Well, welcome to the Mary Game podcast, and I've got my new handheld microphone. Did I say Mary Game?
Do I look like a.
You are a game and I am in Mary.
Do I look like Keith?
Nope, you don't look like Keith. But as other podcasts that I'm used to doing when I'm holding my microphone. So it's not the Mary Game podcast. I date your wife podcast.
I feel like you should promote your, your own, your own podcast as much as you promote.
Well, it's because my partner in the other podcast promotes really hard. You. You don't promote hard.
I do too. I always post them.
Yeah, well, both you guys promote hard. You guys, let's just face it. The backbone of both these shows is me. Married game and date your wife without me.
Everyone's just leveraging you.
Everyone's leveraging me. I feel used.
You're not leveraging me.
No, I feel deeply used.
Okay.
Last night you were. Last night you were, you were wanting to use me, but I was too angry.
I told you I was ready, and you were like, you were at the.
End of a hard work day, just wanting it, weren't you?
Oh, my God.
I mean, I'm just asking you.
No, I was like, kids are gone. Like, here's your.
You had a bit. I thought about it later. You were literally in the I worked real hard, I just want to get. I just want to come mode.
I don't know.
Were you in that mode?
I'm, I, I'm not gonna respond to that.
Why would you not respond to that? Is it.
I don't know. I was just like, open. I was like, open to. It could be. I don't know.
I was very open to it too.
But I was like, wow. Did he just turn me down? Oh, good night.
I wasn't really, you know, I came back in the room.
I, I, I go to bed at 9:30.
You fell asleep in literally two minutes from the time you first proposed. The idea.
Fell asleep hard. Last night, in fact, I fell asleep.
You made the offer. And like three minutes later, I came back.
I was around on my phone. And then I was like, the locksmith guy came in. And then there was like. I was like, this is so weird. It's like 9:30. There's people still working at my house. It was finally like, 9:30. You're like, I'm gonna go lock up. And I'm like, okay. I don't think I actually fell asleep till 10. So you. Sometimes you're like, I'm gonna go brush my Teeth. And I'm like, is he giving himself a facial? What is he doing?
This is what happens when you give a man this much facial product to wash his face with.
Oh, my goodness.
My life seems to be easy. Brush your teeth.
Here's what I think it is. I think you get distracted on your phone and you'll be like, babe, I was locking the whole house down. And I'm like, no. Were you?
Do you know I deleted all my apps off my cell phone?
See? Exactly. You got distracted on social media.
All my social media apps.
You get in these wars at night where you're like, this fucking asshole, and then you're like. You're like keyboard battling. And I'm like, you could be having sex with your wife. I hope that Joe Schmo last night, I was as good as your. Maybe he is. I don't know.
Wow.
Maybe Joe Schmo is.
Wow. Did you get spray tanning today?
I did. I did. I'm a little dark. I need to.
You don't look really dark. You look great.
I look dark.
You look great. So our daughter passed her driver's ed test today.
That's amazing.
I took her to the dmv. She was very happy about this.
I know. I took her to work with me. She was very happy yesterday.
Is she at work right now?
Yeah, she should be. She should be.
She got picked up at. Is Sarah taking her to work?
She should be being picked up in the next six. Six minutes and going to work.
Okay, well, she passed her test. It took her an hour and a half to pass her test today.
Yeah. So my daughter Bailey, she's basically, like, given up on life and doesn't think that going to school is necessary. And I'm like, I agree. I think high school is a waste of time. But I will tell you the one thing that it teaches. The only thing that it teaches you is to somewhat learn. The other thing that it teaches you is to get up and have a routine every day.
Yeah.
Like, you can't. You can't just, like, wake up and, like, if you don't have a routine, you almost get depressed. Right. And I'm trying to, like, explain this to my 15 year old because she misses a day, and then she just keeps falling down in this, like, downward spiral. And she'll be like, like, you don't care about me. I hate my life. And I'm like, because you're not doing, like, the basic. That will set you up for success. So I finally was like, I get it. I. I always had a Hard time with high school. Like, I don't agree with traditional education. Like, it just. I always kind of almost felt like I was looked at as a dummy. But in my mind, I was like, I'm smart. Like, I graduated high school not because I did the work, but because I talked to all my guidance counselors and my teachers to give me passing grades. And you bet I was damn proud of that. I was like, I didn't. I managed to somehow finagle my way through high school. I. Like, that's when I knew I should probably get into sales.
I was like, listen, you were a conniver at the highest level. Part of what I tell people, I say the reason we karmically face 98% of the chaos we do is because the universe is repaying my wife's karma straight to us. I think it's because all the years, you walk the dogs and let them shit without.
