it. So I feel like I'm crossing the line. He says, I'm a different man. I'm like, but I'm not experiencing that different man. He's still working till 8 o' clock at night. Like, maybe he's getting it too much. Maybe I need to withhold a little bit. And that's where women's brain goes, because they're like, well, why should I give it up to you? And I'm. Nothing's. None of your patterns or behaviors are changing.
Got it?
You don't see me. You're not doing these other things for me. So at the same time, it goes both ways. Like, I believe that a guy could have sex every night and still not see his wife. He could still be like, well, I'm the provider. It's my role. I go to work till 9. You just have sex with me. And that's your role?
Yeah. I believe a girl can lay down and offer up her vagina. Like, you know, But I'm just saying.
It goes, it goes both ways. So, like, I get it. You're trying to call out the ladies and be like, you're going to have a different man if you have sex. Okay, so call up the men. Not necessarily men. Not necessarily. I just call out ladies.
Call them.
And I said this in our last, I said this in our last podcast. I was like, women, because they play this role of, like, my man's providing for me to. So I can't voice these feelings that I'm having that I want time and attention, that I want to be seen. I can't demand that he, he come home at 5 o' clock at night because he's the provider. Yes, you can. Yes, you can. You can. You can tell him how you're feeling all day long. So I think that that's where the, the, the disconnection happens. Even if you're having sex a lot is because neither person seems, is, feels seen.
And so, well, what I'm hearing you say is this, is that there's other needs that a woman has that aren't necessarily sexual, but if she's not voicing those up and you're like, okay, and you're a situation.
Well, and I've been in that situation too. Like where I'm like, well I didn't, I didn't say what I was thinking or feeling. You know what I mean? And he's like, I like you don't know unless I tell you. You know what I mean? Whereas I, I believe that women are a little more intuitive. Whereas men can just like keep working and not they not notice. Like, you know what I mean? It's like I. I felt there were some times where I'm like, I could feel like I could walk out and be totally naked. I'm like, I don't even think did he even saw me. Like I don't even like you were so plugged into what you were doing. You know what I mean?
Which is part of the reason why you like me.
And. Well there is, there is because here's.
The, here's the downside. If I just followed you around like a puppy dog.
Yeah, but there's.
That's how you turned off too.
That's the same way goes with me too. Like that's why our chemistry works so good is cuz like we can. We can kind of like hold our own space but then still want to be together. You know what I mean?
Okay, so we have this reality of when a guy gets out of scarcity sexually, he's a different man. And you're saying when a woman gets. Women need three orgasms a week?
No.
Okay.
I'm saying that women need to communicate what they want inside of that time.
Whatever it is, whatever it is. So a woman needs to communicate what it is. Yeah guys, really simple. It always comes back to the first thing. Once he's out of scarcity with sex. Guess what he wants next? Nope. That. No. Then what he wants next. He wants to be wanted.
Well, yeah, but. But the girl, the woman can't show that she. She's not going to naturally show that she wants him unless she feels fed too.
I know this is the dilemma.
That's what I'm saying is. Has to.
What is it feeding for the woman? Right? So that's like what I'm saying on your side for guys. Really simple. It's like the very first baseline primal desire. I don't give a fuck who you are. Line up 100 guys. Line up 10,000 guys. Give me the same shit every time. Until that guy is getting consistently penis and vagina. It doesn't matter. This man's going to be unhappy, miserable and frustrated. And most of what he will do is only being done, including making money with the hopes that he'll end up with his penis in a vagina. Step one, step two. Once penis, vagina satisfied. Now there's a new thing that opens up, which is I want to be wanted.
Right? But that's what I'm saying. If you have this guy who's like, I can get as much ass as I want from his wife anyway, maybe he's single. Maybe it's his wife who so then dates your wife. So then all of a sudden she comes, okay. So then all of a sudden she comes. It's like, I'm not fulfilled with that. I want more. And he's like, good.
And she's finally speaking up.
She wants to change.
Oh, then they maybe could get divorced. So I hear you. What I'm saying is we have two people coming from different sides. Like, your side of scarcity is time, right?
Every married couple in the game. Love language is time. It's not just me.
It's not just every couple in the game's love language is sex, penis and vagina.
Okay?
There you go.
Time and sex, kids. That's all you need.
That's it. You need a lot of time. Having sex is what this. But when you get these two things satisfied and a guy is satisfied sexually, the next thing is the desire to be wanted. Because now it's like, oh, I'm full. I don't want to eat anything. I'm not going to just fucking rag.
It's like the woman's desire to be seen.
Exactly.
Yeah.