No, I think that Bailey is brilliant. I will say she has. She's. A lot of people probably think she's a lot like you. I actually think she's more like me. The part that's like you, she has the bipolar side, where she's very, like, high, low, high, low, high, low. And so for me, I'm not like that. I'm. I'm an. I can be an intense personality, but I'm pretty chill. Like, I'm pretty grounded. It takes a lot to really ruffle my feathers. I'm not phased. Super easy. Like, I can handle. I think that's why I can. That's why I have all girls, and I own a salon with all women, and I have an education company with 95% women. Like, there's not a lot that, like, really riles me up. So with Bailey, I think she. I. I can understand, like, how she learns and how she thinks and her thought process. And I don't think of it as, like. It's almost like I feel like she's brilliant, and I'm just trying to help her point her brilliance in the right direction.
Are you doing a good job of it?
Well, I took her to work with me, and what was I like? She did great. She was, like, very engaging with the clients. Even the clients were like, you're 15. I'm like, well, she's almost 16. They're like, wow. I thought, like, you. Yeah, at least 18. They were like. She was super professional. She dressed cute. Like, I had her work on a doll head that day. She came home and she got. Found a doll head in my room and was Practicing on her own. I didn't ask her to. And I was like. And I was like, good job, Bailey. Like, I looked at her curls. I was like, you like, good job. She's like, yeah, I really like this. It's super. Like. I'm like, it's kind of therapeutic, huh? She's like, yeah. And I'm like, that's how I am. I like to work with my hands. I'm like, it. To me, I just. I learn better that way. And it's not that I. I just think, yeah, like, traditional school is probably not her path. But at the same time, I'm like, to do hair, you have to get your ged. Now, I don't care what teachers you want to talk into giving you a passing grade, you figure it out. But you got to get. Your end result is you have to get a GED in order to go to hair school.
So you. You almost didn't graduate from high school?
No, I literally have, like, repeating dreams to this day where I'm like, no.
You feel like you didn't actually graduate. It's all. It's all.
My parents literally were like. It was my senior year, and they gave up. They're like, well, she's just not gonna graduate. It's not gonna happen. And I was like, I'm like, that person that when finally I wait till the last minute when the pressure is on, I'm like, oh, yeah, look what I can do. Yes.
Yes. Well, this is beautiful. I mean, I had a different response growing up, which was I had football, right? And so football was the leverage point, right? I had no desire for school. I didn't care anything about my classes. I didn't care anything about school except for the fact that I. But in order to play football, you had to go to school. In order to go to school or play football, you had to get grades. For football grades, you had to get just Cs. But my parents had a higher standard for me. They said, you have to get Bs if you get at least B minuses. So my grades across the board, outside of my PE classes, my PE and weightlifting class, I always had an A. Pottery, I got an A. I was.
Like, that's like an easy A. Typing.
I got a B plus. Every other class I got were B minuses. One time, I got a C. My parents had disciplined me so much to believe that if I got a C plus, I was out of a sport. I was done. Like, I'd been terrified with this, right? So I get my first C plus. My junior year in high school, C plus, I immediately quit the basketball team. I tell my coach I gotta quit.
Cause you got a cuz I got a C. Oh yeah, you told me the story.
And then I go home and I tell my parents I quit because I got a C plus. And that I was disappointed in myself for getting a C plus and that I understood I needed to quit. Basketball season.
Your sports, like Ruby.
My parents to this day though, told me we couldn't believe you quit. We'd have never made you quit. We just talked with you about getting pressure. Well, the reality. You know what? The truth was, I didn't really give a fuck about basketball. I wanted to lift weights and throw football with my buddies. So it was almost like an excuse. I was like, see, I can't play basketball. I gotta train to get ready for football. Fuck this basketball. You can't tackle people. It's a bad sport.
It's funny. I feel like Ruby in a lot of ways is she's our 11 year old. I think people are like, oh, she's so much like me, which I think she is. But she has, like. She has a lot of you in her. Like, she's. She's. She has these like weird ticks and corks and things.
And like, you know, you notice anytime you make a comparison to our children, me, you're like, you know, she. You're like, bailey's a lot like you. She's bipolar. You just, you know, Ruby's a lot like you. She's got a lot of twicks and titches and little up things about her.
I'm like, you just told me that Bailey is a karmic loo for my behavior. I'm not sure how. She is a karma loop.
She is a karma loop.
You said it was like, that was a negative thing. And I was like, I'll take it.
I said it was a negative thing. I said that. You didn't pick up dog for like 15 years. When you walked our dogs right in front of people, we just let the dog shit wherever you wanted. Why did you do this? What? Yeah, you know, don't what me. You know exactly what you're talking about.
I do this like two times.
You would walk two times? Two times a week for like a decade.
I never walked our dog consistently. So that's an invalid story.
I would go out the door with you and I'd be like, did you bring a poop sack?
You're like, okay, so like, one time. So let me get this straight. One time, this Happened when you were with me. So now it's like, this is karmic loop. For 15 years, I'm like, I don't even. I didn't even walk our dogs out.
You allowed our dogs to shit on the world, and now the world shits on us.
So the. So one story that you went with me of seeing. You know what this is? This makes sense. This is why kids have these traumatic experiences when they're young, because they're like, my mom hit me one time. She was an abuser. And you're like, no, you back mouth.
You.
You back talk. So you got a little smack on the mouth.
Did you smack any of our daughters in the mouth ever?
I have, and there's been a few times where I like, smacked him just right where it's like, it kind of hit their tooth and then they, like, bled a little bit and they're like. And I'm like, oh, my God.
Have you hit all of our daughters?
Probably. I'm sure I have at some point. I was going to say when all of our kids are going through their young biting phase. I've flicked them before. I'm like, no. But yeah, I'm sure with both Bailey and Ruby, I've like, I just pop them in the mouth a little bit. I'm like, you know, back talk. And there's been a few times there's blood and tears.
So one time you hit me in the forehead with a stiletto.
Everyone's heard this story.
Well, you're a violent woman.
So what's our topic? For real?
You're a violent offender. I'm super violent offender.
All 110 pounds of all 110 pounds.
So let me ask you a question. When did you become, like, comfortable with dancing for your husband?
Are we. I feel like we should have a topic that actually gives people value.
No, we're giving them a topic that everyone expects to hear about on this show.
No, they don't. What do you and Keith talk about? Do you guys just talk about sex the whole time?
The whole show is about sex. What are you talking about?
It really is.
No, it's about a lot of things, but it's a lot about a lot of sex, too. It's about getting guys laid.
Oh, cool.
So here on date your wife, we like to talk about the result of the married game. Would you date your wife? So listen, you didn't answer the question. You're avoiding. Well, when did you gain the confidence? Because, like, listen, if we go back in time, we're going to stop on this for a second. We'll go to some different topics. But also, when we used to have sex, you would require the blinds down, double comforters, sweatpants, North Face suit.
I don't think I liked you.
Big, huge mittens I'm wearing.
Because I always. I'm like, the person. Like, when I get ready, I get ready naked. It's not like I'm uncomfortable with my body.
You were uncomfortable with me looking at you when you were naked.
But you want to know why? It really was. There was this. There was this period in our marriage where I was like. Because I, like. I just get ready in, like, a robe or underwear, whatever. And I would be like, if I'm getting ready, he's gonna come in, he's gonna smack my ass. He's gonna expect sex. Like, so anytime I was, like, doing anything, I was like. I felt like you looked at me like a piece of meat, right? So if it's. I know, but you were almost, like, weird. You weren't. You're weird about it.
It's like, Bobby on the corner who peeps in your window is a little fucking weird. I was a bit of a weirdo. I had weird energy around it.
My energy was weird, which. Then it's like. Like I said, it's not that I was uncertain with myself. I just was uncertain around you. I was like, I don't really wanna have sex right now. I'm trying to get ready for the day.
Like, I think if I'd had sex with, like, 75 women, I'd probably had more confidence at that point, but I hadn't. So, like, I was still trying to figure myself out.
Still trying to figure it out.
Yeah. I mean, if you have sex with 75 other people, at some point, you're gonna get good with a little bit of something. I mean, your confidence can be like, okay, I've seen a lot. In your case, you'd be like, I've seen 75 penises. That's a lot of penises. That's a lot of vaginas. I haven't seen 75 vaginas or penises.
That's good.
Unless you count up all the people in porn the last, like, 10 years, 15 years of porn.
I was like, I'm so tan.
You are tan.
I need this crowd. I need a cold shower.
Okay. So. So this confidence piece, though, and this is a confidence piece I want to talk about because, like, there's a certainty and a confidence in the bedroom and in conversation and dialogue that has risen for us as a couple. I think we have to talk about whatever.
I think we have great sex now. But I think it kind of came with this place of both of us, like getting comfortable with ourselves and one another.
Do you know what do you think it came for? I mean, do you think it was you and I. I think, I mean, I see from the outside for you.
It was like a period where I was like, I think I would have. I would be more comfortable having a one night stand with some random guy.