So the guy bursts into, I want to be wanted, which is now no longer. That's how we came up with the term vaginal masturbation, which is like, literally the idea where I, like, grab your ass and move your body. I'm like, what am I doing right now? I'd probably just jerk myself off. Be a little more satisfying because I have to move your body while I'm doing it. By the way, when I say that to any audience of men, they all fucking get it. Every single one. Listen to the show right now. You know, when I say vaginal masturbation, you know exactly what I'm talking about. And to a married guy, it's depressing because you're like, this is what we ended up in. I'm not saying guys don't show up like idiots. I'm saying they do show up like idiots. I know.
Sometimes, Eric, I'm sure, like, if a guy's in a painful relationship with his wife, he's like, maybe. He's like, it's almost easier. I don't even actually want to approach her to have sex.
Of course.
Be done in, like, three minutes. It's great.
Are you kidding me? If you have a woman who constantly rejects you, nags you, and always pushes.
You away, or he's like. Or what if he's like, man, I just don't want to put in 10 minutes. It's a foreplay. I could be done.
And that's why they order the flashlight and have their favorite pornhub.
But that's what I'm saying.
Like, but then that becomes lack of fulfillment and that I got them over.
There's lack of connection going on. Like, we're saying the same stuff.
And then they come back to, man, I really would just like to be with my wife. But again, it does if you get to a place.
But if he really wants to be with his wife and he wants that connection, he might have to do a little foreplay and, you know, do the whole night, which isn't just sex.
I agree.
Foreplay is not just sex.
I got it. Well, I know that sex is sex. Foreplay is what comes before sex.
No, but even beyond in the bedroom.
Yeah, I totally agree. But this is what we're all talking about, dating your wife. And this is the entire message of the Warrior's way system, is this entire idea of self responsibility and my ability to make myself better. For me, you didn't do fitness for me. You did fitness for yourself. It just happened to be that you doing for you benefited me. Same thing for me is like, you're like, you better not do this fitness thing because you think I'm gonna go do drugs with you. And I was like, well, okay, preface that. You don't have to do drugs with me.
You don't do drugs. A medicine journey. Sorry. Never done drugs. Thank you.
Yeah, well, it's basically drugs. It's just natural drugs.
I've never done drugs.
It's not pharmaceutical drugs. It's just from the earth drugs. But anyways, you said that so casually.
You're like, you have fun. I won't do drugs.
I won't do drugs with you. You know, or heroin addiction.
Let's preface that.
So you have. You are now committed, though, to yourself, which is what I have become committed to myself. So even with the fitness side, I'm going to pursue fitness for me, not for you.
And, well, and that's kind of. I'm glad because I was like, we were on a date night in Miami, and I was like, I'll do it weird. Few cocktails down, and I was like, I'll do a medicine journey if you do a fitness competition. And then the next day I woke up and I was like, I don't really want to do a medicine journey. So I didn't. That was my only thing is registered for I know. And I. And so all of a sudden I was like, listen, I'm. I'm probably not going to do a medicine journey, but if you want to do this, like, do it for you.
Yeah. So bottom line is this. Until a relationship gets into abundance, you don't have a relationship. What you have is a desperation connection, which is two people who are desperately trying to feel abundant in this relationship with this other person. So whatever it is, whether it's sex, whether it's time, whether it's communication, whether it's honesty, whatever it is, until you're able to get your relationship into abundance, it doesn't really matter. You're going to constantly be pulled back into this scarcity. It's going to be constant fear, doubt, and worry. And then when then was there then like. Like the idea that I would. If you had told me years ago, there'd be times where I'd even like, turn you down with sex. Like now, let's just cuddle. I'd have been like, wrong with this guy. Is he an idiot? But that's what happens to guy in abundance. Now when you're horny and I turn you down like that. I don't mean to turn you down like that. You just need to tell me.
Sometimes when you turn me down, I'm like, oh, thank God. I actually am kind of tired, but I was just like, I was trying to be more of the initiator.
Yeah, well, and also what happens too, with guys when they're in scarcity for too long a period of time, they'll end up to survive. They will stop approaching their wife, which means they'll just stop trying.
Yeah. But then stop initiating. And then your energy gets all weird and then it's like completely. And then it's like at night. Your energy is very strong. Anyways. But I always, like, there was like a period of time where I just. I felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells.
Yeah, well, you were, because I was constantly breaking eggs and putting shells. Looks like it's getting better. Okay, feels better.
You keep, like, winking. So I was like, oh, no, I don't feel tired.
No, feels a lot better. I mean, I've had a long day. I've already done like nine hours of calls.
I know.
And here we Go.
I gotta get with the babies.
All right, well, let's wrap this show up. So principle of the day is what?
Fake it till you make it.