Like, I'm confident you would have been with my husband.
Like, I was like, how long ago then I could actually be free to just be myself. Like, I felt like I couldn't be free to be myself. I was like, the energy is weird. Like, I don't. And the other thing, the funny thing is too, is I. Realistically, we probably have sex maybe twice a week. Like being honest on vacation. Twice a day. Sure. But during a regular week, it's maybe twice.
One to two times a week.
Yeah, it's at least once. Sometimes we hit a double on the weekends and we're like, look at us rock and hot couples.
Occasionally we have a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. We're like, what just happened?
Yeah, and that happens. And it, and, and it's good. And it's great, really good. But I think, I think we're okay with that amount of sex because before it was quality, right? Quality versus quantity. And I used to feel like you just wanted. You just wanted to orgasm every night. And I'm like, I don't want to just organ. Like that's fun. But I want to do all the fun stuff too. And like, I want to see where this goes. And so I just felt like it was like you, I was like your piece of meat. Like, it's like, okay, it's wifey duties. Let's go roll over. Let's do it.
Well, for sure. I mean, it.
But then it made me like, even.
Then we weren't even doing that. I mean, it was maybe once a week, every two weeks.
Even though when things and it was.
Like short and it was not fun for either.
Yeah, I was like, even when things weren't great, we still would never go more than like 10 days. 10 days. Yeah. So I was like. But it was. Yeah, it was like, not great. It was just like, okay, bye. Like, it was just enough to where I could be like, okay, let me, let me. It's like when you, like are in a bad spot with your relationship and then you have sex and then you're like confused and you're like, oh, I do love this person. It was like. It was almost like just putting a little bit of a duct tape on our marriage. It was like, just made this, like. It just made us hold on just enough because we'd have sex and be like, okay, everything's fine. And then it got to a place where it was like we had droughts or whatever it was. And then it's like, hey, things are not fine.
I think if we'd actually had lots of sex during those years, like, there's couples like this and we know where in Warrior where they haven't fundamentally dealt with themselves and they've not dealt with each other as a couple, but they're having, like, pretty passionate. Because they're both very horny individuals, so they can kind of look past all of the other shit and just fuck. And because they're doing it two, three, four times a week, pretty passionately, they almost use each other as fuck buddies. And so they both want it. So then it masquerades and it drags out all these problems for years and years and years and years and years because the sex is so good. There's tons of guys in Warrior where they're not in happy relationships at all. They don't communicate well. They're not on the same page. They don't share vision, they don't share unity. They're not great co parenting. They don't co parent well, they don't. But they fuck a lot.
Right? So that's what I'm saying. So then you're like, oh, I do love this person because it's a. You know.
But I'm saying, like, you could use sex as a masquerade for sure, for the rest of the issues and never deal with the other issues, only to end up hollow and lost and alone. I mean, you have friends. I have friends who do this. Exactly.
That's what I'm saying. It's like just enough where you're like, okay, everything's fine.
Yeah.
But then you're like, if you didn't have sex, you're like, would you like this person? You're like, no, probably not. I don't actually like them at all. In fact, if we didn't have sex, I'd probably start to resent them at some level.
Yeah. I mean, now we're in a. I don't know. I feel like we're in a place that I don't feel like we got in a place where, like, you're real comfortable with yourself. I'm real comfortable with myself. I mean, we even had, like. We had some, like, pretty intense collisions just a couple weeks ago that were kind of. They were intense, and they were intense, and they led us having some dialogue and some conversation, and some things came up, and you got real passionate, and I got real passion. We're out pushing the babies around, I.
Think, yelling at each other in that specific argument, too. It's like, we've done a lot of work together as a couple, and when we were stressed out, a family and kids stuff, all of a sudden all these old patterns and triggers came back, which I felt like we'd kind of worked through those, right? It's like we're past those. And I was like, we're both arguing. We're both, like, bringing up our old Danielle. My old, old Garrett is coming back, right? Like, you're acting like the old Garrett. Stop fucking acting like that. You know? And maybe I'm responding like the old Danielle. I don't really know. But it was triggering all these past stories that I felt we had worked through. And then we both got to this place where I was like, you know what? We have a lot on our plate right now. And we're both. We've got a lot with work. We've got a lot with kids. We've got. We've got a lot on our plate. And maybe. Maybe these stories that are coming back up to the surface, maybe they're. Maybe they're just coming up because we're stressed, you know? And I felt like that was kind of the landing point that we got to on that argument, and I felt like I had closure with it. And I was like, okay, you're right. I was like, you're right. That's probably why all of a sudden, it's like, you always. It's like when you start saying, you always do this, you always do that. Like, it's like, do you really always do that?
Did you just say, I say that?
No. Like, I'm saying, like, in turn, like you say.
When I was saying that about you.
When you say it about me or I say it about you, it's almost like. But are they always. Have they been consistently, like, is this just something you're trying to get? Like, validate your own thoughts and feelings of how you're. I don't know.
Well, you like to use, like, blanket statements.
You say that a lot, but.
Well, it's. Cause you do.
There's a natural statement about the dog poop.
I didn't say always.
You did.
I said no. I said, our karma today comes from you allowing our dogs to shit on the world for 15 years?
Yeah. So that's different than always.
I didn't say you always.
So I have to give it like a timestamp.
I'm just saying you use these words always.
You try to power frame me, Garrett, for the last 15 years? Not always, but just for the last 15 years.
Have I tried to power frame you for the last 15?
Yeah.
Okay. What is a power frame?
You always, like, flip it. Like, I'll try to, like, what's a power frame? It's like, when you flip it on me and I'm trying to, like, tell you, like, hey, here's what I see going wrong. And then you're like, you don't take accountability. And I'm like, really?
Do you feel like you fundamentally take accountability?
Yeah.
You do.
I see the world in black and white, where it's just like. I can see why. I feel like you see things very dramatic, and I see things very. I see things just, like, black and white.
Black and white or gray?
No, like, super black and white. I'm like, oh, that happened, and this happened. That's why this is happening.
Is that why everything's always. Never and always.
Oh, my God. Just for the last 15 years.
Oh, God. Well, you're lucky that I'm inviting you to come speak with me this week.
You are?
Yeah. When was the last time you invited me to go to an event with 5,000 people and speak?
I haven't gotten invited to any of those.
Exactly.
Actually, I did last year, and I didn't show up because I was pregnant.
What event?
The ClickFunnels one.
Oh, my God. That's.
Listen, you said, when was the last time you got invited?
I'm saying an event where you invited me to go speak.
You want me to invite you to speak?
I'm just saying you're a big name in the hair game.
You want. You want to come speak at my next virtual experience?
When have you last invited me to be part of the show?
Do you want to be a part of the Hair show?
Not really, but I'm just saying, you know, the invitation might be nice once in a while. I mean, we're going here to Funnel Hacking Live 2022. This is season number eight of funnel hacking Live. I'll be speaking at this week.
What are you gonna speak on?
Life. You know why they bring me to Funnel Hacking Live to blow fire. It's what I do. That's why you married me. You could have married.
What are you gonna speak on?
You know, you could have married yourself a man, probably larger penis and who was more calm. You might have been nicer, too. He'd probably been nicer. But you didn't. You psychopath.
Where are you going?
You psychopath. You chose me. Why'd you do that?
I feel like you're kind of a cradle robber. You met me at 18.
Well, I knew what I was doing.
And then I was like, yeah, I.
Like to meet people. I'm like, Dr. Dre. I meet rising stars. You were my Eminem. I'm Dr. Dre.
I didn't. Yeah. I don't know.
I feel like it'd be very different trying to date you now.
Yeah, I think I'd be annoyed.
I don't think we'd make it.
I don't think we'd make it. Just have a moment of honesty on this show. I think I'd be slightly turned on by you, but just enough irritated that I'd be like, I can't. I.
Well. And I think the challenge would be. Yeah. Yeah. I think the challenge.
We're five kids deep. You're stuck with me, buddy.
Isn't so funny. We're like. We're sitting here with five children together 21 years, and both of us looking at each other with this deep level of honesty and going. If you were single right now and I was single right now, and we were trying to date, it probably wouldn't work.
I don't know. How would you show up?
I'd show up on fire. I'm sure, like, the same way I show up in a lot of ways.
When I first met you, like, you. You showed up very calm, very sweet. Like, and then. And. And then you start. I started to see, like.
And I tried to put balloons in your car on Valentine's to get you.
Then I started to see, like, more of your personality and more of your intensity, which I liked. I was like, oh, like, at the time, you played arena professional. Arena football. You, like, you had ambition. You were doing loans. You were finishing up school. But, like, our first few dates, I remember, like, being like, he's super chill and, like, really sweet. Like, you'd get the door for me. Like, you took me to ice cream or something. I don't remember, But I did. Like, it's. You didn't. It's not like, when we first started dating, you come at me. You came at me with the same intensity. So I imagine if I met you now, you'd probably come across just, like, a nice guy, you know? And I'd be like, oh, he's cool. And then we'd probably start dating more. And then I'd be like, he's fucking psycho.