Oh, wow, here we go. Fake it till you make it. That's what you waited this whole show for. So here's the bottom line. I will tell you this right now. One of the ways that we have been able to guide men, particularly to be able to reignite the marriage and reignite life, is to get them into a place of dealing with themselves. But how do you do this? Right? Well, one of the first things that we ever created inside of the game of our lives was the system known as the Worrier's way. So over 12 years ago, I started practicing a discipline that I uncovered piece by piece inside of a journal. I believe that God inspired me to find this for myself. It began to set me free. It was a way to put myself in power so that I could connect with her and be able to create a marriage that would matter and that could last. On top of that, I started teaching a handful of guys in 2012. Fast forward over a decade, 55,000 plus men have gone through this process. So if you're a woman, you're listening to this and you have a man and you are married to this man, or you're in relationship with this man and you want him to be in more power and to be able to show up in a way that would allow for marriage to go to a whole nother level, your relationship go another level. You need to get him into the Warrior programs with us. You can check that by going to Wakeup Warrior.com. get started with some of the books, with some of the apps and the conversations, come into some of our programs and come to learn it. Because everything we do in dialogue is driven by the Warriors Way system. And Danielle was the original Wake up the Warrior trainer. She woke up this warrior. This warrior has then gone on to wake up 55,000 men and impact tens of thousands of marriages. Hence the reason why we do this podcast. Hi. So if you're listening, you're ever wondering, what's the point of the show? It's easy. It's a blatant marketing hook to get you to go participate inside of Wake Up Warrior and come play and use the tools. Your marriage deserves it, your family deserves it, and your life deserves it. And we've often looked this from the following, which is, if you want to look at the game of change, it goes like this. If you change a man, you change a marriage. If you change a marriage, you change a family. If you change a family, you change a community. If you change a community, you change a city, you change a city, you change a state, you change a state, you change a nation, you change a nation, and you change the world. So it all begins with one man. And you, motherfucker, are that guy. And if you're listening and you know your man's ready to go to the next level, and you've been desperate to get him to the next level, doesn't have to be a weird thing, just send him to wakeupwarrior.com, check out some of our movies, check out some of our books, get him started in an easy little sample path, and then we'll bring him along next, you know, he'll be here at Masterminds with us, and you'll be running your own podcast with your wife or husband, talking about the road that you took, living the warriors way to ignite your life and ultimately not only fall in love with your wife, but have salsa dancing on Tuesdays in the middle of the afternoon. You good?
You're good.
I love you.
All right.
You're amazing. I feel like we're in a new place.
Partners in Crime.
I have one question for you as we wrap up the show. Did you use chatgpt to send me that text this morning? Oh, fuck. You did. Oh, my God, you did. You did. I'm reading it. I'm reading it in the show. I was like, wait a second. This doesn't sound like my wife.
She's always like, can you send me like, sweet notes in the morning? And I'm always like, my sweet note is like a peach and like some inappropriate emoji. So I got introduced to chat GPT and I was like, at 6 in the morning, I was like, tell my husband he's the man. He's the best husband ever. And then I spit out like, okay.
So here's Chat GPT sent me a love bomb this morning and I read it and I, like, was feeling emotional. I almost cried.
He literally was like, I almost cried.
I was like, I can't believe my wife sent me. This is so beautiful. At 6:30 in the morning. Here's what she said. I wanted to take a moment to let you know how truly amazing you are as a husband and father. Your dedication and love for your family and is truly inspiring. Your commitment to being the best husband and father possible is evident in everything you do. Your care, support, and strength make you a significant difference in the lives of your loved ones. Your family is Lucky to have such an incredible person like you. I responded back, I said, you just melted my heart. Truly, thank you deeply. I love you. No, no, no.
That was true.
No. So I'm like receiving this. 6:30 in the morning. I'm like, God, I can't believe my wife. She's barely awake. She's sending such deep romantic words to me. I like, love is filling my heart. I feel so satisfied. It feels so full. This is better than the blowjob. Maybe not, but really close to as good as a blowjob. And I'm sitting there, I'm like, oh God, this is so great. Then about three hours later, I'm looking, I'm like, that's way too fucking calculated. My wife doesn't know how to talk like that. Wait a second. Those are four really power. Okay, did you chat GPT this to me?
So now they need a new app because I've noticed Chat GPT is like too perfect where it messes it up and makes it look a little more human messy.
Chat GPT or you shouldn't do it? Please resay it in the temple and tone of Daniel.
Okay, true, but it was 6:30 in the morning and I was like, how can I get this done in 10 seconds?
Chad, DBT, please send a love note to my husband telling him he's so amazing.
Yeah, exactly.
Copy paste.
Exactly.