And then you'd have to make a decision. But see, then he'd be 40, so you'd be like, I don't know if I want to be with this psycho at 40.
Yeah. I don't know.
You'd probably look for yourself for like a nice 60, a 65 year old guy who was fairly fit, who was calm as hell.
I would assume that I would go for.
That's what the ladies do. The ladies in the later in life.
I'm a hot piece ass.
I didn't say you're not a hot piece of ass. I am confident that you'd be like banging 25 year old boys and like 45 to 55 year old men would be hunting. You'd have a range from 25 to 50.
I would, I'm right in the middle. I would just explore.
Listen, every woman your age, that's your friend, that's single is like banging 25 year olds to 55 year olds.
I'm always like, how is that? And they're like, man, I'm sure it's the same with the guys. They're like, oh man, the young ones are so good. And you're like, really? And then they're like, but the old ones I really want to marry. I'm like, well, he doesn't want to marry you.
Well, that's the problem is that the young one's like, oh my God, I got an older one, she's so amazing.
But the young ones don't want to marry her kids.
The young ones have nothing thing to offer.
And then the older ones are probably.
Like, they got six packs those young ones. I hope so. I had a whole crew of these young ones be like, dude bro, you should lift a little bit more. I was like, dude, bro, you should stop working at the sandwich.
I could ever like be somebody's sugar mama. Like I could have sex.
I think you could.
No, I would be so turned off.
For a period of time. If we were a train wreck and we ended, I died and got hit by a car, you for sure would.
I could date some younger.
No, you would just fuck a few young guys, that's fine.
But I would not get in a long term relationship with a guy that I made more money than. I just couldn't do it.
Of course not. But you for sure would be okay with a handbag toy for a minute. For a minute on a trip, head somewhere. Listen, if I died. You're like $100 million. So like they just know, like you're, you're in the cash money. The first round of dudes hanging out with you are going to be dudes with no agenda for sure. They're going to be like, you're smiling right now. You're smiling right now because you know.
Everything I'm saying is because I think that you're actually saying this about you. You're like lining up the 28 year olds for yourself.
No, no, I wouldn't do that at all. I'd immediately look for a 50 year old. I'm not going, I'm not raising another fucking wife.
Raising away, you crazy?
I'm gonna go get mature women who, who I don't have to raise. You know, this is what I tell my guys that are dating these 26 year old girls and they're 48.
Do they wait?
They're like, dude, she's like, she's so amazing. But bro, I get so about getting so stressed. I was like, dude, well, let's talk about a couple things. Number one, she's three years older than your oldest son. I said, number two, I say, you're gonna have to raise this girl. She has no idea who the she is. I was like, this woman's gonna know what the she wants until she's like 35 to 38 years old. I was like, you're like 48, bro. By the time she figures out what she wants, you're gonna be like 55.
So are they just in like the sex cloud where they're like, a lot.
Of these guys are leaving relationships where they didn't have great sex lives and they didn't have great relationships. And so they just want to be wanted. Most users want to be wanted. And it's really easy to be wanted by somebody's like 20 years younger than you.
And probably they got money. They probably seem like they bring less baggage and drama. They're like.
But they end up bringing ragging drama.
Yeah.
Or 25, 27.
Yeah, give them another five, 10 years.
You're like, oh, well, here's the thing. I can't tell the difference between Girls are like 30 and 18. They all look the fucking same. They look like babies.
You want to hear something funny? I was at Neiman Marcus with Parker and Bailey and the baby on Saturday and I bought a cute little bag. And the lady goes, as she hands me the bag, she looks at me and Parker and then part tells Parker, congratulations.
Congratulations on having a nine month old with your Stepmom.
She thought that he was my husband and that was our baby and that Bailey was the nanny.
That's Orange county, though. That is Orange County.
But what's so funny is I just wrote it off cause I didn't want Parker to feel uncomfortable. I just literally was like, oh, yeah. Congratulations for the bag.
Thank you. That's a weird situation for him and you and everybody to be in. It's like, sweet. Thanks. You just thought my mom was my wife.
But part of me was like, yeah, I still look young and hot.
We were at the same mall with you, and you were deciding to wear a ball cap with your sweatshirt around your waist with some tennis shoes on with the girls. And you all looked the same. And then somebody looked at me. It was during the gray beard years.
Oh, yeah.
And I had a gray beard going on. And they go, oh, my God, your daughters are beautiful. And you were one of the daughters. I was like, that's actually my wife. She's the maker of all these ones. And they're like, are you serious? I'm like, yeah, that one's my wife. Those are our daughters. She made those people.
And they're like, do I look really young?
When you're dressing young? Yeah. If you got a ball cap on.
And a hoodie, I'm like casual. I'm just like in a T shirt.
Listen, if you wore like, if you wore like some.
I think because I'm petite.
If you wore some Jordans, put it. Put a ball cap on with a hoodie that was too big with a thong back on. So the bottom of your ass was hanging out and you're walking down PCH, you'd look like every other 18 year old girl.
But my face doesn't look young is what you're saying.
I'm saying nobody's looking at your face if you're wearing a hoodie with your ass hanging out with your hat on.
I wasn't wearing that. I wasn't even wearing a hat.
I'm not saying that you were. I'm saying if you were dressed like that, you would look like one of.
The high school kids. I was wearing a hat this last weekend.
I know that's why you got mistaken to be that, you know, your son was your husband.
I literally had on like just a cute, like long sleeve T shirt and shorts and sandals. I felt like I look like a mom. I was like very mom appropriate.
You were. That's why you got congratulated on your baby. Well, I don't know what people think when we Come walking through the today's room.
Well, what? Because with my hair, I just colored it so dark. I get so many people when I'm out with Eyela. They'll go, But I'm like, come on, babe. I'm definitely treating her like she's my daughter.
Not sure if you're the nanny.
They'll be like, oh, does she look like her dad, like, immediately? Or. A guy asked me today. He goes, is that your natural color? I'm like, my natural color? And he's like, yeah. I'm like, oh, yeah, yeah, this is my daughter. He's like, oh, wow, that's so cool.
They're trying to figure out what the.
Hell because my daughter is, well, I'm like, spray tan today. And I just colored my hair super dark. And Isla's dark. Isla is so pasty white and blue eyes, platinum blonde hair. And they're trying to figure out. I'm like, yeah. I am also shocked that she came out of me, but she's mine.
She's so funny. Today at breakfast, she says what? She says, hey, you forget about it.
Yeah, she's got. She's. You know what's so funny is, hey.
You forget about it. Like, just like that.
She's gone through this little shy phase where she's a little bit, like, She's a little bit shy when we go places. Like, I always. We're at lunch and stuff. I'm like. And everyone's like, what's your name? And she's like, immediately, like, hides behind me. I'm like, oh, yeah.
She kind of got a little nervous. She's in that nervous pocket. So back to a couple very important topics.
I feel like this podcast is all over the place. I'm just letting you lead.
This podcast is going fantastic.
Okay?
People are loving this right now. There's, like fucking Downloads happening every 2 seconds for people really, like, they're listening and going, man, my life is just better listen to this show.
I actually have to leave, so.
You have to leave right now?
Yeah, I got to leave in, like five minutes.
Okay, well, the show's over in five minutes then it's good because I have to be back in the media in like 11 minutes right now. So I'm going to come back. One last topic as we. As we go on this. We have gotten into a ridiculous, ridiculous, like a. Just a fucking ridiculous amount of change in the last three to four years, like, from the home that we live in, the way our businesses operate, the number of people that work for us, the amount of Clients that we have, the addition of literally three people.
I know when you sent me that picture of me pregnant with Isla, I.
Was like, Whoa, that was 2019. You were pregnant with Isla, having a baby. A shower in 2019. Covid. Not hit. We didn't live in the current home we're in. We. You didn't have. We didn't have two of our kids. Isla was not born. Charlie was not born. Yeah, we have, like, yeah, this was 2019.
Two nannies, a homeschool teacher, two more kids. Your son lives with us. We got a new puppy. My puppy that I had for 19 years passed away. We have a new house. Yeah, like, a lot business has exploded.
We're traveling everywhere, speaking all over the place.
Like, a lot has happened. But you know what is so funny? Like, even last night, we did, like, I love dressing up. I love Halloween, and I love photography. And so we did Halloween photos every year. It's kind of like a tradition that I like to do, and the kids love it. And we decided to be a circus. And I was a ringleader. Garrett was strongman. Isla was mime. We had a couple clowns, but it was fun. And when we got home and our house was so noisy, I couldn't even hear what Parker was saying. I was like, what? Aha. And we're just, like, talking over all of it, but I was like, I love this.
This is our house.
I was like, it's our life. Sometimes I'm like, I need to go put myself in mommy time out. And I'll be like, I just need to go upstairs for a minute. But, like, I, like, I feel so fulfilled, and I'm like, our family is complete. I like my every single one of my kids. I'm like, you're so freaking cute. Like, I'm so glad that you're in my life. Like, like, down to Isla, down to Ruby, down to Bailey. Even though Bailey's hard, she's a sweetheart. You know what I mean? And. And, yeah, I just, like, I feel like even though it's like a zoo, I'm like, enjoy this. Like, enjoy this. I keep getting the, like, impression. Like, en this time, kids grow so fast. Like, you're. You're officially done having kids because this guy got sniffed. And you're gonna, like, all of a sudden, 10, 15 years is gonna go by, and you're gonna be like, oh, my God, all of my kids are, like, out of the house and growed up. And that went so fast. And, like, I was. I spent all this time being so annoyed you know, like, I don't really. So for me, like, that's why I've been more respect, receptive to even having more help inside my house. Even if I'm home, I might be working on something because I want to enjoy my kids, but I also want to work and have help, and I just want to enjoy this next chapter. Do you know what I mean? Which I am. I am. So far, I feel like I'm like, okay, I'm still gonna work, I'm still gonna be a mom. I'm still gonna do all the things.
The key to pulling all this off for us has been present and play. All in today. Like, flat out, like, if you look, if I sit back and me and Danielle actually sit back and look at it, like, we get to get on a plane tomorrow, fly to the east coast, be together for a couple days. You know, we're going to be speaking to Funnel Hacking live in front of 5,000 people, getting to share a message. And then we'll come back, we'll be with Grant Cardone and Brandon Dawson and his crew for a day, and then we'll be with Pete Vargas and his crew for a day, and they'll be on a couple of yacht parties at Traffic and Conversion Summit, connecting and networking with a bunch of influencers and power players in the game of business and life. And the one thing I keep looking at is like, it's like it's a fucking whirlwind and every single day is full. Like, when I go to bed at night and I lay down next to my wife, I'm not laying down going, I wished I have fucking done something today, right? Like, my wife is all in. I'm all in. Our kids are all in. I took my daughter DMV today. She's figuring out smudging at night using, you know, using sage, and she's doing fantastic. It's making her feel better. Like, we got a lot of progress happening. Like, life is not perfect. It never has been perfect, it never will be perfect. But what has to be part of the game is a commitment to daily progress. And I feel like we've done this. We, we, we keep doing this. We keep saying yes, we keep growing, keep being committed to going, keeping. And most marriages, that's just not the case. It's not the case across their bodies. Danielle and I keep pushing our bodies. You're doing a fitness show again, right? Your last one?
Yeah, one more.
One more fitness competition and we'll be done. And we're excited to be there and share with you, with all five kids and the dogs and the nannies and all your teams and mine, and we'll be obnoxious and blow an air horn. It'll be amazing.
Do you want to know why I'm doing one more? Because I feel like after my third baby, I had gained 65 pounds when I was pregnant with her. And I was like, I guess this is it. Like, this is what I look like. This is what it. And then I, like, snapped. And that's when I started getting into fitness competitions. And then I. Charlie was a surprise baby. And I was like, oh, I'm done. But what I realized is I'm like, I got my body back so quick, and it looked like competition ready, like, really quick. So I was like, if I commit to another show, then I need to put on all this muscle. I need to go pro. I need to do this. And then I was like, no, I don't need to do that. Do you know what I mean? And so I was kind of like, I need to really decide. Like, am I gonna. I was like, I really do want to do another show, but I don't need to become pro, right? But I want to do it just for me. Like, I'm a mom. I've had four kids. Like, I want to just do it for me. And so that's why I finally, like, committed. I was like, I just need to commit. Like, I. I don't have to. Like, I could do this. Like, I think the scariest thing in anything is, like, once you commit. I, like, once I commit, at least I'm like, I can't not do it.
Like I said, you and I are the same in that. And that's why we win. Because when we say we're going to go something, we say we're committed to it. We're all in to do it. It's not like a woulda, coulda, shoulda.
That's why most of us, that's why we're still married.
That's why we're still winning. They always said, we're going to do this, and no matter how fucking hard it gets, we're going to keep doing this. And we are. So thank you so much for being here on the Date youe Wide Podcast. You know, we're here just sharing our lives again. We're not. We're not therapists. You know, we're not here psychologists. Now. We don't have any of those degrees, those titles that fancy people. We're also not some boring Christian couple that's going to Come on here and share a bunch of scriptures from the book of Psalms and hope that you get inspired and sound like group of pastors. We're just here talking normal people. We're both wild as hell. We're both also very committed. We're also very solid. Committed to each other, committed to our kids, committed to our family, committed to our life, committed our fitness, committed to God, committed to twisting this thing on this microphone until I figure out what the hell it's doing.
I gotta go and.
Well, we're committed to ending this show is what we're committed to right now. So thanks so much for being here. Have a wonderful week.
